1. Netanyahu: Annexation still on the agenda - Jerusalem Post
Israel may still apply sovereignty to parts of Judea and Samaria, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a Likud faction meeting on Monday.
"It has not been taken off the agenda," Netanyahu told Likud MKs. "The option still exists." The prime minister said the matter is currently in the Trump administration's hands.
The coalition agreement between Blue and White set July 1 as the earliest possible date at which Netanyahu could bring extending Israeli sovereignty, in accordance with the Trump administration's peace plan, to a vote.
US President Donald Trump's Special Representative for International Negotiations Avi Berkowitz was in Israel ahead of July 1 to meet with Netanyahu, Alternate Prime Minister Benny Gantz and others. The Trump administration has not yet announced a position on the matter of sovereignty since.
2. After rocket attack, Israel hits 'underground' Hamas targets in Gaza - Times of Israel
Israeli warplanes hit several Hamas sites in central and southern Gaza Strip early Monday, the Israel Defense Forces said, hours after Palestinians fired a rocket into Israel from the coastal enclave.
The Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted the rocket, the IDF said. The army said warplanes hit an cement factory used in the construction of underground infrastructure and "underground facilities used by the Hamas terror group."
The Hamas-linked al-Resalah news said that the IDF bombed "a resistance site" west of Khan Younis and agricultural land to the east of the town
3. Watch: IDF locates explosive devices on northern border - Israel National News
IDF forces today conducted a tour of the area where the bomb attack in the southern Golan Heights was thwarted last night.
During the tour, weapons and a bag were found, containing a number of explosive devices that were ready to be used against an IDF force, 25 meters from the perimeter fence, inside Israeli territory.
The IDF said that the army forces carrying out operational employment in the Golan Heights sector continue to be vigilant and ready for possible developments.
In the afternoon, Bashan Formation Commander Brigadier General Roman Goffman, and Foreign Relations Division head Brigadier General Efi Dafrin met with UNDOF Commander Major General Ishwar Hamal of Nepal at the scene where the explosives were found.
4. Jordan Calls on Israel to 'End All Provocations and Violations' on Temple Mount - Jewish Press
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry called on Israel it to "respect the sanctity" of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and end "all provocations and violations there."
According to Jordan's Petra News Agency, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Deifallah al-Fayez conveyed the message of protest through diplomatic channels, condemning what it called "Israeli violations" on the Temple Mount, by having allowed Jews "to storm the mosque" on the Jewish holiday of Tisha B'Av last Thursday.
Hundreds of Jews visited the Temple Mount to mark the fast day commemorating the destruction of the two Temples that were located on the site.
Al-Fayez also said that the Temple Mount, where the Al-Aqsa Mosque is located, is "a place of worship for Muslims only." He called on the international community to end these so-called "Israeli violations."
5. Coronavirus: Israel's Infection rate drops to lowest since second wave - Jerusalem Post
For the first time since the start of the "second wave," the infection rate has fallen below threshold 1, meaning each contagious person is infecting less than one other person, according to national coronavirus project manager Prof. Ronni Gamzu.
"The 'R' in the entire State of Israel is equal or close to one," he said late Sunday, reiterating statements made by former defense minister Naftali Bennett, who shared a graph on Sunday highlighting the achievement.
"This means that if the Israeli public continues to behave properly, the epidemic will fade," Bennett said. "It is precisely now that further efforts must be made to eradicate the coronavirus and to rehabilitate the livelihoods of the citizens of Israel."

1. Pompeo warns TikTok users' personal info could be going 'directly to the Chinese Communist Party'- Fox News
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo supported President Trump's proposed ban of social media phenomenon TikTok, explaining to Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures" just how use of the app exposes Americans to having their personal information sent straight to the Chinese government.
Trump's call for a ban came amid concerns over the national security risk posed by the app's collection of personal data, as Microsoft has been in talks to acquire the platform's U.S. operations.
"These Chinese software companies doing business in the United States," Pompeo said, "are feeding data directly to the Chinese Communist Party, their national security apparatus. Could be [users'] facial recognition pattern, it could be information about their residence, their phone numbers, their friends, who they're connected to. Those are the issues that President Trump's made clear we're going to take care of. These are true national security issues." (Read more)

2. Controversial Trump nominee placed in senior role after nomination hearing canceled - The Hill
A controversial White House nominee has been placed in a senior role at the Pentagon after his confirmation hearing was canceled last week, according to a Pentagon spokesperson.
Retired Army Brig. Gen. Anthony Tata withdrew his name from consideration to be the undersecretary of defense for policy, the spokesperson said Sunday. "He has been designated as the official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Policy reporting to the Acting Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Dr. James Anderson. He looks forward to continuing to help implement the President's National Security agenda," the spokesperson added. Tata's confirmation hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee was canceled Thursday, less than an hour before it was set to begin.
Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman James Inhofe (R-Okla.) said the hearing was canceled because "many" Democrats and Republicans "didn't know enough about Anthony Tata to consider him for a very significant position at this time."
'We didn't get the required documentation in time; some documents, which we normally get before a hearing, didn't arrive until yesterday," Inhofe said in a statement released shortly before the hearing was scheduled to start. "As I told the president last night, we're simply out of time with the August recess coming, so it wouldn't serve any useful purpose to have a hearing at this point, and he agreed." (Read more)

3. Steve Scalise forces Fauci to admit Trump saved lives with his COVID response - WND
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation's top infectious disease expert, testified Friday before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, wrapping up a week of high-profile hearings on Capitol Hill.
The big news from Friday's hearing was that Fauci said he was "cautiously optimistic" the United States could have a vaccine ready by the "end of this year and as we go into 2021."
If you were going to take one thing away from Friday's testimony, that probably should have been it. It's tremendous news and, if his timeline is accurate, it's a testimony to human ingenuity and resilience. However, that doesn't mean you should bury the other stuff -- particularly the inconvenient fact that Fauci agrees the Trump administration's COVID-19 policy decisions saved lives and that he was actively involved with many of the more controversial ones.
During questioning by House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, a Louisiana Republican, Fauci praised the administration's moves to largely ban travel from China and Europe -- both of which were widely questioned by both Democrats and the media at the time. (Read more)

4. Apple Fire in California explodes to more than 32 square miles, thousands evacuated - Fox News
Thousands of people in Southern California are under evacuation orders on Sunday after a wildfire exploded in size, destroying at least one home.
The Riverside County Fire Department said the blaze, known as the Apple Fire, has scorched about 20,516 acres and is at zero percent containment as it burns in an area straddling Riverside and San Bernardino counties in the mountains east of Los Angeles. The blaze grew by more than 13,000 acres in less than a day as it burned through dry brush and timber. A man who has lived in the area near San Bernardino National Forest told KTLA on Saturday that conditions were prime for a destructive blaze.
"Even though we've had fires in the past, it's been a number of years," the man, who only gave his first name, Bill, told KTLA. "So there's a lot of heavy fuel out there. It's dry, it was 106 degrees yesterday - perfect conditions for something to really get going, and that's what happened." (Read more)

5. DC Police Reveal Why They Arrested Teens Writing Pro-Life Messages In Chalk - Daily Caller
The Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department arrested two students Saturday morning for defacing property after they wrote pro-life messages in chalk, MPD told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Students for Life of America and the Frederick Douglass Foundation had planned to write the words "BLACK PREBORN LIVES MATTER" on the sidewalk outside an abortion clinic in Washington, D.C. Saturday morning, according to a Students for Life press release. The group also said it obtained a permit for the event.
Video footage captured by the Daily Caller News Foundation shows police arresting two students for chalking messages outside the abortion clinic. The students said they chalked outside the abortion clinic every week as part of an effort to persuade women not to get abortions.
MPD spokeswoman Alaina Gertz told the DCNF that the students were arrested for "the defacing of private/public property." She said the students were "both citation released" and referred the DCNF to a description of what "Defacing public or private property" means. (Read more)
- Lord, this excuse of arresting these students is lame at best. Other cities have allowed far worse "defacing" than these students were accused of doing. We pray for them, that You would defend them, and grant them faith to speak boldly.

6. Democrats Add Plank to Party Platform That Will Destroy the Federal Judiciary As We Know It - Townhall
Leftists in Portland have been trying to destroy a federal courthouse on a nightly basis, and now the Democratic Party is attempting to destroy the entire federal judiciary as we know it by adding a radical new plank to the party's platform.
Even conservatives who take issue with the president on certain things have to applaud Donald Trump's remaking of the federal judiciary. The president and the Republican-controlled Senate have appointed a record number of judges to the U.S. circuit courts through normal constitutional means. To be fair, Republicans were aided greatly by former Senator Harry Reid's short-sighted decision in 2013 to kill the filibuster in order to ram through a handful of judges for then-President Obama. Thank you, Harry Reid.
But with help from the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation, Trump's new picks have been on the younger and more conservative side of things. This had led the Democratic Party, which has been filling up the federal bench with activist judges for decades, to have a complete meltdown. Like children who only want to play a game so long as they're winning, Trump's windfall of judicial appointments has Democrats now calling for "structural court reforms," E.g. court packing, in the party's new platform.
The New York Times reports that far-left activists have succeeded in adding a plank to the forthcoming platform that calls for unspecified "structural" reforms of the federal judiciary. According to the Times, backers of the new plank say "the broad statement represents a significant advance toward beginning a conversation among Democrats about how to respond to the substantial imprint that President Trump and his conservative allies have made on the federal bench." Whenever a system is no longer controlled by the left, Democrats demand "structural" reform. "Structural" is a Marxist codeword. (Read more)

7. Supreme Court Allows Border Wall Construction During Challenges - Breitbart
The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the Trump administration can proceed with plans to build a portion of the border wall while lawsuits over the use of Pentagon funds to do so plays out in court.
The court voted 5-4 against a challenge by a group of environmental organizations represented by the American Civil Liberties Union.
The groups sued over the administration's decision to divert $2.5 billion in military funds to carry out the construction of the border wall in Arizona, New Mexico and California.
A federal appeals court ruled last month that the movement of funds violated the Appropriations Clause of the Constitution because Congress originally designated the funds for defense spending, not the Department of Homeland Security. The Justice Department plans to appeal the case to the Supreme Court in August. The high court said construction can continue in the meantime.
Justice Stephen Breyer, who dissented, said that by allowing the building to go on, the sections of the wall in question could be completed by time a final decision is made by the court.
"The court's decision to let construction continue nevertheless, I fear, may operate in effect, as a final judgment," he wrote. (Read more)

8. Firm Owned by Joe Biden's Son-in-Law Benefited from Upwards of $350K in PPP Loans - Breitbart
A healthcare investment firm started by former Vice President Joe Biden's son-in-law received upwards of $350,000 in forgivable loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
StartUp Health, a medical-focused investment and consulting firm, received between $150,000 and $350,000 in April from the coronavirus relief program. The company is run, in part, by Dr. Howard Krein, the husband of Biden's daughter, Ashley. The Wall Street Journal was first to report the connection on Friday.
Funding disbursement data for the PPP program indicates that StartUP Health received the sum in the form of a potentially forgivable loan meant to protect 18 jobs within the company, which has been impacted by the onset of the novel coronavirus.
The revelations about StartUp Health's loan comes as Biden castigates President Donald Trump on the campaign trail for not doing enough to mitigate the economic fallout of the pandemic. In particular, Biden has accused Trump of putting the interests of big corporations first when it comes to coronavirus relief, even alleging the incumbent has "forgotten" about small businesses as the virus rages across much of the country.
"Make no mistake, we're still in a deep, deep job hole because Donald Trump has so badly bungled the response to coronavirus," Biden said last month.
Given the former vice president's rhetoric, the Trump campaign seized on the news of StartUp Health's PPP loan, suggesting if Biden had issues with the White House's coronavirus relief efforts his family should "return the money to the taxpayers." (Read more)

9. Isaias forecast to become hurricane again, target Carolinas before spreading impacts all the way to Maine - Fox News
A re-energized Tropical Storm Isaias is now expected to make landfall in the Carolinas as a hurricane on Monday before spreading its impacts to over 100 million people along the Eastern Seaboard as far as Maine.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami said the storm now has maximum sustained winds of 70 mph -- just 4 mph shy of officially being a hurricane -- and is located about 250 miles south-southwest of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Isaias is moving north at 13 mph.
"The bottom line is the track really hasn't changed but we could see a hurricane again with Isaias later on in the next 24 hours," Fox News Senior Meteorologist Janice Dean said on "Fox & Friends First."
The latest NHC forecast calls for Isaias to continue its recent strengthening into a hurricane once again before moving into South Carolina by Monday night and then moving quickly north along the Eastern Seaboard through Wednesday. (Read more)

10. Worship leader: US on 'cusp of revival,' time to change narrative of burning cities with worship - Christian Post
Worship artist Sean Feucht believes that the coronavirus prohibitions on holding church services is a double standard and that the United States is on the brink of a revival.
In an interview with Fox & Friends, Feucht noted that he is participating in and helping lead gathering outside the four walls of the church, in the open air.
"It's not just beaches," he said. "We're going under bridges, we're meeting in fields, really anywhere we can gather and spread out and worship, we're finding those places. It's summer time in California, it's just such an amazing movement that we've seen so much momentum on."
. . . he is taking the opportunity to worship outdoors to shift the spiritual atmosphere in troubled places around the nation. One such worship gathering is planned in the streets of Portland, Oregon, for Aug. 8.
"The narrative that we've seen has just been burning and destruction. It's been disheartening, but yet the church in Portland, the church of Oregon, they want to gather, they want to rise up. 1. WATCH: Protesters Burn Bibles In Portland, Rip Protective Boarding Off Buildings - Daily Wire
Left-wing activists rioted in Portland on Friday night where they burned Bibles, set fires in the street, and tore protective boarding off of buildings.
The riots had cooled off on Thursday night as "federal and state officers located inside the courthouse were not forced to leave the building during the course of the night," the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a statement.
On Friday night, rioters burned American flags and bibles in the streets outside the federal Mark O. Hatfield Courthouse in Portland.
Numerous journalists who were on the ground said that the left-wing activists were trying to provoke a response from the federal agents inside. One journalist reported that rioters dumped garbage in front of one exit. "CBP clears the hazard and agitators begin to provoke a response from federal officers," he wrote along with video of the incident.
"Agitators trying to provoke a response from federal officers," the journalist added. "Violently battering the door with kicks and using their shield as a battering ram." (Read more)

2. The NFL Just Declared War On Church - The Federalist
A deal reached by the National Football Leauge and the NFL Players Association bans players from attending any indoor church services that are above 25 percent capacity, multiple sources told NBC Sports on Saturday.
Alongside its restrictions on attending worship services, the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) also prohibits players from attending indoor nightclubs and bars (except for take-out), indoor concerts, professional sports games, and indoor parties that include 15 or more people.
The deal has not been publicly released, but NBC Sports made no mention of any restrictions on attending protests. Meanwhile, the NFL's Twitter account has been sharing and celebrating pictures of players engaging in protests around the country. (Read more)
3. University of Lynchburg alumni want school to sever ties with Liberty, remove Falwell Sr.'s name from facility - The Hill
The University of Lynchburg is facing calls from former students to sever ties with Liberty University and remove the name of Rev. Jerry Falwell Sr. from a newly-built campus facility, The News & Advance reports.
The push reportedly comes after the University of Lynchburg constructed a new residence hall last year that was partially funded by a donation from Liberty University, and as the country has seen a number of efforts in recent months aimed at removing symbols of controversial figures and causes from public spaces. According to the newspaper, former students have pointed to a number of past offensive remarks made by the late pastor, who previously attended the school before going on to co-found Liberty University in the 1970s, to back calls to remove his name from a plaque on the facility.
"His values do not align with what the University of Lynchburg says they want to be. His rhetoric represented that of racism, bigotry, placism and sexism until the last day," one graduate, Johnathan Harris, who also reportedly sent a letter to his alma mater's leaders calling for the removal of Falwell Sr.'s name from the facility, told the paper. There probably has been no other president in our nation's history that has been prayed for as much as President Donald John Trump. I say he was appointed to his position by God because that's what the Word says in Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.
So when Christians (who say they are believers) curse President Trump (yes any negative words contrary to what God says to do), are they actually cursing the Lord? I would say yes. So be careful what you say. The power of life and death is in the tongue and it might be your death that transpires. Job's wife told him to curse God and he would die. Job 2:9 Who are we to curse President Trump? Fear God! And yet daily I hear of some people of influence, even pastors, in the christian community, who say they are believers, curse him. Perhaps they haven't read their bible. It's pretty clear. I pray blindness to the Word would be healed in Jesus name.

God has a plan, destiny and purpose for your city. But for it to be fulfilled we must take our cities back.
And work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare ( Jeremiah 29:7).
For the land which you go to possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot, as a vegetable garden; but the land which you cross over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven, a land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year ( Deuteronomy 11:10-12).
Before the foundations of the earth, God knew your city and the gift it would offer to those who dwell there.
God spoke to the Jews in Babylon; "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 9:11)
Babylon was an evil city, yet God had a different plan and destiny for them, just as He has a plan for your city. It's up to each of us to seek His wisdom and implement His plan for our city.

Apple Fire chars thousands of acres, prompts evacuations in Southern California
A wildfire that ignited on Friday in Southern California rapidly expanded to more than 20,000 acres over the weekend, forcing thousands to evacuate and creating difficulties for firefighters.
Known as the Apple Fire, the blaze has scorched 26,450 acres and is currently only 5% contained. About 8,000 residents in San Bernardino and Riverside counties remain under evacuation orders as of Monday morning, The Associated Press reported. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
The fire began in Cherry Valley and was burning near the cities of Banning and Beaumont, located around 84 and 78 miles east of Los Angeles, respectively. The blaze was also burning in parts of San Bernardino National Forest and forced several trails and recreational areas in the San Gorgonio Wilderness to be closed.

Man Surprises Woman With an Answer to Her Prayer Request
A woman did not expect to receive anything extraordinary while workin[g]. But a man came in and gave her the gift she had been asking for. Daisy Dinero shared her experience on Facebook. And people, who are blessed by it, have been sharing her post. According to Daisy, a man came [in] while she was working and sat at her section. When she asked him what he wanted to drink, she was surprised with his answer. He said, "Water. How can we pray for you today?" Unsure of what he said, the man who she later identified as "Mr. Joseph" explained further. "Whatever you're going through, tell me and we're gonna pray for you."
Daisy laughed but shared her prayer request. "Pray for my car to get fixed! My battery has been out for 2 weeks and I have to jump it every time I want to drive it." Joseph responded, "So you want us to pray that you make enough tips to fix your car?" To this, Daisy said yes. "Time goes by and he finishes his food and comes to the front to pay. He hands me a card with his number on it. And told me to call him when I get off to work so he can get my car fixed," she continued. Daisy could not believe Joseph's offer. "I was like, 'No way!'
