A Special Prayer Request
A Special Prayer Request
Dear Friends, The President announced during this evening's daily Coronavirus Task Force that the Senate may vote to pass his requested $2 Trillion Emergency relief measure as soon as tonight. He also announced that this bill would be returned to Nancy Pelosi and the House chamber for a final vote for passage.
We ask you now to please join us in this prayer and decree:
Merciful Father God in heaven, we come to you on bended knee. Forgive us for our sins, O Lord, and turn our hearts back to You.
We ask, Holy One, that when this bill reaches Ms. Pelosi's desk for signature, the language would remain intact. We ask that tonight, all hostility between the two chambers (Senate and House) would CEASE, and instead there would remain the true spirit of bipartisanship so that our country may be delivered from this time of peril.
We ask, too, that both chambers would honor the desire of our President, and they would present to him the bill he has requested.
We ask all of this in Your Holy Name, amen.
"14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father."
(Ephesians 2:14-18)

2. Knesset Speaker clashes with High Court: I won't hold vote for my own demise - WIN (World Israel News)
"I can't agree because that would make the Knesset's agenda determined by the High Court," Edelstein said.
Speaker of the Knesset Yuli Edelstein defied Israel's Supreme Court, which ordered him on Monday evening to hold a vote for his position by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday - a vote he would surely lose. "I won't agree to ultimatums," Edelstein told the court. "I can't agree because that would make the Knesset's agenda determined by the High Court and not by the Speaker of the Knesset, who is assigned this role."
Technically, Edelstein is correct. According to Knesset bylaws, the incumbent speaker isn't obligated to bring a vote for a new speaker before parliament until just before a government is established.
The bylaws state: "The Speaker shall be elected no later than the date on which the Knesset convened for the purpose of establishing the Government, as stated in Article 13 of Basic Law: The Government. "Should the elections of the Knesset Speaker be scheduled for the same date set as the session convening for the purpose of establishing the Government, the Speaker shall be elected first."
3. Israel inches toward lockdown with tough restrictions now, stay within 100 meters of home - WIN
Israel's government agreed to the toughest restrictions yet to fight the corona pandemic. A nearly complete curfew will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Citizens will be limited to going out for necessities only, i.e. food and medicine.
4. WATCH: Israel's Health Ministry warns of system's collapse - WIN
Ministry of Health officials warned that if the coronavirus pandemic continues to grow at the current rate, the health system could fail, Channel 11 reports.
5. One Million Israelis Could Be Unemployed by End of Passover Due to Coronavirus Shutdown - algemeiner.com
The number of unemployed in Israel has reached 600,000, the Israeli Employment Service announced Tuesday, with thousands losing their jobs as businesses close due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Israeli news site Walla reported that the unemployment rate now stood at 18.6% and the Employment Service estimated that there would be one million unemployed by the end of the Passover holiday in mid-April.
The number of those registering as unemployed is skyrocketing, with 127,464 signing up on last Thursday, 67,115 on Friday and 54,305 on Sunday.
The Daily Brief
1. GOP senators flag 'massive' error in coronavirus bill they say would encourage layoffs - Fox News
Four Republican senators are warning that they will oppose fast-tracking the $2 trillion coronavirus response package unless a "massive drafting error" in the legislation, which they say would create an incentive for employers to lay off employees, is fixed.
"You want to destroy what's left of the economy? Pass it the way it's written," Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said in a press conference. "If you want to help people, pay them their wages, but don't pay them more not to work."
The concern from Sens. Graham, Tim Scott, R-S.C., Ben Sasse, R-Neb., and Rick Scott, R-Fla., is that the current version could pay workers more in unemployment benefits than they're currently making, by sticking a $600 per week payment on top of ordinary benefits that are calculated as a percentage of income. This could disrupt the labor market further, the lawmakers warn.
"A massive drafting error in the current version of the coronavirus relief legislation could have devastating consequences: Unless this bill is fixed, there is a strong incentive for employees to be laid off instead of going to work. This isn't an abstract, philosophical point -- it's an immediate, real-world problem," Tim Scott, Sasse and Graham said in a statement. (Read more)
- Father God we pray against all impure agendas that are trying to come forth and manifest themselves in this disaster relief bill. We cancel the plans of the enemy and call then null and void in Jesus name. We ask that you give President Trump, and senators wisdom before signing something that could have long-term disastrous impacts on the economy. We declare that a clean bill will be decided upon that will do you what it is created to do with no hidden agendas in Jesus name!
- "He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him." (Daniel 2:22)
2. House Democrats Ask DHS To 'Release As Many Immigrants As Possible From Detention' -The Daily Caller
Citing the coronavirus pandemic, several progressive lawmakers are demanding the Department of Homeland Security release illegal aliens from detention and scale back other immigration enforcement measures.
Democratic Washington Rep. Pramila Jayapal, along with four other Democratic congressmen, delivered a letter Monday to acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, requesting the administration take action to protect the immigrant community and detained illegal aliens from COVID-19.
Among their demands: a "moratorium" on all immigration arrests of individuals who pose no public safety risk, a release of as "many immigrants as possible" from detention, and a reconsideration of the Trump administration's public charge rules. (Read more)
- Father God we come against the spirit of lawlessness that seeks to create chaos and destruction throughout this trying time the world faces right now. We bind the spirit of lawlessness in Jesus name and ask that those who seek to take advantage of the vulnerability of the American people at this moment their actions will be null and void in Jesus name amen.
- "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness," (Matthew 13:41)
3. Rikers Island to release 300 nonviolent inmates convicted of misdemeanors amid coronavirus outbreak, de Blasio says - Fox News
New York City will immediately release 300 inmates from Rikers Island, the city's main jail complex, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday.
All of the inmates who will be released have been convicted of misdemeanors or some nonviolent crimes and have less than one year remaining in their sentence, the mayor said. In total, that number accounts for about 500 inmates, but he city screened out anyone who had been convicted for domestic violence or sexual assault, leaving 300 inmates that de Blasio assured he had the power to release.
De Blasio is also working with state officials and the city's district attorneys to release about 100 people who are awaiting trial in city jails and around 700 people who were in jail on parole violations, the mayor said. (Read more)
- Father God, again we bind the spirit of lawlessness and those that are deliberately trying to cause more chaos and more destruction while regular American citizens are distracted trying to protect themselves and their families from this health crisis. We say that the evil plans will not prevail in Jesus name.
- "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me," declares the Lord." (Is. 54:17)
4. Planned Parenthood refuses to comply with Ohio AG's order to "immediately stop non-essential abortions" - Disrn
Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio says it will not comply with the state attorney general's order "to immediately stop performing non-essential and elective surgical abortions" in an effort to preserve personal protective equipment for hospitals dealing with the coronavirus outbreak. Although the abortion clinic claimed it was complying with the order, it also said it could still proceed with providing essential procedures, including abortions. Three days after the Ohio Department of Health issued its order to postpone "all non-essential or elective surgeries and procedures," Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sent a letter to three separate abortion providers within the state, calling for immediate action. (Read more)
- Father God we pray that more governors would take these kinds of actions against abortion centers across the nation in Jesus name. We pray that the abortion numbers would fall during this time of a health crisis. We pray that the power of these abortion centers would be stripped from them and that more lives would be saved in Jesus name.
- "Woe to the rebellious children," declares the LORD, "Who execute a plan, but not Mine, And make an alliance, but not of My Spirit, In order to add sin to sin;" (Isaiah 30:1)
5. Despite Coronavirus, Chinese Government Continues to Destroy Churches, Steal Crosses - Faith Wire
With the Chinese forced to devote huge resources to containing the spread of COVID-19, you would think that the communist government might temporarily lay off persecuting the nation's hard-pressed Christian community. Sadly not.
Instead, the shuttering of churches to stem coronavirus infections has presented the state with a key opportunity to ransack sanctuaries and strip worship centers of their Christian symbolism. Earlier this week, China Aid's Bob Fu shared shocking footage of a church in Yixing city, Jiangsu, being razed to the ground. "Religious persecution continues even in the midst of #WuhanVirus," he wrote. (Read more)
- Father God we pray for hope and strength for the persecuted Chinese church in China during this time. We also pray that those who are doing the persecuting would be confronted with their actions, reconciled to you and repent for their actions. In Jesus name amen.
- "All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation." (2 Corinthians 5:18-19)
6. ALERT!! DHS Memo Warns of Terrorist Chatter to Target US Healthcare - Newsmax
Terrorists might potentially take advantage of the global coronavirus pandemic and plot attacks on Americans and stressed U.S. healthcare facilities, a Department of Homeland Security memo warns.
"Violent extremists probably are seeking to exploit public fears associated with the spread of COVID-19 to incite violence, intimidate targets, and promote their ideologies, and we assess these efforts will intensify in the coming months," a DHS intelligence bulletin read, ABC News reported.
The memo was sent to U.S. local law enforcement by the Counterterrorism Mission Center and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office. Currently, per Monday's memo, there is "no information indicating any active plotting is underway," but there are intelligence reports noting chatter and disinformation campaigns amid the U.S. health crisis. (Read more)
- In Jesus name we bind all evil plans of terrorist regimes that seek to take advantage of the vulnerability and panic going on in the world concerning this virus. We break their powers and say that their plans will be of no effect in Jesus name amen!
- "Though they intended evil against You And devised a plot, They will not succeed."(Psalms 21:11)
7. Dr. Anthony Fauci: Trump Administration's Response to Coronavirus 'Impressive' - Breitbart
Appearing Sunday on Fox News Channel's Life, Liberty & Levin, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told host Mark Levin the Trump administration's coordinated response to combat the Chinese coronavirus has been "impressive." A transcript is as follows:
MARK LEVIN: You've been doing this a long time. Have you ever seen this big of a coordinated response by an administration to such a threat, a health threat?
DR. ANTHONY FAUCI: We've never had a threat like this and the coordinated response has been - there are a number of adjectives to describe it - impressive, I think is one of them....I have been devoting almost full-time on this. I'm down at the White House virtually every day with the task force. I'm connected by phone throughout the day and into the night. When I say night, I'm talking 12:00, 1:00, 2:00 in the morning. I'm not the only one. There's a whole group of us that are doing that. It's every single day. (Read more)
- Father God continue to counsel President Trump, his administration, governors and mayors all over this great nation to make wise decisions concerning this virus in Jesus name amen.
- "With Your counsel You will guide me, And afterward receive me to glory." (Psalm 73:24)
8. Senate includes $400M for mail-in voting in coronavirus spending deal - The Hill
The coronavirus stimulus deal the Senate is expected to pass on a bipartisan basis Wednesday includes $400 million to shore up elections and promote mail-in voting in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
A Senate source told The Hill that the $400 million would be made available to states to "help prepare for the 2020 election cycle, including to increase the ability to vote by mail, expand early voting and online registration, and increase the safety of voting in-person by providing additional voting facilities and more poll workers."
The funds, which were included in an estimated $2 trillion spending package that the Senate is expected to approve on Wednesday, are an increase from the previous $140 million figure proposed in an earlier Senate funding bill. (Read more)
- Father God we plead the blood of Jesus over this provision in this bill that no harm or evil will manifest itself through it. We pray against voter fraud, evil schemes and plans that could be potentially used through this system affecting the 2020 election. We cancel all of those plans and we pray for a pure clean election in 2020 in Jesus name.
- "May the evil plans of my enemies be turned against them. Do as you promised and put an end to them." (Psalms 54:5)
9. States reject Trump calls to reopen economy by Easter - The Hill
Democratic and Republican governors, as well as local officials, are pushing back against President Trump's signals that he wants to restart the economy by Easter, warning that ending strict social distancing practices could put millions of lives at risk.
Governors have ordered residents to practice those distancing procedures, to varying degrees. Many have ordered residents to stay at home, ordered nonessential businesses closed and banned gatherings of all but a few people. And several say they will keep those orders in place even if Trump rolls back the few national restrictions he has put in place. (Read more)
- Father God we ask that you give Trump, his administration, local officials, governors, etc. wisdom on the lengths they should go in trying to curb the spread of COVID-19. We pray for unity in our government to make the right decisions. Amen!
- ". . . not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."(Philippians 2:4)
10. Trump Calls for American Independence Agenda to Defeat Coronavirus: U.S. Must Never Rely on a Foreign Country - Breitbart
President Trump is calling for Republicans and Democrats to unite behind his American independence agenda to defeat the spread of the Chinese coronavirus.
During a Tuesday press conference, Trump detailed the "critical" need for American independence in manufacturing, the energy sector, and territorially at the nation's borders to stop the coronavirus crisis:
We should never be reliant on a foreign country for the means of our own survival. I think we've learned a lot. This crisis has underscored just how critical it is to have strong borders and a robust manufacturing sector. For three years, we've embarked on a great national project to secure our immigration system and bring back our manufacturing jobs. We've brought back many jobs, record numbers of jobs, and this really shows, this experience shows how important borders are. Without borders, you don't have a nation. (Read more)
- Father God we thank you for the strong leadership of Trump and his administration. We thank you for their revelation that America should be independent and not relying on certain countries such as China, who do not have our best interests at heart. Continue to give Trump and his administration strategies from heaven on how to be independent and successful on our own in Jesus name amen.
- "Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him."(James 1:12)

President Trump Tells Bill Hemmer:
He'd Like to Have 'All of the Churches Full' on Easter Sunday
"That would be a beautiful thing." -President Donald Trump
On Tuesday, President Trump and his Coronavirus Task Force, which included Vice President Mike Pence, sat down for a virtual town hall outside in the White House Rose Garden, along with Fox News' Bill Hemmer.
The group took video questions from viewers around the country, discussing details on the response to coronavirus.
A somewhat surprising statement by President Trump was that he was looking at Easter as the possible time the quarantine would be mostly over, and things would return to a new normal, taking into account heightened hygiene and more careful practices.
Later, Bill Hemmer questioned President Trump on his comments about that date, as he walked with him back to the White House.
President Trump clarified his words this way:
Look, Easter's a very special day for me . . . wouldn't it be great to have all of the churches full? Y'know the churches essentially haven't had much of a congregation [because of quarantine], I watched on Sunday, online. And it was terrific by the way, but online is never going to be like being there. So I think Easter Sunday, and you'll have packed churches all over our country, I think it would be a beautiful time. And it's just about the timeline that I think is right . . . I'm not sure that's going to be the day, but I would like to aim it right at Easter so we're open for church services . . . on Easter Sunday. That would be a beautiful thing." Tornado flattens homes and leaves trail of destruction in Mississippi,
drone footage shows
This drone video shot by Brandon Clement captures the moment a tornado develops over a river in Tishomingo, Mississippi, on March 24.
A "large and destructive" tornado tore through northern Mississippi and northern Alabama on Tuesday evening, leaving behind a trail of damage and prompting a dire warning to be issued for those in its path.
Severe thunderstorms began to blossom over the Tennessee Valley late Tuesday afternoon, and by 5:35 p.m. CDT, the National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed that there was a tornado bearing down on Tishomingo, Mississippi.
Almost immediately, damage was being reported out of the town in the northeastern corner of Mississippi, including a Dollar General that was left with substantial damage. Fortunately, only minor injuries have been reported, according to WTVA. (Read more)
After going through Tishomingo, the tornado crossed the border into northern Alabama, prompting the NWS to issue an extremely rare tornado emergency. "At 5:41 p.m. CDT, a confirmed large and destructive tornado was observed near Tishomingo State Park, moving east at 45 mph," the emergency bulletin read.
Tornado emergencies are only issued a few times a year across the country and are only issued during significant severe weather events. (Accuweather.com) Read more.

The Good News Corner:
MyPillow Making Face Masks for Hospitals During Coronavirus Pandemic
MyPillow, the Minnesota manufacturer of specialty pillows, linens, and other household products, said that it is answering the call for more face masks as the country continues to deal with the global coronavirus pandemic.
The company announced Tuesday on Twitter that it is making face masks for hospitals across the country. MyPillow joins a growing list of private companies pitching in to address the shortage of face masks that U.S. healthcare professionals are facing as the number of COVID-19 cases continues to climb.
It remains unclear what kind of face mask MyPillow is making. Healthcare professionals are asking for the N95 respirator mask, which are in short supply around the country. The N95 face mask provides a more snug fit than other kinds of surgical masks, providing better protection from airborne pathogens.
A MyPillow spokesperson didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
Companies including 3M and Honeywell are set to manufacture millions of additional N95 respirator masks to protect doctors, nurses and other health care workers who are treating patients with coronavirus. Apple CEO Tim Cook recently said his company will donate millions of face masks to the U.S. and Europe.
Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Peter Gaynor recently told ABC News that n05 masks are in the midst of shipping from the national stockpile, but he didn't provide a time frame.
MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell is a prominent supporter of President Donald Trump and has appeared at a number of the president's rallies. He is also a familiar face to consumers from MyPillow's ubiquitous TV commercials, which air frequently on Fox News.
