When a ship sailing on the high seas, be it an ocean liner or a medium sized sailing yacht, when the captain, in the advance of a looming storm senses great danger, he will call for “All Hands on Deck!” The captain will only give the ominous call for “All hands on deck,” when the ship is in imminent danger of being smashed onto the rocks, and sinking. In fact, his next order could possibly be to “ABANDON SHIP!” Messiah Yeshua, our Captain, is calling “All Hands on Deck” right now for His entire crew to be on special guard duty, as frightful danger and treacherous waters lie immediately ahead of His nation and people.
This is where you come in – WE URGENTLY NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK!” As of right now, all Intercessors for Israel are called up to go to their divinely assigned prayer stations – closets! Times are urgent! Let’s go and look at the Horsemen of the Apocalypse:
REVELATION 6:2: " And I looked, and behold, a white horse, He who sat on it had a bow and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer."
Here is an insight: the Greek word for BOW is actually TOXON, which evolved from Greek archers using poison on the tips of their arrows. The word CORONA in Corona Virus means CROWN in Latin. The corona virus gets its name from the crown-like spike proteins that it has all over its surface.
An interesting Note: The untried and untested experimental Covid 19 shots are administered by a sharp miniature steel arrow that is tipped with toxic poison. Look how the Covid-19 pandemic has gone out conquering and it has conquered the whole world, and, as we speak, it is still doing so at a furious pace!
What comes next? Let us turn our attention now to the second horseman. Soon it will be time for the fiery red horseman to ride… and he brings War! Second Horseman: War is on the Horizon!
Revelation 6:3: “ When he opened the second seal, “I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and See.”
Revelation 6:4: “ Another horse, fiery red, went out, and it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given him a great sword.”
The verse above tells us that WAR is next on the agenda. What are the signs of war that we see on the horizon?

1. Finance Minister Liberman comes out against new lockdown - Israel National News
Israeli Finance Minister Avidgor Liberman (Yisrael Beytenu) announced his opposition to a new COVID lockdown Monday evening, pushing back against plans by the government to impose a fourth lockdown if infection rates continue to rise.
Liberman noted the significant economic costs of imposing widespread closures, adding that it remains unclear whether they are effective in reducing the number of seriously ill COVID patients.
“It isn’t clear if there is a correlation between lockdowns and a decline in new confirmed cases and in seriously ill patients. What is clear is that there is a correlation between lockdowns and economic damage.” (Read more)

2. Coalition Arab MK: Bennett Knows If He Launches Military Attack his Government Would Go Down - Jewish Press
Poor Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, he just squeaked through a major crisis up north with Hezbollah firing dozens of rockets at IDF outposts and civilian centers, a barrage of incendiary balloons flown from Gaza into Israeli fields and forests, only to be hit on the head by one of the cluster of Arab members of his coalition government, MK Ghaida Rinawie Zoabi (Meretz) from Galilee, who announced on the Arab-language channel of Israel’s Kan 11 public broadcasting system: “Bennett knows that if the government goes to a military confrontation – the coalition will fall because both Meretz and Ra’am would not agree to such a thing.”
“The presence of Meretz and Ra’am in the coalition limits the harshness of any military decision,” she stressed.
This may be a good place to remind our readers that on June 1, speaking to two Channel 20 interviewers, another Meretz Arab MK, Minister of Regional Cooperation Issawi Frej, calmed Jewish concerns about that exact issue, saying, “I want to tell you only one thing. Any rocket that targets the State of Israel hits both Arabs and Jews. And the rockets that fell in the south, I and my family went into the bomb shelter. The rocket does not skip over Muhammad and hits Moshe, they’re all under the same threat.”
Not according to MK Ghaida Rinawie Zoabi, apparently, who went about cutting her prime minister down to size with the skill of a French bouchère: “It’s in the coalition agreements. The government has agreed that it would only deal with economic and civil matters.” And to flamboyantly fillet Naftali comme-il-faut, she testified: “If Netanyahu were the prime minister – the government’s response (to the Hezbollah rockets – DI) would have been stronger.” (Read more)

3. Bahraini official in Israel blasts Iran: ‘Nuclear deal fueled crisis, hate and extremism’ - World Israel News
“In every crisis that develops in the Middle East – we can point to the involvement of Iran or its proxies,” Bahrain’s undersecretary for political affairs Abdullah bin Ahmad al Khalifa said on Sunday during his third visit to Israel, Israeli media reported.
The Bahraini senior official arrived in Israel on a four-day working visit on Sunday, a statement by the Foreign Affairs Ministry read. Al Abdallah is the person who was put in charge of the relation with Israel in Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry.
Upon arrival, he met with several Israeli senior officials, including President Isaac Herzog and Foreign Affairs Minister Yair Lapid.
Later, speaking to reporters in Jerusalem, al Khalifa heavily criticized the 2015 deal with Iran.
“We were hoping that the deal would open a new page in the region but the exact opposite happened: it fueled crises in the Middle East, increased the number of refugees seeking asylum in Europe, and led to hate and increased extremism in many parts of the Middle East,” he said.
“I haven’t seen a single good thing come out of the deal, and I’m convinced that Biden’s administration is aware of these concerns and of the messages he has received from other Gulf states,” al Khalifa added. (Read more)

4. Judicial Selection Committee holds first meeting - Jerusalem Post
The powerful Judicial Selection Committee, chaired by Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar and which is set to replace six justices through October 2023, held its first meeting Monday night.
There are already two gaping holes which need to be filled following the retirement of Justices Hanan Melcer and Menachem Mazuz in April.
In 2022, Neal Hendel and George Karra retire and by October 2023, Chief Justice Esther Hayut and Anat Baron will also have retired.
Besides Sa'ar, the committee also includes: Hayut, Justice Yitzhak Amit, Justice Uzi Vogelman, Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked, Labor MK Efrat Riten, Religious Zionist Party MK Simcha Rotman and Israel Bar Association representatives Muhammad Naamana and Ilana Sakar. (Read more)

5. Following UN Report, Israeli Leftwing Environment Minister Calls to Declare ‘Climatic State of Emergency’ - Jewish Press
Israel must declare a climatic state of emergency and define climate disasters as a strategic threat, Israel’s progressive Minister of Environmental Protection Tamar Zandberg stated, following the new UN report on climate change.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Report, released Monday, claimed that “many of the changes observed in the climate are unprecedented in thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of years, and some of the changes already set in motion—such as continued sea-level rise—are irreversible over hundreds to thousands of years.”
The report provides new estimates of the chances of crossing the global warming level of 1.5°C in the next decades, and finds that unless there are immediate, rapid and large-scale reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, limiting warming to close to 1.5°C or even 2°C will be beyond reach. 1. Mainstream media silent while Obama dances maskless in a crowded tent | Fox News
The mainstream media largely ignored the latest pictures and video of former President Barack Obama dancing maskless in a crowded tent for his 60th birthday party.
On Sunday, the New York Post publicized images of Obama dancing without a mask from his 60th birthday celebration on Saturday. According to the Post, Rapper Trap Beckham and manager TJ Chapman confirmed that the former president was out on the dance floor in pictures that Beckham allegedly had to delete.
"Had to delete everything due to the rules," Beckham reportedly explained. "It was epic for sure. If any videos surface it’s going viral. He danced the whole time. Nobody ever seen Obama like this before."
- Lord, as this birthday bash went on, the push for mask mandates also occurred from Dr Fauci. That it was demanded that these posts be deleted is evidence of hypocrisy of the highest order. We pray Your protection over your people – let no plan of the enemy come to fruition.

2. Senators Launch Effort to Expand Federal Bench by 77 Judges (breitbart.com)
Sens. Todd Young (R-IN) and Chris Coons (D-DE) introduced a bill last month that would expand the federal judiciary by 77 judges, starting in 2025, after the current presidential term.
Democrats have been expressing a wish to expand the number of Supreme Court justices, so that President Joe Biden can appoint four new justices to override the current 6-3 majority of Republican appointees. Some have advocated a milder approach, expanding the lower courts first.
The new bill, called the Judicial Understaffing Delays Getting Emergencies Solved (JUDGES) Act, says that “The Judicial Conference of the United States requested the creation of 77 new district judges in its 2021 report,” and that “As of March 31, 2021, there were 696,789 pending cases, averaging 803 filings per judgeship.” The Coons-Young legislation provides for 39 new judgeships to be created after Jan. 21, 2025, and 38 new judgeships after Jan. 21, 2029.
Last year, during the presidential campaign, Biden dodged the question of whether he would endorse Democrats’ calls to pack the Supreme Court, finally announcing that he would appoint a commission of “scholars” to consider the issue. But Democrats jumped the gun, unveiling legislation in both the House and the Senate in April to expand the number of Supreme Court justices from nine to thirteen.

3. White House Refuses to Endorse Vaccine Mandate for Migrants Released into U.S. (breitbart.com)
President Joe Biden continues promoting coronavirus vaccine mandates for American citizens, but the White House still struggles to explain why that standard is not applied to migrants crossing the Southern border.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki ignored a question Thursday asking if the administration wants to apply the same vaccine standards proposed for foreign visitors to migrants released into the United States.
Psaki said that “interagency working groups” are developing a plan for international travel but did not address migrants coming across the Southern border.
“Given where we are today with the Delta variant, we will plan to maintain existing travel restrictions at this point,” she said.
Since Breitbart News first brought up the issue of coronavirus-infected individuals crossing the border, the Biden White House has struggled to address the topic of coronavirus-infected migrants spreading the virus in the United States.

4. Senate advances Biden's $1.2T infrastructure package with 18 GOP votes (nypost.com)
The Senate moved to advance President Biden’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure package on Saturday, clearing a key procedural hurdle to end debate and clear the bill.
The 67 – 23 vote to invoke cloture beat back GOP efforts to filibuster the bill. A total of 18 Republicans voted with every Democrat to advance the bipartisan measure.
The vote takes the bill one step closer to final passage which could come as early as Saturday afternoon — though more likely Sunday or Monday
“I would say not today. They’re all still horsetrading. There are still amendments to be worked out. People are still submitting amendments,” said one Senate insider intimately involved in the negotiations.
- Lord, this bill is filled with extraneous, unnecessary items, and is so long that lawmakers have not actually been able to read it all the way through. We pray for Your mighty hand of wisdom to rest upon all that this bill contains.

5. White House steels itself for fight over ATF nominee | Washington Examiner
The White House is steeling itself for a battle over President Joe Biden’s pick to lead the Justice Department’s gun agency as allegations of racist remarks and incomplete disclosures call into question his ability to oversee the enforcement body.
David Chipman has already faced a bruising nomination for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives post for his ties to Giffords, a gun violence prevention group run by former Arizona Rep. Gabby Giffords.
“We’ve been eyes wide open into the challenge from the beginning,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said this week.
The uptick in violence has become a liability for Biden, which he has sought to address with funding for police officers and a pro-police message.

6. Big-spending Biden and Democrats steel themselves for debt ceiling fight | Washington Examiner
President Joe Biden's expensive infrastructure and social welfare packages are exacerbating the Democrats' challenges with the federal budget deficit and debt limit negotiations as he and congressional allies brace for the 2022 midterm elections.
Biden's $1.2 trillion bipartisan brick-and-mortar bill and its Democratic $3.5 trillion social welfare and environmental reconciliation counterpart are hindering discussions with Republicans over raising the debt ceiling after the 2019 deal expired last month and the Treasury Department started operating under “extraordinary measures."
Biden and congressional Democrats are under pressure to lift the debt limit before Sept. 30. After that deadline, the federal government will run out of money, and the country will default on its loans. But their task is complicated by the August recess and a lack of public understanding regarding the process, which actually aids Republicans looking to score political points before the 2022 cycle.

7. Democratic Senator Joe Manchin Sounds Alarm About Inflation Threat | The Daily Wire
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has asked the Federal Reserve to taper its monetary stimulus.
Despite rising inflation, the Federal Open Market Committee — which oversees the execution of monetary policy in the United States — has so far declined to amend its near-zero interest rate target or scale back its $120 billion in monthly asset purchases.
Manchin argued in a Thursday letter to Fed Chair Jerome Powell that the stimulus is no longer merited given the American economy’s rebound:
"With the recession over and our strong economic recovery well underway, I am increasingly alarmed that the Fed continues to inject record amounts of stimulus into our economy by continuing an emergency level of quantitative easing (QE) with asset purchases of $120 billion per month of Treasury securities and mortgage backed securities.
The record amount of stimulus in the economy has led to the most inflation momentum in 30 years, and our economy has not even fully reopened yet. I am deeply concerned that the continuing stimulus put forth by the Fed, and proposal for additional fiscal stimulus, will lead to our economy overheating and to unavoidable inflation taxes that hard working Americans cannot afford.
While I appreciate your commitment to maximum employment and stable prices, it is imperative we begin to understand that long term policy responses tailored for an economic depression, like the Great Depression and Great Recession of 2008, may not be what is required for today’s economy and could result in higher than desired inflation if not removed in time."

8. Female Inmate Pregnant After Being Forced To Share Prison With Biological Men Claiming To Be Transgender | The Daily Wire
A female inmate in California is now pregnant after women’s prisons were forced to accept biological male prisoners claiming to be women without any questions asked.
The Blaze reported that a liberal women’s organization, Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF), has reported that at least one woman has become pregnant following California’s law that allows men to identify as women and get sent to a women’s prison – even if they were in prison for violence against women. As The Daily Wire reported last month, California began handing out condoms and Plan B to female inmates who were forced to accept sharing a prison with biological men claiming to be transgender. At the time, the WoLF released a statement about what was being handed out in prisons:
"Women incarcerated in California’s largest women’s prison are describing the conditions as “a nightmare’s worst nightmare” after the introduction of new pregnancy resources in the Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF) medical clinics. The new resources are a tacit admission by officials that women should expect to be raped when housed in prison with men, where all sex is considered non-consensual by default within the system.
New posters recently appeared in medical rooms outlining the options available to “pregnant people” in prison, including prenatal care, abortion, and adoption. The poster also declares that women have the right to “contraceptive counseling and your choice of birth control methods by a licensed health care provider within 60-180 days prior to scheduled release date.” However, the only methods available to incarcerated women to prevent pregnancy are condoms, which appeared shortly after the men, and Plan B emergency contraceptives."

9. Runaway Texas Democrats file lawsuit against Gov. Greg Abbott for 'damaging their reputations' | Daily Mail Online
Almost two dozen Texas Democrats who fled to Washington, D.C. last month in order to block two 'restrictive' voting reform bills proposed by Republicans have now filed a lawsuit against Gov. Greg Abbott.
Abbott - who is Republican - threatened to arrest the lawmakers when they eventually return to the Lone Star state after they packed onto private jets and flew to the nation's capitol on July 12.
On Friday, 22 of the Democrats filed a complaint in federal court in Austin claiming that Republican attempts to bring them home for a special legislative session is a violation of their rights.
The plaintiffs claim they 'have been deprived of liberty for substantial periods of time, [and] suffered much anxiety and distress over the separation from their families.
They also say they have suffered from 'much discomfort and embarrassment' because their reputations have been 'impaired'.
In addition to Abbott, GOP House Speaker Dade Phelan and State Rep. James White are also named as defendants in the suit.

10. 6 City Council Members Served With Recall Notices In ‘Surf City USA’ | The Daily Wire
Recall efforts have been launched against several Democrats in California, including the governor, the district attorneys in Los Angeles County and San Francisco, and at least three elected officials in the City of L.A.
But according to The Daily Pilot, “a vocal group of conservative Huntington Beach residents have decided to take further steps to try to shift the balance of power on the City Council” there. The outlet reported, “The residents have formed a group called ‘Save Surf City,’ with the intention of getting every council member but one off the dais.”
As the epicenter of Southern California surf culture, Huntington Beach officially adopted the Surf City USA nickname in 2008. It is located in Orange County, about a 36-mile drive from L.A.
- Lord, we pray that Your will be accomplished in this fight to win against those whose policies have caused difficulties for all.

11. Stars and Stripes - Taliban seize major Afghan city, one of three provincial capitals to fall Sunday
The Taliban overran three provincial capitals in Afghanistan on Sunday, including the strategic northern city of Kunduz, officials said. They are the latest in a string of battlefield wins by the insurgents, who have stepped up attacks as American troops withdraw from the country.
Kunduz — a key commercial hub with a population of more than 350,000 people and capital of a province with the same name — is the biggest city to fall to the Taliban since the withdrawal of international forces began in May.
The Taliban released inmates from the local prison after entering the city, while offices of the provincial governor and police chief were evacuated, Maj. Abdul Hadi, a spokesman for the Afghan military in Kunduz, told Stars and Stripes.
Heavy fighting between Taliban fighters and Afghan security forces continued throughout the day, according to witnesses. "The problem is that the enemy is hiding in people's houses and it is hard to target them, because of civilians,” Hadi said.
All government facilities but the city’s airport and main army barracks had fallen to the Taliban as of Sunday afternoon, provincial council member Abdul Ahad Torial Kakar said in a telephone interview. But fighting around the airport was ongoing, Kakar said.
The Taliban seized Kunduz for about two weeks in 2015, but eventually withdrew after the U.S. began airstrikes. The insurgents entered the city center for a brief period a year later before being driven out again.
The Taliban on Sunday also seized the capital of neighboring Takhar province, Taleqan, after heavy fighting in several areas, local officials said.

Women, new Believers, children who were taught a more open system are now in jeopardy after 20 years of relative freedom. We pray for them all and ask Your grace and mercy for them. We ask for Your power to free that nation from the evil one.

12. Defense secretary to mandate COVID vaccine for US military by Sept. 15 | Fox News
The Pentagon is requiring members of the U.S. military to get vaccinated against coronavirus.
All military troops will have until September 15 to get vaccinated, according to a memo sent by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to all Department of Defense employees. It could be even sooner depending on developments regarding vaccine approval or the spread of COVID-19.
I will seek the president’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon [FDA approval] whichever comes first," Austin said in the memo, which went out to troops on Monday.
"I will not hesitate to act sooner or recommend a different course to the President if l feel the need to do so," Austin added. "To defend this Nation, we need a healthy and ready force."
The Pfizer vaccine is expected to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration in early September. Should that not happen, Austin could seek a presidential waiver to require troops to get the vaccine.

A Lesson For Olympians

While the United States edged out China in gold medals at the Olympics—39 to 38—and took a commanding 113 total medals home to China’s 88, the luster of the gold and America’s participation was certainly lessened by all the political drama. At times, it seemed that many of the US athletes’ desire to “use their platform” to protest all the social injustices in America was far greater than their will to win as representatives of their country’s very best. Women’s soccer, men’s basketball, shot putting, fencing, hammer throwing, and others joined in to show that America was racially and sexually unjust. This belies the times past when athletes demonstrated against political injustice by their superb performances.
I was at a track meet in 1973 and there was a very humble black man with whom I struck up a conversation. He encouraged me to do my best in all things, whether it be the race I was to run or in life. He talked to me about pursuing excellence and being respectful to others. His name was Jesse Owens. If there was anyone of his time on the world stage who had a right to protest, it was him. This is the most important commentary I've ever written.
It's time for alarm bells. It's time for me to play the part of Paul Revere: "The communist tyrants and dictators are coming! The communist tyrants and dictators are coming!" They're coming first for unvaccinated Americans.
This is 1938. I'm a Jew. I now understand just a little of what it felt like to be a Jew in 1938. No, it's not the Holocaust. Nothing can be compared to the Holocaust. Ever.
But 1938 was not the Holocaust. It was the pre-Holocaust. It was the time before the nightmare, when the foundation was being laid to destroy the freedom, free speech, businesses and lives of millions of Jews.
Everything happening today to the American people ... to the U.S. Constitution ... to freedom ... and particularly to unvaccinated Americans reminds me of 1938. This is only the beginning. It gets much worse from here.
First, "the papers." Vaccine mandates and vaccine passports are just like 1938, when the Gestapo demanded papers from every German.
Republicans asked for "papers" from migrants who had broken into our country. Criminals. Democrats said, "No, that's racism." Republicans asked for "papers" once every two years for federal elections, to prove you have a right to vote. Democrats said, "No, that's racism."
Now Democrats want American citizens, not illegal aliens, not criminals, but patriots born in this country, to produce papers 24/7. We'll need papers to enter restaurants, bars, nightclubs, concerts, casinos, conventions and hotels and to board a train, plane or bus. We'll need papers to enter a supermarket, or we'll starve to death. All for the crime of being unvaccinated against ... wait for it ...
The flu.
All for the crime of being unwilling to inject an untested, rushed to production, experimental, "for emergency use only" shot into our bodies.
What happened to the war cry of Democrats: "My body, my choice"? It only applies to murdering babies, but it doesn't apply to dangerous experimental shots that we don't want injected into our bodies. (Read more here)

30th Texas City Bans Abortion, Declares Itself 'Sanctuary City for the Unborn'

A central Texas city on Wednesday became the 30th active jurisdiction in the state to ban abortion and declare itself a "sanctuary city for the unborn" when its commissioners unanimously passed an ordinance prohibiting the procedure.
Eastland, Texas, a city of about 4,000 residents located about 90 miles southwest of Fort Worth, became the 30th active jurisdiction in the state with such an ordinance, according to Texas Right to Life.
The ordinance does not penalize the woman seeking an abortion but instead "holds those who profit from taking the child's life" accountable, including the abortion doctor, Texas Right to Life said.
"Texas Right to Life applauds the efforts of Eastland's Pro-Life citizens in bold defense of Life, and urges other cities across Texas to join the growing movement to protect women and preborn children," the organization said in a statement.
