COMMANDING THE TERRORIST (SLEEPER) CELLS IN AMERICA
TO STAND DOWN . . . AND TO REMAIN ASLEEP!
|
|
Introduction:
20 years ago, just after 9/11, we began hearing of the existence of "sleeper cells" of terrorists that had been embedded throughout our country, waiting to "pounce." At that time, our own CHPP prayer warriors called upon the Most High God to command those sleeper cells to remain asleep - doing no harm to our people.
Thankfully, God has heard and answered our prayers.
Now today, 20 years later, those sleeper cells are still in place and, after these many years, their numbers have surely increased.
Furthermore, on this date, when our troops are leaving Afghanistan, the enemy must surely be feeling empowered to strike . . . in ways only known to God.
Below please find our DECLARATION CONCERNING THE THREAT OF TERRORISM, written upon our request by a member of our team, Barbara Potts.
Thank you for standing in agreement with the words written below.

DECLARATION CONCERNING THE THREAT OF TERRORISM
(from Isaiah 59)
O Lord God of Hosts - God of Angel armies - who is mighty like You, O Lord? - You have scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm -- Your right hand and Your holy arm have gained You the victory! LORD SABAOTH - We implore You to put on Your righteousness as a breastplate with Your garments of vengeance. Clad Yourself with holy zeal - Arise as our DELIVERER and raise Your standard against the enemy!
Mighty Jehovah, the covenant keeping God - we bring You in remembrance of the blood of the martyrs upon this land. Remember the faith of our founding fathers and their holy covenant with You for the dedication of this land to the glory of God and the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.. O, Lord, do not forget or forsake this covenant, we pray. For IT IS WRITTEN: “The scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land allotted to the righteous.“ (Ps. 125:3) For the sake of Your mighty Name, do not allow our enemies to triumph over us! Arise! and repay fury to Your adversaries and recompense to Your enemies!
In the Name of Jesus, we stand and declare, as God's Kingdom Representatives on earth, the severing of the cords of the wicked network of terrorist cells in this nation, including the dismantling and failure of all rogue jihadist plans. We declare exposure to any conspiracy by our own government seeking to divide Israel and to undermine or usurp our freedoms and our sovereignty as a world leader. We proclaim disarray, confusion, defection, and the Holy fear of God into the enemy camp, foreign and domestic. (Matthew 17:25) We declare failure to any terrorists plots or conspiracies against the American people. And we rebuke the spirit of fear generated through the weaponizing of the COVID viruses and vaccines. We further rebuke any technological or cyber attacks which would seek to impose martial law or immobilize people, business and government. We immobilize and cancel any and all demonic agendas to bring terrorist attacks to celebrate or mark the anniversary of 9/11.
We stand against the spirit of FEAR being promoted by the media now on all fronts, and we decree that IT IS WRITTEN: "The Lord has not given us the spirit of fear, but of love and of power and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)
We declare that the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, YESHUA THE CHIRST, has triumphed over and continues to prevail against all these demonic strongholds, principalities and agendas.
So for the sake of our King and His Kingdom, we call forth the armies of heaven to engage in this battle and to encamp around and protect (Ps.34:7) our borders, waterways, highways, railways, subways, shipyards, military installations, airports and airplanes, government buildings, the power grid, and all public venues that could be a target for terror.
We declare over the entry-ways of our cities and our nation: “LIFT UP YOUR HEADS O YE GATES - AND BE LIFTED UP YE EVERLASTING DOORS - THAT THE KING OF GLORY MAY COME IN - the LORD STRONG AND MIGHTY - THE LORD MIGHTY IN BATTLE!“ O LORD OF HOSTS (Ps. 24:7-10) the heavens are Yours, and the earth also… Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne.” (Ps. 89:11 & 14) Establish the dominion of Your throne over our wayward nation -- in the Mighty Name of Jesus and for His Glory!

- Lord God, we thank You for this decree and we now stand in agreement with this declaration over our land. Thank You, Holy One, for Your Hand of protection that will rest upon our people as we turn to You, in repentance, for safety, for healing, and for grace to help in time of need. Amen and amen.
- "(if) My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place." (2 Chronicles 7:14,15)

1. Biden raised reopening of Jerusalem consulate, opposition to evictions, with PM - Times of Israel
WASHINGTON — US President Joe Biden reaffirmed his plan to reopen the US consulate in Jerusalem and expressed his opposition to Israeli evictions of Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood during a closed Oval Office meeting with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, a senior White House aide in the room told American Jewish leaders in a subsequent phone call on Friday.
Asked by Americans for Peace Now CEO Hadar Susskind whether Biden raised the two issues during his meeting with Bennett, US National Security Council director for the Middle East Barbara Leaf responded, “Yes and Yes,” according to two participants on the call.
Leaf said Biden made clear that he still plans to re-open the de-facto mission to the Palestinians in Jerusalem after it was shuttered by former president Donald Trump in 2019. Asked about the matter during an interview with The New York Times earlier this week, Bennett went the furthest he’s gone to publicly oppose the effort. “Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. It’s not the capital of other nations,” he said. (Read more)

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett met with US President Joe Biden at the White House and described the meeting as “excellent.”
“It was an excellent meeting, especially one-on-one,” declared Bennett. “It felt like we knew each other a long time. I found a leader who loves Israel, knows exactly what he wants, and is attentive to our needs.”

3. Bennett on Biden Meeting: ‘We Accomplished All Our Goals’ - Algemeiner
JNS.org – Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Sunday declared his first diplomatic visit to Washington, DC a success.
“We achieved all of the goals that we set for the visit and more. We have agreed with the Americans on a joint working strategy to block the Iranian race for nuclear weapons,” said Bennett, before setting off on his return trip to Israel.
The Israeli premier characterized his two meetings with Biden on Friday as “very warm and very productive,” saying that they had “created a direct and personal connection … based on trust.”
In addition to the Iranian issue, the two leaders also discussed a waiver program to enable Israelis to enter the United States for business and tourism without the need to obtain a visa, according to a statement from Bennett’s office.
“President Biden — for the first time — instructed that progress be made and that the matter be closed as quickly as possible,” said Bennett. (Read more)

4. Israel strikes Gaza following violent riots, incendiary balloons - Jerusalem Post
Israel Air Force jets struck Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip on Sunday in retaliation to the launch of incendiary balloons that caused fires and violent demonstrations along the border fence at the weekend.
The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said that a Hamas military compound used for training and weapon production and a shaft for a terror tunnel near Jabalya were struck.
“The IDF will continue to respond forcefully against Hamas’s terror attempts,” the army said in a statement following the strikes.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency said that one site at Shuhada Street south of Gaza City was hit by four missiles and another near Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip was also hit. There were no injuries.
On the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said before boarding his flight home from Washington that he holds Hamas responsible for what happens in Gaza. (Read more)

1.Harvard appoints 'athiest' as president of university chaplains - not everyone is happy | Fox News
Harvard University has appointed a new chaplain who brings a fresh perspective to the role – as an atheist.
Greg Epstein, 44, took over as president of the university chaplains this week after the organization unanimously elected him.
The chaplains argue that as a man with no clear religious affinity, Epstein is the perfect candidate to organize the various religious group activities across the campus. As the president of the organization, Epstein will organize the more than 40 university chaplains from Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist and other religious communities.
- Lord, we pray that enough outcry would be raised that the University would change its plan. Secular people tend to clamp down on Christians in various ways, and we expect that to happen in this case. We pray for this man, that You would change his heart to accept Your salvation and be filled with Your Spirit.
- ''Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.'' Jude 1:3

2.Cook County judge strips mother of parental rights because she is not vaccinated (fox32chicago.com)
A Chicago mother says a Cook County judge has taken away her parental rights after learning that she is not vaccinated against COVID-19.
In what all parties agree is a very unusual and perhaps unprecedented step, a judge at Chicago’s Daley Center has stripped Rebecca Firlit of custody because she refuses to get a vaccination shot.
"I miss my son more than anything. It's been very difficult. I haven't seen him since August 10th," Firlit told FOX 32 News in an exclusive interview.
That’s the day Firlit appeared in court via Zoom along with her ex-husband for a child support hearing involving their 11-year-old son. The two have been divorced for seven years and share custody and parenting time.
She says out of the blue, Cook County Judge James Shapiro asked her whether she had been vaccinated. Firlit told Shapiro she had not because she has had bad reactions to vaccines in the past.
Shapiro then ordered that Firlit be stripped of all parenting time with her son until she gets vaccinated.
- Lord, we pray that this horrifying ruling would be reversed, especially since MS Firlit has had bad reactions to vaccination in the past. We ask that this judge be brought to his knees by Your power, to acknowledge his error.
- ''Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.'' Philippians 2:9-11

3.Stephen Miller: 'Vast Majority' of Incoming 100,000 Afghans 'Rendered No Meaningful Assistance' To U.S. Forces by Scott Morefield (townhall.com)
Stephen Miller, a former staffer and speechwriter for former President Donald Trump, told Fox News host Jesse Watters on Thursday that the "vast majority" of the incoming tens of thousands of Afghan refugees have "rendered no meaningful assistance" to U.S. forces.
As disaster after disaster continues to unfold regarding the Biden administration's horribly mismanaged withdrawal from Afghanistan, one aspect they've managed to run relatively seamlessly of late has been flight after flight out of Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport filled with Afghan refugees wanting to get the heck out of Dodge.
President Biden claimed on August 22 that incoming Afghan nationals all receive "security screenings" and a "background check," but this Politifact article acknowledges that many vetting process details aren't public.
- Holy Father, we ask that You protect America from Terrorists that may be coming to our shores. Save us, Mighty God, from another 9-11-2001, in Jesus Name!
'- 'He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day.'' Psalm 91:1-16

4. Federal Use of Facial Recognition Technology Expanding: GAO Report (theepochtimes.com)
A recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) survey shows that at least 10 federal agencies have plans to expand their use of facial recognition technology over the next two years—a prospect that alarms privacy advocates who worry about a lack of oversight.
The GAO released the results of a survey of 24 federal agencies, finding that 18 of them use facial recognition technology. Fourteen of those agencies use the tech for routine activity, such as unlocking agency-issued smartphones, while six reported using facial recognition software for criminal investigations and five others use the technology for surveillance, the Aug. 24 report found.
“For example, [U.S. Department of Health and Human Services] reported that it used an FRT system (AnyVision) to monitor its facilities by searching live camera feeds in real-time for individuals on watchlists or suspected of criminal activity, which reduces the need for security guards to memorize these individuals’ faces,” the GAO said. “This system automatically alerts personnel when an individual on a watchlist is present.”
According to the GAO, at least 10 government agencies plan to expand their use of facial recognition technology through 2023. To do so, many agencies are turning to the private sector.
- Lord, while we want law enforcement to be able to find the criminals and dangerous individuals among us, we ask You for Your protection against abuses of this technology.
- ''This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.'' Psalm 18:30

5.Activists Urge Joe Biden to Create Gun Control Office to Bypass Senate (breitbart.com)
Activists from numerous gun control groups are pressuring President Biden to created a White House-level gun control office that can be led by an individual who does not need Senate confirmation.
Politico reports that push comes as confirmation of Biden ATF nominee David Chipman appears unlikely, now that Sen. Angus King (I-ME) has voiced his opposition to the nomination.
Subsequently, four groups from the gun control lobby–Guns Down America, March For Our Lives, Newtown Action Alliance, and Survivors Empowered–are urging Biden to create a gun control office that will not be dependent on Senate support.
They sent a letter to Biden which said, in part:
Your administration is hard at work pursuing important priorities from infrastructure reform to reducing the disastrous impacts of climate change. But with rising gun deaths and the heightened threat of armed political extremism, gun violence can no longer be seen as a back burner issue.
Politicians have told us for decades that we must wait for the “right time” to tackle this crisis. We are writing to tell you that the time for bold executive action is now — and that you cannot wait on the Senate to take action. Our lives depend on your leadership.
The members of the gun control lobby asked Biden to create an “Office of Gun Violence Prevention.” Politico notes the gun control lobby suggests the leader of the office could be “an aide who does not need Senate confirmation.”
- Lord, we pray that no plan formed by such groups be adopted or pushed forward. Let Your liberty reign Supreme over America.
- ''They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved.'' 2 peter 2:19

6.Stranded in Kabul: Americans, LPRs, SIVs stopped at Taliban checkpoint | Fox News
As the U.S. carried out airstrikes against an ISIS-K vehicle suspected of carrying suicide bombers Sunday morning, Fox News obtained a video showing a group of Americans, special immigration visa applicants and legal permanent residents being held at a Taliban checkpoint in Afghanistan while attempting to travel to the Hamid Karzai International Airport.
According to sources in Kabul, the Taliban is not letting the group through its checkpoint, which is in close proximity of the airport, and there are no known plans for U.S. troops to go get them.
As seen in the video, the group of U.S. citizens, LPR’s and SIV applicants were traveling via buses to the airport in hopes of making it out of Afghanistan with the last remaining U.S. troops before the August 31st deadline.
- Lord, we cry out to You for the people who are stranded without help. We ask for wisdom, faith, and hope for them amid this situation. May You be their guide to safety in Jesus’ Name.
- ''In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.'' Proverbs 3:6

7.Woke history hits Middle East as Palestinians accused of erasing history | Fox News
Palestinian leaders and their western supporters on the political Left are now re-interpreting biblical history amid a wider expansion of woke activism in the Middle East, critics say. The Palestinian Authority (PA), emboldened by some in Europe and United Nations bodies, are looking to dismantle Judeo-Christian ties to the Holy Land as they seek to invent a new narrative favoring their claims on the region, opponents of the campaign argue.
"The PA's erasure of Jewish history combined with the inventing of a Palestinian history is used by the PA to define Israelis as 'Zionist thieves,' ‘usurpers,’ ‘foreigners,’ ‘invaders,’ ‘colonialists,’ in short people with no connection to the land who therefore must be defeated and expelled," Itamar Marcus, director of Palestinian Media Watch, an Israeli-based organization researching Palestinian society, told Fox News.
- Lord, we rebuke this plan of the enemy to re-write Biblical truth. In Jesus' Mighty Name we tear down this insidious plan to cause harm to both Christians and Jews.
- ''Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge— no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.'' Psalm 91:9-11

8.Cabinet appointments of new Iranian president comprised of ‘assassins, terrorists, and thieves’ - All Arab News
Iran’s new president, Ebrahim Raisi – the Shia cleric handpicked by Ayatollah Khamenei, who won a landslide election in June – has nominated candidates for Cabinet appointments which one opposition groups calls “a 19-member list of assassins, terrorists, and thieves handpicked from Khamenei’s Office.”
Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), said the “Cabinet of the henchman of the 1988 massacre” is an “embodiment of four decades of mullahs’ religious dictatorship and terrorism, whose primary mission is to confront the people’s uprising, and to plunder the national wealth, step up terrorism and warmongering and expand the unpatriotic nuclear and ballistic missiles programs.”
Some of the nominations include IRGC Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi, former commander of the terrorist Quds Force; Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, an aide to Qassem Soleimani; and IRGC Brig. Gen. Ezattollah Zarghami, who was involved in the U.S. Embassy hostage takeover in Tehran.
Raisi’s “conservative” list confirms a worrying direction for dissenters in Iran. Nicknamed the “Butcher of Tehran” for his responsibility in the mass executions of dissidents in 1988, Raisi was sanctioned by the United States in 2019.
“The 60-year-old Raisi is seen as the optimal enforcer who will seek to crush dissent at home with more aggression over the border,” Foreign Policy’s Michael Hirsh wrote.
- Lord, we ask for a move of Your Spirit within the nation of Iran, one that will change the hearts from terror to Your children. If they will not hear You, then we call for their removal lest they harm Your people.
- ''And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.'' Ezekiel 36:26

9. Obama education secretary excoriated for likening anti-maskers to Kabul suicide bombers in tweet | Fox News
Secretary of education under President Obama, Arne Duncan, set social media ablaze on Sunday after he likened anti-maskers and those who oppose the COVID-19 vaccine to the radical Islamic suicide bombers who killed U.S. service members at the Kabul airport last week.
"Have you noticed how strikingly similar both the mindsets and actions between the suicide bombers at Kabul’s airport, and the anti-mask and anti-vax people here?" Duncan wrote on Twitter. "They both blow themselves up, inflict harm on those around them, and are convinced they are fighting for freedom."
Duncan, one of former President Barack Obama’s longest-serving Cabinet officials, made the comment shortly before the bodies of 13 U.S. service members, who were killed in last week's terrorist suicide bombing attack in Afghanistan, were received by the president and first lady at Dover Air Force Base on Sunday.
Duncan's comments prompted a fierce reaction on social media, with critics noting the irony of his words just a day after he encouraged people to "treat each other with compassion."
- Lord Jesus, for these people who continually say hypocritical things that are evil, we ask that their own words will trip them up in such a way that all can see it.
- ''You take me out of the net they have hidden for me, for you are my refuge.'' Psalm 31:4

10. Supreme Court eviction ruling puts new pressure on Pelosi - Washington Examiner
House Democrats and Republicans are clamoring for congressional action following Thursday's Supreme Court ruling striking down President Joe Biden’s eviction moratorium.
The high court decision on Thursday shifts the moratorium fight back to Congress, where disagreements between parties and within the Democratic caucus have blocked legislative action.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi issued a statement on Friday opposing the ruling but gave no clear indication about how Congress would attempt to resolve the issue. The House is not set to reconvene until Sept. 20.
The 6-3 ruling specifically rejected Biden’s executive authority to block evictions for those who don’t pay rent and said if the moratorium is to continue, Congress must authorize it.
“Congressional Democrats have not and will not ever accept a situation of mass evictions,” Pelosi said Friday. “We will continue our work to ensure that families suffering hardship during the pandemic can have the safety of home, as we also work with communities to ensure the immediate disbursement by states and localities of the over $45 billion allocated by Congress for rental assistance.” (Read more)
- Father, this disastrous little weapon that the deep state has implemented to allow people to stay in their homes without paying rent indefinitely, must come to an end. We ask You to cause all potential legislation to fail so that the Supreme Court decision would firmly stand, requiring everyone to pay their rent. This seems to be a relentless pursuit to buy votes and supporters, through the belief that renters who need not pay rent or work, will be faithful serfs and defenders. We break this stronghold over our nation, in Jesus name and call forth integrity and righteousness from heaven to replace this devious activity.
- "'For it shall come to pass in that day,' says the Lord of hosts, 'That I will break his yoke from your neck, And will burst your bonds; Foreigners shall no more enslave them. But they shall serve the Lord their God, . . .'" (Jeremiah 30:8-9a)

11. Biden Checks His Watch, Fails to Salute Returning US Service Members Killed in Botched Afghanistan Exit - The American Thinker/Breaking Christian News
One of the things that happens to old people who are slipping into dementia is that they lose all sense of place and appropriate behavior. In this regard, they've regressed to a more childish state ... when the person in the Oval Office has no sense of place and appropriate behavior, it's a national humiliation—as is the case for Joe Biden checking his watch even as the coffins of those who died in ... Kabul ... were being unloaded from the plane in front of him, and, which is just as bad, failing to salute them. (Read more here)

- Father God, this man is SUCH an embarrassment to our whole country. Once again, we ask that Joe Biden be removed from his position, and another take his place. In Your Name, amen and amen.

12. Anonymous Donor to Pay for Funerals of All Tennessee Flood Victims (breitbart.com)
Grieving families in the wake of the Tennessee flood will not have to shoulder the burden of funeral costs thanks to one anonymous donor’s generous contribution.
“An anonymous donor has agreed to pay for the funerals of all 20 people who died in Saturday’s flooding, according to William Brown, the manager of the Humphreys County Funeral Home,” reported the Tennessean.
According to Brown, the mystery man came to his funeral home on Thursday and paid for all nine funerals he was hosting. The man also visited other funeral homes in the area and paid for those funerals as well. The Tennessean added:
The donations come as hundreds of thousands of dollars from donors across the state and nation have come to help after Saturday’s devastating flooding. The county seat, Waverly, was the epicenter of the floods, with hundreds of homes wiped out after 17 inches of rain was dumped in the area.
- Thank You, Lord for this help for these who have lost so much.
- ''I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.'' (Psalm 121:1)

Last American Military Plane Leaves Afghanistan, Ending 20-year War: General
The United States officially ended its military presence with the final U.S. military flight out of Kabul, concluding 20 years of American involvement in Afghanistan after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) head Gen. Frank McKenzie said during a televised address that the last C-17 military plane cleared Afghan airspace after lifting off at around 3:29 p.m. ET Monday. That came hours before President Joe Biden’s Tuesday deadline for shutting down the final airlift.
“I’m here to announce the completion of our withdrawal from Afghanistan and the end of the military mission to evacuation American citizens, third-country nationals, and vulnerable Afghans,” he said on Monday afternoon.
There are still Americans who remain in Afghanistan “in the low hundreds,” said McKenzie in a response to a reporter’s question, adding that the military and State Department will work to evacuate those individuals. A Pentagon spokesman earlier on Monday said that around 600 still remain in the country.
“We didn’t get out everyone that we wanted to get out,” the general said, adding that it is a “tough situation.” (Read more)
- Lord God Almighty, this situation is so distressing! We can only now pray in the Spirit for the safety and further evacuation of American citizens, most of whom are Christians. Help us, O Lord we pray, help us!
- "Give us help against the enemy, For deliverance by man is worthless." (Psalm 108:12)

Tropical Storm IDA in the News
|
|
|
1. Hurricane Ida brings 'nightmare scenario' for gas prices - Fox Business
Hurricane Ida could create a "nightmare" scenario for national gas prices, according to a market analyst.
Ida made landfall on Sunday as a Category 4 hurricane near Port Fourchon, Louisiana, which helps to produce around 18 percent of the U.S. oil supply. Port Fourchon also has a role in 90% of the Gulf of Mexico's deepwater oil production and is a base for more than 250 companies.
The devastation the hurricane is bringing will have a number of knock-on effects for markets in the next few weeks. Phil Flynn with the Price Futures Group told FOX Business that the storm was on track to hit over a dozen refineries with production capacity of more than 2 million barrels of oil.
"I expect the track of the storm could add anywhere from $.05 - $.10 a gallon," Flynn said, noting that might be a best-case scenario. He predicted that flooding, power outages and possible extended periods of downtime will add to the cost of gasoline.
"We also have to be a little bit concerned about oil platforms," Flynn added. "Even as they are hunkered down, the type of storm could do some longer-term damage to oil rigs and platforms." (Read more)
- Lord, we pray against the oil prices going so high and bind them tightly to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ Name we ask for the prices to remain steady across the nation, and for Your people to be able to obtain the gas they need.
- ''Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life'' (Psalm 54:4)

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
|
|
|
Trump:
Demand US Equipment From Taliban or Bomb it
Former President Donald Trump said on Monday that the U.S. should demand that all of their equipment back from the Taliban, “or at least bomb the hell out of it,” in a statement emailed to supporters.
“Never in history has a withdrawal from war been handled so badly or incompetently as the Biden Administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan,” Trump said. “In addition to the obvious, ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the U.S., and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars (sic) in cost. If it is not handed back, we should either go in with unequivocal Military force and get it, or at least bomb the hell out of it. Nobody ever thought such stupidity, as this feeble-brained withdrawal, was possible!”
According to reports, billions of dollars worth of weapons and equipment have fallen into the hands of the Taliban since the group swept through the country. White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said earlier this month that “We don't have a complete picture, obviously, of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban. And obviously, we don't have a sense that they are going to readily hand it over to us at the airport.”
“When an armed group gets their hands on American-made weaponry, it's sort of a status symbol. It's a psychological win,” noted Elias Yousif, deputy director of the Center for International Policy’s Security Assistance Monitor, according to The Hill.
“Clearly, this is an indictment of the U.S. security cooperation enterprise broadly,” he added. “It really should raise a lot of concerns about what is the wider enterprise that is going on every single day, whether that's in the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, East Asia.” (Reported by Newsmax)

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. -- Fire officials ordered more evacuations around the Tahoe Basin Sunday evening as crews dealt with a two-week old blaze they said was “more aggressive than anticipated," and continued to edge toward the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe.
“Today’s been a rough day and there’s no bones about it," said Jeff Marsoleis, forest supervisor for El Dorado National Forest. A few days ago, he thought crews could halt the Caldor Fire's eastern progress, but “today it let loose."
Flames churned through mountains just a few miles southwest of the Tahoe Basin, where thick smoke sent tourists packing at a time when summer vacations would usually be in full swing ahead of the Labor Day weekend.
“To put it in perspective, we’ve been seeing about a half-mile of movement on the fire’s perimeter each day for the last couple of weeks, and today, this has already moved at 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) on us, with no sign that it’s starting to slow down," said Cal Fire Division Chief Eric Schwab.
Some areas of the Northern California terrain are so rugged that crews had to carry fire hoses by hand from Highway 50 as they sought to douse spot fires caused by erratic winds. Read More

40 Days of Prayer
WRATH | DAY 17
This is day seventeen in our journey. Join us even if you are beginning today. Each day starting Saturday August 7 we have posted a sin which the Lord would have us confess and remove through personal repentance. God willing, these 40 days will lead us to the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur September 15.
Today the sin is wrath.
There's a SPIRITUAL DROUGHT in every nation on the planet. We are not yet honoring the Authority of the Risen Christ that He revealed in Matthew 28:18: " ALL authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth."

Higher Ground
To listen to this classic hymn, CLICK HERE
Words: Johnson Oatman, Jr
Music: Charles Gabriel
Scripture: Let us go up to the mountain of the Lord. Micah 4:2
Lyrics:
I’m pressing on the upward way,
New heights I’m gaining every day;
Still praying as I’m onward bound,
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
Refrain
Lord, lift me up and let me stand,
By faith, on Heaven’s table land,
A higher plane than I have found;
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
My heart has no desire to stay
Where doubts arise and fears dismay;
Though some may dwell where those abound,
My prayer, my aim, is higher ground.
Refrain
I want to live above the world,
Though Satan’s darts at me are hurled;
For faith has caught the joyful sound,
The song of saints on higher ground.
Refrain
I want to scale the utmost height
And catch a gleam of glory bright;
But still I’ll pray till Heav’n I’ve found,
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
Refrain
