Does Scotus Wink?

Like sands through the hour glass, the time to resolve election integrity issues is slipping by. Many options are being considered in attempt to get the court system, state legislators and the US Congress to take action. Sunday, the President and his legal counsel filed suit with the Supreme Court to consider the constitutionality of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court “eviscerating the laws enacted by the Pennsylvania Legislature governing the election of presidential electors in the middle of the 2020 Presidential election.” The suit claims that Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court violated Article II of the US Constitution and various other statutes. This case may serve as precedent to similar violations by other states.
The suit claims, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decisions involve issues of the utmost federal importance involving the Constitution’s most fundamental rights as exercised in the Nation’s most important election. The outcome of the election for the Presidency of the United States hangs in the balance because the selection of presidential electors is governed by the Constitution and congressional enactment, in addition to state law enacted by the Legislature. In the four related opinions, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dramatically changed Pennsylvania law governing absentee and mail voting during the 2020 Presidential election, which likely changed the result in Pennsylvania and, potentially, the outcome of the overall Presidential election.
“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s changes are contrary to settled caselaw, the unambiguous language of the Election Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. at 104-05 (“Having once granted the right to vote on equal terms, the State may not, by later arbitrary and disparate treatment, value one person’s vote over that of another.”). Only the state Legislatures, not the Courts, are empowered to set (or change) the rules for selecting Presidential electors.” The President’s lawyers are asking for SCOTUS to expedite “an appropriate remedy” to 1) decide before the election result finalization deadline on January 6, and 2) time is “plainly of the essence because once candidates have taken office, it will be impossible to repair election results tainted by illegally and belatedly cast or absentee and mail ballots.”
Please understand that this is just one of the many avenues being taken to ensure election integrity. The battle is uphill because Democrats and their media shills are only saying there is no evidence of election fraud, or that the President refuses to concede an obvious defeat. Notice they are not saying “We didn’t cheat” or “We didn’t break the law.” This is key. It is all part of the art of deception. The President is trying to clearly demonstrate that laws were broken and that cheating did occur. Proverbs 6:13 says a wicked man, “winks with his eyes, He shuffles his feet, He points with his fingers.” If SCOUTUS winks and shuffles its feet at this situation, there is no assurance from this day forward that any election will be fair and honest. And with that, our freedoms of speech and of religious expression are well in jeopardy as is the Republic.

1. Netanyahu Gets Corona Vaccine After Quoting Bible- Israel 365 News
Embodying the IDF imperative of leading from the front, on Saturday night, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu became the first Israeli to be vaccinated.
Invoking the Bible, Netanyahu rolled up his sleeve, reciting part of a verse from Deuteronomy:
…by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm… Deuteronomy 4:34
The PM also paraphrased Neil Armstrong, who, in 1969, became the first US astronaut and the first man to walk on the moon, saying, “ “That’s one small step for [a] man, one giant leap for mankind.”
Netanyahu, whose achievement was less monumental than Armstrong’s, quipped, “That was a small jab for a man, a huge step for the health of us all. May this be this successful. Go out and get vaccinated!”

2. Netanyahu plans full closure of air travel into Israel - Israel National News
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu pushed Monday morning for a total ban on the entry of foreign nationals to Israel, citing recent outbreaks abroad of a fast-spreading strain of the coronavirus.
Speaking at the opening of a meeting of the Coronavirus Cabinet, Netanyahu said the government was keeping a close watch on developments abroad.
“This mutation is spreading across the world, and we’re looking into its significance.”
Netanyahu proposed reimposing the total ban on air travel into Israel, which was put into place earlier this year, following the first outbreak of the coronavirus.

"I'm an analog guy in a digital world," Israeli singer-songwriter Alon Oleartchik said in one of his better-known songs, expressing the concern many people feel that the physical world is fading out of our lives. The first few decades of the information revolution bolstered that concern. The more technology progressed, the more activities began taking place via computer – and later smartphones – the more the world that could be sensed seemed to be disappearing. Futurists, some happily and some less so, predicted that soon everything would be digitized.

"On one hand, the closures, the restricted movement, and the public's fear of being in crowded places became a catalyst for the development of new solutions that could overcome a stop in the normal process of human existence. 4. Man commits suicide at coronavirus hotel - Jerusalem Post
A man committed suicide at a coronavirus hotel in Israel on Monday, according to KAN news. The coronavirus cabinet was updated about the incident during an ongoing meeting.
As a new strain of the coronavirus detected in the UK has begun to spread around the world, the coronavirus cabinet decided on Monday to ban all foreign citizens from entering the country and requiring all Israelis who enter Israel to enter coronavirus hotels for quarantine for at least 10 days. The decision will take effect on Wednesday afternoon.
About 30 residents who returned to Israel on Sunday from the UK and were forced to enter quarantine at a coronavirus hotel conducted a protest on Monday in front of the Dan Panorama coronavirus hotel against Health Ministry regulations, according to Channel 12.
The protesters claimed that since they were forced into a quarantine hotel immediately upon arrival without warning, they did not have time to prepare and did not have supplies they needed. They additionally claimed that they were not receiving suitable food and one person stated that she was not receiving blood pressure medication she needs.

5. Kushner: Jerusalem not cause of problem, it's core of solution- Jerusalem Post
Israel's capital city of Jerusalem is the key to peace between Israel and its neighbors and not the source of Middle East divisions, White House special advisor Jared Kushner said on Monday in Jerusalem's Grove of Nations Forest.
"Jerusalem is not the cause of the problem, it is the core of the solution," Kushner said.
"Some have used the cause of Jerusalem to divide, Jerusalem remains proudly open," Kushner said, adding that regional transformation has officially begun.
Kushner spoke at a special tree planting ceremony with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, one day before he is scheduled to head to Morocco with an Israeli delegation headed by National Security Advisor Meir Ben Shabbat.

1. Trump campaign takes fight over Penn. election, ballot laws to Supreme Court - Fox
President Trump’s campaign team on Sunday filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to reverse several cases by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to change the state’s mail ballot law before and after the 2020 presidential election.
The president’s campaign alleged in a statement that the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court’s changing of the law was a violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution and Bush v. Gore.
The petition cites a "related Pennsylvania case" where Justice Samuel Alito and two other justices observed the constitutionality of the state court's decision to extend the statutory deadline for receipt of mail ballots from 8 p.m. on Election Day to 5 p.m. three days later.
The campaign team said the constitutionality of the court's decision had "national importance" and may violate the U.S. Constitution.
The petition marks the latest episode in an ongoing saga of lawsuits brought by the Trump campaign challenging the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Trump still refuses to concede and continues to promote allegations that there was massive voter fraud.

2. Flynn: Foreign Intelligence Agencies Were Monitoring US Election, Willing to Provide Information to Trump – The Epoch Times
Former national security adviser Michael Flynn said he was provided information that foreign intelligence agencies were monitoring the U.S. election on Nov. 3 and are willing to provide evidence to President Donald Trump.
“We have evidence now of foreign countries … were watching the attacks on our election system, our election process, on the 3rd of November,” Flynn told Fox Business on Friday. “So we now have that evidence and we received that today,” he said.
He didn’t elaborate on what foreign intelligence agencies were involved, how he obtained that information, or the nature of the alleged attacks on the election system.
But the foreign governments “are willing to provide that directly to the president,” Flynn remarked. “There are foreign partners and allies that are willing to help us,” he said.
The Epoch Times reached out to Flynn, the White House, and the Trump campaign for comment.
Flynn had been making reference to the SolarWinds cyberattack that impacted a considerable portion of federal government agencies. It is not clear if Flynn’s previous remarks about foreign countries monitoring the Nov. 3 was linked to the SolarWinds hack.
“I would say is SolarWinds is an entry point into the rest of our entire U.S. critical infrastructure,” Flynn added. “So everything that touches the United States government, if you enter through this SolarWinds attack that we perceive you basically have keys to the vault.”
Earlier in the week, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cybersecurity agency warned that the hack presents a risk to the Federal Government and state, local, tribal, and territorial governments as well as critical infrastructure entities” as well as the private sector.”
These hackers compromised agencies, critical infrastructure programs, and private sector organizations starting in March 2020 or possibly before that, according to the agency.

3. Former Wisconsin Judge: ‘Our Court System Has Been Deeply Intimidated by the Left’- The Epoch Times
A former judge from Wisconsin, who is now representing the Trump campaign in the state, told lawmakers this week that he believes intimidation by the left has prevented lawyers and judges from accepting and hearing election fraud cases.
“We have to acknowledge that the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left, just as the lawyers have been intimidated,” James Troupis told the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday. “And that’s a sad, sad state of affairs.”
The committee was conducting a hearing that explored voting “irregularities” from the 2020 general election. During the hearing, witnesses testified about a litany of alleged instances of election fraud occurring in multiple contested states.
Their claims are backed up by mounting evidence from witnesses, whistleblowers, and data experts that have emerged in recent weeks alleging that a proportion of ballots cast and counted in these battleground states were done so under irregular and fraudulent circumstances. Much of the evidence was presented through affidavits in the lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign or third parties, and through state legislature hearings hosted by Republicans.

4. More EU nations ban travel from UK, fearing virus variant- ABC
A growing list of European Union nations moved to ban flights from the U.K. on Sunday and others were considering similar action, in a bid to block a new strain of coronavirus sweeping across southern England from spreading to the continent.
France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland and Bulgaria all announced restrictions on U.K. travel, hours after British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that Christmas shopping and gatherings in southern England must be canceled because of rapidly spreading infections blamed on the new coronavirus variant.
Johnson immediately put those regions into a strict new Tier 4 restriction level, upending Christmas plans for millions. France banned all travel from the U.K. for 48 hours from midnight Sunday, the prime minister's office announced. The French statement said that would buy authorities time to find a “common doctrine” on how to deal with the threat. It specified that “flows of people or transport to the U.K. are not affected.”

5. Rep.-elect Cori Bush, BLM activist, lands seat on powerful House Judiciary Committee- Fox
Rep.-elect Cori Bush, the first Black Lives Matter activist to serve in Congress, has landed a high-profile job on the powerful House Judiciary Committee.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi made it official on Friday when unveiling the incoming freshman class committee nominations.
Bush, frequently referred to as a new member of "The Squad," featuring New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, has been at the forefront of racial justice protests. She said she'll use her new assignment to "affirm the dignity and humanity of Black and brown communities."
"I ran for office on the promise of justice," Bush, D-Mo., said in a statement. "Justice for Black lives. Justice for Michael Brown Jr. and Breonna Taylor. Justice for every community held back by racist systems and oppression. Today, I am proud to have been named to a committee with the power to bring about justice for all."

6. Georgia County Elections Board Dismisses Challenges to Voter Roll- The Epoch Times
Challenges to over 16,000 people on the voter roll in a Georgia County have been dismissed by an elections board.The Cobb Board of Elections and Registration voted on Friday to dismiss three complaints that sought to remove voters from the roll. Jason Shepherd, the chairman of the Republican Party in the county, told the board that he found evidence of approximately 16,024 people registered to vote in the county who reside outside of Georgia.
The information was gathered by running the county’s voter registration database against the National Change of Address Registry, he told the board in a letter earlier this month.
Two similar challenges were filed by Marietta attorney Pamela Reardon. One of the submissions was sent through True the Vote, a Texas-based election integrity group.
True the Vote announced Friday it was partnering with Georgians in every county to challenge 364,541 potentially ineligible voters.

7. Trump promises 'wild' protest in Washington DC on Jan. 6, claims it's 'impossible' he lost - Fox
President Trump on Saturday promised a "wild" protest in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6, as he continued to deny that he lost the election.
“Statistically impossible to have lost the 2020 Election," he tweeted. "Big protest in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!"
Jan. 6 is the day Congress will meet to accept the presidential election results. President-elect Joe Biden won the election, and presidential electors cast their votes last week in the Electoral College.
But Trump and his campaign have disputed the results and launched numerous legal challenges, although nearly all of them have failed. Earlier this month, the Supreme Court shot down a Texas lawsuit trying to nullify millions of votes in key swing states.
Roughly four dozen lawsuits by the Trump campaign and allies to upend the election results over the past six weeks have been tossed out by state and federal judges.
Trump’s legal team has said it intends to continue mounting legal challenges, but experts say there is little chance of success.
On Saturday, Trump linked to a report by Peter Navarro that claims without evidence that the amount of election fraud was sufficient to swing the election.

8. Hillsong church was a 'breeding ground' for inappropriate sex and leaders 'sent nudes to female volunteers while sleeping around', claim whistleblowers after disgraced leader's multiple affairs were exposed- Daily Mail
Staff at the celebrity mega-church Hillsong used the organization as a dating service, had inappropriate relations with volunteers and asked them to send nude photos of themselves, whistleblowers have claimed.
The volunteers said the church, which has recently been rocked by the revelations that former leader Carl Lentz cheated on his wife of 17 years, was a 'breeding ground for unchecked abuse'.
The scale led a group of high-level volunteers to send a letter to leaders in 2018, warning of the stories circulating about 'inappropriate' sexual behavior, according to page six.
The letter was sent to at least seven members of the top leaders of the US branch of the Australian church, which boasts Justin Bieber, Chris Pratt, Selena Gomez and Kourtney Kardashian among its members.

9. Trump: Reports of Martial Law Are More ‘Fake News’ – The Epoch Times
President Donald Trump on Sunday morning dismissed reports of an Oval Office meeting between him, Sidney Powell, and retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn where martial law was suggested.
“Martial law = Fake News. Just more knowingly bad reporting!” Trump wrote early Sunday in a tweet.
A Saturday report from The New York Times that cited anonymous sources asserted that Trump held a meeting with Powell, Flynn, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and other advisers. For that information, the NY Times claimed “two people briefed on the discussion” provided its reporters with the information.
The Epoch Times has reached out to the White House for comment.
Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis, who has aided in the president’s election challenges in key states, re-tweeted Trump’s post declaring the NY Times report as “fake news” on Sunday.
In a Dec. 18 Newsmax interview, Flynn suggested that Trump could direct the military to rerun the election in key states, but in that same interview, Flynn—a former director of national intelligence—said he doesn’t favor martial law being imposed, which appears to contradict the NY Times’ reporting.
“He could immediately, on his order, seize every single one of these machines around the country, on his order. He could also order, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and he could place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states. It’s not unprecedented,” Flynn told Newsmax.

10. Trump Administration Pulls $200 Million from California over Forced Abortion Coverage – Christian Headlines
The Trump administration on Wednesday said it would pull $200 million in Medicaid funds from California due to a state law that forces insurance plans to cover abortion.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in a press release said it would “disallow” $200 million in Medicaid funds each quarter beginning in January due to the state “illegally mandating that all health care plans” cover “abortion without exclusion or limitation.”
HHS was acting on complaints from Skyline Wesleyan Church and Missionary Guadalupanas of the Holy Spirit, a Catholic order of religious sisters.
“Because of their respect for the sanctity of all human life, the religious sisters and other complainants object to paying for elective abortion insurance for themselves and their colleagues,” the press release said.
HHS said California was in violation of the Weldon Amendment, which prohibits federal funds from going to state or local programs that “discrimination on the basis that the health care entity does not provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions.”

11. US sets single-day record in COVID-19 cases, deaths, hospitalizations - New York Post
The US on Wednesday broke daily records for new coronavrus cases, deaths and hospitalizations, according to reports. More than 247,000 new cases of the global pandemic were reported in the country, with a record high of more than 3,600 Americans dying from the deadly virus, CNN reported.
There are now in excess of 113,000 people hospitalized with the virus in the country. The number brings the US total of coronavirus cases to 17 million with more than 307,000 deaths since the outbreak of the virus, according to Johns Hopkins University.
The US has recorded the most COVID-19 deaths in the world, though it is currently 10th per capita, according to Statista.

A Strong Delusion
What is a delusion? The new Oxford American Dictionary describes a delusion as “a belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically a symptom of mental disorder.” It is stunning the blindness of people who claim Christ as their Savior but appear to be under a strong delusion.
We say “Can’t they see the truth before their very eyes?” Why do they vote for leaders who espouse godlessness and advocate for abortion? Have they not read the Bible and what God says?”Otherwise wise people are acting as if they are crazy and make no sense!” Families are divided over opinions. The mentality for many is that the end justifies the means. Does it? No!
Republican vs Democrat is not the issue here. There are corrupt players in both parties. Illegal election is not even the true issue. This is a battle of good vs. evil. Democracy vs. Socialism/communism. The Spirit of the Lord vs satan. Why have domestic terrorists like Antifa and Black Lives Matter been allowed to run rampant destroying property, business and lives with impunity in courts that decline to prosecute and police that are instructed to stand down. Godless governors mandating muzzles and closing houses of worship. Why have foreign governments been allowed to buy up our lands and influence our economy.
