Breaking news from the WHO:
Three indisputable facts demand action
Today there is a meeting at the World Health Organization’s (WHO) international headquarters in Geneva to plan the next steps for a global “treaty” and to review the 307 amendments.
Be aware of these three facts: (1) Joe Biden is following the template of George W. Bush and Barack Obama who unilaterally signed America on to the WHO’s International Health Regulations in 2005 and the Paris Agreement in 2016; (2) these agreements bypassed the Senate because the U.S. had previously ratified the WHO treaty in 1948 and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992; and (3) unless Biden is stopped, his signature will make the WHO’s directives legally binding.

EXCLUSIVE: Fani Willis Possesses Evidence Exonerating Georgia’s Alternate Electors
|
|
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis possesses evidence that exonerates several Republicans she’s targeting in her legal crusade against former President Donald Trump and other Republicans for their lawful contesting of Georgia’s flawed 2020 election.
In her Aug. 14 indictment, Willis alleged the existence of Republican electors for Trump constituted an unlawful “conspiracy” to overturn the Peach State’s 2020 election results. Among those charged for partaking in this so-called “conspiracy” are David Shafer, one of Georgia’s 2020 Republican electors, and Ray Smith, who served as one of Trump’s lawyers at the time of the contest.
Specifically, Willis claimed Shafer and the other alternate electors “unlawfully falsely held themselves out” as Georgia’s “duly elected and qualified” presidential electors. She further insisted these electors — with Smith’s assistance — intentionally attempted to “mislead” figures such as then-Vice President Mike Pence and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger “into believing that they actually were such officers.”
However, among the documents Willis obtained during her years-long investigation of Republicans was a meeting transcript refuting her allegations.
A transcript of the Georgia Republican electors’ Dec. 14, 2020, meeting, obtained by The Federalist, explicitly shows the intent behind casting alternate electors was not to impersonate public officers, as Willis alleged, but to lawfully preserve Trump’s legal challenge to the state’s election results. At the meeting’s outset, Shafer specifically noted how he and his fellow Republicans were acting as “Republican nominees for Presidential Elector,” not as “duly elected and qualified” presidential electors. Russia deploys Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles Putin says will make world ‘think twice’ for combat News
|

Russia has deployed the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles that President Vladimir Putin once said would make the world "think twice" for combat, its Roscosmos space agency said Friday.
"The Sarmat strategic complex has been put on combat duty," Roscosmos general director Yuri Borisov said, Russia's RIA Novosti news agency reported, according to the Moscow Times.
Putin first announced Sarmat, also called "Satan II," in 2018. The ballistic missile system is capable of carrying at least 10 nuclear warheads and is intended to replace the R-36 ICBMs that are known by the NATO reporting name of Satan.
"Putin is clearly strategic messaging to the United States and NATO that nuclear option in Ukraine remains on the table," Rebekah Koffler, president of Doctrine & Strategy Consulting and a former Defense Intelligence Agency officer, told Fox News Digital. (Fox News) Read more.

Tucker Carlson warns US 'speeding toward assassination' of Trump ahead of 2024 election
|
|
With just a few months to go before the first primaries of the 2024 presidential election, Tucker Carlson says he’s concerned that former President Donald Trump could be assassinated.
The former Fox News political commentator made the startling comment during a podcast with Adam Carolla in which the two discussed Carlson’s exit from Fox News, the CIA, Russia, and a number of hot-button topics.
After Carlson shared his belief that the CIA was involved in the murder of President John F. Kennedy, Carolla asked him, “Are they going to let Trump be president?”
Carlson replied, “Look, if you know they protested him, they called him names, he won anyway. They impeached him twice on ridiculous pretenses; they fabricated a lot about what happened on January 6th in order to impeach him again, it didn't work. He came back, then they indicted him, it didn't work.
“He became more popular, then they indicted him three more times, and every single time his popularity rose. So if you begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment, now you go to indictment and none of them work, what's next? I mean, you know, graph it out, man! Burning Man flooding strands tens of thousands at Nevada site; authorities are investigating 1 death
|
|
An unusual late-summer storm turned a week-long counterculture fest into a sloppy mess, with tens of thousands of partygoers stuck in foot-deep mud and with no working toilets in the northern Nevada desert.
The road closures came just before a large wooden effigy was supposed to have been burned Saturday night. Organizers said that all burning had been postponed, and authorities were working to open exit routes by the end of the Labor Day weekend.
Officials said late Saturday they didn’t yet know when the roads would “be dry enough for RVs or vehicles to navigate safely,” but they were hopeful vehicles could depart by late Monday if weather conditions improved. (ABC News) Read more here.

1. Israel and Cyprus vow to increase cooperation during Netanyahu visit - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides vowed to strengthen security and economic cooperation following a meeting between the two leaders in Nicosia on Sunday.
“Our commitment to democracy and our common interest in the region—to fight radicalism, to fight terrorism, to fight those who don’t share our worldview and want to destroy our world—the combination of these things has made this partnership real,” Netanyahu told the Cypriot president, adding that ties between the two countries are becoming “stronger with each passing year.”
In June, Jerusalem revealed that Cyprus had thwarted an Iranian plot to murder Israelis on the island. A head of the hit squad, captured by Mossad agents in Iran, provided information that led Cypriot intelligence services to foil the attack. (Read more)

NICOSIA, Cyprus — Israel is poised to finalize an energy deal with Greece and Cyprus which will include a mammoth electricity project connecting the power grids of the three countries, and a potential future regional natural gas pipeline between the eastern Mediterranean allies.
The expected accord comes amid burgeoning relations between Israel and both Cyprus and Greece in a variety of fields including energy, defense, tourism, high-tech and cybersecurity.
The international energy venture puts the eastern Mediterranean on the map as a key energy provider to Europe, as the war in Ukraine and sanctions on Russia fuel a global energy crisis that has hit the European Union hard, spotlighting the continent’s dependence on foreign energy. (Read more)

3. Israeli FM Eli Cohen Arrives in Bahrain for Inaugural Abraham Accords Visit - Algemeiner
i24 News – Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen arrived at Bahrain International Airport on Sunday evening for his inaugural state visit to a country under the Abraham Accords.
Upon his arrival, Cohen was welcomed at the airport by his Bahraini counterpart, Abdullatif Al Zayani, along with Bahrain’s Ambassador to Israel, Khalid Al Jalahma.
Cohen was due to visit the Bahraini capital of Manama in July but had to postpone his trip, due to the ascent to the Temple Mount of Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, which caused an outcry in the Arab world.
During his stay, Cohen will meet his Bahraini counterpart as well as other senior government officials.
He will also use this opportunity to visit the base of the U.S. Fifth Fleet, and officially inaugurate the new permanent residence of the Israeli Embassy in Manama. (Read more)

4. Arab sector to strike over spike in murders - World Israel News
Umbrella organizations representing Arab municipalities in Israel announced a general strike will be held this week, as an act of protest against soaring murder rates in the sector.
The National Committee of Heads of Arab Local Authorities and the Arab Higher Monitoring Committee announced that Arab municipalities, schools, and businesses will be shuttered for several hours on Tuesday morning.
In a statement, the groups placed the blamefor the spiraling violence in Arab communities on the Israeli government, claiming that police are not doing enough to solve crimes in the sector.
Police have countered that Arab-Israelis generally avoid cooperating with the authorities, refusing to provide eyewitness accounts or testify in court, which severely limits their ability to make arrests and prosecute criminals. (Read more)

European Parliament MP Cristian-Vasile Terheș visited Samaria this week as the guest of Samaria Regional Council chairman Yossi Dagan.
Terhes met Dagan for the first time at a conference led by the Foreign Relations Unit of the Samaria Regional Council in the European Parliament, where the daughters of Esther Horgan, who was brutally murdered in a terrorist attack near her home about two and a half years ago, were among those who spoke.
Terhes was deeply moved by the words of Horgan's daughters and made it his mission to combat the murderous incitement against Jews in Palestinian Authority schools. To that end, he has called for a halt to the transfer of funds from the European Union to the Palestinian Authority as long as they teach antisemitic books that call for the murder of Jews in their schools. 1. Federal Judge Dismisses 14th Amendment Lawsuit Attempting to Keep Trump off Ballot - Breitbart
Judge Robin Rosenberg on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit challenging former President Donald Trump’s presence on the presidential ballot under the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment.
Florida attorney Lawrence Caplan and two others filed the lawsuit one week ago as part of a growing effort nationwide to use the Fourteenth Amendment to remove Trump from the ballot, citing his alleged role in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots.
Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment says public officials are not eligible to hold office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the United States.
However, Rosenberg, an Obama-appointee, dismissed the case on standing grounds. Rosenberg ruled the plaintiffs did not have a “cognizable” injury that gives them standing to bring the lawsuit. (Read more)

2. Biden Admin Reinstates 27 Blacklisted Chinese Entities ahead of State Visit - The Washington Stand
On Monday, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it would remove 27 previously “unverified” Chinese entities from an economic blacklist ahead of an official state visit to China by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo. Experts are noting that it is unclear what political victory the U.S. got in return for rewarding China with the blacklist removals, especially as the Chinese economy teeters on the edge of a downturn.
The 27 unverified Chinese entities were previously restricted from buying American technology due to the DOC’s inability to confirm who the end users for their products were. The companies were removed from the blacklist after the Biden administration claimed that “it was able to verify that [the entities] were not diverting technologies for military use.” Some of the entities include lithium battery material maker Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co. and sensor maker NanJing GOVA Technology Co.
Gordon Chang, distinguished senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute and author of “The Great U.S.-China Tech War,” observed on Wednesday’s “Washington Watch” that overtures of finding common ground in the U.S.-China-U.S. relationship appear to be one-sided. (Read more)

3. US embassy in Haiti urges citizens to leave country 'as soon as possible' - Reuters
The U.S. Embassy in Haiti on Wednesday urged citizens in the Caribbean country to leave "as soon as possible" citing security and infrastructure challenges, as escalating violence has left thousands displaced and sent homicides soaring.
"U.S. citizens in Haiti should depart Haiti as soon as possible via commercial or private transport," the embassy said in a statement, urging extreme caution.
An escalating gang turf war in Haiti has caused a devastating humanitarian crisis that has displaced around 200,000 nationwide and left some 5.2 million people - nearly half of Haiti's population – in need of humanitarian aid, according to the United Nations.
Earlier this month, the U.S. Embassy in the capital Port-au-Prince temporarily closed, due to gunfire in the vicinity. (Read more)

4. Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey activates National Guard to assist in emergency shelters housing migrants – Fox News
Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey has activated 250 members of the National Guard to provide basic services at emergency shelter hotels amid an influx of migrants that has service providers stretched thin.
Healey's administration will also launch a Regional Rapid Response Teams to assist with overseeing shelter sites, she announced Thursday. The teams will be comprised of state employees.
The move comes after she declared a state of emergency this month over the increasing number of migrants arriving in Massachusetts from Texas.
"Massachusetts is in a state of emergency, and we need all hands-on deck to meet this moment and ensure families have access to safe shelter and basic services," Healey said in a statement "We’re grateful to the brave men and women of the National Guard for stepping up to help us ensure that every family in emergency shelter has their needs met, including access to food, transportation, medical care, and education." The Chinese parent company of Gotion Inc., which intends to build two electric battery plants in Michigan, employs 923 Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members, including its CEO, according to its 2022 ESG report.
The Fremont, California-based Gotion Inc. — which is “wholly owned and controlled” by Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co., according to a Foreign Agents Registration Act filing — seeks to “invest $2.4 billion to construct two 550,000-square-foot production plants” for electric vehicle (EV) batteries in Big Rapids, Michigan, Fox News reported.
Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer supports Gotion’s plan, and the Biden administration approved the project in June. However, some Republicans have raised red flags over Gotion’s CCP ties through its parent company Gotion High-Tech. (Read more)

6. EXCLUSIVE: Feds Flagged Nearly 75,000 Illegal Migrants As Potential National Security Risks – Daily Caller
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) flagged 74,904 illegal migrants nationwide for potentially posing risks to national security between October 2022 and August, according to CBP data obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Certain illegal migrants are deemed to be “special interest aliens” because they may have travel patterns that “possibly have a nexus to terrorism” or may come from countries with such ties, according to a 2019 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fact sheet. Border Patrol agents encountered 25,627 “special interest” illegal migrants in fiscal year 2022, compared to 3,675 encounters in fiscal year 2021, according to internal agency data previously obtained by the DCNF; however, this data doesn’t account for all CBP encounters of special interest aliens.
“Generally, an SIA is a non-U.S. person who, based on an analysis of travel patterns, potentially poses a national security risk to the United States or its interests. Often such individuals or groups are employing travel patterns known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism. DHS analysis includes an examination of travel patterns, points of origin, and/or travel segments that are tied to current assessments of national and international threat environments,” the DHS definition of special interest aliens states. 7. Pennsylvania to cut funding for pro-life counseling centers after almost 3 decades –Fox News
The Keystone State is ending its funding to pro-life counseling centers after supporting them for almost three decades. Democrat Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro announced this week that the bipartisan contract with pro-life nonprofit Real Alternatives is ending under his leadership after almost 30 years.
Real Alternatives was contracted in the 1990s under then-Gov. Bob Casey, Sr. — a pro-life Democrat — when the Keystone State moved to fund abortion alternatives alongside abortion providers like Planned Parenthood.
Each year, Real Alternatives distributes federal and state funds to pro-life centers including Catholic Charities, maternity homes and counseling centers. Last year, Real Alternatives distributed nearly $7 million to 70 pro-life pregnancy centers in Pennsylvania. The organization said in a statement it has seen 350,000 women at 1.9 million office visits across the state.
In a statement, Shapiro said he was a staunch defender of access to abortion and that his administration would not "continue that pattern" of funding. (Read more)

8. Van Drew: Biden’s Thinking of Sending Migrants to Smaller City with Critical Security Operations to Save a Sanctuary City – Breitbart
On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) reacted to reported plans by the Biden administration to send migrants to Atlantic City International Airport in Egg Harbor Township, NJ by pointing out that the plan is to send migrants to a town of 50,000 people to help alleviate stress on New York City, a city with a population of 8.3 million people that chose to be a sanctuary city and noting the security risks of housing migrants at an airport that has both an FAA Technical Center and the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard.
Van Drew said, “They can’t provide the resources. This is a town of 50,000 people. Atlantic County can’t do it. This town can’t do it. It should have never happened. Hopefully, it won’t happen. We’re going to fight this with every ounce of strength that we have. It is the wrong thing. When we said what was happening at the southern border was going to affect the entire United States of America, this is what happens. It’s not just — I want people that are listening out there [to understand], this is not just an Arizona problem or a Texas problem or a California problem. This is a United States of America problem, and now they want to come into our beautiful county, our beautiful South Jersey, and try to ruin that as well.”
He continued, “There’s also a national defense issue here. This is a very, very important issue to understand. We have the FAA Technical Center there, [which is] doing very important work, some of which is very significant for the safety of this country and air flight and we have our F-16s that are there as part of our defense as well, as part of the Air National Guard, the 177th Fighter Wing.” (Read more)

Valley Of Decision

The prophet Joel paints a vivid end time description where the Lord is to sit in judgment in the valley of decision. Joel 3:14 says, “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.” In Joshua 8, there is a similar gathering of the Israelites in the valley between Mount Ebal and Mount Gerazim for a ceremony where the people were to choose to pledge their loyalty to God and He, in turn, pledges to cherish and bless them as His own, a nation in covenant with the one true God. However, if the people choose to not follow the Lord, there were curses. Are you in a valley of decision? And what are the fruits or consequences of your decision’s choices?
In Deuteronomy 27, Moses spoke of how the children of Israel would soon enter the land given them by God. They would make offerings onto the Lord, rejoice, and “become the people of the Lord thy God.” During this ceremony in the valley, there would be a declaration of the blessings for obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-14) and a declaration for the curses caused by disobedience (Deuteronomy 28:15-68). In Jewish tradition, these curses were called the tochacha, or “reprimand”. The purpose for this was to serve as a wake up call to prevent the people from falling into sin and apathy, a clear understanding of what would happen if they did not follow the precepts of the Lord. Mitch McConnell Resignation Calls Intensify After Latest Freeze
|
|
|
Calls for Mitch McConnell to resign have intensified after the Republican senator appeared to freeze for a second time in public during a press conference in his home state of Kentucky on Wednesday.
The 81-year-old senator, the longest-serving GOP leader in American history, was talking to reporters after an event hosted by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in Covington, Kentucky, when he was asked whether he would run again for re-election in 2026.
McConnell, who suffered a series of falls and a serious head injury this year, appeared to freeze for more than 30 seconds, standing motionless with his lips pursed and his eyes fixed ahead. When an aide came to ask him if he was okay, he said "yes" but appeared unable to say anything more.
It's the second time this year that the Senate minority leader has frozen during a public event after a very similar incident in July at the U.S. Capitol in Washington.
The first time McConnell had this type of health scare, several lawmakers—including Donald Trump MAGA loyalists—called on the senator to resign amid concerns over his condition.
Calls for McConnell to give up his post have only grown following Wednesday's incident, with even Republicans and conservative commentators calling for the senator to go.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the Supreme Court Thursday to review a state court’s decision to remove Christian jurors from an employment discrimination lawsuit where the plaintiff identified as lesbian.
While the court found the jurors would be impartial, rejecting the argument of the plaintiff’s attorney that they would treat gay individuals as “less than everybody else,” it still removed the jurors “to err on the side of caution,” according to the petition. Now, Bailey is asking the Supreme Court to consider whether the Fourteenth Amendment prevents courts from removing jurors based on their religion.
“Jurors can be excluded, of course, if their religious views in fact make them biased – just like jurors can be excluded if their race or sex in fact makes them biased,” the petition notes. “But this Court’s precedents make clear that courts cannot assume, based on stereotypes about race or sex, that a person will be biased. Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is accusing the Department of Justice of “aggressively targeting” pro-life activists while failing to properly investigate the slew of attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers throughout the country.
On Tuesday, a Washington, D.C., jury convicted five pro-life activists (Lauren Handy, Herb Geraghty, Heather Idoni, William Goodman, and John Hinshaw) of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act when they sought to prevent the abortions of unborn babies by blocking women from accessing a D.C. abortion clinic in 2020.
Handy and Geraghty are activists with the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU).
The Justice Department’s Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in December 2022 that the DOJ is targeting pro-life activists through the FACE Act as a response to the overturn of Roe v. Wade. Her remarks followed on the heels of Republican accusations that the DOJ is unduly targeting pro-life activists like Catholic father Mark Houck.
Cruz reacted in a statement to The Daily Signal, noting that at least 88 U.S. pregnancy centers “have been firebombed, vandalized, or set ablaze in the wake of the Dobbs decision.” (Daily Signal) Read more here.

NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 Safely Returns to
Earth Near Florida Coast

After splashing down safely in a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida early Monday morning, NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 completed the agency’s sixth commercial crew rotation mission to the International Space Station. The international crew of four spent 186 days in orbit.
NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Woody Hoburg, as well as UAE (United Arab Emirates) astronaut Sultan Alneyadi and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev, returned to Earth at 12:17 a.m. EDT. Teams aboard SpaceX recovery vessels retrieved the spacecraft and its crew. After returning to shore, the crew will fly to NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.
“After spending six months aboard the International Space Station, logging nearly 79 million miles during their mission, and completing hundreds of scientific experiments for the benefit of all humanity, NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 has returned home to planet Earth,” said Administrator Bill Nelson. “This international crew represented three nations, but together they demonstrated humanity’s shared ambition to reach new cosmic shores. Franklin Graham's 'God Loves You Tour' Reaches 10,000 in London, Next Stop Scotland

More than 10,000 people heard the gospel of Jesus Christ preached Saturday night at London's ExCel Center as evangelist Franklin Graham returned once again to the United Kingdom with his God Loves You Tour. "I want to say a few words to you tonight because I believe there are people here who have hurting hearts. A lot of people here have been searching and looking and trying to find purpose to what their life is all about," Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), told the audience. "I'm here to say this to you tonight—God loves you! He loves you, and He sent His Son Jesus Christ from heaven to this earth to save you from your sins." In a tweet, Graham, 71, wrote, "I thank God for the hundreds who came forward at the invitation to turn from their sin & put their faith & trust in Jesus Christ last night. Their lives are changed for eternity!"
Christians from more than 1,000 churches throughout London partnered with Graham and BGEA for the outreach because they believe there is a continued need for the hope-filled message of the Bible to be shared in their communities, according to the BGEA. The organization also noted this year's attendance at the London event exceeded last year's attendance by several thousand. After preaching in London, Graham is scheduled to share the gospel in Essen, Germany, and Rome, Italy this fall. The BGEA has also announced Graham's God Loves You Tour will make a stop on June 22, 2024, at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. Last year, Graham brought a successful tour to the cities of Liverpool, South Wales, Sheffield, and London where thousands of people heard a message of hope and God's love from the Bible. Graham's father, the late Billy Graham, also had a profound love and appreciation for the United Kingdom, according to the BGEA. He established the ministry's UK office in London in 1954 and went on to preach in the country more than any other place outside of the United States.
