Netanyahu: War Against Hezbollah to Continue Until Safety is Restored in Israel's North
|

The Israeli prime minister's remarks come amid reports that the Biden administration is spearheading a new diplomatic effort to end the fighting.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that Jerusalem will not halt its campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon until the 60,000-plus evacuated Israelis can safely return to their homes in the north.
“I cannot detail everything we are doing, but I can tell you one thing: We are determined to return our residents in the north to their homes safely,” he said in a video released by his
office on Wednesday night. “We are inflicting blows on Hezbollah that it could not imagine. We do it with power, and we do it with ruse. I promise you one thing—we will not rest until they come home,” the premier’s succinct statement added. (JNS.org) Read more here. |

Hurricane Helene to Strike Florida as Category 4 with Unsurvivable 20 ft Surge
|

The National Hurricane Center warns that Hurricane Helene will continue to intensify and
could become a Category 3 hurricane with winds of at least 115 mph when it makes landfall along Florida’s Big Bend region Thursday night or early Friday morning.
The time to prepare for the onslaught of Hurricane Helene is essentially over as the monster storm continues to gain strength and sets its sights on Florida’s Big Bend region, where it will unleash a potentially 20-foot storm surge, catastrophic hurricane-

Deadly Helene Ravages the South, Millions Without Power - Newsmax
Emergency crews rushed Friday to rescue people trapped in flooded homes after Helene roared ashore as a powerful Category 4 hurricane in Florida, generating a massive storm surge and knocking out power to millions of customers in several states. At least six people were reported dead.
The storm made landfall late Thursday in a sparsely populated region with maximum sustained winds of 140 mph (225 kph) in the rural Big Bend area, home to fishing villages and vacation hideaways where Florida’s Panhandle and peninsula meet. But the damage extended hundreds of miles to the north, with flooding as far away as North Carolina. One Georgia county was almost entirely without power. (Read more here)

Senators: Biden Administration Delaying Bombs, Tractors, Helicoptors to Israel
|

“It’s far past time to transfer to Israel the capabilities it needs to win,” senators Tom Cotton
and Mitch McConnell wrote to President Joe Biden.
Sens. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) and Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) wrote to U.S. President Joe Biden
on Wednesday alleging that his administration is withholding additional arms to Israel.
The Biden administration has acknowledged delaying the delivery of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel over concerns, it says, that the Jewish state will harm civilians. But the
senators wrote that they have “reason to believe” that the administration is also pausing
delivery of Apache helicopters and tractors to Israel.
“Despite ongoing discussions between the United States and Israel, your administration has failed to fast-track and approve the sale of Apache attack helicopters,” the pair wrote.
“Israel requested these helicopters last December, recognizing the increased need given the war in Gaza. That need has only increased with Hezbollah’s escalation in the north.” (JNS.org) Read more |

1. Sirens in central Israel: Missile fired from Yemen intercepted by Arrow system - Israel National News
Sirens were sounded early Friday morning, around 12:40 a.m. throughout Gush Dan, the Shfela (Lowlands) and the Sharon regions.
The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that the sirens were sounded after a missile was launched from Yemen.
"The missile that was fired from Yemen was successfully intercepted by the 'Arrow' Aerial Defense System. Sirens and explosions were heard following the interception and falling shrapnel," the IDF statement said. (Read more)

2. Israel kills Hezbollah drone chief in Beirut, rockets fly at north as truce rebuffed - Times of Israel
An airstrike killed a senior Hezbollah leader in a strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs on Thursday afternoon, the military said, with fighting between Israel and the Iran-backed terror group showing little sign of slowing as an international bid to secure a ceasefire appeared to fall apart.
The strike in the Hezbollah stronghold of Dahiyeh targeted the head of Hezbollah’s aerial forces, Mohammed Srur, who is largely responsible for the terror group’s drone fleet along with cruise missiles and aerial defenses.
Lebanon’s health ministry said two people were killed in the attack. Hezbollah confirmed Srur’s death in a statement released early Friday. (Read more)

3. Amid International Pressure, Top Israeli Leaders Say ‘There Will Be No Ceasefire’ With Hezbollah - Algmeiner
Top Israeli leaders have indicated they will not agree to a ceasefire with the Iran-backed terrorist organization Hezbollahin Lebanon amid the international community’s push for one.
“There will be no ceasefire in the north,” Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Israel Katz posted on X/Twitter on Thursday. “We will continue to fight against the terrorist organization Hezbollah with all our might until victory and the safe return of the residents of the north to their homes.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took a similar stance after he landed in New York on Thursday to address the UN General Assembly the following day.
“Our policy is clear: We continue to hit Hezbollah with all our might,” Netanyahu said in a statement. (Read more)

4. Israel’s war in Lebanon is legal under international law - World Israel News
Israel’s simultaneous detonation of thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies belonging to Hezbollah was, in hindsight, the opening salvo rather than an isolated operation in the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.
With the Israel Defense Forces now striking deep into Lebanon and seemingly preparing for land incursion, academics, journalists, and even some diplomats declare that Israel’s actions are illegal.
Such arguments are wrong. Under international law, Israel’s actions are legal. Many apologists for Hamas argue resistance to occupation justifies Palestinian terror.
This itself is a misreading of international law, but Hezbollah can make no such argument. Hezbollah can neither argue they seek to liberate their country nor create a state. (Read more)

5. Israel must be stripped of UN membership, Abbas tells General Assembly - Jerusalem Post
Israel must be stripped of United Nations membership for failing to accept a two-state resolution to the conflict and allowing the return of Palestinian refugees to their homes, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said Thursday.
“Israel, which refuses to implement United Nations resolutions, does not deserve to be a member of this international organization,” he told the UN General Assembly.
“We are going to submit an application to the UNGA on this matter,” he said. (Read more)

1. Biden Announces Billions More in Military Aid for Ukraine – The Epoch Times
President Joe Biden on Sept. 26 announced his administration will spend nearly $8 billion to help Ukraine fight against Russia, the latest mammoth expenditure the United States has pledged since Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022.
The aid will help Ukraine “win this war,” Biden said in a statement released by the White House.
The aid includes the first shipment of a precision-guided glide bomb called the Joint Standoff Weapon, with a range of up to 81 miles. The medium-range missile gives Ukraine a major upgrade to the weapons it is using to strike Russian forces, allowing the Ukrainians to do it at safer distances. The bomb, capable of striking targets with high accuracy, is to be dropped from fighter jets.
The president, who is set to exit in January 2025 after pulling out of the 2024 race, said he’s directed the Pentagon to use $5.5 billion that Congress previously allocated before the money expires in several days. (Read more) |

According to the Federal Reserve, America's savings rate just hit a fresh low while credit card balances hit a record high--with 25% interest.In short, the median American is currently scrounging for coins in the couch and putting the Hamburger Helper on the visa.
According to the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the nation's personal savings rate just hit 2.9%. That's 2.9 cents on the dollar.That's the second worst rate in 75 years.
What's driving it is that, according to a new analysis, inflation-adjusted real median household income--how much the 50th percentile of households make--actually dropped since 2019.
In other words, in terms of how it feels to American households, we've been in recession for five years. Hence the savings, and hence the debt. (Read more)

3. Regional Concern as China Launches Intercontinental Ballistic Missile – Discern Report
China’s Indo-Pacific neighbors expressed concern after the Chinese military on Sept. 25 fired an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM); while Beijing stated through state-run media that it had given relevant neighbors advanced notice, some top officials said they were unaware.
A spokesperson for New Zealand Foreign Minister Winston Peters told the media the missile test was “an unwelcome and concerning development.”
It was the first time in 44 years that China had launched an ICBM.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg took to X on Tuesday. He wasn’t speaking about the need for racial equity in America’s highways or woke activism in the FAA, but he attempted to persuade the internet that “crime is down.”
What a ‘weird’ topic for Buttigieg to discuss with X users, given his job is ensuring America’s trains, planes, and automobiles operate smoothly. This might signal the Biden-Harris administration’s frustration with their propaganda blitz to convince Americans that ‘cities are safe’ is not sticking. We all know this is bullshit, as the administration points to ‘FBI crime statistics,’ essentially telling folks ‘don’t believe what yous see.’

5. Congress Passes Stopgap Funding Bill to Avert Pre-Election Shutdown - (The Epoch Times)
The president is expected to sign the bill soon. The legislation does not include the SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to register to vote.
The U.S. Senate on Sept. 25 approved a stopgap funding bill that would extend the deadline for a government shutdown to Dec. 20, sending the legislation to President Joe Biden’s desk.
The legislation passed the Senate in a 78–18 vote just hours after it passed the House of Representatives. The Senate did not consider amendments to the bill, which could have substantially delayed its passage as the House has already left town.
The legislation cleared the House earlier Wednesday in a 341–82 vote, far exceeding the two-thirds support needed. Eighty-two Republicans voted against the bill, while all Democrats backed it. ( Read more)

6. The Stage is Being Set for the Greatest Period of Chaos in US History – The Economic Collapse Blog
If chaos is what they intended, everything is coming together beautifully. Major wars threaten to throw the entire planet into a state of turmoil, criminals are running wild in our streets, and in a little over a month the outcome of the presidential election is likely to cause an unprecedented explosion of anger. If all of this wasn’t bad enough, our politicians have been allowing millions of desperate people to come pouring over our wide open borders. Since Joe Biden has been in the White House, we have witnessed a spike in migration that is absolutely unprecedented in our history.
Millions of people have been allowed in, and once they get into this country they can go wherever they want. Most of them have come in through the southern border, but what most people don’t realize is that migration over the northern border is also wildly out of control. (Read more)

Biden-Harris DOJ Complicit in Placing a Bounty on Trump?

Interesting that the Biden-Harris Department of Justice and FBI are very stingy in the information being released on the two Trump assassination attempts, but made public Ryan Wesley Routh’s letter offering a $150,000 bounty on Trump to anybody who can finish the job he attempted at Trump’s golf course. This is completely out of character of the DOJ and FBI regarding the release of suspected killers and attempted killers, but not when it comes to offering a bounty on the Democratic Party’s presidential opponent. Is the DOJ and FBI so naïve that they think this information will curtail additional assassination attempts on the former President and current contender for the White House?
According to several sources and a DOJ released photocopy of the letter, Routh wrote, “This was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump but I failed you. I tried my best and gave it all the gumption I could muster. It is up to you now to finish the job; and I will offer $150,000 to whomever can complete the job.” The letter was part of the Justice Department’s detention memo arguing that the 58-year-old Routh should remain incarcerated as a threat to public safety. Despite the letter, Associated Press, which feeds most all of the mainstream media outlets with breaking news, is still calling Routh’s action an “apparent assassination attempt.” Read More

Israel's Quandary: Can it Afford to Win in the Face of International Opposition?

The life of Israel is a split screen.The first screen shows the life of a nation and a country fending off a coordinated seven-front assault whose goal is the Jewish state's physical obliteration with heroism, ingenuity and fortitude that takes your breath away.The second screen shows the envy and hatred that the nations of the world direct at the State of Israel.
And this week, with the U.N. General Assembly taking place in New York at the precise moment Israel has taken the initiative vis à vis the Lebanese front, the dissonance between the two sides is so glaring that it gives you whiplash.
Over the past week, for the first time since it unilaterally removed its forces from Southern Lebanon in 2000, Israel took the initiative in its war with Iran's largest proxy force, Hezbollah, which controls Lebanon. The threat Hezbollah poses to Israel is orders of magnitude greater than the threat Hamas posed on Oct. 7.
Hezbollah's arsenal, which numbers some 200,000 short- and medium-range rockets and ballistic missiles, is nearly 35 times larger than Hamas's arsenal of 6,000. Hezbollah's missiles are capable of hitting nearly every strategic military and industrial site in Israel. They are capable of laying waste to northern communities and devastating cities and towns throughout the country. Read more

Putin lowers threshold for nuclear response as Biden administration pledges new funding to Ukraine

Putin issued a warning targeting the West with his newly revised nuclear doctrine
|

In a pointed warning to the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin said any nation’s conventional attack on Russia supported by a nuclear power will be considered a joint attack on his country.
Putin's announcement came as the Biden administration announced $375 million in additional security assistance to Ukraine, including air-to-ground weapons, munitions for rocket systems and artillery, armored vehicles and anti-tank weapons.
The warning came at a meeting of Russia’s Security Council, with Putin announcing revisions to the country's nuclear doctrine.
Putin said a revised version of the document states that an attack against his country by a nonnuclear power with the "participation or support of a nuclear power" will be seen as a "joint attack on the Russian Federation."
Putin emphasized that the revised doctrine spells out conditions for using nuclear weapons in greater detail, noting they could be used in case of a massive air attack.

The National Prayer Assembly, October 10-11, collaborating with the Million Women gathering happening in Washington DC, Oct. 12, will culminate the three-week special prayer initiative that began on Sunday with the Global Day of Prayer. The GDOP was a marvelous coming together of many from the international Body of Christ that we Americans found deeply moving, having so many of His people from other nations pouring their hearts out in earnest intercession for our much-embattled nation.
In God’s hands, the NPA and Million Women events will be historic, once in a lifetime events that you will not want to miss! There is still room to register to take part. Please make it a priority to do so, joining your prayers of the heart with brothers and sisters in Christ from throughout the USA and as well as from overseas.
Realizing that we share in this pivotal battle for America and our world, many national prayer networks and their leaders have come together to put on the National Prayer Assembly: Intercessors for America, the National Prayer Committee, National Day of Prayer, International Prayer Connect, Awakening America Alliance, the Million Women Task Force of Lou Engle Ministries, and Transformation Prayer Foundation. Hurricane Helene becomes monster Category 4 storm ahead of Florida landfall with ‘unsurvivable’ storm surge

Helene became a Category 4 hurricane with winds of at least 130 mph ahead of the anticipated landfall along Florida’s Big Bend region.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Hurricane Helene intensified into a catastrophic Category 4 hurricane with winds of 130 mph on its final approach to Florida’s Big Bend region, bringing a potentially "unsurvivable" 20-foot storm surge, catastrophic hurricane-force winds and flooding rain.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) warned that Hurricane Helene will continue to intensify before it makes landfall.
Storm surge became a problem for Southwest Florida ahead of Helene's landfall. St. Petersburg and Naples reported an increase in water levels of over 2 feet.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said there is a significant risk of a life-threatening storm surge along the entire west coast of the Florida Peninsula, as well as Florida’s Big Bend region because of Hurricane Helene’s massive size.
The highest inundation, with as much as 20 feet of storm surge flooding, is expected from Carrabelle to the Suwannee River in Florida, with other locations like Apalachicola and Chassahowitzka forecast to see 10-15 feet of storm surge.
"A catastrophic and deadly storm surge is likely along portions of the Florida Big Bend coast, where inundation could reach as high as 20 feet above ground level, along with destructive waves," the NHC warned. The National Weather Service in Tallahassee called the expected storm surge into Apalachee Bay "catastrophic and potentially unsurvivable."
Tampa Bay was expected to see a storm surge of 5-8 feet. As Helene drew parallel to the Tampa Bay area, Florida Highway Patrol closed the Skyway and Howard Frankland bridges. Damar Hamlin Gives Glory to God After
‘Incredible’ Monday Night Football Moment

For Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin, the experience of God’s grace runs far deeper than most people can imagine. Nine minutes into his team’s Monday Night Football clash with the Cincinnati Bengals on Jan. 2, 2023, Hamlin collapsed and nearly died on the field. Thus, at a press conference on Monday night following his team’s 47-10 thrashing of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Hamlin praised God for allowing him to enjoy a Monday Night Football moment that broadcasters and social media users alike described as 'incredible'. "It’s all God right there,” Hamlin said of the opportunity to start a game on Monday night again. “You know, I’ve been giving Him the praise like crazy lately because it wasn’t easy,” he added.
That 2023 game in Cincinnati was the last time Hamlin took the field with the defensive starters under the bright lights of Monday Night Football. “We all know my last start on Monday Night Football and how that game went,” Hamlin told reporters moments earlier. Of course, God’s grace always exceeds what we deserve and often surprises us. Sometimes it seems that He wants us to witness His blessings as they unfold. After all, how else could we explain the fact that in his first Monday night start since nearly dying on the field Hamlin also secured his first career interception? With 4:13 remaining in the second quarter and Buffalo already leading, 20-3, Hamlin brought Bills fans to their feet when he secured an errant pass from Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence. As the crowd roared, the ESPN announcers recognized the moment’s magnitude. “How sweet is this moment here in Buffalo,” play-by-play announcer Chris Fowler said in a clip posted to the social media platform X. “Walking miracle,” analyst Dan Orlovsky replied. “That’s an incredible moment for Damar Hamlin.” (Western Journal) Read More
