Taliban frees last American prisoner in Afghanistan in prisoner swap with the US
|
|
The Taliban freed the last U.S. prisoner being held hostage in Afghanistan on Monday as part of a prisoner swap with the U.S. government.
Mark Frerichs, a U.S. Navy veteran and engineer, was first abducted by the Taliban from Kabul in 2020 while working as a contractor. His freedom came in exchange for the release of Bashir Noorzai, a Taliban member convicted in 2008 of running an expansive heroin smuggling operation.
President Biden commuted Noorzai's sentence and the exchange took place at the airport in Afghanistan's capital of Kabul. (Fox News) Read more.
- Lord, we praise You for freeing Mark Frerichs, and ask for Your healing and comfort for him and his family. We pray that the man exchanged for him will have no power to restart his drug operation, and will instead find You to change his heart.
- “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Federal Court Upholds Texas Social Media Bill:
Rules Corporations Do Not Have ‘Right’ To Censor
|
|
The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals preserved Texas state law Friday that would stop large social media platforms from restricting particular opinions.
Texas’ HB 20 was signed last year and generally prohibits platforms with over 50 million monthly U.S. users from censoring them based on their viewpoints. The Computer Communications Industry Association (CCIA) and the NetChoice organization, representing social media companies, argued that aspects of the law were unconstitutional but failed to convince the court.
“In urging such sweeping relief, the platforms offer a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment,” the court’s majority decision said. “That Amendment, of course, protects every person’s right to ‘the freedom of speech.’ But the platforms argue that buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.” (Daily Caller) Read more
- Lord, we thank You for this ruling in Texas and ask that more of the big tech companies would be stopped from censorship. But we also ask that truth and wisdom return to Americans on social media – let all repent to follow Your “golden rule” of ‘do to others as you would have them do to you.’
- “A fool's lips walk into a fight, and his mouth invites a beating.” (Proverbs 18:6)

J.D. Vance on Tim Ryan Calling to 'Kill and Confront' MAGA Movement:
'This Is Really Unprecedented'
Ohio Republican Senate candidate J.D. Vance spoke on Breitbart News Saturday about the tremendous political double standard that exists. His comments came after his Democrat opponent, Tim Ryan, called to “kill and confront” supporters of former President Donald Trump and the MAGA movement, and he noted that Ryan and other Democrats who are using this divisive rhetoric are essentially saying Americans “become an enemy of the United States government” if they vote for the “wrong person.”
This week, Ryan took the divisive rhetoric against the MAGA movement espoused by President Biden a step further, stating that Americans must “kill and confront” the movement. Vance first pointed out the great hypocrisy of the left, imagining what the news cycle would look like if he said the same thing about Democrats or Biden supporters.
“The New York Times would not be writing a story about the Trump rally today. They would be writing a story about me being a violent extremist who is trying to get my political opponents assassinated. So first of all, let’s, like, just take stock of the double standard of the media, the fact that they would completely lose their minds if a Republican said that,” he said. (Breitbart.com) Read more here.
- Lord, we bind this violent rhetoric and pray that no one will take it to heart. We pray against any mentally challenged people who might try to take advantage of the violence, and speak peace to the political realm.
- “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” (Philippians 4:6)

1. Ahead of High Holidays, Israelis are warned that Iran, IS seek to attack them abroad - Times of Israel
Israel issued a travel alert on Monday ahead of the Jewish High Holidays, warning that Iran and Islamist terror groups are seeking to carry out terror attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets.
The National Security Council urged citizens traveling over the holidays to check the individual advisories for countries before they purchase their tickets. The High Holidays is one of the preferred periods for Israelis to schedule trips abroad.
“We estimate that in the near future Iran will continue to promote harm to Israeli targets around the world, both in countries close to Iran and countries in the West and Europe,” the update read. (Read more)

2. Israel raids Hamas cell in Judea and Samaria planning bomb, shooting attacks - World Israel News
Israeli forces raided a Hamas terrorist cell that was planning to carry out shooting and bombing attacks in Judea and Samaria, the Shin Bet security service revealed Monday.
Seven of the cell’s operatives were arrested earlier this month and charged with grave security offenses, the Shin Bet said. The operatives receive instruction from Yahya Amar Muhammad Abu-Saifan, a 26-year-old terrorist living in Gaza, who lures new recruits from Judea and Samaria using social media.
The new recruits were trained by Abu-Saifan, the Shin Bet said, and had practiced shooting and using explosive charges. They also received funds to purchase ammunition and materials for bombs and received instructions on how to build explosives. Several weapons and explosives were seized in the raid. (Read more)

3. Lapid's plan: Secretly ratify border agreement with Lebanon - Israel National News
Israel's negotiating team engaged in talks regarding the maritime border with Lebanon is examining the option of having the security cabinet secretly approve the agreement before it can be presented to the public, according to a source with close knowledge of the matter who revealed the story to Israel Hayom.
According to government regulations, when an international agreement is signed with a foreign country, the minister who drafted the agreement must place it before the Knesset for a period of two weeks. It is then submitted to the government for approval. However, in special cases, regulations allow the relevant minister to avoid disclosing the agreement to the public while having it approved by the political-security cabinet.
"The prime minister may determine, for special reasons related to state security and/or its foreign relations, that a certain international treaty will be brought for approval before the ministerial committee for national security, instead of the government," states section 10F of the regulations. 4. 10,000 Israelis to make Uman pilgrimage despite Ukraine-Russia war - Jerusalem Post
Forgoing several warnings from Israeli and Ukrainian officials, some 7,000 to 10,000 Israelis are expected to fly out to Ukraine this week to take part in the annual High Holidays pilgrimage to Uman, KAN News reported Sunday evening.
Over 2,000 Israelis are already in Uman as of Sunday, the report additionally noted.
Israeli sources told KAN News that the situation in Uman "currently poses a real threat to the lives" of the Jewish pilgrims. Earlier in September, the Foreign Ministry stated that all Israelis should refrain from traveling to Uman this year. (Read more)

5. Chile apologizes after president refuses Israeli ambassador's credentials - Israel Hayom
The Foreign Ministry of Chile apologized Friday morning after President Gabriel Boric refused to accept the credentials of incoming Israeli Ambassador Gil Artzyeli and reportedly accused the Jewish state of "killing children in Gaza."
Boric also lamented the death of 17-year-old Palestinian Oday Salah, who was killed on Thursday in an exchange of fire with IDF soldiers who were in the area to map the homes of two Palestinian gunmen who carried out a deadly attack along the West Bank security barrier a day earlier.
It was later decided to push the ceremony of presenting the credentials to October.
Boric, who became president last year, has a history of anti-Israel rhetoric and is a known supporter of BDS. (Read more)

1. .US must take reasonable steps to protect unborn and reject inhumane abortion policies of China, North Korea | Fox News
Pain is part of the human experience, and so is compassion for those who suffer pain. For too long, our nation’s laws have excluded unborn children from this compassion even when growing evidence shows they can feel pain at least by 15 weeks in their development.
That’s why we support and strongly encourage others in the pro-life community to rally behind the "Protecting Pain-Capable Unborn Children from Late-Term Abortions Act." This legislation sets a minimum national standard limiting abortion past 15 weeks. It would also allow states, which choose to do so, to take additional steps to protect unborn children.
The U.S. is one of a handful of nations, including China and North Korea, which allow abortion on demand right up to the moment of birth. It’s time we get America out of this heinous club and in-line with modern science and the rest of the civilized world.
Most of our European allies already limit abortion by at least 15 weeks. Developed nations like Switzerland, Denmark, and Norway allow abortion up to 12 weeks while France, Germany, Belgium, and Spain allow abortion up to 14 weeks. In total, 47 out of 50 European nations prohibit abortion by at the latest the 15th week — the same standard we are encouraging the United States to adopt.
- Lord, we pray that You will undertake to save our unborn children. We bind the spirit of Molech tightly by the power of the Blood of Jesus. Let no scare tactic by Democrats be used to sway the midterm elections, and may every believer and others be filled with repentance to bring about heartfelt change against abortion.
- “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19)

2. Azerbaijan dismisses Nancy Pelosi as 'Armenian propaganda' after she condemns Azeri attacks | Fox News
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi condemned Azerbaijan's attacks on Armenia as "illegal" during a Sunday press conference alongside Armenian officials.
Pelosi led a Congressional delegation to the region this weekend, days after roughly 200 troops were killed in clashes between the two countries. The conflict centers around the Nagorno-Karabakh region, which is ethnically Armenian but legally belongs to Azerbaijan, a situation that has resulted in decades of violence.
Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed to a ceasefire days before Pelosi's arrival.
"Our meeting, again, had a particular importance to us because of the focus on security following the illegal and deadly attacks by Azerbaijan on the Armenian territory," Pelosi said Sunday.
- Lord, we pray that You would grant Ms. Pelosi wisdom to not do anything that would exacerbate the situations she inserts herself into. If she does something against Your perfect will we ask that You preserve the United States from harm.
- “The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.” (Proverbs 22:3)

3. Former DEA official sounds the alarm on fentanyl crisis as poisonings surge: 'Where is the White House?' | Fox News
A former Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) official sounded the alarm on the fentanyl crisis, Sunday, demanding action from the Biden administration as poisonings surge across the country.
Derek Maltz joined "Fox & Friends Weekend" to discuss the deadly impact of the drug and how it is being disguised as candy while devastating communities.
"They're all asking, where's the government? Where's the Department of Education? Where's the CDC?" Maltz asked co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy. "Now the DEA is involved, and they're working closely with their law enforcement counterparts. They're making massive seizures. Millions of pills are being seized."
Meanwhile, a bipartisan group of attorneys general has come together to demand the Biden White House declare fentanyl a "weapon of mass destruction" as poisonings continue to spike.
The coalition, which included attorneys general from Connecticut, Arkansas, New Mexico, Guam, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, Nebraska, and Nevada wrote a letter verbalizing the demand in order to prevent a "mass casualty event."
- Lord, our nation is being poisoned by the Biden administration’s failures at the Border. We pray on our faces for Your help in this situation and ask that You send Your Spirit of repentance across all in leadership. We place our nation in Your hand.
- “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes. All nations surrounded me; in the name of the Lord I cut them off!” (Psalm 118: 8-10)

4.US-backed fighters rescue tens of thousands of women and children in raid on ISIS al-Hol camp | Fox News
Syrian fighters backed by the United States have rescued tens of thousands of women and children following a weeks-long raid on a refugee camp in northern Syria.
Dozens of militants were subsequently detained and an undisclosed number of weapons were seized following the 24-day operation at al-Hol camp carried out by the Internal Security Forces and the U.S.-backed Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces.
In total, approximately 50,000 Syrians and Iraqis lived in tents at the camp, including about 20,000 children. An additional 2,000 women lived in a separate annex of the camp along with 8,000 children. The women in the second group were from 57 different countries and are believed to be supporters of the terror group IS.
The camp was primarily being used by IS fighters for the recruitment and training of the next generation of fighters to form another Islamic State caliphate, according to the Internal Security Forces. The al-Hol camp is Syria’s largest refugee camp, the Washington Post reported.
- Lord, we thank You for this rescue, and ask that Your Holy Spirit will flood these women and children with the knowledge of You as Messiah. Remove all lies and evil from their minds and fill them with the knowledge of You.
- “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

5.California Governor Signs ‘Most Aggressive’ Package of Green Laws (theepochtimes.com)
California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday announced a sweeping package of what he called the country’s “most aggressive” climate measures to “accelerate the state’s transition” to non-conventional energy sources.
The package includes 40 bills that appear to provide new green rules on laws related to things ranging from large-scale industry to the family home and private and public transportation.
The Democratic governor’s office said in a statement the package of climate change-focused measures aims to cut pollution and target “big polluters.”
It comes as America’s most populous state has struggled to provide stable electricity for residents amid a heat wave, which saw the state asking residents to use less power and suggest the best times to use air conditioners or charge electric cars.
“This month has been a wake-up call for all of us that later is too late to act on climate change. California isn’t waiting any more,” Newsom said in a statement. “Together with the Legislature, California is taking the most aggressive action on climate our nation has ever seen.”
- Lord, the real wake up call is that California has not been able to provide stable electricity for its citizens. We pray for You to flood the state with a wave of repentance, and truth. We pray that they will begin to rely on You and the gifts You have given in the earth, rather than man’s thoughts.
- “So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall raise up a standard against him.” (Isaiah 59:19)

6. Faith No More: Study Reveals America's Declining Christian Majority (breitbart.com)
America’s Christian majority has been declining for years and if the trend continues, Christians could make up less than half the U.S. population within decades, a study from the Pew Research Center shows.
The religion’s demographic has reportedly been dwindling since the 1990s, as many adults embrace an identity of atheist, agnostic or “nothing in particular.”
The study found as recently as 50 years ago declared Christians accounted for about 90 percent of the population, but as of 2020 that figure had slumped to about 64 percent.
“If recent trends in switching [changing one’s religious affiliation] hold, we projected that Christians could make up between 35 percent and 46 percent of the U.S. population in 2070,” said Stephanie Kramer, the senior researcher who led the study.
Over that same period, “nones” would rise from the current 30 percent to somewhere between 34 percent and 52 percent of the U.S. population.
- Lord, this report grieves us, but we ask for strength for the battle ahead, and a move of Your Spirit across the nation. We pray that You would leave no stony heart from the softening power of the Holy Spirit.
- “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)

7. Worst October 'Surprise' Ever: January 6 Committee to Resume Before Midterms (breitbart.com)
The House January 6 Committee is planning to hold at least one more hearing and release an early report into its “findings” before the 2020 midterm elections, in what is probably the least surprising “October surprise” in American political history.
Axios.com reported, with the credulous headline “Jan. 6 committee’s October surprise,” the following “news”:
The committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol plans to hold at least one more hearing late this month and release early findings and recommendations before the election.
- Despite the panel’s long-stated goal of avoiding perceptions of partisanship or politicization, a noisy October could impact the midterms.
…
State of play: Members told Axios that while their final report will likely come after the election, plenty of news could be made before — and that the election is not a big factor in their scheduling.
Contrary to Axios’s acceptance of the presumption that the committee never meant to look partisan or political, the committee was the first in American history to reject the minority party’s nominees to serve on the panel, creating a one-sided show trial.
- Lord, we pray that this “show trial” would be outed for the farce that it has already become. We ask that this egregious plan be stopped in its tracks, that vindication and truth would prevail.
-“And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (Matthew 16:18)

8. Biden Warns Putin Against Use of Nuclear, Chemical Weapons – 'It'll Be Consequential' (breitbart.com)
During an interview set to air on Sunday’s broadcast of CBS’s “60 Minutes,” President Joe Biden was asked by network correspondent Scott Pelley about the possibility of Russian President Vladimir Putin using chemical or nuclear weapons as his nation’s military struggles to hold on to territory gained in its Ukraine ground invasion.
“Don’t, don’t, don’t,” Biden said. “You will change the face of war unlike anything since World War II.”
Biden did not reveal what the U.S. response would be. However, he did say it would be “consequential.”
“You think I would tell you if I knew exactly what it would be?” he replied. “Of course, I’m not going to tell you. It’ll be consequential. They’ll become more of a pariah in the world than they ever have been. And depending on the extent of what they do will determine what response would occur.”
- Lord, we pray against any actions by Russia that would further harm Ukraine. We declare caution and wisdom over Biden, that he would not make foolish statements that might make matters worse.
- “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (Proverbs 1:7)

9. LIEBERMAN: A Little-Known UN Treaty Is A Raw Deal For America And The Senate Can’t Wait To Pass It | The Daily Caller
It’s the worst United Nations treaty that you’ve never heard of, and the Senate is on the verge of ratifying it. The Kigali Amendment is bad for consumers and bad for American competitiveness, yet it may soon be the law of the land.
The Kigali Amendment restricts production of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) based on concerns that they contribute to (what else?) climate change.
The problem is that HFCs are the refrigerants needed to run most home air conditioners, vehicle air conditioners and many millions of refrigeration systems used by businesses like restaurants and supermarkets. Replenishing HFCs lost from a leak will get costlier as supplies dwindle and prices rise.
- Lord, thank You for the knowledge of this treaty that would harm Americans who are trying to stay cool during heat waves. We pray that You would stop it in the Senate and not allow it to be passed.
- “If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.” (John 14:14)

10. Keep Them In Texas? DC Mayor Roasted For Tone-Deaf Illegal Immigrant Gripe | The Daily Wire
Washington D.C. Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser complained Friday that the nation’s capital is not equipped for the influx of illegal immigrants being sent by red-state governors fed up with the porous Mexican border.
The Democrat mayor spoke days after two buses Texas GOP Governor Greg Abbott sent from Del Rio dropped off 100 illegal immigrants in front of Vice President Kamala Harris’s official residence at the Naval Observatory. Abbott and fellow GOP chief executives Ron DeSantis, of Florida, and Doug Ducey, of Arizona, have stepped up their efforts to bring the border crisis to blue states and cities.
“We’re not a border town,” Bowser told reporters Friday. “We don’t have an infrastructure to handle this type of and level of immigration to our city … We’re not Texas.”
Bowser did vow to build an “infrastructure” to help her city absorb illegal immigrants, but in the meantime, said D.C. can’t handle the newcomers. Twitter users roasted Bowser, who in 2018 declared Washington, D.C., a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants.
“You’ve claimed to be a sanctuary city for years, and you’re just NOW planning on infrastructure to support that effort?” wrote one Twitter commenter. “And you think immigration is a Texas problem?”
- Lord, we thank You for revealing the hypocrisy of “sanctuary cities”. We pray for the border cities who are being inundated with migrants. Bring help and wisdom to all, and we pray that You will return border security to the United States.
- “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)

11. China Sanctions US Defense Industry Tycoons | The Daily Caller
China announced sanctions against CEOs of two major U.S. defense contractors Friday for their role in an arms package the State Department approved for Taiwan on Sept. 2.
Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said the sanctions against Raytheon CEO Gregory J. Hayes and Boeing Defense CEO Ted Colbert will “defend China’s sovereignty and security interests” against U.S. “military contact” with Taiwan. The Biden administration notified Congress of its intent to transfer $1.1 billion worth of military equipment to Taiwan earlier this month, including 60 anti-ship missiles Boeing Defense agreed to produce and 100 air-to-air missiles contracted with Raytheon.
Ning condemned the sales, saying they “gravely undermine China’s sovereignty and security interests, and severely harm China-U.S. relations and peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.”
Although China has separately blacklisted Boeing and Raytheon, as well as other defense firms and unspecified persons connected to arms transfers to Taiwan, it has never specifically named the targeted individuals, Reuters reported.
- Lord, we pray for Your mighty protection over all who have been targeted by China. We ask that Your Holy Spirit move among the leadership of China and the Defense industry in the United States to show them the truth.
- “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

California attacks free speech
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, September 19, 2022
California’s legislature has pass Assembly Bill 2098 to designate the dissemination of COVID-19 misinformation or disinformation as unprofessional conduct. This means that any doctor that offers alternative protocols to treat COVID-19 could lose their license to practice. It is an egregious affront to freedom of speech and, quite frankly, science. The legislation establishes that the Centers for Disease Control is the sole source of COVID-19 treatment protocols and any alternatives are considered disinformation or misinformation. California is often among the first to adopt extreme concepts that quickly spread across the nation. Beware of this one. It is government censorship of speech and science.
Section 1 of the legislation states: “The Legislature finds and declares all of the following: (a) The global spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or COVID-19, has claimed the lives of over 6,000,000 people worldwide, including nearly 90,000 Californians. (b) Data from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that unvaccinated individuals are at a risk of dying from COVID-19 that is 11 times greater than those who are fully vaccinated. (c) The safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines have been confirmed through evaluation by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the vaccines continue to undergo intensive safety monitoring by the CDC. (d) The spread of misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk. Read More

Catastrophic flooding in Puerto Rico as Hurricane Fiona
dumps nearly 30 inches of rain
|
|
Power began coming back for small pockets of the island on Monday, but astonishing rainfall totals triggered flooding and mudslides five years after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico.
Hurricane Fiona struck Puerto Rico's southwest coast on Sunday, bringing destructive flooding, mudslides and an island-wide power blackout. The storm went on to make a second landfall in the Dominican Republic very early on Monday morning. By Monday morning, a small number of the more than 1.4 million power customers in Puerto Rico began to have electricity restored.
Fiona made landfall at 3:20 p.m. EDT on Sunday, Sept. 18, on the extreme southwestern coast of Puerto Rico, near Punta Tocon. Fiona was a Category 1 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson Scale, with maximum sustained winds of 85 miles per hour, when it made landfall.
LUMA Energy, the private company that handles the transmission and distribution of electricity in Puerto Rico, stated that full power restoration could take days "due to the magnitude and scope of the blackout."
By Monday morning, the power has been restored to nearly 100,000 customers, including hospitals in San Juan's medical complex, according to Puerto Rico Health Secretary Dr. Carlos Mellado Lopez. Read More

‘Making Decisions For Christ’:
‘Lifemark’ Star and Producer Alex Kendrick Reveals Amazing Salvation Stories Happening Inside Theaters
|
|
Actor and producer Alex Kendrick expressed gratitude this week for the success of his new movie “Lifemark” and revealed the monumental impact the film is having on audience members, with some reportedly accepting Christ inside movie theaters. “We’ve got just a flood of responses and people even making decisions for Christ in the theater,” Kendrick told CBN’s Faithwire “We’re very grateful for what’s going on and can’t wait to see what else God does.”Considering the subject matter and seemingly prophetic release of “Lifemark” — a movie about adoption released on the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade — the fact the film so deeply resonates with so many is understandable.
“Lifemark,” produced by actor Kirk Cameron and the Kendrick brothers, tells a true story that celebrates the gift of life. The film focuses on 18-year-old David, whose comfortable world is tossed into chaos when his birth mother surprisingly reaches out and wants to meet him. Cameron and the Kendricks specifically added 10 minutes of additional content to the end of the movie aimed at helping people truly understand God’s heart and love for His creation. “We walk through the biblical basis of life and God knowing us even in the womb,” Kendrick said. “And then we walk through a Gospel presentation at the end.”
He shared just one of the stories his team has heard since the release of 'Lifemark.' “We’re hearing wonderful testimonies of people saying, ‘Our church group was sitting in the theater, and we saw a woman sitting off to the side crying at the end of the movie. We … went over, started a conversation. She shared her story with us. We were able to minister to her, pray for her, talk about salvation with her,'” Kendrick shared. The actor and producer is delighted and grateful to hear stories like this. Kendrick said his team initially wanted to release “Lifemark” in 2021, but the pandemic pushed back production. In the end, though, the timing lined up perfectly with the overturning of Roe and the elevated national conversation on protecting life and helping women in crisis. (CBN) Read More Here

Are you weary, are you heavy hearted?
Tell it to Jesus, tell it to Jesus.
Are you grieving over joys departed?
Tell it to Jesus alone.
Refrain
Tell it to Jesus, tell it to Jesus,
He is a friend that’s well known.
You’ve no other such a friend or brother,
Tell it to Jesus alone.
Do the tears flow down your cheeks unbidden?
Tell it to Jesus, tell it to Jesus.
Have you sins that to men’s eyes are hidden?
Tell it to Jesus alone.

Do you fear the gathering clouds of sorrow?
Tell it to Jesus, tell it to Jesus.
Are you anxious what shall be tomorrow?
Tell it to Jesus alone.

Are you troubled at the thought of dying?
Tell it to Jesus, tell it to Jesus.
For Christ’s coming kingdom are you sighing?
