President Biden's proposed changes for Title IX have stirred up such controversy that they've generated a record number of public comments from parents, many of whom are concerned about their children's safety in schools, and what the amendments will mean for women's sports.
The Biden administration proposed new regulations on the 50th anniversary of Title IX, which prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools, to expand the protections to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
The Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies recently released a study highlighting what they called the "Dirty Dozen Defects" of the draft. The "defects" the group said has fired parents up most are those that would require schools and colleges to allow biological males to compete in girls’ sports and use bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond with their "gender identity." Iran will gain immediate access to billions of dollars in cash assets on the day a new nuclear accord is signed, money that will flow to Tehran's top terror organizations before Congress has a chance to review the deal, former senior U.S. officials and experts told the Washington Free Beacon.
Sanctioned entities linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC)—the country's paramilitary fighting force that is trying to assassinate U.S. officials—will receive a massive influx of cash the moment the deal is signed. The Biden administration will also release some $7 billion in frozen assets tied to IRGC funding "prior to a single day of congressional review," Richard Goldberg, former director for countering Iranian weapons of mass destruction on the White House National Security Council, told the Free Beacon.
"While Iran is actively trying to assassinate former U.S. officials and kidnap Iranian Americans, the Biden administration is offering Iran billions in upfront sanctions relief for the IRGC prior to a single day of congressional review," Goldberg said. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General (IG) has issued a bombshell report that accuses President Joe Biden’s administration of resettling Afghan nationals “who were not fully vetted” across the United States.
Following the U.S. Armed Forces’ withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, Biden opened a “humanitarian parole” pipeline that has resettled more than 86,000 Afghans in American communities, many of whom were not screened or interviewed in person.
Now, a bombshell DHS IG report reveals that the Biden administration “admitted or paroled” thousands of Afghans “who were not fully vetted” before their arrival in the United States and may “pose a risk to national security” as a result.

1. Gantz: Iran converting Syrian military sites into missile factories - Times of Israel
Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Monday revealed a map of military facilities across Syria he alleged were used to manufacture advanced munitions for Iran and its terror proxies.
“Iran is building terror industries in Syria for its needs. Recently it started building advanced industries in Yemen and Lebanon as well. This trend must be stopped,” Gantz said in New York.
The remarks came amid an apparent uptick in airstrikes widely attributed to Israel in Syria. (Read more)

2. 'Israel has presented new evidence of Iranian lies' - Israel National News
Following Prime Minister Lapid's consultations with German chancellor Olaf Scholtz and other senior officials, a diplomatic source said Lapid is certain that European leaders are pessimistic regarding the outcome of nuclear talks with Iran.
"Some say it is because of the hardening of the American position following discussions with Israeli officials," said the source, noting a similar change in attitude on the part of Iran.
According to the source, Israel presented new evidence to the Europeans regarding the Iranian nuclear program. "We provided them with proof that the Iranians are lying as we speak." (Read more)

3. Iran claims new drones 'designed to hit Tel Aviv' as Israel warns regime from reprisals - Israel Hayom
Iran said on Monday it was ready to continue cooperating with the world's nuclear watchdog while revealing a drone supposedly capable of hitting major cities in Israel.
Speaking after European powers expressed frustration with Tehran's intentions to salvage the agreement, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani urged the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) "not to yield to Israel's pressure" over Tehran's nuclear activities.
The IAEA's Board of Governors meets on Monday, three months after adopting a resolution urging Iran to give credible answers to the agency's investigations into uranium traces at three sites in Iran. Iran says the probes are politically motivated. On Saturday, France, Britain and Germany said they had "serious doubts" about Iran's intentions to revive a deal curbing its nuclear program in return for a lifting of sanctions, comments that were rejected by Tehran and called "very untimely" by Moscow. 4. Lapid: preparations for shortening intern shifts to start immediately - Jerusalem Post
Prime Minister Yair Lapid decided that the preparations for shortening medical intern shifts to 16 hours will begin in the periphery immediately, according to Maariv.
Lapid concluded with Economy Minister Orna Barbibai and Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz that preparations will begin so that the agreed-upon outline can come into effect by September 2023. As part of the evaluations,hospitals all over the country that are already legally prepared will be able to operate and shorten the shifts. (Read more)

5. Israeli Seriously Wounded in Brawl with Arabs Near Ma’on - Jewish Press
An Israeli man was seriously wounded Monday evening after he was attacked by a Palestinian Authority Arab near the Jewish community of Maon, in the southern Hebron Hills.
The Israeli, a man in his thirties who works as a shepherd, was struck in the head by an Arab swinging a hoe, the Hebron Hills Regional Council said.
The public is being asked to pray for the swift recovery of Itamar ben Ila.
According to a security official quoted in a report by Israel’s KAN News public broadcaster, the incident took place as some 30 PA Arabs attacked two Israeli residents of the area. (Read more)

1. EXCLUSIVE: The FBI Secretly Pressured Americans To Waive Away Their Gun Rights - Daily Caller
The FBI secretly pressured Americans into signing forms that relinquish their rights to own, purchase or even use firearms, according to a trove of internal documents and communications obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The forms were presented by the FBI to people at their homes and in other undisclosed locations, according to bureau documents unearthed through the Freedom of Information Act by the firearm rights group Gun Owners of America (GOA) and shared with the DCNF. At least 15 people between 2016 and 2019 signed the secret forms, which ask signatories to declare themselves as either a “danger” to themselves or others or lacking “mental capacity adequately to contract or manage” their lives.
GOA and attorneys who specialize in Second Amendment law told the DCNF the existence of the forms raise serious legal questions.
“We’re into a pre-crime, Minority Report type of world where the FBI believes it can take constitutional rights away from anyone it thinks possibly might pose a threat in the future,” said Robert Olson, GOA’s outside counsel who specializes in firearms law. “Which certainly is not something you expect in the United States.”
The form specifies that signatories will be permanently registered with the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) — which the form states would legally bar signatories from being able to “purchase, to possess and to use any firearm.” It is unclear what exact criteria the FBI used to identify signatories, but some forms include bureau notes detailing ongoing investigations. 1. Visa, Mastercard, AmEx to categorize gun store sales separately | Fox Business
Payment processor Visa announced Saturday its plans to separately categorize gun shop sales, joining Mastercard and American Express, which have already said they would categorize purchases at firearm stores.
Visa said it would apply the International Organization for Standardization’s new merchant code to gun shop sales. The new IOS code was announced on Friday. Previously, gun store sales were labeled as "general merchandise."
"Following ISO’s decision to establish a new merchant category code, Visa will proceed with next steps, while ensuring we protect all legal commerce on the Visa network in accordance with our long-standing rules," Visa said in a statement.
The move by Visa signals a major victory for gun control advocates who argue that a separate category for gun store sales will help track suspicious quantities of firearm sales that could potentially lead to a mass shooting. (Read more)

3. Far-Left Dems Could Sink Joe Manchin’s Energy Permitting Reform Bill | The Daily Caller
Climate activist lawmakers are opposing Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia’s push to expedite permitting for critical energy infrastructure projects, The Washington Post reported.
Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who regularly works alongside Democrats, and Democratic House Natural Resources Committee Chair Raúl M. Grijalva said that they will vote against Manchin’s permitting reform bill because it will threaten the planet, according to a press release. The bill, which is supported by Democratic leadership, will speed up the environmental review process that all energy infrastructure projects must undergo. (Read more)

4. Illinois mayor blasts Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot's 'hypocrisy' after migrants shipped to 'Republican suburb' | Fox News
The Republican mayor of a suburban Chicago town is calling out Windy City Mayor Lori Lightfoot after over 60 migrants were shipped to his town and dropped off at a local hotel.
After being bussed from Texas, 147 migrants arrived in Chicago on Wednesday, according to FOX 32. Sixty-four of those migrants were then taken to a Hampton Inn hotel in Burr Ridge, which is outside of Chicago, where they will be for at least the next 27 days.
Burr Ridge Mayor Gary Grasso, a Republican, told Fox News that the migrants are being used as "political pawns" by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker. (Read more)

6. After Project Veritas Sting, Dems Look To Oust Their Own Senate Nominee | The Daily Caller
South Carolina Democrats are calling on Senate nominee Krystle Matthews to suspend her campaign following the publication of a rant in which she claimed that white voters should be treated “like shit.”
Project Veritas released a video Wednesday that showed Matthews explaining how she deals with white voters. Her state House district includes parts of Berkeley and Charleston counties, both of which are majority-white. Matthews is set to face off against incumbent Republican Sen. Tim Scott in the November general election.
“I keep them right here, like under my thumbs. That’s where I keep it, like, you have to, otherwise they get outta control like kids. So for me, I know other people are tip-toeing around them. And I’m like, ‘Yo, that’s some white shit. I ain’t doing that,'” Matthews said in the recording.
Several high-ranking South Carolina Democrats have called on Matthews to step aside, even though ballots have already been printed with her name on them..(Read more)

7. Gov. Kathy Hochul Declares State Of Emergency Over Polio In New York | The Daily Caller
The Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Friday that New York is declaring a state of emergency over its ongoing polio outbreak.
Hochul issued an executive order Friday declaring a State Disaster Emergency, which will allow the state to mobilize additional resources and reduce red tape in its response to the outbreak. So far, only one case of polio has been identified in the state, but wastewater surveillance indicates the virus is circulating among a significant swathe of the population.
The declaration will allow EMS workers, midwives and pharmacists to administer polio vaccines. All vaccination data will also now be reported to the state department of health.

8. .Arizona Can’t Enforce New Election Law in 2022 Election: Federal Judge (theepochtimes.com)
Arizona officials cannot enforce a new election bill in the upcoming midterm elections, according to a federal judge.
Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and other officials shall not “take any action to implement or enforce H.B. 2243 in a manner that would remove any voter’s eligibility to vote in the 2022 general election or disqualify any otherwise-valid ballot on the basis of H.B. 2243,” U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee, said in the Sept. 8 order.
Bolton was accepting a joint agreement and proposed order outlined by the Arizona Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander for Equity Coalition and state officials, including Hobbs and Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, presented to the court earlier Thursday.
The officials and the coalition, which sued over the bill in August, agreed that “the provisions of H.B. 2243 should not operate in a manner that would prevent any voter from (1) voting in the upcoming November 2022 general election or (2) having their vote be counted.” Hobbs and Brnovich also decided that the changes to the state election code shouldn’t take effect until Jan. 1, 2023, because one of the laws the bill is amending is not effective itself until then. 9. GOP Leader Says Homes of Trump Supporters May Soon Be Raided by FBI (theepochtimes.com)
A top former Republican leader and prominent attorney has said that the homes of more supporters of former President Donald Trump may soon be raided by FBI agents—weeks after the unprecedented Aug. 8 raid of Mar-a-Lago.
Harmeet Dhillon, who was the vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party, told Fox News that within 24 hours of a Politico reporter’s Twitter post claiming that the FBI is ready to serve warrants, “three of our clients … did either get search warrants or subpoenas. And these subpoenas are extremely broad.”
In a Twitter post, Dhillon alleged that someone Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Jan. 6 team “told a Politico reporter that 50 or so search warrants and grand jury subpoenas were being issued to Trump allies—before it happened. Clients, already being harassed by House J6 Committee investigators.”
“Our clients [Women for America First] are among those targeted for their peaceful, First-Amendment-protected, speech about 2020 election,” she wrote. “These bullying tactics are designed to target [and] intimidate Trump supporters.” (Read more)

10. Report: More than Half of California Rice Fields Left Barren in Drought (breitbart.com)
More than half of California’s rice fields have been left fallow this year due to the ongoing drought and a lack of allocations from state and federal water projects, leaving the Sacramento Valley, normally inundated with water this time of year, dry.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports:
Normally, by September, the drive north from Sacramento on Interstate 5 showcases vast stretches of flooded rice fields on both sides, farms bustling with tractors and workers preparing for fall harvest.

As drought endures for a third year with record-breaking temperatures and diminishing water supplies, more than half of California’s rice fields are estimated to be left barren without harvest — about 300,000 out of the 550,000 or so in reported acres, provisional data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture shows. This year, rice is estimated to account for just 2% of total planted acres across the state.
Farmers in the Sacramento River Valley received almost none of their usual water allocation. However, farmers on the east side of the Central Valley, which use water from Lake Oroville, were able to receive about 75% of their allocation. The result, the Chronicle reports, is that despite the general decline in rice cultivation, farmers on the east side were able to plant more: “Meanwhile, in Butte County, lush green fields can still be seen from space, as shown in the imagery above from the European Space Agency’s Sentinel satellite. Butte County farmers actually planted slightly more acres of rice than last year.” (Read more)

Some of the headlines in the news right now are indicative of just how upside-down the world is. As a matter of fact, it is amazing that the news media would even give some of these people a headline except the media is about as far from truth and common sense as the earth from the sun. Here’s one: Hillary Clinton says that Americans worship guns more than life. This, coming from someone who advocates killing babies in the womb. Howard Stern calls Donald Trump supporters “Morons” who want to live under a dictator. This coming from a guy who thinks lockdowns and vaccine mandates apparently are not dictatorial. These people judge others from the content of their own hearts.
In Ezekiel 22, the Lord God speaks into a situation in ancient Israel much like what we have in many places around the world, especially in America. In Verse 25, the Lord God says, “There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.” In Verse 29, The Lord says, “The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.” He concludes in verse 30, “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” Sadly, He found none. ‘One-of-a-kind’ fossil poking through sand may be
older than first dinosaurs
|

While walking along the beaches of Canada’s east coast, a teacher stumbled upon an incredible discovery that only happens ‘every 50 years or 100 years.’
A Canadian school teacher was strolling along the beach with her dog on Aug. 22, looking for sea glass, when she discovered something much more: A rare fossil that could be hundreds of millions of years old.
"I saw something that I thought was a root," Lisa Cormier, a teacher on Prince Edward Island on Canada's east coast, told the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. "And when I looked closer at it, I realized that there were ribs. And then I saw the spine, and the skull."
Cormier took pictures of the fossil poking out from the red, clay-like sand from Cape Egmont to send to her friends and family. Her mother-in-law sent them to a tour guide she knew, Laura MacNeil, and the pictures eventually found their way to paleontologist and geologist John Calder from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Read More

Christian Scouts Turn Girls into Women of God
|
|
The women of the Bible have been providing heroic examples of courage, wisdom and servant leadership for millennia. Stories about Esther saving her people from genocide, Deborah leading the Hebrew army into battle and Lois being extolled by the apostle Paul for her faith. These women and the examples they set for future generations are sadly underrepresented on lists of influential women. American Heritage Girls (AHG) is looking to change that by offering a Christ-centered approach to scouting. In an interview with "The Stream," founder Patti Garibay explains what AHG is and their mission: "It is America's premiere, faith-based scout-type character development program for girls. And it's dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country," Garibay told 'The Stream'. "The activities that the girls do across the nation include badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, outdoor experience, all with the emphasis on Christian values and family involvement."
In recent years, there has been a change within the traditional scouting organizations including the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America. With both organizations embracing the LBGTQ agenda, many Christian and secular parents have pulled their children from the organizations and have looked for alternatives that match their family values. AHG started in 1995 near Cincinnati because of frustrations in dealing with the secular youth organizations at the time. By taking the character-building aspects of scouting programs, AHG infused their group with faith as a Christ-centered organization. With this focus on Judeo-Christian values, troops began popping up all over the country. There are now 52,000 girls and young women who are members of AHG in all 50 states and 15 countries around the world. (Charisma) Read More Here.
