Five Takeaways from Joe’s Duplicitous Oval Office Address About Ukraine
The dominant news cycle right now – radical Islamic terror directed at Israel – is a terrible one for Joe. As I noted in an article earlier this week, Joe Biden has harmed Israel in numerous ways over his presidency and vice presidency while simultaneously enabling terrorists and their funders. He is also clearly perceived as a weak target by our adversaries around the world; so, the longer the media is focused on Israel, Jews, Hamas rockets, decapitated babies, and American hostages, the worse Joe is going to look. His political instincts told him to try to switch gears.
He did that in his speech tonight. It was not only clumsy, it was offensive.
Actually, it was an attempted hoodwinking. The world thought the speech would be about Israel. And he did talk about Israel. But the speech was really about Ukraine.
He tried to connected Israel and Ukraine in order to suggest to Americans that if you support Israel’s war for its own survival, you must also support limitless taxpayer resources being sent to Ukraine – after those funds make a pit stop in the bank accounts of U.S. defense contractors, of course.
He ended up saying nothing newsworthy about Israel or Hamas, yet he revived the Ukraine funding discussion.
Yes, duplicitous Joe used dead Jews as an excuse to give a speech about Ukraine funding — from the Oval Office, no less.
Lord God, our secular government has declared support for a two-state solution.
As representatives of Your Kingdom Government, we reject that statement. Your
Scripture dictates that there is no "two-state solution.' The land belongs to the Jew.
So we state . . .

Second Prayer:
Father God, the news these days is complex and beyond our understanding. Only You know what Your will is, "on earth as it is in heaven." So we turn to You, asking for Your guidance in prayer, just as Your disciples did when You walked with them.

Egypt to Open Rafah Crossing for Aid to Hamas Ruled Gaza
Cairo on Thursday announced that humanitarian aid would enter Gaza via the Rafah border crossing, as residents of the Strip continue to move south ahead of a looming Israeli ground invasion.“Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and U.S. President Joe Biden have agreed on the sustainable delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip via the Rafah terminal,” announced Egyptian presidential spokesperson Ahmed Fahmy.
In a move criticized by families of Israelis being held hostage in Gaza by the Hamas terrorist organization, Israel’s war Cabinet on Wednesday approved the delivery by Cairo of limited humanitarian aid to Gaza—water, food and medicine.Israel has imposed a siege on the coastal enclave since Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack, in which 1,400 people were killed, over 4,500 wounded and at least 203 taken back to Gaza as hostages.Biden said on Wednesday during a snap visit to Israel that el-Sisi had agreed to allow 20 trucks of humanitarian assistance through the Rafah crossing from Sinai. - Abba, thank You that Egypt is now opening the Rafah crossing so that Palestinians who are NOT part of Hamas can flee, get out of harms way, and seek safety and refuge in Egypt. Abba, may Hamas terrorists not be allowed to cross into Egypt, and only non-violent citizens of Gaza. Grant border patrol great wisdom and discernment.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL
1. IDF strikes Hezbollah as anti-tank missile, rocket attacks continue - Jerusalem Post
The IDF struck sites belonging to Hezbollah in southern Lebanon on Thursday, after the terrorist movement continued anti-tank missile attacks against IDF positions and Hamas's al-Qassam Brigades launched about 30 rockets from Lebanon toward Israel.
The rocket fire set off sirens in a number of locations near the Lebanese border, including Rosh Hanikra and Nahariya. Two of the rockets fired on Thursday fell in Kiryat Shmona, with Magen David Adom reporting three people injured. One was a 75-year-old who was in moderate condition with a head injury. A 30-year-old and a 5-year-old were both in mild condition. (Read more)
2. ‘You will fight like lions,’ Netanyahu tells Golani soldiers at Gaza front - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu encouraged soldiers from the IDF Golani Brigade 51st Battalion at an assembly point near Gaza, ahead of the expected battle with Hamas.
“I am here with Golani soldiers from all parts of the country. They have fought like lions and will fight like lions,” Netanyahu said on Thursday. “We are going to win with full force.”
“The entire people of Israel are behind you,” the prime minister told the soldiers. He added that the IDF will deliver a harsh blow to the enemy to achieve victory. (Read more)
3. Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh calls for global 'general mobilization' - Jerusalem Post
Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh called on Thursday for a "general mobilization" by Arabs and Muslims around the world on Friday, as the war between Israel and Hamas continued.
Haniyeh called for supporters living in neighboring countries to march toward the borders with Israel as well. (Read more)
4. US reportedly set to provide Israel with 2 additional Iron Dome batteries - Times of Israel
Israel is set to receive two new Iron Dome batteries from the US in the coming days, according to a report Thursday evening.
The Axios report came one day after US President Joe Biden pledged to ask the US Congress for an “unprecedented support package” to bolster Israel’s security forces.
“We are going to keep Iron Dome fully supplied so it can continue standing sentinel over Israeli skies, saving Israeli lives,” he said at the conclusion of his visit to Israel on Wednesday. (Read more)
5. As Pro-Hamas Rioting Flares in Berlin, Antisemitic Incidents in Germany Climb 240% in Wake of Israel Massacre - Algemeiner
The number of antisemitic incidents in Germany in the week that followed the Oct. 7 Hamas pogrom in southern Israel increased by an eye-watering 240 percent compared with the same period last year, according to data published by the Federal Association of Antisemitism Research and Information Centers (RIAS), a government funded body, on Thursday.
A full 91 percent of the incidents recorded were rooted in hatred of Israel, RIAS said.
Dozens of rallies held across the country staged by Muslim organizations have demonized Israel, with many participants calling for the annihilation of the Jewish state.
The report also documented attacks on pro-Israel vigils. At one gathering in support of Israel in the city of Kiel, participants were verbally abused and spat upon, while there were more than 30 cases of Israeli flags flown outside public buildings in solidarity being removed or defaced. A number of Jewish-owned homes were also daubed with the Star of David. (Read more)

1. CNN: US believes death toll in Gaza hospital blast is 100-300; Israel not to blame – Times of Israel
The US intelligence community believes that anywhere from 100-300 people were killed in the blast earlier this week at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, according to a document viewed by CNN.
CNN says that the document asserts that there was “only light structural damage at the hospital” and that Israel was not responsible for the explosion.
Hamas has claimed that 471 people were killed, after earlier claiming it was 500.
Hamas and much of the Arab world has blamed Israel for the explosion at the hospital, but Israeli and US intelligence, now accepted by most media outlets, has shown that it was most likely caused by a failed rocket launch from Gaza. (Read more)

We know the history of how Israel's enemies, and our enemies as well, have lied to cover their own mistakes and make themselves look better. We ask that You would put to shame those who still refuse to believe the truth in order to stir up violence all over our world. Bring them to their knees before You and before the truth.

2. Prayers Held at Western Wall for Safe Return of Hostages – JNS.org
A special Thursday evening prayer session was held at the Western Wall for the safe return of hostages held in Gaza, and for the success of the Israel Defense Forces and Israeli security forces in the war against Hamas.
Avichai Brodtz, whose wife and three children were abducted and taken to Gaza, and Rabbi of the Western Wall Shmuel Rabinowitz participated in the event, which included recitation of Psalms and prayers for the IDF’s welfare.Such gatherings at the Jerusalem holy site are held during times of national emergency.
The IDF said on Thursday that 203 hostages are being held in the Gaza Strip. (Read more)

3. Public Neutrality about Hamas and Israel is Complicity – JNS.org
It’s terribly unfair. That’s the way some liberal Americans, especially some prominent Jews, are characterizing the criticism that they and others are getting for not being willing to publicly discuss their opinion about the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks on Israel perpetrated by Hamas—the largest mass slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust. The terror organization’s assault on Gaza border communities left 1,400 men, women and children dead with whole families murdered, as well as thousands wounded, and as many as 150 kidnapped and dragged across the border into Gaza. But as far as many prominent people are concerned, those numbers—not to mention the evidence found of horrifying crimes committed by the terrorists against their victims, including torture, rape and the desecration of corpses—is not enough reason for them to stick out their necks and identify themselves with the cause of Israel.
An ominous silence
For those who feel connected to Israel or simply believe that a crime of this magnitude demands both sympathy and robust support for efforts to end this terrorist scourge, the response to the Hamas atrocities has been intense and passionate. But the contrast between the broken hearts of those who care about Israel and the indifference of others—and that means many of the rich, talented or famous with large social-media followings—is staggering. It’s led some to conclude that, perhaps for the first time, they finally understand how the Holocaust happened. (Read more)
- Dear Lord Jesus, we come against this double-mindedness that is a hindrance to the workings of righteousness in our world today. We pray that the consensus of those who have the mind of Christ will prevail over the wickedness that comes from those who do not know You and Your dealings with mankind. Lord, we pray that this duplicity will fall in the face of the overwhelming evidence of what is happening in the Middle East. 4. Christian and Jewish Leaders Publish Full Page Letter to President Biden in Jerusalem Post – Israel365
A coalition of over 50 influential American and Israeli Jewish and Christian leaders published a full-page letter Wednesday on page 2 of the Jerusalem Post, coinciding with President Biden’s arrival in Israel amid the ongoing war between Israel and the Iran-backed terrorist group Hamas.
“We need you to take stronger action on behalf of Israel,” faith leaders told President Biden in the letter, while also expressing gratitude for the president’s clear-eyed support for the State of Israel. The diverse group of religious leaders called for the total eradication of Hamas, strongly urging the president not to “pressure Israel into a premature ceasefire.”
All 199 hostages — from over 30 countries — must be immediately and unconditionally released, the group said, adding that Hamas’ violent attack on Israel was “also an undisguised attack on America.”
“As Israel’s greatest ally, America must demonstrate UNLIMITED and UNQUALIFIED support for Israel in its righteous battle against Hamas,” the letter concludes.
Rabbi Tuly Weisz, the head of Israel365, initiated the letter. “I only have one word for how that ad came to be; nes,” Rabbi Weisz said, using the Hebrew word for a miracle performed by God. “It was nothing less than a miracle from Hashem.” (Read more)

5. US Sanctions Hamas Leaders, Financiers, Facilitators Over Brutal Israel Assault – The Epoch Times
The Biden Administration on Wednesday issued sanctions to disrupt Hamas funding amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war
The United States on Wednesday announced sanctions on ten key Hamas leaders and those affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic group's global fundraising network in response to the Islamist terror group's Oct. 7 attacks on Israel.
These fresh financial penalties, designed to track and seize Hamas-related assets, extend to Gaza, Sudan, Turkey, Algeria, and Qatar where the group operates.
Members of the terrorist group responsible for overseeing a Hamas investment portfolio, a Qatar-based financial facilitator with close ties to the Iranian regime, and a Hamas commander were slapped with sanctions by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). "Buy Cash," a Gaza-based platform that provides money transfer and virtual currency exchange services, was also sanctioned for its alleged connection to the terrorist group’s fundraising. (Read more)

6. Why Republicans are Having So Much Trouble Picking a Speaker - The Epoch TImes
House Republicans tried and failed to elect a speaker after a tumultuous two weeks that saw the previous leader ousted by his own party, the House of Representatives all but shuttered, and the Republican conference in “chaos,” as one member put it.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the second GOP speaker nominee in two weeks, fell short of election in two floor votes this week as nearly two dozen fellow Republicans refused to back his nomination. Speaker elections are normally a matter of routine. Why has it taken House Republicans so much time to accomplish the very first task of the majority?
The answer has to do with the numbers game that is the U.S. Congress, the temperament of the Republican Party, and the most basic element in any form of leadership: trust.
Razor-Thin Majority
Republicans have a nine-seat advantage in the House. It’s not the smallest lead in history, but it means just five Republicans can block anything the majority tries to do. And that’s happened several times. (Read more)

7. Arkansas becomes the first state to take back farmland from Chinese-owned company - LifeSite News
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (LifeSiteNews) — Arkansas Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced Tuesday that the state has ordered a Chinese company to relinquish ownership of 160 acres of Arkansas land, becoming the first state in the nation to take such a step.
The move concerns Syngenta, a Switzerland-based producer of agricultural chemicals that was purchased in 2017 by China National Chemical Corporation (CNCC), which in turn is owned by the Chinese government. Sanders called the ownership a “clear threat to our state” due to the ruling Chinese Communist Party’s interest in acquiring intelligence and technology through its various assets around the world, such as seemingly-innocuous companies.
CNCC is recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense as one of several “Chinese Military Companies Operating in the United States.”
“Seeds are technology,” Sanders said. “Chinese state-owned corporations filter that technology back to their homeland, stealing American research and telling our enemies how to target American farms. That is a clear threat to our national security.”
“This is not about where you come from,” she added. “We welcome Chinese Americans.” But, she noted, China’s 2017 National Intelligence Law forces Chinese citizens and corporations to cooperate with state intelligence agencies, even abroad. (Read more)

8. Biggest Banks at Risk of Collapse This Winter as Massive Failures Begun – The Discern Report
Bank executives are warning about unprecedented risks in the financial system. According to JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, banks are bracing for worst-case scenarios as higher interest rates elevate the risk of failures and losses in the months ahead. Americans should pay very close attention to what happens next because the turbulence will affect all of us.
The executive kicked off third-quarter earnings season alerting investors about a threatening outlook: “Now may be the most dangerous time the world has seen in decades,” he wrote in the company’s latest report. You own it all, and You teach us how to manage our income and resources. We pray that You cause interest rates to drop, inflation to decrease and employment to stabilize. Close banks that need to shut their doors, or remove officers that need to go; may justice be meted out by Your standards. Deal with the Federal Reserve as You see fit. Bless existing banks that operate within Your wisdom and righteousness. Nevertheless, come what may in this fallen world, we trust You as our Father to provide for Your children, no matter what ultimately transpires with the banks and economy. May we hear and obey as You instruct us how to prepare and plan for the days ahead.

The Coming Demonization Of Israel

As Israel begins to rid the world of the inhumane Hamas, the cheers from the sideline of the global community will be short—lived. The very nations who fund, facilitate, and politically support Hamas and their barbarian ilk will soon be crying alligator tears of victimhood and echoing the narrative of how the Israelis are systematically eradicating men, women and children and committing war crimes. The news media, which is predominantly anti-Israel will be reporting how Israel is bombing hospitals and schools in Gaza. Heads of state in Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and other Arab countries will be condemning the apartheid occupiers for being too brutal in their retaliation. In fact, it’s already started.
The media narrative is laying the groundwork for the demonization. Already, MSNBC, CNN, and NBC among others are speculating on Israel’s soon-to-be-committed war crimes. Friday, MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight,” host Ayman Mohyeldin stated, “As the former Executive Director of Human Rights Watch, Ken Roth, told me on my show earlier this week, the war crimes of one party in a war do not justify the war crimes of the other. And so, whatever war crimes Hamas committed, which they certainly did in targeting civilians in their attack on Israel on Saturday, that is a war crime. That does not justify Israel committing war crimes.” Read More

AI-powered lasers could zap space debris
away from collision courses
A network of space-based lasers could help nudge debris away from collision courses with the ISS, according to new research.
Low-Earth orbit is teeming with space junk. This increasingly cluttered area of space could benefit from a network of lasers that nudge objects at risk of colliding with satellites or spacecraft into safer orbits, according to new research.
While space debris has been a concern for decades, efforts to address this junk have only recently started receiving serious investment. The latest early-stage idea is to mount artificial intelligence-powered lasers on satellites or other dedicated platforms and have them monitor space debris objects. When an object is suspected to be on a collision course with a valuable space asset like the International Space Station (ISS) or a satellite, the lasers could, in theory, nudge that object into a safer orbit.
"Our goal is to develop a network of reconfigurable space-based lasers, along with a suite of algorithms," Hang Woon Lee, the director of Space Systems Operations Research Laboratory at West Virginia University who is leading the new project, said in a statement. "Those algorithms will be the enabling technology that make such a network possible and maximize its benefits."
NASA is funding Lee's idea with $200,000 across three years. Although the plan is still in its infancy, its ultimate goal is to develop a system capable of making real-time decisions about which space objects to target and to ensure the new orbits are actually safe from further collisions. Inside ‘Secret Bible-Publishing Warehouse’ Where Bold Believers Risk Their Lives to Smuggle Scripture Into Middle East
Some brave Christians in the Middle East have been secretly printing Bibles and, in the process, risking their lives to help ensure Scriptures get into some of the most restrictive locations. Persecution watchdog Global Christian Relief recently visited two printing presses and spoke with one of the bold believers who works diligently to spread the Gospel. “I have been arrested three times, and they tried to kill me five times,” the printer told Brian Orme, chief communications officer at Global Christian Relief. “Once they did really bad things to my children to try to make me deny my faith.” The brave man went on to say he and others who are still alive and spreading the Gospel owe it to the “prayers of believers” and to “Christ’s protection.” And, despite the danger, he stressed the importance of printing more Bibles.
He even shared the story of a man deeply moved after receiving one of the books. “When he took the Bible from me, he said that this is the most important book on Earth,” he explained. “Because of this, I will never give up.” Orme explained in the video how these printers are undeterred as they churn out copies of the Scriptures in their “secret Bible-publishing warehouse.” Orme, who showed a stack of 25,000 copies of the New Testament, said the name of the country, faces of those involved, and even the covers of the Bibles couldn’t be shown on camera due to security concerns. Once fully completed and bound, he said these Bibles will be smuggled into Iran to “'help strengthen [recipients] and the church.' These Bibles are illegal,” he said. “They’re going to be smuggled into dangerous places, so please pray for those who are taking these Bibles to help strengthen the church.” (Faithwire.com)
