Biden Agenda Suffers Another Loss as Senate GOP Kills Federal Election Takeover
(Editorial comment: we are going to repeat this alert, in case some of you may have missed this news over the weekend. PRAISE THE LORD.)

Less than 24 hours after arriving back in the United States, President Biden's legislative agenda suffered another loss at the hands of Republicans in Congress on Wednesday.

The John Lewis Voting Rights Act, yet another Democrat attempt to hand the federal government control of America's elections, failed to secure the support necessary to overcome a Republican filibuster in the Senate.

Vice President Kamala Harris presided over the latest loss for the Biden-Harris legislative agenda that came out 50 to 49, short of the 60 vote threshold necessary to move the bill forward.
Jason Snead, executive director of the Honest Elections Project which opposed the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, explained in a thread on Twitter before Wednesday's vote how this bill was just another zombified version of the previously defeated For the People Act.

Just like before, this version of S4 makes it easier for left-wing groups to sue states and use courts to junk popular, commonsense election safeguards that inspire voter confidence and stop fraud.

However, the main focus of S4 is putting states under federal control through a process called preclearance. S4 tallies “voting rights violations” dating back to 1996. Once a state has too many violations, it’s forced into preclearance.

- Father, we thank You for the victory over this dangerous bill, which has now been relegated to the dustbin of history. We recall a quote, given by Senator Ted Cruz early this year that, "if this bill is passed, it will be the end of our democracy." Thank You, Holy One, for rescuing Your people from the schemes of the evil one!

We now pray that our elections be fair and honest, and that You will give us strategies on how to ensure this happens in every state, from now on. In Your Mighty Name, amen and amen!

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Israel Suggests US Open Consulate for Palestinians in West Bank, Not Jerusalem - Algemeiner

Israel stepped up its public opposition on Saturday to a plan by President Joe Biden’s administration to reopen a US consulate for Palestinians in Jerusalem, suggesting such a mission should be in the West Bank.

Under former President Donald Trump, Washington closed the Jerusalem consulate and placed its staff within the US Embassy to Israel that was moved to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv in 2018.

Palestinians want eastern Jerusalem as the capital of a future state and saw the embassy move as undermining that aspiration. Israel considers Jerusalem its indivisible capital.

Seeking to repair ties with Palestinians, the Biden administration has said it would reopen the consulate, although it has not given a date. (Read more)

2. IDF's new arsenal: More munitions, precise missiles, greater firepower - Jerusalem Post

The IDF is planning to significantly increase the number of precision munitions in its arsenal in the coming years now that a state budget has been finalized.
The IDF will look to purchase a substantially larger amount of munitions from the United States than before, due to the increase in threats facing the country as well as an increase in targets picked out by the military.

Israel purchased tens of thousands of precision-guided munitions from the US in recent years, and used hundreds of Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) during Operation Guardian of the Walls in May, leading to precision strikes on targets in the densely populated Gaza Strip. (Read more)

3. Two Weeks On, Israeli Army Extends Palestinian NGO Terror Designation to West Bank - Haaretz

The chief of the Israeli army’s Central Command, who oversees activity in the West Bank, signed an order Sunday declaring Palestinian NGOs terror groups, extending Defense Minister Benny Gantz's declaration to the West Bank and seriously hindering the groups' ability to operate.

Prior to this decision, the groups could still legally operate in the West Bank, where they were registered and active, regardless of Israel designating them terrorist organizations.

The order means that the army can act against these organizations immediately, arrest their employees on suspicion of membership in a terror group, raid their offices and confiscate equipment. (Read more)

4. Mossad Foils Iranian Attacks on Israeli Tourists and Businessmen - World Israel News

Israel’s Channel 12 News reported that the Mossad intelligence services thwarted a string of Iranian attacks on Israeli businessmen and tourists in Africa.

According to the report, the Iranians targeted Israelis in Senegal, Tanzania and Ghana.

The report added that the plot may have been Tehran’s revenge for the assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the mastermind of Iran’s nuclear weapons program. Fakhrizadeh was killed in 2020 by what reports described as a remote controlled artificially intelligent sniper rifle.

In a possibly related development, police in Cyprus arrested six men in a plot to target Israeli businessmen. The initial arrest was made in October after Israeli authorities tipped off Cypriot authorities. Prime Minister Naftali Bennett blamed Iran. (Read more)

5. Israel Begins to Evacuate Diplomat Families from Ethiopia - Jewish Press

As the United States is doing, Israel’s Foreign Ministry has begun to evacuate the families of diplomats stationed in Ethiopia, according to a report Saturday night by the Hebrew-language Walla! News site.

The move comes in response to an escalation in fighting between Ethiopian government forces and Tigrayan rebels.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said during a news conference on Saturday evening that he is in touch with other heads of state to “closely examine what is happening in Ethiopia.”
Aliyah and Integration Minister Pnina Tamano-Shata, whose family emigrated to Israel from Ethiopia, sent an official missive to Bennett last Wednesday urging him to fast-track aliyah to Israel from Ethiopia due to the rising civil war.

A travel advisory is also in effect, urging Israeli citizens to avoid visiting Ethiopia. (Read more)

1. Democrats’ $1.75 trillion bill could massively increase fines against employers violating vaccine mandate - Fox News

The Democrats’ $1.75 trillion social spending bill would massively increase fines imposed on employers for occupational hazards. President Biden’s vaccine mandate will be enforced through such penalties.

Businesses with over 100 employees must ensure by Jan. 4 that their workers are either fully vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, according to the mandate, which was finalized Thursday. Fines, enforced through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), could be as high as $14,000 per violation.

But the Democrats’ Build Back Better legislation would increase OSHA penalties tenfold from their initial levels – up to $70,000 for "serious violations" and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations. Forbes previously reported the proposed OSHA changes included in a previous version of the bill in September.

This would be the first amendment to the Occupation Safety and Health Act in nearly 20 years, when Congress expanded research related to bioterrorist threats to workers in the wake of 9/11. Other legislation already requires OSHA’s existing fines to adjust with inflation. (Read more)

- Lord God, every day these headlines seem to be getting worse and worse. Only You, Mighty One, can rescue us from these "demon possessed" leaders who seem
bent on destroying our nation, for they clearly know not what they are doing. Help us, O Lord, we pray. Minister to them in their sleep and awaken each lost governing
soul to Your truth. Thank You, God, amen and amen.

 - "In a dream, a vision of the night, When deep sleep falls on people, While they slumber in their beds, Then He opens the ears of people, And horrifies them with warnings, So that He may turn a person away from bad conduct, And keep a man from pride . . ." (Job 33:15-17 NAS)

2. Biden's Build Back Better plan calls for 185 times more spending on climate than future pandemic preparedness - Fox News

President Biden's "Build Back Better" plan calls for nearly 185 times more spending on climate change initiatives than on future pandemic preparedness, according to the bill's text. On Tuesday night, congressional Democrats unveiled the updated Build Back Better Act, a social spending and economic plan, which the White House said would also "better prepare the nation for future pandemics and supply chain disruptions."

The massive $1,750,000,000,000 plan allocates an eye-popping $550 billion for climate change projects, the backbone of the economic plan. Meanwhile, only $3 billion goes towards beefing up future "pandemic preparedness" despite coronavirus' economic impact on the country. According to the bill's text, the $3 billion in new pandemic funding includes $1.4 billion for "supporting renovation, expansion, and modernization of State and local public health laboratory infrastructure.

These funds would enhance testing and response capacity, rapid outbreak testing, and capabilities to detect emerging diseases and variant strains.  The proposal also includes $1.3 billion in new funding to prepare for and respond to public health emergencies, according to the text. This cash may assist in building or expanding facilities to respond to a public health emergency and the development of drugs or vaccines, among other areas. (Read more)

- Father God, help us to go deep to understand what this $1.75 trillion dollar plan is all about.  We pray You control every dime allocated from this bill to various man-made plans.  Presidential intelligence is grossly lacking here, so we pray You send an angelic host to carry out Your will.  We break all up-coming curses that Chinese labs have planned to receive funding for, which require the development, outbreak testing, and other capabilities to detect emerging diseases and variant strains. By divine revelation, this trillion-dollar plan was not from Biden, but from his handlers.  Cover Americans with the protective Blood of Jesus.  We pray in His Name.

-"We are of God: he that knows God hears us; he that is not of God hears not us.  Hereby know we the Spirit of Truth, and the spirit of error." (Revelation 4:6)

3. Zero Religious Exemptions Granted for COVID Vaccines in Air Force, As Deadline Passes - Defense One

The Air Force missed its initial Nov. 2 deadline to vaccinate all its active-duty airmen, in large part because the service is still sorting through thousands of requests for exemptions, officials said. Most notably, Air Force officials received nearly 5,000 requests for religious exemptions but have granted none of them, according to the service’s COVID-19 statistics dashboard. Service officials have dealt with all of the requests for medical and administrative exemptions, approving 1,634 of the former and 232 of the latter.

Military chaplains have been charged with determining the “severity of religious conviction” of those airmen who requested religious exemption, Stars and Stripes reported last week. In an attempt to prevent non-religious airmen from claiming religious exemption, the approvals are being made on a case-by-case basis.

While religious exemptions have long been an option for various Defense Department policies, the archbishop for the military released a statement in mid-October reiterating to Catholic troops specifically that a religious exemption should be within their rights. “No one should be forced to receive a COVID-19 vaccine if it would violate the sanctity of his or her conscience,” said Archbishop for the Military Services Timothy P. Broglio, in a statement released Oct. 12.

The Air Force finished near its vaccine goal—as of Tuesday, 95.9 percent of active-duty airmen are fully inoculated and another one percent have received at least one dose. Out of the 8,486 airmen who remain unvaccinated, more than half are awaiting approval for religious exemptions. Another 800 have refused the vaccine, and 2,753 more are listed as simply “Not Started.” “Our Airmen need to be prepared to operate anytime, anywhere in the world,” Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. C.Q. Brown, Jr. said in a statement released with the updated statistics. “Getting vaccinated ensures we are a ready force to meet our commitments to the nation while protecting the health of our team and families.” (Read more)

- Almighty God, we call on Your mighty power to clear the way for each and every religious exemption to be approved.  These answer to God.  Not to man.  Put angels at the doors where officers would compel servicemen to get vaccinated against their personal preference and bend their superiors to feel an unction from the Holy Spirit and obey God.  Break this Chinese curse of controlling the world through this vaccine and protect our faithful military.  We pray in the mighty Name of Jesus.

- "These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority."  (Titus 2:15)

4. Putin rails against cancel culture and suggests teaching gender fluidity to kids is a 'crime against humanity' - Insider

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday took aim at "cancel culture" and supporters of transgender rights, suggesting that teaching gender fluidity is a "crime against humanity" while stating that Russia should maintain its "spiritual values and historical traditions," per The Washington Post.  Speaking at the the Valdai Discussion Club in Sochi, Putin said that some Westerners believe "the aggressive deletion of whole pages of their own history, reverse discrimination against the majority in the interests of minorities … constitute movement toward public renewal. It's their right, but we are asking them to steer clear of our home. We have a different viewpoint," Putin added.

The Russian leader, whose opponents have often ended up dead or imprisoned, likened "cancel culture" to reverse racism. He said the "emphasizing of the racial topic divides people."

Cancel culture is "the idea that people too often pile onto others for bad behavior," as defined by Insider digital culture reporter Rachel E. Greenspan. The concept, which some argue doesn't actually exist, has increasingly been brought up — particularly by right-wing media outlets like Fox News — in relation to the ongoing conversation on racism in the US. Reverse racism, or the idea that white people can also experience race-based discrimination, is also a heavily disputed topic and many people regard it as a myth.

Putin on Thursday also said teaching children "that a boy can become a girl and vice versa" verges on being a "crime against humanity," while suggesting that supporters of transgender rights were calling for the cessation of "basic things such as mother, father, family or gender differences." (Read more)

- Father, thank You for this view by Putin. Cancel culture is opposite of biblical values, and we pray for bold laborers into our communities to bring the truth to the cancel culture activists. Bring Your light to the darkness of our world.

- "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it."     (John 1:5)

5. How did a $3 billion US Navy submarine hit an undersea mountain? - CNN

Some submariners call the USS Connecticut the luxury sports car of submarines. It's a $3 billion piece of American military hardware that's fast and outfitted with the latest electronic gadgetry only available when price is not a consideration. But despite its high cost and sophisticated tech, the United States Navy says the Seawolf-class nuclear-powered attack sub ran smack into an undersea mountain in the Pacific on October 2.

The Connecticut is now pierside at a US Navy base on the Pacific island of Guam. The Navy says it got there -- more than 1,800 miles (2,900 kilometers) east of the South China Sea -- under its own power and its nuclear reactor was not harmed, although 11 of its crew of suffered minor injuries in the collision.

The Pentagon has not released details of the damage the vessel incurred nor how long it might be out of action in a region which, with the rise of the Chinese navy, is seeing growing demands on the US fleet. Which leaves US military planners with some big questions to answer in the coming weeks and months. Not the least of which is, how did this happen?  (Read more)

 - Father, reveal the details of how this happened to this submarine. With the rise of the Chinese navy help us stay ahead of the Chinese in order to protect ourselves.

- "The LORD protects and preserves them— they are counted among the blessed in the land— he does not give them over to the desire of their foes." (Psalm 41:2)

6. Most millennials like Jesus and the Bible, but 30% identify as LGBT: study - Christian Post

While most millennials view Jesus and the Bible as at least “a little positive,” nearly one-third of America’s largest, most educated and misunderstood generation also identify as LGBT, and 75% of them admit to “searching for a sense of purpose in life,” a new report from Arizona Christian University shows.

The report, New Insights into the Generation of Growing Influence: Millennials In America by George Barna, who leads research at Arizona Christian University’s Cultural Research Center, explains in an analysis of the findings that a number of the daunting challenges faced by the generation of 78 million — defined in this report as those born from 1984 through 2002 are deeply connected to their spiritual perspectives.

“For understandable reasons, millions of millennials reject organized religion, or have qualms about religious leaders, and especially about religious people who may prove to be hypocritical. Their experiences, observations and assumptions regarding religion, spiritual beliefs, and faith practices have produced a turbulent spiritual experience,” wrote Barna, who's also an ACU professor focusing on worldview assessment, development and cultural transformation.

The report notes that some 59% of millennials see Jesus as at least “a little positive” with some 39% viewing Him as “very positive.” Another 51% view the Bible along this spectrum with 29% having a “very positive” impression. And when it comes to Christianity in general only half of millennials see it as at least “a little positive.”

A majority of the generation also reject atheism, with only 25% seeing it as “a little positive” and 8% viewing it as “very positive.” (Read more)

- Father, we have a lot of work to do among this generation! Send laborers into this field to bring the gospel to these young people.

- He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." (Luke 10:2)

7.  Religious Businesses Shielded From LGBT Bias Claims, Judge Rules - Bloomberg Law

For-profit businesses can be shielded from LGBT discrimination liability based on sincerely held religious beliefs, a federal judge in Texas ruled Sunday, addressing several legal questions left open after the U.S. Supreme Court granted anti-bias protections for sexual orientation and gender identity.

Braidwood Management Inc., which operates Christian health-care businesses controlled by Dr. Stephen Hotze, can avoid Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act’s LGBT anti-bias prohibitions under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the First Amendment, U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth held. Separately, Bear Creek Bible Church and other religious nonprofits can escape liability for firing, refusing to hire, or taking other adverse job actions against LGBT workers under Title VII’s religious exemptions, O’Connor said.

The ruling comes in a lawsuit that Braidwood and Bear Creek filed against the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, seeking carve outs to Title VII following the Supreme Court’s landmark 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, GA, which expanded civil rights protections for LGBT workers. The justices left unaddressed the scope of religious defenses to workplace discrimination liability.

For years, legal clashes between religious rights and anti-bias laws have raged in employment and public accommodations cases, as well as on Washington’s Capitol Hill where a comprehensive LGBT rights bill known as the Equality Act awaits Senate consideration. O’Connor also ruled that workplace policies regarding sexual conduct, dress codes, and restrooms don’t violate Title VII. But he said the federal law can cover policies regarding bisexual conduct, “sex-reassignment surgery,” and hormone treatment. (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You for this ruling by Judge O'Connor on behalf of the right of private businesses to determine whom they are free to hire onto their staff. We thank You that this "wall of fire" has now been set in place against members of the LGBT community who may wish to sue employers, even putting them out of business. We pray that this ruling will stand in any other court cases in the future. In Your Name we pray, amen and amen.

- "He said to the judges, “Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for mankind but for the Lord who is with you when you render judgment."                       (2 Chron. 19:11)

 8. Tucker Carlson documentary: Feds incited Jan. 6, entrapped citizens - WND

Tucker Carlson's three-part documentary on the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol drew vehement opposition even before it aired -- with warnings the Fox News host was about to kill his career -- and now viewers are able to see for themselves what all the furor is about.

In the first installment, aired Monday, Carlson began by noting that most Americans have assumed the chaos during the formal counting of the Electoral College vote was the result of intelligence failures or incompetence. But that isn't what his investigation has found. The evidence points to "incitement by federal agents" and the "intentional entrapment of American citizens," he says in the documentary. "No decent person wants to believe that's true. But increasingly there's evidence that it is true."

The documentary opens with claims by leaders, including President Biden and his spokeswoman Jen Psaki, that the biggest threat America faces is from "white supremacists" they describe as "domestic terrorists." Many Democrats have called Jan. 6 a worse attack on America than 9/11, and Carlson shows how the government has linked the two, creating "Domestic War on Terror 2.0." The left, he says, is now using 1/6 "as a pretext to strip millions of Americans of their constitutional rights and defame them."

Did federal agents incite the Jan. 6 violence?

On his Fox News show, Carlson has featured reporting on the mysterious Jan. 6 figure Ray Epps, who was highlighted during a House hearing earlier this month by Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky. The congressman showed to Attorney General Merrick Garland video footage of Epps urging Trump supporters to breach the Capitol while they boo and chant "fed, fed, fed," suggesting they believed him to be an informant planted by the FBI.

An extensive investigation by Revolver News has led to three major findings concerning Epps that counter the official narrative and provide more evidence of proactive federal involvement in the Capitol riot. In the documentary's first episode, Carlson asks, "How much of what we were told about Jan. 6 is a lie?"  (Read more)

- Father, bring to light all lies around the Jan. 6 riot. May those who are lying and covering up the details be found out and held accountable. Surround us with truth and those who love truth.

- "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." (1 John 3:18)

9. Cawthorn, Lee introduce bills banning interstate travel vaccine mandate - The Hill

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) and Sen. Mike LeeMichael (Mike) Shumway LeeUS added 531,000 jobs in October as delta eased Joe Manchin and the blue-collar exodus Economic growth rate slows to 2 percent as delta derails recovery MORE (R-Utah) on Wednesday introduced bills in the House and Senate that would ban federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates for interstate travel.

If signed into law, Cawthorn's "Let Me Travel America Act" would prevent the Biden administration and any federal agency or authority from requiring vaccine passports for interstate travel, transportation or movement.

"Vaccine requirements for interstate travel are in direct opposition to the United States Constitution," Cawthorn said in a statement released by his office.

Lee, who introduced a companion bill in the Senate, called the effort to introduce a ban on such a mandate "common-sense" and "practical."

"An interstate travel vaccine mandate would leave individuals marooned in states where they cannot work, cannot go to restaurants, and cannot leave," Lee said. "Businesses already hard-hit by the pandemic in the travel and hospitality sectors would be further strained." (The Hill) Read more here.

- Yes Abba, we speak out in agreement with these bills put forth both in the Senate and House by these two members.  We ask You to stir the hearts of many in both houses to stand up boldly for the civil liberties and freedom of movement of the citizens of this great nation.  May there be an air-tight, veto-proof majority of members of Congress who will stand in agreement with the final legislation.

- "'Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, saying:  I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.'"  (Jeremiah 28:2)

 10. China has the world's largest navy, third-largest air force - Jerusalem Post

The Chinese navy is the largest maritime force on Earth, boasting a total of 355 vessels, the US Defense Department revealed in a recent report released Wednesday.

China's navy, known as the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN), has 355 ships and submarines, with an estimated 145 major surface combatants.

The navy is also readying its ability to carry out long-range precision strikes against land targets and enhance its anti-submarine warfare, further strengthening China's global power projection capabilities, the report noted. (Read more)

- Abba, Father, we ask for your mercy and your protection. We cry out to you. Abba, have mercy on the United States! Give us your wisdom in how to deal with this enemy threat. In Your name, amen.

Biden Admin 'Prepared to Defend' COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate After Court Ruling: Surgeon General Murthy

The Biden administration is ready to defend a Department of Labor COVID-19 vaccine-or-test mandate for private businesses after an appeals court temporarily blocked it on Saturday, said U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy in an interview Sunday.

A U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit panel ruled that there is “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate” and stayed it pending further action from the court. The ruling came in a case brought by several businesses, individuals, and organizations, as well as Texas, Mississippi, Utah, and other states.

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) earlier this week unveiled an emergency temporary standard that requires private businesses with 100 or more employees to require proof of COVID-19 vaccination from workers and compel those that don’t produce it to submit to weekly testing. The rule, which will be enforced starting Jan. 4, faces numerous lawsuits, and it was published in the federal register about two months after President Joe Biden announced sweeping mandates for tens of millions of American workers in the public and private sector.

In response to a question on ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday, Murthy said that the “president and the administration wouldn’t have put these requirements in place if they didn’t think they were appropriate and necessary. And the administration is prepared to defend them,” Murthy said, who, like Biden, said that the sweeping mandates are necessary to push up COVID-19 vaccination rates, adding that they would, in turn, allow the United States to extricate itself from the pandemic.

About two-dozen states so far have filed lawsuits against Biden’s vaccine mandates. The Daily Wire, the news outlet fronted by Ben Shapiro, as well as the Republican National Committee also filed legal actions against the requirement, arguing that it violates the Constitution.  (Epoch Times) Read more.

- Thank You Father for the growing strength of opposition to the covid drama.  We ask You to continue to bolster the people with wisdom, courage and a voice.  We bless the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals for making a reasoned judgment.  We also ask that You grant this administration knowledge stemming from the fear of God, bringing all of their actions under Your authority, in Jesus name.

- "Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you."  (Jeremiah 29:12)

Sen. Ron Johnson: 5 Questions for FDA About Pfizer Vaccine Approval
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on Thursday sent a letter to Dr. Janet Woodruff, acting commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, demanding answers to five questions pertaining to the FDA’s approval of the Pfizer Comirnaty COVID vaccine.

The FDA on Aug. 23 granted full approval to Pfizer’s vaccine, over the objections of some scientists who pointed out that full approval was based on only six months’ worth of data — despite clinical trials designed for two years — and that there was no public discussion of the data.

In his Aug. 26 letter, Johnson asked questions similar to those raised earlier this week by Children’s Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Meryl Nass about the legal distinction between the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization, and Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, which was granted full licensure.

In his letter, Johnson asks these five questions:

1. Why didn’t the FDA grant full licensure for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that is in use and available in the U.S.?

2. How are the Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines “legally distinct” and what are the “certain differences”?

3. There is no doubt that the FDA’s action will lead to more vaccine mandates and increased pressure on those currently choosing not to get vaccinated. Your letter to Pfizer suggests that “there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution.” Is there sufficient supply in the U.S. of the Comirnaty vaccine to ensure that those being vaccinated under mandates will be receiving the FDA-approved version? Or is it more likely (or certain) that they will be vaccinated using the vaccine administered under the reissued EUA?

4. If there is insufficient supply of Comirnaty vaccines for those succumbing to the coercion of mandates, isn’t the FDA de facto endorsing vaccine mandates utilizing EUA vaccines?

5. Will individuals who receive either vaccine be afforded the same legal protections if they are injured by the vaccine? If not, why not? (The Defender)

Signs & Wonders
Dubbed 4660 Nereus, or 1982 DB, this vaguely egg-shaped asteroid has a size of approximately
330 meters. But while considered potentially hazardous, it also has potential for exploration.
Asteroid the size of Eiffel Tower heading for Earth in December

A large asteroid approximately 330 meters long is heading for Earth in early December, according to NASA's asteroid tracker.

Dubbed 4660 Nereus, or 1982 DB, this vaguely egg-shaped asteroid has a size making it taller than the Eiffel Tower and nearly twice as tall as the Washington Monument. It is set to pass by the planet on December 11 at a distance of approximately 3.9 million kilometers and at a speed of 6.578 km/s.

For comparison, the distance between the Earth and the Moon is about a thousandth of that – around 385,000 km. As such, despite being classified as a Potentially Hazardous Asteroid (PHA) due to its size and close proximity to Earth, it seems unlikely to pose a threat to the planet.

This is fortunate, as an impact from an asteroid of such a size could be devastating.
But what makes Nereus stand out among other asteroids is not its size or the possibility of it causing a planetary impact, but rather its potential for exploration.

As an Apollo-class asteroid, Nereus's orbit frequently puts it close to Earth. In fact, its orbital resonance is approximately 2:1, meaning that it orbits almost twice for every orbit of the Earth. This makes a mission to explore the asteroid very feasible.

C.S. Lewis Movie Rocks Box Office with Sellouts, Expands Through November 18

Thanks to sold-out shows nationwide, a new biopic film about Christian apologist C.S. Lewis will enjoy an extended release. The movie, The Most Reluctant Convert: The Untold Story of C.S. Lewis, originally was scheduled to be in theaters for one night only (November 3) but will now play in theaters through November 18 due to an impressive debut.

The movie grossed $1.2 million its first night, placing it second behind Dune, according to Trafalgar Releasing, the distributor. It finished first in per-theater average.

The Most Reluctant Convert is based on the stage play of the same name and stars Max McLean in the lead role as a middle-aged Lewis.

“When we began working on our distribution of the film, we had a handful of theatres, mostly in major markets, with one showing on one day on November 3,” McLean said in a press release. “I am grateful to the tens of thousands of people who came out to fill theaters in almost every major city throughout the country, which has allowed the run to extend for this very important film!”

The movie, a mixture of narration and drama, shows Lewis traveling back in time as he watches the key spiritual moments of his life. Lewis famously switched from atheism to Christianity and became one of the leading apologetics of the 21st century. He is the author of Mere Christianity, The Screwtape Letters, and The Chronicles of Narnia series, among others. The latter was made into a series of blockbuster films. Thoughts for Repentance
Submit to God First, Then Resist the Devil

A Call to His Wisdom
One of the best known scriptures is James 4:7: " Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you."

You and I were born into a cosmic spiritual battle, and it is now clearly playing out in our lives. Of course, we want to have the devil flee. However, to be on the winning side with Yeshua/ Jesus, we need to submit to God first before resisting the devil who wishes to kill us.

Submitting to God includes more than rote "obedience." Submission to God is a free will, mature decision to die to self, really repenting from our old self-focus, truly being converted, joyfully exercising our free will and our faith to place us fully in His Kingdom. God is then FIRST, for now and for eternity.

John 6: 29 makes this so clear: "Jesus answered and said to them, ' This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.'"

Words: Fanny Crosby
Music: Ira Sankey

Scripture: Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

Lyrics:
God will take care of you, be not afraid;
He is your safeguard through sunshine and shade;
Tenderly watching and keeping His own,
He will not leave you to wander alone.

Refrain
God will take care of you still to the end;
Oh, what a Father, Redeemer, and Friend!
Jesus will answer whenever you call;
He will take care of you, trust Him for all.

Refrain

God will take care of you, through all the day,
Shielding your footsteps, directing your way;
He is your shepherd, protector, and guide,
Leading His children where still waters glide.

Refrain

God will take care of you long as you live,
Granting you blessings no other can give;
He will take care of you when time is past,
Safe to His kingdom will bring you at last.

Refrain
