Pennsylvania Supreme Court Orders Undated, Wrongly Dated Ballots to Not Be Counted
|
|
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered counties to not count any ballots that are in undated or incorrectly dated envelopes in the upcoming Nov. 8 elections, siding with national and state Republican groups in a lawsuit filed just over two weeks ago.
“The Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ORDERED to refrain from counting any absentee and mail-in ballots received for the November 8, 2022 general election that are contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes,” the court said in its order (pdf).
It added, “We hereby DIRECT that the Pennsylvania county boards of elections segregate and preserve any ballots contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes.”
Court justices were split 3–3 on whether not counting these ballots would violate 52 US Code section 10101 (a)(2)(B), a voting provision under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The provision states that “no person acting under color of law shall deny the right of any individual to vote in any election because of an error or omission on any record or paper relating to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting, if such error or omission is not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under State law to vote in such election.” (Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Father, we stand in agreement with this court decision and pray for it to be supported by law. We ask You for fair and honest elections in Pennsylvania and that there would be monitors from both sides who can work together and maintain the legal standards for elections. We pray for Godly wisdom to guide every person legally voting in PA. We call for angelic intervention in every area that is vulnerable, so that there would be exposure or elimination of all potential trouble areas, in Jesus name.

True the Vote Founders Jailed for Contempt of Court
|
|
The founders of the election integrity group True the Vote were jailed on Oct. 31 by a federal judge for contempt of court.
U.S. marshals detained Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips after a hearing in federal court in Dallas, according to a court docket entry.
Court filings show U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt, the Reagan appointee overseeing a lawsuit against True the Vote, Engelbrecht, and Phillips, ordered the defendants jailed after they refused to share information, including all people who have had or still have possession of any information from Konnech computers.
Konnech is an election management software firm whose CEO was arrested in October for allegedly stealing poll worker data and hosting it on servers in China.
Konnech sued True the Vote prior to the arrest, alleging that the election integrity group and its founders gained unauthorized access to its computers and gained information from them. (Read more)

- Holy and Just King, we reach out to You for revelation of truth in this matter. Konnech has been shown to be operating in the U.S. as an arm of the Chinese Army for many years. We bind up all the information contained in these databases in China and command that they be scrambled and deleted out of Chinese control, in Jesus name. We pray for the safety of our nation's election workers – our own families! We ask You Father to reveal any areas of compromise that the judge may have, so he can repent and this trial brought under Your authority O King. We praise You for standing with Catherine and Gregg during this difficult time and we ask for true American justice to be served in this entire matter, in Jesus name.
- "So Jesus answered and said to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, "Be removed and be cast into the sea," it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.'" (Matthew 21:21-22)

Netanyahu predicted to win Israel election, but Balad's rise could steal Right's victory
|
|
Former prime minister and Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu is set to become Israel's next prime minister, according to Tuesday night's exit polls.
In an update to the exit polls, the Arab party Balad was said to be close to crossing the threshold. If that happens, Netanyahu's bloc will drop to 60 seats, one short of a coalition majority. Likud sent an urgent letter to the police commissioner on Tuesday night demanding that allegations of voter fraud in the Arab sector be immediately investigated.
According to the polls, Netanyahu's bloc, which includes Likud, Religious Zionist Party (RZP), United Torah Judaism (UTJ) and Shas, crossed the 61-seat threshold and will be able to form the next coalition. In some of the polls his bloc reached 62 seats. (Jerusalem Post) Read more here.

- Father God, we pray that the Likud Party, and its leader, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, will hold the ground they have gained in Tuesday's election. Thank You, O Lord, for this wonderful victory! In Your Name, amen.

And it will be established for you;
So light will shine on your ways." (Job 22:28)

2. Lebanon says US guarantees prevent Netanyahu from rolling back border deal - Israel Hayom
Lebanon's caretaker prime minister Najib Mikati told Reuters by phone on Wednesday that US guarantees would protect a maritime border deal with Israel should Israel's conservative former premier Benjamin Netanyahu win a majority in elections. Netanyahu had threatened to "neutralize" the agreement, which came into force in October after years of indirect US-brokered talks and set out the sea boundary between the two enemy states.
Under the new deal, Israel agreed to hand over the disputed area, which includes some territorial waters but mainly economic waters. In exchange, it would get Lebanese "permanent" recognition of its existing border with the enemy state near the shore, as well as a share of the revenue from gas extraction in a field that lies in Lebanese waters if enough gas is found to have it extracted. The deal also includes a letter of guarantees the US has agreed to issue a letter from President Joe Biden in which he affirmed his administration's commitment to Israel's economic and security rights contained in the new agreement. According to some reports it also reiterates that the US will back Israel if it has to take action to enforce the deal.
Netanyahu appeared well placed to return to power as exit polls following Tuesday's election showed his right-wing bloc heading for a narrow majority lifted by a strong showing from his far-right allies. He has been one of the main opponents of the deal, which had been finalized during final stages of the campaign by Prime Minister Yair Lapid. Netanyahu said Lapid had no authority to do the deal because he was heading a transitional government. (Read more)

"Good morning Israel," an ecstatic MK Itamar Ben-Gvir tweeted the morning after the Religious Zionist Party (RZP), in which he is the second top politician, soared to an unprecedented 14 seats in Tuesday's election.
"The time has come for a full-fledged right-wing government. The time has come to be the masters of the house in our own country," Ben-Gvir wrote.
It was a fantasy turned into reality moment for a long-time anti-establishment activist turned attorney, who is now likely to be on his way to be a minister in the next government. (Read more)

5. Sudan’s Military Ruler Says Ready to Visit the Jewish State - Algemeiner
JNS.org – Sudanese military ruler Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan said the driving force behind his country’s ties with Israel is a desire for “reconciliation” and that he will travel to the Jewish state if invited.
“The basis of relations is reconciliation. Therefore, if an invitation was presented and there is the means for this, I will go,” Burhan told The Associated Press, in an interview on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly published this weekend.
Khartoum and Jerusalem agreed to normalize relations in October 2020 as part of the United States-brokered Abraham Accords, a series of deals that formalized diplomatic ties between Israel and three other Arab nations.
Months earlier, al-Burhan met with then-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Uganda, in a diplomatic breakthrough that paved the way for Sudan to forge a rapprochement with Israel following decades of animosity.
The two countries have since developed security and intelligence ties, with officials meetings repeatedly in unannounced trips.
However, the process stalled significantly amid divisions over a power-sharing agreement between the Sudanese military and civilian government that culminated in a coup last year. (Read more)

1. Election Forecaster Moves 10 More Blue House Seats Toward GOP Column - The Daily Caller
Ten seats in the House of Representatives that are currently held by Democrats have shifted towards the GOP in Cook Political Report’s newest analysis Tuesday.
Four “likely D”seats and one “solid D” seat shifted to “lean D;” one “solid D” shifted to “likely D;” three “lean D” seats became toss ups and one toss up became a “lean R” seat,” according to Cook. The analysis comes amid a wave of polls predicting a GOP blowout in November.
All ten of the blue seats that were moved towards the GOP Tuesday swung for President Joe Biden by eight to 20 points in 2020, according to Cook. Democratic governors are performing poorly in blue states, where Republican candidates have successfully focused on crime and inflation to draw voter support. (Read more)

2. Biden paints oil firms as war profiteers, talks windfall tax - AP News
President Joe Biden on Monday accused oil companies of “war profiteering” as he raised the possibility of imposing a windfall tax on energy companies if they don’t boost domestic production.
Biden in brief remarks criticized major oil companies for making record-setting profits while refusing to help lower prices at the pump for the American people. The president suggested he will look to Congress to levy tax penalties on oil tax companies if they don’t begin to invest some of their profits in lowering costs for American consumers. The president issued the warning just days before the Nov. 8 midterm elections.
“My team will work with Congress to look at these these options that are available to us and others,” Biden said. “It’s time for these companies to stop war profiteering, meet their responsibilities in this country and give the American people a break and still do very well.” (Read more)

3. Where polls stand in key Senate races one week from midterm elections - Washington Examiner
With one week to go before Election Day, several Senate races are polling at near ties. Republicans need a net gain of just one Senate seat to win the majority in the upper chamber, and the polling averages are showing a number of tight races. All are within margins of error, and in the end, election night could be anyone's game.
Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D) is polling about 1.5 points ahead of Dr. Mehmet Oz in the RealClearPolitics average and 1.4 points ahead in FiveThirtyEight's.
Ohio Republican J.D. Vance is pulling 2% more of the average vote than Democratic Rep. Tim Ryan in the RealClearPolitics and FiveThirtyEight analyses.
Georgia's Senate race is one of two consensus toss-up races for which the major polling aggregates agree that it favors neither Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock nor Republican Herschel Walker. (Read more)

4. Coach Kennedy to be reinstated at Washington school after Supreme Court prayer ruling - The Christian Post
After winning at the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year, Washington state public high school assistant football coach Joe Kennedy will be reinstated after being dismissed in 2015 for praying on the field after games. A joint stipulation filed in court on Tuesday by attorneys representing Kennedy and Bremerton School District states that the coach will be reinstated to his former position as an assistant coach by March 15, 2023.
Jeremy Dys of the First Liberty Institute, a legal nonprofit that helped to represent Kennedy during his yearslong legal battle, confirmed the reinstatement to ABC News on Wednesday. Dys noted that Kennedy will move back to Washington from his current residence in Florida.
As a devout Christian, Kennedy maintained a practice of going to the 50-yard line after games and kneeling in prayer, often with fans and players joining him. (Read more)

5. US House members probe NIH over 'risky' virus research after Government scientists tried to create monkeypox strain - The Daily Mail
House Republicans are probing monkeypox research being carried out by government scientists that involves making the virus 1,000 times more deadly. Policymakers are demanding the NIH hands over documents proving the experiment was subject to proper oversight.
They also want the research agency to produce a risk-benefit analysis to justify taxpayer money being spent on research that poses ‘potentially serious risks’.
The report explains that despite concerns that a Chinese lab experiment may have been the direct cause of the Covid-19 pandemic, concerns are rising that similar virus manipulation research continues right here in the United States. Details surfaced last week on one such research experiment currently taking place in a National Institutes of Health (NIH) lab in Bethesda, Maryland, which would create a more deadly virus strain, perhaps up to 1,000 times more deadly than in its original form. (Read more)
- Lord God, it’s completely unfathomable that the last two years they’ve been trying to convince us that diseases were not created in a lab causing Covid. And now we have scientists creating another disease in a lab. We just sever this evil right now in the mighty name of Jesus that these kinds of experiments cannot be funded and not be “accidentally“ released to harm us.
- “Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.” (John 3:20)

6. Trump Org Suddenly Settles With Protesters Beat Up by Its Security Guards - The Daily Beast
Inundated with lawsuits and ongoing trials, the Trump Organization on Wednesday chose to settle with anti-MAGA protesters who were beaten up by corporate security guards outside Trump Tower in 2015 rather than trying to convince a Bronx jury.
After three days of struggling to find jurors who didn’t already have strong feelings about former President Donald Trump and his eponymous company—a difficult undertaking in liberal New York City—defense lawyers at the last minute chose to settle.
Minutes after Justice Andrew Cohen sent potential jurors out to lunch at midday, Trump Organization lawyers approached the protesters who filed the suit and presented them with a stack of papers that they quietly signed. (Read more)
- Lord God, we plead the blood of Jesus over President Trump and his organizations that no harm, plot, and scheme of the enemy can come to fruition to harm him in Jesus' name. We ask for wisdom for all the lawyers and people representing President Trump and his organizations, that each one makes the best decision possible, in Your Name, Amen.

7. Fed approves 0.75-point hike to take rates to highest since 2008 and hints at change in policy ahead - CNBC News
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday approved a fourth consecutive three-quarter point interest rate increase and signaled a potential change in how it will approach monetary policy to bring down inflationin a well-telegraphed move that markets had been expecting for weeks, the central bank raised its short-term borrowing rate by 0.75 percentage point to a target range of 3.75%-4%, the highest level since January 2008.The move continued the most aggressive pace of monetary policy tightening since the early 1980s, the last time inflation ran this high. 8. Trucking, oil companies ramp up warnings on diesel shortage: 'We put ourselves in this situation' - Fox News
The transportation industry is shouldering the burden of sky-high diesel prices, as suppliers blame supply chain shortages and red tape for impacting prices at the pump.
But President Biden has painted oil companies as the scapegoat for high gas prices, accusing them of hiking prices to enhance their profit margins, while critics have shot back accusing the administration of hampering American energy production.
South Carolina Trucking Association CEO Rick Todd joined "Fox & Friends First" to discuss the need to invest in U.S. energy, even as progressives continue to plow forward with the green-energy agenda.
"We should… as a country take a longer-term view, do everything we can, put everything on the table," Todd told co-host Carley Shimkus. "But in the meantime, stick with what works until you can replace it, and then make sure that when you do replace it, that it's scalable." (Read more)
- Lord God, we repent for the way this administration and our current leadership has handled the energy and oil production resources in this country. And we thank you, Lord, that you have solutions and answers to every problem -- even the ones we get ourselves into. So we ask for your wisdom and your divine solutions to this problem in the mighty name of Jesus amen.
- “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” (James 1:5)

9. Joe Biden Plans Dramatic Speech Warning of Republican ‘Threat’ to Democracy - Brietbart
President Joe Biden plans to deliver another fervent warning on Wednesday about Republicans and the threat they pose to the future of democracy in the United States.
The president plans to talk about “preserving and protecting our democracy” and will “address the threat of election deniers and those who seek to undermine faith in voting and democracy” according to a media advisory from the Democrat National Committee.
He also plans to frame the upcoming midterm election as a critical moment to preserve and protect democracy, positioning himself and his party once again as national saviours while attacking his conservative opponents. (Read more)

We just seal these upcoming midterm elections up in the blood of Jesus by the mighty name of Jesus amen.

10. Poland Lays Razor Wire on Border With Russia's Kaliningrad - U.S. News
Polish soldiers began laying razor wire Wednesday along Poland's border with the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad after the government ordered the construction of a barrier to prevent what it fears could become another migration crisis.
Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said a recent decision by Russia’s aviation authority to launch flights from the Middle East and North Africa to Kaliningrad led him to reinforce Poland's 210-kilometer (130-mile) border with Kaliningrad.
“Due to the disturbing information regarding the launch of flights from the Middle East and North Africa to Kaliningrad, I have decided to take measures that will strengthen the security on the Polish border with the Kaliningrad oblast by sealing this border,” Blaszczak said. (Read more)

Stupidocrisy: Hillary Clinton
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, November 2, 2022
This week’s Stupidocrisy goes to former Secretary of State under the Obama Administration (that in of itself says a lot), failed Democratic Party presidential candidate, and election denier Hillary Clinton. Clinton is the poster child for what is wrong with politics. If Clinton accuses somebody of something, it’s a sure bet that she is doing exactly the very same accusation. If one could tie up all the Democratic Party candidate’s accusations in a neat little bundle and run them all on television one after another, you would see a Hillary Clinton-type trend: Hateful accusations, abortion ban fearmongering, and using January 6 protests as an insurrection. There are no solutions to the problems, just undocumented accusations.
Now Clinton has been called in to bail out embattled New York governor Kathy Hochul in her failing election bid. So it gives Clinton a platform to run her foul attitude. And, of course, the national media is all too happy to welcome her hateful rhetoric. Case in point is Tuesday’s MSNBC “The ReidOut,” where Clinton went on an unchallenged rampage characterizing Republicans as purveyors of “crazy violent hate rhetoric” and a “threat to the heart of our democracy.” She used the Paul Pelosi hammer attacker as her example, implying that the Republican Party was responsible for the attack. But Clinton wasted no time in painting Republicans with a broad brush of society’s worst “isms.” Read More

Who lost our hemisphere?
By Frank Gaffney
|
|
|
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Yesterday, Brazil’s president, Jair Bolsonaro, made a brief statement in which he did not concede to his opponent in Sunday’s run-off election, Lula da Silva. Afterwards, however, his chief of staff stated that a transition is now underway.
If so, every major country in the Western Hemisphere from the Arctic to Antarctica is now – or soon will be – in the hands of explicitly Communist regimes or like-minded ideologues. That’s dangerous for freedom in general, and America in particular.
To be sure, this “fundamental transformation” has been a long time coming, but it has accelerated dramatically thanks to the Biden administration’s malign neglect, if not its active encouragement. Especially the Communists’ victories on its watch in Peru, Chile, Colombia and now Brazil will imperil U.S. economic interests, assure increased illegal immigration here and cement China’s colonial domination of our hemisphere.

'Planet killer' asteroid spotted hiding in the sun's glare
|
|
Astronomers have spotted three near-Earth asteroids that were lurking undetected within the glare of the sun. One of the asteroids is the largest potentially hazardous object posing a risk to Earth to be discovered in the last eight years.
The asteroids belong to a group found within the orbits of Earth and Venus, but they’re incredibly difficult to observe because the brightness of the sun shields them from telescope observations.
To avoid the sun’s glare, astronomers leaped at the chance to conduct their observations during the brief window of twilight. An international team spied the space rocks while using the Dark Energy Camera located on the Víctor M. Blanco 4-meter Telescope located at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile.
Their findings were published Monday in The Astronomical Journal.
One of the asteroids, called 2022 AP7, is 1.5 kilometers (0.9 miles) wide and has an orbit that could bring it within Earth’s path in the future, but it’s difficult for the scientists to know when.
“Our twilight survey is scouring the area within the orbits of Earth and Venus for asteroids,” said lead study author Scott S. Sheppard, an astronomer at the Earth & Planets Laboratory of the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, DC, in a statement. Read More

'Clear Victory for Freedom of Speech and Religion': Franklin Graham Wins in Court
|
|
Evangelist Franklin Graham scored a major religious freedom victory this week, with a Scottish court issuing a stern ruling claiming his organization was treated unfairly and unequally. Glasgow’s Sheriff Court found Graham and his organization, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), were discriminated against when the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Scotland’s largest event space, canceled a 2020 ministry event.
Sheriff John McCormick declared Monday in his 280-page ruling he saw no evidence to back the claims used to cancel the event and wrote the SEC had violated the U.K. 2010 Equality Act when it trumpeted protestors’ views and ignored Graham’s supporters, who wanted to see the event unfold.
McCormick, awarding BGEA $109,927 in damages, argued the venue bowed to public pressures and stated the law can’t endorse a situation in which a “mainstream Christian gathering” is punished due to disagreements over beliefs. While protesting is permitted, he wrote there’s no right to “silence” or “stop religious assemblies.” (CBN) Read More Here

Shall We Gather at the River
To listen to this classic hymn, CLICK HERE
Words and Music: Robert Lowry
Scripture: A pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. Revelation 22:1–2
Lyrics:
Shall we gather at the river,
Where bright angel feet have trod,
With its crystal tide forever
Flowing by the throne of God?
Refrain
Yes, we’ll gather at the river,
The beautiful, the beautiful river;
Gather with the saints at the river
That flows by the throne of God.
On the margin of the river,
Washing up its silver spray,
We will talk and worship ever,
All the happy golden day.
Refrain
Ere we reach the shining river,
Lay we every burden down;
Grace our spirits will deliver,
And provide a robe and crown.
Refrain
At the smiling of the river,
Mirror of the Savior’s face,
Saints, whom death will never sever,
Lift their songs of saving grace.
Refrain
Soon we’ll reach the silver river,
Soon our pilgrimage will cease;
Soon our happy hearts will quiver
With the melody of peace.
Refrain
