Israel: UN is "Complicit" in Hamas War Crimes

Israel on Tuesday sharply condemned international organizations for failing to act over the years as Hamas turned Gaza hospitals into terror bases.
“For too long international agencies and officials have been tacitly complicit with Hamas’s long-standing abuse of hospitals as human shields,” said Prime Minister’s Office Spokesman Eylon Levy at a press briefing.
“We are demanding full accountability from them. What did you know? Why did you not say anything? Why do you continue to do propaganda for Hamas instead of doing your jobs?” he asked.
The PMO spokesman singled out Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director general of the World Health Organization (WHO), and U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths for special censure.
The two criticized Israel Defense Forces operations near Al Shifa hospital in Gaza City on Wednesday, with Ghebreyesus tweeting that “the reports of military incursion into Al Shifa hospital are deeply concerning,” and Griffiths posting that he was “appalled by reports of military raids in Al Shifa hospital.” (Israel365News) Read more here.

IDF Liberates Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza

In this quick news update, we learn (no surprise) that the Hamas terrorists were using the Al Shifa hospital as a terror base with go bags, weapons, and strategic planning. Gazans are fed up that Hamas diverts fuel and humanitarian aid for themselves, leaving Gazans without supplies. Arabic speaking IDF soldiers are now insuring that fuel and supplies intended for the hospital reaches them. An IDF commander takes us on a tour of the hospital and we see how Hamas terrorists used the hospital as human shield for one of their headquarters. Critics Slam Biden Admin for Waiver That Gives Iran Access to $10 Billion Dollar Fund: Absolutely Outrageous!

The U.S. extended a sanctions waiver that critics slammed as tantamount to continuing to fund Iran’s disruptive activities as its proxies attack U.S. forces across the Middle East.
"It is absolutely outrageous the Biden Administration continues to find ways to send Iran money — especially from Iraq, where the same Iranian-backed militias who are targeting American forces increasingly run the show and are helping keep Iraq addicted to Iranian energy," Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla., told Fox News Digital.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken signed an extension to the initial 120-day waiver that allows Iraq to pay for Iranian electricity through an escrow account, where it has so far deposited an estimated minimum $10 billion — all without fear of reprisal for potentially breaking any U.S. sanctions.
The waiver allows the payments so long as they go through Oman, where a portion is converted to euros or other widely-traded currencies for Iran to buy non-sanctioned products such as humanitarian aid. The State Department has insisted, as it did with the $6 billion held in Qatar, that the money can only be spent with U.S. approval. The department ended up quietly refreezing the Qatar-held funds. 1. Herzog: ‘Very strong force’ needed in Gaza after Hamas defeated - JNS
Israel will need to maintain a significant presence in Gaza to prevent the Hamas terrorist group from regaining control of the enclave, President Isaac Herzog said in an interview with the Financial Times published on Thursday.
“If we pull back, then who will take over? We can’t leave a vacuum. We have to think about what will be the mechanism; there are many ideas that are thrown in the air,” Herzog said. “But no one will want to turn this place, Gaza, into a terror base again.”
Israeli forces have been conducting ground, air and naval operations in the Gaza Strip with the stated goal of dismantling Hamas’s military and governing capabilities, in the wake of the terror group’s Oct. 7 massacre in southern Israel.
Herzog told the British daily business newspaper that the Israeli government has been discussing ideas about how Gaza will be managed after Hamas is defeated, indicating that the United States and “our neighbors in the region” would have some involvement. (Read more)

2. Biden: Gaza operation will end when Hamas can no longer murder Israelis - JNS
U.S. President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that Israel’s Gaza operation will last until Hamas no longer has the power to commit the types of atrocities witnessed on Oct. 7.
“I think it’s going to stop when Hamas no longer maintains the capacity to murder and abuse and just do horrific things to the Israelis. And they still think they—at least as of this morning, they still thought they could,” Biden said at a press conference in California following a meeting with China’s Xi Jinping.
“When Hamas said they plan on doing the same thing again—what they did on the 7th… they’re going to go in—they want to slaughter Israelis. They want to do it again. And they’ve said it out loud. They’re not even kidding about it. They’re not backing off. (Read more)

3. Terror tunnel entrance uncovered at al-Shifah Hospital - Israel National News
IDF Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari revealed that the IDF had discovered a tunnel shaft at al-Shifah Hospital in the Gaza Strip during operations at the hospital which Hamas has been using as a command and control center.
IDF troops belonging to the Shaldag Unit, the 7th Brigade, and additional special units continue at this hour to conduct targeted activity in the al-Shifa Hospital. Today, Hamas's tunneling infrastructure was exposed inside the hospital. Furthermore, a booby-trapped vehicle that was prepared for the October 7th massacre was discovered, containing a large amount of weapons and ammunition.
In parallel, as part of the ongoing ground activity and searches in the Rantisi Hospital, troops of the Yahalom Unit and 401st Brigade continued to unearth an operational tunnel. (Read more)

4. Iranian IRGC Commander Warns Israel to Expect Further Pogroms Like Oct. 7 - Algemeiner
The head of the Iranian regime’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corp (IRGC) has warned Israel to expect more atrocities like those unleashed by Hamas during the Oct. 7 pogrom.
“Just as the al-Aqsa Storm came from a place the enemy did not calculate, they must wait for other storms that will reach them from where they do not figure out,” Gen. Hossein Salami declared in a speech on Thursday in the city of Isfahan, using the official nomenclature chosen by Hamas to describe its onslaught in southern Israel last month that claimed the lives of more than 1,200 people and the seizure of over 200 hostages.
Salami argued that Palestinians in Gaza had created a “quagmire” for Israel and the US “not only on the battlefield but also in politics, intelligence, and security.” (Read more)

1. Pro Hamas Protester Loay Alnaji Arrested in Death of Jewish Man Paul Kessler: Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter – The Gateway Pundit
California police have made an arrest in the death of Jewish man Paul Kessler, who was killed during a protest last Sunday in California.
Fox News reported Thursday that 50-year-old Ventura County Community College professor Loay Abdelfattah Alnaji was arrested. He has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and his bail has been set at $1,000,000.
Jim Hoft previously reported that Kessler was involved in a heated altercation that broke out between him and a pro-Hamas protester in Ventura County. The protester allegedly struck Mr. Kessler in the head with a megaphone, causing him to fall to the ground with a severe head injury.
Despite the best efforts by the medical professionals, Mr. Kessler died due to his injuries on Monday. His death was ruled a homicide. (Fox News) Read more

Neville Roy Singham, a U.S.-born entrepreneur who made millions after founding and selling an IT consulting firm called Thoughtworks, and his wife Jodie Evans, the co-founder of left-wing anti-war group Code Pink, have been the primary funders of a group called The People’s Forum since 2017, according to a report by The Free Press’s Francesca Block. The group bills itself as a “movement incubator for working class and marginalized communities” and “nurtures the next generation of visionaries and organizers who believe that through collective action a new world is possible.”
The People’s Forum has played a role in organizing several pro-Palestine protests since Hamas’ attack on Oct. 7 in which the terror group’s members killed at least 1,200 Israelis and took over 200 hostages from Southern Israel into Gaza. (Read more)

4. Senator Rand Paul Says He Wants Federal Prosecution of Fauci for COVID Coverup – ZeroHedge
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has said he's pursuing federal criminal action against Dr. Anthony Fauci for perjury before Congress.
In an interview on EpochTV's " American Thought Leaders" with Jan Jekielek, Dr. Paul said he has asked Attorney General Merrick Garland to prosecute Dr. Fauci for giving false testimony during multiple congressional hearings. "We haven't had a lot of luck," Dr. Paul said. "Garland is not paying attention to the referral, but [Dr. Fauci] did lie to Congress."
The Epoch Times reached out to Georgetown University, where Dr. Fauci is employed, for comment but didn't receive a reply by the time of publishing. In July, Dr. Fauci joined the university as a distinguished university professor in its school of medicine’s department of medicine.
Dr. Paul alleges that Dr. Fauci—and multiple other parts of the federal government—engaged in an "extensive" coverup of the origin, threat, and potential treatments for COVID-19. The senator said he detailed the two-year misdirection in his book "Deception: The Great Covid Cover-Up," which was published in October.

5. First Two Jan 6 Appeals Reach Supreme Court – The Epoch Times
Court to decide whether to accept appeals in two key cases that could impact thousands of other Jan 6 cases
The U.S. Supreme Court has set a conference for Dec. 1 on whether to accept two key Jan. 6 case appeals—one involving a federal agent who carried his firearm at the U.S. Capitol and the other on the Department of Justice’s controversial use of evidence-tampering law to prosecute Jan. 6 defendants for felony obstruction of Congress.
If either or both of the petitions are accepted, it will be the first time a Jan. 6-related case is reviewed by the Supreme Court.On Nov. 14, the court listed both cases as "distributed for conference" on Dec. 1.
Defense attorney Marina Medvin, who is involved in both cases, said it should be clear by Dec. 4 if the court will issue orders, accept or reject the petitions for review, or hold the cases over for another conference.
The first case—Edward Jacob Lang, Petitioner v. United States—could impact hundreds of defendants accused of the most frequently charged Jan. 6 felony. Corruptly obstructing an official proceeding, which carries a potential 20-year prison term, has been charged in 317 cases, according to the latest DOJ tally.
Dozens of Jan. 6 defendants have already been convicted under the law, which has never been used in such a way since it was implemented in 2002 as a means to curb corporate financial fraud. (Read more)

The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union reached a final agreement this week on the establishment of "European Digital Identity Wallets," the first central and fully digital identification system for all Europeans. "Under the new law, the EU will offer its citizens so-called 'digital wallets'--on a voluntary basis, at first--which will contain digital versions of their ID cards, driving licenses, diplomas, medical records, and bank account information," the European Conservative reported.
These documents will be recognized as means to access online services throughout Europe, and citizens will be able to prove their identity or share electronic documents from their wallets "with a click of a button," the legislators hope. "This marks an important step towards the Digital Decade 2030 targets on the digitalization of public services," the EU Commission said in a statement Wednesday. "All EU citizens will be offered the possibility to have an EU Digital Identity Wallet to access public and private online services in full security and protection of personal data all over Europe." 8. Biden Giving Your Tax Money to US Mosques That Seek Total Annihilation of Jews – Prophecy Newswatch
A federal program intended to help religious organizations defend against terror attacks has been used by the Biden administration to give hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax dollars to organizations that openly seek the annihilation of Jews.
An investigation conducted by the Washington Free Beacon revealed, for example, Biden gave to the Flint Islamic Center $300,000 under the program, even as an Islamic scholar there claimed Jews "literally live for the purpose of genocide" of Palestinians.
Such issues are becoming more and more significant in light of the atrocity-filled attack launched by Hamas terrorists on Israel last month, in which 1,400 civilians were slaughtered, including babies beheaded and whole families burned alive.

Associated Press (AP) was among the first to report that Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken wants Israel to halt military operations against Hamas because “Far too many Palestinians have been killed.” AP was also among the first to send pictures of the Hamas-conducted holocaust against Israeli Jews on October 7. AP keeps repeating Hamas Health Ministry estimates that over 11,000 people in Gaza have been killed while over 1400 Israelis were killed on October 7, “mainly in the initial Hamas attack.” AP didn’t reveal that its reporters were with Hamas in that attack, nor does it report that the Health Ministry is a propaganda arm of Hamas. And its comparison of death tolls is not subtle. But it is outrageous. Here’s why.
Honest Reporting, a media watchdog, blew the whistle on AP and Reuters for having embedded journalists with Hamas on October 7. Honest Reporting said, “On October 7, Hamas terrorists were not the only ones who documented the war crimes they had committed during their deadly rampage across southern Israel. Some of their atrocities were captured by Gaza-based photojournalists working for the Associated Press and Reuters news agencies whose early morning presence at the breached border area raises serious ethical questions.” It sure does as these so-called “journalists” were in plain clothes without outward press identification. They had to know in advance, but didn’t warn authorities of the attack. This means that these news organizations could well have supported, aided and abetted the atrocities of October 7. But it is much deeper.

Webb telescope spots the most distant
Milky Way-like galaxy yet
|

(CNN) — Astronomers have spied an intriguing phenomenon in the distant universe — a galaxy that closely resembles the Milky Way — and it’s challenging key theories on how galaxies evolve.
The faraway system, called ceers-2112, was spotted by an international team using the James Webb Space Telescope.
Like our home galaxy, the newly discovered ceers-2112 is a barred spiral galaxy, and it’s now the most distant of its kind ever observed. The bar at the center of the structure is made of stars.
Ceers-2112 formed soon after the big bang created the universe (which is estimated to be 13.8 billion years old), and the galaxy’s distinct structure was already in place 2.1 billion years later.
Given the distance between Earth and the objects from the early days of the universe, when telescopes like Webb observe light from the distant cosmos, it’s effectively like looking into the past.
“Unexpectedly, this discovery reveals that galaxies that resemble our own existed already 11,700 million years ago, when the Universe had just 15% of its life,” said lead study author Luca Costantin in a statement. He is a Spanish National Research Council postdoctoral researcher at Spain’s Centro de AstrobiologiÌa in Madrid.
Astronomers were surprised to see such a well-ordered and structured galaxy at a time when others were much more irregular. While massive spiral galaxies are common in the Milky Way’s cosmic neighborhood, that hasn’t always been the case.
The revelation, made possible by Webb’s highly sensitive light-detecting capabilities, is changing scientists’ understanding of galaxy formation and the beginning stages of the universe. Read More

Yair Levi never wanted to be a soldier in the Israel Defense Forces. His life aspirations were to become a singer and writer in his native land of Israel, and to bring peace and harmony to his people through song.
And while Levi has had the opportunity to do just that, through very unfortunate circumstances, he has also had to serve his country in the IDF. With war now raging in Israel with the terrorist organization Hamas and other enemies wishing to destroy Israel, Levi has been forced to put his career goals on hold—for a second time—and put his country before himself.
A Jewish Levite, Levi has served as a captain in the IDF off and on for eight years and was called up immediately after Hamas brutally and unexpectedly attacked Israel on Oct. 7.
All Israelis are required to serve in the military for a period of time when they turn 18 years of age, and Levi performed his duty at that time.
"We all have different dreams than to be soldiers," Levi said in an audio interview with Charisma News from Israel. "When we are 18, we have to go into the army. I was a singer before I went into the army, then I become a soldier, a fighter.
"When I quit, I got back into music and became a singer again. And now, I'm back to being a soldier. This is how it is in Israel. When we have a war, we all come together and we need to fight for our land. It's not easy, but we have to do it. We have to defend our country. We are just regular people, but we also are soldiers because we are needed."
Israel is surrounded by enemies who have not only expressed their hatred toward the Jewish people, but many have warned that they simply want to destroy Israel. For many, they know, but won't admit, that Israelis and the Jewish people are the "apple of God's eye." Read More
