Former President Donald Trump said in a video posted Thursday that the biggest threat to the U.S. isn't Russia but rather Americans who hate their own country, including "godless" Marxists promoting progressive ideology.
"Our foreign policy establishment keeps trying to pull the world into conflict with a nuclear-armed Russia based on the lie that Russia represents our greatest threat," Trump said in a video first posted to his Truth Social account. "But the greatest threat to Western civilization today is not Russia. It's probably more than anything else ourselves and some of the horrible, USA-hating people that represent us."
Trump, who announced his 2024 presidential campaign in November, went on to suggest that the U.S. is fostering a culture and implementing policies that are leading to the country's demise.
"It's the abolition of our national borders. It's the failure to police our own cities. It's the destruction of the rule of law from within. It's the collapse of the nuclear family and fertility rates, like nobody can believe is happening," said Trump.
"It's the Marxists who would have us become a godless nation, worshipping at the altar of race and gender and environment," he continued. "And it's the globalist class that has made us totally dependent on China and other foreign countries that basically hate us." (Fox News) Read more.

- Father, we come before You in repentance for being passive while our country fell into such a sorry state and we bless President Trump for defining it. We recognize that there is a group of people with power working to fundamentally transform our free nation into a Chinese-style one; however, we resist and oppose this decline, in Jesus name. As Details Emerge about SVB Collapse, DeSantis Launches Anti-ESG Alliance

As revelations continue to emerge about the controversial corporate policies that Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) practiced in the wake of the bank’s collapse last Friday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) on Thursday announced a newly formed alliance between 18 states with the expressed goal of “push[ing] back against President Biden’s environmental, social, corporate governance (ESG) agenda.”
ESG is a highly controversial investment practice in which investment firms pressure companies to implement corporate policies having to do with issues favored by liberals, including environmental issues such as climate change, social issues having to do with “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” and structural issues involving corporate governance. Critics say the practice often undermines sound banking and economic principles to the detriment of financial stakeholders.
In recent days, financial analysts have noted that “SVB officers were heavily focused on so-called ESG policies while ignoring risk management responsibilities that could have detected trouble in time to save it from collapse and government intervention last week.” (The Washington Stand) Read more

Donald Trump says on Truth Social that Manhattan DA investigating alleged hush money payments he made to Stormy Daniels is 'CORRUPT' and 'HIGHLY POLITICAL’

Former President Donald Trump said leaks indicate he will be arrested on Tuesday next week after reports said the Manhattan District Attorney's office is preparing to issue an indictment for alleged hush money payments Trump made as a presidential candidate in 2016.
On Saturday morning, Trump posted about the possible indictment on Truth Social, indicating that he will be "ARRESTED ON TUESDAY."
"NOW ILLEGAL LEAKS FROM A CORRUPT & HIGHLY POLITICAL MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE, WHICH HAS ALLOWED NEW RECORDS TO BE SET IN VIOLENT CRIME & WHOSE LEADER IS FUNDED BY GEORGE SOROS, INDICATE THAT, WITH NO CRIME BEING ABLE TO BE PROVEN, & BASED ON AN OLD & FULLY DEBUNKED (BY NUMEROUS OTHER PROSECUTORS!) The potential indictment stems from the yearslong investigation surrounding Trump's alleged hush money scandal involving porn star Stormy Daniels. Towards the end of the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump's then-lawyer Michael Cohen sent $130,000 to Daniels to prevent her from disclosing her 2006 affair with Trump. Trump reimbursed Cohen through installments.
In a lengthy statement to Fox News Digital, Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung blasted the investigation as a "witch hunt" and accused Bragg of being in the pocket of President Biden and "radical Democrats."
"President Donald J. Trump is completely innocent, he did nothing wrong, and even the biggest, most Radical Left Democrats are making that clear," Cheung said. (Fox News)

1. In attempt to prevent protests: IDF closes junctions near site of terror attack - Israel National News
Only hours after the shooting attack in Huwara on Sunday, which left American citizen David Stern severely wounded, IDF Samaria Regional Commander Shimon Sisu issued a closed military zone order on the junctions near the site of the attack in an attempt to prevent protests by local Jewish residents.
The order comes after widespread calls among the area's communities following the attack to hold demonstrations at central junctions in the area against the passivity of the defense establishment and the Israeli government in dealing with the growing terrorism.
In footage filmed by one of the residents, a Border Police officer can be heard telling those present: "The area that you are in was declared a closed military zone for security forces only," as he read the order that was issued by the regional commander, which states that vehicles are also prohibited from passing through the area. 2. Ben-Gvir calls for death penalty for Huwara terrorist after Supreme Court bars him from issuing police orders during protests - World Israel News
National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir called on the government to “quickly” pass a law approving the death penalty for terrorists on the heels of another shooting attack in the Palestinian village of Huwara that injured an American-Israeli couple.
“I call on my friends to quickly pass the law giving terrorists the death penalty and to say clearly that any murderer who leaves their home to harm Jews is sentenced to death!” Ben-Gvir said.
Ben-Gvir’s comments came on the heels of a shooting attack by a Palestinian terrorist and hours after Israel’s High Court of Justice ruled against allowing him to give operative instructions to Israel Police, especially during the anti-government protests roiling the country.
During Sunday’s attack, David Stern, a Krav Maga instructor, shot and neutralized a Palestinian terrorist near Huwara after the terrorist shot him at point blank range in the head. Stern, who served in the U.S. Marines for four years, was evacuated with his wife Rachel to a hospital in Petach Tikva. (Read more)

3. Israel on high alert after Hamas fires rocket on eve of regional summit - Jerusalem Post
Hamas fired a rocket at Gaza border communities on the eve of a regional summit in Sharm el-Sheikh aimed at quelling an upsurge in violence during Ramadan, which starts on Wednesday.
The rocket fell in an open area near Nahal Oz without causing injury, but Israel is concerned that Hamas, backed by Iran, will push forward with other terror activity both from Gaza and in the West Bank.
Israel is looking for the PA to resume its security cooperation with the IDF, a move that would make it easier to prevent an increase in West Bank violence. (Read more)

4. Israeli, Palestinian officials hold security summit in Sharm el-Sheikh - JNS
(March 19, 2023 / JNS) Israeli and Palestinian officials were scheduled to meet in the Egyptian Red Sea resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh on Sunday, amid escalating tensions in the region in the run-up to Ramadan.
Jordan, Egypt and the United States were also to participate in the security summit, which comes nearly a month after a similar summit took place in the Jordanian Red Sea port city of Aqaba.
According to Hebrew media reports, among the participants at the meeting will be Israeli National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi, Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) director Ronen Bar, Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, among others. (Read more)

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL – Is it possible that the Israeli government this year could pass legislation making it illegal for people to share the Gospel message in the very land where Jesus was born, raised, preached, died, buried and rose from the dead?
Unfortunately, yes.
As Palm Sunday and Easter approach – the two most sacred days on the calendar for those who follow Jesus as both God and Messiah – two members of the Knesset (Israel’s parliament) introduced a bill last week that would ban any and all efforts to tell people about Jesus.
The bill would send violators to prison.
Should it begin to gain traction inside the Knesset and begin moving towards passage, the bill could create a major new headache for Netanyahu's government by sparking a serious clash with Evangelical Christians in the United States and around the world who are among the biggest supporters of the State of Israel.

1. YouTube Restores Trump’s Channel After 2-Year Suspension - Epoch Times
YouTube restored former President Donald Trump’s channel after two years of restrictions, a spokesperson confirmed to The Epoch Times.
According to Leslie Miller, VP of YouTube Public Policy, the former president will be able to upload new content following the company’s assessment of the value of voters having access to information from the presidential candidate.
“Starting today, The Donald J. Trump channel is no longer restricted and the ability to upload new content is restored,” Miller said in a statement sent to The Epoch Times on March 17.
“We carefully evaluated the continued risk of real-world violence, balancing that with the importance of preserving the opportunity for voters to hear equally from major national candidates in the run-up to an election. This channel will continue to be subject to our policies, just like any other channel on YouTube.” (Read more)

2. Federal Reserve Pauses Tightening as Emergency Lending Hits $300 Billion - Epoch Times
The Federal Reserve balance sheet has surged to its highest level since November as the central bank attempts to avert the contagion of the banking crisis.
The Fed’s balance sheet for the week ending March 15 increased by $297 billion, hitting a five-month high of $8.639 trillion.
The Fed’s purchases or sales of government bonds can affect the amount of money in circulation. The more it purchases, the greater the money supply grows, resulting in inflation. How this will affect recession odds is unclear, “but we know that with bank failures come credit contraction,” Nancy Tengler, the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Laffer Tengler Investments, wrote.
“We have already seen banks tightening lending standards and now they are likely to pull back on making credit available even further if history is any guide. That will slow small business who have been doing a great deal of the hiring.” [Excerpts] Read more.

3. New York man who supported ISIS arrested in alleged plot to kill cops, mayor during St. Patrick’s Day parade - Fox News
A New York man who expressed support online for the Islamic State is charged with plotting to kill police officers and threatening to kill a mayor on the street where the local St. Patrick’s Day parade was slated to be held, federal prosecutors said Friday.
Ridon Kola, 32, was arrested and charged with making threatening interstate communications, the Justice Department said.
Over several months, Kola made several posts supporting the terror group and threats against the Yonkers Police Department in connection with the city's parade, which will be held Saturday.
On March 9, Kola messaged the police department directly, saying: "First people to be crucified will be the Yonkers rats Vallahi. Allahu Ekberr"; and "I will crucify Yonkers cops and their bosses all along McLean ave. It will be a horror scene . . . Allahu Ekberr."
McLean Avenue is part of the route for the Yonkers St. Patrick’s Day Parade where police officers will be posted throughout.
In another post made days later, he took a photo of himself with an ax, authorities said. (Read more)

4. ISIS is still a big threat - Center for Security Policy
The Islamic State’s “New Frontier”
In recent weeks, ISIS has claimed responsibility for multiple attacks across Africa. On March 11, the terror group revealed that it was behind the killings of more than 35 people in eastern Congo. The group claimed it had killed Christians and destroyed their properties in North Kivu province, releasing an image of houses on fire.
In May, an ISIS-affiliated news agency published a video of militants executing a dozen Nigerian Christians. The U.S. State Department released its annual Country Report on Terrorism late February, which provides Congress with a complete yearly report covering terror-designated groups. The report mirrored earlier versions in its coverage of the dangers ISIS still poses.
“ISIS continued to promote a large-scale terrorism campaign, responding to increased counterterrorism pressure by adapting its tactics and techniques,” the report explains. “Groups affiliated with ISIS ramped up activities in the Lake Chad Region of Cameroon, Chad, Niger, and Nigeria.” Additionally, “AQ-related threats expanded from West Africa and the Sahel into the Gulf of Guinea littoral states in 2021, with Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, and Togo reporting terrorist group activity and attacks in their northern border regions.” Sub-Saharan Africa is on track to account for more than half of global terrorism deaths in the world this year.
As jihadist violence continues to plague the Horn of Africa, the U.S. has launched a military training exercise designed to properly aid armies to fight terror groups. Known as Flintlock, the exercise gathers roughly 1,300 military personnel from 29 countries to train in Ghana and the Ivory Coast.
According to U.S. officials, the training exercise is meant to help African countries stanch the spread of the extremist threat. However, a new approach might be needed, considering the breadth of the Islamic State’s expansion in the region.
While all eyes are on Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, the Horn of Africa is being systematically attacked and exploited by a terror organization that is no longer considered a priority in the West. (Read more)

5. Reaper drone takedown augurs ill for Crimea offensive - Center for Security Policy
The Pentagon says that the takedown of the Reaper drone by Russian Su-27 pilots was “unsafe and unprofessional.” But the Pentagon has not explained what the drone was doing flying near Crimea, nor has it told the public about the unique capabilities of the MQ-9 Reaper.
The Russians say that the drone was in a prohibited area and that the Russians had notified everyone, including the United States, that the area was off-limits. As it turns out, the drone’s location was about 60 kilometers (37 miles) southwest of the Crimean port of Sevastopol, according to Russian reports.
The US says the Reaper drone was not armed. The drone has eight hardpoints and can carry a wide range of weapons. It also has an elaborate sensor suite.
Crimea is ultra-sensitive for the Russians, for strategic reasons because of Sevastopol port and because Moscow considers Crimea to have been part of Russia since the time of Catherine the Great (1762-1798).
The Russians know that Ukraine is planning a Spring offensive, for which it is reportedly marshaling some 40,000 troops. The target is almost certainly Crimea. The cat was let out of the bag by US Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland, who made clear the US supports strikes on Crimea – a declaration that was celebrated by Ukrainian newspapers.

Nine Russian warships, two of which are missile carriers, in combat condition have been seen on the coast of Crimea, according to a Sunday report by Ukrainian media outlet Ukrinform.
On March 18, Ukraine's Navy claimed to have spotted 14 Russian warships off the coast of Crimea, four of which were missile carriers. It is unclear whether they were all combat-ready.
The report quoted Ukrainian spokesperson for Operational Command South (OCS) Natalia Humeniuk. Humeniuk said that the naval vessels are more than 100 nautical miles from Ukrainian weaponry, which means that Ukrainian forces have been unable to attack the vessels so far.
As of February, eighteen Russian warships were reportedly destroyed by Ukrainian forces since the beginning of the invasion. (Read more)

7. “Evil Empire” 2.0 - Center for Security Policy
Forty years ago, Ronald Reagan described the totalitarian communist enemy that threatened to destroy our country as “the Evil Empire.” That famous presidential depiction of the Soviet Union was key to the strategy he successfully pursued to “leave Marxism and Leninism on the ash heap of history.”
Tragically, we face today another Marxist-Leninist regime busily establishing an empire that is, if anything, even more evil and certainly far more of what Reagan called “an existential threat to freedom” than the USSR was in its heyday.
That threat emanates from the Chinese Communist Party waging “unrestricted warfare” against us to achieve “global governance” expressly embraced by its megalomaniacal emperor, Xi Jinping.
We must do as Ronald Reagan did: recognize the spiritual nature of the war we are in; delegitimize our evil enemy; and adopt and execute a strategy for its decisive defeat. (Read more)

8. Xi heads to Russia next week after China touts Ukraine peace plan - Reuters
BEIJING, March 17 (Reuters) - Chinese President Xi Jinping will travel to Russia next week to hold talks with President Vladimir Putin, the two countries said on Friday, as Beijing touts a plan to end the grinding Ukraine war that has received a lukewarm welcome on both sides.
Xi's March 20-22 trip comes after China last month published a 12-point plan for "a political resolution of the Ukraine crisis" and after a senior Chinese diplomat called on Thursday for negotiations in a call with Ukraine's foreign minister.
The plan calls for the protection of civilians and for Russia and Ukraine to respect each other's sovereignty.
However, the United States and NATO have said Beijing's efforts to mediate are not credible as it has refrained from condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which Moscow calls a "special military operation".
Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said Xi's visit to Russia - his first in nearly four years - was in part to promote "peace", although he made no explicit mention of the Ukraine war.
He said the leaders would also exchange opinions on major regional and international issues, strengthen bilateral trust and deepen economic partnerships. (Read more)

After Trump Arrest Story Hits, McCarthy Issues Immediate Orders to Help Ex-POTUS

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Saturday issued a Twitter volley in support of former President Donald Trump.
On Saturday, Trump posted a call for action in two blazing all-caps posts on his Truth Social platform.
“THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK,” he wrote, adding, “PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!”
That set the stage for McCarthy to tweet a chastisement of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
“Here we go again — an outrageous abuse of power by a radical DA who lets violent criminals walk as he pursues political vengeance against President Trump,” McCarthy wrote.
McCarthy also flexed the power that comes with having a Republican majority in the House.
“I’m directing relevant committees to immediately investigate if federal funds are being used to subvert our democracy by interfering in elections with politically motivated prosecutions,” he wrote. (Western Journal) Read more

We cannot take the news of Trump's anticipated arrest "sitting down," but we must respond for the sake of the health of our nation. We ask that this week be a "lightning rod" in which we now draw a line in the sand against enemy forces that are trying not only to arrest Donald John Trump, but also to weaken the very constitutional fabric of our nation. In Your Name we pray, amen and amen.

Tomorrow, Monday, is an important day for our world. Presidents Xi and Putin will start their meetings in Moscow. On the one hand, President Xi’s peace initiative for ending the Ukraine war could prove to be of real value; on the other hand his intention for a no-holds barred friendship with Russia could provide military support for the Russians that would continue this destructive, pointless conflict and also become a dangerous geopolitical threat across the world, starting with a potential invasion of Taiwan. Let’s pray that their talks will result in the ending of the war with Ukraine as well as the restoration of this land and its people that have suffered so much. Pray too that their attempt to foster a closer relationship along with Iran will not bode ill for the rest of the world.
Mat Staver, the praying lawyer and his team who have been monitoring the World Health Organization’s push for totalitarian control over global healthcare, reports about WHO’s next meetings beginning tomorrow:
“On Monday, the World Health Organization (WHO) will be racing ahead with its plan for global tyranny…This disturbing agenda includes pushing a long list of amendments that roll out a global new world order like I have never seen…These amendments go far beyond mandating digital health records and Vaccine Passports. It’s hard to highlight which are the most dangerous of the amendments...but here are two key ones. First, one amendment will give WHO unprecedented power not just over a “public health risk” but also over “all risks with a potential to impact public health.” Anything can be a “potential” risk to “public health.” This includes access to abortion, transgene mutilations, “climate change” and, of course, COVID. Second, the amendments change WHO from an advisory U.N. agency to “a legally binding agreement of 196 countries to build the capability to … detect, assess, report, and respond to public health events.” Let’s pray that the Lord will throw such globalist, communist attempts at creating a tyrannical New World Order through stoking unfounded fears of climate change, a new “plandemic” or through other deceitful and subversive means will be exposed and pushed back against by the nations and that they will not fall for this abdication of their own sovereignty.
Thanks for being watchmen on the wall. Watching and praying is the most potent thing we can do since we are connected to the One who sits on the throne of the universe. He can and will intervene as we pray in agreement.

California Bracing for More Rain, Mountain Snow
as 2 Storms Loom

A brief break from the seemingly endless barrage of drought-busting and deadly storms in California is set to end this weekend as the first of two incoming storms from the Pacific moves on shore.
AccuWeather experts say that additional rounds of heavy rain and mountain snow are in store for the hard-hit state, and a storm that will occur from Tuesday into Wednesday will be the more powerful of the two. The most recent atmospheric river to impact the state lasted from this past Monday through Wednesday and came on the heels of another atmospheric river that slammed the state last Friday, March 10.
"This new round of snow and rainfall is set to affect areas that received heavy amounts of precipitation just last week," AccuWeather Meteorologist Aaron Druckmiller said.
The cumulative effect of the intense precipitation amounts throughout the winter months has led to remarkable improvements in the long-term drought that plagued California prior to the start of winter. According to the latest report published by the United States Drought Monitor on March 16, approximately 36% of the state is in drought compared to 98% at the beginning of October. Read More

Michael W. Smith Believes a Worldwide Revival Is Breaking Out:
'What We've Prayed for' Is Happening

Grammy-winning artist Michael W. Smith, fresh off an event in Vietnam that drew thousands, says he believes "God is on the move" around the world and that a global revival is breaking out. "Something's happening," Smith told Christian Headlines. "I'm so grateful that I'm alive to get to see it." Smith referenced the Asbury revival but also a series of other events: the timely release of Jesus Revolution and the popularity of The Chosen, among them. The current movement of God extends beyond the United States, he said.
Thousands of Vietnamese attended the "Spring Love Festival" earlier this month at an outdoor field in Ho Chi Minh City, with Franklin Graham preaching and Michael W. Smith and other artists leading worship in song. More than 300 local churches participated. Smith posted a video on his Instagram account of thousands of Vietnamese singing the lyrics to the popular praise song Waymaker. Some of them sang in English while others sang in Vietnamese, he said. It was a "bit overwhelming," he said, to hear the Vietnamese crowd sing, in unison, music he had recorded. He wrote on social media: "God is on the move."
A news release from Graham's organization said it was the first time the Vietnamese government "has given permission for an evangelistic outreach with a foreign speaker to be held outside of a religious holiday." It is edifying, Smith said, to worship with Christians in other countries. "Sometimes in western civilization in America, we think everything sort of revolves around our little world that we have," Smith told Christian Headlines. "It was just so authentic," he said.
