No election certification if Trump wins, majority of Dems insist
|
|
Appalled at the suspect circumstances of the 2020 presidential election, hundreds of supporters of President Donald Trump gathered in Washington in January 2021 to protest the certification of a count giving the White House to Joe Biden. Some rioted, triggering the years-long and continuing Democrat and Deep State campaign claiming they tried, that day, to overthrow the U.S. government, take control of its economy, military, foreign policy and more, as an "insurrection" would.
Since then, many Democrat-controlled jurisdictions have been trying to cripple Trump's 2024 White House campaign on the grounds he pushed for an "insurrection." But now, Democrats have come up with an entirely different definition of "insurrection" and view of the constitutional requirement if, for example, Trump should win the 2024 vote, according to a new poll. - In the name of Jesus, we come against any agenda they would push to silence the people's voices in this 2024 election. We pray, Lord, that righteousness and justice would be done in this country and in this election. We thank you, Lord, that no matter what opposition this country may face, nothing is impossible with you. And we command any evil that would try to disrupt the election results to cease and desist, in Jesus name.
- “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” (Luke 1:37)

Republican Warns of Biden Order Allowing Illegal Immigrants, Felons to Vote
|
|
A Republican secretary of state sent a letter this week to the Department of Justice (DOJ) alerting it to an executive order signed in 2021 that he says will allow felons and illegal aliens to register to vote in elections.
In the letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Republican Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson wrote that a Biden-signed executive order has led to agencies under Mr. Garland’s charge “attempting to register people to vote, including potentially ineligible felons and to co-opt state and local officials into accomplishing this goal.”
The order, which the White House described as an effort to promote “access to voting,” suggested that it was designed to eliminate racial discrimination at the polls. It told federal agencies, including the DOJ, to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.”
Mr. Watson took issue with one provision that directed the DOJ to ensure that the U.S. Marshals Service change jail and “intergovernmental agreements” to mandate that the facilities “provide educational materials related to voter registration and voting,” and “facilitate voting by mail, to the extent practicable and appropriate.”
The problem, according to Mr. Watson, is that those materials may be given to people who can’t vote such as felons and illegal aliens. State officials are also essentially being forced to comply with the rules, he said.
“Our understanding is that everyone in the Marshals’ custody is given a form advising them of their right to register and vote,” his letter said, according to Fox News. “Providing ineligible non-citizens with information on how to register to vote undoubtedly encourages them to illegally register to vote, exposing them to legal jeopardy beyond their immigration status.”
The letter said that the secretary of state’s office believes that providing a form to illegal immigrants who are jailed to advise them of their right to vote “undoubtedly encourages them to illegally” do so and exposes them to “legal jeopardy.”
It also noted that some individuals in jail custody “only have fleeting ties to Mississippi and do not meet the residency requirements necessary to be a Mississippi voter.”
“Many outside groups performing voter registration and vote harvesting services are partisan entities with a history of being unreliable. There have been documented instances of these groups providing incorrect directions to voters,” the Republican official warned. “It is not proper for the Federal government to push partisan groups into the voting process in Mississippi or any other state.” (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Lord God, what’s the point in having elections if outside voices can dictate the outcome? We value our representative government and are so thankful we have a voice in who we elect to serve the people, unlike many nations in the world. Help our leaders take this privilege and responsibility seriously and with godly wisdom. Father, we ask You to order the outcome of our elections in a way that will best contribute to the flourishing of the Church, the good of the nation, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission, in Jesus name.
- “For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, for he is God's servant for your good.” (Romans 13:3-4a)

2. Israeli Jets Hit Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley for a Second Day - Algemeiner
Israeli warplanes struck deep into Lebanon for a second consecutive day on Tuesday, hitting a facility belonging to Hezbollah in the Bekaa Valley and killing at least one member of the Iran-backed terrorist group, sources in Lebanon said.
The Israeli military said its fighter jets had “struck two Hezbollah military command centers” in the Baalbek area, in response to Hezbollah rocket launches towards northern Israel earlier in the day.
The violence marked an uptick of the conflict between Hezbollah and Israel which has been fought in parallel to the Gaza war and fueled fears of an all-out conflict between the heavily armed adversaries.
Hezbollah said in a statement it had fired more than 100 Katyusha rockets at 7:00 am (0500 GMT), targeting several Israeli military posts, in response to Israeli shelling of the Bekaa Valley region on Monday night. (Read more)

JERUSALEM, March 12 (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that Israel would press forward with its military campaign into Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, amid rising international pressure.

5. Political upheaval: Sa'ar breaks from National Unity party, demands to join Cabinet - Israel National News
In a dramatic political move, New Hope party chairman Gideon Sa'ar announced this evening (Tuesday) that he is breaking from the National Unity party and demanding to join the War Cabinet.
At a conference of New Hope activists, Sa'ar said that he felt that his party's voice was not being heard within the framework of the National Unity party. "I see it as our role in the emergency government to make sure that despite all the difficulties and pressures, including the international ones - we will conduct the war in Gaza to its conclusion. To the end. 'And we will not return until it is finished'. This is a war that will determine our future in this country, the future of our children and grandchildren. We must be determined to achieve its goals: the destruction of the military and governmental infrastructure of Hamas and the return of our abducted brothers and sisters."
"For a long time, my friends and I have not hidden our criticism of the navigation of the campaign by the limited cabinet. There must be no connection between the goals set and the measures taken to achieve them. We must not reduce the military pressure and slow down the progress in destroying Hamas' forces and its rule. We must not allow Hamas to take over humanitarian aid." Sa'ar added. (Read more)

1. Republican Congress member announces early retirement, leaving razor-thin GOP majority - DML News
The Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives is about to get even more narrow, as another GOP congressman has just announced he is calling quits.
Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado has served in the House since 2015. He announced in November that he would not be running for re-election in 2024.
However, Tuesday morning, Buck suddenly posted a statement saying he will not fulfill the rest of his term, and instead will be leaving Congress in less than two weeks.
“It has been an honor to serve the people of Colorado’s 4th District in Congress for the past 9 years. I want to thank them for their support and encouragement throughout the years,” Buck wrote.
“Today, I am announcing that I will depart Congress at the end of next week. I look forward to staying involved in our political process, as well as spending more time in Colorado and with my family,” he added. (Read more)
- Abba, we lift up the House of Representatives and declare there will be no more defections in the Republican party, but rather, there will be some shifts from the other sides into the Republican party, so that there is continued strength and the ability to stand up for this nation, in Jesus name. We bless Ken Buck and pray that if he is running from something, he would repent and make it right, in Jesus name. Thank You Father, for sanctifying and purifying our Congress, we pray for Your covering and righteousness to be released in both the House and Senate, for Your glory.
- "Turn us back to You, O Lord, and we will be restored; Renew our days as of old," (Lamentations 5:21)

2: House Oversight Republicans Subpoena AT&T For Hunter Biden’s Phone Records - The Daily Caller
House Oversight Committee Republicans sent a subpoena Wednesday to AT&T seeking nearly 15 years of phone records related to Hunter Biden, the Daily Caller has learned.
“The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability (Oversight Committee) is investigating whether sufficient grounds exist to draft articles of impeachment against President Biden for consideration by the full House.
Together with the House Committee on the Judiciary (Judiciary Committee) and the House Committee on Ways and Means (collectively with the Oversight Committee, the Committees), the Committees set forth in a Sept. 27, 2023 memorandum the evidence justifying the inquiry and the scope of this impeachment investigation. On Dec. 13, 2023, the House of Representatives adopted a resolution directing the Committees to continue this investigation,” House Oversight Chairman James Comer wrote in a letter to AT&T. (Read more)
- Yes and amen. We pray Abba, that as the Committees pursues this information, it will be forthcoming without hindrance, in Jesus name. We pray for AT&T to follow the law of the land and obey the subpoena to provide the phone records. We call for an honest and fair assessment of background evidence for an impeachment, in Jesus' name. We bless the members of the Committees who are seeking truth above party affiliation and pray for justice to prevail.

3. New Trump leadership slashes dozens of Republican National Committee staffers - Fox News
Former President Donald Trump’s newly installed leadership team at the Republican National Committee on Monday began the process of pushing out dozens of officials, a senior RNC source confirmed to Fox News.
Roughly 60 RNC staffers who work in the national party committee's communications, data, and political departments are being asked to resign, including a handful of senior staff, additional sources said. The move came hours after the Trump campaign on Monday took operational control over the RNC.
And it comes as the new leadership aims to merge parts of the RNC with the Trump 2024 presidential campaign.
The former president's picks to serve as RNC chair and co-chair - Trump ally and North Carolina GOP chair Michael Whatley and daughter-in-law Lara Trump – were unanimously confirmed on Friday by voice votes as the RNC met in general session in Houston, Texas. (Read more)
- Holy One, we are keenly aware of how divided the Republican party has been over these many years, which is not always a bad thing. However, it has allowed the enemy to be able to capitalize on the many rifts in our government, resulting in damage to our nation in many ways. Therefore, as this transition is taking place in the RNC, we pray for great wisdom and discernment for leadership, so that they are able to root out all of those who work against the good of our nation, in Jesus name. Thank You Father, for all the exposure You have been releasing. May our nation be turned back to You. Amen.
- "Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ." (Romans 15:5-6)

4: FBI director warns of ‘very dangerous threats’ at border, smuggling network with 'ISIS ties' - Fox News
FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday warned of a "wide array" of dangerous threats coming from the U.S. border, including drug trafficking, violent gangs and smugglers with ties to ISIS.
Wray was asked by Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., at a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing about the threats at the border, including the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela. Wray said he couldn’t speak to a specific gang, but said that there were dangerous individuals entering via the southern border.
"From an FBI perspective, we are seeing a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border. And that includes everything from drug trafficking — the FBI alone seized enough fentanyl in the last two years to kill 270 million people — that's just on the fentanyl side," he said. (Read more)
- Holy King, we ask You to deal with the very grave dangers coming into our country from the southern border. We beseech You to send angel warriors to assist and protect the border patrol as they work to keep the criminal gang violence, trafficking and drugs under control, in Jesus name. We pray for a cease and desist of the flood of gangs into this country, in Jesus name and we pray for them to be returned to their home countries. We pray for redemption for all of the bad actors and Jesus that You would be glorified in this matter.
- "I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness." (Romans 6:19)

5. GOP AGs warn Maine to kill 'totalitarian' bill making sanctuary state for sex-change surgeries, or be sued - Fox News
A group of Republican attorneys general are sending a warning shot to the state of Maine for a bill under consideration that would effectively establish Maine as a sanctuary state for procedures like sex-change surgeries for minors – a move the AGs say is "totalitarian."
The bill, known as LD 227, would prohibit "interference" with abortion or sex change procedures, legally protect medical workers from facing lawsuits, and could potentially permit concealment of medical records from plaintiffs seeking legal action against a provider. In other words, a parent whose child went to Maine for a sex-change surgery would have no legal recourse, even though they live in a state where such operations are illegal.
A group of 16 attorneys general, led by Tennessee’s Jonathan Skrmetti, sent a letter Monday to Gov. Janet Mills, Attorney General Aaron Frey, and state legislature leadership calling the bill a "novel effort at state-sanctioned culture war litigation tourism."
While it’s "extremely unusual" for states to interject themselves into another state’s lawmaking, the AGs said LD 227’s "unique constitutional transgressions" merit their comment. (Read more)
- Thank You Jesus for these actively engaged and relevant AGs who are standing up to protect minors, parents and each state's sovereign protections over their citizens. We pray for teeth and fire upon the AGs message to Maine and every other state that would attempt to usurp a parents' authority and responsibility to protect their children. We declare that those who attempt to play god by experimenting on other people's children will not succeed, but be brought before the King of Kings, in Jesus name. We pray, Holy One, for Your victory upon and salvation for the medical experimenters, in Jesus name.
- "Then He said to the disciples, 'It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come! It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.'" (Luke 17:1-2)

6. Biden releases $7.3 TRILLION budget for 2025 with $5trillion in tax hikes for billionaires and corporations over 10 years - Daily Mail
President Joe Biden's $7.3 trillion budget includes $11.8 billion in border spending and $850 billion for the Pentagon as it seeks to use the proposal to make the case to voters to give the president a second term. The White House plans to pay for its ambition agenda - which includes $3 billion for climate change resilience - by imposing about $5 trillion in new taxes on corporations and the wealthy over a decade.
The president's plan would raise taxes by a net total of $4.9 trillion, or more than 7% above what the U.S. would collect. Meanwhile, Americans earning less than $400,000 a year would get tax cuts totaling $750 billion. And those earning above $400,000 a year would see increased taxes on the wages, investment gains and self-employment income.
'We can do all of our investments by asking those in the top 1 and 2 percent to pay more into the system,' Shalanda Young, the director of the White House Budget Office, said on a briefing call with reporters. Biden's plan is unlikely to become law given Republicans' control of the House. (Read more)
- Father, we say no, we cannot trust anything from the Biden Administration at this point, because it seemingly is all meant to unravel the stability of this nation and its citizens. We pray for security in Republican control of the House and even ask for more strength in both houses as well, in Jesus name. We pray for our nation to find its way back to You and Your firm foundation, in Jesus name. Let the light of Christ shine upon the Biden Administration and bring them all into a face to face encounter with You, the Holy One of this nation, for Your glory.
- "See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is." (Ephesians 5:15-17)

7. Boeing whistleblower John Barnett is found dead in his truck outside a South Carolina hotel just days after testifying - Daily Mail
A former Boeing staffer who once raised concerns about the company's production standards has been found dead in the US. John Barnett, 62, was found dead in his truck in a hotel parking lot in South Carolina, his lawyer said Monday - seven years after he retired following a 32-year career.
The ex-quality manager at Boeing's North Charleston plant died from a 'self-inflicted' wound, cops in Charleston said, adding that they were still investigating. Barnett's death came during a break in depositions in a whistleblower retaliation suit, where he alleged under-pressure workers were deliberately fitting sub-standard parts to aircraft on the assembly line.
He said that in some cases, second-rate parts were literally removed from scrap bins, before being fitted to planes that were being built to prevent delays. A 2017 review by the FAA upheld some of his concerns, requiring Boeing to take action. He had just given a deposition to Boeing's lawyers for the case this past week, his attorney Brian Knowles said. (Read more)
- We bless this man and pray for comfort for his family in the sacrifice he made to speak out the truth on behalf of all people who fly on Boeing airplanes. Jesus, we pray that he was able to declare, on record, everything he knew about the sub-standard and unacceptable work that was done in the Boeing plants. We pray Father, that the shoddy work will ALL be found and revised, in Jesus name. We pray for a hedge of protection over every Boeing airplane in service so that they would be safe, in Jesus name.
- "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

8. Driver says Trump didn’t lunge for wheel on Jan. 6 in newly released testimony - The Hill
The driver of former President Trump’s car on Jan. 6 disputed bombshell testimony that he tried to take control of the car, even as the witness affirmed the former president’s insistence in joining his supporters at the Capitol.
The detail, released as part of a broader report from House Republicans that minimizes Trump’s role in the destruction that day, takes aim at star witness Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony before the now-disbanded Jan. 6 committee.
Hutchinson told the public she heard Trump had “lunged” for the steering wheel following his speech near the White House in an apparent effort to veer toward the Capitol, a story that was relayed to her by others.
“[President Trump] never grabbed the steering wheel. I didn’t see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all,” the unnamed driver told the committee’s investigators. (Read more)
- Holy One, it's a very sad thing that the testimony of the driver who was actually involved in this clearly fabricated incident was not heard at the same time as this woman's so-called "compelling" declaration. Our justice system and Congress are walking down a very dark path Father, and we pray that You would show them Your lighted path in front of them, so that they would repent and walk clean before You. We break the back of unequal prosecutions and unrighteous testimony, in Jesus name. We pray repentance for the people engaged in wrong-doing and ask Father, that You would put them precisely where they need to be so they can meet You, in Jesus name.
- 'To them I answered, "It is not the custom of the Romans to deliver any man to destruction before the accused meet the accusers face to face, and has opportunity to answer for himself concerning the charge against him."' (Acts 25:16)

The Lingering Election Thief
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, March 12, 2024
Democrats are once again gearing up for ineligible voters to sway the election in their favor. Attorney General Merrick Garland spoke at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Selma, Alabama March 3 and talked about how the right to vote is still under attack. He said, “It was under attack in the wake of the Civil War and amidst Reconstruction, when white supremacists used violence and threats of violence to stop Black Americans from exercising their right to vote…. the right to vote was still under attack nearly a century later, when Black residents trying to register to vote in this county, and in jurisdictions across the country, were required to take nearly impossible tests that were designed to ensure that they fail.”
Garland fails to mention that those “white supremacists” that were stopping Black Americans from voting were, most exclusively, Democratic Party members who purposely targeted Blacks with violence and Jim Crow laws. Somehow, the Democrats have turned the tables and accuse Republicans of suppressing the vote. This gives them the excuse to block purging the voter rolls of dead people and requiring voter identification in the name of voter rights. This has led to anyone voting early and often through unverified mail-in ballots to lax voter identification in Democratic Party-controlled precincts across the country. It’s not about ensuring Black voter rights. It’s about ensuring Democratic Party victories.

Mars could be driving ‘giant whirlpools’ in the Earth’s deep oceans, new study finds
|
|
(CNN) — Mars may be around 140 million miles away from Earth, but the red planet is influencing our deep oceans by helping drive “giant whirlpools,” according to new research.
Scientists analyzed sediments, drilled from hundreds of deep-sea sites over the past half century, to look back tens of millions of years into Earth’s past, in a quest to better understand the strength of deep ocean currents.
What they found surprised them.
The sediments revealed that deep-sea currents weakened and strengthened over 2.4 million-year climate cycles, according to the study published Tuesday in the journal Nature Communications.
Adriana Dutkiewicz, the study’s co-author and sedimentologist at the University of Sydney, said the scientists didn’t expect to discover these cycles, and that there is only one way to explain them: “They are linked to cycles in the interactions of Mars and Earth orbiting the Sun,” she said in a statement. The authors say this is first study to make these connections.
The two planets affect each other through a phenomenon called “resonance,” which is when two orbiting bodies apply a gravitational push and pull on each other — sometimes described as a kind of harmonization between distant planets. This interaction changes the shape of their orbits, affecting how close to circular they are and their distance from the sun. Read More

God's Miraculous Answer to Pastor's Simple Prayer Changed Absolutely Everything
|
|
A Virginia pastor believes a miraculous provision from God led his family to adopt, and he's now sharing his insight and inspiration with others. Dr. Bob Griffith, lead pastor of Christ Chapel in Woodbridge, Virginia, tells his family's incredible story in the book "Fostering Jesus: Answering the Call to Foster Care in the Home and Church." Like many, at one point Griffith didn't know a great deal about foster care. But he asked a question years ago while serving as a pastor in the Kenosha, Wisconsin, area, that changed everything. "I went to the county officials that were there and I just simply asked them, 'If you could wave a magic wand and you could ask the church or rally the church in your area to do one thing, what would that one thing be?'" he recently told CBN News. Their response? They needed help serving the foster care system. This reaction left Griffith thinking and pondering how his church could step in to assist. So, he went home, spoke with his wife, and decided, as a family, to start fostering kids. At the same time, he looped in his church.
There was a question on the foster care form, though, that stood out to him. The government asked if he and his family would consider adoption if needed. "I looked at that form and I said to my wife, 'I'm not doing this for adoption. We're just doing foster care,'" he recounted. "And she looked at me and said, 'Well, if God makes it clear to you that, at the end of this, you are supposed to be a foster parent ... would you do it?'" Griffith said he'd certainly listen to the Lord on the matter, so he and his wife checked the box. A few years later, the preacher said he and his wife found themselves in that very situation when all three of their foster care children came up for adoption. "The county representatives called and they said, 'We need to know now, 'Would you like to be an adoptive parent to these children?'" he recalled. "And I will be honest with you; my answer was, 'No.'" Griffith continued, "I used my brain that God gave me and I did an assessment of how big of a home we had, and how many seats in our car, and just very practical things. And I could not see how we could do this." (Charisma News) Read More Here.
- Lord, we Thank You for being a 'Way-Maker' for those who call upon Your Name! Bless families who have embraced the fatherless and have adopted through the foster care system. May children in need of hope come to know Christ's unconditional love through their adoptive parents. We pray for continual provision for each family, that they may be abundantly blessed and every need generously provided for simply through obedience to Your Call and Holy Word! In Jesus powerful Name-Amen

Higher Ground

Words: Isaac Watts
Music: Lowell Mason
Scripture: Let us go up to the mountain of the Lord. Micah 4:2
Lyrics:
I’m pressing on the upward way,
New heights I’m gaining every day;
Still praying as I’m onward bound,
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
Refrain
Lord, lift me up and let me stand,
By faith, on Heaven’s table land,
A higher plane than I have found;
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
My heart has no desire to stay
Where doubts arise and fears dismay;
Though some may dwell where those abound,
My prayer, my aim, is higher ground.
Refrain
I want to live above the world,
Though Satan’s darts at me are hurled;
For faith has caught the joyful sound,
The song of saints on higher ground.
Refrain
I want to scale the utmost height
And catch a gleam of glory bright;
But still I’ll pray till Heav’n I’ve found,
Lord, plant my feet on higher ground.
Refrain
