A Golden Age for America:

Trump Delivers a Vision of the Future

President Donald Trump’s first Capitol Address was nothing short of historic. From the moment he stepped up to the podium it was clear that this was not going to be just another speech, it was a declaration of what he envisions as the dawn of a new era in America. “Six weeks ago, I stood beneath the dome of this Capitol and proclaimed the dawn of the golden age of America,” Trump boldly recalled. “From that moment on, it has been nothing but swift and unrelenting action to usher in the greatest and most successful era in the history of our country.” And action indeed—Trump has signed 81 executive orders in just 43 days, tackling everything from government corruption to restoring free speech and reaffirming America’s core values.

One of the most notable announcements of the night was the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), headed by none other than Elon Musk. “Thank you, Elon. He’s working very hard,” Trump acknowledged, highlighting the administration’s commitment to cutting waste and fraud, which he noted has cost the American people over $500 billion annually. Of course, the president’s stance on culture and values took center stage. He reaffirmed, “There are only two genders, male and female,” while defending the ban on transgender athletes in women’s sports and the criminalization of sex changes for children. He delivered a message to America’s youth: “A message to every child in America is that you are perfect. Exactly the way God made you.” In an era of cultural confusion, Trump’s words were a strong call for clarity and truth.

Trump Lays Down the Law with Spoiled Protesters: 'Agitators Will Be Imprisoned'
Spoiled campus protesters, look out: President Donald Trump is setting his sights on you and the schools you go to, as well.
In the latest move targeting not one but two favorites of the establishment left — pro-Hamas protesters and college administrative offices — Trump promised to cut off federal funding for “illegal protests” on campuses, adding: “NO MASKS!”  “All Federal Funding will STOP for any College, School, or University that allows illegal protests,” Trump said in a message on Truth Social on Tuesday. “Agitators will be imprisoned/or permanently sent back to the country from which they came. American students will be permanently expelled or, depending on the crime, arrested.

“NO MASKS! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he added.

As Reuters noted, Trump signed an executive order in January which “restored a similar order he signed in 2019, instructing the Department of Education to investigate colleges that receive federal funding if they failed to protect Jewish students and staff from anti-Semitism.”

In February, members of the House Committee on Education and Workforce specifically put Columbia University in New York City — a locus of some of the most ugly, anti-Semitic protests in the wake of the Oct. 7 terror attacks against Israel by Hamas — on notice by sending a letter to the university noting that “Columbia has failed to uphold its commitments” to “combat the rampant anti-Semitism on Columbia’s campus.”

“Columbia’s continued failure to address the pervasive anti-Semitism that persists on campus is untenable, particularly given that the university receives billions in federal funding,” the letter noted. Earlier this week, the Associated Press reported, federal agencies announced that $51 million in contracts to the university might be cut due to its “ongoing inaction in the face of relentless harassment of Jewish students.” According to the AP, a further review of whether the university would lose $5 billion in federal grant money was also underway.

Columbia, for its part, said in a statement, “We are resolute that calling for, promoting, or glorifying violence or terror has no place at our university.” (The Western Journal) Read more here.
- Lord, we thank You that something will be done about the terror supporters who have disrupted university and college campuses across the country. We bind any plans to disregard or water down this directive in Jesus’ mighty Name.

DC Begins Clearing Out Homeless Camps Two Days After Trump Issued Ultimatum To Mayor
Washington, D.C. crews began clearing out homeless encampments Friday, just two days after President Donald Trump warned Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser to do so.

Videos posted to X show the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and other personnel cleaning up an encampment near the U.S. Department of State building. One video posted by NBC4 reporter Mark Segraves shows MPD officers handcuffing a woman as she appears to protest. Another posted by freelance journalist Andrew Leyden shows a line of vehicles and several personnel participating in the operation.

This move comes after Trump warned Bowser to clean up the city, claiming the scene was “unsightly” in a Wednesday post on Truth Social. (Daily Caller) Read more.

- Father, we praise You for moving to clean up our National Capitol. The Capitol should be clean and welcoming for all who come to see it. We pray for those who are displaced, that Your Holy Spirit will bring wisdom to authorities and heart/mind changes to all.

Trump Warns Of Sanctions On Russia If No Peace Is Achieved
On Friday morning, President Trump stated that he is considering imposing sanctions on Russia, saying Russia is “absolutely pounding Ukraine on the battlefield.”
Trump said he is considering sanctions until a peace deal is reached between Russia and Ukraine.
“Based on the fact that Russia is absolutely “pounding” Ukraine on the battlefield right now, I am strongly considering large scale Banking Sanctions, Sanctions, and Tariffs on Russia until a Cease Fire and FINAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ON PEACE IS REACHED. To Russia and Ukraine, get to the table right now, before it is too late. Thank you!!!” he wrote on Truth Social.
On Thursday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that the Trump administration was prepared to impose further sanctions on Russia, “A major factor that has enabled the Russian war machine’s continued financing was the Biden administration’s egregiously weak sanctions on Russian energy, stemming from worries about upward pressure on U.S. energy prices,” he said at the Economic Club of New York. “This administration has kept the enhanced sanctions in place and will not hesitate to go ‘all in’ should it provide leverage in peace negotiations. … (Sanctions on Russia) will be used explicitly and aggressively for immediate maximum impact.” (The Daily Wire) Read more here.
- Lord, the Russia/Ukraine war is an extremely difficult issue. We pray that You will grant truth and wisdom to all leaders who seek peace in the region. We continue to bind hatred and declare it ineffective as real answers are put forward.

- “But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6 :15)

The Israeli Air Force on Saturday attacked a Hezbollah operative who was engaged in reestablishing terrorist infrastructure and activities in Southern Lebanon.

And on Friday night, the IAF carried out intelligence-based strikes on Hezbollah terrorist assets in Southern Lebanon.

2. In first working meeting: Zamir and Netanyahu discuss return to war - Israel National News

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, in their first working meeting on Sunday, discussed the IDF's preparations to return to combat in the Gaza Strip if the negotiations with Hamas do not proceed in the coming days, Kan News reported.

Last Thursday, Zamir approved plans to renew the fighting during a visit to the Southern Command. He instructed the commanding officer, Yaron Finkleman, to make changes to the plan so that the next ground maneuver would be more effective.

The main points of the plan that the Chief of Staff approved: Massive airstrikes, a ground maneuver larger than the previous one, the re-evacuation of the population of the northern Gaza Strip, and preparations to call up hundreds of thousands of reservists. (Read more)

Israel’s cabinet has prepared a list of measures to pressure Hamas into releasing hostages held in the Gaza Strip, with progressively more intense steps taken should the Gaza terror group refuse to comply.

Over the weekend, The Wall Street Journal reported that the Israeli government has drafted a plan to force Hamas to resume its release of hostages, with a list of incremental moves to pressure Hamas before returning to a full-blown ground war in Gaza.

The first step, halting the flow of aid into the Gaza Strip, has already been implemented, after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered Israeli border crossings to bar passage to trucks entering Gaza last Sunday. (Read more)

4. Israel cuts off electricity supply to Gaza - Israel Hayom

Israeli energy and Infrastructure Minister Eli Cohen signed an order on Sunday instructing the Israel Electric Corporation to immediately halt the supply of electricity to Gaza.

1: US eyes dangerous gap in nuclear fuel supplies in major threat to energy, national security - Fox Business

The U.S. is facing a dangerous gap in its ability to access nuclear fuel and stares down a potential supply chain shortage in enriched uranium — which is vital for America's energy and national security.
The U.S. relies almost entirely on foreign exports, including from Russia, for its nuclear fuel needs — a factor that has put the U.S. in even greater jeopardy after Washington agreed to cut all uranium imports from Russia by 2028.
But there’s a glaring problem with this move — there is not enough enriched uranium in the world to make up for the amount of exports the U.S. relies on from Russia, as well as the import cuts made by the European Union following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"The whole world is dependent on Russia," Dan Leistikow, Vice President of Corporate Communications with American nuclear power company Centrus, told FOX Business.
Leistikow explained that even under the most aggressive timetable to reboot U.S. production of its nuclear energy, it is estimated to take between six and seven years to replace what is imported from Russia — potentially leaving up to a four-year gap where there could be major nuclear fuel shortages. (Read more)

- Lord, we ask that You solve this dilemma with Your mighty power. You alone know how to speed up necessary imports to the United States or replace them with our own resources. We ask that nothing in this situation be done apart from Your perfect will.

- “Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Ephesians 5:15-17)
2: Agriculture secretary cancels $600K grant for study on menstrual cycles in transgender men- Fox

The U.S. Department of Agriculture canceled a grant worth $600,000 for the study of menstrual cycles in transgender men, Secretary Brooke Rollins said Friday.
The Southern University Agricultural & Mechanical College in Louisiana was the recipient of the grant, according to a database on USAspending.gov.
"The first occurrence of menstruation occurs at approximately 12 years of age and ends with menopause at roughly 51 years of age," the grant description reads. "A woman will have a monthly menstrual cycle for about 40 years of her life, averaging to about 450 periods over the course of her lifetime."
"It is also important to recognize that transgender men and people with masculine gender identities, intersex and non-binary persons may also menstruate," the description adds. "At any given moment about 26% of the world’s population is menstruating."
The study seeks to "address growing concerns" related to menstruation, including the potential use of natural fibers, such as hemp, in feminine hygiene products. (Read more)

- Lord, thank You for cancelling this grant. Let truth prevail over these foolish “woke” initiatives, and may Your women be protected against any harmful additives to their products.

- “Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.”         (Proverbs 12:19)

3: Report: China's Xi Jinping Is Secretly Terrified by Trump's Recent Moves, Desperately Wants to Avoid Escalation - Western Journal

Even modest exposure to East Asian history should teach American students to respect — and never to underestimate — the Chinese people.
President Donald Trump, the keenest observer of human nature and staunchest defender of American interests at least since President Ronald Reagan, has reportedly recognized China’s subtle-yet-hostile approach to undermining those interests in recent decades and, therefore, has prioritized dealing with that nation accordingly, which has Chinese leaders scrambling to find a strategy that will counter Trump’s bold moves.

In fact, Chinese President Xi Jinping has begun looking to the past for answers, per The Wall Street Journal.

“Soon after Donald Trump won the presidential election in November,” Journal reporters Lingling Wei and Alex Leary wrote in a fascinating story published on Wednesday, “Xi Jinping asked his aides to urgently analyze the Cold War rivalry between the United States and the Soviet Union.” (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that as these aides and Xi himself “analyze” history, may Your Holy Spirit bring repentance and heart change to all.

- “And I will give them one heart, and a new spirit I will put within them. I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 11:19)

4: Dem Senator Wants To Restore Funding To UN Agency That Employed Literal Terrorists - Daily Caller

Democratic Vermont Sen. Peter Welch reintroduced a bill Friday to restore congressional funding to the United Nations’ agency that employed terrorists who participated in Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel.
Welch’s bill would restore U.S. contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), citing the agency’s role as the largest aid provider in Gaza. The United States has not contributed to UNRWA since the Biden administration paused funding to the agency in January 2024 following Israel’s accusation that at least 12 agency employees participated in Hamas’ attack.
UNRWA fired nine employees in August 2024 after finding they participated in the October 7th attacks. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said UNRWA staff with ties to Hamas “must be held accountable.” (Read more)

- Father, we ask that this bill not be adopted in any form. The actions of UNRWA are unconscionable and evil – we pray that it will be destroyed and a righteous organization that truly assists people be raised in its place.

- “The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate.” (Proverbs 8:13)

5: Tulsi Gabbard Reveals CIA’s Swamp ‘Worse’ Than She Thought – Daily Caller

U.S. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard said Thursday evening on Fox News that the CIA’s swamp is ‘worse’ than what she had expected.
Prior to Gabbard’s confirmation on Feb. 12, the CIA reportedly offered payouts to its entire workforce, with Trump administration officials telling The Wall Street Journal that the push was a signal to help those who oppose President Donald Trump’s agenda find other work. On ‘The Ingraham Angle,’ Fox host Laura Ingraham asked Gabbard “on a scale of one to 10,” how “swampy is the intel community?”
“I knew it was bad coming in. It’s worse than I thought in a lot of different ways. I’d love to come back and talk to you as we pull back the layers of getting rid of the weaponization within the intelligence community, the politicization and those who are frankly trying to shape intelligence according to their own view or their own agenda. Rather than just providing our policymakers and the president with that unbiased, accurate, timely intelligence that they need to make their decisions,” Gabbard said. (Read more)

- Lord, we ask that You assist Tulsi Gabbard with cleansing the entire intelligence community. Bring repentance and truth to bear for all leaders.

- “The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.” (Acts 17:30)
6: Trump halts aid to South Africa citing new land law – The Hill

President Trump signed an executive order formally halting all aid to South Africa and urged his Cabinet to come up with a resettlement program for Afrikaners who he claims “are victims of unjust racial discrimination,” citing the country’s new land law intended to combat the racist apartheid era.
In the executive order, which the president inked on Friday, he hammered South Africa for allegedly seizing “ethnic minority Afrikaners’ agricultural property without compensation.” He also went after the nation for taking “aggressive positions” positions against Israel, a U.S. ally, namely over accusing the Jewish State of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
The order states that as long as South Africa’s “unjust and immoral practices” are in place, the U.S. “shall not provide aid or assistance to South Africa and the United States shall promote the resettlement of Afrikaner refugees escaping government-sponsored race-based discrimination, including racially discriminatory property confiscation.”
South Africa has come under the ire of Trump in recent weeks, with the president alleging that the Expropriation Act, which was signed into law by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa last month, is a ”massive Human Rights VIOLATION, at a minimum, is happening for all to see” last weekend. He accused the government of confiscating “land, and treating certain classes of people VERY BADLY.”
In that same post on Truth Social, Trump also indicated he would eventually cut aid, writing “I will be cutting off all future funding to South Africa until a full investigation of this situation has been completed!”
The South African legislation, which was signed in to law in January, permits the government to seize land without compensation where it is “just and equitable and in the public interest” to do so. (Read more)

- Lord, this and other actions by different countries that have in the past received US assistance must be held accountable for actions in direct conflict with Your heart.  We ask that no funds be given to any country that steals from its residents or harms them with these kinds of laws.

- “God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth.” (2 Timothy 2: 25b)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

(Isaiah 42:13)
Thought for the Day
"From the end of the earth I will cry to You,
When my heart is overwhelmed;
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I."

(Psalm 61:2)
