What's Next After House Passes Debt Ceiling
|
|
The U.S. House of Representatives passed bipartisan legislation to suspend the nation’s debt limit through Jan. 1, 2025, despite vocal opposition on both sides of the aisle. The Fiscal Responsibility Act, a fiscal package put together by President Joe Biden, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), and their teams of negotiators, overwhelmingly cleared the lower chamber with a 314-117 vote.
More Democrats voted for the bill than Republicans by a margin of 165 to 149. Of those opposing the package, 71 members were from the GOP caucus and 46 were from the Democrats.
McCarthy championed the bill on the House floor on May 31, telling fellow lawmakers that this “is a crucial first step for putting America back on track. It does what is responsible for our children, what is possible in divided government, and what is required by our principles and promises,” he added. “Yes, it may not include everything we need to do, but it is absolutely what we need to do right now.”
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) echoed McCarthy’s sentiment, telling reporters at a news conference after the vote that this is just the beginning of restoring fiscal responsibility in Washington (The Epoch Times)

-Abba, thank you that our government has started the process needed to avert the US from defaulting on our debt. Beyond that Lord, our hearts are cautious about this or any deal. All areas that have been agreed upon are only as good as those having made the agreement, living into that agreement. As with any deal, promises made and words given must be honored to make the plan actually work. Father God, the Biden regime and others from both sides of the aisle in our congress have proven themselves less than honorable. Time and time again, we have seen agreements broken and words given not kept.
Mighty God, we are asking for nothing less than your perfect will in the final actions on this agreement. We ask you to bring conviction to hearts not seeking your will to be done here as in heaven. We ask for changed minds and hearts. We ask for this law to align perfectly with your intentions financially for our nation. We ask all of this in the name, Elohim, Mighty God. AMEN.

It Isn't Just the Economy That is on the Verge of Collapse
|

We are in far more trouble than most people realize. In recent months, our rapidly growing economic problems have gotten a lot of attention, and without a doubt our economy is heading into really hard times. The greatest debt bubble in the history of the world has started to implode, and the end of this “mega-cycle” is going to cause an immense amount of pain. But if every other element of our society was strong, we could survive that. It may surprise a lot of you to hear me say that, but it is true. If all that we were facing was an economic collapse, it would cause an enormous amount of turmoil in this country but we would make it through.
Unfortunately, we are not just facing an economic collapse.
I like to call what we are facing “the everything collapse”, because virtually every element of our society is steadily breaking down right in front of our eyes. So once our economic and financial systems implode, it won’t just be a matter of patching them up and returning to “normal”, because “normal” doesn’t exist anymore. Abba, there is so much truth in what Mr. Snyder is saying. Yes, our economy is in terrible shape. Yes, crime, drug addiction and homelessness are rampant in our nation and there just doesn't seem to be any "cure" for any of it! We are constantly besieged with information and pictures that create hopelessness, helplessness and despair in our hearts. BUT GOD!
Father God, no matter how much negative stuff is happening in our world, the truth is that You are still in control. You know the answers to all our questions and the pathway out of our heartsick condition. You still reign! You are seated at the right hand of your Father and our Father interceding for us forever! We decree and declare that we will keep our eyes on You, that we will fight against the negative ideas and thoughts that the enemy brings against us because we know how this story ends! YOU WIN! WE WIN! AMEN.

Kari Lake announced last night during a rally that her attorneys just filed a Notice of Appeal in her election lawsuit against Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs’ fraudulent 2022 election.
Hundreds of Arizonans turned out on a Wednesday night to see Kari Lake and former ICE Director under President Trump, Tom Homan, speak at their “Defend America Rally.”
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Kari Lake’s fight against the stolen Arizona Midterm election and her recent trial on signature verification fraud
after the Arizona Supreme Court remanded the claim. Despite the massive evidence of fraud in the Midterm Election and sham signature verification, Judge Peter A. 1. US may buy Israeli silence on Iran in exchange for Saudi peace - JNS
(June 1, 2023 / JNS)
The U.S. seeks to silence Israeli opposition to a revived Iran nuclear deal by offering to broker a Saudi-Israeli normalization deal in exchange, Israel Hayom reported on Thursday.
Israel’s Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer and National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi flew Wednesday to Washington for meetings with U.S. officials about the possible Iran deal, which Israel strongly opposes, and Saudi-Israel relations, which Israel strongly supports.
Although U.S. President Joe Biden once referred to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), or 2015 Iran nuclear deal, as “dead” on the sidelines of a Nov. 4, 2022, mid-term election rally, recent reports suggest his administration is still working towards some kind of agreement. (Read more)

2. IAEA closes two probes into Iran nuclear program - JNS

Confidential reports from the International Atomic Energy Agency released this week show that the U.N. watchdog has closed two investigations into Iranian nuclear sites.
The IAEA has decided to close the file on traces of man-made uranium at the undeclared Marivan site in Abadeh County, in the southern province of Fars. The Vienna-based intergovernmental organization “has no additional questions … and the matter is no longer outstanding at this stage” after receiving a “possible explanation” from Iran, according to the report.
Marivan is one of three undeclared sites where the IAEA said that traces of radioactive material were discovered, the other two being Varamin and Turquzabad.
The IAEA also closed the case at the underground Fordow facility after inspectors found uranium particles enriched to 83.7%. (Read more)

3. After IAEA closes uranium probes, Israel says it bowed to Iranian pressure - Times of Israel
Israel fumed Thursday over a decision by the UN’s atomic watchdog to close an investigation into an Iranian site where secret nuclear activity was suspected, accusing the monitor of caving to pressure from Tehran.
The move by the International Atomic Energy Agency to conclude the probe into traces of man-made uranium found at Marivan, some 525 kilometers (325 miles) southeast of Tehran, “could have extremely dangerous consequences,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lior Haiat said.
“The explanations provided by Iran for the presence of nuclear material at the site are not reliable or technically possible,” Haiat said. “Iran continues to lie to the IAEA and deceive the international community.”
On Wednesday, The Associated Press reported that the IAEA said Iran had satisfied concerns over suspected secret nuclear activity at Marivan and the underground Fordo facility. (Read more)

4. Former IDF deputy chief calls for mass refusal to serve if ultra-Orthodox aren’t drafted - World Israel News
Former MK Yair Golan of the far-left Meretz party, who once served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Israeli military, said that parents should refuse to send their children to the IDF if the current government continues pursuing judicial reform and maintains a long-standing policy of granting draft deferments to ultra-Orthodox men studying in yeshiva.
“We have a lot of tools left in our hands. Up until now it has been a soft fight. But non-violent disobedience has three main tools – demonstration, strike and civil disobedience,” Golan said in a recent podcast appearance.
“It should be clear to this government that the reservists simply will not show up for duty. A country that sends me to risk my life is obligated to me, and if the government reneges on its commitment to its citizens and if it denies me my basic freedoms as a citizen, there is no reason for me to serve this government.”
Golan, however, took his encouragement of refusals a step further, calling upon 18-year-olds who typically draft after graduating from high school to avoid military service. (Read more)

5. Watch: Israeli Minister attacked in Los Angeles - Israel National News
As Israeli Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Ofir Akunis, lounged poolside in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday, he was surprised by a trespasser who ran toward him while harassing him.
In a video seemingly filmed by the protester, he can be heard screaming "Shame" in Hebrew. "You stole, you cheated!" the protester alleged, adding, "We won't leave you alone. We served as officers in the army. Three people in my family died in the War of Independence. Go cry to Bibi!" After yelling some more in both Hebrew and English, the man was escorted off the premises.
Akunis was due to speak on Tuesday at an event at BioscienceLA, a Los Angeles-area center for life science innovation, but canceled. “I have to apologize on behalf of the minister,” Hillel Newman, the Israeli consul general in Los Angeles, said from the podium. “In the end, he decided he’s not coming. He said that he felt that his presence here might cause more provocations of the people outside and the protesters, and he said he didn’t want to bring a bad feeling or bad vibes to anything associated with him and the state of Israel.” (Read more)

1. Amazon Reaches $30.8 Million dollar Settlement in FTC Complaints Over Ring Doorbell Surveillance, Use of Childrens Voice Recordings with Alexa – The Epoch Times
Amazon has agreed to pay the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) $30.8 million to settle claims that it allowed employees and third-party contractors of its Ring video camera doorbell unit to surveil customers in their homes and illegally retained children’s voice recordings through its Alexa app.
According to an FTC press release, Amazon’s Ring doorbell company was charged with compromising its customers’ privacy by allowing employees and third-party contractors, including some based in Ukraine, to access consumers’ private videos, and use the videos to train algorithms without their consent. It buried information claiming it had a right to use such recordings for “product improvement and development” in its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
In one such example of violations of users’ privacy, one company employee allegedly watched thousands of video recordings belonging to one female customer who had purchased Ring cameras and placed them in “intimate” places across her home, including in her bedroom and bathroom. (Read more) |

2. Robert F. Kennedy Jr Rolls Out Campaign Against WHO’s Impending Power Grab – Pandemic.news
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., chairman and founder of the Children’s Health Defense (CHD), urged the public to sign a petition against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) impending power grab via the amendment of International Health Regulations (IHR) and the intimately related Pandemic Treaty, which aims to take over the power and dominion on all matters of health over and above the sovereignty of its 194 member states.
Despite catastrophic public health failures during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the WHO has been negotiating for the new rules for dealing with pandemics with a target date of May 2024 for a legally binding agreement to be adopted by the United Nation’s (UN) member countries. 3. Joe Biden Takes Huge Fall on Stage at Air Force Academy Graduation - Breitbart
President Joe Biden took a huge fall on stage at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation ceremony Thursday. Video shows Biden, 80, start to walk quickly off center stage when he trips and stumbles, tumbling to his knees and nearly ending up on all fours.
Personnel quickly picked him up before he hobbled behind a barrier.
According to the White House pool report, he seemed to trip “on a black sandbag on the stage” but appeared “to be ok and continued to stand until the ceremony ended a few minutes later.”
Published Monday, a Washington Post-backed focus group by the research firms Engagious and Sago offered terrible assessments from voters of Biden’s physical abilities and cognitive acuity during his stint as president of the United States.
Many of the swing state voters in the group called the 80-year-old president “too old” and speculated about if he has dementia.
According to a Yahoo News/YouGov poll, strong majorities of Americans have concerns about Biden’s “health and mental acuity,” including three in four Democrats, with 50 percent being either “very” or “somewhat” concerned and 26 percent being “slightly” concerned, a May poll found.
A majority of voters sampled by Quinnipiac polling this week also believe President Joe Biden is too old to serve a second term as president of the United States. (Read more)

4. HOAX Exposed: COVID Killed Zero Young People of Good Health, Israeli Data Show – Pandemic.News
Newly released data show that
not a single healthy young person under the age of 50 has died from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) in Israel, ever.
The Israel Ministry of Health (MOH) admitted in response to a formal request from an attorney that there have been “zero deceased of 18-49 years of age with no underlying morbidities,” meaning anyone under age 50 who was not already seriously ill with a pre-existing health condition has ever died from the disease.
Such an admission affirms what many skeptics have been saying all along about the fact that COVID was never a threat to healthy people. The disease was blown entirely out of proportion, in other words – if not completely fabricated as a cover story for just another flu season combined with new health-destroying government tyranny such as mask mandates and forced lockdowns.
“Zero is a very, very clear number, and cannot be subject to interpretation,” said Yoav Yehezkelli, a specialist in internal medicine and medical management who formerly held lectures in the Department of Emergency and Disaster Management at Tel Aviv University.

5. Meta Threatens to Pull News Feeds Over California’s Journalism Preservation Act – The Epoch Times
Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, is threatening to pull news feeds on its platforms for California residents if the state legislature passes the Journalism Preservation Act.
In a statement posted on Twitter on May 31, Meta expressed its opposition to the proposal AB 886, which requires big tech companies to pay news outlets a journalism usage fee, is made into law.
The proposed law is aimed at reversing a decline in California’s local news sector.The statement was Meta’s first official comment specifically addressing AB 886. (Read more)

6. Multiple Companies Launch AI Powered Censorship Tools Targetting “Misinformation” on Podcasts – LifeSite News
Brand safety analysis reportedly 'involves flagging so-called high-risk speech within podcasts and determining podcasts' suitability for advertising.'
Podcasts seem to be the next target of internet censorship as multiple industry leaders have recently launched AI-powered tools to detect “misinformation” and controversial content that goes against the mainstream narrative. Researchers at the Brookings Institute have called for the top-down censorship that has been practiced on social media to expand to podcasts as well. Many companies have apparently answered that call as censorship tools known as AI-powered “brand safety analyses” are currently being rolled out.
According to a video report by Reclaim The Net, brand safety analysis “involves flagging so-called high-risk speech within podcasts and determining podcasts suitability for advertising.” The report names three companies that have recently launched AI-powered tools that analyze podcasts for “brand safety:” Sounder, NewsGuard, and Barometer. 7. Artificial Intelligence Poses “Threat of Extinction”, Warns ChatGPT Founder and Other AI Pioneers - ZeroHedge
Artificial intelligence tools have captured the public’s attention in recent months, but many of the people who helped develop the technology are now warning that greater focus should be placed on ensuring it doesn’t bring about the end of human civilization.
A group of more than 350 AI researchers, journalists, and policymakers signed a brief statement saying, “Mitigating the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority alongside other societal-scale risks such as pandemics and nuclear war.”
The letter was organized and published by the Center for AI Safety (CAIS) on Tuesday. Among the signatories was Sam Altman, who helped co-found OpenAI, the developer of the artificial intelligence writing tool ChatGPT. Other OpenAI members also signed on, as did several members of Google and Google’s DeepMind AI project, and other rising AI projects. 8. Israel concerned by reports US-Iran nuclear deal imminent - JNS.org
Israel is worried by reports of an interim nuclear agreement between the United States and Iran being reached “in the coming days and weeks,” Israeli media reported on Monday.
Specifically, Jerusalem is concerned about a deal that would allow the regime in Tehran to freeze part of its nuclear activities in exchange for the lifting of U.S. sanctions, according to Kan News.
A source close to the White House told Kan that “diplomacy is the best way to stop Iran from having nuclear weapons,” and it was reported that messages have been broadcast between Washington and Tehran on the nuclear issue. (Read more)

If Israel is correct and the US is close to ANY deal with Iran that includes giving them more money, irrelevant of what they have promised, what are they thinking? Iran has never kept its word in a nuclear agreement, what makes the US assume they will now? Iran has been shown to totally ignore any agreement by lying and hiding what they are actually doing.

We are asking that you raise up such an outcry against any deal that it will be impossible for the Biden Regime to complete this ill advised plan. We are asking you to stop it dead in its tracks. Dr James Lyons-Weiler, an American scientist discredited by big pharma and the government, is adding his voice to what many of us reporting on COVID have been considering. Lyons-Weiler writes on his substack, “Hospital protocolists sticking to the strict hand-me-down highly profitable “COVID protocol” may have doomed a majority of admitted COVID-19 patients to death due to a perfect storm of institutional failure.” He cites a National Institutes of Health study that found “unresolved respiratory infections–not necessarily those involved in SARS-CoV-2–were present in people who failed to “respond” to mechanical ventilation.” The government-big pharma-media conglomerate COVID handling may be the crime of the century.
Lyons-Weiler states: “The study leads to the stunning potential that perhaps 58% of “COVID” cases were respiratory issues other than COVID (43% bacterial pneumonia, 16% non-pathogen causes of respiratory failure). Treated as “COVID”, these patients were doomed to a fate of non-treatment due to mis- or under-diagnosis. It is unclear what percentage of deaths attributed to COVID-19 could have been prevented via a standard therapy for bacterial pneumonia, but it is potentially very high. [Dr. Anthony] Fauci’s prescription–sending patients home to do nothing… drove the COVID-19 death rate up far higher than it had to be.” Indeed, the death rate between vaccinated and unvaccinated was likely negligible. Astronomy news: New record set during private SpaceX mission
|
|
For a short period of time this week, 17 people were orbiting the Earth, breaking a previous spaceflight record set less than two years ago.

Humans have been making trips into space since the 1960s, but a recent launch propelled the history of spaceflight into a new chapter.
For a little over 24 hours, from late Monday into Tuesday night, 17 people were orbiting the Earth, according to SPACE.com. The tally included six Chinese taikonauts on the Tiangong space station, seven people on the International Space Station, and a crew of four on the private Axiom-2 SpaceX mission. The number climbed to 17 on Monday after China launched a new crew of three to its space station, and fell to 13 when the Axiom-2 mission returned to Earth on Tuesday night.
Previously, the record for the most people orbiting the planet at one time was 14, set in September of 2021. Read More

4,166 Baptized at Historic Beach from Jesus Movement

Another big sign of spiritual revival in America just took place at a historic location in California. More than 4,000 people were baptized in Pirate's Cove on Pentecost Sunday to celebrate not only the gift of eternal life but to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Jesus Movement. Oceans Church organized Baptize SoCal – an event advertised as "the biggest water baptism in history". The huge event coincided with a major anniversary of the Christian awakening that saw hundreds of thousands of young people come to Christ in the 60s and 70s. More than 280 churches and 8,000 attendees watched as 4,166 people fled to the shore of Pirates Cove to declare their new life in Christ.
Attendees report the atmosphere was electric as people praised God and celebrated their "Kingdom family.' What an amazing and historic day," said musician and pastor at West Coast Life Church, Ray Gene Wilson. "Thousands baptized at Pirates Cove, God is moving in California! A moment I'll never forget," one attendee commented on Instagram. "This is absolutely amazing praying for all in their new walk with Jesus…. Welcome to the Kingdom family," another Instagram user commented. Worship leader Lindy Cofer said, "The Church is alive! What a beautiful sight in Southern California yesterday!!!
