Majority of American Teens ‘Very Motivated’ to Know More About Jesus, Survey Finds
|

|
While church attendance in the U.S. has steadily declined over the last century, teenagers in America are still interested in knowing more about Jesus. A recent survey from Barna Research found a vast majority of American teens (77%) are at least “somewhat motivated” to learn more about the Son of God. The researchers behind the new survey see the openness to learning about God as “encouraging news” that presents an opportunity for engagement with younger Americans. “This generation tends to believe there’s something out there more powerful than them,” reads a report on the data. “Still, many remain hesitant to embrace religion or churchgoing. Church leaders should recognize that teens’ openness to learning about Jesus represents a significant opportunity for meaningful engagement — but this requires a thoughtful approach, given Gen Z’s hesitancy toward religion and the church.”
The data found 52% of U.S.-based teenagers are “very motivated” and 25% are “somewhat motivated” to know more about Jesus. With that in mind, the researchers suggested, “Leaders would do well to create spaces for open dialogue where teens can explore their questions about Jesus without pressure.” Pew Research Center data from 2018 found 80% of Americans reported believing in God, but only a slim majority (56%) said they believed in the Lord “as described in the Bible.” At the time, Barna’s David Kinnaman said those results were encouraging. “Though religious affiliation and church attendance continue to decline, spiritual openness and curiosity are on the rise,” he said. “Across every generation, in fact, we see an unprecedented desire to grow spiritually, a belief in a spiritual/supernatural dimension and a belief in God or a higher power.” (Faithwire) Read More and Watch Video Here |

Trump Says He Wants Details Provided About His 2 Assassination Attempts

‘I want to find out about the two assassins. ... why did one guy have six cell phones and why did the other guy have [foreign] apps?’ the president says.
President Donald Trump said he wants the Secret Service to provide him with information about the two attempts on his life last year, including details about both suspects—Ryan Routh and Thomas Matthew Crooks.
“I’m entitled to know,” Trump told the New York Post in an exclusive interview published on Feb. 8. “I want to find out about the two assassins. ... Why did the one guy have six cell phones and why did the other guy have [foreign] apps?”
Routh had multiple cellular phones in his car, according to federal prosecutors in a detention memo released in September. Regarding the apps, Trump was referring to reports, citing anonymous sources, that Crooks’s phone had foreign encrypted apps.
The president alleged that information related to the attempts was withheld by the administration of his predecessor President Joe Biden.
“No more holding back because of Biden. ... I’m entitled to know. And they held it back long enough,” Trump told the newspaper. “No excuses.”
Routh, 58, was arrested after allegedly lying in wait for the president as he played golf at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Sept. 15. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Venezuela Sends 2 Planes to the US, Fetches 190 Deportees
|
|
|
Individuals allegedly affiliated with Tren de Aragua will undergo a rigorous investigation as soon as they land, a Venezuelan official said.
Two Venezuelan planes returned to Caracas carrying illegal immigrants from the United States on Monday, following the January deal between the two governments on deportation flights.
Deportation flights from the United States to Venezuela had been halted for years except for a brief period in October 2023.
The White House confirmed the flights in a Feb. 10 statement on social media platform X.
“Repatriation flights to Venezuela have resumed,” the post stated. “MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN.”
The Associated Press reported that the planes returned to Venezuela with about 190 deportees onboard.
The flights are operated by Venezuelan airline Conviasa, according to a statement from the Venezuelan Minister of Information and Communication Freddy Náñez. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Musk Defends DOGE's Work Next to Trump in Oval Office
|

At President Donald Trump's invitation, Elon Musk defended the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on Tuesday, speaking at length from the Oval Office in response to the pushback the initiative has received.
"The people voted for major government reform and that's what the people are going to get," Musk said, according to The Hill. "That's what democracy is all about." The tech mogul also said he wants to place "commonsense controls" on government, and argued that his ideas are not "draconian."
Musk appeared unconcerned about the perception of personal conflicts of interest, responding that "transparency is what builds trust" when asked about dueling loyalties.
The first few weeks of Trump's second presidency have been marked by a slew of lawsuits and pushback from Democrat lawmakers and unions as Musk has led an expansive effort to dismantle federal agencies and pare down the federal workforce through employee buy outs.
Tuesday's appearance reportedly featured invited press who had gathered to hear the world's richest man defend his objectives next to, and at the invitation of, the leader of the free world. Sporting a black "Make America Great Again" baseball cap, Musk said that federal bureaucracy cannot wield more power than any elected representative. One of Musk's young children joined him in the Oval Office, reportedly tugging on his coat at times.
On Tuesday, Trump said it was "crazy" that DOGE had been able to root out so much "fraud" and "waste" in the federal government, claiming he never thought auditors would "find this much." (Newsmax) Read more here.

We ask You to go before Elon Musk and all who are working with him, give them all knowledge and understanding as they audit our government agencies. We ask for supernatural wisdom to find and root out wasteful spending and spending that goes against President Trump's vision for our country.
We ask for favor with all judges that will hear the numerous lawsuits that have been filed to stop President Trump from keeping his promises to the people who voted him back into office. We ask for Your perfect will to be done in the decisions made in each of the lawsuits, that You will block the hand of the enemy from trying to change circumstances and times of all that You have ordained and intended to be accomplished in and through Your son, Donald.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your voice to be loud and clear as President Trump continues to put in place the changes "we the people" voted for in this land.
We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all.

Rubio: Hamas is ‘pure evil’ and must be ‘eradicated’
|
|
|
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Monday described Hamas as an “evil” and “monstrous” organization that must be wiped out.
During an interview on conservative talk radio channel SiriusXM Patriot, the top American diplomat condemned the terrorist group for its treatment of hostages.
“This is an evil organization. Hamas is evil. It’s pure evil. These are monsters. These are savages. That’s a group that needs to be eradicated,” he said.
He warned that its continued dominance in Gaza would prevent regional stability in the Middle East.
Rubio argued that the biggest challenge to a two-state solution is governance, and that peace is impossible if Gaza is controlled by terrorist groups committed to Israel’s destruction. He questioned why any nation would accept a neighboring state ruled by terrorists.
He also pointed out the extensive war damage in Gaza, including unexploded munitions, and highlighted that while U.S. President Donald Trump has proposed solutions, other regional leaders have yet to take meaningful action. (JNS.org) Read more here.

We ask for supernatural vision and wisdom as he and President Trump continue making decisions on how best to "fix" Gaza and how to care for the Gazan's during this time of rebuilding. Father God, You know the best answer already. Please speak to both President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio so they will know the best answer, too. Give them Your understanding of how this is to be done, show them the pathways that You have already put in place, guide and direct each decision along the way. We ask You to protect the Gazan's who don't support Hamas, those who just want to live in peace and safety in their own homes. Lord God, we ask You to make a way where there doesn't seem to be a way. 1. Proof of life emerges for hostage Omri Miran after 495 days in Gaza - JNS
(Feb. 12, 2025 / Israel Hayom) A recently released hostage has provided the first confirmation in months that Omri Miran, 47, held captive in Gaza, was alive and in relatively stable condition as of July.
“We received confirmation of Omri’s condition through one of the returned hostages,” his brother Boaz revealed on Tuesday, speaking about Omri, who has now been in captivity for 495 days. “They shared that his condition was generally stable during their time together when they were being held in both tunnels and residential buildings.”
However, Boaz emphasized the dated nature of this information, noting that their last contact was in July, when Hamas separated the hostages.
“Everything we know is only valid until that point of separation. The situation could have changed dramatically since then, so while we’re grateful for any information, it doesn’t provide much comfort. (Read more)

2. Hamas official: Hostage release to go on as planned - Israel National News
A Hamas official has said that the terror group will release hostages as planned on Saturday, Kan News reported.
The official stressed that the terror group will not release all of the hostages on Saturday - only those set to be released under the agreement already signed.
On Monday, US President Donald Trump warned Hamas, “As far as I'm concerned, if all of the hostages aren't returned by Saturday at 12:00 o'clock, I think it's an appropriate time, I would say cancel it and all bets are off and let hell break out.”
“I'd say they ought to be returned by 12:00 o'clock on Saturday. And if they're not returned, all of them, not in drips and drabs, not two and one and three and four and two, Saturday at 12:00 o'clock. And after that, I would say all hell is going to break out,” he added.

3. Hamas claims ‘positive signs’ as Qatar, Egypt scramble to resolve Gaza truce crisis - Times of Israel
As Israeli and American officials continued to threaten Hamas on Wednesday, several reports said Egypt and Qatar were intensifying efforts to save the Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal, with Cairo and the Palestinian terror group reportedly optimistic that the impasse could be solved.
The ceasefire has looked increasingly fragile since Hamas said this week it was postponing the release of any more Israeli hostages held in Gaza until further notice, accusing Israel of violating the terms of the ceasefire agreement. US President Donald Trump then warned that “hell will break loose” if the hostages are not released by noon on Saturday, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu subsequently added that Israel will resume “intense fighting” if Hamas does not meet the deadline.

5. Australian Nurses Threaten to Kill Israeli Patients, Leading Jews to Question Safety at Country’s Hospitals - Algemeiner
An Australian hospital is reviewing patient records after two nurses were caught on video vowing to kill Israeli patients, prompting swift action from authorities. One of the nurses has since expressed remorse through a family member and is suffering “extreme panic attacks” in the wake of the scandal, according to her uncle.
The incident at Bankstown Hospital in Sydney unfolded after a video surfaced online showing Ahmad Nadir and fellow nurse Sarah Abu Lebdeh — both of whom posed as doctors — making inflammatory statements during a night shift discussion with Israeli social media personality Max Veifer. The footage, which circulated widely, featured Lebdeh stating she would refuse to treat an Israeli patient and would instead kill them, while Nadir used a throat-slitting gesture when he confessed to having already killed many.
“It’s Palestine’s country, not your country, you piece of s—t,” Lebdeh told Veifer.
“One day your time will come, and you will die the most disgusting death,” she added in a sentence riddled with obscenities.

Egypt is threatening to end the decades-old peace treaty with Israel, according to a report by a Qatari newspaper, if the Trump administration terminates American aid to Egypt over Cairo’s opposition to the Gaza resettlement plan.
On Tuesday, Al Araby al-Jadeen cited multiple diplomatic sources claiming that Egypt’s president, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, has suspended plans to meet with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, amid the continuing disagreement between the two leaders over Trump’s Gaza resettlement plan.
On February 1, Trump spoke with el-Sisi by phone, the White House said, making no mention of the U.S. president’s Gaza plan, though a readout of the call said they discussed the Gaza Strip. 2. USAID provided assistance to Al Qaeda, Hezbollah terrorists – World Israel News
As increasingly more cases of fraud and corruption are exposed at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), two more cases of its support of Muslim terrorists have come to light. The New York Post reported Tuesday that an Israeli soldier had found boxes marked “USAID” among a cache of sniper rifles, anti-tank missiles, and explosives in a village in southern Lebanon.
Asher Fredman, who in civilian life is the executive director of the Misgav Institute for National Security and Zionist Strategy, told the daily that he had found the items in a village set up to be a “forward base” for Hezbollah in its plans to invade Israel. NGO Monitor founder Gerald Steinberg said last week that “the folks at USAID knew that taxpayers’ money and ‘emergency assistance’ went to terrorists.”
In just one example of many, according to a source quoted by the Washington Free Beacon, less than a week before Hamas’s Oct. 7 invasion of Israel, USAID handed $900,000 “to a terror charity in Gaza involved with the son of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.” (Read more) |

3. Under Biden, American Universities Raked In Nearly $1 Billion From Mystery Offshore Donors, Including Some Linked to China - Free Beacon
American universities raked in nearly a billion dollars in the past four years from mystery donors in offshore tax havens, according to records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon. While the universities listed the unnamed donations as coming from places like Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, the Free Beacon traced millions of dollars back to donors linked to China.
The news comes as the Trump administration prepares to crack down on foreign influence on college campuses, following years of Biden administration policies that have shielded the names of foreign university donors from the public.
Since 2021, U.S. universities reported receiving over $600 million from donors in Bermuda, $280 million from Guernsey, $25 million from the British Virgin Islands, $25 million from the Bahamas, $17.5 million from Cayman Islands, and $11 million from the island of Jersey, Department of Education records show. While universities are required to disclose those foreign donors to the federal government under Section 117 of the Higher Education Act, the Biden administration broke precedent with prior administrations by withholding the names of foreign donors to the public. 4. Florida 'brothel' allegedly run by illegal immigrants shut down after victim's desperate phone call - DML News
Two Guatemalan illegal immigrants are accused of human trafficking after police found two women at a residence in Lake Worth Beach that was “actively being used as a brothel,” according to authorities. Yudvin and Glin Zunigalatin are charged with human trafficking, deriving proceeds from prostitution, holding a house of ill fame and resisting, according to county records. Glin Zunigalatin is also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and sexual battery.
Authorities initially responded to the suspects’ residence after they received a phone call around 7:45 a.m. on Feb. 9 from a young woman who reported being held against her will, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

5. IDF bolsters forces at Gaza border in case ceasefire collapses - JNS.org
The Israel Defense Forces is increasing troop reinforcements and mobilizing reservists in the Southern Command following Hamas’s announcement that it would delay releasing hostages.
Describing the reinforcement as “extensive,” the IDF confirmed on Tuesday the deployment of additional brigades and special forces units to the Southern Command. These units will supplement the existing defenses provided by the 162nd Division and the Gaza Division along the Gaza border and the Philadelphi Corridor.
Several more brigades are on standby for potential deployment, and additional divisions are preparing for possible operations in Gaza, depending on how the situation unfolds. (Read more)

President Donald Trump said he had a "lengthy" call with Vladimir Putin on Wednesday, which included the Russian leader agreeing to "immediately" begin negotiations over the war in Ukraine.
"We agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other’s Nations," Trump posted to Truth Social on Wednesday. "We have also agreed to have our respective teams start negotiations immediately, and we will begin by calling President Zelenskyy, of Ukraine, to inform him of the conversation, something which I will be doing right now. I have asked Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, and Ambassador and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, to lead the negotiations which, I feel strongly, will be successful." Stupidocrisy: The Resistance

There is no excuse for those who are resisting the exposure of all the graft and corruption that has piled up in the US government over the past several years. If they are against this exposure, they are immoral and of an unsound character. Nothing less, nothing more. Romans 1:18 says, “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them.” Romans goes on to say that God’s creation, even his eternal power and Godhead, are understood, therefore, “they are without excuse.” There is no excuse for trying to pawn off the evil that is being exposed as good. None.
But instead of admitting that this corruption is systemic and working to do the right thing by exposing it and ending it, the resistance is trying to make their case to America that ending corruption threatens your freedom. This is preposterous. Throughout the Democratic Party—from Congress to the courts to nonprofit advocacy organizations—there is a call to arms. Literally, they have declared war on those who would stand for a housecleaning of the deepest corruption known in American history. Trump lands key Tulsi Gabbard confirmation following uphill Senate battle

President Donald Trump continued his successful Cabinet confirmation roll on Wednesday, with Tulsi Gabbard officially being approved by the Senate to become his director of national intelligence (DNI).
She became his 14th Cabinet confirmation following the 52-48 vote on Wednesday. The vote was party-line, with the exception of former GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., who opposed Gabbard.
Despite an uphill battle before her first hurdle in the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the former Democratic representative managed to come back and get key Republicans to support her in her bid to oversee the nation's intelligence agencies.
With the coordinated and persuasive assistance of Chairman Tom Cotton, R-Ark., and Vice President JD Vance, crucial senators who had lingering concerns about Gabbard were convinced to back her in the crucial committee vote last week, including Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Todd Young, R-Ind.
Her success came despite the impassioned plea of Vice Chairman Mark Warner, D-Va., and Democrats, who all opposed Trump's DNI pick.
"We need leaders in the Intelligence Community and throughout government who are prepared to stand up to short-sighted attempts to attack our workforce at the expense of our national security. Unfortunately, I do not believe Ms. Gabbard is such a leader. Nor is she well-suited, by dint of experience or judgment, to serve as director of national intelligence," he explained on the chamber floor on Monday.
But Warner failed to persuade any Republicans, and Gabbard's nomination advanced past its last obstacle on Monday evening. The vote passed by a party-line margin of 52-46. (Fox News) Read more here.

Congress Passes H.R. 7:
"No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act"

Rep. Chris Smith (R-OH) has introduced H.R. 7 - the "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2023."
Senator Josh Hawley is writing a companion bill to be introduced in the Senate.

On January 25, 2025, Trump signed an executive order once again banning taxpayer funding of abortion.
But abortion funding has become a political football where one administration bans abortion funding only to have the next administration return to funding the slaughter of innocents with taxpayer dollars.
The only way to stop the back and forth is to PERMANENTLY ban taxpayer-funding abortions through legislation — and HR 7 does just that.
The measure not only ends direct taxpayer funding of abortion, but it also prevents government-subsidized insurance from covering abortion as well.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER - UKRAINE

On February 12, 2025, history was made as Ukraine passed into law a national day of prayer. It will be observed annually on February 24th. Ukraine is now the second country after the United States to have a national day of prayer written into law. I sense there will be many more nations to come.

For those of you at our NPC conference, you heard the story of how God was miraculously moving to make this a reality. Our time of prayer interceding together for this moment was powerful and, I believe, shook Heaven and Earth. Glenn Sheppard, one of our Executive Board members, recounted the history of our own National Day of Prayer for America, and there are some interesting parallels. One in particular is the speed at which they occurred. When our law was amended in 1988, it happened so unusually fast that only God could have orchestrated such timing. We just witnessed the same thing in Ukraine and their parliament.
Friends, let’s continue to pray for Ukraine and for the nations to see the blessing of a national day of prayer of their own.
One other note…thank you to those who attended our NPC conference in New Orleans. God met us supernaturally. My heart is still full! It was an honor to be with you. The sessions were all recorded and will be available soon. I will notify you when that happens.

NASA to bring Boeing astronauts home days earlier than expected after SpaceX capsule switch-up
|

|
(CNN) — NASA on Tuesday said it may bring home Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams — the two astronauts who launched on Boeing Starliner’s first crewed test flight and have remained on the space station months longer than expected — a couple weeks sooner than previously announced.
The space agency said it was able to adjust the schedule because it opted to swap the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule it will use to fly its Crew-10 mission, which will now launch as soon as March 12 “pending mission readiness.” The new date could put Williams and Wilmore’s scheduled return days ahead of schedule, as the space agency previously said it was targeting late March.
The Crew-10 astronauts must arrive at the International Space Station before Williams and Wilmore, who are currently assigned to the Crew-9 mission, can complete their rotation on the orbiting laboratory and head back to Earth.
The Crew-9 spacecraft, the Crew Dragon Freedom that’s currently docked to the space station, can “return to Earth following a several day handover period with the newly arrived Crew-10 expedition crew,” according to a statement from the US space agency.
The announcement comes after SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and President Donald Trump sowed confusion about the Starliner astronauts’ situation and attempted to claim credit for their return on a SpaceX capsule — a plan that had been in place for months. Read More
