Supreme Court Rejects Conspiracy Theory-Laden Case Against Dominion Voting Systems
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday morning declined to take up a case where a group of voters sued a private and prominent voting machine company under the statute that authorizes federal civil rights lawsuits to be filed against government agents and state actors.

In an orders list, with no discussion or noted dissent, the nation’s high court denied certiorari in the case stylized as Kevin O’Rourke, et al. v. Dominion Voting Systems, et al., effectively dismissing the case.

The lead plaintiff in the case, Kevin O’Rourke, has tried and failed to represent a class of eight people from five different states, seven of whom voted during the 2020 election. One of them, Neil Yarbrough, is identified as a “disgruntled voter” who did not vote.

The underlying claims are based on a conspiracy theory that “hundreds of thousands of votes” were switched in the 2020 presidential election “as a result of the systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities” in software used by Dominion’s voting systems. Moreover, the original lawsuit claims Dominion’s voting systems are “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

In the petition for writ of certiorari, Michigan-based attorney Ernest J. Walker wrote that his clients later filed an amended lawsuit, which “further details their factual allegations against Dominion, which included averments concerning the unconstitutional adjudication process integral to Dominion’s voting systems.” (Law & Crime) Read more here.

- Father God, we give this case to You, our Judge, asking that a way may yet be found in the judicial branch for a righteous decision to be made so that election
integrity can yet be established in the 2020 election.

- "For the Lord is our judge,
The Lord is our lawgiver,
The Lord is our king;
He will save us—"

FBI Coordination With Big Tech Censorship Ahead of 2020 Election Revealed in Agent Deposition, Missouri AG Says

Officials from the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security frequently met with major social media companies ahead of the 2020 election and pointed out users and pieces of content for removal, according to information from a deposition of a senior FBI agent revealed by a state Attorney General.

“We found that the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech—from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns,” said Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt in a Dec. 2 series of tweets, three days after deposing Special Agent Elvis Chan, who is in charge of cyber affairs at the FBI San Francisco Field Office.

Chan has given major social media companies warnings that have led them to censor information about a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, shortly before the election that put Biden in office, according to a lawsuit against the Biden administration led by Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.

The laptop contained information about Hunter Biden’s overseas dealings that appears to indicate attempts to sell access to his father, who at the time was vice president.

The suit alleges the administration violated the First Amendment by influencing social media to censor speech, including the laptop story. Some survey data suggests Biden might have lost the election if his voters were aware of the information. (Epoch Times) Read more.

- Thank You, O Lord, that many hidden things are now being revealed about the corrupt practices that have been ongoing inside the FBI. We forgive all, and we do thank You for the many agents within the FBI who are honest, hard-working and diligent, in Your name, Holy One, amen and amen.

- "For nothing is hidden, except to be revealed; nor has anything been secret, but that it would come to light." (Mark 4:22)

IRGC chief: We will turn the world into a graveyard for US, Israel, Saudi policies

(December 4, 2022 / JNS) Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami, the commander-in-chief of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), predicted that Israel would soon fall and Iran will use the impending “world war” as a “graveyard” for the policies of the United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia and their allies.

According to a report by MEMRI, Salami, in a speech that was broadcast on Ofogh TV (Iran) on Nov. 27, said, “Rest assured that we will witness the collapse of the Zionist regime, but we will never witness any serious damage to our revolution.”

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Putin's unusual request of Israel - Israel National News

Senior Israeli and Russian officials have been holding talks in recent days, Kan 11 News reported on Sunday.

According to the report, the purpose of the conversations was, among other things, to make sure that Israel would not interfere with the transfer of air defense measures that Russia is taking out of Syrian territory to the Ukrainian area.

Reshet Bet radio reported that a Russian official who is close to the Kremlin warned about a week ago that a Russian loss on the battlefield could lead to a wave of antisemitism against Jews. According to the report, the Russian official told an Israeli official, "The fact that Russia is losing the war in Ukraine will cause a search for scapegoats." (Read more)

2. Left outraged after Smotrich secures foothold in Civil Administration powers - Israel Hayom

Prime Minister Yair Lapid slammed Prime Minister-elect Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday after Israel Hayom reported that he agreed to hand over effective control over key powers in the Civil Administration to the Religious Zionist Party, granting his future coalition partners unprecedented influence over appointments relating to the control of Judea and Samaria.

"If these appointments of the coordinator for government activities in the territories and the head of the Civil Administration are going to be expropriated from the Defense Ministry, this would be blatant and dangerous political meddling in Israel's security and the IDF's freedom of action," Lapid tweeted. "This decision would make the next defense minister the most weakened defense minister in Israel's history even before he is sworn in."

Under the deal that Israel Hayom has obtained, the Religious Zionist Party would get to have a minister within the Defense Ministry who would decide on the two key appointments, which have a direct impact on the daily lives of both Jews and Arabs in the West Bank. (Read more)

3. Report: IDF Chief of Staff says coalition deals 'break chain of command' - Israel National News

IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi strongly criticizes the granting of powers in Judea and Samaria to Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben-Gvir and Religious Zionism party chairman Bezalel Smotrich in the coalition agreements, Channel 13 News reported.

According to the report, Kochavi, who is expected to end his term soon, claimed in closed conversations, claimed that the splitting of powers which previously belonged solely to the Defense Ministry to give them to Ben-Gvir and Smotrich "breaks the chain of command."

Senior security officials warn that "this will create anarchy, which will damage Israel's international standing and create two different legal systems in the territories: one for the Jews and one for the Palestinians." (Read more)

4. Lapid on Netanyahu’s ‘sedition’ accusation: You ain’t seen nothing yet - World Israel News

Outgoing Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid on Monday shot back at his prospective successor’s accusation that his call on municipalities to flout the incoming government’s directives amount to sedition.

“Prime Minister-designate Benjamin] Netanyahu said this week that the fact that I am calling on the heads of the authorities not to cooperate with [Noam Party leader Avi] Maoz is sedition. There is no limit to this man’s shamelessness,” Lapid said at a meeting of his Yesh Atid Party.

“If you think what I’ve been saying the last few days is rebellious, I have news for you; You ain’t seen nothing yet,” he added. (Read more)

5. Top military intel officer: West Bank violence only going to get worse - Times of Israel

A top Israeli intelligence official said Monday he believed the escalating situation in the West Bank would only get worse in the coming year and that Israel was not  merely facing a “wave of terror,” as many officials have described it.

The head of the Israel Defense Forces’ Military Intelligence Research Department, Brig. Gen. Amit Saar, said the rising violence in the West Bank will be Israel’s second most challenging issue in 2023, after Iran.

Speaking at a conference hosted by Gazit, a military think tank, Saar said: “People can say nothing has changed… the terror is seasonal, every few years we have a wave and afterward it calms down and comes back. There are people in the security establishment who believe this to be the case, but I think otherwise. (Read more)

1. North Carolina power substation taken out by gunfire: Sheriff - Fox News

Over 40,000 Moore County, North Carolina residents were powerless on Sunday afternoon after two substations were taken out by gunfire on Saturday night, according to police.

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields said in a Facebook post on Saturday that just after 7 p.m. on that night, several communities across the county began to experience power outages.

Duke Energy, which operates the power grid in the county, responded to at least two different substations and there was evidence of intentional vandalism at both, Fields said.

"We faced something last night here in Moore County we have never faced before," Fields said during a Facebook Live press conference on Sunday afternoon.

The sheriff gave a few more details about the situation, saying there was extensive damage found at two substations caused by multiple gunshots, which caused power outages primarily in the central and northern portions of the county. (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that You will reveal the perpetrators of this vandalism, and ask that You help those who are without power in an extremely cold time of the year.

2. Elon Musk says he faces a quite significant risk of being Assassinated - Fox Business

Elon Musk said Saturday evening that there is "definitely some risk" to his personal safety during an extensive discussion about free speech, changes he has made to Twitter, and the release of internal communications from the fall of 2020 about what led the tech giant to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story.

"Frankly the risk of something bad happening or literally even being shot is quite significant. I'm definitely not going to be doing any open air car parades, let me put it that way," Musk said in a Twitter Spaces discussion

"It's not that hard to kill me if somebody wanted to, so hopefully they don't." (Read more)

- Lord, we pray for Your protection for Mr. Musk. We ask especially that You touch his heart and life with the personal knowledge of Jesus as his Savior.

- “Because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, then you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

3. Switzerland Could Ban Electric Vehicle Use During Energy Crisis: Reports

Switzerland could ban electric vehicles from being used non-essentially this winter as government officials begin to brace for an energy crisis during the winter months, according to reports.

The Telegraph reported on Saturday that Swiss officials have drafted emergency proposals that restrict power usage if things get bad this winter.

For example, shops may need to reduce their hours, streaming services may need to be limited and buildings may only be heated to 20 degrees Celsius, or 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Other bans, according to the Telegraph, may include concerts, theater performances and sporting events, all to prevent a blackout. (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that this situation in Switzerland would be a wakeup call for the Biden administration and all who continue to push for vehicles that could literally crash the power grid in America. We praise You for touching the minds and hearts of all whose focus is on green energy,

4. California, a Free State Since 1850 May Pay $233,000 in Reparations per Slavery Descendant - Breitbart

The State of California could be facing $233,000 in reparations for each black resident who qualifies as a descendant of African American slaves, according to a consulting report prepared for a special state panel.

As Breitbart News has been reporting since 2020, the Golden State is considering reparations under a law signed that year by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) — though California entered the Union in 1850 as a free state:

The panel — which is not representative of the state, but composed primarily of black members — voted 5-4 to limit reparations to descendants of slavery, and issued recommendations that include separate black schools. (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that this will not go through the California legislature. Let a move of Your Holy Spirit reconcile people without the need to destroy California’s economy. Please bring love and peace to all states where anger and hatred are rising up.

5. Democrat West Virginia Senator Switches to Republican Party - The Epoch TImes

West Virginia Democrat State Sen. Glenn Jeffries is no longer a Democrat after announcing his decision to switch his affiliation to the Republican Party on Dec. 1.

The move gave the Republican Party a 31-3 majority in the West Virginia State Senate.

“I have the greatest respect for the many friends and supporters I have been blessed with during my time in public office,” Jeffries said in a statement, per Metro News. “I hope to continue and strengthen those relationships going forward.”

He continued: “Our politics have gotten so personal and difficult. I want to make sure that I serve constituents and our state in a respectful, thoughtful way that leads to a better life for all West Virginians.” (Read more)

- Lord, we thank you that some have begun to see the problems in the Democrat party and are taking steps to change it. We pray that all who recognize the dangers in political parties will find You as their answer and move to make You the head of their lives and service.

6. Biden Administration Prepares to Kill Alaska Mine, Hobbling Green Agenda and Costing State Billions in Potential Revenues - Daily Caller

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommended prohibiting the operators of Southwestern Alaska’s Pebble Mine from disposing of waste material in the nearby Bristol Bay, a regulation that would prevent the mine from opening. However, the mine could generate billions in revenue by producing minerals that are crucial in supporting the Biden administration’s “clean energy transition.”

The EPA said Pebble Mine’s potential waste discharges would threaten nearby sockeye salmon fisheries by polluting the water and preventing the fish from spawning and reproducing, according to an agency proposal released Thursday. Despite this, the mine would extract about 1.5 billion tons of copper, molybdenum as well as other critical minerals and could deliver more than $8 billion to Southwestern Alaska, according to a report published by Northern Dynasty Minerals, the mine’s owner. “This isn’t just about bout Pebble … the precedent this is setting is frightening and will be used going forward by those wanting to stop projects and will send an absolutely chilling message to the investment world about opportunities in the U.S.,” Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner Jason Brune told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers found that Pebble Mine “would not be expected to have a measurable effect on fish numbers and result in long-term changes to the health of the commercial fisheries in Bristol Bay,” in its final environmental impact statement published in July 2020. However, the EPA stated that mining waste would result in the total loss of aquatic habitats important to the sockeye salmon’s survival. (Read more)

7. Chinese Operatives Ran Massive TikTok Campaign to Help Dems in the Midterm Elections: Report - Daily Caller

  • TikTok accounts operating on behalf of Chinese state media published content that criticized Republicans and favored Democrats ahead of the 2022 U.S. midterm elections, a Forbes investigation found.
  • Despite TikTok rules requiring accounts to disclose their government ties, at least three Chinese government-affiliated accounts with millions of views did not clearly describe their status to users.
  • “This opens a new dimension for conversation about TikTok,” Conor Healy, director of government research at surveillance  (Read more)
- Lord, we plead with You to move across the nations with The Holy Spirit to bring repentance. We ask that wisdom come to those in leadership and that evil will not prevail over us. Attack on free speech

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, December 5, 2022

In the past week at least three attacks have been exposed on the Constitutional guarantee of free speech initiated by the ever-growing tyrannical US and state governments and its deep state actors. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission’s interpretation of antidiscrimination law is punishing a Christian web business because the owners refuse to go against their religious beliefs and make websites celebrating same-sex marriages. The Supreme Court will take up this case. In addition, FBI agent Elvis Chan in deposition revealed that the FBI ordered Twitter to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story, and Twitter owner Elan Musk said Twitter was also ordered by the Biden presidential campaign to censor the story.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt in December 2 Twitter posts revealed: “In our deposition of FBI agent Elvis Chan on Tuesday, we found that the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech – from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns… Chan stated that the FBI regularly sent social media companies lists of URLs and social media accounts that should be taken down because they were disinformation from “malign foreign influence operations.” The FBI then inquired whether the platforms have taken down the content.” In particular, the FBI coerced censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story that implicated his father Joe in unethical and possibly illegal international influence peddling deals that enriched the Biden family at taxpayer expense. Ukraine war Update
Ukraine war:

Russian military airfields hit by explosions

Russian air defences intercepted Ukrainian drones over two military airfields in Russia, hundreds of kilometres from the border between the two countries, Russia said on Monday.

Falling debris from the unmanned vehicles lightly damaged two aircraft, a defence ministry statement said.

Three Russian servicemen were killed and four injured in the incidents in the Ryazan and Saratov regions.

Long-range strategic bombers are believed to be based at the airfields.

Earlier, large explosions were reported at the Engels airbase in Saratov and the Dyagilevo airbase in Ryazan, but there had been no official comment on their cause. (BBC) Read more here.
Note: this link takes you to a map of the war zone - quite dramatic!

- Lord, we pray for peace in the Ukraine/Russia war. We ask that no leader move foolishly as a result of these attacks. May calmer heads prevail in Jesus' Name, and may Your wisdom come to bring understanding.

Volcanic eruption displaces thousands in Indonesia
The country's highest volcano emitted ash, lava and gases in a densely-populated area, forcing residents into temporary shelter and officials into rescue missions.

Over 2,000 residents in Indonesia were displaced Sunday due to the eruption of Mount Semeru in the East Java Province, affecting nearby villages and sending citizens into temporary shelters.

According to regional disaster management officials, at least 2,219 people were forced to flee as of Sunday after the eruption. There have been no reports of casualties thus far with national officials teaming up with volunteers and other agencies to make rescue, search and evacuation efforts. A total of 11 evacuation points were created in the province, part of Java Island, which is the world's most populous island with a total population of over 148 million.

A spokesperson for Indonesia's National Disaster Management Agency stated that Mount Semeru, the country's highest volcano, erupted due to monsoon rains eroding and eventually collapsing the lava dome. Several villages had the sun blocked out Sunday due to falling ash covering the sky, with the ash columns reaching nearly 5,000 feet (1,524 m) into the sky. Lava and gas flowed down the slopes of the 12,060-foot (3,675 m) volcano toward a nearby river. Read More

The Good News Corner
Pastors Take Charge Combatting 'Drag Queen Story Hour'
In a challenge to Christian men across the world, two pastors have taken up the mantle of leadership and started preaching the gospel in their local libraries. Pastors Dale Partridge of Prescott, Arizona, and Michael Foster of Batavia, Ohio, decided there had been enough talk and complaining about men in drag reading to children, and that it was time to act. To counteract the extreme sexualization of children through performances that are usually reserved for strip clubs, the two men started a "Pastor Story Hour" at their local libraries. Sadly, it was in local, taxpayer-funded libraries that children were first subjected to these events.

Pastors Partridge and Foster shared with the Daily Wire how they started their own story hours that are biblical in nature and teach young boys and girls how to navigate childhood."Why are drag queens seemingly more interested in influencing the children in their community than pastors? Why are the lost more committed to the systematic and cultural evangelization of the public than American Christians are to evangelizing the gospel?" Partridge questioned in an interview with The Daily Wire. "These are hard questions the church needs to face. Christians need to see that Christianity is a totalizing faith, which means Christ should not be reserved only for church life but should saturate and permeate our entire lives."

Foster, who had great success at the Clermont County Library hosting 35 children, told the Daily Wire doing this is not a difficult task, but men need to take the initiative and set it into motion: "We are a fatherless nation and nature abhors a vacuum. Someone is going to fill that space in our nation," he remarked. "I can let it be some disturbed men in lingerie or it can be a pastor like me. So, I stepped up. Men, especially pastors, are called to be community leaders. Talk is cheap. I got a room, set a date, and made a Facebook event. It was easy." The efforts of these two pastors show the perfect melding of taking Scripture and putting it into real-world action. Obeying the commands of the Word of God by taking their faith and acting upon it (James 2:14-17), they can walk out Ephesians 6:4 and "bring them [children] up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." (Charisma News) Read more.
- Father, we ask for Your blessing over these Pastors who are boldly making a difference for the Kingdom of Christ. Continue to multiply their efforts so that the program will grow and children will come to know You as Lord and Savior. Bring "Pastor story hour" in many libraries across this nation to counteract the lies of the enemy and permeate the minds of young children with Your word and truth. In Jesus powerful name-Amen.

- "Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth."                   (1 John 3:18)

Joy to the World

To listen to this classic hymn, CLICK HERE

Words: Isaac Watts
Music:  Lowell Mason

Scripture: Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Psalm 98:4

Lyrics:

Joy to the world; the Lord is come;
Let earth receive her king:
Let every heart prepare Him room,
And Heaven and nature sing,
And Heaven and nature sing,
And Heaven, and Heaven, and nature sing.

Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns;
Let men their songs employ;
While fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy.

No more let sins and sorrows grow,
Nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found,
Far as the curse is found,
Far as, far as, the curse is found.

He rules the world with truth and grace,
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders, wonders, of His love.
