Editorial Comment: This past week, we received numerous emails from many other prayer ministries in our country, and each one providing his or her analysis of the impact of the arguments that were given this week at the Supreme Court during the "Mississippi Case." I thought you might appreciate the brief summary from a member of our legal team about today’s SCOTUS case (From Summer Ingram):
Things went fairly much as one would expect. Breyer and Sotomayor, and to a lesser extent Kagan, all made very clear that they thought stare decisis should rule the day because, otherwise, it would look like the Court just caved to public opinion. Some talk about reliance interests built up over 50 years, too.
Roberts cast doubt on how a viability rule really made sense in light of the interests supposed to be furthered for women, i.e., making her own decisions and her circumstances. He pointed out more than once that the only issue they granted cert on was whether to continue to adhere to the viability rule and whether a 15-week line could pass constitutional muster, so he might be angling for a middle ground of striking down the viability rule but not totally discarding the undue burden standard of Casey. Kavanaugh and Barrett didn’t seem to be following suit, though. Instead, Kavanaugh pointed out that in some of what are now considered the Court’s most important decisions the Court overruled prior precedent; he seemed to stake out a position that the Court should be “scrupulously neutral” on this issue and leave it to state and federal legislatures. He said that the interests of the mother wanting to abort and of the fetus in living were irreconcilable, which makes this matter so hard and counsels for the Court to stay out of it. Lord God, we need Your strength in the months ahead, so that we can develop the "Siege mentality" needed in order to continue to press in for truth and righteous judgments to be rendered in this Court. 1. Terrorist ramming attack in northern Israel - Israel National News
Two Israeli Border Police officers were injured Friday morning when an Arab driver rammed into them in the Israeli Arab city of Umm al-Fahm.
The terror attack occurred as Israeli security forces worked to quell rioting which broke out in the city, the result of a feud between two local families.
Emergency first responders were dispatched to treat the injured officers and evacuate them for treatment.
One officer is listed in moderate condition, while the other is listed as lightly injured. (Read More)

2. Watchdog Condemns United Nations After Raft of ‘One-Sided’ Resolutions Adopted Against Israel - Algemeiner
A leading United Nations watchdog group on Thursday condemned the passage of three General Assembly resolutions attacking Israel, describing the “assault” on the Jewish state as “surreal.”
The first measure, focused on Jerusalem, criticized Israel’s governance of its capital and expressed “concern about the Israeli excavations undertaken” in the Old City.
Brought forward by the Palestinian delegation to the UN and other Arab countries, as well as Venezuela, the resolution called for “refraining from provocative actions and rhetoric and upholding unchanged the historic status quo at the Haram al-Sharif,” the Arabic term for the Temple Mount.
Yet the text pointedly did not refer to the Temple Mount — which is the holiest site in Judaism, and has long been a flashpoint in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict — by its Jewish name. (Read More)

3. Israeli Ministers Pledge Action After 21 Stone-Throwing Attacks on Buses in Negev Desert -Algemeiner
Israeli ministers have decried an ongoing series of stone-throwing attacks on buses in the country’s southern Negev desert, saying this “terror” will no longer be tolerated, Israel’s N12 news outlet reported. According to Israel’s main bus company Egged, there have been 21 stone-throwing attacks on buses throughout the northern Negev over the last three years.
Drivers have complained repeatedly of serious damage to their vehicles, as well as incidents that have been potentially life-threatening. The motive in all cases is believed to be either nationalism or religious fundamentalism. The perpetrators have been residents of Bedouin villages in the area.
Egged emphasized that there are likely many more incidents that go unreported as they do not cause significant damage. In a joint statement, Israeli Public Security Minister Omer Barlev and Transportation Minister Meirav Michaeli described the stoning attacks as “terror in every way,” adding, “we must act in order to bring the stone-throwers to justice.” (Read More)

4. Initial data shows vaccine very effective against Omicron variant - Israel National News
Initial data revealed Tuesday evening on Channel 12 News shows that the Omicron strain of COVID-19 is not resistant to the booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to the data, the vaccine's protection against infection for those who received three doses drops only slightly, to 90% protection against Omicron versus 95% against Delta. At the same time, the protection the vaccine offers this group from serious illness resulting from Omicron is as high as its protection from serious illness caused by Delta.
On the other hand, those recovered from COVID-19 have twice as high a risk of contracting Omicron as they had of contracting Delta, and the transmission rate for Omicron is 1.3 times that of Delta. (Read More)

5. French far-right leader Marine Le Pen honors Jewish Warsaw Ghetto uprising heroes - Times of Israel
French far-right leader Marine Le Pen paid her respects to Jewish and Polish victims of World World II on Friday, on the eve of a Warsaw gathering of right-wing European party leaders that she will attend.
Le Pen laid a wreath at a monument to Polish Jews slaughtered after taking up arms against Nazi German occupation forces in the 1943 Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. She also visited separate memorials in the Polish capital to Poles killed by the Soviet Union during the war.
Le Pen has for years sought to distance herself from the antisemitic legacy of her political group, with mixed success. In 2017, Le Pen faced criticism for denying that France was responsible for its role in rounding up French Jews for deportation to Nazi death camps. (Read More)

2. Supply Chain Crisis, Labor Shortages Holding Back Economic Growth: Fed – The Epoch Times
Rising inflation, labor shortages, and supply chain disruptions were acting as resistance to the growth of the U.S. economy as it entered a period of revival, according to a new Federal Reserve report released on Wednesday. There has been an increase in consumer spending but labor and material shortages have restricted economic growth to a “modest to moderate pace” in most of the central bank’s 12 districts, from where data was collected for the Fed’s “ Beige Book” report. The latest version of the report, which is published eight times per year, has collected economic data from October through November. |

3. The United States Gets Even Closer to War with China and Russia – The Economic Collapse Blog
While most of the U.S. population is distracted by other matters, the Biden administration continues to march us even closer to war with both Russia and China. It is understandable that so much attention is being given to the craziness surrounding the COVID pandemic, our very serious economic problems and the growing violence in our streets, but ultimately our deteriorating relationships with Russia and China will become even bigger news than any of those stories.
If we stay on the path that we are currently on, there will inevitably be war with Russia and there will inevitably be war with China. I do not believe that either of those conflicts will erupt this week or this month, but thanks to the recklessness of the Biden administration we are relentlessly moving toward war. So even though most of my articles address concerns that are of a more immediate nature, I am going to keep my readers periodically updated on these developments, because this is a story that isn’t going to go away.

4. Dying COVID-19 Patient Recovers After Court Orders Hospital to Administer Ivermectin – The Epoch Times
An elderly COVID-19 patient has recovered after a court order allowed him to be treated with ivermectin, despite objections from the hospital in which he was staying, according to the family’s attorney.After an Illinois hospital insisted on administering expensive remdesivir to the patient and the treatment failed, his life was saved after a court ordered that an outside medical doctor be allowed to use the inexpensive ivermectin to treat him, over the hospital’s strenuous objections.
Remdesivir has been given emergency use authorization by the FDA for treating certain categories of human patients that have been hospitalized with COVID-19. But the use of ivermectin to treat humans suffering from COVID-19 has become controversial because the FDA hasn’t approved its so-called off-label use to treat the disease, which is caused by the CCP virus also known as SARS-CoV-2. 5. Top ICU doctor suspended after suing hospital for banning life-saving COVID treatments – Pandemic.news
A top critical care physician who filed a lawsuit against Sentara Norfolk General Hospital over its ban on administering life-saving drugs to treat COVID patients, has had his hospital privileges suspended.
Dr. Paul Marik, chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School and director of the ICU at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, learned about the 14-day suspension when he arrived to work on Saturday and found a letter on his desk.
The letter was dated Nov. 18 — the same day Marik appeared before a judge in Norfolk Circuit Court requesting a temporary injunction to lift the ban, Marik’s attorney said.
Judge David Lannetti did not grant the temporary injunction, but did determine Marik had standing to bring his lawsuit, allowing the case to move forward which will give Marik the opportunity to “establish his right to administer life-saving treatments that patients have been prohibited access to by Sentara,” the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) said in a statement. 7. Rand Paul Warns Of Omicron Overreach: "Unscientific Fauci Will Want You To Wear An Extra Mask, Dictate You Can't Go To Church" – Zerohedge
Senator Rand Paul warned Wednesday that despite knowing little to nothing about the Omicron variant of COVID, which has been described as mild by South African doctors and experts, the prescription from the likes of Anthony Fauci and Joe Biden is ‘more government and less freedom.’
Appearing on Fox News, Paul urged that Fauci is a “partisan” who “always defaults to more rules, more regulation, and less of your liberty.”
Paul further noted that “instead of waiting to find out whether this is a dangerous variant, [Fauci] immediately wants to test everybody.”
The Senator continued, “If you heard tomorrow that a new coronavirus came out of South Africa, but the symptoms were the same as a cold and that no one was dying from it, why would you want to test everybody? You would waste millions of dollars, interrupt millions of people’s travel, quarantine all these people.” (Read more)

8. STUDY: Surviving covid produces lasting natural immunity (unlike fake “vaccine” immunity) – Pandemic.news
The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) has published a new study admitting that natural recovery from the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) – meaning no “vaccines” involved – is the best way to develop permanent immunity and avoid reinfection. Those who survive “covid” with said natural immunity have a minimal risk of getting sick a second time, and are especially resistant to severe symptoms. Those who do get reinfected were found to be up to 90 percent less likely to require hospitalization, or to die.
Researchers in Qatar reviewed various global databases covering 353,000 Chinese Virus patients who became infected between Feb. 28, 2020, and April 28, 2021. Roughly 87,500 people were excluded from the study because they had gotten “vaccinated.”
Only 1,304 people from this cohort got sick a second time, it was discovered, and not a single one of them required ICU hospitalization. (Read more) |

9. Lawsuit filed in India’s high court against Bill Gates and others over COVID-19 vaccine death – Pandemic.news
This is according to a website for the Indian Bar Association, a group of lawyers working toward bringing greater accountability and transparency in Indian judiciary. The suit names Bill Gates, Serum Institute of India CEO Adar Poonawalla, and other governmental leaders and officials.
They report: “The deceased took the Covishield vaccine by believing in the false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the Railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel.”
The suit is seeking the equivalent of $134 million in compensation, with an interim compensation of $13.4 million. It also asks for a polygraph and narcotics test to be administered to the accused parties, including Gates.
The suit maintains that the deceased’s consent for the vaccine was obtained under deception, which is a civil and criminal offense in India. Gates and Poonawalla were named as partners in manufacturing the vaccine. Individuals who allow their products to be falsely marketed can also be held liable in India. (Read more) |

10. Foreign Troops Land in the Solomon Islands After Deadly Chaos Floods the Streets - Western Journal
Rising tensions in the Solomon Islands hit a breaking point on Nov. 24 when anti-government protests near parliament in Honiara — the islands’ capital city — broke out into violence.
Dozens of buildings have been burned down, numerous shops have been looted and four people have died amidst the violence, according to Reuters.
Several countries — including Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea — have deployed troops to the region to help restore some semblance of peace. On Wednesday, New Zealand announced it would be deploying military and police personnel to the region as well.
Roughly 15 New Zealand personnel were deployed to Honiara on Thursday, with about 50 more military and police officials to join them on the weekend, Reuters reported.
“We are deeply concerned by the recent civil unrest and rioting in Honiara, and following yesterday’s request of the Solomon Islands Government, we have moved quickly to provide urgent assistance to help restore sustained peace and security,” Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said.
When it comes to the reason for all of this violence and destruction, at the root of the issue, there is one party at fault — China.

Congress' Vicious Attack On Your Liberty

A most vicious assault on your personal liberty was fomented unanimously by House Democrats with the help of 80 Republicans Tuesday in passing the “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021.” The bill, if passed by the Senate, would fund an unprecedented nationwide citizen health information and tracking system by expanding CDC and Public Health Department electronic surveillance. This legislation empowers the Federal government in coordination with local health departments and health care providers to track your immunization records, your movements, and use your personal health decisions to force you to comply with government and worldwide edicts.
The legislation was introduced by Congresswoman Annie Kuster (D-NH) who said in a statement: “Immunization Information Systems (IIS) are secure, multi-faceted systems that allow for the sharing of crucial information and maintenance of records. These systems can allow providers to keep vaccines and supplies in stock, prevent over–or under–vaccination, remind patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine, and identify areas with low vaccination rates to ensure equitable distribution of vaccines.” Translated: Congress is trying to establish a system where you are tracked like a common criminal and “reminded” to do what the government mandates. A Word Given on December 1st, by Wanda Alger
FOR THE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT
|

|
|
(In the case of Dobbs vs Jackson Williams Health…)
Woe to those who decree iniquitous decrees, and the writers who keep writing oppression, to turn aside the needy from justice and to rob the poor of My people of their right… For all this His anger has not turned away, and His hand is stretched out still. (Isaiah 10:1-4)
While in prayer for this landmark case, I felt the extreme weight of the Lord’s heart and a fierce resolve in His Spirit. I knew this moment was a mark in time – but one that had already come at great cost. I knew it was His hand that was about to settle this decision…
I heard the Lord’s determination that the judgement in this court is not a decision for the unborn, for that decision has already been rendered in the courts of heaven. The people have cried out and repentance has been heard. God’s Word has been declared and the verdict has been rendered. The shedding of innocent blood will no longer be allowed to stain the ground of this nation.
What is being determined in this case is the fate of these justices who now stand before the Righteous Judge of all men. Eternity is recording each of their decisions for their choices will determine the course of their future. For all the previous decisions rendered that have condemned the innocent to death, this court must now answer for its crimes. It is not the merits of this case that are in question. It is these justices who are being weighed in the balance. It is these justices who are being examined and judged. They have been found wanting and given warning with time to repent for their defiant edicts. They must now choose – life, or death.
In heaven’s eyes, they can no longer speak for the innocent. Because they have exercised duplicity and corrupted God’s laws, they have lost that right to determine the course of future generations. The people of God have proven their case. The pleas of righteous intercession have been heard. Sin has been confessed and repentance for past iniquities have been accounted for. These justices must now answer for theirs.
Heaven’s court is now in session and issues this charge to the highest court in the land: “The Fear of the Lord is at the bench and the gavel is about to fall. Choose you this day whom you will serve! It is not the fate of the unborn that is in the balance – but yours!”
Can wicked rulers be allied with you, those who frame injustice by statute? They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death. But the LORD has become my stronghold, and my God the rock of my refuge. He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness; the LORD our God will wipe them out. (Psalms 94:20-23)

In the battle against the coronavirus, the unvaccinated are being increasingly targeted.
Germany and Israel are moving closer to making Covid-19 vaccine shots compulsory, Greece is introducing fines and Spain is banning some unvaccinated travelers. Despite protests, making life harder for those who don’t want a shot is a tactic increasingly favored by governments, spooked by the spread of the omicron variant.
Here are some of the measures against the unvaccinated deployed by governments around the world.
Greek Fines
The government is making vaccines mandatory for all Greeks above 60 years of age. From next month, refuseniks will pay a 100-euro ($113) fine every month they don’t get a shot, with the funds going to hospital services. In Greece, only 60,000 among the 580,000 unvaccinated people over 60 years old received the vaccine in November.
Austria’s Lockdown
The country with one of the lowest inoculation rates in western Europe will remain in lockdown until mid-December. Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg has vowed to then lift restrictions for the vaccinated or people recently recovered from the virus. A lockdown for the unvaccinated will probably persist, though they can still go to work with a negative test. Finland’s Bars
Bars and restaurants in Finland refusing to use Covid certificates will no longer serve booze after 5 p.m. in the latest attempt by the government. Health authorities in the northern town of Kajaani offered a thousand plastic buckets to entice people to get a shot, playing off a joke that Finns will line up for anything for a free bucket.
Spain’s Travel Ban
Spain has effectively banned travelers from the U.K. who aren’t fully vaccinated. From Dec. 1, it will only accept proof of vaccination for adult entry. U.K. government advice also says that a certificate of recovery from Covid isn’t accepted either by Spanish authorities.
Hungary’s Crackdown
The government in Budapest allows employers make vaccinations compulsory for staff in an effort to push people to get the shot. Anyone who doesn’t can be placed on unpaid leave.
Slovakia’s Cash
Slovakia’s Finance Minister Igor Matovic wants to give out vouchers worth 500 euros to everyone over the age of 60 who gets vaccinated, including those who have already received the shot. The vouchers, which could be used in restaurants and hotels, are opposed by some forces in government, but Matovic is hoping to push it through with the backing of some opposition lawmakers in parliament. Biden Admin Delays Federal Vaccine Enforcement Until New Year

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) told some federal agencies and managers that they can wait to terminate or suspend their employees who won’t get vaccinated until the holidays are over, according to a memo that was sent by the agency on Monday.
The memo was confirmed by White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Monday afternoon after she was questioned by reporters about the OMB delay.
Earlier, OMB Deputy Director for Management Jason Miller and Office of Personnel Management Director Kiran Ahuja wrote that “no subsequent enforcement actions, beyond that education and counseling” is mandated for federal workers “who have not yet complied with the vaccination requirement until the new calendar year begins in January,” according to several news reports.
But Psaki downplayed the text of the memo, saying that “nothing has changed” regarding the deadline or the Biden administration’s approach to enforcing COVID-19 vaccine compliance among federal workers. She said that it is “inaccurate” to say that the White House has “delayed anything, or changed” its enforcement of the rule.
Last week, the Biden administration announced that approximately 92 percent of federal workers have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. The rest have either not complied with the mandate or have sought religious or medical exemptions.
And a spokesperson for OMB told media outlets later on Monday that the vaccine “deadline was November 22, and we already have 96.5 percent compliance across a diverse workforce that is the largest in the United States. This is incredible progress and should serve as an example to employers across the board that vaccination requirements work.”
The Office of Management and Budget and its chief spokesperson have not responded to multiple requests for comment. (The Epoch Times) Read more.

Biden administration to reinstate Trump-era ‘Remain-in-Mexico’ asylum policy to comply with court order

The Biden administration will reinstate a Trump-era border policy in November that forces asylum seekers to stay in Mexico until their U.S. immigration court date.
The decision comes after the Supreme Court declined the administration’s request to block an order by a federal judge to reinstate the policy, leaving the administration with a deadline on Thursday to comply.
The policy, known as “Remain in Mexico,” was first implemented in 2019 by former President Donald Trump amid an increase of Central American families crossing the southwest border.
On his first day in office, President Joe Biden ended the policy, known as Migrant Protection Protocols, or MPP. He called it inhumane due to the violence migrants faced while waiting in Mexico, often in dangerous cities with few resources.
The Republican-led states of Texas and Missouri sued the Biden administration in April over the suspension of the policy. In August, a federal judge for the Northern District of Texas sided with the states and ordered the administration to reinstate the policy pending the outcome of the lawsuit.
“DHS is taking necessary steps to comply with the court order, which requires us to reimplement MPP in good faith,” said a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Friday.
“We are working to do so, despite our appeal of the court’s order,” the spokesperson said, noting that the department is issuing contracts to rebuild temporary immigration-hearing facilities near the U.S.-Mexico border. (CNBC) Read more

As we reach the "Vial Judgments," one can't help but wonder if there is any corollary connection to the "Vial Judgments" and the "vials" of vaxx poison being feverishly distributed across the planet. I haven't taken a recent count, but there are at least 7 approved manufacturers throughout the world that readily come to mind: (Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, NovaVax, Sinovac, BioNTech). There may be more coming. Maybe those 7 are all that is needed to bring about the Judgment found in Vial Judgment #1:
