Supreme Court: Trump must respond to special counsel’s presidential immunity petition
before Christmas

The Supreme Court has indicated it will expedite consideration of a petition by special counsel Jack Smith on whether former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted on charges he plotted to overturn the 2020 election results.
Smith made his request for the court to act with unusual speed to prevent any delays that could push back the trial until after next year's presidential election.
Trump's trial in the election interference case is set to begin in March.
The Court has asked Trump’s lawyers to respond to the special counsel's motion by next Wednesday, December 20 – two days later than Smith had requested.
The Court’s next scheduled conference day for consideration of such matters is Jan. 5, 2024. The court's brief order did not signal what it ultimately would do. (Fox News) Read more here.

|
A protest for a cease-fire in Gaza led to over 40 arrests at the Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill Monday, according to Fox 5 Washington D.C. The pro-Palestinian protesters were demanding a cease-fire in Gaza while illegally demonstrating inside the Congressional space, according to authorities.
Just after 10 a.m., a Capitol spokesperson told Fox 5 that the demonstrators arrived, with one man even climbing a statue in the atrium, before being charged with resisting arrest. Officers could even be seen using zip ties to restrain the protesters as they carried them away, according to reports.
In total, 49 people were arrested and charged with crowding, obstructing, and disruption, according to capitol officials.
Earlier in the day, just hours before the annual White House Hanukkah party, 18 Jewish elders chained themselves to the White House gates to demand the U.S. to stop funding and arming the genocide in Gaza, according to a post on X by Jewish Voice for Peace.
"As elders, our hearts are shattered watching the Israeli military murder thousands of Palestinians, destroying families and lives. Everyone should be able to grow old like we have. We chained ourselves to the White House to demand a permanent cease-fire in Gaza now," the group posted on X.
18 citations were issued as a result and the demonstrators were cleared off the premises, according to U.S. Park Police. (Fox News) Read more here.

Sen. JD Vance says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's return to the United States to urge more taxpayer billions for the war against Russia is the "most disgraceful charade" of his first year in the Senate.
Vance told "The Ingraham Angle" Monday the entire choreography of Zelenskyy's latest visit is "utterly disgraceful," which he noted will result in an "undignified process" featuring the Ukrainian leader demanding American legislators sign off on $61 billion more taxpayer dollars, lest they be identified as "puppets" of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
Vance and "Ingraham Angle" host Laura Ingraham contrasted Zelenskyy's suggestion that critics of further funding are aligned with Putin with calls for help in rural America where residents are most affected by rampant inflation and job outsourcing.

1. UN votes against Israel | Erdan: If you want a real ceasefire in Gaza, call Sinwar - Israel National News
The UN General Assembly on Tuesday overwhelmingly approved a resolutioncalling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, as well as the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.
153 countries voted in favor of the motion and 10 countries, including the United States and Israel, voted against. 23 countries abstained.
The resolution does not mention that the hostages are being held by Hamas and does not condemn the massacre carried out by the organization's terrorists against Israel. (Read more)

2. ‘Call Sinwar for ceasefire’: Gilad Erdan holds up sign with Sinwar’s phone number at UN - Jerusalem Post
Israel's ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan held a sign showing the phone number of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar’s Hamas office at a UNGA meeting on Tuesday.
"You want a real cease-fire?” Erdan declared as he admonished the members of the UNGA as he held up a sign depicting Sinwar's office phone number and told them to ask him directly, as Sinwar and Hamas bear the true responsibility for the current conflict.
“Call… and ask for Yahya Sinwar. Tell Hamas to put down their arms, turn themselves in, and return our hostages. This will bring a complete ceasefire that will last forever,” said Erdan. (Read more)

3. IDF says aircraft and tanks struck sites in Lebanon, Syria after rocket attacks on north - Times of Israel
The IDF says aircraft and tanks completed a series of strikes in southern Lebanon and Syria in response to rocket attacks on northern Israel earlier.
In Syria, the IDF says it hit Syrian Army infrastructure, including an observation post, and in Lebanon, it says it hit a Hezbollah rocket launcher.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility for several rocket and missile attacks from Lebanon today. Meanwhile three rockets were also fired from Syria, apparently by an Iran-backed group.

4. IDF destroys explosives lab, defeats terrorist squad in Jenin - World Israel News
On Tuesday morning, an IAF strike eliminated a terror squad in Jenin after the terrorists threw explosives and fired at IDF troops on the ground.
The IDF 636 unit spotted the terrorists as they launched an attack which was then thwarted by a strike from an IAF aircraft.
This follows a counterterrorism operation launched by the Shin Bet, Border Patrol, and the IDF in the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp on Monday night.
Bulldozers were used to dig up IEDs (improvised explosive devices) buried in the roads. (Read more)

5. Fury as Antisemitic Polish MP Extinguishes Candles on Hanukkah Menorah in Parliament Building - Algemeiner
A viscerally antisemitic member of the Polish parliament was expelled from the chamber on Tuesday after he extinguished the candles of a lit Hanukkah menorah with a fire extinguisher.
The incident occurred in a hallway of the Sejm, Poland’s legislative assembly, where a menorah was on display celebrating the annual Hanukkah holiday. The MP, Grzegorz Braun of the far right Confederation Party, grabbed a fire extinguisher to spray the menorah, filling the area with smoke. Dozens of people who attended the candle lighting ceremony, including several children, were immediately evacuated by security officers.
Braun was promptly turfed out of the parliament by speaker Szymon Holownia, who promised a formal investigation into the incident. “There will be no tolerance for racism, xenophobia, antisemitism and any other deviations as long as I am the Speaker of the Sejm,” he later said. (Read more)

A member of the Turkish parliament collapsed from an apparent heart attack on Tuesday as he went on a tirade against the people of Israel, according to multiple reports.
The Times of Israel reported Hasan Bitmez was speaking before the Muslim country’s legislative body during a session on an unrelated matter when he decided to take his remarks off course.
As Bitmez discussed Israel’s ongoing war against Islamic terrorists in Gaza, he took aim at Jews in the region, saying, “You will not escape the wrath of Allah.”
The 53-year-old lawmaker then said, “I salute you all” — and immediately collapsed near the podium, hitting his head on the floor. (Read more here)

Democrats continue to claim that Republicans have no evidence against Biden with regards to his family business, so House Oversight Committee James Comer blasted out a list of some of the findings from his investigation Monday evening.
In a series of social media posts, Comer shared the following:
Since January, we have obtained and reviewed thousands of pages of financial records, text messages, emails, and witness testimony that reveal President Biden’s corruption.
Here were some of our biggest revelations. We identified 20 shell companies created by the Biden Family – most of which were created when Joe Biden was Vice President.
The Bidens and their associates raked in over $24 million from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania between 2015-2019.

2. Texas installs anti-climb fence in Brownsville area of border to stop illegal immigration - Washington Examiner
State military has installed an 8-foot anti-climb fence along one of the busiest spots along the Texas border with Mexico for illegal immigration.
The state debuted an anti-climb barrier near Brownsville, not far from the Gulf Coast, to prevent people from easily crossing in large groups, as Border Patrol officials in the region are accustomed to seeing, the office of Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) announced over the weekend.
“We have bad actors that are coming over, opening up the [concertina wire, and] allowing traffic to move through,” Texas National Guard Capt. Chris Daniel said in a statement. “They’re going to have to do a lot more cutting to get through the [anti-climb barrier].” (Read more)

3. Special counsel reveals plans to use Trump’s phone data at trial - Politico
Special counsel Jack Smith has extracted data from the cell phone Donald Trump used while in the White House and plans to present evidence of his findings to a Washington, D.C. jury to demonstrate how Trump used the phone in the weeks during which he attempted to subvert the 2020 election.
In a court filing Monday, Smith indicated that he plans to call an expert witness who extracted and reviewed data copied from Trump’s phone, as well as a phone used by another unidentified individual in Trump’s orbit.
The data from Trump’s phone could reveal day-to-day details of his final weeks in office, including his daily movements, his Twitter habits and any other aides who had access to his accounts and devices. The data, for example, could help show whether Trump personally approved or sent a fateful tweet attacking his vice president, Mike Pence, during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. (Read more)

Google’s latest AI system, dubbed “Project Ellmann,” is designed to deeply integrate with users’ personal data across various devices and apps. Silicon Valley has shown it is intent on using every means possible to pry personal data out of its users to in turn sell targeted advertisements.
The Daily Mail reports that Google’s Project Ellmann represents a significant leap in AI technology. This system aims to become the users’ “Life Story Teller.” It plans to achieve this by gaining access to a wide array of personal data, including internet search histories, photo collections, and possibly even information from Google Wallet purchases. Information about the project comes from confidential documents from a recent internal summit.
The project, stemming from the Google Photos team, indicates a move towards a more personalized AI experience. According to the documents, this AI would not only understand text but also process images, videos, and audio. This multimodal approach is a step up from Google’s existing AI endeavors, and it builds on the capabilities of Google’s Gemini, a ChatGPT rival that already demonstrates proficiency in handling different types of data. 5. Republican Vince Fong announces bid for McCarthy seat in California - The Hill
California state Assemblyman Vince Fong, a Republican, on Monday announced a bid for retiring Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) House seat in the Golden State.
“It is my strong belief that the Central Valley must continue to be represented by proven, conservative leaders in Congress. In light of recent developments and in an attempt to unite our community in this critical moment in our nation’s history, I have decided to run for Congress in 2024,” Fong said in a statement.
Fong had reportedly announced days earlier that he would not run for Congress. He said in his latest statement that he initially thought “the best way” to serve his community after McCarthy announced his plans to retire at the end of his term was to continue working in the State Assembly — but now he plans to run to succeed the former Speaker. More than 5,600 federal-only ballots were cast in the 2020 presidential election in Arizona, without proof of U.S. citizenship required by the voters who cast them, according to data from the state's counties.
Arizona is a state with the unusual situation of bifurcated elections, in which residents who provide proof of U.S. citizenship can vote in all elections while the others may vote only in federal elections, resulting in ballots cast by voters who haven’t proven their U.S. citizenship.
Arizona law requires residents registering to vote in the state to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
However, after the Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that Arizona must accept U.S. voter registration forms because of federal requirements under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, the state allows residents registering to vote who don't provide proof of citizenship to receive ballots for federal races only. 7. 5,000 illegal immigrants released every day into US, admin officials privately tell lawmakers - Fox News
The Biden administration has told lawmakers that an average of 5,000 illegal immigrants are currently being released into the U.S. each day at the border, while there were over 670,000 illegal immigrants who evaded Border Patrol last fiscal year, Fox News has learned.
In a briefing on Friday to the Arizona congressional delegation, House and Senate Judiciary committees and the House and Senate Homeland Security committees, Fox is told that Department of Homeland Security officials told lawmakers that there were around 670,000 known "gotaways" at the border last fiscal year. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had previously acknowledged that the number was over 600,000.
Lawmakers have also been told there is an average of 5,000 illegal immigrants released each day to non-governmental organizations (NGOs), who provide migrants with assistance and will sometimes help them get to their destinations. If that pace holds throughout the entire year that would be over 1.8 million illegal entrants in that timeframe. (Read more)

8. Dems reportedly bringing in Hillary Clinton to help with Biden's re-election - Fox News
Democrats are reportedly bringing in Hillary Clinton as a reinforcement to help President Biden with his 2024 re-election campaign. NBC News reported the former secretary of state held a fundraiser for Biden last month at her Georgetown home that raised close to $1 million. Her popularity with women and key parts of the Democratic base are considered assets for Biden as he attempts to expand his outreach to voters.
Clinton’s role in Biden’s re-election effort is expected to grow as the 2024 presidential election nears, according to NBC.

Of Censorship And Persecution

There has been much documentation of how large corporations worked closely with government agencies to manipulate media messaging and conduct outright censorship. COVID is the poster child for this kind of corporate-government coercion. Indeed, American citizens were experiencing the same during the entire Mueller investigation of President Trump over Russian election interference, the Hunter Biden/Joe Biden/Biden family corruption, the impeachment trials of President Trump, 2020 election integrity, January 6 information, and now, claims of Israeli genocide when we all know it was Hamas that conducted genocide. This manipulation of information is real. Here’s a first-hand account.
On Tuesday, December 5, The Daily Jot wrote about how the mainstream news media, gathered together as the Press Coalition, went to court and wrestled away from the DOJ the previously withheld search warrant by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is investigating Trump. Smith obtained the warrant in January against X (formerly Twitter) to seize all content, records, and other interactions between Trump’s Twitter account and other Twitter users. This included any IP addresses, bank and credit card information, email addresses, any third-party websites, and more. It is the gateway that the DOJ is using to collect any information on people who followed Trump.
With multiple sources and direct quotes from the search warrant, The Daily Jot underscored how the Democrats used the court system and corporate media to assist the DOJ in building an authoritarian infrastructure. Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell, appointed by President Barak Obama in 2010, “forced” X (formerly Twitter) to give the data to the DOJ. Howell was the “supervising judge” in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US elections and ruling in favor of the Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment proceedings against Trump. The result of this type of collaboration is authoritarianism. Twitter, Facebook, and other corporate media, posing as open platforms, have worked with the DOJ to censor free speech and discourage dissent. DOJ seizing twitter data is another step toward tyranny.
But then The Daily Jot encountered another form of censorship. The story was blocked to nearly 2,000 subscribers. In checking into it, this was the reason: “The contact’s Internet Service Provider decided not to deliver the email. This is usually due to reputation or content (images, links, text, etc,), or a filter on the recipient’s end.” Point is, Yahoo apparently is censoring what you receive in your emails. Be aware that you may not be receiving truthful information because an internet provider is able to regulate what you read or see. Censorship leads to persecution—look at what is happening with the Hamas atrocities. The media downplays them; politicians downplay them; the government morally equates them AND THEN Jews become the persecuted ones. As Christ said in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.”

A newly revealed image of Cassiopeia A (Cas A), taken by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), shows the brilliant supernova wreckage still shining like a cosmic Christmas bauble around 340 years after a star violently exploded to create it.
The image of the supernova remnant, which is located around 10,000 light-years away from us, was revealed as part of the 2023 Holidays at the White House celebration and the first-ever White House Advent Calendar by First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and NASA on Sunday (Dec. 10).
This supernova debris has previously been studied in great detail over a range of wavelengths, but the James Webb Space Telescope's new image represents "Christmas come early" for astronomers because it shows Cas A — which is about 10 light-years wide — in high-resolution. Nearly 8,000 Choose to Follow Jesus During Egyptian Outreach

It's been called the largest Christian event in Egypt's history as more than 17,000 attended a Gospel crusade and more than 7,800 people made a decision to put their faith in Jesus Christ. Dr. Michael Youssef's Leading The Way ministry held the evangelistic event in Cairo last month and told CBN News he is praising God for the thousands who came forward seeking hope, healing, and change. "It was an amazing experience," he recalled. "Past midnight, people did not want to leave and said, 'We just feel the Holy Spirit here' and it was a foretaste of Heaven. Just praising God."
The 75-year-old pastor of the Church of the Apostles in Atlanta, Georgia said he was invited to Egypt to preach by a cross-denominational coalition of pastors and leaders nearly a year ago. "Twelve months ago I received an invitation from pastors and leaders representing 27 denominations and they said, 'We have never had an evangelistic outreach of that kind of magnitude. Would you pray about it?' I prayed about it and I felt, 'Of course, I will come.'"
Youssef said nearly a year of prayer went into preparing for the event. At the start of the Israel-Hamas war, he was urged to cancel because of mounting pressure in the Middle East. "God knew 12 months ago when this was planned that this [war] was going to happen," he explained. "'This is not taking Him by surprise'. Can you imagine an announcement made that the evangelist is not coming because he is concerned about the situation in the Middle East?" Youssef asked. "What kind of a God do I worship? I am going no matter what. And I knew that I could trust God, this was God's plan and we want to be on His plan." (CBN) Read More Here
