The Significance of America’s Fallen Christmas Tree

The National Christmas Tree near the White House was knocked over Tuesday when strong winds roared through the Washington area.
The National Park Service said the 40-foot tree from Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia fell over during a strong wind gust. Interestingly, the tree had already been replaced in 2023, because the first one had “developed a fungus.”
Once the National Christmas Tree came down, many immediately compared it to the Biden presidency. Here is one example:
“National Christmas tree falls DOWN,” the Republican House Committee on the Judiciary wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter. “Perfectly summing up Joe Biden’s presidency.”
Without a doubt, Joe Biden’s presidency has not gone well.
But the truth is that Joe Biden and all of the other corrupt politicians in Washington are a reflection of the country as a whole. - Abba, it is very sad that the National Christmas Tree was blown down this week by very strong wind gusts. It is also very sad that it has been likened to the state of our nation, fallen. Father God, we bow before you and ask your forgiveness for having allowed our nation to become like a ship with no rudder, a nation with no moral compass. You created us to be a light to the world, a land that would send forth your word to all nations. We are no longer able to send forth your word, we have fallen so far that you sent evangelists, like Reinhard Bonke, to reawaken our hearts to the truth of who we are and whose we are. We ask you to restore us to yourself, to the only true God. We ask for you to once again hear the cries of our hearts for your hand of protection and blessings on our families and our nation. Lord God, you were always willing to restore your people, Israel, when they would repent of their sins and return to you, we ask the same for the United States.. - Abba, what happened in Israel October 7 is heartbreaking, mind numbing and emotionally devastating. All human options to find a way to ensure this never happening again seem so miniscule when compared with the immensity of the scope of the problem of Hamas. Israel and those of us standing with her know that YOU are the only answer to any of this. We ask for a miracle that will bring minds and hearts of national leaders in Israel and the US into agreement with your heart. We ask Holy Spirit to speak to all hearts, to speak strategic understandings so that all in positions of political and military leadership will be on the same page as decisions are made on how to move forward.
We ask for supernatural unity around plans you have made and no other. We ask that voices speaking against your plans be silenced and removed from leadership. Jesus, you know the way because you ARE the way. We stand in faith, believing you will once again rescue your people and land from attacks by satan and his cohort. We decree and declare that Hamas is rendered powerless by the power in Jesus' name, that all plans and intentions Hamas has proposed will fall to the ground as dust, in Jesus' name. Amidst the tragedy of war are uplifting true stories of inspiration.
|
|
Rabbi Yigal Cohen related a story of a miracle that happened during the current war that soon spread. According to the rabbi, a group of soldiers in Gaza had a break in their fighting, and some of the soldiers took the opportunity to sit and have a meal together while others were chatting. Some of the soldiers were cleaning their weapons, a routine and necessary task that requires constant attention.
Soldiers are trained to treat any weapon as if it is loaded and should never be pointed at something they do not want to shoot. Before cleaning, a rifle must be checked which requires removing the magazine, cocking it twice, and pulling the trigger while pointing the weapon away from any people. This should eject any bullet that was in the chamber and if in the unlikely chance a bullet is still in the chamber, it should fire, leaving the weapon empty.
In this case, one soldier checked his weapon. He removed the magazine and cocked it twice. No bullet ejected. In theory, there should not have been any bullets in the chamber. But adhering to the safety routine, he pointed the weapon towards an empty field and pulled the trigger.
To his surprise, the gun fired. The soldiers were unaware that a pair of terrorists had just exited a tunnel in the adjacent field. One terrorist was aiming a rocket propelled grenade (RPG) at the group of resting soldiers. The stray bullet hit RPG, causing it to explode and neutralizing both terrorists. - Abba, WOW what a wonderful, faithful God you are! Father, thank you for providing stories of your faithfulness in the midst of the horrors of war. Just as Rabbi Cohen and others were able to testify of your miraculous hand moving to save and protect your kids, to build and strengthen our faith, we ask you to "do it again, God!" Give many more people stories to relate of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob showing up, making a way where there is no way, and bringing hope. We ask for your miracles to happen all over Gaza, not just for the IDF but for those in Hamas whose hearts you have been preparing for an encounter with you.
We ask for the minds and hearts of the children in Gaza to be changed, that they will experience joy when they meet their true Abba. Jesus, we decree that you are God and there is no other, that your heart is for all to come to the saving knowledge of your love. We praise you and bless you....AMEN

1. Three killed, six wounded in terror shooting near Jerusalem - JNS
Three Israelis were killed and six other people were wounded on Thursday morning in a terror shooting on Weizman Boulevard at the entrance to Jerusalem.
Magen David Adom emergency medical personnel treated the victims before evacuating them to hospitals in the capital.
The fatalities were identified as 24-year-old Livia Dickman, from Jerusalem’s Har Nof neighborhood; Hanna Ifergan, a school principal in Beit Shemesh in her 60s; and Rabbinical Court Judge Elimelech Wasserman, 73.

2. Secretary of State Blinken: 'Today's deadly shooting underscores need to remove Hamas' - Israel National News
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the press on Thursday at the end of his visit to Israel amid the pause in fighting as part of the hostage deal between Israel and Hamas.
"Today marks the 7th day of the humanitarian pause in Gaza, that the United States worked closely with Israel, Qatar, and Egypt to put in place. The seventh day that hostages have been freed and are returning home to their families, the seventh day that significantly more humanitarian assistance is getting into the people of Gaza who need it, and the seventh day that civilians in Gaza have been able to move to safer areas," Blinken stated.
He added that the US's immediate focus is working with its partners to extend the pause to enable more hostages to be released and additional humanitarian into Gaza. (Read more)

3. Netanyahu and Israeli war cabinet meet with Secretary Blinken in Jerusalem to discuss next phase of Gaza war - AllIsrael News
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the members of the War Cabinet met today with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem.
Netanyahu thanked Blinken for America's support of Israel during the conflict and with the hostage release deal.
“I want to express our appreciation for your support from the beginning: the President, you personally, the delegation, in the war of eliminating Hamas and releasing, securing the release of our hostages. You've been very, very helpful. We appreciate it deeply.”

4. Sinwar: ‘Oct. 7th was just a rehearsal’ - World Israel News
Hamas’s Oct. 7 slaughter was “just a rehearsal,” the Islamist group’s leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar threatened on Thursday, in his first public statement since the terrorist organization massacred more than a thousand people in Israel.
“The leaders of the occupation [Israel] should know, Oct. 7 was just a rehearsal,” stated Sinwar, according to the Maariv newspaper.
At least 1,200 people were killed in Hamas’s Oct. 7 attacks on Israeli communities near the Gaza border. Another 240 men, women, children, and soldiers were taken back to Gaza as hostages.
On Monday, Israeli media reported that Sinwar paid a visit to several of the hostages held in an underground tunnel in the Strip. One of the hostages released over the weekend said the terror mastermind spoke to them in Hebrew without an accent. (Read more}

5. Truce in Gaza extended at last minute as talks over remaining Hamas captives get tougher - Israel Hayom
Israel and Hamas on Thursday agreed to extend their cease-fire by another day, just minutes before it was set to expire. The truce in Gaza appeared increasingly tenuous as most women and children held by the terrorists have already been released in swaps for Palestinian prisoners.
As word of the extension came Thursday morning, gunmen opened fire on people waiting for buses where a main highway from Tel Aviv enters Jerusalem, killing at least two people and wounding seven others, according to police and Israel's Magen David Adom emergency service.
Police said the two attackers were killed. It was unclear if the attack was carried out by a Palestinian terrorist group or individuals acting on their own, or if it would have any impact on the truce in Gaza. (Read more)

Now, Tsarfati warns, "We're facing right now a battle between two things. One, we have the largest terror base on planet Earth [in Hamas] -- and in the north, we have the largest or the strongest terror organization on planet Earth [in Hezbollah]. Several hostages released by Hamas have testified they were held in the homes of

“But wait, there’s more! Another abductee was held captive by a Gazan doctor who,
simultaneously, cared for children. These are not isolated incidents; these civilians are
terrorists. Present at the Saturday massacre, they’re now revealed as integral to holding

Hamas on Thursday finally admitted that Baby Kfir was dead. He was 9-months-old when

Israelis were hoping the baby would be released this week.
On Thursday Hamas admitted that Baby Kfir was killed. Earlier in the week they said the mother and her baby were turned over to a rival Islamic terrorist group. On Thursday Hamas said Baby Kfir and his mother and brother were killed “in an Israeli bombing.”
What very sad news.

5. Washington State Republican Party Files Formal Ethics Complaint Against WA Secretary of State Hobbs for Using Public Funds to Surveil and Censor Political Opposition – The Gateway Pundit
Today the Washington State Republican Party (WSRP) filed a formal ethics
complaint with the Washington State Ethics Board against Secretary of State Steve Hobbs.

The oath of office taken by Secretary Hobbs requires that he conduct elections in a fair, transparent, and nonpartisan manner. Every person must have the right to freely speak, write and publish on all subjects, without the speech being abridged by government actors, being intimidated by state surveillance, reported to state officials as a “threat”, or punished as the spreader of a “narrative” unwelcome by the state. Secretary Hobbs cannot be allowed to use his office to surveil, suppress, and hinder free debate; especially when that debate is critical of him.
Secretary Hobb’s unethical and illegal conduct can be mitigated only by immediately declaring the unconstitutional contract with Logically void as against public policy, refusing to accept any further services under the contract, and publicly committing to conduct elections in a fair and transparent manner. - Praise You, Lord God, that WA Secretary of State Hobbs has been called out and is the subject of a formal ethics complaint for his dealings with AI company, Logically, working to suppress free speech of all citizens who are critical of him, his office, or his policies. In so doing, Hobbs has violated his oath of office and his oath to support the U.S. Constitution. The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Federal Government is holding a hearing to examine federal government-sanctioned internet suppression and attacks on journalists and media outlets.
The hearing will feature testimony from Matt Taibbi, Twitter Files journalist and author; Michael Shellenberger, Twitter Files journalist, author, and environmentalist; Rupa Subramanya, Canada-based journalist for The Free Press; and Olivia Troye, former Homeland Security Advisor and Counterterrorism Advisor, Office of Vice President Pence.
For years The Gateway Pundit has been one of the main targets of the government’s censorship complex. Today, The Gateway Pundit is the lead plaintiff in the Missouri-Louisiana v. Biden free speech case that will be decided by the US Supreme Court early next year. This is the biggest First Amendment case in modern US history. The Biden regime is arguing that the US government has a right to control media content in America today.
Earlier this week Michael Shellenberger revealed that a whistleblower recently stepped forward with documented evidence on the origins of the Censorship Industrial Complex following the election of President Donald Trump in 2016 and the passage of Brexit in the UK.

7. Gov Abbot Says Texas Will Bus Another 70,000 Immigrants to
Democrat-Run Cities – Daily Wire
Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott announced Wednesday the state will bus another 70,000 immigrants to Democrat-run cities around the nation amid the Biden
administration’s ongoing crisis at the Southern Border. “Texas will bus migrants to sanctuary cities until Biden secures the border,” Abbott said on X. “Our mission provides vital relief to border towns.”
According to Abbott, the state intends to transport more than 12,500 migrants to
Washington D.C., 25,000 to New York City, 20,000 to Chicago, 3,200 to Philadelphia, 7,400 to Denver, and over 1,000 to Los Angeles.
The governor’s move comes as floods of migrants crossing the southern border in recent months have led to a national crisis, of which border towns typically bear the brunt. (Read more)

8. Shadow Government: Stealth Merger Between Corporations,
Governments and AI – Prophecy Newswatch
If you're not familiar with a little organization called the "Council For Inclusive Capitalism," don't worry, most people have never heard of it. The group was formed at the height of the covid pandemic; as fear instilled by government officials and the media propagated the news feeds, the majority of the public was rather distracted. The CIC is essentially everything that conspiracy theorists have been warning about for years packaged into a single Orwellian entity, complete with dramatic piano music and a mask of humanitarian philanthropy.
The basic root function of the council is to centralize most or all major corporations (corporations with global influence) and join them with governments into a network that places ideology over profit motive. Some people might argue that corporations need to adopt a shared value system instead of simply roaming around like sharks devouring whatever they can sink their teeth into. But who gets to choose the set of values that corporate behemoths follow?
The idea is simple: Bring the majority of corporations into line with the far-left political order. Once this is done, they will force those companies to use their platforms and public exposure to indoctrinate the masses. We have seen this strategy in action over the past several years, with many companies producing a steady stream of products, media content and marketing rife with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion propaganda, not to mention anti-west and anti-conservative propaganda. - Father God, how nefarious are the evil imaginations of man! Oh Lord, please deliver us from this plan of the enemy to take freedom and free market commerce away from our world. Mideast TV Programs Spread 'God's Love to Every Child', Offering Hope to Kids Caught in Wars

"By broadcasting free programs that bring God's love to every child, including those in places hostile to Christianity, we can give them real hope for the future — even in the midst of war." Like the children living in the Holy Land right now, my life as a young girl was full of fear and uncertainty because of war. Growing up in Syria, death and destruction surrounded me every day. The war in my homeland has claimed 350,000 lives, and still it isn't over. As Christians, it's very hard to keep our faith strong when everything around us is falling apart. But in the midst of war, there was a source of hope that brought comfort to me and my siblings . . . sound coming from the small television set that we huddled around each day in our crowded living room. That sound was a free channel called SAT-7 KIDS that we could pick up on our satellite dish. The Arabic-speaking Christian presenters on those kids' programs whisked us away from our hopeless surroundings and gave us a little glimpse of heaven. Joy and peace shone out of them. The stories they shared from the Bible gave me hope to believe in a better tomorrow.
When I was only 14 years old, my dad — the most precious person in the world to me — died of cancer. I lost my faith in God and everyone else. But after my family moved to Lebanon to escape the war in Syria, God began to whisper to my heart again. Deep down, I knew all I ever needed was one more gathering around that television set. They say God works in mysterious ways. SAT-7 KIDS was auditioning for new presenters for its "Challenge Accepted" show. I went along to try out. And guess what? I was hired! Now, as wars continue to impact and devastate the lives of children across the Middle East, I find myself at age 21 on the "frontline" — bringing comfort and hope to kids, like me, crying out in fear and pain, wondering if God really cares. Now in the show's third season, I share my experiences and my faith with young viewers, including those living in the Holy Land facing their own heartaches and, yes, the horrors of war. I reassure them their pain is understood and they are never alone.
