Numerous Arguments Filed to Remove Georgia Trump Case From State Court

Multiple codefendants of former President Donald Trump charged over contesting the 2020 general elections in Georgia have now filed notices of removal, requesting the state case be moved to federal court where they will likely have charges or the entire case dismissed based on immunities or additional defenses outlined in the U.S. Constitution.

The nature of each notice differed greatly, pulling from various precedents and listing ever more additional defenses.

Only one notice is needed in order to move the entire case from state to federal court.

Lawyers for Mark Meadows, former chief of staff to President Trump, argued in an Aug. 18 motion to dismiss the charges that by filing their notice of removal on Aug. 15, a day after the indictment, the entire case is already in the federal court jurisdiction, whether other codefendants have applicable defenses or not.

On Aug. 16, Judge Steve Jones had ordered an Aug. 28 hearing on the matter. On Aug. 22, Mr. Meadows’s lawyers filed an emergency motion requesting the court remove the case “promptly,” before the noon Aug. 25 deadline that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had set for the voluntary surrender of the 19 defendants before they face arrest.

“Federal courts have permitted removal without first holding the evidentiary hearing,” they wrote.

Former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark and former Georgia Republican Party Chair David Shafer have also filed notices of removal. (The Epoch Times) Read more.

- Father, we stand against all hostile actions committed against citizens of our nation who are protected by the Constitution.  We pray that You would release righteousness from Your courtroom upon these indictments and upon those who are acting out of anger, retribution or power-grabbing, for whatever reason.  We pray strength for every person who is being brought up on state charges and great wisdom and authority for their legal counsel.  May their cases all be removed into federal courtrooms with Your divinely appointed judges on the benches, in Jesus name.

- "But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Lord, in the acceptable time; O God, in the multitude of Your mercy, Hear me in the truth of Your salvation.  Deliver me out of the mire, And let me not sink; Let me be delivered from those who hate me, And out of the deep waters."  (Psalm 69:13-14)

MAJOR THREAT TO AMERICA: Communist Dictator of Nicaragua Authorizes Installation of Russian Military Bases and Cruise Missiles in Country

Avia.Pro reports:

The President of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, signed a decree according to which the deployment of Russian military bases and deployment of cruise missiles will be allowed in the country. This decision could become an important factor in the geopolitical balance of the region, especially given its close proximity to the United States.

The Russian news site also highlights the distance between Nicaragua and the US capital, Washington: 3000 km.

“With such proximity, missiles stationed in Nicaragua can reach the US capital in no time” – the Russian website warns.

Daniel Ortega’s decree has not yet been made public, which makes it difficult to gather more details for a complete verification of the information regarding Nicaragua’s partnership with Russia.

However, a recent statement by Alba Azucena Torres Mejia, Nicaragua’s ambassador to Russia, provided indications of the military partnership between Daniel Ortega and Vladimir Putin, the president of the Russian Federation.

On August 13, the TASS agency reported Torres Mejia’s remarks about the military partnership between the two countries:

“This year, we are marking the 79th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Over this time, we have proved that we will always be with Russia. We are friends with it, we love and respect this incredible country. I think that Nicaragua will try to develop relations with Russia in all spheres.”

There is currently no information on how the White House intends to respond to Russia in this event, which resembles the crisis over the missiles installed in communist Cuba in 1962. (Gateway Pundit) Read more here.

- Abba, it feels like, as a nation, we are going from bad to worse to even worse!  We now have Russian military established in Cuba and Nicaragua and we are living under the Biden regime which is working to tear our country apart instead of protecting us!!  We are in a but God world and we are in desperate need of your hand moving to protect us.

We ask for the eyes of faith to see your angels as we walk all this out with you.  We ask for a refilling of your Holy Spirit to flood our minds, hearts and spirits with your word, aligning our prayers, decrees and declarations with your heart and plans. Give us courage and fearlessness to speak out what you tell us, filling the atmosphere around us with truth.  We ask for scriptures to build us up and scriptures we can use for the pulling down of strongholds in obedience to your word.  We ask this is the name Yahweh-Shalom, The Lord our Peace.  AMEN

- "He sent me to tell those who mourn that
the time of the Lord's favor has come,
and with it, the day of God's anger against
          their enemies." (

House Freedom Caucus Issues Demands in Return for Continued Spending

The House Freedom Caucus (HFC) issued a list of demands on Monday, which it characterized as requirements for it to support a continuing resolution. The stopgap spending agreements have become an annual spectacle in Congress, as appropriated funds run out at the end of the fiscal year (Sept. 30) before new appropriations have been determined. The alternative is a government “shutdown,” which Democrats in office and the media manipulate into bad press for fiscally responsible, disobedient Republicans.

Politico reports that both Democrat and Republican Congressional leaders have previously admitted the need for a continuing resolution. Politico called the list of demands a “not unexpected” “headache” for Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.). But the outlet also acknowledged that the Republican leader is already on board with at least some of the agenda: “McCarthy has repeatedly vowed that he won’t take up an ‘omnibus’ spending package — when all 12 spending bills are rolled into one mammoth piece of legislation.” So there’s a glimmer of hope for a semblance of fiscal restraint, anyway.

What are these demands by the roughly three dozen stalwart conservative reps in exchange for passing spending resolutions? Let’s take a look. (PJMedia) Go here.
- Abba. we give you praise that the House Freedom Caucus has issued requirements that must be met for them to vote for continued spending.  We ask for your favor on the acceptance of these requirements and on all who signed onto this effort to slow down the "out of control" spending by our government.

We ask for you to speak to the hearts of every person in the House who is called by your name, speak to them of how you see the spending allocations they have voted for and against.  Father God, help them to align their hearts with yours, to see the purpose and intentions behind each request for money, and how it measures up to your expectations.  Help each to vote your heart, not their own.  We ask for conviction to fall on those whose hearts are not aligned with yours, show them how you see them and guide them to "God" directed decisions. We ask this in the name Il Elyon, the Most High God.  AMEN

- "Then those who feared the Lord spoke with each other,
and the Lord listened to what they said.
In his presence, a scroll of remembrance was written
to record the names of those who feared him
and always thought about the honor of his name."

The Shin Bet is pointing at 15 to 20 Arab local authorities in which there are threats by crime families against candidates, voters, and elected officials, Kan News reported on Wednesday.

According to the report, security officials are bothered by the fact that in these localities, the freedom of choice could be harmed during the municipal elections that are set for October, and there is a need for special security deployment beyond the police.

Earlier Wednesday, the ministerial committee formed to address the fight against crime in the Arab sector, decided that the Shin Bet shouldl assist the police in the fight against crime in Arab society. (Read more)

3. Gantz demands Netanyahu fire Ben-Gvir - Israel National News

National Unity party chairman MK Benny Gantz today (Wednesday) paid a condolence visit to the family of Abed Rahman Kashua, the director-general of the Israeli Arab municipality of Tira who was murdered earlier this week.

Gantz, who visited the city alongside Ra'am chairman MK Mansour Abbas, addressed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and called on him to fire National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir. "The responsibility is on you, no political price is equal to the blood price we pay as a society. You must fire him and appoint a minister to handle the crisis. Every minute that passes is a ticking bomb."

Gantz attacked Ben-Gvir: "The minister who is supposed to take care of citizens' personal security lacks the ability to manage and has no desire to help Arab society. He wants to establish a private militia, instead of making sure there are policemen. He wants 'his own people', instead of investigators who will lay their hands on the murderers. Instead of bringing in the existing Border Police and security forces that would help restore the feeling of security - he sows chaos."  (Read more)

4. Rothman requests restraining order against protesters; court postpones decision - Times of Israel

The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday heard a request from far-right Religious Zionism MK Simcha Rothman to place a restraining order on 400 anti-government protesters he accused of “persecuting” and “spying” on him.

Rothman, one of the leading authors of the government’s divisive judicial overhaul program, leveled the charge after activists created a WhatsApp group titled “Searching for Rothman in the Golan Heights.” The activists were seeking to stage a protest at the Majrase Nature Reserve, where Rothman was vacationing with his family Tuesday.

Rothman demanded the closure of messaging groups that aimed to track his movements and “trample” on his and his family’s privacy. (Read more)

1. 1,000 school districts adopt policies to hide students' chosen gender identities from parents - Christian Post

More than 1,000 school districts across the United States have adopted policies that permit or advise personnel to withhold information from parents about their child's desire to identify as trans or nonbinary, according to the advocacy group Parents Defending Education.

At least 1,040 districts, representing 18,335 schools with more than 10.7 million students, have "Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Policies" that openly state district personnel can or should keep a student’s gender identity status hidden from parents, says the report.

Several Republican-majority states have responded by passing laws protecting children from undergoing irreversible body-mutilating sex-change surgeries to remove the body parts, such as an orchiectomy or castration for boys and an elective mastectomy or hysterectomy for girls. (Read more)

- Lord God, we ask for supernatural, discernment and wisdom for every parent on how to handle these challenging situations with their children. We ask Lord for a miracle in this situation. Our tax dollars should not be used to fund our own demise and the disrupting of the family unit that you created. We pray these plans down and we pray for every teacher, the unions and all those involved in schools that they would do what is right to help uplift families, and bring them closer together, not tear them apart. In Jesus' name, amen.

“I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” (1 Corinthians 1:10)

2. Iconic Nickelodeon Animator Finds Christ, Embarks on Mission to Inspire Kids’ Faith - Faith Wire

A veteran animator known for creating the runaway hit “The Fairly OddParents” is now on a mission to inspire young Christians. Butch Hartman and his wife, Julieann, have created “The Garden,” a faith-based series. The duo, who are outspoken Christians, embarked on the project after Hartman’s monumental success working as an artist, storyteller, and show creator for two decades at Nickelodeon.

Every episode has a song, and every song has a Scripture in it,” she said. “So, your kids are going to be singing Scriptures.”
The Hartmans launched “The Garden” app earlier this year, complete with episodes of the show, curriculum, songs, games, and more.

They’re hoping for a lasting legacy that brings people closer to God.
“Twenty years from now, we want people to have watched the cartoon, who’ve read the [accompanying] Bible, who’ve been on the app [to] say, ‘Mr. Hartman, I found Jesus because of your show,'” he said. “That’s what we’d love to hear.” (Read more)

- Thank you, Father God, for this man whom you have saved, who saw the light, and the truth, and is now wanting to use his gifts, and his talents in creating movies and TV shows to actually uplift children and better their lives with Your Word. We thank you, God, that your word lasts forever, and will never change, and is the source for every answer our children need in this time. In Jesus' name, amen.

- "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." (Psalm 119:105)

3. US approves new $500M arms sale to Taiwan as aggression from China intensifies - AP News

The Biden administration has approved a $500 million arms sale to Taiwan as it ramps up military assistance to the island despite fervent objections from China.

The State Department said Wednesday it had signed off on the sale of infrared search tracking systems along with related equipment for advanced F-16 fighter jets.

The sale includes the infrared systems as well as test support and equipment, computer software and spare parts, it said.
Although the deal is modest in comparison to previous weapons sales, the move is likely to draw fierce criticism from Beijing, which regards self-governing Taiwan as a renegade province and refuses to rule out the use of force to reunify it with the mainland.

- Lord God, we cover China and Taiwan in the blood of Jesus. We speak to any potential violence or chaos in these areas that it would cease and desist, that would not cause more harm or damage to the people of these countries. In the name of Jesus, amen.

4. More Than 850 People Missing in Maui Wildfires - Christian Headlines

At least 850 people are still missing almost two weeks after wildfires desecrated Maui, Hawaii, killing 115 people.

As Christian Headlines previously reported, the fires started on Tuesday, August 8 and rapidly overtook neighborhoods in historic Lahaina, the largest community on the west side of Maui. Dry summer conditions and strong winds from Hurricane Dora as it passed the island expedited the fire's growth. (Read more)

- Lord we cover Maui and these fires in the blood of Jesus. We cover all the fires everywhere all over the world in prayer right now. We lift up all of those affected, lost, and the lives destroyed because of these fires that you would supernaturally reveal yourself to everyone Lord, bring them comfort and peace. We pray that all missing people would be found in the name of Jesus. We pray, complete wholeness and restoration over all that was lost. In Jesus' name, amen.

- “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus…” (Philippians 4:7)

5. D.C. Attorney General is probing Leonard Leo’s network - Politico

Washington D.C. Attorney General Brian Schwalb is investigating judicial activist Leonard Leo and his network of nonprofit groups, according to a person with direct knowledge of the probe.

The scope of the investigation is unclear. But it comes after POLITICO reported in March that one of Leo’s nonprofits — registered as a charity — paid his for-profit company tens of millions of dollars in the two years since he joined the company. A few weeks later, a progressive watchdog group filed a complaint with the D.C. attorney general and the IRS requesting a probe into what services were provided and whether Leo was in violation of laws against using charities for personal enrichment.

Best known as Donald Trump’s White House “court whisperer,” Leo played a behind-the-scenes role in the nominations of all three of the former president’s Supreme Court justices and promoted them through his multi-billion-dollar network of nonprofits. Trump chose his three Supreme Court picks, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, from a list drawn up by Leo. More recently, Leo was the beneficiary of a $1.6 billion contribution, believed to be the biggest political donation in U.S. history. (Read more)

- Lord God, if these investigations are continuing to pick on people who have been associated with Donald Trump, then this is a travesty. We refuse to let go of our Constitutional rights that have the biblical morals and values it was based upon. We continue to pray down this destruction of our Justice department, in the name of Jesus. We want our country back, and we continue to stand in faith that the morals and values that this country was founded upon will continue to prevail, and that truth would win out. In Jesus' name, amen!

“I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked, for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” (Eccl. 3:17)

6. Wagner Boss Prigozhin Killed in Private Jet Crash North of Moscow, Says Russian State Media - Brietbart

Mercenary warlord and one-time insurrection leader against Vladimir Putin’s Russian government Yevgeny Prigozhin was aboard a private jet that crashed north of Moscow, killing all aboard, Russian state media says.

The group said: “The assassination of Prigozhin would have catastrophic consequences. The people who gave the order do not understand the mood in the army and the morale at all.” It added: “Let this be a lesson to all. You always have to go to the end,” in a likely reference to Prighozhin’s failed coup attempt against the Kremlin.

The claimed death of the warlord comes nearly two months to the day after he redirected his mercenary army from fighting in Ukraine towards Moscow, launching a march on the capital calling for serious changes at the top of the Russian state. While the coup quickly folded — allegedly in return for personal guarantees for Prigozhin’s safety — it was seen as a major event that shook the Russian state. (Read more)

- Lord God, we continue to cover Ukraine and Russia in the blood of Jesus. We speak to any potential violence or chaos as a result of this killing that it would cease and desist, and would not cause more harm or damage to the Russian people or the Ukrainian people in the name of Jesus. We pray Your perfect peace over Russia and Ukraine that drives out all fear. In Jesus' name, amen.

- “They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”          (I Peter 3:11)

7. US appeals court backs abortion pill restrictions; Supreme Court appeal planned - Reuters

Access to the abortion pill mifepristone must be restricted, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Wednesday, ordering a ban on telemedicine prescriptions and shipments of the drug by mail, though the decision will not immediately take effect.

The New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stopped short of ruling that the drug must be pulled off the market altogether, as a lower court had done. A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Justice said that the Biden administration will appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court. President Joe Biden, a Democrat, supports abortion rights and last year ordered the federal health agency to expand access to mifepristone.

The ruling will not take effect until the Supreme Court reviews it, which could occur in its upcoming term from October to June. The three-judge 5th Circuit panel was reviewing an order in April by U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk in Amarillo, Texas. While it was a preliminary ruling that applied while the case was pending, Kacsmaryk said he was ultimately likely to make it permanent. (Read more)

- We pray Lord God in the power and authority of the name of Jesus Christ that in the months to come the Supreme Court will rule rightly in this case, that many lives will be saved, and hearts will be changed. In Jesus name, amen.

- “Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work?” (Proverbs 24:11-12)

8. Fox News Asks GOP Candidates About Climate Change, Abortion Before Crime, Immigration, China - Brietbart

Fox News Republican presidential primary debate moderators Bret Baier and Martha McCallum asked GOP hopefuls about climate change and abortion rights ahead of likely voters’ top concerns being crime, immigration, and the threat of China.

Fox News came back from a commercial break, McCallum asked candidates: “What do you say to your party and to your state, which today confirmed a six-week abortion law as well, especially the impact on women, suburban voters in this country?”

The two questions came even as likely Republican voters have most recently listed stopping illegal immigration, reducing crime, and lowering inflation as their top issues going into the 2024 presidential primary.
Specifically, the latest CBS News poll of likely Republican voters found that 86 percent said lowering inflation was their top issue. Meanwhile, 83 percent said cutting crime and 81 percent said stopping illegal immigration were their top issues. (Read more)

- Lord God, we pray over future presidential debates that all candidates and commentators, no matter what party affiliation, would focus on the real issues affecting every day Americans, instead of issues that aren’t a high priority. And as always, Lord, we pray for all believers that they would vote biblical values at the polls, not party lines because your word, and your standards never change in Jesus name amen.

- "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever."
(Isaiah 40:8)

9. Savage Animals’: Trump Talks Indictments, Political Assassinations With Tucker During GOP Debate - The Daily Caller

Former President Donald Trump counter-programmed the 2024 Republican primary debate Wednesday night by sitting down for an exclusive interview with Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson in Bedminster, New Jersey. He then claimed his political opponents will attempt to steal the 2024 presidential election if he wins and explained why they would possibly even want to kill him.

“It started with protesting against you, then it moved to impeachment twice, and now indictments,” Carlson said. “Are you worried that they’re going to try and kill you? Why wouldn’t they try to kill you, honestly?” “They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick,” Trump answered.

The former president also told Carlson whether the U.S. is “on the brink of civil war.”
Trump touted his lead in the Republican primary race in his Truth Social post Sunday.

- Lord God, we cover all of these very serious issues, raised by Carlson and Trump, in this interview in the blood of Jesus. We take a spiritual ax and we cut at the root of all demonic assignments against Trump‘s life, anyone around him, or associated with him, his family, or any other political and influential figure that may be in harms way simply because someone disagrees with them. There is no need to murder people no matter how much you may disagree with somebody. We speak life over Trump and his family. We speak life over this country, we speak life over its citizens, and we just declare that truth and justice will win out, and every evil will be completely eliminated in Jesus Christ name.

Stupidocrisy: Chicago Citizens Beg Gangs To Limit Shootings Between 9pm To 9am

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, August 23, 2023

Gun control means begging criminals not to shoot unarmed people, like women, children and old folk. That’s what it’s come to in one of the most gun controlled cities in the nation. Native Sons, a Chicago nonprofit, has asked the gangs there to only conduct their shootings from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Tatiana Atkins, co-founder of Native Sons told CWBChicago that “Our goal is to approach our city’s gun violence problem strategically and not all at once. Things didn’t become this way overnight, and change won’t happen overnight.” Translated: The toughest gun control laws in America have only emboldened gang violence and now we have to politely ask gangs for daily ceasefires.

Atkins said “If people know that after a certain hour, the likelihood of them being shot by an unknown and unprovoked assailant are at a higher risk, they will be less likely to be out and about, and they may become more proactive with the supervision of their children.” So she went to gang members trying to get them to limit their shootings to certain hours of the night. She says, “At the end of the day, five-year-olds are being killed by gun violence, 14-year-olds are being killed by gun violence, 78-year-olds are being killed by gun violence, pregnant women are being killed by gun violence, young boys with bright futures are being killed by gun violence, fathers are being killed by gun violence, and this shouldn’t be happening,” Read More

Netanyahu, Gallant blame Iran for terror wave: ‘All options are on the table’
After attacks, Smotrich said rushing through plan to expand West Bank settlements

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant blame Iran for the surge in terror attacks.

Giving a live statement from the scene of an attack earlier in the day in which a woman was shot dead and a man seriously wounded, Netanyahu  says, “We are in the midst of a terrorist onslaught that is being encouraged, directed, and financed by Iran and its proxies.”

“We are working around the clock to catch the murderers,” Netanyahu says. (Times of Israel) Read more here.

- Father God, we continue to stand by Israel in prayer, hour by hour and day by day. We ask that You grant Your wisdom to P.M. Netanyahu and to those in authority in Your land, that they can anticipate the moves of their enemies and work quickly to thwart them. In Your Name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

WATCH: Kansas 98-year-old makes First Amendment stand as deputies raid home: 'Get out of my house!'
Joan Meyer's fiery exchange with law enforcement captured on video day before her death

Joan Meyer, the 98-year-old co-owner of a storied Kansas newspaper who died the day after police served search warrants on her home and office, appears on newly unveiled surveillance video shouting at officers to get out of her living room.

"Don't you touch any of that stuff," she says at the start of the minute-long clip, wearing a robe and slippers and standing behind a walker.

"Ma'am," one officer begins, before she cuts him off barking, "This is my house!"

Meyer's son, Marion County Record Publisher Eric Meyer, made the clip public Tuesday after a state official said an online search cited as a reason for the raid was not a crime.

"How many computers do you have in the house, ma'am?" an officer asks at another point in the video.

"I'm not gonna tell you," Meyer replies, pushing past him with her walker. "Get out of my way."

The younger Meyer has blamed his mother's death on undue stress caused by the raids, which he calls "illegal" and has likened to "Gestapo tactics."

The raid drew national First Amendment concerns and, last Wednesday, Marion County Attorney Joel Ensey withdrew the search warrants and ordered Marion Police to return all seized items, finding no legal basis for the case against the paper or its staff.

"It is not a crime in America to be a reporter," Bernie Rhodes, an attorney for the Meyers and their newspaper, told Fox News Digital. (Fox News) Read more here.

- Father God, this story is so tragic, in many ways. First, we do intercede for the family and friends of Joan Meyer, as they mourn her loss.

Next, we ask You to bring the full weight of Your justice to rest upon the officers who perpetrated this crime, and Marion County Attorney Joel Ensey even as he has withdrawn these charges.

And finally, we ask that those in authority review the letter of the law, so that these episodes woutd never happen again. In Your name, Holy One, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

Railroad bridge platform collapse leaves at least 26 victims dead, others injured

A construction platform being used to build a bridge more than 300 feet tall collapsed in northeastern India, plunging dozens of workers into the ground below, an official said.

State Transport authorities said Wednesday at least 26 workers are dead, and two others were injured after a platform collapsed during construction on the new Bairabi-Sairang Railway Line in Sairang, a town on the outskirts of Aizawal, the capital of Mizoram state.

State Transport Minister T.J. Lalnuntluanga said Wednesday that rescuers have recovered 18 bodies and have located eight others still in the debris.
Police said there were 40 workers at the site when the platform collapsed.

Residents of a village near the construction site rushed to assist survivors after the support platform collapsed, police said.

The government-run National Disaster Response Force also rushed to the scene.

The bridge has been under construction for nearly two years. Its tallest pier is more than 340 feet tall. (Fox News) Read more.

- Lord God, we pray for the families of those who have lost their lives in this tragedy. We ask that You visit the authorities in India who have charge over these matters, granting them Your wisdom that they might find the exact cause of this disaster, and the remedy for it. Thank You, O Lord, for hearing our prayer, amen and amen.

Is a Mach 4 Passenger Jet Possible? NASA,
Industry Explore Idea

Flying from New York City to London up to four times faster than what’s currently possible may sound like a far-off dream, but NASA is exploring whether the commercial market could support travel at such speeds.

NASA recently investigated the business case for supersonic passenger air travel aboard aircraft that could theoretically travel between Mach 2 and Mach 4 (1,535-3,045 mph at sea level). By comparison, today’s larger airliners cruise at roughly 600 mph, or about 80% of the speed of sound.

The NASA studies concluded potential passenger markets exist in about 50 established routes that connect cities. Since the U.S. and other nations prohibit supersonic flight over land, the studies’ findings covered transoceanic travel, including high-volume North Atlantic routes and those crossing the Pacific.

NASA’s Quesst mission, with its X-59 quiet supersonic aircraft, aims to provide data to regulators that would help change the overland supersonic flight rules.

“We conducted similar concept studies over a decade ago at Mach 1.6-1.8, and those resulting roadmaps helped guide NASA research efforts since, including those leading to the X-59,” said Lori Ozoroski, project manager for NASA’s Commercial Supersonic Technology Project. “These new studies will both refresh those looks at technology roadmaps and identify additional research needs for a broader high-speed range.”

Addict Who Stole Feucht's Guitar Finds Radical Redemption in Christ
Sean Feucht adamantly believes in the power of God's redemption. He has seen it in his own life, and now he's seen a miracle happen in the life of a man who had violated his personal property. A man named Zach, who had broken into Feucht's car and stolen the evangelist and worship leader's cherished 1967 Ghallager guitar in June in Spokane, Washington, not only came to salvation in Jesus Christ earlier this week, but was also baptized in the kingdom. "What was once lost has now been found," Feucht said on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, not referring to his guitar but Zach's life. "Our God is a redeeming God." In June, Feucht asked his social media followers to pray for "justice," and he got it less than a week later after revealing that a friend had found the stolen guitar at a pawn shop in Spokane and purchased it back for Feucht. Feucht told his more than 100,000 followers on X in June that getting his guitar back was a "Sunday miracle."

Days after the guitar was retrieved, Zach confessed and asked for forgiveness from a friend of Feucht's named Dean while he was doing some street ministry in Spokane. On Instagram, Feucht reported that the guitar had been traded for drugs and then sold to the pawn shop. Feucht's headline on his Instagram page read: "BREAKING NEWS: MAN WHO STOLE MY GUITAR WRECKED BY GOD's LOVE. Only God can write a story like this. He takes what the enemy meant for evil and turns it around," Feucht told Churchleaders.com.  More than 7,000 showed up at Feucht's worship event in Spokane on Sunday night—a surprise to Feucht considering the wildfires blazing in Washington. But the biggest surprise for Feucht was when Zach showed up at the event and was baptized. (Charisma News) Read More Here.

A Special Message
The Sinner's Prayer
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."

Scripture: Peace through the blood of His cross. Colossians 1:20

Wand’rer, come, there’s room for thee,
At the cross of Jesus;
Come and taste salvation free
At the cross of Jesus.

Refrain
Blessèd cross! precious cross!
There my hopes are twining;
There I see a Father’s love
Through a Savior shining.

Come and bring thy burden now
To the cross of Jesus;
Lay thy burning, throbbing brow
At the cross of Jesus.

Refrain

O what comfort thou wilt find
At the cross of Jesus;
Love thy broken heart will bind
At the cross of Jesus.

Refrain

See the crimson waters flow
At the cross of Jesus;
Come and tell thy every woe
At the cross of Jesus.

Refrain
