Russia tests new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile in what Putin hails as ‘truly unique weapon’
Missile launch comes amid war in Ukraine and heightened global tensions
Russia’s Defense Ministry announced Wednesday that it has conducted the first test launch of its new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile – a nuclear weapon that President Vladimir Putin says will "provide food for thought for those who... try to threaten our country."
The ministry said the missile was launched Wednesday from the Plesetsk launch facility in northern Russia and its practice warheads hit designated targets at the Kura firing range on the far eastern Kamchatka Peninsula.
"This truly unique weapon will strengthen the combat potential of our armed forces, reliably ensure Russia's security from external threats and provide food for thought for those who, in the heat of frenzied aggressive rhetoric, try to threaten our country," Putin said, according to Reuters.
The Sarmat is a heavy missile, intended to replace the Soviet-made Voyevoda missile which was code-named Satan by the West.
Putin and his officials said it's capable of penetrating any prospective missile defense. "It has no analogues in the world and won't have for a long time to come," Reuters quoted him as saying. (Fox News) Read more here.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL
1. IDF hits Hamas sites during pair of overnight raids in response to Gaza rocket fire - Times of Israel
The IDF carried out a pair of air raids in Gaza after midnight on Thursday in response to rocket fire and anti-aircraft missiles launched from the Hamas-run enclave during what appeared to be the tensest night in the Strip since last May’s 11-day war.
During the exchange, the IDF said its Iron Dome missile defense system mistook gunshots for a salvo of rockets in what initially appeared to be a sign of a significant escalation. But by night’s end, the army confirmed that only one rocket had been fired into Israel during the whole exchange.
That launch took place at around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, with shrapnel from the rocket striking a parked car and a wall near a home in the city of Sderot. Hundreds of ball bearings that were loaded into the rocket were found at the scene. (Read more)
2. Jerusalem on alert, West Bank and Gaza on lockdown as Passover enters final days - YNETNews
With security tensions running high as the final days of Passover are around the corner, a lockdown will be enforced on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, while Jerusalem will be put on high alert, the military said Wednesday evening.
The decision was made hours after the far-right's flag march in Jerusalem - which was dispersed in mere hours due to police intervention and heavy security around the march's route, including the volatile Muslim quarter.
Shortly after the flag march - which also took place last year and was the catalyst for the May war between Israel and Gaza, as well as for numerous racial riots inside the country - militants in Gaza fired a rocket at Israeli communitiesadjacent to the Strip. (Read more)
3. As Temple Mount riots continue, Hamas warns against Jews entering site -Jerusalem Post
Israeli forces and Palestinian rioters clashed at the al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount yet again on Thursday morning, Israel Police reported.
Dozens of rioters threw stones and fired fireworks at police after the early morning Fajr prayer, police said. The rioters were also reportedly barricading themselves in the mosques.
Police said that while they allow the public freedom of worship all the time, lawbreakers had disrupted order and were desecrating the mosque. (Read more)
4. It’s a lie’ – Bennett goes head-to-head with CNN journalist - World Israel News
In an interview with CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour about Israel’s policies to control violent rioting on the Temple Mount and “settlements” — i.e. Jewish communities — in Judea and Samaria, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett didn’t hold back.
Pushing the narrative that stalled peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians are the reason for terror and that both sides are caught in a cycle of violence, Amanpour asked Bennett about his efforts on that front.
“I object to the notion of ‘both sides.’ No,” the prime minister replied. “When they don’t attack us, we have no issues with them. But when they do attack us, I have to fight back and hit them [in] their terror bases, and that’s what any leader would do, and that’s what I’m doing.” (Read more)
5. Anti-Israel protesters call to ‘globalize the intifada’ in march on Israel’s NY consulate - Israel National News
Hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the Consulate General of Israel in Manhattan on Wednesday in what was billed as an emergency rally to support the Palestinian Arab cause “by any means necessary.”
As dozens of police officers lined up around the area, the protesters began calling to “globalize the intifada.” Tensions are high in Israel, where Arab rioters have clashed with police on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, following weeks of Arab terror attacks on Israelis.
Multiple activist groups organized the rally, including Within Our Lifetime, Samoudin and the Palestinian Youth Movement. Organizers refused to speak with the New York Jewish Week, calling it part of the “Zionist media.” (Read more)

1.Pre-planned parachuters cause Capitol Police to issue evacuation alert - JusttheNews
U.S. Capitol Police, already facing questions about the Jan. 6 response, evacuated the Capitol Wednesday evening over an airplane posing a "probable threat," but the all-clear was given after authorities discovered it was part of a pre-planned flyover for a Washington Nationals baseball game.
Authorities ordered an evacuation of the Capitol, the Library of Congress, the Botanic Garden, and the surrounding House and Senate office buildings. The plane, which circled the D.C. area, carried a U.S. Army parachute team for the Nationals game. "It appears that someone forgot to tell USCP, triggering tonight’s evacuation order," Politico reporter Andrew Desiderio noted.
Capitol Police said more details about the incident will be forthcoming.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) invoked the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot and criticized the Federal Aviation Administration in response to the evacuation. "The Federal Aviation Administration’s apparent failure to notify Capitol Police of the pre-planned flyover Nationals Stadium is outrageous and inexcusable," she wrote in a press release. "The unnecessary panic caused by this apparent negligence was particularly harmful for Members, staff and institutional workers still grappling with the trauma of the attack on their workplace on January 6th," she said. 2. Governors Create Border Strike Force ‘In the Absence of Federal Leadership’ – The Epoch Times
Twenty-six U.S. governors, all Republican, announced the creation of a Border Strike Force to “disrupt and dismantle transnational criminal organizations” on April 19.
The group of governors signed a memorandum of understanding, pledging to work together to “serve as a force multiplier to target cartels and criminal networks financially and operationally.”
“Together, governors will improve public safety, protect victims from horrific crimes, reduce the amount of drugs in our communities, and alleviate the humanitarian crisis at the Southern Border,” the agreement states.
The group includes two border states—Arizona and Texas—as well as 24 others: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
“In the absence of federal leadership, states are partnering together to create the American Governors’ Border Strike Force to disrupt and dismantle transnational criminal organizations by increasing collaboration, improving intelligence, investing in analysis, combating human smuggling, and stopping drug flow in our states,” the agreement states. 3.Iran assembles ‘building blocks for long-range ballistic missiles,’ says Israeli space expert – Jewish News Syndicate
“At the end of the day, all missiles, including space launchers, are built by Iran’s military industries, and all of the industries belong to the IRGC. The connection was always there to begin with,” says Tal Inbar.
Iran is gradually assembling the building blocks necessary to construct ballistic missiles with very long ranges, an Israeli missile and space expert has said, adding that Islamic Republic’s elite military Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) “can reach space.”
Iran’s space program uses ballistic-missile technology to launch spy satellites into orbit around the earth. It is seen by observers as a guise for the development of future intercontinental Iranian ballistic missiles, which could threaten Europe in the first stage and potentially North America in later development stages.
Tal Inbar, a leading Israeli missile and space expert, told JNS in recent days that despite the existence of an Iranian civilian space program, which operates alongside a space division run by the IRGC (first unveiled in 2020), the IRGC is the entity producing all of the components for both space programs. 5. "So Not Even A Fly Can Escape": Putin Declares Mariupol 'Liberated' - Orders Besieged Steel Plant Sealed Off – ZeroHedge
Weeks ago Russian forces had already captured and besieged much of the southeast Ukrainian port city of Mariupol, which began a process of the majority of civilians emptying out - though there could still be tens of thousands remaining. Within the past days an estimated couple thousand Azov fighters have been surrounded and holed up at the large, cavernous Azovstal steel plant, reportedly including some civilians, resulting in a standoff situation where those inside are fast running out of supplies.
Previously it was thought that Russian troops were preparing to storm the sprawling complex, but instead on Thursday President Vladimir Putin indicated to his Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu that this course of action must be scrapped and instead the plant should be completely sealed off.
Putin further declared Mariupol, which prior to the invasion had a population of about 450,000, is now "liberated" - and congratulated the defense chief on the military "success" - at a moment Russia has launched a broader major offensive to take the whole of Donbas. (Read more)

6.Russia’s actions against the dollar could spur economic collapse for America – NewsTarget
The supremacy of the U.S. dollar is being threatened by world events, and many fear this could be setting a series of events into motion that will culminate in the Great Reset that globalists have long been pushing for.
BRICS nations, which include Russia, India and China, have been moving away from the dollar amid western sanctions over Russia’s Ukraine invasion as well as Russia’s exclusion from SWIFT. The move was aimed at Russian gas and oil exports, and as a result, Russia is now demanding that these essential commodities be purchased using rubles rather than the U.S. dollar, which has long been the currency of choice for these transactions.
In addition, Russia’s central bank has just (temporarily) backed the ruble with gold. Russia is the world’s second-biggest gold producer, responsible for 9.5 percent of the gold mined each year on average, most of which ends up in the hands of the state. This means that instead of the ruble being dead as many had predicted, the ruble’s value has spiked since currency markets started reopening in the country. Russia is believed to possess around $140 billion in gold in what is one of the biggest stashes in the world.
Some experts believe that a recent rush by Russia and China to buy up significant quantities of physical gold was to hedge against inflation and the impending collapse of the U.S. dollar as the global reserve currency – and that those countries may have been warned about the impending Great Reset. 7. COVID-jabbed pilots are suffering cardiac arrest, but the media remains silent to avoid creating “vaccine hesitancy” – Pandemic.news
An American pilot who almost died mid-flight from a cardiac arrest likely caused by Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines” has come forward to share his story with the alternative media.
Since the mainstream media is refusing to even touch the story, American Airlines Captain Robert Snow took the opportunity to talk to Stew Peters about it in a recent interview, which is available through Steve Kirsch’s website. In a nutshell, Snow is incensed over the fact that the United States government is forcing pilots to take the injections – against the law, just to be clear – in order to keep their jobs.
The rule is egregious, tyrannical and simply makes no sense from an epidemiological perspective that assumes the injections actually provide protection (which they do not). “Even more, what’s the benefit to vaccinating pilots?” Kirsch asked. “It’s not like the pilot is going to transmit COVID to the passengers. 8. New social credit app to reward Italian citizens for ‘virtuous behavior’ – Lifesite News
A new app recently released in Italy presents striking similarities with China’s social credit system by rewarding some citizens for their behavior through a point system.
“Smart Citizen Wallet” was presented at a March 29 press conference on digital innovation in Bologna, where mayor Matteo Lepore, and Massimo Bugani, director of the city’s “Digital Agenda,” discussed the project.
According to local newspaper Corriere di Bologna, which described the concept as “similar to a supermarket points collection,” the app is already active in Rome, where it’s currently in its experimental stages. It is set to be launched in Bologna this fall.
Citizens using the app will be rewarded for things such as recycling, using public transports, managing energy well, and not getting fined. So-called “virtuous behaviors” will allow citizens to improve their score and win points that they will be able to “spend” on various awards such as discounts and free cultural activities. Freedom of speech, religious expression and peaceable redress are tenets of the American way. Many Christian Americans, however, see the handwriting on the wall that these rights are in the crosshairs of the godless. Those who disagree with the political left are labeled bigots, hate mongers and racists and more. The more that Christians are able to be slotted into these categories, the easier it is for wicked politicians and purveyors of false doctrine to demonize Christians and take away freedom of speech and of religious expression. Act, we must. Stand, we must. But it is in how we respond that will either turn the tide of moral depravity in this nation or accelerate it into deeper darkness.
We need to change the dialogue. Instead of being viewed as judgmental on one end of the spectrum or hypocritical by embracing the sin (as several denominations already have done), we must study how Christ handled fallen culture and emulate him–Beginning with the pulpit. Jesus had little patience with false teachers and often warned of them. He called them hypocrites in Mark 7:6-7, “This people honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” In Matthew 23, Jesus called them fools, blind, whitewashed sepulchers. Pastors, reverends, priests, who are teaching false, extra-biblical and self-indulgent doctrine need to be removed or you need remove yourself and sit under a true Bible teaching shepherd. Read More
No one is safe: Vaccinated individuals can transmit graphene to the unvaccinated
Biomedical Clinics Medical Director Dr. Philippe van Welbergen revealed that the graphene being injected into people is assembling and developing into larger fibers and structures, getting magnetic properties or an electrical charge. The fibers are also displaying indications of more complex structures with streaks.
He also showed that “shards” of graphene are being transmitted from vaccinated to unvaccinated people, and it is destroying the red blood cells and causing blood clots in the unvaccinated.
Van Welbergen was one of the first to warn the public of the damage the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) injections was causing to people’s blood by publishing images last year of blood samples under the microscope.
In July 2021, Van Welbergen was interviewed on Loving Life TV, a South African community channel, and he explained that he took blood samples when his patients started complaining about chronic fatigue, dizziness, memory issues, paralysis and late onset of heavy menstruation from women 60 years old and up.
The patients’ blood showed unusual tube-like structures, some particles that lit up and numerous damaged cells. Van Welbergen said had never seen those blood formations before.
Last February 12, Van Welbergen appeared again on the Loving Life TV channel to show images of his newest slides of blood samples.

Christian group helps evacuate hundreds of Ukrainian orphans from war-torn regions
An Ohio-based Christian charity has helped evacuate and shelter nearly 1,200 orphans from the war-torn regions of Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion, transporting them to safe havens throughout the country as the conflict continues.
New Horizons for Children, is working with the Lviv military and other groups to transport orphaned children to safety.
New Horizons has been evacuating children from various regions, including Kyiv, Mykolaiv, and Kharkiv, the organization's executive director and CEO Sherri McClurg told The Christian Post. The psychologist specializing in trauma care could not provide the specific names of the cities children are fleeing due to security reasons.
"If you think of Ukraine, on that far eastern side and you make kind of a backward letter C from the top where Kyiv is … if you circle all the way around to the bottom where Mariupol is, that whole kind of range, we've been just continually evacuating more and more kids,” McClurg said.
Some of the children were evacuated from air-raid shelters in the middle of the night, still wearing their pajamas. Some had not even had the chance to eat or change clothes beforehand. "We had to clothe them. We had to feed them," McClurg said. "We had to tuck them into bed and just help to calm their worlds down." (Read more)

A 4 billion-year-old comet 80 miles wide is headed toward Earth
An ancient comet, believed to be over 4 billion years old is headed towards the Earth. The massive comet is at least 80 miles across, making it twice the width of Rhode Island. It’s currently speeding towards the Earth at 22,000 miles per hour.
The comet in question is currently traveling toward Earth at 22,000 miles per hour. It’s hurtling inward from the edge of our solar system. Luckily, we won’t have to worry about the comet impacting the Earth. Astronomers say it will never pass closer than 1 billion miles from the Sun. That’s a little farther than the distance between the Earth and Saturn.
The ancient comet is expected to pass that close to the Earth sometime in 2031. That means we have a number of years before we even need to concern ourselves with this ancient celestial object. Still, it is always interesting to see when comets and asteroids are headed in our direction. Read More
KELLER, Texas — Deep in the heart of Texas, a religious movement is underway. A coterie of faith leaders is proving it's possible for devout Christians, Muslims, and Jews to become friends even in deeply polarized times, despite their distinct religious differences. They're also upending the long-held conventional wisdom that suggests polite conversations must steer clear of religion to keep the peace. Their premise is simple: to begin conversations, gain trust, and build relationships to help solve problems based on a mutual mores of serving others. It's an idea that evolved out of a friendship between an evangelical pastor and a Muslim cleric during a retreat in Nepal in 2015. "I thought all Muslims wanted to kill me; were extremists; and were bad people. And I found out I was wrong," explained Bob Roberts, a Southern Baptist pastor based in Texas.
Roberts met Mohamed Magid, an imam who leads the All Dulles Area Muslim Society in northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. The two instantly connected and later co-founded the Multi-Faith Neighbors Network based on a shared desire to help other religious leaders and their congregations see and treat each other as neighbors. "We want to stand for religious freedom for everybody," Magid told CBN News. "We want to roll [up] our sleeves to feed people in our community; to heal people that are sick; to bring understanding among our people."
This spring, their network hosted a series of conferences in Dallas, Kansas City, and Washington, D.C.
