Program for Monday: Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Nancy L. Maldonado, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, with a vote on confirmation thereon at 5:30 p.m.


Thursday, 6/20, Senate began consideration of three nominations:
  • Patricia L. Lee to be a member of Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board
  • Robin Michelle Merriweather to be a judge of the US Court of Federal Claims
  • Charles J. Willoughby, Jr., to be an Associate Judge of the DC Superior Court
MONDAY, JULY 8TH
On Monday, the House will meet at noon for morning hour and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. Last votes expected no later than 6:30 p.m.
