President Trump's Administration Protects Free Speech and Religious Freedom on College Campuses
The U.S. Department of Education published final regulations on September 9, 2020, implementing President Trump's Executive Order safeguarding students' First Amendment rights on college campuses and universities.
The rule contains four provisions to protect religious liberty and free speech:
1. Allows the U.S. Department of Education to withhold federal funding from public colleges and universities if a state or federal court finds they violated the First Amendment. Allows the U.S. Department of Education to withhold federal funding from private colleges and universities if a state or federal court finds they violated their own stated institutional policies on freedom of speech, including academic freedom.
2. Requires public colleges and universities to provide religious student groups the same rights, benefits, and privileges that other student groups enjoy.
3. Provides a non-exhaustive list of factors for religious schools to demonstrate that they are exempt from Title IX to the extent Title IX conflicts with the tenets of their faith.
4. Clarifies religious schools cannot be denied federal funding due to their religious character with respect to grant programs under the Higher Education Act, such as the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program (DHSIP), the Strengthening Historically Black Colleges and Universities Program (SHBCU), the Strengthening Historically Black Graduate Institutions Program (SHBGI), and the Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP).

9/11 Word: The Disrupters are Here
9/11 Word: The Disrupters are Here
An Isaiah 61 Time is Upon Us
For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation,
He has covered me with the robe of righteousness,
As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,
And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
For as the earth brings forth its bud,
As the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth,
So the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
(Isaiah 61:10-11)
(Isaiah 61:10-11 was part of the Haftarah readings in Jewish synagogues on 09/11/2001. It is the scripture also today, 09/11/2020)
A "disrupter" is not a term one would necessarily invite in Christian-ease language today. The word is probably toying with your curiosity or raising an edgy question even now. However, with these tumultuous times, the prophetic revelation and understanding of its meaning might be well to heed. Webster defines the word "Disrupt" to break apart or interrupt the normal course of (1). On the anniversary of 09/11/2001, we remember a disruption that changed the course of history. What is God now saying in the chaos of these times? Read on.
Context
Recently, a remnant warrior group in California battled three date changes, the fires, and COVID 19 restrictions to gather in South Lake Tahoe for a prayer and prophetic summit. It was a gathering originally intended for last Spring which was dismantled due to COVID-19 restrictions, like everything else. We had re-scheduled three times. Try to rally people around that! But, against all the odds, we finally landed!
It was truly a Gideon's Army that pressed through the resistance with an unrelenting spirit to meet with God and each other. It became an experience where God stripped us of all our usual props, even worship team, to meet with Him in a "Bare-boned" expression. Through the fires and turmoil around us, all presumptions were stripped. We sensed the Lord say, "Am I not enough?" Our hearts were quickly cleared and set towards engagement with others and encounter with Him. A shift was about to occur. We share this summarizing focus as we believe it is a word for this time and season going into the Feasts.
> > > To read the visions given, https://www.capitolhillprayer.org/articles-of-interest/the-disrupters-are-here-an-isaiah-61-time-is-upon-us
Immediately after the vision, I heard the word, "The disrupters are here." Others had visions and experienced winds at significant times. Through it all, we witnessed a shift in the atmosphere. We arrived in a mild smokey haze that got worse the second day. However, after worship, repentance, prayer, and proclamations the second day, the smoke and haze we saw coming into and during the gathering completely dissipated. We witnessed a significant spiritual and physical shift.
The Shift is upon us. The disrupters are here
We believe God is about to cause a shift, a disruption, in our present circumstances. He has loosed an angelic army to assist us. The battles now raging are beyond human control. However, we are in a time of unprecedented opportunity if we move in obedience and faith. God, the Lord of Hosts, has sent His angelic army to help. It does not mean we slip back into complacency. No! We will see supernatural breakthroughs if we do not lose faith, pray big prayers, and walk in obedience. Walls of resistance and opposition are about to give way. Strategy and favor will be released that will break down spiritual barriers, some of which have been hidden, and release God's promises. The Word will come alive and turn mourning into dancing, ashes into beauty, pain into praise, hurts into healing. What the locusts have eaten will be restored.
We do not want to underestimate the pain and loss people have suffered through these apocalyptic fires. Rather, inspire hope. God is a master at making beauty out of the ashes of our lives. God is faithful. A shift is at work. Do not lose heart. The ashes that remain will become fertilizer for the future. Redwood seeds require heat to break open their husks to allow them to root and grow into trees. The resetting of the forests of our state is underway. As we fight, the seeds planted within us will erupt in new revelation and authority to deal with enemy attacks.
For a scriptural reference, look to Zechariah 3. It was a time when Joshua was before the Lord wearing filthy rags and turban. The enemy was right beside him talking into His ear, likely all the word curses we have heard swirling around our minds that send us into doubt, despair, grief, self-pity, anger, bitterness, jealousy. As we yield into this time of turbulence with unwavering faith, God will prevail. He will put a new turban on our heads with fresh new revelation, faith, hope and joy totally disrupting the enemy's plans. Through our praise, amid difficulty around us, God is listening. The time has come for the new garments. The Angel of the Lord is saying, "The Lord rebuke you Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?" In the fire, Joshua received new garments. His life became a blessing. The curses of the enemy were silenced. Delivered out of the ashes of whatever beset him, immediately his iniquities were removed, and God commanded new garments to be given him. The disrupter was born . . . and God's eternal plans were saved!

From now until the election
From 1981 officially through 1996, I was a political media and messaging strategist for conservative and Christian candidates for office. Every Labor Day weekend, I took three days off. Went camping. Got away from people. Cleared my mind. Prayed. It was a time of reflection and introspect, aligning and realigning with the Lord. I took those days at that particular time because I knew the campaigns would gear up in full swing after Labor Day. I knew that every ounce of my physical and mental energy would be focused on the events of campaigns. I also knew that during this time the most lies, truth twisters, and accusations would be thrown at my clients, and I had to have answers on effectively handling them.
I learned very quickly that liberals didn't care about facts. They were wired differently. They cared about emotions. Truth was relative to what they believed. If they believed, for example, that a candidate was going to steal votes. It must be truth, so they would state it as truth to anyone who would listen. I also learned that liberals believed that lies were just a means to an end. A lie told enough times became true because it would not be refuted after the first time. Additionally, and probably most importantly, I learned that liberal candidates will accuse their opponents of exactly what the liberal is doing or intends to do. So in all of this paragraph, you have the liberal handbook for elections.
When I see headlines now coming from the liberal news media about President Trump disparaging the military or covering up COVID or more rape allegations or that he is suffering from mental illness, what does that tell me? It tells me that the Democratic opponents (including the media) disparage the military, obstructed the truth about COVID, are involved in non-consensual sex, and have mental illness that they are trying to cover up. For example, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she was "set up" by her hairdresser to get her hair done illegally. But what was the biggest set up of Pelosi's career over the past four years? She and her colleagues set up Donald Trump with terribly false charges leading to impeachment-just saying.
These liberals spew hateful words from their mouths, then accuse others of being hateful. They label others as racist, yet have overseen the most systemic racial political actions in the history of America. During the next eight weeks, you are going to see the most outlandish accusations hurled in an election. Do not take the bait. When an accusation is leveled without strong documentation, it is likely the accuser who has committed it. Think it through. Job 15:35 says, "They conceive trouble and give birth to evil; Their womb prepares deceit." From now until the election, every possible deception will be floated to those who want to believe it-and it will come from all quarters of unscrupulous people.

Our Weekly Call to Repentance
Dear Saints,
A lifestyle of REPENTANCE is so close to the heart of God.
Indeed, He commands us to " "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!" (Matthew 3:2)
How, then, can we approach His Throne of GRACE, in repentance?
We invite you to join us every week on Sunday evening, as we explore this vital topic together. We present a different prayer focus each week, leading us into repentance, so that we might approach His Throne of Grace in repentance, presenting ourselves to Him as a pure and a spotless Bride, without spot or wrinkle. (Ephesians 5:27)
Praying together, we desire to fulfill the mandate of Psalm 139:
" Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; 24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting." (Psalm 139:24)
You can join us, any Sunday evening, at 10:00 p.m. EST by calling:

WELCOME!
". . . and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place." (2 Chronicles 7:14,15)
