WEST COAST NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS!

'It Was Surreal:' Residents Flee for Their Lives as Unprecedented Fires Ravage West Coast

More than 85 wildfires are scorching hundreds of thousands of acres across the West Coast.

Strong winds, record heat, and dry conditions are fueling at least 25 large wildfires in California alone.

So-called Diablo winds in the north and Santa Ana winds in the south are making it difficult for firefighters to battle the blazes.

"We have fires burning in the north part of the state all the way down to the Mexican border, about 800 miles between the furthest distant fires," Cal Fire Chief Thom Porter said in an interview with CNN.

The Dolan fire in Monterey County nearly doubled in size overnight. More than a dozen firefighters were forced to deploy emergency shelters as flames overtook them - something only used when their lives are in immediate danger.

Three of the firefighters were flown to a hospital in Fresno. One is reportedly in critical condition.

Thousands of residents have been forced to flee their homes. "We're in uncharted territory with the amount of evacuations and with the speed of the fire," said Lt. Brandon Pursell of the Fresno County Sheriff's Office.

It is not just in California. Hurricane-force winds in the Pacific Northwest are fueling more fires.

In Oregon, the governor has declared a state of emergency as 36 wildfires burn across the state.

Residents had only minutes to evacuate the town of Malden, where cars were destroyed, and homes burned to the foundation.

"It was surreal," said resident Rebekah Heath. "I can't believe how fast; I still can't fathom how fast, how quick, how quickly it traveled."

So far, California has already set a record with nearly 2.3 million acres burned this year. And the worst part of the wildfire season is just beginning.

Meanwhile, an early snowfall came to the rescue of residents and firefighters in northern Colorado - another region that's facing wildfires.

Tuesday, the Cameron Peak fire forced residents to evacuate - the flames growing to more than 100,000 acres in the state's fourth-largest fire. Today, snow falling on the region extinguished parts of the fire, allowing residents temporarily back into their homes.

Even in the midst of a snowstorm, fire crews are still battling other fires. And the flames will likely return to full force once the snowstorm passes. (CBN News) Read more.

> > > Here is a note from one of our own intercessors, who lives in Idaho:

"It's getting pretty bad. They just discovered a family, parents and one child burned by the Columbia river in Washington. The child didn't make it and both parents are critical. That fire (up close to the Canadian border) is 0% contained. We need Heavenly Intervention here.

Terrible fires all around in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California . . . Lots of prayer and rain needed and WINDS DIE DOWN!!!! in Jesus name! Humidity up!!! in Jesus name!!! OR turn the fires back on what they've burned already because there's no further fuel for them to burn! PROTECTION FOR FIRE FIGHTERS on the ground and in the air! ANGELIC FIRE FIGHTERS to multiply strength and protection! Let all people get evacuated out safely! PROTECT LIVES, homes, livestock and wildlife Lord.

1. Health Ministry said to seek immediate, month-long nationwide lockdown - Times of Israel

Israel could soon be returning to a full national lockdown for more than a month amid skyrocketing coronavirus infection rates, according to reports citing comments made Tuesday night in a videoconference with top Health Ministry officials and hospital chiefs.

Health Ministry Director-General Chezy Levy said in the call that if a lockdown is approved, it will last for at least a month due to the current high morbidity rate, according to leaks from the call carried by Channel 12 and Ynet.

It was the first time a time-frame has been given for a potential lockdown, which will be discussed during a meeting Thursday of the so-called coronavirus cabinet.

2. Saudi Arabia favors comprehensive solution to Israel-Palestinian conflict - Jerusalem Post

Saudi Arabia told an Arab League meeting on Wednesday it supports all efforts to reach a comprehensive solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. But a statement released by the Saudi foreign ministry on remarks made by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud included no direct mention of a normalization deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

The prince said Riyadh supported the establishment of a Palestinian state based on the borders before the 1967 Middle East war, with east Jerusalem as its capital, according to the statement. During the 1967 war, Israel captured territory including the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which it still occupies.

3. Slap in the Face: Arab League Rejects Palestinian Condemnation of Israel-UAE Peace Deal - United with Israel

On Wednesday, the Arab League refused to vote in favor of a Palestinian Authority proposal condemning the United Arab Emirates' recently announced decision to formalize official diplomatic ties with Israel.

"Discussions did not lead in the end to agreement about the draft communique that was proposed by the Palestinian side," Arab League Assistant Secretary General Hossam Zaki commented, Reuters reported.

Zaki pointed a finger at the Palestinians for the resolution falling flat, explaining that the PA wanted total condemnation or nothing.

4. Report: Lebanon, Israel closer to negotiating border disputes - Israel National News

Israel and Lebanon are getting "closer" to resolving their border disputes, a senior US official said Tuesday.

"I think we're getting closer, and this will open the opportunity for both Lebanon and Israel to make some real progress on actually starting to negotiate on the borders," US Assistant Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs David Schenker told reporters in a phone briefing.

Schenker added that the administration was in the process of developing a framework for negotiations which should have been made "a long time ago."

He refused to provide further details on the main hurdles to negotiations.

5. Israel-South Korea Free-Trade Agreement in Final Stages - Algemeiner

JNS.org - Israel and South Korea are in the final stages of reaching a free-trade agreement in the next few weeks.

Israel's business daily Globes reported on Tuesday that talks between Jerusalem and Seoul have been ongoing for a few years but had been delayed for political reasons, are now bearing fruit. This, the report said, is partly due to the recent Abraham Accord between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, "which rendered the agreement acceptable from the point of view of South Korea's trade relations with the Arab world."

An Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesperson told Globes that "the free-trade agreement with South Korea is in the final stages of drafting, and we hope that within a few weeks it will be possible to sign it. Advanced talks on a free-trade area are also taking place with China and Vietnam."

According to the report, one of the key sectors to benefit from the agreement will be Israeli car importers, as the deal would remove the 7 percent duty on vehicles from South Korea and those produced by manufacturers in Europe that use many components made in South Korea.

1. 9 vaccine makers sign safety pledge in race for Covid-19 vaccine - CNN

Nine vaccine makers say they have signed a joint pledge to uphold "high ethical standards," suggesting they won't seek premature government approval for any Covid-19 vaccines they develop.

"We, the undersigned biopharmaceutical companies, want to make clear our on-going commitment to developing and testing potential vaccines for COVID-19 in accordance with high ethical standards and sound scientific principles," the pledge, released Tuesday, reads.

The companies that signed the pledge include AstraZeneca, BioNTech, Moderna, Pfizer, Novavax, Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson and Merck.

President Trump has repeatedly pushed for a quick vaccine timeline -- even referencing Election Day in November.

"It's going to be done in a very short period of time -- could even have it during the month of October," the President said at a press briefing on Monday. "We'll have the vaccine soon, maybe before a special date. You know what date I'm talking about."(Read more)

- Father God we ask that you would remove all confusion and misinformation surrounding COVID-19 and the vaccines being promised to treat it. Keep all of your peoples hearts open to your wisdom in guidance in this matter. In Jesus name amen.

"A wise man will hear and increase in learning, And a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel," (Proverbs 1:5)

2. Latest Jobs Numbers Blast Past Expectations, Unemployment Rate Drops to 8.4% - CBN

CBN News Financial Editor Drew Parkhill appeared on the Friday morning edition of CBN's Newswatch to talk about the latest positive employment rate and what led to the problem with the economy. Newswatch is seen weekdays on the CBN News Channel.

As the economy and jobs remain a top issue in this election year, the latest numbers from the government today show a clear improvement in the jobs picture.

The unemployment rate fell sharply from 10.2 percent to 8.4 percent which is far better than expectations and way below the key level of 10-percent. Today's numbers also showed the economy added 1.4 million jobs in August, down a bit from July as the pace of new hirings slowed down. There will only be one more unemployment report before the presidential election in November. (Read more)

- Thank you Father God for this good news! We ask that you continue to reveal new job opportunities to your people and all Americans across the United States. Speak to our hearts about business ideas that meet the needs and demands that we will have in the future so that your people will prosper in this land. In Jesus name amen.

"And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them." (Deuteronomy 28:13)

3. Pelosi says ban on federal abortion funding will be dropped next year - Catholic News Agency

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has signaled that a prohibition on federal funding for abortion will be excluded from spending bills next year if Democrats retain a majority in the House of Representatives, setting the state for the end of a 44-year-old bipartisan agreement on abortion funding.

The Los Angeles Times reported on Friday that Speaker Pelosi (D-Calif.) recently told some House Democrats that funding bills next year would not include the Hyde Amendment.

The Hyde Amendment, a policy barring taxpayer funding of elective abortions, has been law since 1976. It is named former congressman Henry Hyde, a 16-term Republican congressman from Illinois who introduced the amendment.

The policy, passed with bipartisan support as an attachment to spending bills, bars Medicaid reimbursements for elective abortion services, but it contains exceptions for abortions in cases of rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is at stake.

However, the 2016 Democratic Party platform called for the repeal of Hyde, and all of the party's presidential candidates in 2020 supported the repeal of the policy. (Read more)

- Father God we pray over your people and all Americans across the United States that you would give them eyes to see and ears to hear and that when they vote at the polls this November you're there with them in the voting booth guiding and directing their actions to vote in the best candidates possible that support justice and righteousness in your name Jesus amen.

"Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety. " (Proverbs 11:14)

4. Donald Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize - Western Journalism

President Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his landmark efforts to bring peace to the Middle East through the ground-breaking agreement that established relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

The agreement, which is to be formalized at the White House on Tuesday, made the UAE only the third Arab country to recognize the existence of the state of Israel, according to the BBC. The new agreement will supersede a 1972 UAE law that boycotted Israel.

"For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees," said Christian Tybring-Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament who nominated the president, according to Fox News. (Read more)

- Father God we lift up President Donald Trump to you and all of his counselors that your spirit, your voice would be the loudest voice that they hear in making these kinds of decisions. Lead and guide their actions when it comes to the Middle East and your holy land, Israel. In Jesus name amen.

Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future.(Proverbs 19:20)

5. Justice Department Intervenes To Take Over Trump's Defense In Defamation Lawsuit - NPR

The U.S. Justice Department on Tuesday moved to assume responsibility for defending President Trump in a defamation lawsuit brought by a woman who says Trump raped her in the 1990s.

E. Jean Carroll filed suit in New York state court last year after Trump, answering reporters' questions, denied knowing her and accused her of lying. Carroll, a columnist for Elle magazine, wrote in a memoir that Trump had raped her in the dressing room of a Manhattan department store in 1995 or 1996.

In an unusual five-page filing in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Justice Department argued that Trump's remarks were made in the performance of his official duties as president and that therefore government attorneys should assume Trump's defense from his private lawyers.

Carroll immediately condemned the legal maneuver, writing in a series of tweets, "TRUMP HURLS BILL BARR AT ME." (Read more)

- In the name of Jesus Christ we cut at the root of this scandal and cut off all lying deceiving spirits that may be behind this effort to sway voters for the upcoming election. We ask that all details be brought to light and the truth will be revealed. amen.

Do not let me fall into their hands. For they accuse me of things I've never done; with every breath they threaten me with violence. (Psalm 27:12)

6. Trump admits to concealing the true threat of coronavirus in new Woodward book - CNN

President Donald Trump admitted he knew weeks before the first confirmed US coronavirus death that the virus was dangerous, airborne, highly contagious and "more deadly than even your strenuous flus," and that he repeatedly played it down publicly, according to legendary journalist Bob Woodward in his new book "Rage."

"This is deadly stuff," Trump told Woodward on February 7.

In a series of interviews with Woodward, Trump revealed that he had a surprising level of detail about the threat of the virus earlier than previously known. "Pretty amazing," Trump told Woodward, adding that the coronavirus was maybe five times "more deadly" than the flu.

Trump's admissions are in stark contrast to his frequent public comments at the time insisting that the virus was "going to disappear" and "all work out fine." (Read more)

- Lord God we ask that you defuse this situation in the name of Jesus Christ. We bring down all lies and spins of the truth to create bad perceptions in the American peoples minds. Give all your people the gift of discerning of spirits so that we may be able to discern what is really going on. In Jesus name amen.

- Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. (1 John 4:1)

7. U.S. is cutting troops in Iraq to 3,000 this month, commander of U.S. Central Command says - CNBC

The United States is reducing its troop presence in Iraq this month from 5,200 to 3,000, the top American commander for the Middle East said Wednesday, as President Donald Trump tries to make good on his campaign promise to get the United States out of "endless wars."

During a visit to Iraq, Marine Gen. Frank McKenzie, the commander of U.S. Central Command, said the reduction in Iraq reflects U.S. confidence in the ability of U.S.-trained Iraqi security forces to handle the militant threat from the Islamic State group, which entered Iraq from Syria in 2014.

Late Tuesday, a senior Trump administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told reporters aboard Air Force One that such an announcement was coming and that an announcement on the withdrawal of additional troops from Afghanistan also could be expected in the coming days. Trump has been trying to make the case that he has fulfilled the promises he made four years ago as he campaigns for a second term. (Read more)

- Father God we just ask that you continue to give President Trump and his advisers wisdom and strategies straight from heaven so that they follow your plans and purposes for America and the Middle East. In Jesus name amen.

"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)

8. Team Trump Mocks Joe Biden for 'Trying to Masquerade as an Economic Nationalist' - Brietbart

President Donald Trump's campaign on Wednesday ridiculed former Vice President Joe Biden for his proposal to bring back jobs to the United States.

"It's fascinating to me that Joe Biden is suddenly trying to masquerade as an economic nationalist when his half-century career in Washington shows us the exact opposite," Trump 2020 Campaign Senior Advisor Steve Cortes said to Breitbart News during a call.

Biden traveled to Michigan on Wednesday to announce a plan to offer a ten percent tax credit for companies that reopen closed factories in the United States and proposes a ten percent offshoring penalty surtax.

The campaign said that Biden was only mimicking what President Trump had already done in his first term and promised to do when he was re-elected. (Read more)

- Father God help the citizens of Michigan dig deep down and really research the policies on both presidential candidates for the November election. Help them see that what is been promised are the same policies being delivered to them already through the Trump administration.

"So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong." (1 Kings 3:9)

9. Bethel's Sean Feucht Rallies 'Worship Protest' in Seattle - Christianity Today

A battle of wills between a California musician known for a series of open-air Christian worship concerts around the country and the city of Seattle, which denied him a park venue for a Labor Day concert, ended with a two-hour "worship protest" being held one block north of the park.

A group of local pastors located an alternate site on a blocked-off portion of Meridian Avenue North only hours before the 6 p.m. concert was set to begin. They got permission to hold the rally with the proviso that it be called a "worship protest."

Sean Feucht, 37, the rally organizer, laughed about the conflict with city officials while welcoming the crowd of 800 to 900 people.

"Welcome to Seattle's largest worship protest," he said at the beginning of a two-hour set. "Turn to each other and say, 'Welcome to the protest.' In this city, that makes it a legal gathering." (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You for the wisdom You granted to Sean Feucht this weekend in the heat of this battle. We call forth many more "worship protests" to spring forth all across our great nation, praising You with ONE VOICE and sending the enemy fleeing. Amen!

"Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea And a path through the mighty waters, 17 Who brings forth the chariot and horse, The army and the power (They shall lie down together, they shall not rise; They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick):

18 "Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
" (Isaiah 43:16 - 19)

10. Muslim Attacks on Nigeria's Christians Have Increased During Lockdown - Brietbart

Fulani Muslim attacks on Christians in Nigeria have risen significantly since the country imposed a coronavirus lockdown on March 30 and scores of Christian farmers have been killed, according to a September 8 report.

"The middle belt region, which produces a large percentage of the country's food for domestic consumption and export, has been affected most," writes Nigerian journalist Patrick Egwu from Johannesburg.

In July, Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) warned of "a sustained campaign of violence targeting farming communities" in parts of the middle belt, "which has been ongoing since January 2020, and which has seen a particular surge during July."

CSW also revealed that as of May 15, Muslim assailants had killed 59 Christians and burnt down 155 homes, leaving hundreds of area people displaced.

The killing has continued and even increased during the summer. On August 10, some 20 gunmen stormed the village of Edikwu in Nigeria's Benue state, killing at least 13 people and burning homes. In early September, several more villages were attacked and more than 10 people were killed. (Read more)

- In the name of Jesus we place a hedge of protection around all Christians in Nigeria that are suffering that no more harm and no more evil that tries to come near them will hurt them any longer. Father God send your warrior angels to protect them and fight on their behalf in Jesus name.

In this political season human trafficking rises

One of the evilest systems upon the face of the earth is the trafficking of humans, especially children. We see in the United States the horror of it all through the reporting surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein human trafficking ring in which many prominent politicians and wealthy businesspeople participate with impunity. Beneath that high-end is an array of slave trade levels. China, for example, enslaves people to work for the state, which in turn, produces many products that Americans consume-NIKE, Wal Mart-are just the larger examples. In Ghana, where our ministry to the rural areas exposes many human conditions, we are again seeing that human trafficking is on the rise.

Before COVID, our ministry was beginning to work with the Ghana government and other nonprofits to educate about and prevent human trafficking. Often agents of these child traffickers, commonly Muslim, gain the confidence of young girls and lure them away to a "better" life. Just as we thought Covid-19 had brought at least a temporary end to child trafficking, the situation has deteriorated to a different level altogether. Pastor William Agbeti reports: "Only four days after Ghana lifted the ban on air travel, there has been an astronomical surge in child trafficking operations in rural Ghana. Poor families that we have been helping in the wake of Covid-19 report that several agents have surfaced in and around their villages and towns, seeking young girls to send abroad to work and live in rich households.

"A parent reported that a "white man" was spotted in their community, operating through a local native, to recruit girls to travel overseas. This parent, a single mother, had to warn her children not to listen to any such offers. Even more aggressively, a 16-year-old Muslim girl befriended a 13-year-old, one of a family of six girls being looked after by their Grandma, a widow, to live with the family. The Grandma narrated the story when we visited to bring the family some foodstuffs. Already, this Muslim girl had succeeded in convincing the 13-year-old and two other granddaughters not to attend church. It was Grandma, whilst discussing the Muslim girl, who told us about the widespread operations of agents asking young girls to travel to the Middle East for greener pastures.

"We prayed with Grandma, and led her 13-year-old granddaughter to renew her vows to Christ and reasoned Biblically with her. We also counseled the 16-year-old. We advised Grandma to immediately seek temporary residential assistance for the Muslim girl and have her move out. Evil agents have descended on poor families in rural Ghana. We will continue to pray and believe God to use us to save these vulnerable children. We also will call the authorities about this new development." Jesus said in Matthew 18:6, "But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea." That's how The Daily Jot sees human traffickers. We are committed to do something about it.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

MICHELE BACHMANN’S COMMENTS

'Transgender Black Marxists' seek to overthrow U.S., Trump backer Michele Bachmann says

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., made a number of bizarre claims during an interview with a religious news program last week, among them that "transgender Black Marxists" are trying to take down the U.S. government.

"These are transgender Marxists - transgender Black Marxists - who are seeking the overthrow of the United States and the dissolution of the traditional family," Bachmann said in the interview on The Victory Channel, televangelist Kenneth Copeland's right-wing Christian network, while discussing the Black Lives Matter and anti-racism protests taking place around the country.

During the lengthy interview, Bachmann, long a controversial figure, propagated various pieces of misinformation, including a skewed COVID-19 death toll and the assertion that George Floyd, who died in May in the custody of police, actually "killed himself with an overdose." She called the Black Lives Matter protests in Portland, Oregon, a "communist takeover" and suggested that the election of Joe Biden could precipitate a "communist revolution."

Bachmann, who said she is a member of President Donald Trump's "faith advisory group" (a group the White House told NBC News does not exist, even though it has been reported on extensively), shared her own protest story with the show's hosts, Greg Stephens and Tim Fox. During a recent visit to the White House, Bachmann said, the "Holy Spirit" spoke to her just as protests were about to erupt on the streets of Washington.

"We had our hands raised. We were worshipping the Lord on the South Lawn of the White House," she said. "Before too long, the mob started. . . . All of a sudden, I sense the Holy Spirit just speaking to me. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, 'It's time to leave.'"

During the interview, Bachmann, a Republican who served in the House from 2007 to 2015 and ran for president in 2012, praised Trump as an "incredible guy" and a "John Wayne American." She credited the "power of prayer" for his surprising 2016 victory.

Bachmann criticized Democrats for mentioning "God" only once in their 2020 party platform, while saying "LGBTQ is mentioned 55 times in the platform" (it is mentioned 32 times). Republicans have not released a 2020 platform, instead repurposing their 2016 document, which supports marriage as "the union of one man and one woman," even though same-sex marriage has been legal across the U.S. since 2015.

(AOL News) Read more here.

- Father God, as we continue to lay a siege against the siege that is coming against America and against the White House, we thank You for the clarity of Michele Bachman's remarks. Help us to continue to forgive our enemies, we pray, and to walk only in TRUTH in these perilous times. Amen.

"For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth." (3 John 1:3)

Tomorrow! You're Invited! (Part One)

Repentance on 9/11 at Ground Zero

Repentance is coming to Ground Zero. Nineteen years ago disaster struck the USA. Three thousand died as the Twin Towers came down by Islamic terrorists. It was God's 911 Emergency call. Afterwards, for a brief time, many went to church, but there was no national repentance. Americans did not turn back from major national sins such as the ongoing killing of innocents, the making of ourselves as idols through humanism, legalizing sexual perversions, failing to stand with God's Word as our standard. Overall we've proceeded to look to ourselves as our idols instead of to the Living God Whose miracles created His nation, and Who always has had a Godly calling on this nation to advance His Kingdom.

This coming Friday, September 11, 2020, from 2 PM to 4 PM Eastern (GMT-4), at Fulton and Church Streets, Silas Titus of www.Wallstreetprayer.org, www.repent2020.com, with support from volunteers from National Day of Repentance www.repentday.com, will hold a prayer and repentance service on the site of the Twin Towers disaster.

You are invited. A Facebook group has been formed: New York City 9/11 prayer & repentance - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2829678714025265/

For 100 participants, there will also be a Zoom meeting: Information on the Zoom call will be posted on the Facebook group page.

Join us in repenting for failing to heed His Emergency Call to restore the Godly roots of this nation.

THE TRUMPET CALL TO THE NATIONS!
Global 9/11 Prayer for America

September 11, 2020

Time - 1200 UTC, 5 am PT, 7 am CT, 8 am ET USA, 7 pm Jakarta, 3 pm Jerusalem

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

America is in a fight for her life! Under the guise of racial justice protests, Marxist agitators working through Antifa and Black Lives Matter as well as other communist-inspired organizations are trying to burn down U.S. cities and throw the country into revolutionary chaos as they have long planned. They are being supported and financed by globalist elites wanting to create a socialist New World Order that aspires to control everyone on earth in a totalitarian system of world government. Overt satanism and witchcraft are also involved along with Islamic radicals in this attempted take-down of America, its government and way of life. The November 3 national election will be the most important one in our national history because it will determine whether the USA will become the willing tool of these forces or continue to stand for Judeo-Christian values, freedom, and human rights within this country and throughout our world.

How glad we in the American prayer movement were to hear that our Indonesian brothers and sisters in Christ want to rally the global Body of Christ to pray for America during this crucial time. Indonesian and American prayer leaders will co-host a global online prayer call via Youtube called "Trumpet Call to the Nations: Global 9/11 Prayer for America."

>>> To view this YouTube link, go here.

We will start in Jerusalem and be led from there to several American cities for a time of repentance and prayer over the USA. Please join us on September 11th, for this urgent 9/11 time of seeking God's face for the deliverance of America.

We need all hands-on-deck for this crucial initiative. Hope you can join with us for this unique opportunity to connect with the Sovereign Lord of the universe, and with Him, shape the future through united prayer.

Yours in Christ,

- Father we pray strength for firefighters who are battling the fires, and we pray for those who have lost their homes and are having to evacuate. Restore what has been lost, protect lives, provide rain to quench the fires, in Jesus Name.

A Priest Commits His Life To Help LA's Gang Members Find Their Way Forward

Father Gregory Boyle has spent the last 32 years reaching out and welcoming gang members who hope to have a second chance in life. He commits to helping them stand and move forward.

Back in 1988, Boyle, or as he is known by the gang members, Father Greg founded Homeboy Industries. It started with a mission to support former gang members with their decision to improve their lives. But today, Homeboy Industries has become the largest gang intervention, rehab, and re-entry program in the world.

Father Greg's passion for the gang members began in 1986 when he became pastor of the Dolores Mission Church. It happened to be the poorest parish church in East Los Angeles. Moreover, they had the highest gang activity in their area. When residents and officials saw them as criminals and troublemakers, Father Greg saw them as loved and carrying great potential.

"We work with the population that nobody desires to work with, and it's a principle of this place that we stand with them," Father Greg shared on their website.

He added, "Love never fails. It will always find a way to have its way."

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].

Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
