While the Democratic Party is scrambling to discredit President Trump's nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett for the Supreme Court, there is really no debate. For example, AP just published a story saying that Barrett belonged to a Catholic organization that "hold men are divinely ordained as the "head" of the family and faith." Oh WOW, stop the presses! Seriously, Barrett already has been vetted and confirmed by the Senate as a jurist on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Having said that, the relentless personal attacks on Barrett are par for the course. They are shameful. All this is a sign of our times when elected officials care nothing about the law or integrity, but everything about tearing a person down.
A White House source sent me the following information about Judge Barrett that may be helpful in informing and equipping you as a foundational basis that brings both facts and understanding to who Judge Barret is and why she is qualified to sit on the highest court of the land. From the White House: "Judge Barrett's extensive experience as a professor and litigator, record of academic success, and outstanding judicial record make her an excellent choice to serve on the Supreme Court. Judge Barrett has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to upholding the Constitution as written, and not legislating from the bench. Judge Barrett's excellent judicial record shows she will protect the rights of Americans and defend the rule of law.
"Judge Barrett's character and work ethic have earned her awards and bipartisan praise from the legal community. Judge Barrett's colleagues at Notre Dame Law School signed a letter supporting her 2017 nomination, calling her "a model of the fair, impartial and sympathetic judge." In 2017, a bipartisan group of law professors - including professors from Harvard and Stanford and other law schools around the country - urged the Senate Judiciary Committee to confirm Judge Barrett to the Seventh Circuit, describing her work as "rigorous, fair-minded, respectful, and constructive." The American Bar Association rated Judge Barrett as "well qualified" in 2017.
"Since 2017, Judge Barrett has served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit after she was nominated by President Trump and confirmed on a bipartisan vote. Judge Barrett was appointed by Chief Justice John Roberts to sit on the Advisory Committee on Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, where she served from 2010 to 2016. After graduating from law school, Judge Barrett clerked for D.C. Circuit Judge Laurence Silberman and for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia." Since the Senate already approved her for the Seventh Circuit Court, Judge Barrett should have no obstacle to the Supreme Court, except the ongoing obstruction that has become the hallmark of the Democratic Party. Despite what you hear or read, this is a Matthew 24:4 moment: "Take heed that no man deceive you." The constitution is at stake.

1. 'Exit from shutdown could take up to a year' - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a meeting of the Corona Cabinet that the exit from the current closure could take a particularly long period of time.
"The exit strategy will be slow this time and could be spread over six months to a year," Netanyahu said, according to Channel 12.
During the meeting, Netanyahu ordered the promotion of preparations for extreme scenarios in the winter, including the treatment of 5,000 patients in serious condition simultaneously.
In addition, Netanyahu ordered preparations for a significant increase in the number of patients in serious condition in the near future.
2. Oops! Hezbollah Fails to Hide All Evidence of Secret Beirut Missile Factory in Media Visit - Jewish Press
Responding to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu disclosure on Tuesday of a secret Hezbollah missile factory in the heart of a Beirut neighborhood, Hezbollah invited reporters to inspect the site. But apparently Hezbollah didn't clean up as well as they thought they did.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the United Nations General Assembly with a recorded message and warned that the massive explosion that leveled parts of Beirut in August was only one of several which are threatening Beirut and Lebanon due to Hezbollah's military presence and buildup in the midst of the civilian population.
Pointing to a map of the Beirut, Netanyahu revealed the site of an alleged Hezbollah-run weapons production site situated next to a gas station and in the heart of a residential area.
He called on the international community to "insist that Hezbollah stop using Lebanon and Lebanese civilians as human shields." Israel and the IDF have previously exposed Hezbollah weapons depots and productions site at various locations in Beirut.
3. Israel rolls out super-fast 5G network - JNS
(September 29, 2020 / JNS) Israeli Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel announced on Tuesday that three Israeli telecommunications companies had been awarded licenses to operate Fifth Generation (5G) communications networks in the country.
"As of today, there is 5G in Israel. I have just completed the licensing ceremony," said Hendel in a statement.
According to Israeli business daily Globes, the three companies are Partner Communications Ltd., Pelephone and Hot Mobile.
"For a decade, the State of Israel has lagged behind in the field of infrastructure. I am committed to quickly reducing the gap and returning to leadership in the field of communications. The State of Israel and the whole world are going through difficult days and it is good that there are some bright spots for the encouragement and growth of the economy," said Hendel.
4. AG: Netanyahu may eventually need to be suspended as PM for conflict of interest - Times of Israel
Attorney General Avichai Mandeblit said he has not ruled out the possibility that Prime Minister Netanyahu may have to be suspended as premier if he seeks to use his prime ministerial authority to try to influence the criminal proceedings he is currently facing in court.
Speaking to the ultra-Orthodox Mishpacha magazine in comments aired Tuesday, Mandelblit, who has previously stated that Netanyahu does not have to step down, said the prime minister could, in theory, have to be suspended due to a conflict of interest.
"When you use your executive power as prime minister to influence your criminal [cases], that creates a serious problem," Mandelblit was heard saying in recordings of the interview released by Channel 12 news.
"How do you handle that problem? If we can't, it's possible we will really come to recusing [Netanyahu]," Mandelblit said, but would not give an estimate as to when or whether such a development might happen.
5. Israelis Protest Bill to Stifle Protests During Coronavirus Lockdown - Algemeiner
Hundreds of Israelis demonstrated outside parliament on Tuesday against a government-backed bill likely to stifle protests near Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's home during the current coronavirus lockdown.
The proposed law, which the government said was aimed at curbing COVID-19 infections, bans Israelis from holding street demonstrations more than one kilometer (0.6 mile) from their homes.
The measure, which critics said was really intended to block anti-Netanyahu protests, was approved by a parliamentary committee on Tuesday. It was expected to be ratified by the full Knesset later in the day.
Many of the thousands of protesters who have gathered weekly outside Netanyahu's official residence in Jerusalem to demand his resignation over his handling of the health crisis, and alleged corruption, have travelled there from other cities.

1. Donald Trump: Debate Was 'Two on One' but Still 'Fun' - Breitbart
President Donald Trump described Tuesday night's presidential debate with former Vice President Joe Biden as "fun" despite repeatedly crossing with the moderator, Fox News host Chris Wallace. "Chris had a tough night," Trump wrote on Twitter, sharing a New York Times article about Wallace's performance. "Two on one was not surprising, but fun."
The president frequently interrupted Biden during the debate, leading Wallace to repeatedly interrupt the president to demand that he follow the rules. Biden repeatedly told Trump to "shut up" and described the president as a "clown," "the worst president America has ever had," even called him a "racist."
Trump described Biden as not smart. "Don't ever use the word smart with me," he said. "Nothing smart about you Joe."
Trump also recalled Biden's attempt during the debate to distance himself from ideas supported by the radical left. "Many important points made, like throwing Bernie, AOC PLUS 3, and the rest, to the wolves!" Trump wrote. "Radical Left is dumping Sleepy Joe. Zero Democrat enthusiasm, WEAK Leadership!" (Read more)

2. Fact Check: Chris Wallace and Joe Biden Repeat Charlottesville 'Very Fine People Hoax' at Presidential Debate - Brietbart
Biden has repeated this hoax since the beginning of his campaign. Wallace knows better. President Trump repeatedly condemned the neo-Nazis in Charlottesville in August 2017 - "totally."
Moreover, the neo-Nazis were not the only violent group in Charlottesville. The "clash" was not with those "standing against" hate peacefully, but with violent, black-clad Antifa extremists.
As to "very fine people," Trump had been referring to peaceful protests both for and against the removal of a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. He completely condemned the extremists - as the timeline and transcript confirm:
- Aug. 12, 2017: Trump condemned "violence "on many sides" in Charlottesville, after neo-Nazi and Antifa clashes
- Aug. 14, 2017: Trump condemned "neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups" in White House statement
- Aug. 15, 2017: Trump condemned neo-Nazis "totally," praised non-violent protesters "on both sides" of statue debate
Wallace should never have introduced this canard into a presidential debate. Trump tried to correct him - and Biden - by interjecting, challenging Biden to include the rest of his statement, but Wallace cut him off. (Read more)

3. Joe Biden Ditches Bernie at Debate: Denounces Medicare for All, Defund the Police, Green New Deal - Brietbart
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden broke with Sen. Bernie Sanders' (I-VT) coalition of progressives during the first presidential debate on Tuesday night. On multiple policy issues, Biden broke with the Sanders-wing of the Democrat Party. Despite calling the Green New Deal a "crucial framework" in his global warming plan, Biden announced that he no longer supports the Green New Deal at the debate. On healthcare, Biden seemingly took a veiled shot at Medicare for All, a fixture of progressive Democrats' agenda during the Democrat presidential primary. Fending off concerns about Medicare for All, Biden said "Right now, I am the Democratic Party." Similarly, on progressive Democrats' plan to defund police departments, Biden denounced the Defund the Police movement that has spurred a number of riots across the country. "I'm totally opposed to defunding the police officers," Biden said. Biden's ditching of the progressive Democrats' largest policy ideas comes as leftist activists are vowing to fight him if he is elected. (Read more)

4. Commission adding 'structure' to remaining debates after interruptions - New York Post
The Commission on Presidential Debates said Wednesday it will add more "structure" to the remaining forums after the first debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden was marred by interruptions, insults and sparring with the moderator.
In a statement, the commission said Tuesday's contest "made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues."
It said it "intends to ensure that additional tools to maintain order are in place for the remaining debates," adding that the changes will be announced soon. (Read more)

5. Comey says new information that Hillary Clinton drummed up Russia controversy to vilify Trump 'doesn't ring a bell' - Fox News
Former FBI Director James Comey on Wednesday said it didn't "ring a bell" when asked whether he received an investigative referral on Hillary Clinton purportedly approving "a plan" attempting to tie President Donald Trump to Russia and distract from her email scandal before the 2016 election.
According to the declassified information, in September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral on Clinton purportedly approving "a plan concerning U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections" in order to distract the public from her email scandal. That referral was sent to Comey and Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok.
"You don't remember getting an investigatory lead from the intelligence community? Sept. 7, 2016, U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral to James Comey and Strzok regarding Clinton's approval of a plan [about] Trump . . . as a means of distraction?" Graham asked Comey Wednesday. "That doesn't ring any bells with me," Comey replied. (Read more)

6. House Majority Leader expects quick passage of $2.2 stimulus bill in absence of White House deal - Just The News
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer says that he expects the House to vote Wednesday on the $2.2 stimulus bill, the updated HEROES Act, in the absence of deal with the White House and Senate GOP.
Hoyer said House Democrats will continue to negotiate with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Senate Republicans after the passage of the new HEROES stimulus bill. Hoyer predicted the bill would pass in the House.
"I hope in the next few hours the administration comes forward and says, 'look, here's an alternate proposal or accepts our proposal,'" Hoyer, the chamber's No. 2 Democrat, said on a conference call.
The bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus released an alternate $1.5 trillion stimulus proposal this month. Hoyer said he thinks moderate Democrats in the caucus will end up voting for the HEROES bill, despite the $2.2 trillion price tag. (Read more)

7. House Republican China Task Force Unveils Detailed Plan on How to Counter China - Breitbart
The House Republican China Task Force on Wednesday unveiled a detailed plan on how to counter the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) efforts to replace the United States as the world's superpower. House Republicans launched the task force in May to develop new solutions to address the CCP's malign behavior.
House Democrats had originally agreed to be part of the task force but backed out days before the launch, with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) calling the focus on China a "distraction." Instead, Democrats have tried to focus blame for the coronavirus's impact on President Donald Trump rather than on China.
However, Republicans forged ahead with the challenge of figuring out how to reorient the U.S.'s policy towards China, meeting with 125 policy experts, business leaders, other members of Congress, and current and former administration officials from both sides of the aisle. Their resulting report includes more than 400 specific recommendations that can be done within a year to 18 months. Of the recommendations, 178 are legislative recommendations and 62 percent of those are bipartisan, and one-third of those have already passed either the House or the Senate. (Read more)

8. White House: Border Wall Grows 10 Miles Per Week - Brietbart
President Donald Trump's border wall is lengthening by 10 miles per week and is helping agents find more smuggled drugs at the legal entry ports, according to a White House statement. "Construction is moving at a rate of approximately 10 miles per week, setting the administration up to complete its year-end goal with time to spare," said the September 29 statement, which said that 738 miles had been built, are under construction, or are being planned.
This 450-mile section of constructed wall is significant as it will mark the end of DHS's first round of efforts to secure the SWB with physical borders. These are some of the highest-trafficking and therefore most critical sectors of the southern border for illegal crossings and apprehensions. Finally, as hundreds of new miles of border wall system have been constructed, they have pushed cartels to traffic their poisonous products precisely where DHS (Department of Homeland Security) is best equipped - our Ports of Entry. The drugs we are seizing as a result of this new wall that never enter and devastate our communities, and never line the pockets of cartels. (Read more)

9. Cuts in policing have 'led to 710 murders and more than 2,800 gunshot victims' across the US - The Daily Mail
Major cities across the United States are seeing a 'dramatic and widespread spikes in homicides' after police funding cuts, according to one expert. Paul Cassell, a professor at S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah has dubbed the rise in crime the 'Minneapolis effect'.
The city council in Minneapolis voted to dismantle the police and slash its budget after the May 25 death of black man George Floyd while in custody. Cassell estimates that 'as a result of de-policing during June and July 2020, approximately 710 additional victims were murdered and more than 2,800 victims were shot'.
In research published this month Cassell wrote: 'Recently, major cities across the country have suffered dramatic spikes in homicides. These spikes are remarkably large, suddenly appearing and widespread. 'At this rate, 2020 will easily be the deadliest year in America for gun-related homicides since at least 1999, while most other major crime categories are trending stable or slightly downward.' He added: 'Reduced proactive policing (sometimes referred to in the academic literature 'de-policing') is the most logical explanation for the recent homicide spikes.' (Read more)

10. Disney to lay off 28,000 employees - a quarter of its resort staff - as coronavirus cripples its theme parks business - The Daily Mail
Disney is set to lay off around 28,000 employees in the United States after prolonged closures and limited attendance have decimated its theme park business. The announcement was made in a letter to employees Tuesday from Josh D'Amaro, Disney's head of parks, who detailed several 'difficult decisions' the company has been forced to make amid the ongoing pandemic.
One such decision includes ending the furlough of thousands of employees in its parks, experiences and products segment.
Around 67 seven percent of the 28,000 layoffs were part-time workers, but they ranged from salaried employees to nonunion hourly workers, Disney officials said.
In total, the number of axed employees accounts for around 25 percent of Disney's domestic resort workforce. (Read more)

Well, right on cue, when the media got their first crack at Barrett and McConnell, what do you think was their first and only question?
Yep, you guessed it. The reporter asked:
"Leader McConnell, If Judge Coney Barrett is confirmed should she recuse herself from any election related cases?"
Thankfully, McConnell did not answer the question, and Barrett gave zero reaction - not a word, not a smile, not a nod of the head, nothing, nothing. McConnell, Barrett, and her team know exactly what these media clowns are up to.

Biden Utters Arabic Term During Debate
Muslims Celebrate After Biden Uses Arabic Term 'Inshallah' During Debate
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden used the Arabic word "inshallah" during a discussion on President Donald Trump's tax returns at the first presidential debate Tuesday night.
Moderator Chris Wallace had asked Trump about a recent article from The New York Times that said the Republican president paid only $750 in federal income taxes per year in 2016 and 2017.
"I've paid millions of dollars, and you'll get to see it," Trump replied.
"When?" Biden asked. "Inshallah?"
Biden's campaign confirmed to NPR that the former vice president had used the Arabic word that means "Allah willing" or "if Allah wills it."
The word is often used sarcastically by Muslims to express doubt that someone will do something that they claim they plan to do.
Fadi Helani, a linguistics professor at Montclair State University, told The Washington Post that the phrase seemed too sophisticated for someone who doesn't speak the language to use in a presidential debate.
"Inshallah" is used to expressed hope for the desired outcome in formal Arabic, including in media interviews and news conferences, according to Helani.
When it is used in informal conversation, the word can be used sarcastically "to mean that the hope or statement is too good to be true," The Post reported.
"If somebody says talks about passing a test, and you say, 'inshallah,' that means you're hoping they pass," Helani said.
"But if somebody says that, and you know they're a lazy student, 'inshallah' means you don't believe them at all."
Helani said that Biden's use of the word was sarcastically "casting doubt" on Trump's claim he would release the tax returns.

LAST NIGHT DONALD TRUMP DEFEATED CHRIS WALLACE IN A DEBATE
Last night Donald Trump defeated Chris Wallace in a debate. The other person on the stage who refused a drug test and refused to have his ear checked for an electronic device feeding him answers (probably with good reason) was extraneous.
When Donald Trump realized that he was facing two debate opponents-one of whom had snuck in as the moderator-he rightfully pivoted to being combative.
Was Trump rude and impolite to his opponents? Give me a break. It was not a fair fight! It was one and a half against one.
This was a set up-a trap, and Trump sprung the trap himself, so it would misfire. Trump was repeatedly scolded for interrupting, but Wallace allowed his assistant (Biden) to interrupt Trump repeatedly. Trump tried again and again to speak, but was talked-over by both of his opponents. Chris Wallace let Biden speak for well over his allotted time, but would not allow Trump any time for rebuttal to the lies.
. . . Why do I believe Trump won the debate? Because his "rudeness" forced the truth to come out. During the debate America got to see Trump Derangement Syndrome in full bloom. America got to see-for the first time-insane accusations being confronted in real time. Let me list but a few. . .

Chris Wallace Faces Intense Backlash, Including From Colleagues, Over Bias During Debate
Fox News host Chris Wallace, a registered Democrat, faced intense backlash on Tuesday night for what was widely deemed as bias in the debate in the favor of Democrat Joe Biden and against Republican President Donald Trump.
One of the issues that Wallace was called out for the most was how he appeared to let Biden interrupt Trump but would jump in to interrupt Trump when Trump would talk over Biden.
Fox News host Brian Kilmeade even noted the discrepancy and called it out on social media, writing: "Why is @JoeBiden allowed to interrupt? @realDonaldTrump is not."
Fox News host Laura Ingraham made a similar point, writing: "Biden seems to interrupt with impunity."
McCarthy added: "Biden doesn't support the Green New Deal. Oh, Wallace got that out of him? No, Trump did. Oh, well, did Wallace clarify what's parts of Green New Deal Biden is against? No, needed to move on."
McCarthy added: "Chris Wallace jumps in a second time when Biden having trouble with Trump's questioning."
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld said that it was "not good" when Wallace reportedly laughed with Biden. Bill O'Reilly, who used to be a colleague of Wallace's, wrote on Twitter: "Good line from Trump-he tells Chris Wallace he's debating him, not Joe." O'Reilly added: "Chris Wallace doesn't have the facts at his command about the Ukraine payments made to Biden's son that Trump brought up. Big mistake by Mr. Wallace."
Actor James Woods wrote on Twitter: "Chris Wallace is shamelessly biased. It's a beautiful demonstration of fake news in action. I'm actually glad it's happening, because you can see it for yourself." (Daily Wire)

Franklin Graham's Important Post-Debate Message Goes Mega-Viral
The Rev. Franklin Graham, who last month delivered a prayer at the Republican National Convention, reacted to Tuesday's presidential debate in Cleveland with a viral social media post calling on Americans to lean on God.
The fiery and controversial debate saw President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden square off in a divisive matchup that, to many, was indicative of the cultural divide in the country.
Graham reacted to the debate, wherein moderator Chris Wallace of Fox News was accused of controversially challenging Trump while showing favor to Biden, by reaching out to all Americans.
"After watching the debate last night, we are reminded that the problems we face as a nation cannot be solved without God," Graham wrote Wednesday morning on Facebook. "He is our only hope."
The evangelist continued, "Many areas of our country are in chaos. People are so divided. The coronavirus has attacked almost every country in the world, with no end in sight."
But Graham offered words of encouragement and optimism:
"But God can deliver us, if we call upon Him, turn from our sins, repent, and put our faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. May we continue to pray for those in leadership that God would give them wisdom and direction," he said.
"And we need to pray for all aspects of the upcoming election," Graham wrote.
"The Word of God says, 'Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other." (Isaiah 45:22),'" Graham concluded the viral post.
As of late Wednesday morning, the post had been shared more than 70,000 times after being up for less than seven hours.
It also had garnered nearly 300,000 reactions and 34,000 comments.

SOLAR WIND RATTLES EARTH'S MAGNETIC FIELD
There's more to a geomagnetic storm than auroras. Don't forget the squiggles. Stuart Green recorded these using a magnetometer in Preston, Lancashire, UK.
"Earth's magnetic field has been unsettled for days," reports Green. The squiggles in his chart represent changes in the local magnetic field caused by the buffeting of solar wind high overhead. They are the magnetic manifestation of auroras dancing at the same time around Arctic Circle.
Note the sudden onset of unrest during the late hours of Sept. 27th. That's when a solar wind stream hit Earth's magnetic field, sparking a G2-class geomagnetic storm. "The beautiful Arctic auroras showcased on Spaceweather.com were powered by this event," says Green. "My geomagnetic data show how our local magnetic field responded thousands of miles away in England."

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump welcomed Gold Star families to the White House over the weekend to honor the sacrifices of their loved ones. Gold Star families are those who have lost an immediate family member in service to our country.
"We hold in our hearts those who have answered the knock on the door, accepted the flag folded with precision, said their final farewell, and borne the absence of their fallen hero," President Trump's proclamation reads.
"Americans of every generation owe a debt of gratitude to the men and women who gave their lives in service to this Nation and to their families who remain forever changed."

The movement begins now and will continue through the entire year of 2020 leading up to 10 Days of Vigilant Prayer - Starting with the Biblical Feast of Trumpets and ending with the Day of Atonement (September 18-September 28). The central day of The Return will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 on the National Mall and throughout the nation and world.
