Focus on Israel
1. Douglas Emhoff, Kamala Harris' husband, is the Democrats' newest Jewish star - Times of Israel
JTA - Democrats chose Florida to roll out their newest Jewish star, Kamala Harris' Jewish husband, Douglas Emhoff.
The vice presidential nominee's partner opened up on Friday about growing up Jewish and his Jewish involvement in a webinar organized by Joe Biden's presidential campaign, offering revelations about the Jewish components of his first date with Harris and his own current Jewish involvements.
The two-hour webinar, which drew at least a thousand people, played up the themes Democrats will use in their campaign to woo Jewish voters, contrasting Trump as less empathetic to Jewish concerns and countering Trump's pro-Israel policies with claims he makes the country less safe because of his isolationism.
2. On eve of 1st UAE flight, PM claims Palestinians can't 'veto' Israel-Arab peace - Times of Israel
Israel's normalization of ties with the United Arab Emirates will pave the way for treaties with more Arab countries since it has removed the "Palestinian veto" on peace between the Jewish state and the Arab world, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday, as he hosted senior American officials who brokered the historic deal between Jerusalem and Abu Dhabi.
Netanyahu spoke Sunday during a press conference alongside US President Donald Trump's senior adviser Jared Kushner and US National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien, a day before a US-Israeli delegation including Kushner is set to take the first-ever Israeli commercial flight from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi to put the Israeli-UAE normalization deal into practice.
Kushner echoed the assertion that other Arab and Muslim states would make peace with Israel and said that Trump, his father-in-law, was "writing a script for a new Middle East."
The August 13 Israel-UAE diplomatic breakthrough "will pave the way for other countries to normalize their ties with Israel," Netanyahu said. "I think for too long the Palestinians have had a veto on peace. Not only between Israel and the Palestinians but between Israel and the Arab world."
3. Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Gaza threatens 'explosion' if blockade continues - Israel Hayom
Israel's decision to close the crossings to and from the Gaza Strip because of the recent escalation spike in arson balloon attacks and rocket fire from Gaza drew harsh words from terrorist organizations on Friday morning, after a series of IDF airstrikes hit a number of Hamas targets, including a weapons workshop.
The military arm of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad issued a statement stressing that "a continued delay in implementing the conditions having to do with lifting the 'siege' will lead to an explosion," and that Israel "would bear the responsibility."
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said on Friday that "What the resistance did today was part of a direct response to Israel's escalation 'on' Gaza and attacks on resistance sites. Israel has been warned against retaliation repeatedly, several times."
Barhoum went on to say that "This resistance response is confirmation that it will never hesitate to carry out its national obligation to its people and defend them against all aggression. We will fight the enemy if this escalation and blockade continues. Israel will be responsible for the ramifications of escalation and attacking resistance sites."
4. Hezbollah Used UNIFIL Position for Cover in Sniper Attack on IDF - Jewish Press
Hezbollah dispatched a squad of snipers to a location close to a U.N. post in southern Lebanon on the night of Aug. 25 before firing bullets at an IDF position in the area, fortunately failing to hit any soldiers.
At the tactical level, the fact that Hezbollah has chosen to fire from a location nearby a U.N. position hosting a Nepalese UNIFIL battalion is both cynical and callous. Either Hezbollah was using the position as a human shield-confident that the Israel Defense Forces would not fire back-or it was hoping for Israeli return fire that would result in casualties to U.N. peacekeeping personnel in an attempt to set a trap for Israel.
At the strategic level, the incident is just the kind of local attack that could have rapidly snowballed into a larger conflict had the results turned out differently.
The attack is the third by the Iranian-Hezbollah axis in the past month and the second one out of Lebanon. These incidents are part of a retaliation attempt for the reported death of a Hezbollah member killed in an alleged Israeli airstrike in Syria in July. That strike likely targeted an illicit attempt by Iran to move advanced weapons into Syria and Lebanon for future offensive use against Israel.
5. Ben Gurion study predicts Israel only weeks away from herd immunity - World Israel News
A new study conducted by Ben Gurion University predicts Israel will reach a state of herd immunity against the coronavirus in the coming weeks, Hamodia reported Sunday.
Herd immunity occurs when a high enough percentage of the population has already contracted a disease and recovered from it, giving them enough antibodies in their systems so that the rate of new infections drops as more people gain immunity.
Prof. Mark Last of Ben Gurion University is not a doctor of medicine, but instead is an expert in the field of "medical informatics," using the power of computer and information science to optimize medical care.
Last says his analysis shows that Israel's coronavirus infection rate is about to decline. According to his figures, another national lockdown is not necessary if the government maintains current restrictions and no new major outbreaks occur from changes like the opening of the school year this week.

8. Pompeo: US Will Guarantee Israel's Military Superiority in Middle East - BFP
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the US will ensure that Israel maintains its military superiority in the Middle East, despite a potential weapons deal with the United Arab Emirates, during a visit to Jerusalem yesterday.
"The United States has a legal requirement with respect to [Israeli] qualitative military edge," Pompeo said in a joint press conference with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. "We will continue to honor that."
"But we have a 20-plus year security relationship with the United Arab Emirates as well," the secretary of state added.
The US will work to ensure that it provides the UAE with military equipment to defend itself against Iran, Pompeo said, "and we'll do it in a way that preserves our commitment to Israel as well." (Read more)
- Thank the Lord for America's commitment to Israel's security and for their joint efforts to neutralize the Iranian threat to the region. However, pray for great wisdom for both American and Israeli leaders as they strategize, making sure that Israel's military supremacy remains a reality.
- There are many plans in a man's heart, nevertheless the LORD's counsel-that will stand. (Proverbs 19:21)
9. Israel hopes to sign normalization deal with UAE by mid-September: minister - i24
Signing ceremony to take place in Washington, D.C., exact date to be hammered out in talks with Abu Dhabi
Israel is hoping to sign a deal formalizing the normalization of ties with the United Arab Emirates by mid-September, Israeli Regional Cooperation Minister Ofir Akunis told Kan public broadcaster on Sunday.
Akunis said that the exact date for the signing ceremony, which will take place in Washington, D.C., will be hammered out in the upcoming talks between Israeli and Emirati negotiators.
He told the broadcaster that Jerusalem was hoping to ink the accord before the Rosh Hashana holiday on September 18.
The Daily Brief
1. Rand Paul calls for FBI arrests, investigation into 'mob' he believes 'would have killed us,' if not for police - Fox News
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., told "Fox & Friends" he believes he would have been killed if not for the police when he and his wife were surrounded and attacked by a "mob" yelling threats and pushing police upon exiting the White House after President Trump's acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention (RNC) Thursday night. "It was horrific," the Republican senator -- who had part of his lung removed due to a complication from the 2017 assault by his neighbor -- told host Steve Doocy of the "unhinged" mob that continued to get bigger and bigger.
If not for the police, Paul said he could've been killed or recovering in the hospital, adding that people followed him into the hotel. "I truly believe this with every fiber of my being, had they gotten at us they would have gotten us to the ground, we might not have been killed, might just have been injured by being kicked in the head, or kicked in the stomach until we were senseless," he explained.
. . . "I believe there are going to be people who are involved with the attack on us that actually were paid to come here, are not from Washington, D.C., and are sort of paid to be anarchists," he said. "This is disturbing because really, if you're inciting a riot that's a crime, but if you're paying someone to incite a riot that person needs to go to jail as well. They were inciting a riot and they would have killed us had the police not been there," the senator added. (Read more)
- Almighty God, we pray You will rise up, oh God, and pull down the powers of darkness to the ground in utter defeat who were attacking Senator Rand Paul and other Republicans like him. Dry up the financial sources of those paying this mob of anarchists. Bind the spirits in these people under the Blood of Jesus and cast them out. Raise Your hand against these attackers and stop them in instant defeat. We pray in the mighty Name of Jesus.
- "Wherefore I, God, poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it." (Ezekiel 36:18)
2. Trump attacks Biden, Democratic leaders at rally, says DC police took 'tremendous abuse' protecting those who left RNC - Fox News
President Trump jumped right into his rally Friday by blaming Democrats, first for harassment aimed at attendees of his White House nomination acceptance speech the night before, then at opponent Joe Biden.
"The mayor should be ashamed for that kind of display of incompetence," Trump told supporters at the New Hampshire event. "It's happening all over when you have Democrat-run cities." Trump called the D.C. protesters "thugs," saying while D.C. police are "good," D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser gave them "bad instructions."
On Friday, viral video circulated showing Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., being yelled at by demonstrators as he left the White House event. Four officers surrounded him on his walk to his hotel, some using their bicycles as a barrier between Paul and the protesters.
He blamed Democrats for the nationwide protests for social justice that have at times turned to chaos, part of life in many cities for months. "Today's Democratic Party is filled with hate. Just look at Biden supporters screaming at people at the street with unhinged, manic rage. They are not protesters. Those are anarchists, agitators, rioters, looters," Trump said. "It has nothing to do with George Floyd. They have no idea who he is. If you ask them 'Who's George Floyd?' they say 'I don't know.'" (Read more)
- Heavenly Father, You see all this ravenous crowd of people who are controled by a mindset of lawlessness without constraints. God, we pray that these rioters who are now controlled by demonic forces be instead bound by the Blood of Jesus and stopped. We pray in Jesus' Name.
- "The priests have violated God's law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they showed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them." (Ezekiel 22:26)
3. Sen. John Kennedy on Hurricane Laura: Louisiana looks like it was 'bombed,' toughest is yet to come - Fox News
Hurricane Laura ravaged Louisiana, leaving it looking like it was "bombed," Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., said on Thursday. "I'm not going to bubble wrap it. We took it full in the face. We still are," Kennedy told "America's Newsroom." "It looks like you've been bombed. People are in shock. But your first consideration can't be property, it's got to be life. . . safety is still our major concern. The most important things in life aren't things, they're people," he said.
The first fatality from the storm in Lousiana was a 14-year-old girl who died when a tree fell on her home, according to the governor. As the storm roared into Louisiana, a 133 mph gust and an 85 mph sustained wind were measured in Lake Charles. A 127 mph wind gust was measured at Calcasieu Pass, La., and a sustained wind of 93 mph was measured around 5 a.m. local time in Cameron on the backside of the storm. In Lake Charles, which took a direct hit, skyscrapers were without glass, while pieces of sheet metal and roofing were seen throughout city streets.
"Based on past experience, we'll have billions of dollars in damage," Kennedy said. "The toughest part is yet to come. When the adrenaline stops and the cameras go away and you get a little rest, you kind of look up, look at it and go, 'man, how do we rebuild here,' and you just do it by getting up in the morning, putting one foot down and then taking another step. Failure is not getting knocked down, failure is not standing back up. We'll stand back up." (Read more)
- Almighty God, we pray You send angels from heaven to surround all the storm-tossed people in Louisiana. Lift their spirits and strengthen them to forsake the idea of failure and hopelessness. Pray they turn to God, who is all-powerful. We pray in the Name of Jesus;
- "Bow down Your ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy. Shew us Your mercy, O Lord, and grant us Your salvation." (Psalm 86:1; 85:7)
4. Pelosi says Biden shouldn't debate Trump - Fox News
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested Thursday that former Vice President Joe Biden cancel his three scheduled debates with President Trump because the commander-in-chief would "belittle" the forum and engage in "skullduggery. I don't think that there should be any debates," Pelosi said out of the blue at a news conference at the Capitol, saying she doesn't want the debates to be "an exercise in skullduggery. . . . I wouldn't legitimize a conversation with him, nor a debate in terms of the presidency of the United States. Now I know that the Biden campaign thinks in a different way about this."
Indeed, Biden told MSNBC Thursday he's still planning on showing up to the high-profile faceoffs with the president. "As long as the [debate] commission continues down the straight and narrow as they have, I'm going to debate him," Biden said, adding that he'd call out any Trump lies in real-time. "I'm going to be a fact-checker on the floor as I'm debating him," he added. (Read more)
- Almighty God, we pray that Your perfect will be done regarding these scheduled debates between President Trump and former Vice President Biden. We block any and all interference regarding this debate taking place. God's will be done. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- "For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea." Habakkuk 2:14)(
5. Constitutional lawyer explains Pelosi will NOT become president on January 20 - Independent Sentinel
Several prominent people have said that if the Senate cannot count votes by January 20th, the Speaker of the House becomes Acting President of the United States. A constitutional attorney says that is not the case - IT CANNOT BE THE CASE. Constitutional attorney Krisanne Hall says that if it happened, it would only happen by ignoring the Constitution.
It's claimed that we must somehow immediately go to the 20th Amendment [which outlines the law of succession]. She notes that the President is not elected by the popular vote, but by the Electors of the states. So, we concentrate on Electors.
. . . The narrative that Speaker Pelosi becomes President if there is a delay is false. The only effect in the case of a delay would be a temporary suspension of some powers in the Executive and there would be a temporary dissolution of legislation. At worst, Congress would not be able to pass laws for a while even if an emergency election is necessary - that could take a year.
Electors will decide who is president.
If the electors don't send in their votes, they will get a demand to submit. If they don't do it, then their electors won't be counted. The counting cannot be delayed without a law signed by the President. The deadline is January 6. (Read more)

- Father God, we pray that the law in the Constitution will be adhered to. God, by the Blood of Jesus we pray that any plans to twist the meaning of its words to suit the will of the enemy will be canceled. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- "The mountains quake at the Lord, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at His presence, yea, the world and all that dwell therein." (Nahum 1:5)
6. Soros DA: Don't charge looters who 'needed' stolen goods - WND
One of the many progressive district attorney's financially supported by left-wing billionaire George Soros requires police officers to consider whether a looter "needed" stolen goods before charging. Becton teamed with four other black female DA's backed by Soros -- including St. Louis' Kim Gardner and Chicago's Kim Foxx -- in co-authoring a Politico op-ed Tuesday explaining their philosophy and an 11-point plan.
The five prosecutors contended America's criminal legal system "was constructed to control Black people and people of color. Its injustices are not new but are deeply rooted in our country's shameful history of slavery and legacy of racial violence. The system is acting exactly as it was intended to, and that is the problem," they wrote.
"We should know: We're Black, we're female, and we're prosecutors. We work as the gatekeepers in this flawed system. And we have some ideas for how to fix it." They wrote that they are "working from within" to begin "to rectify past wrongs."
"We are implementing policies that include declining to prosecute minor offenses, overturning wrongful convictions, refusing to take cases from officers with a history of racial bias and expunging marijuana convictions," they said. "And we are currently working within our own offices to make the system fairer and more just." (Read more)
- Father God, we bring this plan of George Soros before You. Block such a plan from inciting looters to continue stealing without penalty. Block these participants' plans to allow lawlessness to be acceptable. Draw those in need to visit the many donation centers to get their needs met. We pray in the Name of Jesus.
- "Justice and judgment are the habitation of God's throne: mercy and truth shall go before His face." (Psalm 89:14)
7. PRISON FOR PASTORS IN AMERICA? - IFA
The pastors I discuss below have put everything on the line for Christ. Each one has been criminally charged or faces criminal charges. In two cases, the parishioners also face criminal charges. They face massive fines and prison, all for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ or, in the case of church members, merely assembling to worship. And this is right here in America.. .
Will the police come to arrest me today? (Read more)
- Please, be in prayer for these brave pastors, the churches' staff, members, and attendees. Be in prayer too for the soul of our country, that it may return to the service of our Lord. And pray for all of us at Liberty Counsel, that we may always be able to claim 2 Timothy 4:7: "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith."
8. PARENTS FORCED TO SIGN WAIVER NOT TO MONITOR VIRTUAL TEACHING - IFA
A school district in Tennessee is asking parents to sign a form agreeing not to monitor their children's virtual classrooms over concerns that "non-student observers" could overhear confidential information.
The form, a copy of which was sent to the Tennessee Star, reads: "RCS strives to present these opportunities in a secure format that protects student privacy to the greatest extent possible, however, because these meetings will occur virtually RCS is limited in its ability to fully control certain factors such as non-student observers that may be present in the home of a student participating in the virtual meeting."
The agreement goes on to "strongly discourage" "non-student observation of online meetings due to the potential of confidential information about a student being revealed," and while it does not specifically say that parents may not be present while their child is participating in virtual instruction, it does say that a "violation of this agreement may result in RCS removing my child from the virtual meeting." (Read more)
- ALMIGHTY GOD, we pray for the defense of these innocent school children who are incognizant of these insidious plans. God, blaze a trail of holy fire throughout the Tennessee school system that will burn up all plans to take control of school-age children. God, send angels on assignment to fight this battle until victory is acknowledged. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- "And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armor, Come and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be the Lord will work for us: for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few." (I Samuel 14:6)
9. Trump admin. petitions Supreme Court to restore FDA's abortion pill safety protocol - Christian Post
The Trump administration has asked the United States Supreme Court to lift an injunction on a federal rule requiring women to see a doctor before an abortion clinic dispenses abortion-inducing drugs. Earlier this year, a federal judge issued a nationwide injunction against the Food & Drug Administration rule in response to a lawsuit brought by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a group that has advocated for abortion on demand and abortion for minors without parental consent.
Jeffrey Wall, acting solicitor general with the U.S. Department of Justice, filed a request on Wednesday, asking the Supreme Court for a stay on the lower court injunction. "The FDA has made, and continuously adhered to, the judgment that these requirements mitigate serious health risks associated with the drug, which can increase if the patient delays taking the drug or fails to receive proper counseling about possible complications," the petition states in part. "While the district court believed that the terms of its injunction would address those risks, there is no way to rectify the harms to patients if that judicial second-guessing of an expert agency's judgment turns out to be wrong."
The request also argued in part that the FDA rule did not greatly restrict abortion access, as claimed by the lower court, because overall access remains widespread. "Given that surgical methods of abortion remain widely available, the enforcement of longstanding safety requirements for a medication abortion during the first ten weeks of pregnancy does not constitute a substantial obstacle to abortion access, even if the COVID-19 pandemic has made obtaining any method of abortion in person somewhat riskier," the petition adds. "[The Supreme Court] has made clear that judges are not to second-guess how officials address public-health concerns in areas of uncertainty, yet the district court dismissed the FDA's expert judgment in favor of its own view that the safety requirements are medically unnecessary." (Read more)
- Righteous Father, we pray that President Trump's petition to restore the FDA's abortion pill safety protocol will be approved and passed. Protect these girls from the deadly aftereffects from misguided advice. We ask in the Name of Jesus.
- "For I, says the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her." (Zechariah 2:5)
10. Pompeo heads home after appearing to hit wall in push for Israel ties - Times of Israel
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday visited Oman's new sultan, the last stop on a Middle East trip that sought to build on an American-brokered deal to have Israel and the United Arab Emirates normalize relations. However, he returned home after stops in Bahrain, Oman and Sudan apparently empty-handed with none of the conservative Arab nations willing for now to follow Abu Dhabi in normalizing ties with the Jewish state.
"Met today with Omani Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al-Said on the importance of building regional peace, stability, and prosperity through a united Gulf Cooperation Council," Pompeo tweeted as he left Oman, the last stop on his itinerary. "Grateful for our strong security partnership and economic ties."
The six-nation GCC has been torn apart by the years-long boycott of council member Qatar by fellow members Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as part of a political dispute. The GCC's other two members, Kuwait and Oman, have pushed for the countries to reconcile, as has the US amid the Trump administration's maximum pressure policy targeting Iran.
Oman's official news agency ONA reported after the meeting that "aspects of the existing bilateral cooperation between the Sultanate and the United States were reviewed within the framework of the strong relations that bind them," but made no reference to relations with Israel. (Read more)
- Righteous Father, we stand on the Word of God that assures Israel, their God is with them and will never forsake them. In all these negotiations of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, we pray You fight for Israel on earth and in heaven, that her enemies will be defeated and her supporters be blessed. Bless all his efforts. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- "Through God will we push down our enemies: through God's Name will we tread them under that rise up against us." (Psalm 44:5)

JUST AS I AM, WITHOUT ONE PLEA
"Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" (John 1:29)
Lyrics
Just as I am-without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-and waiting not
To rid my soul of one dark blot,
To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-though tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt,
Fightings and fears within, without-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-poor, wretched, blind;
Sight, riches, healing of the mind,
Yea, all I need in Thee to find-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-Thy love unknown
Hath broken every barrier down;
Now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am-of that free love
The breadth, length, depth, and height to prove,
Here for a season, then above-
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!

'May This Be a Land Where He Rules Supreme,'
Ohio Mayor Surrenders City to Christ
Last weekend, Christians from multiple churches alongside elected officials in Ashland, Ohio partook in an act of corporate repentance and prayer before God in calling for a national and global revival.
Hundreds of people from the community gathered at the special event held on Saturday at Ashland's Freer Field, a 78-acre park near the city, Frontlines Ohio reports. The gathering is considered to be the first-ever "Sacred Assembly" in the area, as it featured a time of worship, prayer, and remarks from church leaders and several officials.
"There is a sense that GOD is doing many great things. GOD is re-writing the history of Ashland. I believe with all my heart there will be a great harvest by what has been prayed for here tonight. We are beginning to see the activity and orchestration of GOD," said Pastor David McNeely of New Life Community Church.
State Rep. Darrell Kick, an assembly speaker, acknowledged the spiritual uniqueness of Ashland as his represented district. He also noted how a Bible study is held by several state lawmakers prior to casting their vote at the Statehouse.
"There is the perception Ashland is a GOD-fearing county. As an elected official, I have noticed over the past couple of years there has been spiritual renewal in this area. After what I saw today, I am not aware of another district where the Mayor commits the city to Jesus Christ and a County Commissioner asks forgiveness for the sins of the county", he said.
"I ask on behalf of the Commissioners and all the county officials that you would forgive us for the rebellion of the people of our land. We have all sinned." County Commissioner Emmitt Justice prayed in repentance. Then Ashland Mayor Matt Miller spoke and took part in dedicating the city to Jesus Christ.
"As I stand before you tonight, in the bright light of his Son, to the extent I am able, I give this City of Ashland to the LORD Jesus Christ. May this be a land where He rules supreme. May this be a land where His love is genuinely felt by believers and non-believers alike," Miller declared.
He also thanked God for His protection over Ashland as he believes that the Lord protected the city from the COVID-19 pandemic as cases were minimal. "The heart of this city (Ashland) is seeking GOD. I believe with all my heart that is why GOD has protected and blessed the City of Ashland during one of the most tumultuous times in my lifetime and the city's history," Miller added.
The idea for Saturday's Sacred Assembly came through a collaboration of about twenty-five churches associated with the local Ashland County Ministerial Association (ACMA).
Reverend John Bouquet, an ACMA member, told Mayor Miller that he found inspiration for the spiritual gathering when he read the book of Joel in the Old Testament, and the prophet called the southern nation of Judah to "call a solemn assembly" in repentance before God (Joel 1:13).
According to WMFD, Bouquet explained that leaders at the county, city, and state levels of Ohio were "strong in their faith."
"I believe it's one of the most unique counties in the 88 counties of Ohio that have strong leadership in all three categories of civic government, and I think that you all look at government as a ministry," he said.
Bouquet also said that the AMCA want to establish a "Prayer Force" in September, where they plan on visiting a church for each day of the week in praying for revival, followed by more churches in the coming weeks.
"To have a Prayer Force over the City, over the County, can only ask God to do something special," Bouquet said. "That really is the next step."

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners
Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." THE RETURN
WHAT IS "THE RETURN?"
The Return is a movement, an appointed time, and a specific day set apart for one purpose - the return to God by coming before His presence in humility, in sincerity in prayer, and repentance.
The movement begins now and will continue through the entire year of 2020 leading up to 10 Days of Vigilant Prayer - Starting with the Biblical Feast of Trumpets and ending with the Day of Atonement (September 18-September 28). The central day of The Return will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 on the National Mall and throughout the nation and world.
Come to the Live Event in Washington or take part by Live Simulcast wherever you are - In your Home, Church, Town, or City!
You can register to take part in THE RETURN by going here.
