Time to Repent!
Cowards are the the first category of those not entering heaven (Revelation 21:8). Judgment begins in the House of God (1 Peter 4:17). Apathy and silence by Pastors and Priests in the face of godless humanism is sinful. God is not mocked. We need to repent personally and nationally for the fact that in recent elections close to 50% of evangelical Christians failed to register and vote. The fault lies in timid pastors and priests, fearing man not God, preaching lukewarm platitudes instead of the Word. The moral decline of our nation compared to earlier generations is directly the result of the apostasy and lukewarmness of many shepherds in the body of Christ who, with exceptions, have stood by silently for generations as Supreme Court decisions and left-wing politicians have eviscerated our Godly roots.
"There is a way that seems right to a man but its end is the way of death." (Proverbs 14:12; 16:25). This election of 2020 is a true spiritual battle of spiritual life and death, an Ephesians 6:12 battle between the spirit of the Living God of Liberty, purchased by Christ by His blood for all of us, and the spirit of anti-Christ, the humanism of a Saul Alinsky or a George Soros -- mentors to many on the left today.

Because this is a spiritual battle as well as a political battle, we are called upon by Scripture to act: "Therefore take take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." (Ephesians 6:13).
Taking a stand includes voting Biblical principles. "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. " (Proverbs 14: 34)
Our founders in this nation were bold to preach the Word of God and suggest laws and persons to be followed in legislatures. Election Day sermons were standard fare with our ancestors. The first Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Frederick Muhlenberg, having fought in the Revolutionary War, was himself a Lutheran pastor, serving two terms as our Speaker, third in line to the Presidency.
In contrast to some on today's Supreme Court who take an entirely different view, the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Jay, later President of the American Bible Society said: "Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers."
The Risen Christ vomits out lukewarmness. He calls you and me to be zealous to repent. Apathy and failure to vote Biblical values in all elections will eviscerate our Godly roots further. The Risen Christ announces to all in Matthew 28:18 that "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth." That includes the government of nations. This nation was founded on His Miracles.
Pastors and Priests: Follow Wisdom. Preach to your flock an Election Day Sermon, and encourage them to vote Biblical values based on His Word. The blood of our ancestors was not spilled for you and me to be apathetic in the face of evil.

O Holy God, we have failed You miserably. You have shown us in Matthew 16:17 that You HAVE given us the "keys to the kingdom," but so many have lost those keys.
Abba Father God, we ask the You forgive these pastors, who are so lost and confused, for not fulfilling this scriptural mandate and exhorting their people to go to the polls and vote, according to Your Biblical values. Forgive us, O Lord, we pray . . .
We now ask for a miracle of divine intervention, for You have written in Your word that You WILL visit men in the night, and show them Your instruction.

Focus on Israel
1. Touring IDF drill, Netanyahu threatens Hezbollah with 'steel fist' - Times of Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Hezbollah on Wednesday against attacking Israel, as he visited a large-scale military drill in the north of the country simulating a war against the Lebanese terror group. "Even during the coronavirus, our enemies are not stagnant and neither are we. In this exercise I have been impressed by the vast improvement in the IDF's offensive capabilities," Netanyahu said. "Hezbollah and the state of Lebanon should take this into account. Whoever attacks us will encounter firepower and a steel fist that will destroy any enemy." The Israel Defense Forces launched the drill on Sunday, saying it was aimed at improving the military's offensive capability.
2. Israeli Defense Minister Warns Lebanon Will Pay the Price for Hezbollah Aggression - Jewish Press
"Lebanese citizens should know that Hezbollah is their problem, not Israel, because if Hezbollah acts against the State of Israel, Lebanon will pay the price. I hope it does not happen, and we're here to be prepared for a moment I hope will not come," said Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Tuesday.
It was not the first time the defense minister, who is also Israel's alternate prime minister, has issued such a warning. In July, Gantz said the IDF had been instructed to bomb Lebanese infrastructure if Hezbollah harmed Israeli soldiers or civilians.
Gantz also signaled optimism about the prospect of an eventual peace deal between Israel and Lebanon, as the two countries are holding rare indirect talks on demarcating their disputed maritime border.
3. IAI unveiled new Passive Coherent Location System - Jerursalem Post
Israel's ELTA Systems unveiled on Tuesday a new Passive Coherent Location System (PCL) which can covertly detect and track aerial targets.
The system, developed by the subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), allows for the creation of a picture of the aerial situation by tracking non-emitting targets using non-cooperative transmitters.
VP AND General Manager of IAI/ELTA's Intelligence, Communications and EW division, Adi Dulberg, told The Jerusalem Post that such a system is "of interest to every country in the world because everyone wants to know what's going on in the sky, be it civilian or military aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.
"The PCL system provides real-time aerial mapping of non-emitting threats by detecting and tracking the targets, the company said in a statement.

4. Knesset bill to require consultation with Diaspora on matters regarding world Jewry - JNS
(October 27, 2020 / JNS) Israeli Minister of Diaspora Affairs Omer Yankelevitch announced on Thursday that she is introducing a Knesset bill that would require government ministries to consult with world Jewry on matters directly related to the Jewish people, such as Jewish informal and formal education, engagement and anti-Semitism.
"Creating an official forum that ensures mutual dialogue between Israel and world Jewry is the first step towards ensuring the relationship between Israel and the greater Jewish people into the future," she told JNS.
"The establishment of an official body transforms the relationship between the State of Israel and world Jewry by formalizing the notion that the Jewish world has the right to a voice in the Jewish state," she explained, adding that the process of asking for and receiving consultation shows that "the State of Israel values the opinion of world Jewry, and is committed to the connection between Israel and Jewish people living outside of Israel."
"It is a declaration that taking in the voices of world Jewry is not only valuable, but also a necessity as the nation-state to the Jewish people," she said. At the same time, she related, "ultimately, it is Israeli citizens and stakeholders who have the right to vote and determine the direction that the State of Israel takes. What this body does do is provide world Jewry with the right to be heard."
5. Did the U.S. Just Recognize Israeli Sovereignty in the West Bank? - Jerusalem Post
Did the United States just recognize Israeli sovereignty over West Bank settlements during Wednesday's low-key ceremony at Ariel University announcing joint scientific cooperation?
Ask the Palestinians and their answer would be a resounding "yes."
They were not silent about it either.
PLO Executive Committee member Hanan Ashrawi charged that the event that took place in the settlement of Ariel, in Samaria, was "a clear recognition of Israel's annexation of Palestinian territory."
The ceremony appeared to be about science, but in effect, what the US did was to pledge not to distinguish in its dealings between sovereign and non-sovereign Israel. Effectively, it was a US pledge of normalization, which its opponents raised to the level of annexation. (Read more here.)
6. Friedman: US-Israel 'righting old wrongs' by extending W. Bank agreements- Jerusalem Post
Extending agreements between the US and Israel to the West Bank, Golan and east Jerusalem bolsters the ties between the countries, US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman said in a ceremony removing the only territorial limitations in agreements between Washington and Jerusalem on Wednesday.
"We are righting an old wrong and strengthening yet again the unbreakable bond between our two countries," Friedman said at a signing ceremony with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Ariel University in Samaria.
Netanyahu and Friedman signed new versions of three agreements on research cooperation, which erase a line that says "cooperative projects sponsored by the Foundation may not be conducted in geographic areas which came under the administration of the Government of Israel after June 5, 1967, and may not relate to subjects primarily pertinent to such areas." - Father God, as these two articles are reporting, we thank You for the wisdom shown by the Trump Administration in quietly removing one more barrier to the acknowledgment of Israel's Sovereignty of Judea and Samaria. 1. A federal report reveals that 1.15 million asylum-seeking people are already living in the United States, even as Joe Biden's 2020 platform promises to welcome many more migrants - Breitbart
The resident number of asylum seekers is "enough to make them the 43rd largest state," said a new report from the Center for Immigration Studies, which used federal 2019 data. According to the report:
There were 1,148,416 pending asylum cases in the United States - at a minimum. If those applicants were a state, they would be the 43rd largest in the United States, ahead of Montana, Rhode Island, Delaware, the Dakotas, Alaska, Vermont, and Wyoming. The federal number is roughly one out of 300 Americans or one out four 18-year-old Americans. It is roughly equal to the population of Dallas, Texas, or San Jose, California, and it hurts American employees by flooding the labor and housing markets.

2. Philadelphia police say 1,000 looters targeting businesses on second night of protests - Fox News
A second night of unrest in Philadelphia began Tuesday night over the police shooting death of a Black man, just as his children recalled memories of their father in front of reporters and 1,000 looters reportedly began targeting businesses, police said.
Three of Walter Wallace Jr's., sons remembered their father during a news conference surrounded by family and community members. "We always go places," said one child, whose name was not revealed. "He always teach [sic] me how to be a man. And these white racist cops got my own dad. And Black Lives still matter."
Elsewhere in the city, looters ransacked a Foot Locker, Rite Aid and other retail stores. At least one vehicle was set on fire. (Read more)

3. Tony Bobulinski tells Tucker: Joe Biden denials of involvement in son's business 'a blatant lie' - Fox News
Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, will tell "Tucker Carlson Tonight" in an exclusive interview Tuesday evening that Joe Biden's denials of knowledge or involvement in his son's foreign dealings are "a blatant lie."
Bobulinski, a Navy veteran and the former head of SinoHawk Holdings -- which he describes as a partnership between the CEFC China Energy conglomerate and two Biden family members -- told Carlson that he almost walked out of last week's second presidential debate when Biden discussed the topic.
"In that debate, he made a specific statement around questions around this from the president," recalled Bobulinski, who attended the debate as Trump's guest. "And I'll be honest with you, I almost stood up and screamed 'liar' and walked out because I was shocked that after four days or five days that they prep for this, that the Biden family is taking that position to the world."
Text messages obtained by Fox News last week include an exchange between Bobulinski and James Biden, the Democratic nominee's younger brother, in which Bobulinski asks James to "thank Joe for his time". (Read more)

4. Obama Defends BLM Protesters: Country Founded on Protesting - Brietbart
Former President Barack Obama spoke at a drive-in rally in Orlando, Florida, on behalf of Joe Biden (D) Tuesday and forcefully defended the Black Lives Matter protests that have taken place across the country - many of which have been dominated by looting and violence.
"But Joe and Kamala, they care deeply about people, America, and they care about our democracy," Obama told supporters before defending the protests. "They understand that protest is not un-American. This country was founded on protesting against injustice," he declared, praising Americans of "all races" for "joining together to declare - in the face of injustice and brutality at the hands of the state - that Black Lives Matter no more but no less."
Obama told the group that they cannot abandon "all those young people who are out on the streets." Rather, Democrats must "channel their activism into action." (Read more)

5. French Gov is expected to announce nationwide COVID-19 lockdown measures - Sara Carter
French President Emmanuel Macron is expected to announce new COVID-19 lockdown measures Wednesday evening. The announcement comes as a surge of new cases and deaths is forcing the government to find ways to stop the spread of the virus during the winter months, according to The Independent.
According to reports, there were more than 500 new coronavirus deaths on Tuesday night in France, which was up from 257 from the day before.
Many other European nations have already started to lockdown. Those nations, including Italy, noted a substantial increase in numbers of COVID-19 patients. Italy was the latest European country to announce restrictions. Those went into effect Monday and will stay in place until Nov. 24. Those restrictions will force bars and restaurants to close by 6 p.m., while gyms, movie theaters, and public pools will close completely. The Italian government is also asking citizens to stay home and to limit contacts to their immediate family, as reported. (Read more)

6. Election 2020 polling average shows Biden leading Trump nationally with just days left - Fox News
Democratic nominee Joe Biden continues to lead President Trump in national polling, although the race has tightened to a seven-point lead for Biden, down from 10 points earlier in October, according to Real Clear Politics' polling average.
Biden also appears to have the advantage in battleground states Michigan and Wisconsin. Washington Post-ABC News polls of likely voters released Wednesday show Biden at 51% and Trump at 44% in Michigan, and Biden at 57% and Trump at 40% in Wisconsin.
Biden appears to be growing his support in Wisconsin. Voters trusted Biden over Trump to handle the coronavirus pandemic by seven points in September, and that figure jumped to 20 points this month, according to the Washington Post-ABC News poll. (Read more)

7. Franklin Graham: Look Closely at Kamala Harris - 'Most Liberal Senator in Congress' - Brietbart
With only a week before Election Day, Christian leader Rev. Franklin Graham asked his followers to evaluate the two candidates for vice president, should it become necessary for either of them to assume the office of president. "Who would you trust in this key position and to possibly one day fill the role of president of the United States?" he posted his question to Facebook.
"She is a lawyer, former DA of San Francisco, former Attorney General of California, and is known as the most liberal Senator in Congress. She is an avid supporter of abortion. She supports sanctuary cities, open borders, the Green New Deal, and the government mandating things like mask-wearing outdoors. She supports legalizing marijuana at the national level, and she has been weak on supporting law enforcement. Kamala Harris supports increasing taxes. She opposes the oil industry and would ban fracking. She opposes the 2nd amendment and advocates for strong gun control."
The evangelist said that Harris "would appoint liberal, activist judges to the federal court system and to the Supreme Court." "If Joe Biden were to win this election, many people believe Kamala Harris would likely have to replace him as president in the next couple of years due to his age and possible cognitive decline," he explained. 8. Jewish leaders pen open letter in support of President Trump ahead of election - Fox News
A group of 13 prominent Orthodox Jewish leaders released an open letter in support of President Trump over the weekend, praising his administration's unwavering "commitment to the essential importance of religious entities" as the Trump campaign makes a last-ditch effort to galvanize Jewish voters across the country.
The letter, which includes the signatures of some of the world's most senior rabbis spanning several sects of Judaism, lauded the president's leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and his push to keep open houses of worship.
"We write to express our deepest gratitude to you, Mr. President, especially in light of your recent declaration that houses of worship should be considered 'essential,'" the letter reads. (Read more)

9. McConnell and Schumer's relationship shredded after court brawl - The Hill
The relationship between Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) has hit a new low after the bitter fight over newly sworn in Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
The rancorous nature of their relationship was on full display Monday evening, moments before the Senate voted to confirm Barrett along party lines, when Schumer declared it would "go down as one of the darkest days in the 231-year history of the Senate."
The deterioration of their relationship in recent months, a tense election year when control of the Senate in 2021 is at stake, raises questions about their ability to work together in the future and whether Democrats will change the chamber's rules once in power to circumvent McConnell entirely. 10. 'Anonymous' revealed: Former aide Miles Taylor says he wrote scathing opinion piece on Donald Trump - USA Today
Former administration official Miles Taylor revealed himself Wednesday as the anonymous author of a scathing opinion piece and book about President Donald Trump, stepping forward six days before the election to endorse Democratic challenger Joe Biden.
"This election is a two-part referendum: first, on the character of a man, and second, on the character of our nation," said Taylor, a former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security.
In a written statement, Taylor added: "That's why I'm also urging fellow Republicans to put country over party, even if that means supporting Trump's Democratic opponent."
Writing under the pen name "Anonymous," Taylor authored a 2018 newspaper column and 2019 book that attacked Trump's leadership and described utter dysfunction within his administration.
Responding in a tweet, Trump said he didn't know Taylor and "never even heard of him. Just another @nytimes SCAM - he worked in conjunction with them." Noting that Taylor sometimes appears on CNN, Trump said, "they should fire, shame, and punish everybody." (Read more)

Voter Fraud
This presidential election is a set up for voter fraud, and the US Supreme Court is part of the reason. As reported widely, SCOTUS voted 5-3 to allow late-arriving North Carolina mail-in ballots so long as they were post marked by election day and in a separate action allowed for counting late-arriving mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania. These are two swing states important to determining the overall electoral college. In North Carolina, ballots may arrive as late as November 12 and be counted. The deadline for Pennsylvania is November 6. Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr., and Justice Brett Kavanaugh voted with the liberals on the court. The longer after the election that votes count, the higher the chance for election fraud.
Then there is the idea that in some states, a citizen can actually change their vote if they cast it early by voting by mail or by absentee ballot. That may appear on the surface to be a good option, especially in light of the recent revelations that Presidential candidate Joe Biden is compromised because of China, Russia, and Ukraine business deals using his position as Vice President to enrich (nice way of saying "bribe") his family in selling influence. Think of the 70-plus million people who did early voting and how they may be regretting the box they checked. No worries for some of them. In New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, and Minnesota, folks can change their vote.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota are all states that are on the bubble regarding which way they will land in the electoral college. Michigan voters can change their vote by submitting by October 30 a signed request to have their vote nullified. Minnesota voters had until October 20 to request a new ballot. Wisconsin voters had until October 29 to request a new ballot. In New York and Pennsylvania, you can just show up on election day and cast your vote and your early vote will be nullified. All these examples allow for voter fraud in that ballots can be counted twice if election officials don't pay attention or have nefarious designs in mind.
The idea that this nation should have a long lead time for early voting or mail-in voting that is allowed to be counted days after the election is an assault on America's voting integrity. Voting is a right afforded all citizens 18 years or older. And every eligible citizen should exercise that right. Appeasing political parties and oiling up party machines that seek ways to steal elections only undermines our Constitutional Republic. It broadens the field for voter fraud and makes America like a third world country that disputes elections for weeks or months. This is a slippery slope on which we are sliding. And it has no good end because as in 2 Timothy 3:13, "But evil men and seducers wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." We may never know the true winner of this presidential election. We do know, it won't likely be honest voters.

Dear friends,
I'd like to invite you to an hour of prayer at the close of Election Day when Capitol Hill Prayer Partners will host the Election Day prayer with Dai Sup Han and many other prayer teams, covering the entire day in a prayer.
We will host this call from 11 p.m. to midnight Eastern time, on Tuesday, November 3rd. The CHPP Prayer Warriors will be leading that segment of a 16 hour prayer meeting. That hour is especially set apart for our team. All the information you need is below. Hope to hear your voice joining us in prayer on Nov.3.

Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
