Laying Siege Over the Elections

Laying Siege Over the Election:

Wednesday, October 28, 2020

Today is Day 6 of 21 Days

Prayer, Fasting and Repentance for Election Day

Our verse to claim for today:

EPHESIANS 6:13

It is written: "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."

Prayer Alert:

'Before the Polls Even Close': Anti-Trump Groups Plot to Shutdown DC and Spark National 'Uprising' After Election

The protestors are coming back, ready to do "whatever it takes" to force President Trump out of office AFTER the election!

A group called "ShutDownDC" is mobilizing protestors from across the nation to come to D.C. and to "shut it down", beginning on Election Day and continuing on until their goal is met.

We now quote from their website:

November 4-7: Ready to Do Whatever it Takes!

In the days following the election we'll continue to come out into the streets every day to respond to rapidly changing events. We may be waiting for votes to be counted or we may be responding to major attacks on democracy. Over the next few weeks we'll use our Spokes Council process to plan actions that are flexible and can scale to respond to a lot of different scenarios.
November 8-11: No More Business as Usual

The week after the election members of Congress (many of whom will have just been voted out of office) are coming back to DC to go back into session. If Trump is trying to launch a coup, that's no time for business as usual. We'll meet them at the train station or the airports or if they drive into town we can meet them at their homes. And if Trump has already conceded, then we can pivot and use these actions to demand COVID-19 relief and other essential legislation!

Our Prayer:

Father God, when we see the enemy rising up to "take us down," we do not fear, for we know that You, Holy One, are with us. Instead, we look to You, trusting that You will win this battle for us.

We thank You for the victory You won on September 17th, after we stood watch for 40 days to Lay Siege over their own plans to lay siege against the White House in advance of the election.

We thank You, too, for those who have stood on that ground, in Lafayette Park, every day since then, serving as Your "occupying force" to this day.

And now, O Lord our God, we look to You again, as we see the plans of the enemy in front of us. Thank You for hearing us, as we have stood in this 21-day "window" as Daniel did, awaiting to see You reveal Your hand upon us on Election Day.

We decree that, as it was then (on September 17th), so it shall be now, and we praise You in advance for the victory! In Your name, Lord God, amen and amen!

Secondary verse:

"Let God arise,
Let His enemies be scattered;
Let those also who hate Him flee before Him."
(Psalm 68:1)

1. Secretary in Netanyahu's office diagnosed with coronavirus - Israel National News

A secretary employed by the Prime Minister's Office has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, the PMO reported Monday morning.

According to the announcement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, the secretary was diagnosed during routine testing conducted on all employees who work in close proximity with the prime minister.

Other employees who have come in contact with the secretary will be tested later Monday, and epidemiological investigations are currently underway to determine whether the prime minister or any of his personal staff will be required to go into quarantine.

2. Corona Czar Gamzu Is Leaving, Long Live Czar Ash (from Ariel U.) - Jewish Press

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Health Minister Yuli Edelstein on Tuesday announced the appointment of Prof. Nachman Ash as head of "Magen Yisrael," Israel's coordinated effort to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prof. Ash teaches at the School of Health Sciences, Department of health systems management, Ariel University.

Prof. Ash will begin the transition with the departing Cazar, Prof. Ronni Gamzu, who will return to his old job as director-general of Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv.

3. High Court hears if Netanyahu can be forced to resign as alternate PM - Jerusalem Post

The High Court of Justice on Tuesday heard arguments whether Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is on trial on several corruption counts, could be forced to resign when he swaps roles with Blue and White's Benny Gantz in November 2021 and takes up the position of alternate prime minister.

The issue is one of several mentioned in petitions filed by various parties who question whether the role of alternate prime minister, the authority it holds, and aspects of the coalition agreement between Likud and Blue and White, are constitutional.

Already in May, the High Court allowed Netanyahu to form his coalition and said the main principles of the government deal were constitutional, but it delayed ruling on Netanyahu's possible fate once the rotation is enacted and he becomes alternate prime minister, and on aspects of the position's authority.

4. UN Security Council must enforce settlement blacklist - UNHRC official - Jerusalem Post

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) must enforce a settlement boycott by ensuring that the database of businesses operating over the pre-1967 lines can be used for enforcement action, special rapporteur Michael Lynk said in a written report submitted to the General Assembly in New York.

"The UNSC should ensure that the database becomes a living tool, that it clarifies and broadens its mandate, and that it provide the database with sufficient resources so that its spotlight can properly identify the scope of all business involvement with the settlements and the occupation," he wrote in his annual report published over the weekend.

Lynk is a Canadian legal expert who is the UN Human Rights Council special rapporteur for the human-rights situation in the Palestinian territories.

In February, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights published a list of 112 business entities it has reasonable grounds to conclude operate over the pre-1967 lines, 94 domiciled in Israel and 18 in six other countries.

5. Archaeologists 'astonished': 1,700-year-old stone bears name of modern IDF base - World Israel News

Archaeologists have unearthed a 1,700-year-old boundary stone near the Nafah army base in the central Golan Heights that surprisingly bears the Greek inscription "Kfar Nafah," the village of Nafah.

"Usually, the ancient names are preserved as a result of settlement continuity, which preserves the ancient names from generation to generation," said the excavation directors, Dina Avshalom-Gorni and Yardenna Alexandre of the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA).

"However, such a settlement sequence did not exist at Nafah," they said.

Except for a brief period of settlement during the Mamluk period (13th -15th centuries CE), the site appears to be largely uninhabited since the Byzantine period about 1,700 years ago.

1. Judge: US can't replace Trump in columnist's slander suit - AP News

A federal judge on Tuesday denied President Donald Trump's request that the United States replace him as the defendant in a defamation lawsuit alleging he raped a woman in a Manhattan department store in the 1990s.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan came after the Justice Department argued that the United States - and by extension the American people - should replace Trump as the defendant in a lawsuit filed by the columnist E. Jean Carroll.

The government's lawyers contended that the United States could step in as the defendant because Trump was forced to respond to her lawsuit to prove he was physically and mentally fit for the job. (Read more)

- Father God we ask that You would assist President Trump in defending his name and his character in this particular situation. Send Your holy heavenly angels to protect him in Jesus name.

"A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who speaks lies will not escape."(Proverbs 19:5)

2. Pelosi: 'Let's Take a Look and See' Whether We Should Pack SCOTUS, 'Maybe We Need More District Courts' - Brietbart

On Monday's broadcast of MSNBC's "All In," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stated that we should "take a look and see" whether we should expand the size of the Supreme Court and "maybe we need more district courts as well."

Pelosi said, "I think that Joe Biden has given us a good path. He's going to have something that people can understand why this is important. And I like something that Brian said about, not just the Supreme Court, but the other courts. In 1876, there were nine justices on the court. Our population has grown enormously since then. Should we expand the court? Well, let's take a look and see. But not - and that relates to the nine district courts, maybe we need more district courts as well. And one other thing we need, we need for these justices to disclose their holdings." (Read more)

- In the name of Jesus we come against all plots, plans, and schemes from the enemy to change our country's foundations and structures. We cancel them right now and call them null and void. Amen.

Although they plot against you, their evil schemes will never succeed. For they will turn and run when they see your arrows aimed at them. Rise up, O Lord, in all your power. With music and singing we celebrate your mighty acts. (Psalm 21:11-13)

3. Supreme Court rules that ballots in Wisconsin must be received by Election Day - Fox News

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled against a request by Wisconsin Democrats to allow an extension for mail-in ballots that are received after Election Day. In a 5-3 ruling, the justices refused to reinstate a lower court order that called for mailed ballots to be counted if they are received up to six days after the Nov. 3 election. A federal appeals court had already put that order on hold.

Democrats argued that the flood of absentee ballots and other challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic makes it necessary to extend the period in which ballots can be counted. Wisconsin is one of the nation's hot spots for COVID-19, with hospitals treating a record high number of patients with the disease.

Republicans had opposed extending the Nov. 3 deadline, saying that voters have plenty of opportunities to cast their ballots by the close of polls on Election Day and that the rules should not be changed so close to the election. (Read more)

- Thank You Lord God for this ruling. We bind all attempts of fraud that would try and sway this upcoming election in Jesus name. And We decree and declare Your justice and righteousness shall reign in our land once again.

"When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers." (Proverbs 21:15)

4. Trump Sneaks Ahead Of Biden In Rasmussen Poll For First Time Since September - The Daily Caller

President Donald Trump is narrowly leading Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in Monday's Rasmussen Reports' daily White House Watch poll.

Trump, with 48%, snuck past Biden, who garnered 47%, in the latest poll among likely U.S. voters. Monday's poll marks a difference from just last week, where Wednesday saw Biden ahead 49% to 46%, Rasmussen reported.

Monday marks the first time Trump has notched a lead since mid-September, according to the report. The president has 84% support with Republicans and Biden has 77% of support from Democrats. The president is also ahead by seven points with voters who don't identify as Republican or Democrat, according to the survey. (Read more)

- Father God we pray that you would flood the eyes of the hearts of Your people with light and that when they go to the polls they will not vote for just a man but for You and Your principles and just laws. In Jesus name amen.

I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.
(Psalm 119: 10)

5. Trump campaign website 'seized;' law enforcement investigating - Washington Times

Trump campaign officials said Tuesday night they are working with law enforcement to find out who hacked the campaign web site and forced it offline for a time.

"Earlier this evening, the Trump campaign website was defaced and we are working with law enforcement authorities to investigate the source of the attack," said campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh. "There was no exposure to sensitive data because none of it is actually stored on the site. The website has been restored."

A message stating "this site was seized" appeared briefly on the campaign's homepage before the website was taken offline completely.

The culprits' message said the world "has had enough of fake news spreaded [sic] daily by the president . . . it is time to allow the world to know the truth." (Read more)

- Father God, this act is a violation of public trust. We ask that You enable these law enforcement officials to locate the source of this problem, and to find and apprehend those who are responsible. Father God, it now seems that this election will be a "fight to the finish," so we thank You that it is written that the battle is the Lord's. Amen.

"Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's." (2 Chronicles 20:15)

6. COVID-19 death rates have drastically fallen among all age groups - even as cases spike - Salon

The chances of dying from COVID-19 have fallen precipitously since the pandemic began, according to two new peer-reviewed studies. One study, from researchers at New York University's Grossman School of Medicine, found that the death rate has gone down substantially among all age groups.

Patients treated by NYU's health system had a 25.6% chance of dying when the pandemic began but that number has fallen to 7.6% in recent weeks, according to the study, which will be published in the Journal of Hospital Medicine next week.

The researchers identified multiple reasons for the drop, including increased experience with the virus among health workers, lower hospital capacity, the availability of new treatments, earlier intervention, higher community awareness, and "lower viral load exposure from increasing mask wearing and social distancing." The researchers added that it is also possible that "earlier periods had a more virulent circulating strain." (Read more)

7. Squad' members press to expand Supreme Court expansion immediately after Barrett confirmed - Just The News

As the U.S. Senate on Monday voted 52-48 to confirm Trump-appointed Judge Amy Coney Barrett to serve on the nation's nine-member Supreme Court, the four progressive congresswomen comprising the so-called Squad advocated for increasing the number of justices on the nation's high court.

"Expand the court," Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York tweeted.

Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota echoed Ocasio-Cortez's sentiment. "Remember that Republicans have lost 6 of the last 7 popular votes, but have appointed 6 of the last 9 justices," Omar tweeted. "By expanding the court we fix this broken system and have the court better represent the values of the American people."

Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan also tweeted her support for the concept. "We are going to take back the White House & Senate next week with a resounding mandate from the people to fight back against Trump's illegitimately stacked judiciary. We must expand the Court if we're serious about the transformational change the people are crying out for," Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan tweeted. (Read more)

- Oh Lord, we come against this threat in the strongest terms. We ask You to set up a defense against this idea and assure that it will fall to the ground. Thank You, Lord, for Your intervention in this matter.

"Your tongue devises destruction, like a sharp razor, working deceitfully." (Psalms 52:2)

8. Pennsylvania county asks Barrett to recuse herself from mail-ballot extension case - The Hill

Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Tuesday was asked to recuse herself from participating in a dispute over a mail-ballot extension in Pennsylvania, with the newly confirmed justice facing immediate political pressure on her first day on the job.

The recusal motion was filed by the Luzerne County Board of Elections, one of the parties that has asked the Supreme Court to reject efforts by Pennsylvania Republicans to roll back voting accommodations in the state.

"The nomination and confirmation of a Supreme Court justice this close to a presidential election is unprecedented," they wrote. "As concerning as that is, what is even more troubling is the language President Trump has used in consideration of this nomination, linking it directly to the electoral season at hand, with implications for his own re-election." (Read more)

- We thank and praise You, Almighty God, for Justice Barrett's confirmation. We ask that she alone decide [as is custom] whether or not to recuse herself in this dispute with Luzerne County or in any future cases brought before the Supreme Court. May Justice Barrett's decisions wisely reflect the true interpretation of our Constitution as You inspired and intended.

- . . . He said to the judges, "Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord who is with you when you render judgment. Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe." (2 Chronicles 19:5-7)

9. Trump urges voters to flip their ballots after 'can I change my vote?' trends on Twitter - Just The News

President Trump on Tuesday jumped in on a topic trending on Twitter about whether Americans can change their votes after they've cast their ballots.

Early voting started in some states even before the first presidential election on Sept. 29, and numerous game-changing stories have broken since then. But nearly 67 million Americans have already voted, Elect Project reported.

"Strongly Trending (Google) since immediately after the second debate is CAN I CHANGE MY VOTE? This refers changing it to me. The answer in most states is YES. Go do it. Most important Election of your life!" Trump wrote on Twitter.

Searches for "can I change my vote" quickly shot up a 200% in Florida and 250% in Texas after Trump's tweet, According to data reported by Newsweek. (Read more)

- At this time, where it is legal to change one's own vote, may it be permitted and done by the book. Thank you, Father, for those who have moved from darkness to Light! But Father, help us in our foolishness for allowing this debacle. Political campaigns are close to worthless if millions of citizens can and do vote months before the election. Possibilities of voter fraud increase exponentially, and confusion is rampant. Forgive us, merciful Father.

- " . . . and said, "You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not stop making crooked the straight ways of the Lord?" (Acts 13:10)

10. U.S. marshals find 45 missing children, survivors of human trafficking, in 'Operation Autumn Hope' - Just The News

The United States Marshals Service has recovered 45 missing children in Ohio and West Virginia," the Ohio Attorney General's Office said Monday.

Attorney General David Yost said the effort - Operation Autumn Hope - is the largest anti-human trafficking effort in state history.

More than 50 agencies were involved in the operation that resulted in the rescue of more than 100 human trafficking survivors and led to 179 arrests. It was unclear as of Tuesday morning when the effort started.

Most of the arrests were made by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking task Force and the Marshal Service, in conjunction with the office of the Ohio Attorney General.

The U.S. Marshals Service Office in Southern West Virginia also recovered two children in Jackson County, one of whom was "listed as the number one priority in the state of Ohio," according to West Virginia Chief Deputy Ross Mellinger. (Read more)

- We rejoice in hearing of this rescue operation and the release from bondage of all these children. Lord, we pray that this will be an encouragement to other agencies to continue their efforts to rescue more of these innocent children.

"God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land." (Psalms 68:6)

11. Feds obtained FISA warrant against Hunter Biden's Chinese business partner, court docs show - Daily Caller

Federal investigators obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant against one of Hunter Biden's Chinese business associates, suggesting that the executive was suspected of acting as a covert agent of a foreign government.

Prosecutors revealed the existence of at least one FISA warrant against Chi Ping Patrick Ho, known as Patrick Ho, in a Feb. 8, 2018 court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Ho was charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad. Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy company prior to his arrest.

The Republican senators who released the report asserted that Biden's relationship with CEFC posed counterintelligence concerns, in part due to Ye's links to the People's Liberation Army and the Chinese Communist Party. (Read more)

- Father God, we ask the Your justice be rendered in this increasingly complex case. You, O Holy One, are the omniscient one; we give You the praise.

What leftist politicians really mean

It would appear that most who do not have a discerning spirit miss the point of what leftist politicians are saying these days. One of the examples is when they cry "This is not democratic" in cases like the recent vote to approve Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett. In 2016, Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blocked the immediate past president's leftist Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland, and President Trump eventually got the pick. Now the Democrats are crying foul because McConnell engineered the approval of Barrett before the election. The Democrats say it's unfair; it isn't democratic; and that the court should be expanded ("packed") to prevent the conservative majority.

What does all this really mean? When they say it's not democratic, they are saying the process did not favor them because they were in the minority and lost the vote. Everything about the Barrett approval and the Garland non-approval was democratic. The American people voted a majority of Republicans into the Senate. It is the Senate's responsibility to advise and consent. That "consent" part means the Senate gets to vote on the nominee. In both cases-Garland and Barrett-the majority had the power to do what they did. Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said, the confirmation of Barrett "will go down as one of the darkest days in the 231-year history of the United States Senate." Now there are riots and talk about changing how judges are approved. How democratic is that?

Another example is Hillary Clinton. Clinton told a New York Times Opinion network podcast that it "makes me literally sick to my stomach to think that we'd have four more years of this abuse and destruction of our institutions, and damaging of our norms and our values, and lessening of our leadership, and the list goes on." Many would think that Clinton was talking about American political institutions, American norms and values, and American leadership. In reality, she is talking about the leftist Democratic Party's institutions (the swamp), the Democratic Party's norms, values and leadership. The longer Trump is in office, the more threatened are those tenets of HER leftist political machine-not the ideals of America.

Clinton was the one who made a big deal about Trump not accepting the results of the election. Until she lost. Then she went to court to overturn the electoral college and the Democratic Party has been trying to remove Trump from office ever since. You see, these people do not speak in terms of American values or of the American Ideal, they speak in terms of radical leftist values and want you to think that all Americans embrace what they are saying. These same people claim to be Christians, but their deeds speak otherwise. So it would reason that they are deceptive like the city spoken of in Zephaniah 3:3, "She has not obeyed His voice, She has not received correction; She has not trusted in the LORD, She has not drawn near to her God." Pretty difficult to do when your god is government and power.

More Biden Corruption revealed

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is compromised because of he and his son's influence peddling with China and other countries, according to former business partner Tony Bobulinski's new revelations made on Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight. Bobulinski also revealed that Biden's son Hunter "represented" the Chinese energy company, CEFC, in brokering a 14% stake in the Russian state oil company Rosneft to assist the company in identifying new markets as relations with the west were deteriorating. The deal fell through because CEFC wanted a far too large stake in the Russian company. These revelations indicate just how intricate the Biden dealings were with China and Russia.

According to Bobulinski, he met with Joe Biden to "discuss what I was doing with his family's name and the Chinese." He said, "Hunter introduced me as, this is Tony, dad, the individual I told you about that's helping us with the business that we're working on and the Chinese." Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson that the meeting was scheduled at the request of the Biden's, it was "crystal clear" that Hunter had informed Joe about the business dealings, and Joe Biden's recent statements that he didn't know about nor discuss his son's business dealings is "a blatant lie." In addition, Biden's brother Jim told Bobulinski that the political risk posed by the Biden's enrichment scheme was mitigated by, what he called, "plausible deniability."

Bobulinski said, "After I met with Joe Biden the morning of May 3 at the Milken Conference, and then was taken backstage after Joe had spoken, we joked around for about 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and then I walked him out to his car. And then after that, I went over to the Peninsula Hotel and I sat with Jim Biden for two hours, where Jim Biden walked through his history, in his own words, stating all the work and effort he did to get Joe Biden elected initially in Delaware and then through the family history and the role that he had played in it. And I remember looking at Jim Biden and saying, how are you guys getting away with this? Aren't you concerned? And he looked at me and he laughed a little bit and said, plausible deniability."

The facts surrounding this corruption come from at least four sources: 1) Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee and the Senate Committee on Finance investigation; 2) Hunter Biden's laptop; 3) Hunter Biden's former business partner Bevan Cooney, who is serving time for the very business dealings Hunter and he did; and 4) Bobulinski's emails and eyewitness accounts. These are four independent sources saying that Joe Biden is a compromised candidate. He cannot possibly represent America's interests without being leveraged by Russia, Ukraine and China. It's like God telling Ezekiel to dig into the temple wall and in Ezekiel 8:9, "Go in, and see the wicked abominations which they are doing here." The more that people dig, the more we are finding that Joe Biden and his family are horribly corrupt.

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].

Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much"  (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America.
