1. Further to DM's directive: Expropriation order signed to renovate Cave of Patriarchs - Israel National News
Further to Defense Minister Naftali Bennett's directive, the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) today announced the expropriation order for the Patriarchs Cave accessibility project, which will include constructing an elevator and access path the site.
This is an important humanitarian project that will enable people with disabilities to reach the Cave of the Patriarchs.
The project will include constructing an elevator near the Patriarch's Cave building as well as an access path to allow people with disabilities to ascend from the parking lot to the site plaza.
The accessibility plan was designed by a dedicated professional team, while maintaining a high professional standard of accessibility while taking into account the engineering, religious, and archaeological complexity of the site.
2. Ahead of visit, Pompeo says sovereignty is 'in the end, an Israeli decision' - Israel Hayom
It's been months since Israel had its a high-profile visit. This is not just because of the coronavirus crisis but also because of the year-long political limbo and the three elections we have had. But all this will end on Wednesday when US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will arrive in Israel. For Pompeo, it is one of his rare trips in recent months. Speaking with Israel Hayom, Pompeo said "it's important for a number of reasons that we do this face to face," referring to his talks with senior Israeli officials on his visit. Upon his appointment two years ago, he flew to Israel on the very same day. Now that Israel is finally about to swear in a government, the pro-Israeli secretary is back. He will meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and General Gantz, as Blue and White leader Benny Gantz is often referred to by US officials.
3. Israel's Health Ministry director general quits: I'm proud of my service - World Israel News
He is Israel's Dr. Anthony Fauci - the face of the government perhaps most identifiable to Israelis in connection with the corona crisis. But Moshe Bar Siman-Tov, director general of the Health Ministry, announced on Tuesday afternoon that he quit his position.
In a tweet he said, "I today announced to the prime minister and the minister of health my desire to retire from the position of director of health. I am proud of my years as director general and especially in dealing with the corona crisis. I will stay the time required for an orderly passing of the baton and wish success to the next minister and director general."
Siman-Tov was overall a reassuring voice of calm and authority during the height of the crisis, or at least the first wave of a pandemic that may return. Israel is already preparing for the possibility of a second wave after testing failed to show that the population had built up 'herd immunity.'
For part of the crisis, Siman-Tov found himself operating from isolation, though he ended up testing negative for the virus.
4. IDF Soldier, 21, Killed in Action by Arab Terrorist - Jewish Press
IDF soldier, 1st Sergeant Amit Ben-Yigal, 21, from Ramat Gan, was killed on Tuesday morning by an Arab terrorist in the village Yabed, which is located near Jenin.
Amit Ben-Yigal, of Sayeret Golani (Golani reconnaissance unit), was participating in an operation to capture terrorists in the town when a large rock was dropped on his head from a roof above. He was wearing his helmet during the attack.
Ben-Yigal was treated by medics at the scene and then was flown to Haifa's Rambam Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The terrorist who murdered him has not yet been captured, but will be.
5. Abbas: 'If Israel annexes a single centimeter, all agreements with Israel, US canceled' - JNS
If Israel annexes "even a single centimeter" of land in Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley, the Palestinian Authority will consider itself no longer bound by any of the agreements it has signed with Israel or the United States, said P.A. leader Mahmoud Abbas last week.
/In an address posted to Palestine TV's Facebook page, Abbas said that there is no agreement on the source of the coronavirus pandemic and that no serious effort is being made to find a vaccine or treatment for it. He added that in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, the P.A. has also had to deal with the U.S. administration's peace plan and the potential Israeli annexation of the Jordan Valley and parts of Judea and Samaria.
"The Israelis still haven't officially declared the annexation of the Jordan Valley, of the Dead Sea, of the settlements, and of the Cave of the Patriarchs," said Abbas, adding, "They are now focusing-and I am saying this with the press present-the Israeli government is now focusing on the Cave of the Patriarchs. They want to take a few square meters to do something."

1. Ex-Trump Security Aide Who Left in Controversy Rejoins Pentagon - Bloomberg
Ezra Cohen, a former intelligence aide to President Donald Trump who left the White House amid controversy in 2017, is returning to the administration as a top official at the Defense Department.
Cohen, 34, has been named deputy assistant secretary for counter narcotics and global threats, according to three people with knowledge of the situation. The job doesn't require confirmation by the U.S. Senate.
A Pentagon spokeswoman, Navy Commander Candice Tresch, said in an email that Cohen is "filling that position as of today." (Read more)

2. Giuliani: Barr May Have Treason Case on Comey, Brennan - Newsmax
Rudy Giuliani suggested that Attorney General William Barr has enough information to build a case against former FBI director James Comey and former CIA director John Brennan for treason in their attempts to overthrow President Donald Trump.
My "inexperienced prosecutors hypothesis. I think Brennan ran this damn thing," Trump's personal lawyer told host John Catsimatidis during an appearance on "The Cats Roundtable" on AM 970 in New York.
"I particularly think Brennan ran the Papadopoulos-Carter Page part of it. Because that's a very elaborate counterintelligence plan. Kind of a stupid one. Brennan is smart. But if he goes overboard, he makes a lot of mistakes, which is why he was in trouble all his career . . . Who the hell would've done it in the CIA but a screwball like Brennan?" (Read more)

3. Flynn's attorney: Oval Office orchestrated against my client - One News Now
A public policy analyst finds it "extremely significant" that former President Barack Obama, before he left office, knew about the efforts by high-level Justice Department officials to derail the presidency of his successor, Donald J. Trump.
Sidney Powell, lead attorney for Michael Flynn, had this to say Sunday morning on Fox News, with Maria Bartiromo, about that meeting:
"Comey had found, and [Andrew] McCabe had found, the transcripts of Flynn's call with [Russian Ambassador Sergey] Kislyak - and [Comey] briefed Clapper on it immediately. Clapper then immediately went and briefed President Obama on it. Then they have the Oval Office meeting on [January] 5. "Comey admits in his testimony that the FBI are the people who unmasked General Flynn - 'our people,' whatever that means - and at the meeting on the 5th..." (Read more)

4. Investigation Into Origins Of Russia Probe Going 'Full Throttle' - American Truth Today
The investigation into the origins of the Russia-collusion probe continues "full throttle" as U.S. Attorney for Connecticut John Durham is joined by U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Jeff Jensen and interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Timothy Shea.
Fox News reported that Jensen would be assisting Durham's investigation even after he looked into the charges against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and recommended those charges be dropped. Shea has taken on parts of the investigation to help ease the burden on Durham, the outlet reported.
"They farmed the investigation out because it is too much for Durham and he didn't want to be distracted," a source told Fox. "He's going full throttle, and they're looking at everything." (Read more)

5. Trump: NBC's Chuck Todd Should Be Fired Over Misleading Edit of Barr Clip - Newsmax
President Donald Trump wants NBC's "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd to be fired over an edited clip of an interview with Attorney General William Barr.
Trump slammed Todd and the network on Twitter Sunday night for cutting a clip of statements Barr made about former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn short.
Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the DOJ Kerri Kupec called attention to the remarks being cut off on Twitter, The Hill reports. Kupec said she was "very disappointed by the deceptive editing/commentary" by Todd. Kupec included a full transcript of the interview showing what statement was cut short. (Read more)

6. GOP Senators Concerned Trump's Virus Response Could Cost Majority - Newsmax
Senate Republicans facing contested reelections are concerned that President Donald Trump's coronavirus response could cost them their jobs and the party's control of the Senate.
The Hill reports that GOP incumbents that are trailing in polls say they are losing support because of Trump's handling of the outbreak.
Recent polling shows Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., behind his Democrat challenger Gov. Steve Bullock. Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, is neck-and-neck in polling with opponent Theresa Greenfield, a Democrat. (Read more)

7. L.A. County 'with all certainty' will keep stay-at-home orders in place through July - Los Angeles Times
Los Angeles County's stay-at-home orders will "with all certainty" be extended for the next three months, county Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer acknowledged during a Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday. Ferrer, though she didn't issue an official order, said that timeline would only change if there was a "dramatic change to the virus and tools at hand."
"Our hope is that by using the data, we'd be able to slowly lift restrictions over the next three months," she said. But without widely available therapeutic testing for the coronavirus or rapid at-home versions that would allow people to test themselves daily, it seems unlikely that restrictions would be completely eased. 8. House Democrats Release $3 Trillion Bill to Respond to Coronavirus - Bloomberg
House Democrats proposed a $3 trillion virus relief bill Tuesday, combining aid to state and local governments with direct cash payments, expanded unemployment insurance and food stamp spending as well as a list of progressive priorities like funds for voting by mail and the troubled U.S. Postal Service.
While there is little chance of the aid package gaining Senate approval and President Donald Trump's signature as written, passage in the Democratic-led House gives Speaker Nancy Pelosi a marker to set down at the same time both parties are positioning themselves for congressional elections less than six months away.
It's also the opening bid in negotiations with the Trump administration and Senate Republicans. (Read more)

9. Supreme Court Hears Cases Involving Trump's Taxes, Financial Records - NPR
History, politics and law are converging at the Supreme Court on Tuesday, as the justices confront questions about the limits of presidential, congressional and judicial power.
At issue are three cases involving subpoenas - some issued by congressional committees, and one by a New York grand jury in a criminal case. All call for the production of Donald Trump's financial records, mainly from the period before he was president, and all issued not to Trump, but to banks and accounting firms he did business with.

10. Grenell declassifies names of Obama officials who 'unmasked' Flynn - Fox News
Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has decided to declassify information about Obama administration officials who were behind the "unmasking" of Michael Flynn -- whose calls with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition were picked up in surveillance and later leaked -- and their names could soon be made public, a source confirmed.
Fox News confirmed that a new round of documents is expected, in the wake of a document dump last week that renewed focus on the Russia investigation and specifically the treatment of Flynn. The unmasking concerns events between the November 2016 election and Inauguration Day 2017, Fox News is told.
Another source familiar with the intelligence told Fox News that Grenell is moving to declassify several pieces of intelligence in stages, with this being one part of it. Asked if former President Barack Obama's name is on the list of officials involving in unmasking Flynn, the source would not say but stressed the list would make waves. (Read more)

11. 'A pretty scary thing:' Kid illness tied to virus worries NY - YahooNews
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday that New York is now investigating about 100 cases of the syndrome, which affects blood vessels and organs and has symptoms similar to Kawasaki disease and toxic shock. Three children in the state have died and Cuomo advised all hospitals to prioritize COVID-19 testing for children presenting with symptoms.
In New York City, which has reported at least 52 children sick with the syndrome, Mayor Bill de Blasio on Tuesday urged parents to call their pediatricians promptly if their children show symptoms including persistent fever, rash, abdominal pain and vomiting.
In testimony Tuesday before a Senate committee on the administration's coronavirus response, Dr. Anthony Fauci said children in general do better than adults and the elderly, but he warned there is still much to learn about the virus.
"For example right now, children presenting with COVID-19 who actually have a very strange inflammatory syndrome very similar to Kawasaki syndrome," Fauci said. "I think we better be very careful that we are not cavalier in thinking that children are completely immune to the deleterious effects." 12. Flynn judge to allow 'amicus' submissions, delaying immediate resolution and drawing planned ethics complaint - Fox News
D.C. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order Tuesday indicating he'll soon accept "amicus curiae," or "friend of the court" submissions, in the case of former national security adviser Michael Flynn -- drawing immediate scrutiny and a planned ethics complaint against Sullivan, who had previously refused to hear amicus briefs in the case.
Sullivan's order indicated that an upcoming scheduling order would clarify the parameters of who specifically could submit the amicus briefs, which are submissions by non-parties that claim an interest in the case. Sullivan specifically said he anticipated that "individuals and organizations" will file briefs "for the benefit of the court," as he prepares to rule on the government's motion to dismiss the case.
"Judge Sullivan, who denied leave to file amicus briefs when he knew third parties would have spoken favorably of Flynn, now solicits briefs critical of Flynn," independent journalist Michael Cernovich wrote on Twitter Tuesday evening. "This is a violation of the judicial oath and applicable ethical rules. We will be filing a complaint against Sullivan. [He] is acting as a politician, not a judge." (Read more)

DNC, Clinton, FBI, collusion exposed
Democratic efforts to overthrow President Donald Trump were not a conspiracy theory, but actually a conspiracy, according to a slew of recent findings that the mainstream media seems reluctant to report. From Russia collusion to Ukrainian quid pro quo to obstruction of justice and many more charges floated, it is coming out little by little the efforts of the Obama Administration, the Hillary Clinton campaign, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA), Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and many others were conspiring to take down a president. They had the full support of operatives in the CIA, FBI, the FISA Court and even the State Department.

Notwithstanding, revelations in newly unsealed documents paint a picture of a spy thriller trying to overthrow the United States government. One example of the collusion comes from the Democratic National Committee under the direction of the law firm of Hillary Clinton's campaign, Perkins Coie. Perkins Coie was the law firm that paid Fusion GPS on behalf of the DNC and the Clinton campaign to hire Christopher Steele to fabricate the dossier used in four successful FISA court applications by the Obama Administration to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team after the 2016 election.
Breitbart 's Aaron Klein reports that Perkins Coie, on behalf of the DNC, also contracted CrowdStrike to oversee the investigation of the hacked DNC servers. CrowdStrike was financed with $100 million by Google Capital. Google Capital, which now goes by the name of CapitalG, is an arm of Alphabet Inc., Google's parent company. Eric Schmidt, the chairman of Alphabet, has been a staunch and active supporter of Hillary Clinton and is a longtime donor to the Democratic Party. Point is, the DNC refused to allow the FBI access to its hacked computers, instead insisting that the FBI use CrowdStrike's forensic report to conclude that the Russians hacked the DNC. Amazingly, the FBI and the DNC agreed to this scheme.
Central to the conspiracy is Clinton's law firm Perkins Coie, which paid on behalf of the DNC for the fabricated dossier that was used to spy on Trump's campaign and transition team and to pay, on behalf of the DNC, for the company that prepared the forensic report that alleged more collusion with Russia, which the FBI, under the direction of James Comey, agreed to accept. This is a key, but small example, of a real conspiracy to overthrow an elected president. Stories have emerged about the immediate past president having direct involvement, and more is coming out. Whether there will be prosecutions is yet to be seen. But what the Daily Jot and other professional non-mainstream media were reporting all along is finally being revealed. As Christ said in Mark 4:22, "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed." More to come.

HR 6666 has been introduced in Congress. (Yes, that is really the number given by Congress.) It provides for the development and funding of contact tracing entities who would monitor, report, and enforce COVID-related regulations. These contact tracers would have the authority to separate families, re-home citizens who test positive, create a database of positive-tested individuals and more intrusive actions--all with taxpayer funding, and likely little oversight.
Join fellow believers in letting Congress know that you do NOT support this resolution that provides funding and approval for this sort of police-state apparatus. It's a critical time for Americans to be heard on freedom-related issues. Send your message today!

Visiting Israel, Pompeo calls for 'progress' on Trump peace plan, assails Iran
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, on a whirlwind visit to Jerusalem Wednesday, called for "progress" on the implementation of the American proposal for Israeli-Palestinian peace, but stopped short of specifically addressing the timing of Israel's planned annexation of large parts of the West Bank.
"We'll get a chance also to talk about the 'Vision for Peace,'" he told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his official Jerusalem residence, referring to the administration's peace plan unveiled in January.
"There remains work yet to do, and we need to make progress on that. I am looking forward to it," he said, ahead of their meeting.
The US administration has said it would recognize Israeli sovereignty over the entire Jordan Valley and all Israeli settlements across the West Bank in exchange for assurances that Jerusalem would be ready to negotiate a peace deal with the Palestinians based on President Donald Trump's plan.
Various reports suggested that the administration may want to ask the Israeli government not to rush into applying sovereignty, but Pompeo has repeatedly said that annexation is an Israeli decision.
Netanyahu, in his remarks, briefly referred to the peace plan. "Now we're about to form a national unity government," he said, referring to the coalition government between his Likud party and Benny Gantz's Blue and White that will be sworn in Thursday.
"This is an opportunity to promote peace and security based on the understanding that I reached with President Trump in my last visit to Washington in January," he said.
"These are all tremendous challenges and opportunities, we can do them because we have such a powerful bond that makes the alliance between Israel and US stand out, certainly for us, but for many other countries looking around," he added, without elaborating. (Times of Israel)

Jorge Bergoglio, also known as "Pope Francis" and the head of the Roman Catholic religion, has called for believers of all religions to pray in solidarity on May 14 to ask God to rid the world of the coronavirus pandemic. He also asked that vaccines be made available to all persons threatened with infection.
Bergoglio has endorsed the call to "the believers of all the religions to unite together spiritually on May 14 in a day of prayer and fasting, to implore God to help humanity overcome the coronavirus pandemic."
He also encouraged international cooperation to respond to the crisis and emphasized the importance of scientific efforts to find a vaccine be put together in "a transparent and disinterested way" and that "the essential technologies be made universally available" so that every infected person may be able to receive the medical care needed.
- Lord God, we come before You in repentance. Although at face value, this call to universal prayer may seem to be a "good idea," nevertheless, it is based upon the assumption that You, O Lord, are "equal" to all other "gods" on earth.
Father God, we acknowledge that You, and You only, are the one true God, and to You only must we pray. Help others to not be deceived by this "well meaning" call to international prayer. Help Your people, O God, to walk only in TRUTH. In Your Name we pray, amen.

On the National Day of Prayer (May 7), during the event held in the Rose Garden at the White House, the Special Assistant and Spiritual Advisor to President Trump, Pastor Paula White Cain, gave the President to the United States a prophetic word. Pastor Paula's word included many elements, but the most impactful came at the end of her prayer: "You will recover all."
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the prophetic word of the Lord is, "You will recover all."

Sinkhole opens near the Pantheon, revealing 2,000-year-old Roman paving stones
A sinkhole unexpectedly opened up in front of the Pantheon in Rome last month, revealing imperial paving stones that were laid over a millennia ago, news sources report.
The sinkhole, located in the Piazza della Rotonda, is almost 10 square feet (1 square meter) wide and just over 8 feet (2.5 m) deep. Inside the hole, archaeologists found seven ancient slabs made of travertine, a type of sedimentary rock.
Luckily, no one was hurt when the sinkhole collapsed on the afternoon of April 27, because the normally crowded piazza was empty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sinkholes like this one, however, are becoming an increasingly common problem in Rome.
The stones uncovered by the sinkhole were created around the same time that the Pantheon was built, from 27 B.C. to 25 B.C., according to Daniela Porro, Rome special superintendent. They were designed by Marcus Agrippa, a friend of Emperor Augustus, Porro told Italian news agency ANSA. However, the Pantheon and the piazza were completely rebuilt sometime between A.D. 118 and 128 by the emperor Hadrian, and the area was further modified at the beginning of the third century by the emperors Septimius Severus and Caracalla, according to Encyclopedia Britannica.

Parade of Cars Gather to Thank New York Pastor For Passing Out Emergency Kits to Struggling Families
A parade of cars gathered together earlier this month to thank New York pastor Francisco Fernandez. According to CBN News, Fernandez, who leads Iglesia Sol De Justicia in Brooklyn, received a parade of car horns and applause from riders in cars last week in front of the church.
"I always tell everybody, you know...to God be the glory of all things, you know, it's not about me. It's all about Him," he said. "I'm no hero. I'm just God's hands and feet where he needs me."
Fernandez worked with Christian aid group World Vision to help pass out emergency kits that would feed a family of five for one week. The work started in early April.
"The community's greatest need right now is food," Fernandez said. "They're crying out for food. They're hungry. This is a time we need to step out of the four walls.
"A lot of people lost their jobs, they're having a harder time getting food, some of the places, the lines are so long, everybody that's calling me are people that no longer have any money, some people just can't make it," he said.
Fernandez said he was homeless before and understands the need for food. "I know the need. I know what hunger is. I know what it is to go without food, without a place," he said.
World Vision manager Sandy Aguila-Rosa said Fernandez even delivered meals to families who were unable to visit the distribution site. "So many people were dying of COVID-19. And he was here working until midnight with his wife and some volunteers, delivering food to the people that wouldn't come out because they were afraid," Aguila-Rosa said.
