Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election
Note from the editor: The Executive Order, with a link to it below, was signed by President Trump on Sept 12, 2018. It addresses the issue of foreign or domestic interference in our national elections. It seems that he anticipated voter fraud and rigging and planned ahead for that possibility with this Executive Order. Can the massive fraud that has been revealed in our elections be considered an act of cyber-warfare from China? If so, how and when might President Trump implement this order? Time will tell.

Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order on Foreign Election Interference – The Epoch Times
Lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that due to alleged foreign interference in the Nov. 3 election, “it’s more than sufficient to trigger” President Donald Trump’s executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.
In September 2018, Trump signed an executive order that says “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election,” according to the text of the order.
Powell told The Epoch Times she believes due to that executive order, it can give Trump “all kinds of power … to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines,” referring to voting machines.
“Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell added. “Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth.”
For the past month, some, including Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Birickman, as well as Powell, have alleged Dominion Voting Systems’ machines allowed for votes to be switched from Trump to Democrat candidate Joe Biden. Dominion has pushed back, saying that it’s not possible to change votes, while asserting it has no ties to foreign governments and does not allow its employees to engaged in vote-tabulation efforts.
Powell noted that Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has only a few days left until he is to prepare his report to the president, according to the September 2018 executive order. It’s not clear when—or if—Ratcliffe will issue the report as no public confirmation has been given so far. Little mention has been made of the executive order since it was issued more than two years ago.
Should Ratcliffe issue his order, “It’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country who’s willing to look at the truth and the facts,” Powell remarked. “Because there’s never—we’ve never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country. And it’s got to be stopped right now or there will never be a free and fair election.”

--Abba, we lift up our President to you. We ask you to give him great wisdom and discernment to know IF and WHEN to implement the Executive Order that he signed in Sept of 2018. Abba, we know that he loves this nation and its citizens and he is loyal to the Constitution of the United States. Father, would you please grant him boldness and courage to do what he must to protect and defend our Republic from despots and communists who would want to overthrow it? Abba, never has liberty and freedom been so dear as it is at this hour as we are so close to losing it.
--Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1
Focus on Israel
1. Vaccinated will get ‘green passports’ waiving lockdown constraints — officials - Times of Israel
The Health Ministry is planning to issue those who are vaccinated against the coronavirus a “green passport” that will grant a waiver of restrictions applied to curb the virus outbreak, top officials told media in a round of interviews on Sunday.
Among the rights for holders will be access to cultural events and eating at restaurants, and the right to not quarantine after exposure to a diagnosed virus-carrier, they said. It will be issued two weeks after a person gets the second of the two shots required for the coronavirus.
Polls have shown that anywhere from 50 percent and 75% of Israelis say they will refuse to get the coronavirus vaccine shot, apparently out of fears that the rush to produce an inoculation may have compromised its safety. Israel is readying to begin a mass inoculation program next week, with the first vaccinations reportedly to be administered this coming Sunday.

2. Netanyahu to become first world leader to be vaccinated against coronavirus - on camera - Israel National News
Israel’s coronavirus vaccination program is set to kick off next Sunday, and the first people in the country to be vaccinated – in front of the cameras – will be the Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, and the Health Minister, Yuli Edelstein, Kan News reports.
Netanyahu will become the first world leader to be vaccinated, as both UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and US President Donald Trump have recovered from coronavirus and as such, do not need to be vaccinated.
On Sunday this week, around 400 nurses took part in a special training session teaching them how to handle the vaccine doses. A sample of vaccine doses was also sent to a special laboratory in the United Kingdom, in order to complete the authorization process for the vaccines in Israel.
3. Gantz warns Netanyahu he won’t be prime minister again after 4th election - Times of Israel
Defense Minister Benny Gantz warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday that he would not be prime minister again if Israel goes to a fourth election in two years, and once again urged him to pass a national budget.
In a message posted on Facebook, Gantz wrote: “At the end of the fourth election, I know that Netanyahu will not be prime minister of the state of Israel and he also needs to know this.”
"We did not give up on our desire to serve the citizens of Israel in a functioning government, but myself and my colleagues are fed up with the lies,” said Gantz who backed a Knesset committee bill on Wednesday to dissolve parliament and set a March 16, 2021 election date.

4. UN targets Israel with 7 different resolutions - Israel Hayom
The UN General Assembly targeted Israel on Thursday with seven different resolutions.
The language condemns Israel for "repressive measures" against Syrian citizens in the Golan Heights and renews the mandates of the UN Relief and Works Agency, as well as the United Nation's "special committee to investigate Israeli practices affecting the human rights of the Palestinian people and other Arabs of the Occupied Territories."
The seven resolutions were previously adopted on Nov. 4 by the UN General Assembly's Special Political and Decolonization Committee, known as the Fourth Committee.
The first resolution, adopted with 169 votes in favor, two against, and seven abstentions, was about "expressing grave concern at the especially difficult situation of the Palestine refugees under occupation, including with regard to their safety, well-being and socioeconomic living conditions."

5. Israel normalizes ties with Bhutan- Jerusalem Post
Israel established full diplomatic relations with Bhutan for the first time on Saturday night.
Ambassador to India Ron Malka and his Bhutanese counterpart Vetsop Namgyel signed the final agreement normalizing ties on Saturday night.
The countries’ foreign ministries held secret talks over the past year towards the goal of forging official ties, which included delegations between the two capitals Jerusalem and Thimphu.
The effort to make relations between the two countries was not connected to the Abraham Accords, in which four Arab countries – United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco – normalized ties with Israel in as many months, with American mediation.

1. Giuliani to Newsmax TV: Legal Fight Will Go On - Newsmax
Rudy Giuliani says President Donald Trump’s legal battle will go on despite the Supreme Court rejecting a bid Friday from Texas’ attorney general to block the ballots of millions of voters in battleground states that went in favor of Joe Biden. “The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing,” Giuliani said Friday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s “Stinchfield.” “The answer to that is to bring the case now in the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging the same facts where there would be standing and therefore get a hearing.”
The court’s order was issued with no public dissents. The Electoral College will convene Monday to affirm Biden’s win.
“The worst part of this is, basically the courts are saying they want to stay out of this, and they don’t want to give us a hearing and they don’t want the American people to hear these facts.,” said Giuliani. “That’s a terrible, terrible mistake. These facts will remain an open sore in our history unless they don’t get resolved. They need to be heard, they need to be aired and somebody needs to make a decision on whether they’re true or false and some court’s going to have the courage to make that decision.”
-- Lord, give the courts courage to hear the case! We pray over the electors and their decisions! We pray for breakthrough in this election! May the clear winner prevail!
--And David came to Baal-perazim, and David defeated them there. And he said, “The Lord has burst through my enemies before me like a bursting flood.” Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim. 2 Samuel 5:20
2. Dershowitz to Newsmax TV: Supreme Court Just Didn't Want to Get Involved - Newsmax
Retired Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz said Friday’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to turn away a lawsuit from Texas and 17 other states challenging the election results in four battleground states on the justification that they didn’t have standing to bring the suit indicates the court just didn’t want to get involved.
Appearing on Newsmax TV’s ''Stinchfield,'' Dershowitz agreed with Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, who indicated that Texas did have standing, saying they ''get the better of the argument,'' but that the court just didn’t want to deal with what may be perceived as political.
''This Supreme Court decision sends a message,'' Dershowitz said. ''The majority included the three justices appointed by President [Donald] Trump, and they all said, 'We’re not going to hear the Texas case. We’re not going to get involved in this election.'
''I think this sends a message. It’s not a legal message, but it’s a practical message: the Supreme Court is out of this game.''

3. Trump Approves Filing Retooled Texas-Style Election Challenges: Giuliani - The Epoch Times
President Donald Trump’s legal team is planning on filing retooled lawsuits, his lawyer said Saturday. “We move immediately, seamlessly, to plan B, which is to bring lawsuits now in each one of the states. We had them ready. They’re just a version of the one that was brought in the Supreme Court. So last night, the president made the decision,” Rudy Giuliani said during an appearance on “War Room: Pandemic.”
Texas filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan, alleging the elections there were run contrary to the Constitution. The nation’s top court rejected the suit late Friday. Trump’s team is going to file suits or has already filed in the four states as well as Arizona and Nevada. The suits will incorporate allegations in the complaint filed by Texas.
“If the state doesn’t have standing, surely the president of the United States has standing. And certainly the electors in the states have standing. So they will be bringing those very cases right in those courts, starting today,” Giuliani said. “And let’s see what excuse they can try to use to avoid having a hearing on that.” Courts have been using the matter of standing to dodge facing the facts, he alleged, adding, “Nobody wants to face the reality that this election was stolen.”

4. Newt Gingrich on Georgia Runoff: ‘We Need to Win by a Bigger Margin Than the Left Can Steal’ - The Epoch Times
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) said in an interview that conservative voters need to head to the polls in the Georgia Senate runoffs in spite of their concerns about election integrity, to deliver a large margin of victory for GOP candidates that would erase any potential machinations on the left.
“If you’re a conservative, you have to vote,” Gingrich told The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” on Dec. 11. “We need to win by a bigger margin than the left can steal. So we need to get every single conservative out.”
The Senate runoff, which pits Sens. David Perdue (R-Ga.) and Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) against Democratic candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, is key for both parties, with control of the upper chamber hanging in the balance. Republicans currently hold a 50-seat majority in the Senate, but if Democrats win both runoffs and also prevail in the contested presidential election, they’ll have control of the White House as well as both chambers of Congress.
“These two runoffs are probably the most important runoffs in American history,” Gingrich said. “They have the potential to change the whole direction of the country.”
--Lord, we ask for a record turnout in this Georgia runoff election. We stand against all fraud in this election. Whatever plans that are made to steal this election will fall and boomerang back on those who tried to do the stealing!
--Confuse my enemies, Lord! Upset their plans.
Cruelty and violence are all I see in the city. Psalm 55:9
5. Dominion to testify before Michigan lawmakers on election irregularities - Washington Times
Michigan House Oversight Committee Chair Matt Hall confirmed Thursday that officials from Dominion Voting Systems will appear before state lawmakers for questioning about irregularities in the November election in Michigan. He had been pushing for the company to appear after his committee heard testimony from witnesses detailing misconduct at polls in the battleground state.
Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos has indicated to officials his company will have spokespeople available to testify before the state Senate Oversight Committee, Mr. Hall said in a statement Thursday. “I’m pleased Dominion Voting Systems will appear before the Legislature. This continues a thorough effort to provide the people of Michigan with a clear, complete picture regarding what happened in the November election,” Mr. Hall said.
The state lawmaker said reports of technology issues and election irregularities must be explored and it’s important to rebuild trust in the election process. The testimony is reportedly going to take place next week, but Senate Oversight Committee Chairman Ed McBroom has not posted the hearing on the committee’s calendar.

-- Father God, we pray that this hearing would be placed on the calendar of Michigan's Senate Oversight Committee quickly, so that all evidence related to election integrity in that state would be able to be revealed and any fraudulent activity shown. 6. Trump signs order making Christmas Eve federal holiday - Washington Examiner
President Trump designated Christmas Eve as a federal holiday. On Friday, the president issued an executive order that requires "all executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government" to be closed on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve, giving federal employees a full day off.
Trump has repeatedly emphasized the importance of Christmas during both his first term as president and as a Republican candidate in the 2016 campaign. During a youth conservative conference in 2019, Trump accused Democrats of "trying to take 'Christmas' out of Christmas." "They're all saying Merry Christmas again," Trump said then.
--Lord, we thank you that President Trump wishes to acknowledge, value and honor the Christian tradition of remembering and celebrating Christ's birth at Christmas time. May our hearts be turned to Jesus at this time of year!
--“For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11
7. US workers file 853K jobless claims as COVID-19 slams labor market - New York Post
American workers submitted 853,000 applications for unemployment benefits last week — a surprisingly steep tally as a new wave of coronavirus lockdowns kept the labor market under pressure, the feds said Thursday.
The latest batch of initial jobless claims brought the total reported during the COVID-19 pandemic to roughly 70.5 million — a number larger than the combined populations of California and Texas, the nation’s two most populous states.
“Our fears of a significant economic toll taken by the explosion in the COVID-19 cases have now been matched by a spike in new claims for unemployment benefits,” said Mark Hamrick, senior economic analyst at Bankrate.
New filings surged from the prior week’s revised total of 716,000 and outpaced economists’ expectations for 720,000 as more parts of the country imposed restrictions to stem a record-setting spike in coronavirus infections.

-- Father of mercy, we come before You on bended knee, especially during this holiday season, on behalf of those who are now unemployed and/or underemployed due to this pandemic. Lord God, even though the government is now trying to help those in need, they cannot cover all of this financial burden. Holy One, we are asking You for a miracle! Just as You blessed the loaves and the fishes when You walked among men, can You not do this now? We ask for each precious family who are in such need . . . that they open their cabinets and find sustenance that was not there the day before. We are asking for a miracle, in Your name, amen and amen.
-- " And they said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.” He said, “Bring them here to Me.” Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children."

8. Set up court to prosecute ISIS for genocide, human rights advocates urge - Christian Post
After the war against Islamic State, its members should be trid like the Nazis at Nuremberg, human rights advocates of many nations urge.
After the defeat in battle of Islamic State (also known as ISIS), the Kurd-controlled Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria holds prisoner 10,400 foreign ISIS fighters, said AANES senior official Bedran Ciya Kurd during a Universal Rights virtual event Wednesday. Most nations won’t take them back. As of yet, no international court exists in which to try them.
“We partnered with the U.S.-led local coalition to defeat ISIS, which cost us more than 11,000 martyrs and thousands of agents,” Kurd said. “ISIS targeted Yazidis, Christians, Arabs and Kurds and committed horrific atrocities, including the sexual enslavement of women and children. We have long called for setting up international tribunals or hybrid-domestic international tribunals, such as the Nuremberg Tribunal in the regions of the AA of North and East Syria, to hold the perpetrators accountable for the crimes they have committed and ensure the victims receive justice.”

9. US Says COVID-19 Vaccine to Start Arriving in States Monday - CBN
WASHINGTON (AP) — The nation’s first COVID-19 vaccine will begin arriving in states Monday morning, U.S. officials said Saturday, after the government gave the final go-ahead to the shots needed to end an outbreak that has killed nearly 300,000 Americans.
Trucks will roll out Sunday morning as shipping companies UPS and FedEx begin delivering Pfizer’s vaccine to nearly 150 locations, said Army Gen. Gustave F. Perna of Operation Warp Speed, the Trump administration’s vaccine development program. Another 450 sites will get the vaccine Tuesday and Wednesday.
The locations include hospitals and other sites able to meet the ultra-cold storage requirements for the vaccine. Within three weeks, vaccines should be delivered to local pharmacies and other locations, Perna said at a news conference.
The vaccine was timed to arrive Monday morning so that health workers would be available to receive the shots and begin giving them, Perna said.
It was unclear who would receive the first dose of the vaccine, though health workers and nursing home residents were the priority. Perna said that decision would be determined health authorities.
--Special note from the editor: PLEASE take time to be informed before making a decision about whether or not to take the COVID 19 vaccine. I highly recommend the international best selling book, Corona: False Alarm, co-authored by Microbiologist, Karina Reiss, PhD and Sucharit Bakdi, MD.
--Abba, we ask for TRUTH to be revealed about this vaccine and the dangers associated with it. Please WARN your people! There is much censorship about the warnings. There is much manipulation through fear and programming through the media around the virus. Please warn people by your spirit about this vaccine!
--For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

The Daily Jot
The False Prophets of National Deception
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, Thursday December 10, 2020
Two days late and playing “catch up,” mainstream media is finally covering the Texas lawsuit at the Supreme Court questioning election results in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, but they are still calling the efforts “dubious” and “baseless.” CNN, for example, used unnamed “critics” to explain its long-held political position on the election: “Critics of the President and his allies say the case reflects an audacious and legally dubious gambit to keep the lawsuits flowing in order to prolong baseless claims that President-elect Joe Biden’s victory was somehow illegitimate.” CNN said that “although all 50 states have certified their election results” SCOTUS is now “grappling” with the Texas “bid.”
Fox News took a slightly different approach, jumping to the story that 17 states, led by Missouri, filed a brief with SCOTUS supporting the Texas lawsuit. Fox reported: “The brief mirrors the argument of the Texas suit in saying that the states acted unconstitutionally when either their judiciaries or executive branches changed their elections laws. The Texas suit, and the states that support it, say that only state legislatures may set laws regarding how states appoint their presidential electors.” The Fox story was straight down the line news explaining the who, what, why, where and when, although it also didn’t cover the story as breaking news, at least on its website.
Associated Press, which controls most news coverage as news outlets use the wire service as their source, had no mention of the Texas lawsuit or the 17 states joining it. AP was one of the first entities to call the election for Democrat Joe Biden and has repeatedly reported that election fraud challenges were baseless. CBS News skipped the Texas story and opted for a story headlined: “Electoral College is last long-shot chance for Trump allies to challenge election results.” The story reviews dates and processes for the seating of the electoral college and bemoans that Republican congressmen and senators have not acknowledged a Biden victory, in which he received 306 electoral votes. The story does not mention the Texas lawsuit.
NBC News wrote a brief story about President Trump having a closed-door meeting with state Attorney Generals “after filing a motion to join a Supreme Court challenge launched by Texas that seeks to invalidate President-elect Joe Biden’s election win in four battleground states.” The story links to an Op Ed quoting several law professors saying the case is “hopeless.” Reviewing these news stories, one can see the bias in reporting and how the news media seeks to move the public toward a certain groupthink mindset. These stories challenge common sense and discernment. 1 John 4:1 says, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” This is so true in so many ways!

Behold, mighty angels are flying,
All chosen and faithful and called;
To rescue the dead and the dying,
In Babylon cages enthralled.
The ransomed are homeward returning,
With joy everlasting and songs,
Long ages in Egypt sojourning,
Held bound in the fetters and thongs.
The evening is light as the morning,
The clouds are all vanished away;
The bride in white raiment adorning,
God’s remnant in battle array.
The saints are now joyful in glory,
Rehearsing, again and again,
The wonderful, wonderful story,
The love of the Lamb that was slain.
The armies of Heav’n are advancing,
They follow the faithful and true,
On fiery white horses they’re prancing,
The armies of hell to subdue.
The beast and his image are fighting,
Defending their creeds and their cliques,
Sectarian foes are uniting,
Six hundred and sixty and six.
While Jesus, the battle is waging
’Gainst Babel confusion and sin,
And Satan is foaming and raging,
Our Savior is reigning within.
The wolf and the lamb and the lion,
Made one in the dear Savior’s love,
Are feeding together in Zion,
As pure as in Heaven above.
And when this great battle is ended,
When Jesus shall come for His own,
By myriads of angels attended,
We’ll meet ’round our Father’s white throne,
And part nevermore, never, never;
With loved ones and saved ones we’ll sing,
And praise Him forever and ever,
Our Savior, our God, and our king.
