Praise Report: California Day of Repentance

The Lord moved yesterday in California in our California Day of Repentance. It was a great joy to give a simple sermon at my church on the basic Scriptures showing the Gift of Repentance. The teaching also included giving the congregation times of silence to choose to repent over old sin patterns. We focused on one key sin issue-------the idolatry so strong in this State where we make ourselves the center of our lives instead of placing the Lord first.

Dealing with COVID-19, means that you must be careful of being infected by the airborne droplets containing the virus and surface (which will come from sneezing or coughing) … or by these droplets that land on surfaces from touch transfer, or landing on them from a sneeze or cough. The Definition of Shalom

We all know that the scriptures warn us about the end time phenomenon of human love growing cold in the world. Even those closest to our heart are foretold to cool down in their level of love and trust for us. At a time, when the love thermometer is dropping, and when people are becoming unwilling to protect/preserve the precious gifts of intimate relationship, truth, and faith, it’s no wonder that betrayals will be common in these days … particularly among family members and friends. Let’s look at some scriptures, which will point out to us the cost of growing cold and indifferent.

Wounds That Wound Others

When I write to you it is after much thought and prayer as I seek the Lord of what message He wants delivered. I often list the topics in notes to myself because He is talking to me constantly about the things that are important to Him, especially the healing of His children. I had thought to write you today about the upcoming State of the Union Address this evening and the impeachment verdict that will be decided on Wednesday regarding President Trump.

Sound the Shofar, Don’t TIPP the Scale

Shalom Praying Friends,

Israel is a land and a people for whom the Lord cares deeply. So much so that His eyes are always on it, “from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year." That means every single day of the year, day in and day out, He never removes His eyes from Israel. Deuteronomy 11:12 This is the only time the Bible teaches us what God does each and every day. As the end of time approaches, we also must keep our eyes on Israel. It has been said that Jerusalem, the epicenter of YHWH’s love, is the center of all time. I am not a scientist but I do believe that.

How Deep is Your Relationship . . . ?

Religious Freedom Case

US SUPREME COURT– Montana was giving tax breaks to those who donated to scholarships helping Montana students attend private schools. But when it realized most of those scholarships were going to children at religious schools, Montana stopped that from happening. Parents went to court saying that was blatant discrimination. It's a case that ended up before the nation's highest court this week.
