Sound From Heaven

Global Pentecost 2020 Online Broadcast

Fuelling a United Global Prayer and Witness

And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting…. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.  | Acts 2:2-4

Dear Kingdom Leader,

The current COVID-19 pandemic shouldn’t take the Church by surprise. The apocalyptic chapters of the Gospels have already warned us of the things to come and of the things to expect (Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21).

Rather, we see this as God’s wake-up call to decisive action. For undoubtedly, this is a kairos moment of a God-appointed window, in a God-appointed time, with God-appointed opportunities for a God-appointed harvest!

We dare not miss this window of opportunity!

With Pentecost just round the corner, and the pandemic at our doorsteps, many Christian leaders are calling for united, fervent PRAYER for a fresh visitation of the Holy Spirit, resulting in the revival of the Church and a fresh witness unto the hope of the Gospel for a desperate world.

Unto this end, we humbly desire to serve the Global Church with messages of hope through Sound from Heaven, a Global Pentecost online broadcast.

The aim of Sound from Heaven is to bring messages of hope and encouragement to hundreds of thousands, in a time when nations are facing challenges and uncertainty. The multicultural, content-rich, faith-based  production will consist of a combination of short messages of encouragement from leaders from around the world, as well as excellent music inserts, and a Prayer for the World prayed by young people in multiple languages. The youth is thus given a special focus. The format is a one-hour, top quality production.

Partners collaborating in this initiative include highly reputable, global networks such as World Evangelical Alliance, GO2020, Unite714, International Prayer Connect, Jericho Walls International Prayer Network, PraiseLive and Global Kingdom Partners Network, just to name a few; and hail from various countries to celebrate Kingdom diversity and hope.

May we solicit your collaborative help?

We are not asking for money. We are not asking for manpower.

We are simply asking if you would collaborate with us to bring a blessing to the Global Church through broadcasting Sound From Heaven to the Body of Christ in your wonderful sphere of influence?

We wish to submit to you a proposal for the Sound from Heaven Global Pentecost recording to be considered for broadcast on _________ on Sunday, 31 May 2020 in celebration of Pentecost.

We believe that this recording could bring hope to many in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis and could also facilitate a greater sense of connectedness with the wider global community in these challenging times.

We hope that this proposal will be met with your favourable consideration, and we look forward to your response at your earliest convenience. Perhaps you might also have other plans on how this recording might be used to edify the Body of Christ in your esteemed ministry – through the cell groups, for example. We would love to hear from you!

As a united, global movement of believers, let’s release the sound of HOPE!

Best wishes,
