All Nations Under Rod

Today, we reach Day #47 in Counting the Omer. There are not many Books in the Bible that reach to 47 chapters in length or more. Remarkably, in all books that have a Chapter 47, it speaks of either nation building or national humiliation! Truly the Bible is a remarkable Master Peace of beautiful synchronicity. This is one more confirmation to the faithful that God is a God of order and not chaos. It follows understandably that He doesn't tolerate continued chaos and disorder in individuals OR nations.

Here are the topics of all the Chapter 47s in the Bible:

Genesis 47: Israel takes the best of the land of Egypt (Goshen)

Psalm 47: God's Reign over all the nations

Isaiah 47: The Fall of Babylon

Jeremiah 47: The Destruction of the Philistines

Ezekiel 47: The New Jerusalem ~ God's Millennial Nation

Accordingly, as we follow the pattern in scripture, we see that the Number 47 indicates (in order!) God's Sovereign plan for His final "Purification of National Rebellion." His Word outlines His blueprint for national formation and national collapse. Israel, both temporal and spiritual, is to have the BEST portion of the land. God reigns and rules over all nations. Babylon, which signifies any nation bowing to paganism or false gods, will always fall. Those who persecute the Jews, either temporally or spiritually, will be destroyed. And finally, those who have aligned themselves willingly with Yeshua, will rule and reign with Him in the New Jerusalem. This is God's Holy Nation, ruled by Christ Himself in the final 1000 year Millennium, the 6000-7000th year of mankind which is a required rest/Sabbath of the Earth as God's Laws always rule and His Sovereign decrees must always be fulfilled.

There is a spiritual Newtonian law that goes like this: For every action in Heaven, there is an equal and opposite reaction on planet Earth. Observing this principle (which so far has been quite interesting once you notice it!), we see that the spirit of anti-Christ mimics true goodness by having a false and opposite fake virtue which is truly evil.

I think Socialism is the most obvious example of this. Socialism is touted as a virtue despite the common knowledge, by picking up any history book, that utopian societies DO NOT WORK. Not only do they always fail miserably, they KILL MASSIVELY.

With the mass shootings lately, and the screaming hysteria to remove our gun rights, few remember that the #1 offender, in all of recorded history on the mass murder "hit parade," is GOVERNMENT. Furthermore, the #1 TYPE of government that murders the most of its hapless citizenry is Socialist, Marxist or Communist governments.

Obama's campaign slogan, was "Forward." This slogan has been used repeatedly in history to promote a Socialist, Marxist and Communist agenda. Here are a few examples:

Vorwarts! (Forward in German from Nazi propaganda-also known as Germany's National SOCIALISTS party

Vpered! (Soviet word for Forward)

Forward to victory! (Lenin)

Great Warriors Forward to the West! (Russian WWII poster)

Let's march Forward under the banner of Mao Zedong! (Propaganda in the People's Republic of China)

Mao's great leap Forward! (1958 Communist China slogan)

Under the banner of Lenin and the Leadership of Stalin-Forward!

Under Lenin's banner let's go Forward for the Motherland, our victory!

Non-party members and Communists march Forward to our best future!

Forward for Stalin (the name of Stalin's newspaper)

"Super Great Leap Forward"-Pol Pot (Cambodian Khmer Rouge Leader)

Germany's National Socialists (Nazis):

21 MILLION PEOPLE KILLED

65 MILLION PEOPLE KILLED

Pol Pot (Khmer Rouge Leader of Cambodia):

3 MILLION PEOPLE KILLED

USSR stands for Union of Soviet Socialist Republics:

100 MILLION PEOPLE KILLED

Socialism is simply a demonic ideology from the abyss cloaked in an "angel of light" costume. There is talk of "saving the planet" and of "fairness," and "income inequality." All of this is a subtle power grab. Sadly, the Socialism message has also been picked up by false religious leaders and touted as "social justice."

Let's examine this concept of "fairness" and everyone getting the same treatment from a scriptural context. Some churches even go so far as to claim that if Jesus was walking here today on planet Earth He would be a socialist, which is utter blasphemy. They use the sharing of Acts as an example to make this claim:

Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.

~Acts 2:44-45

There were no needy ones among them, because those who owned lands or houses would sell their property, bring the proceeds from the sales and lay them at the apostles' feet for distribution to anyone as he had need.

~ Acts 4:34-35

The key difference is CHOICE instead of COMPULSION. Let's compare the Book of Acts example to the Socialist example:

Acts of First Century Church: given freely, cheerfully

Socialism: forcibly taken from others, taxed grudgingly

So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly, or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

~ 2 Corinthians 9:7

Acts of First Century Church: Were acts of Christian charity for the purpose of expanding the Kingdom of God.

Socialism: Is an act of Human Secularists for the purpose of expanding government control for themselves, the elites.

Because of the proof this ministry provides, the saints will glorify God for your obedient confession of the gospel of Christ, and for the generosity of your contribution to them and to all the others.

Acts of First Century Church: encouraged everyone to pull their weight

Socialism: encourages a "non-work" victim mentality

For even while we were with you, we gave you this command: "If anyone is unwilling to work, he shall not eat."

Interestingly, JUDAS was the disciple who expressed concern about redistributing wealth to the poor:

Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages." He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.

Government cannot erase all boundaries, differences, and the unique characteristics of every individual person. Nor should they step in and try to erase the consequences of poor choices and attempt to confiscate the rewards associated with great effort. In fact, many people at the end of their lives will share that the "worst" things that ever happened to them often had the greatest beneficial impact on them mentally, physically, and spiritually. THAT is exactly why we should not attempt to erase all pain. No one likes pain while they are going through it, but this is what scripture says:

No discipline seems enjoyable at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it yields a peaceful harvest of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

So let's press ONWARD dear Christian soldiers and not pitch "Forward"...

lest we end up in the abyss.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, Your Word teaches us that every soul is to be subject to the governing authorities, and that there is no authority except from You; those that exist are appointed by You. Your Holy Word further tells us to pray for those in authority so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. Teach us that the only "social justice" comes from You and not from the hand of government. You created government to maintain order and administer judgment but not to steal, kill and destroy their own citizenry. When government turns to these activities, they will be judged by God. You came to bring us Life and Liberty. Let us render unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar and render unto God want belongs only to God. Caesar may tax us physically, mentally and spiritually but our hearts, minds and souls belong to You and You alone. Remind us that government is not our "Provider" and that only You can fill that role. We pray this prayer in the Name above all names, our Great God and Savior the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The ONLY Name in Heaven and Earth by which mankind may be saved.
