It turns out Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips of True the Vote were on target, as the CEO of Konnech (Eugene Yu) was arrested yesterday over allegations of "theft of personal data," according to The Gateway Pundit.
Yu was reportedly arrested for storing personal data of LA County election workers on servers in China.
Thanks to the hard work of True the Vote, this disturbing revelation of a US-based election software company with ties to Communist China has come to light.

A Swedish agency on Thursday found that leaks from the two Russian Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines in the Baltic Sea were likely caused by “serious sabotage” and evidence from the site was taken.
The Swedish Security Service confirmed that “detonations” were responsible for the extensive damage to the wholly Russian-owned pipelines last week. Seismologists in Denmark and Sweden have also said that the damage was not of natural origin, saying that blasts most likely were the cause.
“During the crime scene investigation … seizures have been made,” said the Security Service. “As part of the work,” it added in a statement, “the seizures will now be reviewed and analyzed.”
“The continued preliminary investigation must show whether someone can be served with suspicion and later prosecuted,” Sweden’s Security Service said in a statement, adding the blasts are a “very serious” development. (The Epoch Times)

1. IDF put on alert as Israel refuses Lebanese demands - Israel National News
Israel’s defense establishment is gearing up for a possible conflict with Lebanon, after maritime border talks between Jerusalem and Beirut floundered.
Minister of Defense Benny Gantz on Thursday held a situation assessment regarding Israeli defenses on the northern front together with the IDF Chief of the General Staff, MOD Director General and Head of the IDF Operations Directorate.
“In light of the developments in the maritime border negotiations with Lebanon, during the assessment, Minister Gantz instructed the defense establishment to prepare for any scenario in which tensions increase in the northern arena, including defensive and offensive readiness,” a defense ministry spokesperson said.
Tensions rose Thursday, after Lebanon demanded further changes to a draft agreement of a maritime border deal, which would formally delineate the boundaries of Israeli and Lebanese waters, including prized offshore gas fields.(Read more)

Ukraine's Ambassador to Israel Yevgen Korniychuk said this week that growing ties between Russia and Iran will bring Israel and Ukraine closer together.
"It's a very significant factor that pushes Israel to help Ukraine in a more visible and effective way," he told Israel Hayom.
Since the invasion on Feb. 24, Israel has provided a great deal of humanitarian aid to Ukraine and was in fact the first country to open a field hospital within the war-stricken country's territory. Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett even tried to mediate between Kyiv and Moscow, albeit without success, and then-Foreign Minister Yair Lapid condemned Russia after mass graves were discovered in Ukrainian towns liberated from Russian forces. 3. Mossad head said to warn of face-saving Hezbollah strike on gas field as deal wavers - Times of Israel
The head of the Mossad spy service reportedly told government officials that the Hezbollah terror group would likely attempt a limited attack on Israeli-controlled installations in a disputed offshore gas field, as Jerusalem put troops in northern Israel on alert after a maritime border deal appeared to falter Thursday, sending tensions spiraling.
The warning from Mossad chief David Barnea, reported by Channel 12 news, came as another officials signaled that hope remained alive for a milestone deal between Israel and Lebanon to resolve a maritime border dispute that will allow both countries to begin pulling gas riches out of the sea.
Ministers meeting in the high-level security cabinet Thursday night agreed to give Prime Minister Yair Lapid, Defense Minister Benny Gantz and alternate Prime Minister Naftali Bennett power to deal with a possible escalation of tension or violence in the north of the country, after Israel said it would not accept Lebanon’s proposed amendments to a US-brokered deal, the channel reported. The United States on Thursday announced sanctions against seven senior Iranian officials in response to the repression of escalating protests against the Islamist regime. The group includes Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi, who is also the subject of a “red notice” — an international arrest warrant — issued by the international law enforcement agency Interpol for his alleged role in the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish center in Argentina.
In an official statement, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken confirmed that the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) designated Iran’s Minister of the Interior, Ahmad Vahidi, and Iran’s Minister of Communications, Eisa Zarepour, along with five other “senior leaders of Iran’s security apparatus for the continued violence against peaceful protesters and the shutdown of Iran’s Internet access.”
Blinken added that Thursday’s action “follows the Sept. 22 designation of the Morality Police, its senior leadership, and other senior security officials, and the release of Iran-related General License D-2, which together demonstrate that the United States stands with the brave citizens and the brave women of Iran who right now are demonstrating to secure their basic rights.” (Read more)

Archeologists discovered a 1,500-year-old mosaic off the coast of the Sea of Galilee that sheds new light on medieval settlements around the large body of fresh water.
During excavations at a site known as Khirbat al-Minya — a vestige of a palace on the northern end of the lake in northern Israel dating back to the rule of the Umayyad Caliphate — a geomagnetic survey of the area by researchers from the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany also found an ancient well.
Umayyad caliph al-Walid I commissioned the construction of the palace and adjacent mosque with a 15-meter minaret in the 8th century on land that was believed to be hitherto undeveloped and uninhabited. (Read more)

As the Biden Regime and its media proxies continue to blame Russia for blowing up the Nord Stream Pipeline with no evidence, the EU countries will have to face the truth and admit that they have been betrayed by their US ally, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel on Wednesday.
She pointed out Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak had said that Russia was ready to supply gas through the undamaged branch of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, TASS reported. “Will anyone now dare claim that our country is behind this act of sabotage? I agree it’s hard to face the truth. But someday the EU countries will have to face up to the fact they were betrayed by their allies,” she said.

President Joe Biden’s administration will release 10 million more barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve following an Oct. 5 OPEC announcement that the cartel will slash oil production. That decision was announced hours after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) confirmed it would cut oil production by 2 million barrels per day. The cut marks a setback for Biden, who visited Saudi Arabia in July to push the kingdom into increasing production amid historically high U.S. gas prices.
Cuts to production are expected to drive the price of a barrel of oil—and gas prices—worldwide, including in the United States. 3. Industry Insiders on Real Story Behind High Gas Prices: Structural Problems, Hostile Policies, and Inaction – The Epoch Times
High gas prices in America are caused by a mismatch between U.S. oil production and refining, bad policies or political hostility, and the Biden administration’s inaction, according to experts and oil industry insiders. Inflation in the United States has been running high since March when the yearly Consumer Price Index (CPI) reached 8.5 percent, the highest level since 1981.
A dramatic increase in energy prices has drawn special attention. Between May and August, energy prices rose between 20 percent to 40 percent year-over-year. 4. Shunned Biden Flip-Flops On Dealing with 'Dictator' Maduro, Offers Venezuela Deal For Crude Production Hike – ZeroHedge
Having been shunned by the Saudis (who are now "colluding with Russia to hurt low income countries" according to a White House spokesman this morning on CNBC), President Biden has lurched all the way to negotiating with another "dictator."
The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the Biden administration proposed a deal that will ease sanctions on Venezuela, allowing Chevron to pump oil in the country after OPEC+ unveiled its largest production cut since COVID (despite Biden's begging).
According to people familiar with the proposal, in exchange for significant sanctions relief (and the potential reopening of US and European markets for Venezuelan crude exports), the government of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro would resume long-suspended talks with the country’s opposition to discuss conditions needed to hold free and fair presidential elections in 2024
Officials have reportedly also worked out a deal that would free up hundreds of millions of dollars in Venezuelan state funds frozen in American banks to pay for imports of food, medicine and equipment for the country’s battered electricity grid and municipal water systems. (Read more)

Poland says it has asked to have US nuclear weapons based on its territory, amid growing fears that Vladimir Putin could resort to using nuclear arms in Ukraine to stave off a rout of his invading army.
The request from the Polish president, Andrzej Duda, is widely seen as symbolic, as moving nuclear warheads closer to Russia would make them more vulnerable and less militarily useful, according to experts. Furthermore, the White House has said it had not received such a request. “We’re not aware of this issue being raised and would refer you to the government of Poland,” a US official said.
Duda’s announcement appears to be the latest example of nuclear signalling as the US and its allies seek to deter Putin from the first nuclear use in battle since 1945, while preparing potential responses if deterrence fails that would have maximum punitive impact while containing the risk of escalation to all-out nuclear war. 6. 66 US Clinics Have Halted Abortions Since Supreme Court Struck Down Roe v. Wade: Institute – The Epoch Times
Dozens of clinics in U.S. states have stopped performing abortions in the 100 days since the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade, according to a new analysis.
In 15 states that have imposed complete or six-week abortion bans, 66 clinics have stopped offering abortions, according to the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute. Twenty-six of the clinics have shut down, including the Jackson Women’s Health Organization in Mississippi, while the others are still performing other services.
The only clinics that were operating in those states before the Supreme Court decision that are still offering abortion are all located in Georgia.
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin now have zero such clinics. (Read more)

7. Grocery store discounts are getting harder to find as food inflation soars - NewsTarget
Discounts at the grocery store are becoming increasingly hard to come by, which is bad news at a time when consumers are already dealing with record high prices on food. Deals like buy one, get one free are becoming scarce as food producers and supermarkets grapple with rising prices.
Traditionally, food producers have supported retailers with discounted prices, with an expert cited by the Wall Street Journal noting that processors would often supply retailers with discounts of 15 to 18 percent on certain items that could be passed along to consumers. These days, however, food producers are struggling with higher manufacturing and labor costs as well as supply chain issues, and this is forcing them to raise their prices while limiting their ability to offer the type of discounts they did in the past.
As food companies’ marketing budgets continue to suffer, grocery stores must take on the burden of any discounts that they choose to offer and use their own funds to both advertise and support such discounts. However, with retailers already paying producers more money for groceries, they are not in a position to provide discounts to customers. (Read more)

8. Schools are now encouraging children to ‘transition’ without telling parents – NewsTarget
One of the key accusations consistently leveled against Libs of TikTok, which has made countless videos of trans activists go viral – stating their agenda and views in their own words – is that they cherry-pick egregious examples of people saying things out of context to further a “transphobic” agenda.
This, obviously, is a weak attempt to divert our attention from the fact that these videos were first posted by trans activists themselves, and that we should listen very closely to what they are saying due to their position of cultural influence.
One recent example from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital shows the director of the Adolescent Speciality Clinic, which services children as young as twelve, stating that part of their patients’ visits involves having a confidential meeting with children while the parents are absent—in order to create a “safe space.”
As I’ve noted before, this is yet another example of how trans activists are increasingly saying that it is necessary for children to be cut off from their parents because it is actually LGBT activists, not mothers and fathers, who know what is best for children. This narrative is being pushed by some of the most prestigious publications, and it is vile and dangerous. (Read more)

10. Babies are DYING after drinking breast milk from “fully vaccinated” moms – Pandemic.news
The government-run Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is currently showing some 648 cases of adverse events in breastfed babies whose mothers got “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).
Despite zero evidence that the shots are safe or effective for pregnant or lactating women, this demographic was added to the authorization list for their use. And now, babies everywhere are suffering because of the spike proteins and other jab chemicals that transfer through breast milk.
Real-Time Magazine conducted an analysis of VAERS, identifying at least 648 cases of infants and babies suffering health damage, including life-threatening incidents and even death. “The most common serious events were life-threatening bleeding; anticholinergic syndrome; liver problems; anaphylactic shock, neuroleptic syndrome; neurological side-effects such as convulsions or encephalitis; and hypoglycemia,” writes Joel S. Hirschhorn for All News Pipeline. In most of the reported cases, several life-threatening side effects were recorded in the same baby.”
VAERS doesn’t capture all cases of covid jab injury and death. One woman who spoke to the investigation team explained that she had been breastfeeding her son at the time when she got jabbed for the Chinese Virus. Within days, her son died. (Read more)

Democracy is about everyone getting a vote and majority rule, irrespective of laws. That’s really the bottom line. And Democrats support democracy. Therein is the danger. A Constitutional Republic, which governs the US, requires voters to be qualified and they elect representatives to make laws and vote on policies, according to the governance of the Constitution. They are both horses, so to speak, but they are not the same color or breed. As elections draw near, citizens of every locality must be vigilantly beware of democracy—where everyone gets to vote regardless of their qualifications. The Washington, D.C. City Council is just one example of what happens to the vote under Democratic control.
The Hill reports that on Tuesday DC Councilmember Charles Allen introduced a bill to allow everyone in DC a vote. He said, “Our immigrant neighbors of all statuses participate, contribute and care about our community in our city. They, like all DC residents, deserve a right to have a say in their government…They raise families here, contribute to their community. They run businesses that people depend on, and they pay taxes that we decide how to spend. Yet they have no ability to elect local leaders who make decisions about their bodies, their businesses and their tax dollars.” Then the DC City Council promptly voted 12-1 to allow all foreign nationals to vote in local elections. The Iran nuclear agreement reached in 2015 played a role in bringing about the Abraham Accords—the normalization of relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain—but there are question marks over whether the Biden administration’s overtures to Tehran are now encouraging the demise of the accords.
The Islamic Republic’s jingoism helped motivate the Sunni Gulf states to enter into normalized relations with Israel in 2020, Mideast experts say.
But now, the essential question for many experts is: Are Sunni Arab nations hedging their bets and engaging in a rapprochement with Tehran, leading to a deterioration of the normalization process? Supreme Court Returns to Rule of Law – Restores Legitimacy Stolen by the Left

You can always tell when the left has fully polled and focused group a talking point, you see it everywhere. So, to no one’s surprise, the media is full of blaring headlines attacking the Supreme Court’s “legitimacy.”
The Washington Post featured a headline, “The Supreme Court, dogged by questions of legitimacy, is ready to resume.”
Over the past six months, America has witnessed the GOP appointed Supreme Court Justices subjected to on-going and continuing intimidation through protestors at their personal residences. Threats stoked by a leaked draft decision on the abortion issue from inside the Court itself. Protests which are specifically illegal under federal law, which the Attorney General of the United States refuses to enforce.
Attempt to intimidate a Supreme Court decision through the threat of violence? You are A-Okay in Biden-Obama Media and Legal World, but stand up to that intimidation and follow the Constitution to overturn a court case which has divided the nation since it was first unleashed in 1973, and suddenly their legitimacy is at stake?
The Supreme Court opened for business again this week. They face a slew of important issues that have landed at their feet because they have Constitutional significance and in many cases, lower courts disagree on the answer.

138-year-old lighthouse survives Hurricane Ian,
but not unscathed
|

Despite the destruction unleashed by the Category 4 storm, which toppled hundreds of buildings across Sanibel Island, the historic landmark remains standing.
The historic Sanibel Island Lighthouse has weathered many a hurricane, but the fortitude of the skeleton lighthouse was put to the test once more when Hurricane Ian roared ashore.
The high-end Category 4 hurricane swept through the area on Sept. 28, destroying countless buildings and cutting the island off from the mainland when it collapsed the causeway. At the easternmost point of the island, the house where the lighthouse caretakers used to live until 1949 was nowhere to be seen from the area in photos following the storm. But the 98-foot lighthouse remained.
The Sanibel Island Lighthouse was first lit on Aug. 20, 1884, and both the lighthouse and living quarters were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It was one of the first iron lighthouses to stand sentinel on the Gulf Coast and north of the Florida Keys.
The lighthouse has also survived hurricanes, including Donna in 1960 and Charley in 2004. At least 20 hurricanes have passed within 75 miles of Sanibel Island since 1873, according to the city, posing a significant threat to lives and property on the island. Ian was the latest hurricane to impact the island and threaten to topple the lighthouse. Read More

Grateful to be alive, Christians gather for worship in Fort Myers after surviving Hurricane Ian
|

Four days after Hurricane Ian made landfall in Florida as a powerful Category 4 storm, wreaking billions of dollars in damage and leaving at least 80 people dead, members of the Southwest Baptist Church in Fort Myers gathered at their battered sanctuary on Sunday to thank God for sparing their lives. “We got people here that lost their homes. We’ve got people here that we didn’t hear of for quite a while,” Senior Pastor Bob Kasten said during a clip from the service recorded by The Weather Channel. When Hurricane Ian slammed into Florida last Wednesday, it first hit the island of Cayo Costa with maximum sustained winds of 150 mph, not far from Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
While many members of Southwest Baptist Church fled to safer ground as the storm rampaged through the beach town, some displaced members sought refuge at the church where flood waters soaked the floors and wind ripped holes in the roof, USA Today reported. Leaders at the church could not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Christian Post on Monday. Mark Helms, Southwest Baptist Church’s minister of music, shared photos on Facebook of the church’s toppled steeple and other damage. “Right now, it still hasn’t sunk in. I think right now they’re still kind of, at least with me, kind of numb,” Pastor Stephen Kasten, Bob Kasten’s son, told The Weather Channel on Sunday. “A lot of them are just grateful that they survived what they went through, and they’re praising God.
