Bibi’s Brother-in-Law: The 3 Sins that Led to October 7th
|
|
In a brutally honest interview with the Israeli newspaper Olam Katan, Dr. Chagi Ben Artzi, Prime Minister Netanayahu’s brother-in-law, called on Israel’s leadership to repent and return to the Bible. The eminent historian is convinced that in order to end this war, the State of Israel must acknowledge three sins it has committed in the last thirty years. “We sinned greatly, and according to the greatness of the sin is our suffering.”
“In analyzing the current situation, I always start with the Bible,” says Ben Artzi, a student of the Bible for more than seventy years and a Bible teacher for about fifty years. “I grew up with the Bible, which is the road map of the Jewish people. It is an outline that shows us the way and helps us understand what happened, why it happened, and how to fix it.”
Ben Artzi cited Solomon’s exhortation in Kings, which is repeated in the Book of Chronicles. “When Your people Israel are struck down before the enemy, because they sin against You, and shall turn again to You, and praise Your name, and pray and make supplication to You in this house. And You shall hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of Your people Israel, and bring them back to the land which You gave to their fathers” (I Kings, 8:33-34).
|
|
According to Ben Artzi, Solomon’s words are very clear. When Israel suffers in war at the hands of its enemies, it is always the result of national sin. It follows that the only way to correct the sin and be redeemed from suffering is through repentance and correction of the sin that led to it.
What sins is Israel guilty of? Ben Artzi believes the Israeli government sinned in three ways over the last thirty years by ignoring the rabbis and God’s commands in the Bible.
The first sin is the Oslo Accords of 1993, which gave the murderous Palestinian Authority control over most of Judea and Samaria, Israel’s biblical heartland. The Oslo Accords were opposed by all of Israel’s leading rabbis.
“The Oslo agreement destroyed the country. If it weren’t for the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria, we wouldn’t have a country today. The secular public was enthusiastic about the agreement, they mocked [Israel’s religious community that opposed the agreements] for being people of the “old world.”
The second sin was Israel’s abandonment of the Gaza Strip in 2005, which allowed Hamas terrorists to take over the region.
“Following the Oslo Accords, the Second Intifada broke out, which led to thousands of deaths, exploding buses, and more. But instead of dealing a crushing blow to our enemies, throwing out the murderers, and ridding the country of them, we gave them the Gaza Strip as a reward. We destroyed 22 Jewish settlements, a flourishing region, which we gave them as a gift. Here, too, the rabbis were opposed to the government’s abandonment of Gaza. This was the second time that the State of Israel rejected God and said to all the rabbis, ‘You are of no interest to us – we will carry out this plan and we don’t care how angry you are.’
|
|
The third sin was when Israel freed thousands of murderous Hamas terrorists – including Yahya Sinwar, the current leader of Hamas – in exchange for Gilad Shalit, an Israeli soldier abducted by Hamas. “Not only did we release thousands of murderers, in this deal we released their leadership, who were in prison, and who now carried out the massacre of October 7th.”
“It turned out that the rabbis were right and the generals were wrong because the people of Israel are God’s people and must follow God’s word.”
Nevertheless, Ben Arti is encouraged by the religious awakening of the people of Israel in the aftermath of the massacres of October 7th.
“There is an awakening. A revolution often comes from the bottom up. It is difficult for the elites to say ‘we were wrong’. Today dozens of soldiers are being killed in Gaza because we left Gaza [in 2005]. Before we left Gaza, we were shocked by a terror attack in which six soldiers were killed there, and so we ran away from Gaza. Today, the price [in blood has] doubled and quadrupled. The soldiers and the public for the most part understand and feel this, and this makes me optimistic. Everything that is written in the Bible will be fulfilled, and in the end, there will be a Messiah son of David and the people of Israel will repent, ‘and all the nation will flow to Jerusalem’, and the whole world will return to God’s Torah.”
“We are in the time of the final redemption, after which there will be no more exile. The question always is what is the price we will have to pay along the way. That depends on us. The faster we wake up and return to faith, the Bible, and God, the faster and more joyful will be our path to redemption.” (Israel365News) Read more here.

Disturbing Antisemitism Within the Christian Conservative Camp: Why? What to do?
|
|
I will bless those who bless you And curse him that curses you; And all the families of the earth Shall bless themselves by you." Genesis 12:3
A deeply disturbing trend has been emerging in the last 6 weeks since the outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas. I am seeing antisemitism within the Conservative Christian camp in many arenas:
*through comments made on social media
*at Christian special event gatherings
*from online Christian teaching platforms
*from online conservative and alt-right news platforms
*spoken by family members or church members within a congregation
*deafening silence in some churches about Israel and the war with Hamas.
However, this form of antisemitism is not out-and-out Jew-hatred. It is much more subtle, and therefore, perhaps more dangerous. This form of antisemitism manifests as dark and false accusations against Jews and the government of Israel. It is anti-Jewish, anti-Israel, and anti-Zionist.
I am not surprised when I see cancerous Jew-hatred in all the usual places: from Arab nations, from pro-Hamas supporters demonstrating in the streets of London, Paris, Washington DC, on college campuses, and from woke liberal leftists who are funding the Pro-Hamas demonstrations in America.
In a recent poll, three in four Palestinians support Hamas’s Massacre. None of this surprises me.
What DOES surprise me, perplexes me and deeply disturbs me is the antisemitism I see within my own ranks: from within the Christian Conservative camp. How can this be?
Why is This So?
I believe it goes back to the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden. We went down the rabbit hole of exploring the dark conspiracy theories concerning the 9/11 attack in the USA. There was some credence to it, there were some hidden facts that came out. We went down the rabbit hole of the conspiracy of the 2020 Covid “Plandemic”: again, there was evidence brought forward that this was not a “natural” outbreak but a planned bioweapon release. So we followed those newscasters who fed us that information.
And now, those same newscasters whom we have come to know and trust are spouting dark and evil conspiracy theories about Israel and the Oct 7 massacre. They accuse and blame the Israeli government for what happened on Oct 7. This is such a dark and evil twisting of truth!
Reason #1: Over-Focus on the DARK SIDE
Reason #2: Many Christians are Sitting in Churches Where Replacement Theology is Spouted
Reason #3: Lack of Bible Knowledge
Reason #4: A Bitter Root and/or a Critical Spirit
What to do?
|
|
- Abba, we are saddened that there are some within the Conservative Christian camp who are going down this rabbit hole of dark conspiracy theories against Israel. Some of them have been crawling in the sewer of negative news sludge for a long long time. Abba, we ask that you shine some light at them with truth and with scripture! May they drink from the clean wells of the truth from your scriptures and not from the poisoned and muddied wells of lies!
- "Sing to the LORD, all the earth;Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples." (1 Chronicles 16:23-24)

Report: ‘Grandpa Joe’ — Democrat Party Is ‘Full of Anxious People’ as Joe Biden Turns 81
|
|
The Democrat party is reportedly trying to reconcile that President Joe Biden, who turns 81 on Monday, is the leading Democrat candidate for the 2024 presidential election.
The Democrats’ fear about Biden’s age is predicated upon their worry that he will lose to former President Donald Trump next November.
“If you haven’t heard, the Democratic Party is full of anxious people right now,” Politico Playbook wrote Sunday, highlighting a series of stories about Biden’s age.
“Even those in Biden’s inner circle, including family members, worry about the optics of age,” Politico‘s Elena Schneider, Holly Otterbein, and Jonathan Lemire said. “Those close allies believe that Biden is mentally up for the job, but some acknowledge that the president can at times appear frail, according to two people involved in the conversations but not authorized to speak publicly about internal deliberations.”
More than a dozen Biden supporters, fundraisers, strategists, Democrat officials, and donors told Politico they had “deep” concern that Biden’s campaign would have the ability to mask his mental state to voters. One strategy they claim could help Biden is to suggest Biden is wise, “leaning even harder into Biden’s age as proof of his wisdom in turbulent times.”
“They are pushing for more humor about ‘Grandpa Joe,'” they added.
Many worry about Biden’s physical challenges and suggest he do less physical movement in public. “People close to the president have discussed having him walk shorter distances while on camera,” the report said. “They’ve also advocated, at times, trading in formal shoes for more comfortable ones — both to make his stride seem less stiff, but also to reduce the risk of falls.” (Breitbart) Read more here.

- Lord God, we know that in the kingdom, it doesn’t matter if someone is young or old, or what race they are -- we are all one in you, Christ Jesus. However, President Biden has shown very concerning health issues, and it is clear he is not capable of serving. So we decree and declare that the presidential election of 2024 will be the choice by the people, and for the people in the mighty name of Jesus. We come against all evil agendas to steal this election or to cancel this election and that your Will be done Father, in Jesus' name amen.

1. Netanyahu: Red Cross to visit Hamas hostages, provide medical assistance - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed during the ongoing Cabinet meeting on the deal to free 50 of the hostages held by the Hamas terrorist organization that the terms of the deal allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit the hostages who are not released and to provide them with medical assistance.
This would be the first time the Red Cross has visited Israeli hostages held by the Hamas terrorist organization. The organization never visited IDF soldier Gilad Shalit during the five years he was held captive by Hamas, nor has it visited Israeli civilians Avera Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayed, who have been held by Hamas in Gaza since 2014 and 2015, respectively.
The Red Cross has been criticized within Israel for its failure to pressure Hamas to abide by international law and to allow the organization to visit its captives. Instead, the Red Cross has largely condemned Israel for its responses to Hamas' attacks. (Read more)

2. Netanyahu pledges Gaza war to continue as cabinet debates partial hostage deal - Jerusalem Post
The government was expected to approve late Tuesday night a partial hostage deal that could include a pause in the Gaza war in exchange for a release of up to 80 out of over 239 people seized by terrorists during Hamas’ infiltration of southern Israel on October 7.
“We have a difficult decision before us tonight, but it is a correct decision,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the start of the meeting.
Opponents of the deal have warned that it will harm Israel’s ability to secure the release of all the hostages and complicate Israel’s military campaign to oust Hamas from Gaza. They have also warned that it will be difficult to resume the war once it has been temporarily halted. (Read more)

3. Israeli Cabinet Convenes to Discuss Looming Hostage Release Deal - Algemeiner
Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Hamas terrorist organization, said on Tuesday that a truce with Israel was close while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu voiced hope for good news regarding the more than 240 hostages seized during the Oct. 7 Hamas pogrom, the most optimistic signs so far of a deal to pause the devastating war in Gaza and free captives.
As negotiations appeared to be nearing agreement, however, the fighting on the ground raged on, with Israel saying its forces had encircled the Jabalia refugee camp, a major urban flashpoint and Hamas terrorist stronghold.
The Palestinian news agency said 33 people were killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli air strike on part of Jabalia, a congested urban extension of Gaza City where Hamas terrorists have been battling advancing Israeli armored forces.
In southern Gaza, Hamas-affiliated media said 10 people were killed and 22 injured by an Israeli air strike on an apartment in the city of Khan Younis. (Read more)

1. Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski pledges to join Elon Musk in pushback against far-left censorship - Post Millennial
Elon Musk said he would "file a thermonuclear lawsuit" against Media Matters over a hit piece they released last week that led corporate advertisers to leave the X platform. He alleged that they manipulated their research methods to attain a desired result—that of showing ads from high-profile companies next to antisemitic content. The Babylon Bee, Timcast, and Benny Media all pledged big ad buys on the platform. Now, Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski has announced his plans to "go thermonuclear as well."
"When I said the cavalry is coming, I was not joking. In the coming days, we are going thermonuclear as well. Everyone is about to witness the greatest pushback against the censorship regime. The people’s support for all organizations in this mission is critical," Pavlovski said.
Pavlovski is no stranger to controversy. Like Musk, he has dedicated his platform to free speech. And like Musk, he has been savagely attacked for it. Rumble has been targeted by Check My Ads, a not-for-profit that claims to "cut disinformation off at the source." What they really do is shame advertisers into pulling their ads from sites that do not align with Check My Ads' progressive values. (Read more)

2. Truth Social Company Sues Media Outlets For Defamation - Reclaim The Net
Trump Media & Technology Group Corp, the owner of the Truth Social platform, has filed a lawsuit against 20 major media companies, including The Guardian, The Hollywood Reporter, and The Miami Herald, among others. The lawsuit, filed in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota County, Florida, alleges a coordinated media attack involving false reporting of a $73 million loss by TMTG.
TMTG accuses the defendants of fabricating a $73 million loss figure, citing a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing that does not contain such information. “This number was an utter fabrication,” states the complaint, highlighting that each defendant reported the same false number, supposedly based on the SEC filing.
The lawsuit suggests a deliberate attempt to harm TMTG and Truth Social’s reputation and financial standing, potentially impacting a significant merger between Digital World Acquisition Corporation (DWAC) and TMTG. “This was a coordinated effort to damage TMTG’s reputation, degrade the firm’s financial standing, freeze its access to capital, and torpedo the anticipated merger,” the complaint reads. 3. Argentina: President-Elect Javier Milei Promises ‘Spiritual’ Israel Trip, Will Move Embassy to Jerusalem - Brietbart
Argentina’s libertarian President-elect Javier Milei confirmed on Monday that he would make visits to both Israel and the United States before his inauguration on December 10, trips he described as “spiritual” and intended to meet with rabbis whom he had consulted during the election.
Milei won the presidency in a landslide on Sunday night, defeating the current Minister of Economics Sergio Massa, a socialist. Massa’s tenure has been defined by inflation of upwards of 140 percent, skyrocketing poverty and joblessness levels, and the worst economic crisis in the nation’s history. Milei, a self-described libertarian, has promised to install the U.S. dollar as an official currency, dramatically cut government spending through the elimination or privatization of agencies, and eliminate the Argentine Central Bank.
On foreign policy, Milei promised to abandon the pro-Iran, pro-China policies of incumbent President Alberto Fernández and the long line of socialist Peronists who preceded him and has repeatedly stated that Argentina’s top allies under his administration will be Israel and the United States. Milei reportedly began studying the Torah and considered converting to Judaism from Catholicism in 2021, and has maintained regular studies with multiple rabbis. (Read more)

We bless Javier Milei and pray for his protection in all he does and for him to know Messiah in fullness, as well. Amen.

4. Biden says Hamas hostage deal is 'looking good' - Just The News
President Joe Biden on Tuesday said efforts to free the hostages who have been held captive by Hamas for more than six weeks are "looking good," amid reports that Israel and Hamas have reached a tentative deal to release some of the hostages.
"We are now very close, very close. We could bring some of these hostages home very soon, but I don’t want to get into the details of things, because nothing is done until it’s done. And if we have more to say, we will. But things are looking good at the moment," Biden said at the start of a White House meeting on countering fentanyl.
About 240 hostages have been held captive since Oct. 7, when Hamas terrorists invaded Israel and killed around 1,200 people, including more than 30 U.S. citizens. Also on Tuesday, the Israeli government said it is discussing a potential hostage deal, while Hamas Political Bureau head Ismail Haniyeh said, "We are close to reaching a truce agreement." 5. Congress debating tax package that may cost up to $77 billion over next two years, watchdog says - Just The News
Congress will continue debating an end of year tax benefit package when lawmakers return from their Thanksgiving break that could cost $825 billion over 10 years, warns a federal budget watchdog group.
Lawmakers have not publicly released the full details of the proposal as negotiations continue but the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) reported that a temporary expansion of the Child Tax Credit will make up a significant portion of the expected forthcoming package.
"While we cannot estimate the permanent cost of the CTC without further details, a simple extrapolation of the $49 billion two-year costs suggests it would cost about $250 billion over a decade," according to an analysis from the CRFB about the expected tax benefit package. "This assumes the current credit is extended beyond its 2025 expiration but does not account for the cost of that extension." (Read more)

- Father God, we call for an immediate halt to this overwhelming devastation to our economy and standard of living because of irresponsible and reckless spending, in Jesus name! As we read about the dire conditions of Argentina, we see our country's name on the wall facing this socialist narrative and we take authority over the agenda of this administration and Congress to destroy our free market economy and standard of living in the same way. We will not accept socialism in the United States of America, and we pray, Holy Spirit, for Your divine strategies to bring it to a screeching halt and restore our strong covenant relationship with You, Father. God Bless America.

6. Trump, Mike Johnson meet at Mar-a-Lago - The Hill
Speaker Mike Johnson met with former President Trump on Monday night at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, a source familiar with the meeting confirmed to The Hill.
Johnson was at Trump’s estate for a fundraiser for Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-Fla.). It marked the first time Johnson and Trump have spoken in person since Johnson became Speaker in late October.
Trump and Johnson have had a warm relationship, with the Speaker just last week saying he’s “all in” for Trump’s 2024 White House bid.
Trump urged House lawmakers to rally behind Johnson after he was nominated for Speaker in late October following Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) ouster and three other failed efforts to replace McCarthy. Trump had initially backed Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) to replace McCarthy, but Jordan failed to secure enough support within the House GOP conference. (Read more)

7. Deep-Blue Santa Ana, California, May Give Voting Rights to Illegal Aliens - Brietbart
Voters in Santa Ana, California, a deep-blue city in Orange County, will soon decide whether or not to give local voting rights to potentially tens of thousands of foreign nationals, including illegal aliens.
Next year, during the November 5 election, voters in Santa Ana will be asked whether or not they want to approve giving the right to vote in municipal elections to foreign nationals, including illegal aliens, which would then go into effect by 2028.
According to the latest estimates, foreign nationals are nearly 25 percent of the resident population in Santa Ana. Potentially 60,000 illegal aliens reside in the city, parts of which voted 81 percent for President Joe Biden against former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election. (Read more)

8. Former Troops Punished over Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Sue for Billions in Lost Wages - Brietbart
Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.
Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay or benefits.
Saran said the amount is in the “billions. It’s worth billions. That’s just flat-out. That’s what it is in backpay. It’s billions of dollars,” he said.
The lawsuits were filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, which Saran said is a specialized court where illegal discharges are heard. (Read more)

A Time Of Reckoning Ahead?
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, November 21, 2023
In his book “Eye to Eye: Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel,” author and friend Bill Koenig draws the correlation that when the United States takes action to pressure Israel to divide her land major natural, economic or political disaster follows within 24-48 hours. He documents this phenomena over the last 30 years. It is irrefutable. When you consider what has happened in Israel in the Hamas attack and all the subsequent violence here in the US driven by hate for Jews and Israel, the actions of Joe Biden in trying to once again divide the land of Israel by restoring control of Gaza to the terrorist-backed Palestinian Authority may result in disastrous consequences.
In an Op-Ed for the Washington Post, Biden renewed the call for a “two-state” solution as the only answer to resolve the issue between Israel and “Palestinians.” He wrote: “As we strive for peace, Gaza and the West Bank should be reunited under a single governance structure, ultimately under a revitalized Palestinian Authority, as we all work toward a two-state solution.” Then Biden turned the table, pointing out that the US will not stand for violence against “Palestinians” in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) by Israeli settlers. He said, ““I have been emphatic with Israel’s leaders that extremist violence against Palestinians in the West Bank must stop and that those committing the violence must be held accountable,” adding the US will take its own steps against such “extremists attacking civilians in the West Bank.” Read More

Unprecedented (WHO) Meeting Happening NOW...
|
|
|
Nov 21, 2023
For the first time in history, the World Health Organization (WHO) is holding a "Joint INB-WGIHR Briefing" today of BOTH the Pandemic Treaty AND the more than 300 amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR).
The "INB" is the "Intergovernmental Negotiating Body," and the WGIHR is the "Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations."
WGIHR Co-Chair Dr. Ashley Bloomfield of New Zealand said they have a "mandate to deliver a package of targeted amendments to the IHR and ensure that equity is reflected in the IHR."
"We are confident that we will be able to deliver on our mandate by the 77th World Health Assembly. The will is there," said WGIHR Co-Chair Dr. Abdullah Assiri of Saudi Arabia.
These amendments will give WHO the ability to control all health care options for treatments, force injections, and use tracking and tracing. The WHO will determine what is "essential," control our ability to work and travel, mandate quarantine and isolation without limits, and dictate all trade, commerce, and shipping regulations. The WHO will even mandate border controls — and much more.
Joe Biden is enticing nations to support the WHO amendments by promising that America will provide the funding. The only things standing in the way of the WHO and Biden are YOU and CONGRESS. Flood Congress with as many faxes as possible to oppose and defund this disturbing power grab and stop the Biden administration. — Mat Staver;

We thank You, O Lord, that You are our side, and that no weapon forged against us, to bring us under a yoke of bondage, shall prosper. In Your Name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.
- "I hear the slander of many;
Fear is on every side;
While they take counsel together against me,
They scheme to take away my life.
14 But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord;
I say, “You are my God.”
15 My times are in Your hand;
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies,
And from those who persecute me."
(Psalm 31:13 - 15)

GOP senators raise concerns over 'suddenly' reassigned director at the Department of Energy
|
|
|
Sen. Risch leads GOP lawmakers asking why director was apparently reassigned after 11 years
|
|
Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, led a group of GOP lawmakers who raised the alarm in a letter Tuesday claiming the Biden administration "suddenly" reassigned a director in the Department of Energy.
The letter, sent to DOE Secretary Jennifer Granholm, states that on Oct. 17, Steven Black, the director of the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN), was abruptly reassigned to a "senior adviser" role within the Energy Department without explanation.
"We are also aware that a study conducted by an outside contractor, which the Department has had in its possession since April, outlines disturbing findings as to the state of counterintelligence across the Department, to include the national laboratories," Risch wrote.
"As you are well aware, the Department of Energy and the research it supports, especially at the national laboratories, is among the most important national security work undertaken by this country," the letter continued. "The findings in the contractor study, which Congress requested, are deeply concerning." (Fox News) Read more here.

- Thank You Father, for Senator Risch and the others who are getting on top of strange and unacceptable dealings within the alphabet agencies. We pray for a strong wall of protection and covering over our most sensitive sites and intelligence, in Jesus' name. We ask that all who are not working for the United States will be exposed and removed without question or delay. Strengthen and empower all Congressmembers who seek the good of our nation, while neutralizing and confusing those who seek our downfall, for they know not what they are doing and so that we can be a people who seek what is right, just, and noble, for the glory of God.
- "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy–meditate on these things." (Philippians 4:8)

The Never-Ending Race to Build the World’s
Tallest Structure
|
|
From ancient Egypt to present-day Dubai, a close look at some of the buildings that held the height record.
Ever since humans began building, they’ve been building up. Throughout the millennia, our constructions have reached higher and higher into the sky, spurred by various motivations: religion, democracy, nationalism, commerce and design, to name a few.
Ancient Egyptians built enormous pyramids to protect the mummified bodies of their pharaohs. Christians used Gothic engineering innovations like flying buttresses and vaulted arches to build cathedrals that stretched toward their heaven. Industrious Americans built the World Trade Center to bring international business to New York; when that center was struck down, they built an even taller replacement—a symbol of resilience
.
Around the globe, many human-made structures have enjoyed, for a time, the distinction of the tallest building in the world. From over 4,500 years ago to the present, here is a timeline detailing the record holders, from Giza to Dubai. Read More

Thanksgiving Includes a Love for America
|
|
Thanksgiving is actually critical theme to a spiritual awakening in America. This part of our foundation is specifically Christian, and it is uniquely patriotic. No other nation in the world has a day set aside to give thanks to the God of the Bible for sparing and providing for those early pioneers. Let's make sure we include the reason for there being a Thanksgiving in our celebration. Let's make sure we give thanks not only for our own blessings, but let us give thanks to God for America and its Christian foundation. Too many people are accusing preachers of mixing Christianity and politics or patriotism. Those who understand how this nation was founded are jealous for her godly heritage.
There is nothing wrong with a love for nation as long as it is grounded in a love for Jesus Christ. Let us be thankful to God for America, and let us pray that the Word of God may continue to have free course and be glorified in our nation. Let us pray also to be delivered from wicked and unreasonable men who do not have faith. America is still the greatest nation on the face of the earth and I am grateful for the many privileges and blessings of my citizenship. There are many enemies from within who want to take those privileges and blessings away from us. There are many who want to transform this nation into something God never ordained or intended. Thanksgiving is a great time of year to remember our roots and rejoice and give thanks for our nation and the many freedoms and blessings we still enjoy. (Charisma News) Read More

"In You, O Lord, I put my trust;
Let me never be ashamed;
Deliver me in Your righteousness.
2 Bow down Your ear to me,
Deliver me speedily;
Be my rock of refuge,
A fortress of defense to save me."
(Psalm 31:1,2)

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."

Scripture: O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. 1 Chron 16:34
Lyrics:
Call the kids in from outside
Tell them that it’s almost time
We’ve all been waiting for tonight
The table’s set for dinner
Can’t believe the year it’s been
Thankful to be here again
Gather ‘round and take a hand
Let’s all say together
We are grateful for these blessings
For good food with the ones we love
Our plates and our hearts overflowing
At this table there’s always enough
Tell us what you’re thankful for
But don’t talk when your mouth is full
Pass the gravy, pass the rolls
Pass the time as we remember Favorite stories from our history
Of who we are and who we used to be All different,
but we’re family And family is forever
We are grateful for these blessings
For good food with the ones we love
Our plates and our hearts overflowing
At this table there’s always enough
Bring out the pies and little forks
I hope you saved some room for more
We laugh until our cheeks are sore
‘Cause we just can’t keep from smiling
As we look around in every chair
At the loved ones who have gathered here
Reminding us of what we share
A reason for thanksgiving
We are grateful for these blessings
For good food with the ones we love
Our plates and our hearts overflowing
As we watch our family growing
There’s a sweet kind of comfort in knowing
At this table there’s always enough
