Nicole Shanahan, the billionaire and former vice presidential running mate of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has dabbled in everything from Eastern mysticism to yoga and has even practiced Judaism for more than a decade. But after facing a "heart-wrenching" personal loss and intense "spiritual warfare" on the campaign trail, she says the only place she found refuge was in the arms of Jesus. "Sometimes life has this way of turning down the volume on all the chaos, and in that stillness, we get a clear glimpse of what truly matters. One of these moments occurred in my life last month," she wrote in "My Baptism Story," a mini testimonial posted to X. It's an amazing conversion story that begins in September 2014 and takes a turn "just a few days before the presidential inauguration." Although Kennedy dropped out of the race and threw his support behind President Donald Trump last year, the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket still appeared on the ballot in several states during the November election and won more than 750,000 votes nationwide. It amounts to roughly 0.5% of the national popular vote total, but for Shanahan, it was a tough road. She said she "never seriously considered whether demons were real" until that point in her career. "Honestly, my last year in politics changed that," Shanahan continued. "Learning just how far some will go to inflict atrocities on innocent Americans has shocked me awake. Zelenskyy Says White House Clash ‘Regrettable,’ Ready for Peace Talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that last week’s clash with President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance at the White House was “regrettable” and pledged to sign a minerals deal and hold peace talks.
Zelenskyy, in his first statement since the Trump administration said it would pause military aid to Ukraine amid its war with Russia, said that Ukraine does not want “an endless war” and that “nobody wants peace more than Ukrainians.”
“We do really value how much America has done to help Ukraine maintain its sovereignty and independence,” the Ukrainian leader wrote in a statement, released on social media platform X. “And we remember the moment when things changed when President Trump provided Ukraine with Javelins. We are grateful for this.”
During the meeting with Trump and Vance, both the president and vice president admonished Zelenskyy over comments that he made, as well as his attitude toward their efforts to end the war. Trump later said he would continue to deal with Zelenskyy once the Ukrainian leader expresses a desire to end the war with Russia.
“Our meeting in Washington, at the White House on Friday, did not go the way it was supposed to be. It is regrettable that it happened this way. It is time to make things right. We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive,” Zelenskyy wrote, noting that he wants to sign a rare earth minerals deal with the United States and be part of peace talks with Russia.

CDC Says It’s on the Ground Responding to Texas Measles Outbreak

Texas officials say 159 cases of the virus have been confirmed as of Tuesday, with one death reported.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed it is on the ground in Texas on Tuesday to respond to an outbreak of measles that has grown to nearly 160 cases as U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said the agency is seeing “very good” results.
In a post on social media platform X, the CDC said it is working with the Texas Department of Health as part of a “rapid response” effort to “tackle urgent public health issues like disease outbreaks,” which will allow the agency to provide its expertise to local officials.
Before the statement, federal health officials had provided lab support and measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccines to Texas to mitigate the response, Kennedy said over the weekend.
In an interview on Tuesday morning, he told Fox News that CDC officials have treated most of the measles patients in the past two days and are “getting very, very good results” with steroids, cod liver oil, azithromycin, and vitamin A.
“What we’re trying to do is really to restore faith in government and to make sure that we are there to help them with their needs and not particularly to dictate what they ought to be doing,” Kennedy told the news outlet.
Health officials in Texas said in a statement on Tuesday that 159 measles cases have been confirmed since late January, leading to one death. The lone death involved a child who was not vaccinated against the virus, officials said. (The Epoch Times)

SCOTUS rules on nearly $2 billion in frozen USAID payments

The Supreme Court on Wednesday denied the Trump administration's request to block a lower court's order for the administration to pay nearly $2 billion in foreign aid money, delivering a near-term reprieve to international aid groups and contractors seeking payment for previously completed projects.
In a 5-4 ruling, the justices said that the Feb. 26 deadline imposed by a lower court for the Trump administration to pay the funds had already expired and directed the case back to the district court to clarify any additional details on payment.
"Given that the deadline in the challenged order has now passed, and in light of the ongoing preliminary injunction proceedings, the District Court should clarify what obligations the Government must fulfill to ensure compliance with the temporary restraining order, with due regard for the feasibility of any compliance timelines," the Court said.

1. IDF chief Zamir declares 2025 a year of war on Gaza and Iran - Jerusalem Post
Incoming IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamirtold the high command on Thursday night that 2025 will be a year of war focused on Gaza and Iran, with other fronts also being given attention.
He said that he will emphasize the concept of “victory” as an important value, as, in recent years, the IDF had been focused on relative victory or deterrence.
Additionally, he has decided that all efforts will be made to return the hostages from Hamas, though no specific policy changes have been named. (Read more)

2. Israel, US reject Egypt’s Gaza plan, Hamas welcomes it - JNS
Israel and the United States have rejected an Egyptian plan for Gaza’s reconstruction endorsed by an Arab League summit in Cairo on Tuesday, while the Hamas terrorist group welcomed the proposal.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry sharply criticized the statement issued at the Emergency Summit of the Extraordinary Arab Summit, accusing it of ignoring the realities on the ground following Hamas’ brutal attack on Oct. 7, 2023.
“The statement remains rooted in outdated perspectives,” the ministry said, adding that it “fails to mention Hamas’ brutal terrorist attack, which resulted in thousands of Israeli deaths and hundreds of kidnappings.” Israel also condemned the summit for its failure to denounce Hamas explicitly. The Hamas terror organization only has “a few days” to agree to a U.S.-proposed ceasefire extension, an Israeli government spokesman confirmed on Tuesday.
“If they don’t, the Cabinet will convene and decide on the next steps,” Omer Dostri, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s spokesman, told Israel’s Army Radio.
The Security Cabinet, which is responsible for defense-related decisions and composed of senior ministers, is scheduled to meet on Sunday at 4 p.m., the Ynet outlet reported on Tuesday, noting that the forum would convene only after Maj. More than 500 victims of the October 7th massacre are suing the Palestinian Authority for $1.2 billion (4.5 billion shekels) over its alleged involvement in the massacre.
The plaintiffs are suing the Palestinian Authority (PA), the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), and former head of the Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Committee, Qadura Fares, for damages.
The plaintiffs accuse the organizations of direct and indirect involvement in planning the invasion and massacre of Israelis.
Among the hundreds of plaintiffs are the Akuni family from Netiv HaAsar, where parents Ruti and Aryeh and their daughter Or were murdered; the family of Ohad Yahalomi, whose body was buried last week after being released by Hamas; and Yonatan Brosh, who was wounded in Nahal Oz while his wife Shoshana was murdered in front of him. 1. Top FBI official forced OUT after defying Trump administration - DML News
The top agent at the F.B.I.’s New York field office said in an email Monday that he had been forced out of his job. His departure follows clashes with Justice Department officials over the Trump administration’s directives.
The agent, James E. Dennehy, was told Friday to retire from his role leading the F.B.I.’s largest field office, delivering another blow to the senior ranks of the bureau. Mr. Dennehy had been running the office since September, but had angered Trump administration officials by supporting bureau leaders who resisted turning over the names of personnel who had investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

2. Huge Study Says Transgender Surgery Doubles Depression Rates - Breitbart
Transgender surgery raises the rates of depression, suicidal impulses, anxiety, and drug addiction, a huge new study says. Yet the study’s authors concluded that governments should just spend more on the “mental health” of patients to offset the damage of transgender therapies.
The study is another blow for transgender activists and friendly judges who insist that transgender medical treatments be funded by taxpayers because the treatments are supposedly life-saving forms of self-expression. That argument is fundamental in the activists’ fight against current efforts by the federal government and state governments to protect children and youths from transgender advocacy.
The study of 107,583 patients posted in the Journal of Sexual Medicine reported that depression doubled among men who underwent transgender surgery: “Males with surgery showed a higher prevalence of depression (25.4% vs. 11.5%, RR 2.203, P < 0.0001) and anxiety (12.8% vs. 2.6%, RR 4.882, P < 0.0001).” (Read more) |

3. BlackRock to take over Hong Kong-owned ports in Panama Canal in $23 billion deal - Washington Examiner
A Hong Kong-based conglomerate agreed to sell its stake in a subsidiary that operates ports along the Panama Canal to a United States-based firm as the Trump administration ramps up pressure to rid the canal of Chinese influence.
CK Hutchison Holdings, which holds 90% control of the Panama Ports Company, said in a filing that it would sell its shares in two ports, Balboa and Cristobal, to a consortium led by BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management company.
Hutchison Port Holdings and Hutchison Port Group Holdings, under the control of CK Hutchison Holdings, hold 80% of the Hutchison Ports group that operates 43 ports in 23 countries. The consortium consists of BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners, and Terminal Investment Limited.
This $23 billion deal came after Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s February visit to Panama, during which he told Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino that the Panama Canal must be rid of Chinese influence or Panama could face retaliation from the Trump administration. (Read more) |

4. Trump responds to Trudeau’s retaliatory tariffs - DML News
President Donald Trump has fired back at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in a very short but pointed social media post, after Trudeau went on a tirade against Trump Tuesday morning, and announced retaliatory tariffs. Trudeau fumed that the tariffs weren’t fair, and repeatedly referred to the president as “Donald,” instead of using the respectful term, “President Trump.”
In return, Trump mockingly referred to Trudeau as “governor,” and announced this is about to get much worse. “Please explain to Governor Trudeau, of Canada, that when he puts on a Retaliatory Tariff on the U.S., our Reciprocal Tariff will immediately increase by a like amount!” President Trump warned. 6. Trump reveals stiff CONSEQUENCES for pro-Hamas, anti-semitic demonstrations on college campuses - DML News
The Trump administration is cracking down on the mobs of pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protesters creating havoc in the streets and taking over college campuses, spewing their anti-Semitic chants and harassing Jewish students.
Hundreds of rioters wearing masks and Palestinian keffiyehs went on a rampage last week at Columbia University and New York City’s Barnard College, as they took over a building on a campus, leading police to make multiple arrests. In a fiery post on Truth Social Tuesday morning, President Donald Trump announced there will be stiff consequences for the demonstrations, including DEPORTATIONS.

Stupidocrisy: Mainstream "News" and Reality

CNN’s website is full of “news” stories decrying the unjust acts of holding the government accountable for fraud and malfeasance. Headlines include: Judges make the Trump Administration explain what it is doing; Elon Musk sees dead people; DOGE wants access to your tax and Social Security data; How Colorado voters feel about Trump’s tumultuous new term. All these headlines are designed to cast fear into what Trump is doing to hold government accountable from robbing taxpayers blind. Reality is that these are opinion pieces disguised as news and are aimed at creating a tyrannical image of Trump as he does his constitutional duty of protecting Americans from overreaching government.
What is the difference between an IRS agent having access to your Social Security and bank account numbers and an auditor of a federal government agency investigating whether the IRS has harassed or stolen your money? Elon Musk is appointed to head a federal government agency aimed at reducing waste and preventing fraud. To make a false flag event out of government auditing government is irresponsible, yet that is exactly what the mainstream news media and the Democratic Party is doing. There is no excuse for the waste, fraud, and expenditures that do not ensure domestic tranquility, or provide for the common defense and general welfare of this country. World's Largest Iceberg Runs Aground
Off Remote Island

The world's largest iceberg has run aground in shallow waters off the remote British island of South Georgia, home to millions of penguins and seals.
The iceberg, which is about twice the size of Greater London, appears to be stuck and may start breaking up on the island's south-west shores.
Fisherman fear they will be forced to battle with vast chunks of ice, and it could affect some macaroni penguins feeding in the area.
But scientists in Antarctica say that huge amounts of nutrients are locked inside the ice, and that as it melts, it could create an explosion of life in the ocean.
"It's like dropping a nutrient bomb into the middle of an empty desert," says Prof Nadine Johnston from British Antarctic Survey.
Ecologist Mark Belchier who advises the South Georgia government said: "If it breaks up, the resulting icebergs are likely to present a hazard to vessels as they move in the local currents and could restrict vessels' access to local fishing grounds."
The stranding is the latest twist in an almost 40-year story that began when the mega chunk of ice broke off the Filchner–Ronne Ice Shelf in 1986.
