Donald Trump Dominant: Declared Winner of South Carolina Primary Race Within Minutes
Former President Donald Trump was declared the winner of the South Carolina Republican primary race in mere minutes, serving as a significant blow to Nikki Haley, the former governor of that state.

Within minutes of the polls closing, the AP called the race for Trump, and others followed.

All polls predicted a landslide victory for Trump in the Palmetto State, but because the polls just closed, his margin of victory is currently unknown.

With the results in, all eyes now go to Haley and her political future — namely, if she will remain in the race. However, Haley preemptively put speculation to rest this week while speaking to a crowd in Greenville, South Carolina, telling the audience that she planned to stay in the race, regardless of what the results were in her home state.

“South Carolina will vote on Saturday, but on Sunday, I’ll still be running for president,” she said, emphasizing that she is “not going anywhere.” (Breitbart) Read more

- Father, we once again pray that Your wisdom and Your choice will prevail over this Presidential campaign and the election that follows. Bring unity, Lord, so that the left-wing Marxists will not destroy our nation. Watch over the country, save those who will be saved, and restore our country to its roots in You.

What caused the AT&T outage? Company's initial review says it wasn't a cyberattack
Many AT&T customers were left without cellphone service Thursday thanks to a widespread outage that began in the early morning and lasted until roughly 3 p.m. ET, when the company confirmed it had restored service to affected customers.
Following the incident, AT&T and federal organizations are investigating the cause of the disruption, assessing the possibility of a cyberattack. AT&T has since completed an initial review, though it says it will continue to look into the issue to prevent future occurrences.

Here's what we know so far about the cause of the AT&T outage.

An initial review by the company found the disruption was caused by the "application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network," or, more simply put, a technical error.
AT&T said it was continuing its assessment of the matter as of Thursday night.
Was the AT&T outage a cyberattack?
According to a statement posted by AT&T Thursday evening, the network outage was not the result of a cyberattack.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) partnered with AT&T to launch an investigation into the outages into the possibility of an attack.
The White House's national security communications adviser John Kirby said Thursday afternoon, “We're being told that AT&T has no reason to think that this was a cyber-security incident. But again, I want to be careful. We won't know until an investigation has been completed.” (msn.com) Read more here.
- Father, regardless of whether this was an organic situation or a cyberattack, we pray that You will protect the infrastructure of America from cell phones to the electric grid. We humbly ask You to place a hedge of protection around us.

Pentagon Says High-Altitude Balloon Spotted Over Western U.S. Is ‘Hobbyist’ Balloon
The Pentagon said on Saturday that a high altitude balloon being monitored by the military as it floats across the United States is a hobby balloon and not another Chinese spy balloon.

The Department of Defense told CBS News that a balloon flying across the Western United States at altitudes of between 43,000 to 45,000 feet was just a “hobbyist” balloon. Previously the Department said that the balloon was not believed to be a threat but that it would continue tracking the craft after the balloon’s presence was reported on Friday.

North American Aerospace Command (NORAD) fighter jets flew out to the craft and found it “not maneuverable,” saying that it was not a “threat to national security.” The balloon was reportedly made of Mylar and is carrying a small box.

“NORAD will continue to track and monitor the balloon,” a defense official said on Friday, “The FAA also determined the balloon posed no hazard to flight safety. NORAD remains in close coordination with the FAA to ensure flight safety.” (Daily Wire) Read more here.

- Lord, we ask that You bring an anointing of true wisdom to our leaders and military so that no foreign actors will be able to surveil our country as occurred before. Help our military to seek Your face for understanding of all situations.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. UN rights officials call for Israel arms embargo; FM: They’re cooperating with Hamas - Times of Israel

Foreign Minister Israel Katz accused the UN Human Rights Council of collaborating with Hamas on Saturday, after a group of UN rights officials called for an arms embargo on Israel, saying that any export of weapons or ammunition to the Jewish state for use in Gaza was “likely to violate international humanitarian law.”

In the statement, issued under the auspices of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the rights experts said that all countries have a responsibility not to sell weapons “if it is expected, given the facts or past patterns of behavior, that they would be used to violate international law.” The same thing went for military intelligence, the statement noted.

In response to the statement, the Foreign Ministry reiterated that Israel was fighting the war in self-defense and that “even in the face of the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Hamas terrorists, Israel has acted, and will continue to act, in accordance with international law.” (Read more)

2. In Paris, Israel and mediators agree on outline for hostage deal, pending Hamas okay - Times of Israel

An Israeli delegation of top security officials returned from talks in Paris on Saturday as reports spread of growing hope in Jerusalem that a new hostage release deal with Hamas could be within reach.

Israel’s war cabinet was conferring by telephone on Saturday evening to discuss the emerging “outline of an agreement,” described by an Israeli official cited widely in media as a “basis on which to build a plan and the principles for negotiations.”

“There’s significant progress and a solid basis for discussions,” the official said.

At the same time, an Israeli official told The Times of Israel that while there was optimism in Israeli media about the likelihood of a deal, the delegation itself was more cautious. (Read more)

3. Israel to advance plans for 3,000 settler homes after terror attack - Jerusalem Post

Israel intends to advance plans for 3,000 new settler homes in the aftermath of the West Bank terror attack next to a checkpoint heading into Jerusalem, in which one man was killed, and another eight were injured.

“Let every terrorist plotting to harm us know that any raising of a hand against Israeli citizens will be met with a blow of death and destruction and the deepening of our eternal grip on the entire Land of Israel,” Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich stated.

He was one of a number of ministers who, together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, decided on the plan that is likely only to increase the tension between Israel and its Western allies, including the United States. (Read more)

4. PM Netanyahu to CBS News: 'We’re going to enter Rafah to achieve total victory over Hamas' - Israel National News

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to CBS News Sunday on an IDF military action in Rafah.

Netanyahu said that the IDF was heading into Rafah, and plans for this operation would be approved Sunday, as well as the evacuation of the civil population from the city, to achieve total victory over Hamas.

Netanyahu added that the government got support of 99 members of Knesset for his proposal against international dictations for a Palestinian state. (Read more)

5. Gallant: Israel will keep hitting Hezbollah, independent of possible Gaza truce - JNS

Israel will continue to expand its airstrikes on Hezbollah terror targets in Lebanon, even if Jerusalem reaches a ceasefire-for-hostages deal with Hamas in Gaza, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant vowed during a visit to the military’s Northern Command headquarters in Safed on Sunday.

“In the event of a temporary truce in Gaza, we will increase the fire in the north, and will continue until the full withdrawal of Hezbollah [from the border] and the return of the residents to their homes,” Gallant said.

Attacks from the Land of the Cedars have killed six civilians and 10 IDF soldiers since Iran-backed Hezbollah Shi’ite militia joined the war in support of Hamas on Oct. 8. Some 80,000 Israelis have been displaced from their homes up to 6 miles from the border with Lebanon.

“We are planning to increase the firepower against Hezbollah, which is unable to find replacements for the commanders we are eliminating,” Gallant stated on Sunday. (Read more)

1: Former Panama Border Chief: UN Is Behind the Chaos at U.S.–Mexico Border- The Epoch Times

The former director of Panama’s border patrol told The Epoch Times that the United Nations’ migration agenda is behind the chaos at the U.S. southern border and that U.N. partners are making things worse instead of better.

Oriel Ortega, now a security and defense consultant to Panamanian President Laurentino Cortizo, said during a Feb. 22 interview that he saw a jump in migration in 2016, at the same time that more nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) moved into Panama.

That increase corresponded with the U.N.’s Global Compact for Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration meeting in 2016. Two years later, 152 nations—including Panama—voted in favor of the compact to manage global migration. The United States voted against it.

But under the U.N., the migration process has been anything but orderly, Mr. Ortega said.
“It’s completely opposite right now,” he said through an interpreter. (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that this situation would be reversed, and that all evil plans of the UN would fall to the ground. We bind their agendas and ask for Your Spirit to be loosed to bring about repentance and truth.

- “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19)

2: Schumer in Ukraine Vows US Support Amid House Aid Standoff - The Epoch Times

Despite the impasse in the House of Representatives over a $60 billion aid plan, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) is in Ukraine to reassure President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other leaders that Congress will fund another wave of U.S. aid.

Mr. Schumer led a delegation on Feb. 23 in an announced trip that comes as Ukraine is facing a dangerous situation. Mr. Zelenskyy has said that the Ukrainian military is at grave risk of running out of ammunition and weaponry due to the ongoing conflict and the country’s inability to fend off Russia’s advance on the battlefield.

Shortly after his arrival, Mr. Schumer posted to X, formerly Twitter, offering his assurances, saying, “To President Zelenskyy and the people of Ukraine: You are valiant. The United States stands with you. We will not abandon you. We will fight and fight to get this critical aid to you and to your brave soldiers.”

Congressional representatives from both parties have recently visited Europe to assure their constituents that their country will remain steadfast in its support of Ukraine and other European friends. However, what lies ahead is anything from guaranteed. (Read more)

- Lord, we pray that ONLY Your will be done over aide to Ukraine. We understand the needs, and we have empathy for the people of Ukraine in the midst of a horrific war. But we pray that the crisis at our own southern border will take a front seat to international aide. Grant our leadership understanding of the problems that affect Americans deeply.

- “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)

3: Christian media adopt biblical Judea and Samaria over West Bank - Jerusalem Post

He explained that the term "West Bank" is merely a geographical term applicable to the country of Jordan, which governed the area from 1949 to 1967.

The president and CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), Troy Miller, has endorsed a resolution opposing using the term “West Bank” and adopting Judea and Samaria instead.

“NRB opposes the use of the erroneous term ‘West Bank’ to describe the biblical heartland of Israel and calls on its members to refer to the region by its historic name of Judea and Samaria,” reads the resolution, which was endorsed on Wednesday evening at the annual NRB convention.

The resolution was prepared as a collaboration between Israel365, The Israel Guys and the Israel Allies Foundation, with the encouragement of the broadcasting network. NRB has over 1,100 member organizations that reach millions of viewers, listeners, and readers. (Read more)

4.  Attacks on Churches Increased 800 Percent in Last 6 Years: Report – The Epoch Times

A report released by the Family Research Council (FRC) indicates an 800 percent increase in violent incidents against churches in the past six years.

The Feb. 20 report (pdf), titled “Hostility Against Churches Is on the Rise in the United States,” shed light on the aggressive trend of increased attacks against churches, with data indicating that attacks on the places of worship doubled in 2023 over the previous year.

According to the FRC’s 183 pages of findings, at least 915 acts of hostility against U.S. churches were identified between 2018 and 2023.

FRC president and former chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom Tony Perkins said of the report, "There is a common connection between the growing religious persecution abroad and the rapidly increasing hostility toward churches here at home: our government’s policies.

“The indifference abroad to the fundamental freedom of religion is rivaled only by the increasing antagonism toward the moral absolutes taught by Bible-believing churches here in the U.S., which is fomenting this environment of hostility toward churches.”

These acts encompassed various forms of aggression, including vandalism, arson, gun-related incidents, bomb threats, and more. (Read more)

- Father, we pray for Your protection over Your people in all Bible-believing churches. Grant all of us strength in our faith as times grow more hostile here in the USA. We seek Your face in this issue, and pray for a flood of repentance and truth to wash over the churches as well as the outside world.

- “But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

5: BRYAN LEIB: Jewish Voters Are Taking A Second Look At Donald Trump – Daily Caller

A recent Siena College poll shocked many with President Trump leading Joe Biden among Jewish New York voters 53% to 44%. This 9-point lead is unprecedented for Jewish voters to support a Republican presidential candidate and opens the possibility of flipping this group from blue to red.

In 2016, 24% of the Jewish vote went for Trump and 30% in 2020. So, if Jews around the country are trending over 50% like they are in New York right now, this could spell disaster for the Democrats who have grown accustomed to receiving 70-75% of Jewish voters in previous national elections. While it’s just one poll, it could be the beginning of a realignment of Jews from overwhelmingly voting Democratic.

The surge in support from the Jewish New York Community for President Trump is not shocking to me for three reasons: 1) Trump delivered on every single campaign promise he made to the Jewish and Pro-Israel community. 2) The Democrats have missed many opportunities to condemn Squad members such as Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib. 3) The aftermath of the horrific Oct. 7 massacre in Israel led to mass protests happening around the United States with protestors calling for the genocide of the Jewish people in Israel and around the world. (Read more)

- Father, we pray that all Jewish voters listen closely to Your voice as they go to the polls in November. Let no subterfuge, or lies, or twisting of the facts be used to sway the truth.  Please preserve our nation from the plans of the left.

- “You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God and there is none else. And my people shall never again be put to shame.” (Joel 2:27)

6: Biden’s New Sanctions Against Russia Fall ‘Far Short Of Expectations,’ Expert Says – Daily Wire

President Joe Biden’s fresh round of sanctions against Russia in retaliation for Alexei Navalny’s death appear to be more symbolic than consequential.

The Treasury Department announced more than 500 new sanctions largely against Russia’s financial and military sectors on Friday. The round of sanctions are the most at one time since Russia invaded Ukraine two years ago.

Navalny, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s chief critic in Russia, was arrested and imprisoned in a Siberian penile colony in 2021. The prison announced last week that Navalny had died. The announcement drew condemnation from Western leaders and deep suspicions that Navalny’s death was ordered by Putin.

Biden said in 2021 that he warned Putin in the eventuality of Navalny’s death that the repercussions would be “devastating for Russia.” The new round of sanctions is unlikely to have any significant impact, however, according to experts and officials who spoke to The Wall Street Journal.

“On the one hand, this next turn of the crank is inevitable because the U.S. needs to take concrete steps to respond to Navalny’s death,” Council on Foreign Relations senior fellow Charles Kupchan told WSJ. “On the other hand, it’s quite clear at this stage that the sanctions package against Russia has fallen far short of expectations.” (Read more)

- Lord, the truth of the matter is that Mr. Biden is weak on foreign policy.  We pray that You will undertake in this area, and bring about strength where it is needed.

- “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”  (Isaiah 40:31)

7: Politico’s Przybyla: Christian Nationalists, Not Christians, Believe Rights Come from God – Breitbart

Politico investigative reporter Heidi Przybyla said Thursday on MSNBC’s “All In” that Christian nationalists, not Christians, believe rights come from God.

Przybyla said, “The base of the Republican Party has shifted. Remember when Trump ran in 2016, a lot of the mainland Evangelicals wanted nothing to do with the divorced real estate mogul who cheated on his wife with a porn star, and all of that. So what happened was that he was surrounded by this more extremist element. We are going to hear words like Christian Nationalism, like the new re-formation. These are groups that you should get very schooled on because they have a lot of power in Trump’s circle, the one thing that unites all of them, because there’s many different groups orbiting Trump, but the thing that unites them as Christian nationalists — not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different — is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority. They don’t come from Congress. They don’t come to the Supreme Court, they come from God.”

She continued, “The problem with that is that they are determining men — it is men — are determining what God is telling them. And in the past, that so-called natural law is, you know, it’s a pillar of Catholicism for instance, it’s been used for good in social justice campaigns. Martin Luther King evoked it in talking about civil rights.” (Read more)

- Lord, the narrative that Christians are “extremist” is dangerous to Your faithful people of all denominations. We take Your authority over the statements of this and others who espouse that view, and bind them tightly. We pray Your mighty protection over all who love You and abide in Your Spirit. We ask that You visit Ms. Przybyla in the night seasons, changing her viewpoint, bring repentance, enlighten her to understand Your truth.

- “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.” (Ephesians 6:13)

8: Catherine Herridge Shares Union Statement Condemning CBS News’ Seizure of Her Notes - Breitbart

Veteran investigative journalist Catherine Herridge, whom CBS News laid off last week, shared a statement on Friday that appeared to confirm that the network had seized notes from her office after she had been let go in an unusual and heavy-handed manner that called into question the network’s motives.

Herridge, who reported on the Justice Department and other national security matters, had been reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop scandal for the network and was in the middle of a First Amendment case after refusing to turn over to an Obama-appointed federal judge the name of a source for an investigative piece she wrote for Fox News in 2017.

“Important update via @sagaftra,” Herridge posted on X, along with the union’s statement.

The statement came after an article on Tuesday by The Hill columnist and former CBS News legal analyst Jonathan Turley that said CBS News had seized Herridge’s files — a highly unusual practice when a news employee is laid off. (Read more)

- Lord, we bring Ms. Herridge before you and ask that You touch her soul and heart to draw her to Yourself. We also ask that You stop any news organization from stealing the notes of laid off employees, which is contrary to the US Constitution and freedom of the press. Let these notes be returned to Ms. Herridge.

- “You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; you shall not lie to one another.” (Leviticus 19:11)

Jack Smith Files More Evidence in Secret, Under Seal, Despite Team Trump Objections

Special counsel Jack Smith on Friday filed more evidence, in secret and under seal, without the presence or notification of former President Donald Trump’s attorneys, a practice that the former president’s lawyers have said infringe on their client’s right to open proceedings.

In a Feb. 23 notice of filing at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, Mr. Smith’s team indicated that they have filed documents related to an order pursuant to CIPA Section 4 rules, delivering them to a classified information security officer in Fort Pierce, Florida.

President Trump has been charged with retaining national defense information, meaning that his case will be tried under the complex rules laid out in the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA), which governs how those documents can be used in court.

A CIPA Section 4 motion asks the judge to redact certain information from the classified documents that are turned over to the defense. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Lord, we pray that Your truth and fairness will prevail against the plans of this special prosecutor and any other litigators’ actions against the former President.

- “The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirit.” (Prov. 16:1-2)

And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

(Isaiah 42:13)

Nearly 30,000 objects are hurtling through near-Earth orbit. That’s not just a problem for space
In low-earth orbit, objects can collide at around 23,000 miles an hour, enough for even the tiniest debris to crack the windows on the International Space Station.

(CNN) — Once upon a time, gazing at the night sky was an escape from manmade messiness on Earth.

Not anymore.

Nearly 70 years after the launch of Sputnik, there are so many machines flying through space, astronomers worry their light pollution will soon make it impossible to study other galaxies with terrestrial telescopes.

Then there is the space junk — nearly 30,000 objects bigger than a softball hurtling a few hundred miles above Earth, ten times faster than a bullet.

And after NOAA used high-flying aircraft to take first-in-a-generation samples of the stratosphere, new science shows that the for-profit space race is changing the sky in measurable ways and with potentially harmful consequences for the ozone layer and Earth’s climate.

“We can see the fingerprint of human space traffic on stratospheric aerosol,” said Troy Thornberry, a research physicist at NOAA’s Chemical Sciences Laboratory. “Adding a lot of material to the stratosphere that was never there before is something that we’re considering, as well as the sheer mass of material that we put into space.” Read More

The Good News Corner
Majority of Texas Hispanics support building border wall, sending troops to border
A majority of Hispanic Texas voters support Gov. Greg Abbott building a border wall and constructing additional barriers along the Texas-Mexico border, according to a new poll. Hispanic Republicans are also increasingly running for office and voting in larger margins this primary election than in 2022, according to new exit poll data. The majority of Hispanic voters, 56%, support Texas building its own border wall and repairing walls or physical barriers at its border with Mexico, according to the University of Texas/Texas Politics Project poll. By comparison, 34% oppose it. Another 42% of Hispanic voters support Texas installing buoys and barbed wire at the Rio Grande River to block illegal entry, compared to 49% who don’t. Overall, 65% of all Texas voters said they support Texas building its own wall and barriers compared to 28% who oppose it. And 57% support Texas installing marine buoys in the Rio Grande River compared to 36% who don’t. Two-thirds of respondents – 66% – said they support deploying additional state police and military resources to the border, compared to 27% who oppose it. Among them, a majority of Hispanic voters, 51%, support it.

Hispanic voters and officials have shifted right over the years, with more officials leaving the Democratic Party to become Republicans. During the midterm elections, a poll identified three regions in Texas where Hispanic voters were leaning more Republican including in South Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, and outer suburbs of Texas’ four largest cities where minorities are disproportionately impacted by border and cartel related crime. Part of the shift right can be attributed to the efforts of Project RedTX, which has been recruiting and supporting candidates at the local level since 2018. It was founded at a time when numerous Texas counties that historically voted Democrat were shifting right but few Republicans were elected locally or even filed to run for office. That changed after more Republicans ran for office and won in 2018 in historically Democratic districts. “Republicans continue to make significant inroads in Texas border communities and other historically blue regions of the state,” Project Red Texas Director Wayne Hamilton said in a statement. Freshman Republican Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz also points to primary voter data to show the trend is continuing. More people are voting in the Republican Party in her congressional district, which includes Hidalgo County, than before, she says. The border county is 92% Hispanic and has traditionally voted Democrat. (Just the News) Read More Here.

- Father, we celebrate polls showing a shift by Hispanics who are now turning into Republican voters in Texas and also supporting efforts to protect this nation! We pray for diligent security at the southern border and for a return to commonsense legal-citizenship paths, by vetting immigrants, to secure a safe future for America. We ask for Your hedge of protection upon Governor Abbott, our Border Agents and all U.S. citizens. Hear the prayers of every intercessor as we lift repentance on behalf of our nation and cry out for Your mercy to save our Land! In Jesus' powerful Name-Amen

Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

Words: Isaac Watts
Music: Lowell Mason

Scripture: Let us fix our eyes on Jesus. Hebrews 12:2

Lyrics:

O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s a light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!

Refrain
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of the world will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace

Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
Over us sin no more hath dominion—
For more than conquerors we are!

Refrain
His Word shall not fai you—He promised;
Believe Him, and all will be well:
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!
