1. The Coming Nationwide Lockdown - American Renewal Project
Tucker Carlson ventured in upon the Covid-19 situation in his opening monologue last week: “So the question is, what exactly is this about? It’s not about science. If masks and lockdowns prevented spikes in coronavirus infections, we wouldn’t be seeing spikes in coronavirus infections after nine months. But we are seeing them, so clearly, the geniuses got it wrong once again. This time, they’re not even bothering to point to legitimate scientific studies to support continuing their policies because there aren’t any studies that support that.”
Who could have concocted in March this year a scheme that thugs and hoodlums would be burning down cities and looting businesses across America ... with impunity, scot-free? Or that a Texas mother would be fined, arrested, and put in jail for keeping her hairdresser business open to feed her children, or that pastors across the nation in blue states would be fined hundreds of thousands of dollars, each, and threatened with criminal indictment for holding worship services? Or that the constitutional rights of American citizens would be violated in the name of an alleged “health emergency” that has a 99% survival rate?
Anyone who thinks that the November 3rd election had anything to do with Democrats versus Republicans has been disconnected from reality. What’s happening in America eerily resembles George Orwell’s dystopian account of a future repressive totalitarian state in his book, Nineteen Eighty-Four, often published as 1984, prophetically written as early as 1947-1948.
--Lord, we are very concerned about the path that this nation is taking. We are seeing the rise of tyranny and oppression. Our eyes are upon you, we look to you for our deliverance. Our times and our days are in your hands!

Focus on Israel
1. Blue and White mulling dispersing Knesset next Monday - Jerusalem Post
Blue and White is considering bringing its own bill next Monday to disperse the Knesset and initiate elections, in order to preempt a Knesset dispersal bill sponsored by Yesh Atid-Telem that opposition leader Yair Lapid intends to bring to a vote next Wednesday, sources in the party told The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.
The sources said all options are on the table for Blue and White, and it is important to party leader Benny Gantz to lead and not be dragged by Lapid. The options also include passing controversial legislation the Likud opposes that could prevent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from forming the next government, promote equality and enable gay men to adopt children.
Likud officials said Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin could block such legislation so it has no chance of passing into law. The Knesset will be dispersed automatically on December 23 if a state budget is not passed by then, and Netanyahu would remain prime minister in a caretaker government.

2. High Court orders government to explain failure to pass 2020 budget - Times of Israel
With just over a month remaining until the end of the year, Israel’s top court instructed the government on Tuesday to explain why it has thus far failed to pass a budget for 2020.
The High Court of Justice gave the government 21 days to explain the legality of an amendment to Israel’s Basic Law, passed by legislators in August, which allowed them to delay the passing of the budget until mid-December.
Legal representatives for both the government and the Knesset must explain why the law “should not be revoked due to an abuse of the constitutive authority of the Knesset,” justices wrote in their order.

3. Netanyahu nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize- Israel National News
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was nominated Tuesday for the Nobel Peace Prize, for the recent string of peace deals between Israel and moderate Arab states.
The nomination was submitted by Lord David Trimble, a former North Irish lawmaker who was instrumental in the negotiations which led to the Good Friday Agreement of 1998, which effectively ended the conflict between Protestants and Catholics in North Ireland.
Trimble is himself a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, receiving the prize in 1998.
Because Netanyahu has been nominated by a prize laureate, the prize committee is required to convene to consider the nomination.

4. Israel's virus cabinet votes to reopen all schools in low-infection areas -YNET News
Israel's coronavirus cabinet Tuesday voted unanimously to reopen all schools in communities with low coronavirus infection rate within the next two weeks.
Following an eight-hour long debate, ministers decided students in grades 7-12, who have still not gone back to in-class studies, will be allowed to return to schools in "green" and "yellow" communities that have a relatively low coronavirus infection rate.
According to Education Minister Yoav Gallant's outline, high schools will reopen as soon as Sunday, with middle schools resuming in-class studies a week later, on Dec. 6. Both students and teachers will be routinely tested for COVID-19 to avoid another outbreak. The outline also says students in grades 7-12 will study in small groups with in-class studies taking place at least two days a week.
The decision to reopen schools is an achievement for Galant, who managed to convince Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept the outline, despite the prime minister's reservations and fears about a new coronavirus outbreak.

5. Israel to Transfer Medical Equipment to Gaza in Exchange for ‘Lull’ -Jewish Press
Israel has agreed to transfer medical equipment – including respirators – to Gaza, from the Palestinian Authority, in exchange for a “hudna” or “lull” in hostilities, according to an Arabic-language report by the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar.
“The policy of ‘dropping missiles’ from the Gaza Strip towards [Israel] continues . . . amid a large outbreak of the emerging coronavirus,” wrote journalist Rajab Al-Madhoun.
“At this time, the mediators transmit a number of messages exchanged between the resistance and the occupation, the last of which is the enemy’s agreement to bring medical equipment into Gaza, contrary to what the Hebrew media say.”

2. US agency ascertains Biden as winner, lets transition begin - AP News
The General Services Administration ascertained Monday that President-elect Joe Biden is the “apparent winner” of the Nov. 3 election, clearing the way for the start of the transition from President Donald Trump’s administration and allowing Biden to coordinate with federal agencies on plans for taking over on Jan. 20.
Trump, who had refused to concede the election, said in a tweet that he is directing his team to cooperate on the transition but is vowing to keep up the fight.
Administrator Emily Murphy made the determination after Trump efforts to subvert the vote failed across battleground states, citing, “recent developments involving legal challenges and certifications of election results.” Michigan certified Biden’s victory Monday, and a federal judge in Pennsylvania tossed a Trump campaign lawsuit on Saturday seeking to prevent certification in that state.
--Father, while the resources and services have been made available to Joe Biden, by Ms. Murphy, she is clear that the decision will be made outside of her purview. 3. Trump To Ban US Exports To Nearly 100 Chinese Communist Party - The National Post
The 89 firms would no longer be allowed to receive U.S. exports, according to a report from Reuters. Among the companies listed are Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China Ltd., or Comac, and Aviation Industry Corp. of China Ltd. The move, if implemented, would follow a host of bans issued by the Trump administration towards firms with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
China’s Foreign Ministry said Monday that it “firmly” opposed the “U.S. oppression of Chinese companies without a cause.”
“The U.S. should stop extending and stretching the concept of national security to oppress foreign companies,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said at a daily briefing.
The U.S. list comes after Trump earlier this month signed an order barring American investments in Chinese firms owned or controlled by the military, as he increases pressure on Beijing in his final months in office.

4. ‘Freedom Pass, Please’: Boris to Introduce Covid Passports as More Lockdowns Loom – Breitbart
The British government will reportedly introduce “freedom passes” and specialised passport certificates to people who have tested negative for the Chinese coronavirus, as Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to announce further regional lockdown restrictions following the end of the latest national lockdown in December.
The British prime minister will outline his plans for further localised lockdown restrictions on Monday, as well as a plan to introduce mass testing, in what the government is describing as a roadmap to some sort of normality next year.
The new normal that the British government is set to outline will reportedly include “freedom passes” for those who have two negative coronavirus tests per week. The government is also working with passport manufacturers to create coronavirus certificates for those that can prove they are free of the virus, according to The Telegraph.
The immunity certificate would be stored on people’s phones after they receive a letter, card, or document from the government on testing negative for the virus. It is thought that the pass will permit Britons to see members of their families, which is largely banned at the moment, as well as being able to travel without a mask.
A source told the paper that the certificates would “allow someone to wander down the streets, and if someone else asks why they are not wearing a mask, they can show the card, letter or an App,” adding that it would permit a person to “to see their family, and normal social distancing rules will not apply”.
It is not clear at the time of this reporting whether the government will be handing out the “freedom passes” to those who have been vaccinated.

5. Rudy Giuliani on Break with Sidney Powell: ‘We’re Pursuing Two Different Theories’ - Brietbart
Monday, during an appearance on Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani responded to a question about his team’s decision to announce a break with Sidney Powell on Sunday. Giuliani attributed it to his pursuit of a different theory than Powell’s approach and proceeded to lay out his effort.
“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” he said. “Our theory of the case to get to the Supreme Court now in four places — and it’s soon going to be in two others, and there’ll be an overall lawsuit — is basically misconduct of the election by state officials in at least five or six different states in which the misconduct of the election involved depravation of constitutional rights for the president. For example, in one part of the state, you could fix a ballot, Democrat part. Other part of the state, you couldn’t fix a ballot. One part of the state, the ballots were examined. The other part of the state, they didn’t care if the ballots were examined. In Pennsylvania, there are 680,000 unexamined ballots that virtually were put in secretly by Democrats alone. That’s outrageous. That is misconduct of the election.”

6. Michigan board votes to certify election results despite GOP calls to delay - Detroit Free Press
A Republican member of Michigan's state canvassing board broke with his GOP colleague Monday, joining two Democrats in voting to certify the state's election results.
Three members of the Michigan Board of State Canvassers voted to certify the results, arguing it was their required duty under the law. Republican Norm Shinkle abstained, alluding to election issues in Detroit and elsewhere.
The decision by board Vice Chairman Aaron Van Langevelde to vote to certify allayed the fears of many that Republican board members would delay formalizing election results, likely pushing the decision to a court and furthering President Donald Trump's efforts to undermine the will of Michigan voters.
Before the meeting, Shinkle had indicated he would not vote to certify. His wife, Mary Shinkle, was one of more than 100 people who filed affidavits in support of a federal lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign alleging misconduct in Detroit.

7. Biden picks Blinken, Mayorkas, Sullivan for key Cabinet positions - Fox News
President-elect Joe Biden on Monday announced a number of key Cabinet appointments, including Antony Blinken as secretary of state, Alejandro Mayorkas as secretary of homeland security, and Avril Haines to serve as the first woman to lead the intelligence community, among other positions.
Biden on Monday also announced former Secretary of State John Kerry as special presidential envoy for climate, and will sit on the National Security Council — the first time that the NSC will include an official dedicated to climate change. Kerry's position is not a Cabinet post.
Biden also announced that Jake Sullivan will serve as White House national security adviser, making him one of the youngest people to serve in the role in decades; and Linda Thomas-Greenfield who will be nominated as United Nations ambassador, which will be a Cabinet position in the Biden administration.

8. Nearly 400 unopened absentee ballots from Milwaukee's south side found during recount - Milwaukee Journal
Nearly 400 unopened absentee ballots from a south side City of Milwaukee ward were found during the recount Tuesday morning, election officials said.
It appears 386 absentee ballot envelopes were not opened — and the ballots were not counted — on Election Day due to "human error" at Milwaukee's central count, said Claire Woodall-Vogg, executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission.
The ballots were from Ward 315, on the city's south side. They were received in a timely manner, before or on Election Day.
The Milwaukee County Board of Canvassers voted unanimously, 3-0, that the ballot envelopes should be opened and ballots should be counted.

9. Seattle City Council Slashes Police Budget - Free Beacon
The Seattle City Council on Monday approved a massive budget cut to the city's police department, which Mayor Jenny Durkan (D.) indicated she would sign next week.
As part of the 2021 fiscal year's budget, the council slashed the Seattle Police Department's funding by 18 percent. As a result, Seattle police will no longer have the authority to respond to 911 emergency calls and enforce parking violations. Overtime and training programs will be cut, and dozens of empty positions will go unfilled.
Durkan and the city council have sparred over department budget cuts since anti-police protests broke out in late May. On Monday, however, the mayor applauded the council for taking a "more deliberate and measured approach" to the police budget than it did earlier this summer. At one point, seven of the council's nine members pledged to slash police funding by 50 percent.
The Seattle Police Officers Guild said the move would lead to higher crime and homicide rates, which have already been on the rise this year.

10. Biden certified as winner of Pennsylvania presidential vote - AP News
Democrat Joe Biden was certified Tuesday as winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania, culminating three weeks of vote counting and a string of failed legal challenges by President Donald Trump.
Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf first disclosed in a tweet that the Department of State had certified the vote count for president and vice president.
Wolf sent a “certificate of ascertainment” to the national archivist Washington with the slate of electors who support President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
Pennsylvania’s 20 electors, a mix of elected Democrats, party activists and other staunch Biden backers, will meet in the state Capitol on Dec. 14.

11. Melania Trump celebrates arrival of White House Christmas Tree - New York Post
First lady Melania Trump on Monday celebrated the arrival of the annual White House Christmas tree.
The first lady emerged alone from the North Portico of the White House around noon to accept the 18½-foot Fraser fir from a tree farm in West Virginia.
“Merry Christmas,” she told reporters, ignoring a shouted question about how the president is doing.
Two large Clydesdale horses transported the tree down the White House’s northern driveway as a military band played “O Tannenbaum” and “Hark the Herald Angels Sing.”

Election chess game shaping up
The election should be as simple as one eligible voter, one vote, vote counted, tallied and results determined, but it is become more of a multilevel chess game where votes are just the movement of the first pawn, then the real politics begins. America is beginning to see that there are a whole lot of political maneuvers involved in getting a true vote count. As the hours approach where states must certify election results, politically-appointed officials, judges, lawyers, and some elected politicians in the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona will wield more power over the presidential election than the normal citizen. This is a high-stakes multilevel chess match.

As we enter into the Thanksgiving holiday, this nation is as divided as it ever was. A recent Politico poll indicates some 80% of republicans believe the election was stolen; some 97% of democrats think it was fair. Democrats want to get rid of the electoral college; republicans want to keep it. In other news, many Democratic Party leaders are saying that capitalism is racism; that funding police is racism; that anyone who supported President Trump is a racist. These accusations and labeling of groups of people who disagree with a certain political party is exactly what leads to tyranny. With tyranny comes a dissolution of freedoms of speech and religion, a likelihood that is a growing seed in dark rich soil in America.
A reminder here is appropriate: America is not the end time timepiece. Israel is. The rise of the antichrist; the return of Christ; the rapture; are not dependent on America. No doubt, however, this country plays an integral role because of its position as the lampstand of freedom that has spread the gospel to the four corners of the earth and has served as the model for religious liberty and civil rights. Yes, we have our issues, but we work on them—at least until recent years—together and use the bountiful blessings of liberty and the ideal of “American” to solve problems and meet challenges like no other place in the world. Even so, we are falling prey to something very similar to as prophesied in the Bible.
There is a principle described by Christ in Mark 3:24-25: “If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.” This is self-evident. Americans are divided to the degree that they do not need COVID 19 to keep them apart at Thanksgiving because they have politics—a far more dangerous virus for it attacks the heart and the mind and ravages from within the soul. For this is a division of belief and faith. One cannot be driven by hate and say they love; One cannot embrace lies and be filled with the truth; One cannot dishonor his brethren and be honorable; One cannot be motivated by injustice toward others and be just.
Which brings us to Christ’s point in Mark 3:26, “And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but has an end.” With these types of internal conflict as evidenced by not only our nation, but also within the souls of many, the work of the devil will have an end within. A nation divided cannot stand. We are divided as a nation, in many cases hatefully so. A house divided cannot stand. Many of our families are divided causing anger and distrust. The common divider right now masquerades as politics, but in reality, it is spiritual. This division is between those who have stronger degrees of faith than others. Political beliefs are manifesting as substitutes for faith. As Christ followers, we must rise above this political trap and stand in the breech, showing the way just as the Word of God is the lamp unto our feet.
