1. Netanyahu: We must not return to the original Iran nuclear deal - Israel National News
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu urged the United States on Sunday not to rejoin the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action deal with Iran.
In a Facebook post published Sunday afternoon, Netanyahu wrote that the original nuclear deal with Iran, signed in 2015 during the Obama administration, must not be restored, hinting at fears former Vice President Joe Biden could rejoin the deal next year.
"We must not return to the previous nuclear agreement," Netanyahu wrote. "We need to preserve the unwavering policy to ensure that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons," the prime minister continued, alluding to the Trump administration's shift from President Obama's policies vis-à-vis Iran.
2. Iran warns Israel of 'crushing' reply to 'hit and run' strikes in Syria - Times of Israel
Iran said on Sunday that it would bring an end to what it called Israel's practice of "hit and run" strikes in Syria as an unconfirmed report said that at least 14 pro-Iran fighters from Iraq and Afghanistan were killed in overnight airstrikes in eastern Syria.
Tehran made the threat following a major Israeli assault last week in response to what Jerusalem said was a failed Iranian explosives attack on the Golan Heights.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh told a press conference that "the Zionist regime is well aware that the era of hit and run is over and therefore they are very cautious."
3. Gaza rocket fired at Ashkelon, hitting empty warehouse - Times of Israel
Terrorists in the Gaza Strip fired a rocket at the southern city of Ashkelon on Saturday night, striking an empty warehouse in the city, officials said.
The projectile caused damage to the structure, according to municipal officials. There were no immediate reports of injuries, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.
The attack came at roughly 9:30 p.m., setting off sirens in Ashkelon and the industrial zone just south of the city, an area where tens of thousands of people live, the Israel Defense Forces said. No Gaza group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
Last Sunday, two rockets were fired at central Israel from the Gaza Strip. The two projectiles struck open areas, causing neither injury nor damage.
4. Retail revolt: 2 Israeli shopping mall groups open despite ban - Israel Hayom
Israel's Ofer and Azrieli retail groups have decided to flout government orders and opened a number of their shopping centers on Friday morning, including the Kiryon Mall in Kiryat Bialik, Ofer Grand in Beersheba and the Ofer Grand Mall in Petah Tikva.
Azrieli Malls opened the Ayalon mall in Ramat Gan; Azrieli Haifa; and Azrieli Modi'in. However, not all retailers in the malls opened their doors. Clothing company H&M, for example, did not reopen its stores against government regulations.
The Gazit Globe mall group has decided to remain closed in accordance with public health regulations.
Inspectors arrived at the mall on Friday morning but did not issue any fines.
5. Police Forces Arrest 3 Arabs for Jerusalem Area Bomb Attacks - Jewish Press
Jerusalem's police on Saturday night arrested three Arab terrorists who are suspected of throwing bombs at Israeli targets in two separate attacks.
One attack was carried out on Saturday evening at the area of Rachel's Tomb in the south of the city, and the other at the Qalandiya crossing in the north of the city.
At the Qalandiya crossing, two suspects arrived at the crossing, placed two explosive charges next to it, and fled. One of the bombs exploded near a vehicle making its way to the crossing from Qalandiya to Jerusalem, without causing damage or casualties.
A team of Border Policemen operating in the area launched a search on the Palestinian side of the crossing and located the suspects in one of the nearby shops.

1. Senate Confirms 225th Trump Judge, a Modern Record for GOP Presidents in One Term - Christian Headlines
The Senate may be holding a lame-duck session, but that hasn't slowed down the Republican effort to confirm President Trump's judicial nominees. The U.S. Senate this week confirmed the 225th federal judge nominated by President Trump, and then confirmed two more, according to a tally by C-SPAN's Craig Caplan.
All total, the Senate has confirmed 227 judges since Trump was inaugurated in 2017. That includes 168 district judges, 53 appeals court judges, three U.S. Supreme Court justices and three members of the U.S. Court of International Trade. The 53 appeals court judges are the most of any president in a single term since President Carter. The 227 confirmed judges are more than any Republican president in a single term in modern history, outpacing Presidents George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Reagan and Nixon.
Since Election Day, the Senate has confirmed 13 judges.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said in a statement this week the Senate won't slow down in confirming judicial nominees. "While our committees are working, the full Senate is keeping busy with one of our core constitutional responsibilities: continuing to confirm well-qualified men and women to lifetime appointments to the federal judiciary," McConnell said.(Read more)

2. Court issues new circuit assignments - SCOTUS Blog
A little less than a month after the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court on Friday issued a new set of circuit justice assignments, which take effect immediately. Barrett was assigned to the 7th Circuit, where she served as a judge for three years before becoming a justice. Two other justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Neil Gorsuch, were also assigned for the first time to the circuits where they had previously served as judges - Sotomayor to the 2nd Circuit and Gorsuch to the 10th Circuit.
A circuit justice is primarily responsible for emergency requests (for example, an application to block an execution or to allow it to go forward) from the geographic area covered by his or her circuit, as well as more mundane matters, such as requests to extend filing deadlines. However, justices can and often do refer significant emergency requests to the full court - a role that has taken on increased importance in recent years with the sharp uptick in activity on the court's "shadow docket."

Sotomayor's move to the 2nd Circuit, which had previously been assigned to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (who grew up in New York City and lived there before moving to Washington to become a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit), kicked off a game of musical circuits among the justices. Sotomayor had previously been responsible for the 10th Circuit, which is now assigned to Gorsuch, as well as the 6th Circuit, which is now assigned to Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh, who had previously been assigned to the 7th Circuit, also took on the 8th Circuit, ceding the 7th Circuit to Barrett.
The new circuit assignment list signaled a reprieve for Justice Stephen Breyer, who normally serves as the circuit justice for the relatively small 1st Circuit. Since Ginsburg's death in September, Breyer has also been pinch-hitting under the Supreme Court's rules as the circuit justice for the larger and busier 2nd Circuit. Emergency requests and applications for extensions from the 2nd Circuit will now go initially to Sotomayor instead. (Read more)

3. Pennslyvania lawmakers criticizing Dominion Voting Systems after it backs out of hearing - WFMZ.com
HARRISBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania Representative Seth Grove did not mince words in Harrisburg Friday after a roundtable discussion with Dominion Voting Systems was canceled overnight. Dominion says it is under litigation and can not answer questions at this time. "Today I am saddened to report to the taxpayers of Pennsylvania and the 1.3 million voters who used Dominion voting that Dominion has hung you out to dry and slapped you in your faces," Grove said.
Dominion Voting Systems first came under fire shortly after the election. President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani has attempted to say the software Dominion uses has ties to Venezuela, and there were glitches in the software that might have switched votes. GOP lawmakers say software and transparency were two big topics they were hoping to touch on.
But, Dominion addresses that and other questions on its website, disputing what it says are fraudulent claims. It says it is a nonpartisan, American company, its results are 100% auditable, and there were no glitches with its software. (Read more)

4. Sidney Powell: "We've Got a Number of Smoking Guns, May Have to Get Witness Protection for Them -- 7 Million Votes Stolen from Trump! (AUDIO) - The Gateway Pundit
Sidney Powell joined Howie Carr on Friday for a lengthy interview on the 2020 election and where the Trump defense team stands today. During the explosive interview Sidney claimed millions of dead people (also known as Democrats) may have voted this year and 7 million votes were likely stolen from President Trump.
If true, that would mean President Trump received over 80 million votes and nearly twenty million more than 2016. President Trump's total currently stands at 73,750,000 votes. (Read more)

5. Georgia Governor Calls for Audit of Ballot Signatures - The Epoch Times
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Friday urged the state's top election official to conduct an audit of the signatures on ballot envelopes. Kemp, a Republican, made the remarks during a press conference during which he signaled that he would sign off on the certification of the election results after the Peach State conducted a risk-limiting audit of the presidential election which showed Democratic nominee Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump by 12,284 votes.
"It's important to note that this audit only looked at ballots, not the signatures of the absentee applications or the signatures on the ballot envelopes," Kemp said, adding that he would encourage Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to address concerns about the signatures. "It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the secretary of state's office."
The risk-limiting audit, which has been referred to as a hand recount, turned up thousands of uncounted votes in four counties. More than a dozen witnesses of the recount signed sworn affidavits attesting to errors and potential fraud, including Trump votes which were counted for Biden and suspicious batches of pristine, uncreased, and uniformly filled absentee ballots. 6. Donald Trump Jr. in quarantine after positive COVID-19 test - Washington Examiner
Donald Trump Jr. tested positive for COVID-19, a spokesman said Friday. Trump is resting at his cabin and has yet to feel any symptoms from the disease, according to a statement.
"Don tested positive at the start of the week and has been quarantining out at his cabin since the result. He's been completely asymptomatic so far and is following all medically recommended COVID-19 guidelines," the spokesman said. (Read more)

7. Coronavirus updates: Pfizer vaccinations may begin next month; Johnson & Johnson single-shot vaccine in the works - USA Today
Pfizer and its partner BioNTech filedFriday for emergency authorization from the Food and Drug Administration, two days after announcing its COVID-19 vaccine is 95% effective.
"Our work to deliver a safe and effective vaccine has never been more urgent, as we continue to see an alarming rise in the number of cases of COVID-19 globally," Dr. Albert Bourla, Pfizer Chairman and CEO, said in a statement.
It's been a hopeful week for vaccine candidates. On Monday, data released by drug company Moderna showed its vaccine has a high rate of efficacy. And Tuesday, Johnson & Johnson's chief scientist said the drugmaker expects to seek authorization for its single-shot vaccine candidate by February or earlier.
The vaccine news comes as the coronavirus continues to ravage the U.S. ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.On Thursday, the nation reported nearly 188,000 new daily cases - the most on record since the start of the pandemic. The death toll has surpassed 252,000, including more than 2,000 reported Thursday alone. Hospitalizations across the nation have exploded, with almost 80,000 Americans now receiving inpatient treatment. (Read more)

8. Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller Activates Special Operations Forces to Report Directly to him - Natural News
For those who are reluctant to recognize the actions taking place to defend America against both foreign and domestic enemies, a massive change was just put in place at the Department of Defense that proves some additional clues about what's going down.
Special Operations forces have now been restructured to report directly to Defense Secretary Chris Miller, who replaced swamp creature Mark Esper, recently fired by Trump. The term "special operations forces" usually includes special forces from the Army (Rangers, Delta, etc.) and Navy (SEALs), and likely encompasses many tens of thousands of highly-trained, elite troops. (The exact count is not public information.)
Chris Miller, who previously served as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, described the changes as "tectonic" and as being pursued to "combat transnational threats." He stated, in part, the following:
As we implement the President's orders, we also recognize that transitions and campaigns are fraught with risk and unexpected challenges and opportunities. That is why I am here today to announce that I have directed the special operations civilian leadership to report directly to me instead of through the current bureaucrat channels. This historic step finalizes what Congress has authorized and directed and will put Special Operations Command on par with the military services for the first time.
He specifically invoked "transitions and campaigns," and although the word "campaign" typically refers to a military campaign, paired with the term "transitions," this now seemingly refers to Presidential transitions and political campaigns. This appears to be a dog whistle to other patriots throughout the DoD, broadcasting the fact that patriots are now in charge at the DoD, and they now directly command U.S. special forces assets. In other words, those assets have just been removed from the control of the deep state swamp bureaucrats that haunt the halls of the Pentagon, rubbing elbows with John Bolton and others in the hope of starting more wars. 9. Iran puts allies on high alert, warns not to provoke US in Trump's final weeks - Times of Israel
BAGHDAD (AP) - Iran has instructed allies across the Middle East to be on high alert and avoid provoking tensions with the US that could give an outgoing Trump administration cause to launch attacks in the US president's final weeks in office, Iraqi officials have said. The request - delivered by a senior Iranian general to allies in Baghdad this week - reflects the growing regional anxiety over US President Donald Trump's unpredictable behavior and the uncertainty in the chaotic transition period until President-elect Joe Biden takes over in two months.
Iran's allies have collectively welcomed Trump's election defeat. Under his presidency, tensions with Iran escalated, reaching fever pitch at the beginning of the year with the US airstrike that killed Iran's top general, Qassim Soleimani, at the Baghdad airport. Iran launched a ballistic missile attack in response to the fatal drone strike, targeting US soldiers in Iraq and wounding dozens. Trump also unilaterally withdrew America in 2018 from Iran's nuclear deal with world powers, meant to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons, and re-imposed punishing sanctions on Iran, crippling its economy.
Iran has since abandoned all limits on its uranium enrichment program, even as the deal's other international partners have tried unsuccessfully to salvage it. The incoming Biden administration has stated plans to rejoin or renegotiate the 2015 nuclear accord. But there is growing concern over what Trump, who is refusing to concede the election, might do in the last days of his presidency - including a potential strike on America's enemies abroad. On Thursday, an adviser to Iran's supreme leader warned in an interview with The Associated Press that any American attack on Iran could set off a "full-fledged war" in the region.
"We don't welcome war. We are not after starting a war," said Hossein Dehghan, who served in Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard before becoming a defense minister under President Hassan Rouhani. The concern does not appear to be rooted in anything concrete - Trump has, in fact, ordered a drawdown in US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan to be completed by mid-January - but rather in general nervousness about the unpredictability of Trump's actions. His firing of Defense Secretary Mark Esper two days after the election triggered a flurry of speculation about whether it was related to a broader plan to strike abroad. (Read more)

10. Iran's Revolutionary Guard launches aircraft-carrying ship - Israel Hayom
Iran's paramilitary Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it launched a heavy warship Thursday capable of carrying helicopters, drones and missile launchers amid ongoing tensions with the United States. Photographs of the ship, named after slain IRGC naval commander Abdollah Roudaki, showed it carrying truck-launched surface-to-surface missiles and anti-aircraft missiles. It also carried four small fast boats, the kind the IRGC routinely uses in the Persian Gulf. Sailors manned deck-mounted machine guns.
The IRGC said the ship has a length of 150 meters (492 feet). By comparison, a US Nimitz-class aircraft carrier has a length of 332 meters (1,092 feet). The Guard's ship does not have a runway, but includes a landing pad for a helicopter. The commander of the Guard's navy, Adm. Ali Reza Tangsiri, suggested his forces wanted to move beyond the waters of the Gulf into deep-water patrolling. Typically, the IRGC covers the waters of the Persian Gulf, while Iran's navy patrols the Gulf of Oman and beyond. "Presence and assignments in the Indian Ocean is our right," Tangsiri said.
The ship appears to be an answer to US Navy patrols in the region by its Bahrain-based 5th Fleet. US aircraft carriers routinely travel through Mideast waters. Iran sees those missions as a threat. (Read more)

'On Her Own': Trump Legal Team Distances Itself From Sidney Powell
The legal team for President Donald Trump distanced itself from Sidney Powell Sunday evening, announcing that she has no official role with the campaign or the president himself.
The announcement came from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, both of whom have represented the Trump campaign in its lawsuits attempting to overturn election results in several swing states.
"Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity," the statement from Giuliani said.
The announcement from Trump's legal team comes after Powell appeared with Giuliani and Ellis at several press conferences and in court. She had also appeared on television multiple times in recent days to echo the president's claims of massive voter fraud, though she, along with the rest of Trump's legal team, has declined to provide any evidence of such. Gen. Flynn: Sidney Powell 'Staying the Course,' Will Prove Alleged Election Fraud
Gen. Michael Flynn, a former Trump administration official, said lawyer Sidney Powell is "staying the course" and will prove election fraud after the president's legal team said she is not working for the campaign on Sunday night.
Powell, who represented Flynn in his legal case, "has been suspended from Twitter for 12 hours," he wrote on Twitter after former New York Mayor and campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani made the statement about her status.
"She understands the WH press release & agrees with it," Flynn said. "She is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump & other Republican candidates."
"Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity," Giuliani said on Sunday night. He did not elaborate.

Election chess game shaping up
The election should be as simple as one eligible voter, one vote, vote counted, tallied and results determined, but it is become more of a multilevel chess game where votes are just the movement of the first pawn, then the real politics begins. America is beginning to see that there are a whole lot of political maneuvers involved in getting a true vote count. As the hours approach where states must certify election results, politically-appointed officials, judges, lawyers, and some elected politicians in the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona will wield more power over the presidential election than the normal citizen. This is a high-stakes multilevel chess match.
Former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell detailed in his column "The Greatest Electoral Heist in American History" how state officials were able to "weaken, alter, and eliminate laws" designed to preserve election integrity. He cites how Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg funded a "charitable" organization working with Barack Obama's senior advisor David Plouffe. Zuckerberg poured over $400 million into assisting officials to have "safe and secure elections" by funding operations in Democratic strongholds on how elections were to be "conducted" according to a manual written by Plouffe. Blackwell documents how high-ranking Democratic Party state officials then "simultaneously" weakened ballot security protocols, acting on their own authority without concurrence from the state legislators that put those protections in the law.
To his point, Wisconsin Democrat Secretary of State Doug La Follette allowed voters to claim a COVID exemption so they wouldn't have to identify themselves when requesting an absentee ballot. Blackwell says Michigan Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson unilaterally voided the legal requirement that voters provide a signature when requesting an absentee ballot, AND also allowed civic groups running voter registration drives to register voters through the state's online registration website. Can you say Zuckerberg, Plouffe, Rock The Vote and more? Pennsylvania US District Judge Matthew Brann Saturday dismissed a Trump Campaign attempt to block the state's election certification, saying the there was no evidence of fraud. The mainstream media is not telling you that judge Brann was appointed by Obama in 2012.
Meantime, Federal Elections Commission Chairman Trey Trainor, a Trump appointee, told Newsmax that the election could be illegitimate if it is true that Republican observers were not allowed at polling places, duplicate ballots were cast, non-residents voted, and elections officials took questionable actions. This chess match will come down to courts, judges, and lawyers crowning a president-not the voters electing one. Sadly, some politicians don't care about the ramifications to this nation so long as they retain their power. And the fallacy that we have a say with our votes will continue until We the People end it by demanding reform. Remember Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when the wicked rule, the people groan." There is a whole lot of wickedness going around and we didn't vote for that.

There's a phrase that is frequently used when someone is under fire and in need of addition help. You "Call in the troops!" Ive been doing a lot of that lately and so have others. God, because He so loves us, has created the angelic hosts to not only worship Him and do His bidding but to also assist us when we need help to carry out what He has called us to do.
Everyone has different assignments, mine seems to be in large part to pray for our nation and Heaven's plan to come to earth. If ever there was a time to pray and ask for help it's now. Our Faith and liberty of speech is under assault. The Church is under fire, our Constitution is in danger of being re-written. God's appointed President is fighting an uphill battle on our behalf against an enemy that hates him, our God and our nation. What are "We the People" doing about it?
I have never ever seen this much prayer going forth, and still more is needed in the event people grow weary. To those who may be coasting along and hoping others will fight for you, get real and join in. There are no free rides and in eternity we will answer for what we did and did not do.
It is written in 1Thessalonians 5:17 that we are to pray without ceasing. Will you? Many I know are weary, at times I am weary. I wonder . . . was Yeshua weary when He bore the cross on His shoulders and suffered for us?
Pray without ceasing that our nation will not turn to communism or socialism, we are that close . . . Pray without ceasing that the Church will arise to its finest hour. Pray without ceasing that our nation will unite against the enemy of our soul. Pray without ceasing that the election fraud and deceptions, corruptions and depravity will be exposed and proven and the wicked will be thrown down! Obey the Lord! Fear the Lord! Seek the Lord! We prophetically decree that we are one nation under God!
Please join in a prayer of agreement OUT LOUD! because it brings supernatural power as it infuses the atmosphere with holy authority.
