Our Focus:
WORLD LEADERS FOLLOWING THE FALSE NARRATIVE
Yesterday, we asked prayer for the media - both print and broadcast - for continuing to spin the false narrative that this election has been decided, and that Joe Biden will be the next occupant of the White House.
However, this is far from being true!
And sadly, the damage has now spread to the world's stage, as many foreign leaders -- including the Pope -- have congratulated Biden on his "win," while ignoring our real sitting President, Donald John Trump.
Only Satan himself could have woven this dangerous web of deception and lies and, until now, he seems to have achieved his goal.
BUT GOD!
It is now our duty, as children of the Most High God, as His Bride, and as the bearers of His truth, to "wage war" against this spreading hoax. In addition to prayer, this requires our ACTION. When you hear of a foreign leader congratulating Joe Biden, go to the internet, look up the address of the embassy of that nation, and write a letter to that head of state, stating politely that this election is not yet over and that the winner has not yet been named.
And in the meantime, BIND the spirit of lies in the media, and LOOSE the spirit of truth!

Father God in heaven, we bring this very serious matter before Your Throne of Grace. We thank You that it is written that YOU are the governor of the nations. We ask that You move upon the hearts of these world leaders to refrain from making any more remarks about the outcome of our election, until it has been certified in Congress. We ask this in Your name, amen.

1. Could mRNA COVID-19 vaccines be dangerous in the long-term? - Jerusalem Post
Israelis celebrated on Friday when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the country had signed a deal with Pfizer Inc. to receive access to its novel coronavirus vaccine. But the fact remains that if Pfizer - or Moderna, with whom Israel also has a contract - succeed, these will be the first-ever messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines brought to market for human patients.
In order to receive Food and Drug Administration approval, the companies will have to prove there are no immediate or short-term negative health effects from taking the vaccines. However, when the world begins inoculating itself with these completely new and revolutionary vaccines, it will not know a lot about their long-term effects.
"There is a race to get the public vaccinated, so we are willing to take more risks," Tal Brosh, the head of the Infectious Disease Unit at Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital, told The Jerusalem Post.
2. Netanyahu: We will also buy vaccines from Russia - Israel National News
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu issued a statement at the end of the Coronavirus Cabinet meeting Monday evening following the announcement that the Moderna coronavirus vaccine achieved an effectiveness rate of 94.5%.
"I am sure you have heard the excellent news from Moderna, that it has developed a vaccine for the coronavirus with an efficiency of 94.5%. As early as June, I confirmed with Health Minister Yuli Edelstein the signing with Moderna on the supply of vaccines to Israel - which will be one of the first countries to receive the vaccines," Netanyahu said.
He said, "Last Friday, we also signed an agreement with Pfizer for 8 million vaccines for 4 million citizens."
Netanyahu has revealed that he is working to purchase vaccines from other source sources. "I recently spoke with Russian President [Vladimir] Putin about the possibility of acquiring the 'Sputnik 5' vaccine. We will discuss this in the coming days."
3.Netanyahu Warns Gaza Terror Groups After Rocket Attack: Price of Aggression 'Will Be Heavy, Very Heavy' - Algemeiner
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stark warning to Gaza's terrorist organizations on Sunday following an overnight rocket attack, saying the price for further attacks "will be heavy, very heavy."
Rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip toward central and southern Israel overnight Saturday, setting off air raid sirens but causing no injuries.
Shortly after, the IDF scrambled fighter jets and attack helicopters, as well as tanks on the ground, to launch a series of retaliatory strikes against terrorist infrastructure in the Strip.
Netanyahu responded to the incident at the opening of the weekly cabinet meeting, saying, "I never give details of our operational plans, but I say to them - the price of continuing the aggression will be heavy, very heavy."
"We will not accept any aggression against the State of Israel and Israeli citizens," he continued. "I warn the terror organizations in Gaza: even during the time of the corona crisis, don't test us."
4.Gov't not enforcing transparency law on NGO foreign funding - Jerusalem Post
The government has not enforced its law requiring organizations mostly funded by foreign government entities to submit special reports and disclose its funding publicly, a Knesset Research and Information Center report found.
The requirement was legislated in the 2016 NGO Law, which was highly controversial and drew international criticism. At the time, a US State Department spokesman said the law poses dangers to a "free and functioning civil society," and the EU said "the reporting requirements imposed by the new law go beyond the legitimate need for transparency and seem aimed at constraining the activities of these civil society organizations."
Yet, despite the pitched Knesset battle to pass the law and then-justice minister Ayelet Shaked's defense of it to her counterparts abroad and in the international media, the Associations Registrar, a department in the Justice Ministry, has done nothing to enforce the law.
5.Israeli Astronaut Launching to the International Space Station - Jewish Press
Former Israeli fighter pilot Eytan Stibbe is slated to become the nation's second astronaut and will join a mission set to be launched by NASA from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at the end of 2021.
Stibbe, 66, is an IAF Colonel who served for 43 years and participated in dozens of operations. Sibbe founded Vital Capital Fund which focuses on impact investing in developing countries, and is a founder of the Center for African Studies at Ben-Gurion University, and serves on the boards of several education, arts and culture organizations, according to a report in Israel21C.
Israel's President Reuven Rivlin and the Ramon Foundation announced Monday that Stibbe will spend 200 hours at the International Space Station. Tal Ramon, son of the late Ilan Ramon, Israel's first astronaut, was present for the announcement. Stibbe was friends with Ilan Ramon.

1.Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell: 'We're Getting Ready to Overturn Election Results in Multiple States'- The Epoch Times
Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that the president's legal team is receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and irregularities. "We're getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states," Powell said on Fox Business, adding that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation. "I don't make comments without having the evidence to back it up." Powell claimed that elections software switched "millions of votes" from Trump to Democratic presidential nominee nominee Joe Biden.
Powell is notably the counsel to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, engineering a stunning comeback with the Department of Justice moving to drop charges.
Powell said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to "rig elections." "He saw it happen in other countries," she said, apparently referring to election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.
"We have so much evidence, I feel like it's coming in through a fire hose," Powell said. She declined to elaborate when prompted by Fox News host Maria Bartiromo. Read more

2.CNN Faces Backlash Barrage for Denigrating Holocaust: 'Amanpour Must Be Fired' -Breitbart
After CNN's Christiane Amanpour commemorated Kristallnacht - the infamous anti-Jewish pogrom carried out throughout Nazi Germany - by likening it to the Trump presidency, her comments were met with an immediate backlash, with many expressing shock at the belittling of the horrors of Nazi Germany.
In a jaw-dropping segment on Thursday, CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour recalled Kristallnacht by noting that President Donald Trump's presidency has similarly waged a "modern day assault" attacking "those same values" the Nazi regime did.
The backlash was immediate.
In an exclusive statement to Breitbart News, Morton Klein, head of the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) - the oldest pro-Israel organization in the United States - expressed disgust at the ill comparison.
Noting his personal experience as a child of Holocaust survivors, Klein stated he was "disgusted" by Amanpour, whom he accused of "trivializing and belittling the Holocaust by absurdly and recklessly comparing President Trump's pro-Israel, pro-Jewish tenure to that of Nazi Germany," while demanding she be "condemned, ostracized and fired."

3.Arizonians Call for Recount, Audit of Votes at State Capitol Rally- The Epoch Times
About a thousand Arizonians converged at the state's capitol on Nov. 14 to peacefully protest against what they believe to be a fraudulent election process. Many called for a complete audit of the votes in the state as well as a hand recount.
The "Stop the Steal" rally in Arizona was one of many similar demonstrations happening across the country-the largest taking place at Freedom Plaza in Washington, where tens of thousands of people attended.
Karen Wood, organizer of the "Stop the Steal" rally in Arizona, said the purpose of the gathering was to let Arizonians know that everyone has a voice, and to also call for every ballot to be counted.
"We're not going to tolerate a voting system that has disenfranchised all of the conservative votes," she told The Epoch Times. "We also believe that there has been fraud in this election, and we want a full accounting-whether it's audits, whether it's a recount."
"We are submitting more and more evidence every day," she said. "There have been many sworn affidavits sent to the Trump campaign-and that's not just in Arizona but across America in these swing states."

4.GSA Says No Way to Biden Power Transfer- Western Journal
Americans should be outraged at the liberties Joe Biden and his media cronies have taken following the still-contested results of the 2020 presidential election. The presumptive president-elect is making speeches and taking victory laps while President Donald Trump's team seeks to uncover all of the glitches and ghosts that may have accounted for Biden's sudden electoral advantage in key states.
Meanwhile, there is mounting pressure for the U.S. General Services Administration, the government body in charge of the transition to a new presidential administration, to release millions of dollars and other resources to the Biden/Harris campaign for their new administration, Reuters reported.

5. Dr. Anthony Fauci: Americans Must 'Do What You're Told' Despite 'Independent Spirit' - Breitbart
Dr. Anthony Fauci expressed concerns Thursday about an independent society trying to fight the coronavirus, arguing Americans should just listen to public health officials.
Fauci spoke in a forum about working with officials in the United Kingdom who faced a similar problem. "[E]ach of our countries have that independent spirit, where we don't want to be told what to do," he said. "Well, I understand that, but now is the time to do what you're told."
Fauci spoke at the National Cathedral's 2020 Ignatius Forum about facing a "second wave" of the virus in the Fall and the Winter.
"We're not done, we still need to implement public health measures in a very intense way," he said. Fauci said he loved the federalist nature of the United States, but indicated it was problematic states had different approaches to fighting the virus. "We had too much individual approaches towards how we were going to handle the outbreak, so our baseline never came down to the low level where we wanted it to be," he said.
Fauci said there would continue to be a "core of people" who would never take a vaccine, but that it was important to combat misinformation to the larger public about the importance of vaccines. He said it would be "problematic" if up to 50 percent of Americans refused to take the coronavirus vaccine which would allow the virus to spread.

6.California Governor Violated the Constitution With Mail Ballot Order:Judge- The Epoch Times
California Gov. Gavin Newsom exceeded his authority and violated the state Constitution with an executive order that let all Californians vote by mail if they wanted to.
Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled Friday that the order, N-67-20, "improperly amended existing statutory law, exceeding the governor's authority and violating the separation of powers."
The order stated, citing the COVID-19 pandemic, that "all Californians who are registered to vote in" the Nov. 3 election "must be empowered to vote by mail, as an alternative to in-person voting."
Newsom, a Democrat, argued that California's government code gave him the power to issue orders like the one concerning mail ballots, but the judge was not convinced.
The legislative branch makes laws, Heckman said in the 9-page ruling, while the governor and the executive branch sees that laws are faithfully executed.
"The Governor may not exercise legislative powers unless permitted by the Constitution. Article V, Section 1 of the California Constitution does not grant the Governor the power to exercise those functions which have been given to the Legislature, absent the Legislature's delegation of a portion of its legislative authority to such executive officials or entities through statutory enactments," the judge ruled.

7. Alito Warns: Religious Liberty 'Is in Danger of Becoming a Second-Class Right'- Christian Headlines
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Thursday delivered an unusually blunt warning about the future of religious liberty and free speech in the United States, saying both were in danger if the justices don't step in and protect them.
Alito's comments came during a speech in a virtual gathering of the Federalist Society, a group of conservatives and libertarians dedicated to reforming the legal system.
Alito, who was nominated by President George W. Bush, has been known as a staunch supporter of religious liberty and free speech, although his comments left little doubt how he will lean in future cases involving those two issues.
"It pains me to say this, but in certain quarters, religious liberty is fast becoming a disfavored right," said Alito, who is Catholic. The pandemic, he bemoaned, "has resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty," even though Alito said he was not "diminishing the severity of the virus' threat to public health."
Alito used frank language discussing several high-profile cases, including one involving the Little Sisters of the Poor, a Catholic order of nuns who run homes for the elderly poor. The Obama administration tried forcing the Little Sisters to carry health insurance covering contraceptives and abortifacients.

8.Hispanic Democrat says far-left socialist message is 'killing us': report - Fox
Hispanic Democrats are grappling with a surprising shift in their base support, blaming the focus on far-left messaging during the U.S. presidential election, according to reports.
Current vote totals put President-elect Joe Biden around 5.5 million votes ahead of President Donald Trump, but certain local battles ended far closer, indicating a noticeable shift in numbers for Trump among Hispanic and Asian voters.
Trump won big in Florida, and Hispanic-heavy Miami-Dade County shows a strong example of why: while Biden won the county, Trump lost by less than 100,000 votes - a far smaller gap compared to the nearly 300,000 votes by which he fell behind Hillary Clinton in 2016.

9.Warnock slams Schumer's focus on control of Senate in Georgia runoff election-

Raphael Warnock, the Democratic candidate running in one of two high-profile U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia, tried on Sunday to refocus the race as not about regaining control of the Senate, but as "about the people of Georgia."
Appearing on CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday, Warnock, 51, sought to reframe to race as a referendum on the progressive agenda, with things like providing access to affordable healthcare.
"Chuck Schumer's name is certainly not on the ballot," Warnock said. "I will you what is on the ballot. Health care is on the ballot - access to affordable health care. We have got 500,000 Georgians in the Medicaid gap. We have got 1.8 million Georgians with preexisting conditions."
He was further optimistic that once Georgians "hear about my commitment to access to affordable health care, the dignity of work, the work I have been doing for years, standing up for ordinary people, we will prevail come January 5."
The U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia have gained national attention for the significant outcome they will have on the direction of the country. The GOP currently holds 50 Senate seats, meaning that if Democrats sweep the two Georgia races, the parties will be tied at 50 seats apiece. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will be able to break tied votes, essentially giving Democrats the majority.

10. Moderna's Coronavirus Vaccine 95% Effective in Clinical Trial

Moderna, Inc., reported Monday that its experimental coronavirus vaccine had proven 94.5% effective in clinical trials, the latest good news in the battle against the pandemic and an affirmation of President Donald Trump's Operation Warp Speed.The news came exactly one week after Pfizer and German pharmaceutical company BioNTech said that their coronavirus vaccine had proven 90% effective, which was heralded as an unexpected bit of good news that sent stock markets soaring.

The results for both vaccines come from interim analyses of large clinical studies. In the Moderna study there were 30,000 volunteers. Half got two doses of the vaccine 28 days apart, half got two shots of a placebo on the same schedule.
Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines use the same technology to make their vaccines. It's based on a molecule known as mRNA, or messenger RNA. That molecule contains genetic instructions for making proteins inside cells.
The federal Operation Warp Speed project to hasten development of COVID-19 vaccines awarded Moderna a $1.5 billion contract in August to ramp up manufacturing and deliver 100 million vaccine doses, enough for 50 million people. The government has an option to buy up to 400 million more doses. Moderna said Monday that it expects to be able to ship about 20 million vaccine doses in the U.S. by the end of 2020. Next year, the company said it expects to be able to make 500 million to 1 billion doses worldwide. The Wall Street Journal noted that 95 participants in the study contracted coronavirus. Of those, only five had also received the vaccine; the other 90 had received the placebo. The Journal added: The vaccine also showed signs of being safe, though researchers and regulators must wait for more-complete safety data from the study, expected later in November."

Don't be chasing the wind
There are so many stories flying around in the news media and the email-o-sphere that it is difficult to know what is real and what is fake. So many people are willing to pass on a wild-eyed story just because they want to believe it rather than because it is factual. As followers of Christ, we are supposed to have Holy Spirit discernment and we are to walk circumspectly. This means that we should be leading in truth rather than adding to lies. Think about what you are reading. Ask yourself questions. Think about the impact of passing along something that is most likely untrue and its impact on how you represent the Lord as an ambassador. Your leadership is needed during these times of turmoil in our country.
The election integrity issue is one such example. Many people fervently believe that President Trump had ordered the government to put watermarks on ballots so he could have a massive sting operation to arrest those who fomented election fraud, or that he had the US military raid a private company in Germany to seize a server that could prove election fraud. Neither of these stories can be verified as this column is written. Ballots are not federal jurisdiction. A military raid in an ally's country without prior approval of that country would be unthinkable. These would be draconian tactics that violate law and process. What if a leftist president used jackboot tactics against you without due process? This is why we have laws and a legal process so that the heavy hand of the federal government cannot abuse its citizens.
In the case of the election, we are all concerned about the integrity of the election process. Hopefully, President Trump's efforts will expose the weaknesses in the system, how fraud is exploited, and who is behind it. We simply must restore confidence in the system otherwise the foundation of our Constitutional Republic is endangered. These efforts focus on three main areas: 1) electronic voter fraud, 2) illegal mail-in ballots, and 3) illegal voting by the dead and the ineligible. Forensic investigations, recounts, legal challenges and the court system-are all parts of the established legal process that is being followed to hold accountability. President Trump is pursuing these things with the highest intensity.
Ecclesiastes refers often to chasing the wind. We must be careful to not be chasing the wind with what we want to believe even though it is untrue. Christians are in the world but are not supposed to be of the world. How does it speak to our character to pass on lies as truth, just as those do who we criticize for the very same thing? Righteous lies are still lies. Likewise, as James 5:16 says, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." Our prayers and efforts need to be focused and intentional because our nation is in an extraordinarily perilous time. Pray for the truth to prevail; that these things done in the darkness be exposed.

Google Has Power to Shift Millions of Votes Through Targeted Messaging: Dr. Robert Epstein
Big Tech companies such Google and Facebook have enormous power to shift people's opinions and voting preferences through manipulation of the content of their home pages that users see on screens of their devices, without people knowing, said Dr. Robert Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology in California.
"I calculated months ago, that if all the Silicon Valley companies, the most powerful two being Google and Facebook, if they're all pushing in the same direction, that could easily shift in this election 15 million votes, which means they, in effect, decide who the next president is going to be," Epstein said in an interview on Epoch Times' "American Thought Leaders" program.
Epstein has conducted a large monitoring project "to determine what the big tech companies were showing people in the days leading up to the 2016, 2018, and now the 2020 election."
The project team recruited "a diverse group of 733 registered voters, Republicans, Democrats and independents," from "three very critical battleground states: Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina."
Those field agents were equipped with special software that tracked their activity on the internet, "for example, doing searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo," Epstein explained.
The software gave the project team capability to see-with the agents' permission-all election-related activities on the internet performed by the field agents, Epstein said, it was like seeing agents' screens. "We are looking over their shoulders, using software," Epstein explained.

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners
Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
