This final rule does the following:

1. First Israeli-American delegation to visit Morocco next week - Israel National News

The first Israeli-American delegation will visit the Kingdom of Morocco next week as part of the normalization talks between the countries.

The head of Israel's National Security Council, Meir Ben-Shabbat, will head the delegation, which will include President Trump's adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Kushner and his team will arrive in Israel before leaving for Morocco, and he will also meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu this coming Monday.

Authorities in Morocco told local media that they expect Israel to help Morocco promote its sovereignty over the Western Sahara in international organizations such as the United Nations and the European Union.

2. Virus restrictions said likely to be reimposed next week, last for 5 week
s - Times of Israel

The Health Ministry is expected to recommend restrictions on the commercial sector that will start next week and last for five weeks, rather than the previously reported three weeks, the Kan public broadcaster reports.

The ministry expects Israel to reach 2,500 daily coronavirus infections as a weekly average — its benchmark for reimposing restrictions — late next week, the report says, citing senior ministry sources.

Since the restrictions will leave the education system open in low- and medium-infection zones, the restrictions will have to last for more time because the presumed drop in infections that follows will likely be slower, according to the report.

The ministry sources reportedly say that towards the end of the five-week period, certain venues — including performance spaces and shopping malls — will be allowed to open if all participants have a document proving they have either recovered from COVID-19 or been vaccinated against it.

3. Major Exercise Said to Prove ‘Interoperability’ of Israel’s Missile Defense Systems - Algemeiner

Israel has completed a major exercise involving its multi-tiered aerial defense network, the Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday.

“Israel Missile Defense Organization & the U.S. Missile Defense Agency successfully completed a series of intercept tests of an advanced version of the David’s Sling weapon system. IMDO & Rafael also demonstrated Iron Dome ability to intercept cruise missiles, UAVs & other threats,” the Defense Ministry tweeted.

“The test also demonstrated the interoperability of the multi-layered mechanism — with all of its components capable of intercepting threats simultaneously,” it added.

In a tweet, Defense Minister Benny Gantz credited the aerial defense network for providing Israel with “space to maneuver on multiple and diverse fronts.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday said he has selected the deputy head of the Mossad to be the next chief of the spy agency.

The official, who was identified only by the Hebrew initial “Dalet,” was described in a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office as having a “stellar record and a lot of experience.”

The statement added that his nomination had been submitted to the Goldberg Commission, which vets candidates for senior posts.

“The Mossad has great and significant challenges in safeguarding the security of the State of Israel. We will wait for the approval of the Goldberg Commission and wish Dalet success in his position,” a separate statement from Defense Minister Benny Gantz said.

1. McConnell recognizes Biden as president-elect - Washington Examiner

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell recognized Joe Biden as the president-elect for the first time on Tuesday.

The Kentucky Republican also acknowledged California Sen. Kamala Harris as vice president-elect during a Senate floor speech one day after the Electoral College certified the Democrats' victory.

"Six weeks ago, the Americans voted in this year’s general election. The legal and constitutional processes have continued to play out since then," he said. "Yesterday, electors met in all 50 states. So as of this morning, our country has officially a president-elect and a vice president-elect. Many millions of us had hoped the presidential election would yield a different result, but our system of government has processes to determine who will be sworn in on January the 20."

- Thank you Jesus that You have the last word and we wait on You and trust You for the completion of Your word, work and way. We know there is much more to come and that You will expose the criminal activities and bring them down. Bless Mitch McConnell for the great work he has done to advance our President's cause, and give him Your grace to lead in the remaining days of this Congressional year. In Your name, we pray, amen.

- "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright." (Psalm 20:7-8)

 2. Video surfaces of Raphael Warnock praising Nation of Islam - Brietbart

Rev. Raphael Warnock, the Democratic candidate for one of two U.S. Senate seats in Georgia, praised the racist and antisemitic Nation of Islam in a speech in 2013, calling its voice “important” in the development of “black theology.”

Warnock was delivering an interfaith lecture in July 2013 titled “The Divided Mind of the Black Church: Theology, Piety and Public Witness,” about his book of the same name, at the Chautauqua Institution, a non-profit organization in Chautauqua, New York.

During the question-and-answer session, he was asked by a member of the audience about the black church’s relationship with the Nation of Islam.

- Father, we put this democratic senate candidate in Georgia under Your authority.  Jesus, He is using Your name to speak words of death, destruction and deception and has aligned himself with a god who is not God.  We put him in Your hands Lord, the most fearful place to fall.

3. Kamala Harris calls to 'honor' Sandy Hook victims with gun reforms - Fox News

Vice President-elect Kamala Harris called for gun reforms to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting on Monday, which marked the eighth anniversary of the tragedy that took the lives of more than two dozen people, including 20 first-graders.

Harris marked the occasion in a tweet that was accompanied by pictures of the victims.
"Today marks 8 years since 20 first-graders and 6 educators were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School," she wrote. "To honor the lives lost in this terrible tragedy, it’s past time we implement common-sense gun safety reforms to keep our children safe."

Advocates for gun control measures have often cited the Dec. 14, 2012, shooting at the Newtown, Conn., school and other mass shootings. The Sandy Hook shooting left 20 first-graders and six teachers and staff dead.

- Holy King, on this heart-breaking day of memory for so many people, we take authority over politicizing this tragedy to take our guns away. Our guns are the only thing right now standing in the way of a full socialist takeover of our culture and people. As crime, violence and threats in many forms increase, we ask You to strengthen our resolve to stand firm on the Word of God.

- "These six things the Lord hates. Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: . . . A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil,"  (Proverbs 6:16, 18)

4. Electoral College hands White House to Biden - Washington Examiner

The Electoral College has met to confirm Joe Biden as the president-elect. Despite President Trump's lawsuits challenging the results of the Nov. 3 election against Biden, 538 electors from all 50 states and Washington, D.C., convened Monday, and by Monday evening, they had given Biden the 270 votes he needed to claim the White House.

Biden was expected to end the meeting with 306 electoral votes to Trump's 232, reflecting the popular votes from each of the jurisdictions.

The gathering garnered more attention this cycle after key Republicans, such as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, made it the deadline for him to acknowledge Biden as the president-elect.
"The Electoral College will determine the winner," McConnell said.

- Thank you, Father God, that You have a plan and will perform it.  The corruption, lying, deception and manipulation that has characterized this election is overwhelming and we believe it will not stand or usurp our President's position.  We refuse to agree with and align ourselves with lying, cheating and stealing, so Father, we are contending for You to perform a cleansing of this nation's heart.  In Jesus name.

- "These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: . . . A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren."  (Proverbs 6:16, 19)

5. Putin finally congratulates Biden on US election victory - CNN

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Joe Biden on his victory in the US presidential election Tuesday, six weeks after the vote and a day after the Electoral College officially affirmed Biden's win.

While many world leaders congratulated President-elect Biden within days of the election, the Kremlin said at the time that it deemed it "correct" to wait for the official results before Putin congratulated the winner.

“Vladimir Putin wished the President-elect every success and expressed confidence that Russia and the United States, which bear special responsibility for global security and stability, despite their differences can truly contribute to solving many problems and challenges that the world is currently facing," a Kremlin readout said on Tuesday.

- Precious Lord, we are glad these countries have extended goodwill toward the next President even though they think it is final that Mr. Biden is the winner. Lord, sweep through the halls of our government with Your cleansing power to clear out all people, things, and policies that are not of You and replace them with that which will promote righteousness and peace in our land and with our allies throughout the world.

6. San Francisco to rename Abraham Lincoln High School because former president did not demonstrate that 'black lives mattered to him' - The Daily Mail

A San Francisco district is planning to rename a school named after Abraham Lincoln because the former president did not demonstrate that 'black lives mattered to him'. The president, who is often held up as an American hero for abolishing slavery, is just one of 44 historical figures soon to have their names scratched off schools within the San Francisco Unified School District.

Other names include George Washington, Herbert Hoover and Senator Dianne Feinstein, whose name will be stripped from the Dianne Feinstein Elementary School for allowing the Confederate flag to fly outside City Hall back in 1984 when she was mayor.

The renaming of the schools comes as part of a nationwide reckoning around racial justice that has seen Confederate flags banned, military bases renamed and statues toppled of racist and Confederate figures across America in the wake of the police killing of George Floyd.

7. GOP Electors in Georgia and Pennsylvania Cast Votes for Trump - Election Wiz

GOP presidential electors in Pennsylvania and Georgia cast ballots at their respective state capitols today for President Trump. The move is deigned to preserve the President's ability to continue his fight to overturn the election results in those states, which he claims was fraudulent.

The Nevada GOP electors have now cast conditional votes for Trump.

- In this political atmosphere that is fraudulent because of the way the election was conducted, we are grateful for this move by these electors to keep alive the challenge that President Trump has officially won the election. Dear Lord, we look to You for justice to preserve the integrity of each vote cast for Trump. We speak the fear of the Lord into those promoting deception.

- "By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil" (Proverbs 16:6)

8. 'Nonpartisan’ Facebook Fact-Checking Arbiter Trashed  Republicans On Russian Propaganda Outlet - The Federalist

A professor Facebook has empowered to decide who can become a fact-checker is an open political leftist who has expressed animus against all Republican U.S. voters, according to recently uncovered documents exposing the official — and the process by which social media censors obtain their powers.

According to Jack Houghton of Sky News, the platform’s fact-checking certifier Margot Susca retweeted the claim that racism is “embraced by nearly half of the country’s electorate” in America, called herself a member of Hillary Clinton’s “team” in 2019, and on Russian propaganda network RT she insisted that the U.S. president’s speeches should not be broadcast. Susca is an American University journalism professor and has been a “certifier” for the International Fact-Checking Network since 2017.

ICFN is run by the journalism nonprofit organization Poynter Institute, which claims to be nonpartisan but openly and far more frequently censors right-identified politicians, outlets, and ideas. Facebook uses ICFN to approve censors for its immense platform.

In her role, Susca has certified 19 fact-checking applications from organizations that include the obscure Chinese- and Democrat-funded Lead Stories. Lead Stories has been censoring stories from The Federalist and other non-leftist outlets despite making documented factual errors that boost Democrat-friendly narratives. Susca approved its application for Facebook fact-checker three times in a row.

-  Father, it would seem that the brazen and empowered officers of social media outlets no longer bother to hide, defend, or amend their extreme social and political bias. Thank you that their ‘mission statement’ has been revealed. Lord God, since SM has been used to advance the far left’s platform, please come in like a whirlwind and bring justice and reformation. May all citizens who desire truth and believe in free speech demand change or forsake the SM outlets.

- Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be careful about what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in injustice or partiality, or in the taking of a bribe. (II Chronicles 19:7)

9. Attorney on MI Dominion voting machines: 68% error rate in counting ballots - just the news

Attorney Matthew DePerno says that the Dominion voting machines have a 68% chance of creating an error with ballots, and those errors can then be adjudicated in bulk as ballots to a candidate of choice.

- Father God, we pray that the use of voting machines [as well as mail-in voting], be made illegal in the U.S., as the potential for fraud is huge. We know You can turn the tide and that You will do it Your way and in Your perfect timing. Lord, bring truth and justice in such a way that the world will know You created the miracle; may multitudes be saved as a result. In Jesus name, Amen

10. Wisconsin Supreme Court rules state erred by giving blanket exemption to voter ID rules during COVID - Just The News

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Monday that state and local election officials erred when they gave blanket permission allowing voters to declare themselves homebound and skip voter ID requirements in the 2020 election, potentially opening the door for Republicans to challenge tens of thousand of ballots.

In a case challenging the practice in Dane County, one of Wisconsin's large urban center around the city of Madison, the state's highest court ruled only those voters whose "own age, physical illness or infirmity" makes them homebound could declare themselves "indefinitely confined" and avoid complying with a requirement for photo ID.

The mere existence of a COVID-19 pandemic and shutdown orders was not sufficient under Wisconsin law for all persons to skip the voter ID requirements to seek to vote absentee, the justices ruled.

- Lord God Almighty, we thank you for this wonderful victory for truth via the WI Supreme Court. Bless and protect the justices for their courageous and righteous decision that unlocked the door for Republicans to challenge thousands of ballots. We ask that you totally orchestrate the challenge that may be forthcoming from the Trump Team. Glorify Your name! - These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. (Revelation 3:7)

Sound the Shofar

SS Shofar.PNG

Shalom Praying Friends,

I still remember the first time I heard a shofar sounding……
My heart pounded within me and I felt a stirring in my spirit like I
had never felt before. I began to study the purpose of the shofar.
The shofar, the trumpet, is often referred to as the Lord’s
mouthpiece. It is important enough that it is referenced 110 times
throughout the old and new testament, it means something is
about to happen. Pay attention!

People are reporting that they are hearing shofars sounding in the
atmosphere. Prophets are prophesying about shofars sounding.
People I know ask where they can buy shofars. At my church we
sound shofars to call our people to worship. As our pastor raises
the offering to heaven after praying over it, we sound the shofars.
I have heard the answering sound of the shofar in Washington DC
when I prayed for the angelic hosts to war over our nation. When
the shofar sounds, you need to listen up!

. . . There is so much tumult in the spirit and yet today I want to
rejoice in the Lord and declare that this is the day He has made! I
have experienced great building of faith in Him, more than I have
had before and quiet confidence in what He is doing although the
media and naysayers are doing their best to undercut that.
So much is being revealed and prayers are being answered but
quite often not in the manner in which we had placed our hope,
especially if we placed our hope in man and not the Lord, YHWH.

Now is a time of great heart introspection. Who have you placed
your trust in? God or man? Yourself or others you like? Have you
placed your trust in the one with the most likes, or the most
handsome looks? If its not the Lord, I suggest some carpet time
with our Creator and dust off your bibles.

The Daily Jot

crossroads.jpg

The Daily Jot by Bill Wilson
A Prophetic Warning About Political Solutions

Everybody is looking for a solution to the current situation with the presidential election. There will be a political and legal solution. Many will not like it. Some will. But the bottom line is that what we value as a Constitutional Republic has been morphed into some socialist hybrid over the years. The Republic is no longer, nor has it been for decades, a Republic in the eyes of the Founders. There has been a long, slippery slope of the government becoming the provider and enslaver of the poor, the enabler of the rich, the mediator of the cunning, and the arbitrator of the moral. For many, government has already replaced God. And when we are looking for solutions, government seems to be the first place to go.

People get all riled up when they are challenged that a dictator, from any political viewpoint, is still a dictator and must not be entrusted to “fix” what is broken. “Oh,” they say, “We are going to have a civil war. The enemy is the Democrats and Socialists.” That’s exactly what the Democrats and Socialists have been saying—only conservatives and Christians are the enemy. And guess what? They have already declared a civil war and have been fighting it fiercely with the help of corporate media giants and allies in Russia and China. The casualties are obvious to some—we can’t even hold a fair election. People are so confused by the lack of truth that they can’t make a common sense decision.

But the casualties are even worse. People are dependent on government. They are addicted to propaganda. They wring their hands over every move the politicians make. They live and breath political intolerance—on all sides of the political spectrum. They practice ideological bigotry—if someone disagrees with someone’s views, they are seen as enemies, not fellow humans. Nobody trusts anybody. Everyone is looking for solutions, but unwilling to sit and reason because of mutual distrust, lack of respect and, quite frankly, hate for fellow man. No longer is the solution to problems found when the crucible of ideas from respectful dialogue is poured out onto the problem. There is no generation of dialogue, respectful or otherwise, to fill the crucible of ideas. Do you really want a solution?

The “church” should abandon its self-indulgent, emotional and extra-biblical response to society and teach without judgment the precepts of God, and that will change things. But it will take time because the “church” has abrogated its authority to a government that provides what the “church” once did, robbing both the “church” and the recipients of the manifest blessings of the Lord. Jeremiah 6:16 says, “Thus says the LORD: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’” If we will not walk in it, hate and persecution will greet us on this current path. In the absence of the Lord, solutions are but vapor feeding a soulless hoard that is never satisfied. The solution begins with seeking the Lord, not political solutions, and taking action.

Prisoners of Hope, Arise!

“As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant,
I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.
Return to the stronghold,You prisoners of hope.
Even today I declare That I will restore double to you.
 Zechariah 9:11-12

Prisoners of hope, arise,
And see your Lord appear;
Lo! on the wings of love He flies,
And brings redemption near!
Redemption in His blood
He calls you to receive:
Come unto Me, the pardoning God.
Believe, He cries, believe!

The reconciling word,
We thankfully embrace;
Rejoice in our redeeming Lord,
A blood besprinkled race:

We yield to be set free,
Thy counsel we approve;
Salvation, praise, ascribe to Thee,
And glory in Thy love.

A blood besprinkled race:
We yield to be set free,
Thy counsel we approve;
Salvation, praise, ascribe to Thee,
And glory in Thy love.

By faith we apprehend the power
Which shall forever save.
In sure and steadfast hope
To be redeemed below,
On to the holy mountain’s top
We all exulting go:

We shall the prize receive,
We shall be all renewed,
Regain Thine image here, and live
The sinless life of God.

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God."  [Romans 13:1]
