Seven States Will Join Texas in SCOTUS Lawsuit Against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania
Col. Allen West joined Steve Bannon Tuesday evening on The War Room. Allen West, the Republican Party Texas state leader, went on to discuss today’s Texas lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania at the Supreme Court.
West told Steve Bannon that Louisiana joined the lawsuit on Tuesday afternoon.
Louisiana AG Jeff Landry announced earlier this afternoon that Louisiana is joining in on the Texas lawsuit filed yesterday against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania over irregularities and lawlessness in the conduct of the 2020 election.
Allen West told Steve Bannon, “I think you’re going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit. I know as you said Louisiana just came on board.”
SEVEN states have now joined the Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state:
Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota.

AFA'S CALL TO ACTION
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) is leading the nation to preserve 2020 election integrity for our nation’s constitutional republic. AG Paxton is to be highly commended for filing a federal election lawsuit against states he rightfully claims have violated federal election requirements for the presidential election. Paxton filed his lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Take action now. It's imperative you contact and urge your state's Attorney General to join Texas AG Paxton's lawsuit AS A PLAINTIFF against the unconstitutional actions of these defendant states.
SEVERAL STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS ARE RELEASING PR PRESS STATEMENT THAT THEY STAND WITH TX, BUT THEY ARE STANDING ON THE SIDELINES IF THEY DO NOT BECOME A PLAINTIFF IN THE CASE.
This lawsuit may very well be the legal action that preserves the integrity of the 2020 federal elections, including the elections for President, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
The U.S. Constitution says clearly that state legislatures have the sole authority to adopt and revise state laws governing national elections. In defiance of the plain reading of the Constitution, officials in these defendant states acted independently of state legislative authority and unlawfully changes their state's election laws. This is a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution and constitutes an act of lawlessness.
Unlawful actions of officials in these defendant states sent millions of ballots through the mail, and many were placed in drop boxes where the chain of custody of the ballots was either minimal or non-existent. Defendant states also illegally changed the laws on signature verification and witness requirements for mail-in ballots.
According to the lawsuit, the defendant states' unlawful actions are so egregious that, "If the Defendant States are permitted to violate the requirements of the Constitution in the appointment of their presidential electors, the resulting vote of the Electoral College not only lacks constitutional legitimacy, but the Constitution itself will be forever sullied."
Texas AG Paxton is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to "temporarily restrain the Defendant States from voting in the electoral college" or "vacate the Defendant States' elector certifications from the unconstitutional 2020 election results." He is also demanding that the legislatures of the defendant states appoint lawful electors as required by the U.S. Constitution in instances like this.

Contact and urge your state's Attorney General to defend your constitutional voting rights. Tell your attorney general to join suit as a PLAINTIFF with Texas AG Paxton against those states that violated the constitutional requirements for the presidential election.

I urge you to protect my constitutional voting rights by joining the U.S. Supreme Court suit with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as a plaintiff against defendant states that violated the U.S. Constitution during the 2020 presidential election.
The actions of these states, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, have violated the election requirements of the Constitution resulting in an illegitimate vote of the Electoral College.
