Today's BREAKING NEWS
On Sunday night, Justice Samuel Alito ordered a response from Pennsylvania concerning Congressman Mike Kelley's case alleging irregularities in the election procedures in that state. The case is now at the Supreme Court.
Pennsylvania has to respond by this morning at 9:00am. The Court will then respond by 12 noon today to judge whether Pennsylvania's electors (currently for Mr. Biden) can be seated at that time or not.
It is expected that this will be watched and noticed by other battleground states.

URGENT REQUEST: PRAY FOR SUPREME COURT DECISION AT 9:00AM- 12:00 NOON EST TUESDAY DECEMBER 8.
Today it has been announced by Trump attorney Jay Sekulow that Supreme Court Justice Alito has issued an emergency order that on Tuesday morning from 9:00am-12:00 noon he wants to review the possibility of temporarily halting the seating of Pennsylvania’s electors who plan to declare the name of the next president who won the election in their state.
Justice Alito has moved up the deadline for Pennsylvania officials to respond to an election challenge filed by State Representative Mike Kelly and other Republican state lawmakers
Sekulow said that the case was supposed to be taken up on the 9th. But now Justice Alito has decided to take up the case BEFORE the electors meet at 12:00 noon.
There could also be changes for other states where petitions to the Supreme Court have been made.
Let us take this issue up with focused prayer before 9:00a.m. EST if at all possible. This is a very important case.

Today's Commentary
As a nation, we are now in a state of hand-to-hand combat in the six battleground states. At CHPP, we will do our best to help you track the different key court cases and lawsuits that are now pending in those states, so we may all "pray in the Spirit and with understanding."
However, only our God can know all the details of each of the cases now appearing in the news.
We do praise Him that we can then also pray in the Spirit, allowing our God to "intercede through us" with groanings to deep to understand. This is perfect prayer, offered in repentance upon the Altar of His Grace and His mercy.
Let us pray . . .
Today's Prayer
Father God, this morning we lift up this case that will go before the Supreme Court on behalf of the voters of the State of Pennsylvania.
We ask that this would be an "airtight" case, and one that cannot be rejected by the High Court on a technicality.
We ask for wisdom for the Plaintiff (ACLJ and the citizens of Pennsylvania) as they sit before the Court during the one-half hour that is allowed for questioning. In the end, we ask for a judgment that Pennsylvania's electors can be seated, as requested.
We bring their petition before the High Court of Heaven, asking Your favor to rest upon us, in Your Name, amen.
