Well, Israel is still in the thick of battling COVID-19, as is most of the world. However, some significant advances have been made against this bio weapon in the past week. The worldwide blowing of the shofar, just before Passover began in Jerusalem, was amazing! Reports came in from all around the world, telling of the renewed strength, visions, and hope that broke out through with that event. Onlookers, rather than mocking the blowers, often fell into tears. The Lord was deeply touching hearts. Our health care workers here, wept as they looked down on us in the hospital parking lot, and as the sound of the shofar, and the scriptural and prophetic decrees were declared from the roof. In various places, the curves of rise in the illness have flatten … some within hours of the shofar blast. The verification of zinc, along with the anti-malarial medicine, hydroxychloroquine, and Zithromax, proving to be effective in knocking down this illness, have been coming forth around the globe. In addition, Israel has been developing, and is ready to test, another medication that involves mature placental stem cells as a weapon against COVID-19. Surely the Lord is answering our prayers. In addition, some very significant dots are being connected and information being presented about the purpose, the origin and orchestrators of this global illness. Given that two cities in fairly close proximity to Wuhan in China … the major cities of industry, commerce and wealth … Beijing and Shanghai … have been virtually unaffected and untouched by the “bug” is horrifically suspicious. The Chinese government has reported around 600 cases in each of those crowded, massively populated cities, and accredits the low infection rate to early restrictions of movement. NO WAY! That doesn’t fit the epidemiology of this “virus.” Many American cities locked down early on, and still have had thousands of cases and many deaths. No masks are being worn now in those cities! No restrictions of movement or business closures! As a matter of fact, it is “business as usual” there … or should I say at an increase level, with China busy manufacturing and shipping out what the world currently needs desperately, because of the release of this pathogen. VERY SUSPICIOUS! May the Lord bring out all the truth! May the Chinese government be accountable for the role it has played in this deadly, economy crashing, devastating, global event. May the Lord uncover the members of the global elite, who have been deeply involved in supporting the Wuhan biological weapons facility! There are conspiracy theories, and then there are conspiracies. One would have to be totally blind to miss this one as a conspiracy. We just need to Lord to expose all the parties and strategies involved … and then hold them accountable upon the earth. The Lord allowed it, so He will use it for His purposes … but woe to those, who brought it forth for evil purposes!

Before I give you the information and points for prayer in this writing, I want to share a dream with you that I had the night before last. Here it is:

I was walking in the midst of a group of people. We were making our way through a maze of hallways in what seemed like the unground level of a large building. I somehow knew that we were all moving toward an elevator that was located somewhere on that lowest level of the building. The others were just looking for a way out, but not knowing what it would be, or where it would be found. There were no signs to point us there. It was as if all directional signs had been taken down. Still, I knew that we were moving in the correct direction. I sensed it. After many twists and turns, we found an awaiting elevator. The light on the elevator indicated that it was ready to receive occupants. I waited briefly, to see who needed to use it first. Everyone, hesitated, and no one moved toward it. They weren’t certain that they wanted to go up. It was as if they thought there was a doorway or another way out. Finally, I said, “If none of you are going to take the elevator up, I will. I pressed the button and the door opened. When it closed, I pressed #8. The car began to arise as the numbers on the panel increased. Before I knew it, the car went right past the 8th floor and kept going all the way to the top … stopping at floor 18. The doors opened and some people waiting there greeted me. I told them that I had intended to go to the 8th floor, but it didn’t stop there. A man said, “This lift only travels from the lowest level to the highest one. To get to floor 8, you will need to walk down 10 levels by the hidden stairway, or ride back down to the bottom and try to walk up 8 flights of stairs.” I told him that it would be far better to walk down 10 floors rather than to climb up 8 from the bottom. Therefore, I declared that I would walk down the 10 floors. He smiled and said, “You are correct. We will now give you want you need. It’s time to begin.” The dream ended.

When I awakened, I began to ask the Lord what He wanted to tell me in this dream. Here is what was revealed:

**In Hebrew, number 8 is NEW BEGINNINGS

**In Hebrew, number 18 is chai … LIFE

**In Hebrew, number 10 is AUTHORITY

**The world is walking around in the midst of this global crisis; experiencing the major social shifts (the bottom floor), looking for a way out of the mess (walking through the maze, looking for an exit).

**The Lord has His way for us to ascend to recovery and to wholeness, but the masses are not certain that they want to go with the provided/prescribed way (the Divine plan and provision).

**I was determined to go up to the new beginning (floor 8), rather than to remain with the masses on the lowest level (stuck in confusion, struggle, and deception). However, the way provided by the elevator didn’t allow me to go to the new beginning (floor 8) directly. I had to go up higher first (beyond) … into Kingdom LIFE (floor 18).

**Once there, I was given the option of walking down from the high place of Kingdom life, taking what I gathered there into the new beginning (floor 8). Walking down 10 floors meant that I would carry authority (from what I was given on the 18th floor), down to the 8th for the start of the new beginning.

**I was free to do it the hard way; which was to go back down to the lowest level where the population was gathered (in human thinking, chaos, and confusion), and then look for a stairway, which I could use to work at climbing up to a new beginning. That would be much more challenging, futile, and time consuming. By going back to the bottom and climbing up, I also wouldn’t have the “Kingdom treasure” needed (and provided only on floor 18) to facilitate the new thing. If I had chosen to go from the bottom up, the new beginning would have been a construct of human knowledge and with human perspectives, to yield solutions that had formed out of the lowest level of understanding and wisdom. After I chose going back down to floor 8, I was informed that I would receive something of value to accomplish what was desired and needed. By going the Kingdom way, and walking down 10 floors, I would have the authority to call forth the new thing and to operate in it.

I hope you were able to follow all that. The botton line is that the Lord is providing us with a way to get through the chaos and crisis swirling across the globe with now. We need to go to Him to get the revelation and the wisdom to enter into the new thing that He is wanting to bring forth. The major of the world will not be on board with us, but for the sake of the Kingdom and of the harvest, we need to press in with faith and obedience. In the end, there will many blessings arising from our perseverance and from our intimacy with YHVH. Carry on and keep believing! Keep praying and move forward!

GOOD NEWS:

The Sea of Galilee is full for first time in nearly 30 years! Israel has had an amazingly wet winter, but rain still continues to bless the Land. After many years of drought and near drought conditions, it has only taken two consecutive rainy seasons for the water level in this lake to rise by more than 5.5 meters. Right now, it stands at only 21 cm below the demarcation that it has reach full capacity. If any more rain comes, it will be necessary to prevent flooding around the sea by opening the Degania Dam; allowing the excess to flow into the Jordan River, and potentially down to the Dead Sea. Since the time that this dam was constructed in 1931, it has only been opened up two times (in 1969 and in 1992) to safely release an overflow of the Kinneret. Rain is a sign of YHVH’s blessing and favor. That is surely a good sign in the midst of the COVID-19 challenge, and with the enemies of Israel doing some sabre rattling.

CHALLENGES AND INTERCESSION FOR ISRAEL:

1: COVID-19:

This pestilence continues to put Israel in a state of emergency, even though advances against it are being made. The statistics change hourly. Last night late, there had been 132 deaths, and 12,501 totally infections. By this morning it has risen to 141 deaths, and add 12,591 total infections (90 new infections overnight). At the moment it is being reported that 2,624 people have recovered … 174 people remain in very serious condition, and 172 are in moderate condition. 90 new infections since last night seem like a lot, but that could be because of widespread testing. Many of those people have very mild symptoms or almost none at all. Again, it is the people with pre-existing (co-morbidity) conditions that are the vast majority of those dying … not the healthy people. Still the massive impact on life and on the economy has been shocking. The unemployment rate is expected to top 25%. We need this threat to end SOON! To that end, Israel has made some major strides in regard to successful treatments. If treated early enough with reliable hydroxychloroquine and a few new medications, the recovery rate is excellent. If the teeth can be broken on this plague … if the threat of death can be replaced by widespread successful recovery … then the massive call by the elite to have everyone immunized and nano-tagged to prove it, will be extinguished. That immunization plan, which involves chipping everyone, is a far greater threat than this virus. We need to be praying into that, even while we are praying for an end to COVID-19.

--Continue to pray that the Lord will knock down this illness … flatten the curve and stop it cold.

--Pray for more recoveries and for more swift reversals of severe symptoms.

--Pray for supernatural insolation and protection for all those with pre-existing conditions of co-morbidity. Pray a firewall around them.

--Bless the Lord for the new medical weapons … applications of medications that are being effective.

--Pray for the effective take-down of this threat to totally sweep the feet of the WHO and of the Bill Gates Institute, which is to immunize and to ID (with a chip) every person as a way to keep the world safe. CRUSH THIS GLOBALIST AGENDA of control and depopulation! If treatment is easy, effective, available, and inexpensive there will be no need for this immunization strategy/trap to have any power in reality.

--Pray for the morale of the people of Israel to up uplifted by the Lord, as more and more become unemployed, and as the economy of Israel is being fractures by the Goliath of pestilence.

--Pray for the Lord to reveal the decree and the spiritual warfare that will ultimately strip this wickedness of its power.

--Pray for the revelation of heart and depth of repentance that the Lord wants to hear from the people, for this threat to be taken down. What does the Lord want? What is He waiting to see and hear … not only from Israel, but from all the nations of the world?

The Bnei Brak, ultra-Orthodox community, is still a hot spot in Israel. The IDF Homefront Command units are delivering food, medicine and essentials to those locked-down areas, to people in need. Just a couple of nights ago, they packed and delivered boxes that distributed 50 tons of fruit and vegetables to the quarantined residents of Bnei Brak. They are packing and distributing food boxes to the homebound across the country. Scared and unhappy children are receiving candy and small toys.

--Pray for the hotspots in Israel to cool down.

--Praise the Lord for the supplies of food and essentials that are being delivered to those in need. Pray that the supply will last long after this crisis is over.

--Pray protection upon the IDF soldiers, who are going door to door to deliver these packages

--Pray for the children, who are scared of seeing masked people, and who are perplexed about being confined and restricted from being with their grandparents, friends, and larger family.

--Pray for the frightened elderly … that they might be comforted by the Holy Spirit. So many are afraid that they will be the next person to get sick and die.

--Pray for divine wisdom to come to all those making decisions regarding this illness … whether those in healthcare, in government, in research, in faith leadership, in business etc.

The Israeli Arab communities are also being cared for by the IDF, although it is an added risk for the IDF soldiers to go into Arab areas that are hostile. In that case, they are dropping off food and supplies at distribution centers so that the Arab officials can hand them out. Even though it is the responsibility of the PA to take care of their people, the Israelis have been busy taking care of those, who may hold hostile feeling/intentions toward them. In a report from the IDF, the IDF assistance to Israeli-Arab communities during #COVID19 reveals that: • 185,000+ meals have been distributed • 3,000+ hygiene kits distributed to Bedouin communities • 80 Arabic-speaking reservists have been recruited for an information campaign • 4 drive-thru test centers have been set up for these Arab communities.

--Pray for the Arabs to come out of rebellion, hatred, and mistrust. Pray that they will see the help and provision coming to them from the Jews.

--Pray that the spirit of Entitlement will be broken over them.

--Pray for the lies and deceptions to be broken, so that the truth can break forth.

Enough chemical reagents to create 100,000 COVID-19 tests arrived from South Korea yesterday. 50,000 full-body personal protective suits were also purchased and arrived for distribution to the facilities in need of them. Last Saturday, El Al airlines flew in 11 cargo planes with vital supplies … 900,000 protective masks, ventilators, and 500,000 protective suits … all from China. I have some concerns about these supplies arriving from China. Italy and other countries have found in the past month that some of these things from China were contaminated or substandard. I trust that Israel will certify their safety and effectiveness before using them. Still it’s a matter for prayer. Prime Minister Netanyahu, arranged with the Mossad to obtain in 2.4 million chloroquine pills. He also arranged with India to bring the raw materials from that country, to Israel, so that the Israeli pharmaceuticals could create a supply of these valuable tablets themselves.

--Pray for these supplies from South Korea to be a blessing to Israel; bringing life and health through their use.

--Pray that these medical supplies coming from China would be safe to use, and very effective. If there is anything not right about them, let that be disclosed quickly, before they are used by the medical workers or by others.

--Pray that Israel would not form any unholy bonds nor create any unholy opportunities for China whereby that nation could have any control over, or influence in, Israel.

--Praise the Lord for the ready supply of effective medicines.

--Pray that the raw materials coming to Israel from India are pure and integrous. Pray that they will be formulated into effective medications that will bring restored life and health.

--Pray for a deepening bond between Israel and India

Another thing to celebrate is that Professor Nir Friedman, (of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem’s Institute of Life Sciences and School of Engineering and Computer Science), in partnership with Professor Naomi Habib (at HU’s Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Brain Science) created a test for COVID-19 that is 4 to 10 times faster for getting an accurate test result over the presently used testing methods. I don’t know how it works, but it somehow uses magnetic beads that are inexpensive and reusable. It works both manually and robotically. Thousands can now be tested simultaneously, quickly and inexpensively. This will be a game changer. With mobile testing onsite, it will be possible to deliver 50,000 COVID-19 tests per day to healthcare professionals, who must know what they are dealing with as soon as possible.

--Praise the Lord for this brilliant speedy, and accurate test technology. May it be used to save many lives.

--Pray that multitudes of will be safely tested and also not show any symptoms.

--Pray that the carrier condition that has been indicated will cease.

--Pray that the keys, that will unlock the secrets of this illness will be released into the hands of the Israelis.

--Pray that the true morphology, and origin of this pathogen will be found out … and that all those, who set it up, and financially provided for, or plotted for, it’s application to devastate the planet, will be exposed.

--Pray for a rapid reversal of this pandemic,

--Pray for the lessons that need to be learned will be discerned or realized quickly and deeply.

--Pray that the changes demanded by YHVH will be made, so that a reboot of our world could take place.

2: RAMADAN … A BIG CONCERN!!!! The month of Ramadan begins of April 23rd. That month within Islam calls for fasting during the day, along with community prayer, and then family/community feasting at night. It is 4 times longer that Passover. Those Arab communities under the governance of the PA, or those in Gaza under Hamas, have not been under the lock-down restrictions that the Israelis have been during Passover. East Jerusalem has been labeled a ticking time bomb, and other Palestinian or Arab communities as potential breeding grounds for COVID-19. Up to this point many have not been practicing the safe distancing, nor the wearing of face masks and using the recommended hand washing … nor remaining at home. If they conduct Ramadan activities (i.e. the holiday gatherings) as in the past, a catastrophe could take place. As the Moslems move among the Jewish populations, they could increase the infections among the Jews as well. If a lockdown is instituted by Israel to keep the residents of East Jerusalem from coming into West Jerusalem for example, the current nationalistic ire of the Arabs could break out in violence. The Arabs never want the Jews to restrict them in any way, nor to tell them what they need to do, can do, or can’t do. As the Arabs see the freedom of Jewish movement being somewhat restored now that Passover has ended, while at the same time see a tightening of Arab restrictions by the Israeli health and municipality leaders (and enforced by checkpoint and roadblocks by the ID), that could be an explosive incendiary trigger in the minds of the deceived and hateful. We need to be praying.

--Pray for a wise task forces to come together to make recommendations to the Islamic community regarding this holiday.

--Pray for a revelation to the Moslem as to how to operate during Ramadan in a way that will not put the community into danger.

--Pray for protection to be upon the IDF as they try to enforce wise restrictions on the Moslems during Ramadan.

--Pray against all violence rising up during this pandemic and during Ramadan.

3: THREATS OF WAR:

For a very long time, Israel has declared that it will NOT ALLOW Iran or Hizbullah (the surrogate of Iran) to establish a military base, or to establish a permanent military presence in Syria, especially on the Golan Heights. Israel has made many military strikes against Iranian weapons transfers, against Iranian weapons depots around Damascus, etc. Israel has often struck operatives of Hizbullah as they work/plan terror operations in Lebanon and in Syria against Israel. Even now there are Iranian troops based throughout Syria. It was distressing to see the IDF-recorded footage of the new commander of the Syrian army's 1st Division, Lua'a Ali Ahmad Asa'ad, having a stroll and instructive conversations with Hizbullah leaders on the Golan Heights. Among these terror leaders was the head of Hizbullah's southern command, Hajj Hashem. This is a significant development. In this open, daylight meeting, we see a blatant move by Syria; inviting Hizbullah to have a position and a place in the Golan near the Israeli/Syrian border. If any Iranian installations are established there by Hizbullah, you can bet that Israel will take them out. That could mean all-out war.

--Ask the Lord to keep His hand on this volatile situation.

--Pray for the Israeli military and governmental leaders to hear the leading of the Lord regarding the preparation for, and the engagement of, this enemy presence.

--Pray that if the prophesied destruction of Damascus, mentioned in Isaiah 17, is about to take place, that the Lord will move any righteous Syrians or others, out of the area of danger. Pray for a major harvest of Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi, Turkish, and Lebanese souls (and many others) before a regional war breaks out.

It was also reported yesterday that 11 Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGCN) boats menacingly and tauntingly flocked around several U.S. naval ships that were in the midst of conducting joint integration operations with U.S. Army AH-64E Apache attack helicopters. This was totally out of line with international law, given that the American ships were out in the international waters of the North Arabian Gulf. In addition, their aggressive and close-in actions were committed against the maritime “rules of the road” found in the internationally recognized Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS). The Iranian boats ignored the regulated warning blasts of the horns from the American ships. Some of the Iranian boats came as close as 10 yards from the American vessels. One cannot help but wonder if the Iranians were deliberately trying to goad the Americans into attacking, so that they could create an international incident.

--Praise the Lord that the American didn’t take the Iranian bait, and that no Americans were harmed.

--Pray for supernatural wisdom upon all the navy and navy commanders.

--Pray for excellent coordination between the American forces and the Israelis.

--Pray for the forces of both nations to be fully prepared for any attack.

--Keep Israel and America united as allies, and add in Australia and the UK as well.

On another front, news came forth that Russia tested a dangerous new weapon on Wednesday. What the Russian military tested was a DA-ASAT … a Direct-Ascent Anti-Satellite missile. That weapon is designed to attack and to destroy orbiting satellites that are operating in low orbits around the earth.

This test cannot be seen as anything less than a threat to the US, and to the space systems of the allied nations. This weapon could wipe out communications and intelligence surveillance among other things.

At the same time, also yesterday, a U.S. P-8A Poseidon aircraft, that was flying in international airspace over the Mediterranean Sea, was intercepted by a Russian SU-35. The Russian pilot dangerously conducted a high-speed, inverted maneuver, merely 25 ft. directly in front of the American aircraft. The American pilot and crew reported enduring some dangerous, very violent, wake turbulence as a result of the threatening Russian maneuver. What was that all about?

--Praise the Lord that this dangerous “top gun” maneuver by the Russian pilot did not cause the lives of the American flyers.

--Pray that the pride of our enemies will be noted by the Lord, and that it will become their undoing.

--Pray protection over the very vital satellites of the US and Israel. May the Lord provide us with His intel reports. May He be our source of information and communications.

--Decree that the Lord is the strength, refuge, and protection of Israel and the USA.

--Pray holy angels into protective positions as assigned by YHVH.

It may not be a coincidence that China, in violation of the nuclear test ban treaty, is showing evidence of testing new nuclear weapons at a special underground containment center at China’s Lop Nur test site. Tremor monitoring and radiation detection has indicated that these tests are taking place.

--Pray that YHVH would deal with the Chinese regime, and enable a free China to arise under righteous leadership.

--Pray for the underground Chinese believers to pray with authority for their nation and the overthrow of the Godless, oppressive, communist, government.

--Pray that China would be unable to use these new weapons.

On Tuesday, North Korea did some bold saber rattling as well. The Iranian military fired multiple, short-range, anti-ship, cruise missiles, into the sea. Simultaneously some Sukhoi jets fired air-to-surface missiles. It would appear that there is some sort of coordination between these 4 major threats against the USA … and by association to American, it presents a threat against Israel.

--Pray continually that the Lord will free the North Korean people from this oppressive, idolatrous, arrogant regime.

--Pray for a great deliverance of North Korea, and for a massive revival as the North joins with the South to form one nation under YHVH.

--Pray protection for the American forces, civilians and land against attacks from North Korea.

--Pray that the Lord would intercept and destroy any weapons that Iran may be importing from North Korea with plans for them to be used against Israel.

4: WILL A NEW GOVERNMENT FORM? Gantz was not able to form a coalition government during his allotted time, even with a two-day extension. He and Netanyahu had some points of contention that could not be sorted out. They had successfully debated about granting sovereignty to portions of Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley. Concessions were made, but they hit a serious road block when Gantz and his party demanded to be able to appoint judges (who in all likelihood would be left-wing, anti-Bibi biased, and who might be playing a role in Bibi’s corruption trial). Now, Pres. Rivlin has by-passed giving Bibi a chance to form a coalition, and moved directly to the Knesset; giving that body 21 days in which to select a new Prime Minister, and to form a coalition. That will give Bibi and Gantz 3 more weeks to put something together. If that fails, the country will be forced to undertake in a 4th election within about 16 months. That 4th election would probably take place in August. Recent polls have indicated that Bibi could win the next election. At the same time, if the economy continues to fall, or if terror attacks return along with the deepening threats of war, that could cause still another vote lockup. A great concern for Bibi, is that if Gantz-favored judges become positioned in the High Court of Justice, they could rule that Bibi, under indictment, would be disqualified to be PM; leaving Gantz to have the position, all to himself, if they had a rotating PM arrangement established in the formation of a government. That kind of manipulation would put Israel at risk and would be wicked to the core.

--It the Lord is not getting what HE wants for a government platform, and for government personnel, pray that a 4th election will be called. Keep it locked up, and with Bibi at the helm until the Lord gets what He wants.

--Pray that Bibi will not make any unholy compromises with Gantz in order to move on.

--Pray that none of the political maneuverings would remain hidden, nor be able to hold power for swaying the government toward any unrighteous agenda.

Well, dear friends, I need to close this writing now. My eyes are very bleary from hours of researching and writing. By mind is weary of all the processing. However, my spirit has been enlivened by all the intercession. I am quite confident that you will find a few typos in this text. If you do, please forgive them and correct them, before sharing this writing with other like minds. Stay strong in the Lord and in firm your faith. We pray that this COVID-19 battle will have seriously turned around by this time next week. Stay well, and stay IN HIM.
