If My People

Shalom  Praying Friends,

The last several weeks have been unlike any I have experienced before and yet in the midst I have sensed the Lord’s presence. In years gone by,  I have experienced trauma in the death of loved ones and fellow officers in the line of duty. But during those times I didn’t have a relationship with the Lord like I do now.  For the last several months before the craziness of the coronavirus health restrictions and the turmoil in our nation regarding matters of lawlessness, the Lord has been calling, “Come Away With Me.”  But always there’s been a prayer call, a meeting, an urgent need somewhere. Shopping to do things, much to accomplish.

Now with “Stay at Home” I still have to fight for time with Him.  But I knew that it was critical to go to a greater level of intimacy with Him.  So as I sought His face, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Passover came repeatedly to mind.  I have remembered and honored the feast as the Lord has required of me through the last 13 years.  I have been led by the Holy Spirit to invite others to join with me for the seder dinner. In our remembrance and celebration we have come to a new understanding as we witnessed the Lord’s deliverance of the Hebrews from slavery and Egypt.

I have cleaned my house physically and planned my meal and invited those who also wanted to observe and honor the Lord. I have sought the Lord on what to repent of in my life to clean my spiritual house, the temple of the Holy Spirit. I have remembered how He has never left me nor forsaken me, how He has delivered me out of Egypt.  I have saved for the special Passover offering so that I would not appear before the Lord empty handed.

Exodus 13:3

[ The Feast of Unleavened Bread ] And Moses said to the people: “Remember this day in which you went out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out of this place. No leavened bread (representing sin) shall be eaten.

Exodus 13:7

Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days. And no leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters (homes.)

Exodus 23:15

You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread you shall eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month of Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt; none shall appear before Me empty handed (offerings/sacrifices.)

But never has there been such a time as this, where our land, our nation and the nations of the world are faced with such disease and pestilence as the Coronavirus (Covid-19).  Never has our nation been paralyzed as it has by fear and media lies and a crashing economy. Lies that have promoted fears beyond the ordinary. The Covid-19 was developed and released through the wickedness of man and many have died and many have suffered.

And still the invisible enemy persists.

Unbelievable wickedness of man is being exposed on a daily basis.  WE NEED THE LORD AND ONLY HE CAN HEAL OUR LAND!  BUT WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIS WORD FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. WE MUST HUMBLE OURSELVES AND PRAY!

People keep saying when are we going to get back to normal? There may never again be the type of normal that we were used to. Rushing, hurrying, ignoring, not praying, not waiting.  What is normal? Is there anything that isn’t affected?

2 Chronicles 7:14

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

When the Lord calls me, and His Spirit leads me, I want to cut off the head of the enemy and Sound the Shofar in the day of battle!

I want my land healed.  I want to see my loved ones saved. I want to continuously declare the kindness and the goodness of the Lord.  I want complete physical and mental healing for everyone affected by infirmity and disease.  I want to be instrumental in bringing in the last great harvest. I want sin out of my life. I want righteous, not false, humility to be my core.  I want to love others as much as I love myself.  I want to be in the will of the Lord on all matters.  I want to be free to worship, pray and live the Word of God. I want to honor our Lord and have no other God before me.

So as I sat before the Lord, He began to speak into my spirit.  The following is just some of the things He has called me to repent of. These are things I have seen first hand in our nation, in the places He has called me to travel to and the assignments He has given me.  For those of you reading this, you may choose to repent of other things the Lord shows you, even of a more personal matter.

Romans 3:23

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

I am including the repentance prayers as a separate document so you can print them if you choose.

Repentance:

Father God, our nation and the nations of the world are being shaken.  Unspeakable horrors have been exposed and fear has been rampant.  Injustices are being revealed and You are setting things in order in this nation. You are resetting us and our priorities, revealing parts of us we have hidden or ignored for far too long.   Your Word has been clear on what You require of us to heal our land, we must humble ourselves, repent of our sins and come into submission to Your Word. You have proven from all eternity that You are a merciful and compassionate God. Although You created us in Your image, often we as humans have failed in mercy and compassion.

For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:6-8

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

In this Your appointed Feast of Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we are choosing to clean our spiritual houses and remove the leaven (sin) from our lives by humbling ourselves, repenting and renouncing our sin, turning away from our wickedness. Father have mercy on us and forgive us for our multitude of sins as a nation, as the Body of Christ and personally.

Father God on behalf of the Body of Christ in the United States of America, we repent for and renounce as sin for our failure of the Body to consistently pray for those in authority as well as our pastors, employers and ministry leaders as we have been commanded to do so.  Father have mercy on us and forgive the Body of Christ.

Father God on behalf of the Body of Christ in the United States of America and worldwide, we repent for and renounce as sin for our failure to pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and even to preach a false Gospel that Israel has been replaced by the gentiles.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

Father God on behalf of our nation, the United States of America, we repent for and renounce as sin for the leaders of this nation who were elected as President from the time of George Washington and for the state and municipal level executives, who took an oath to not only represent our nation before the world but also to protect the people. Some failed to do so through corrupt and nefarious plans of treason and allegiance to secret societies. They who were corrupt, have blood on their hands when through deceit lied to our nation  and sent our military into foreign nations to die. Those, who based on greed and evil, were/are involved in plans of assassination of successors. Father have mercy and forgive our leaders as we stand in the gap.

Father God on behalf of our nation, the United States of America, and for the Body of Christ at large, we repent for and renounce as sin for voting for and electing individuals who clearly did not represent us and in fact promoted ungodly and abhorrent practices of abortion, racism, anti-Semitism, changing of sex genders, same sex marriage and those sins which You call an abomination in Your Word. We repent for those in the Body of Christ who were mute and allowed this to happen and didn’t stand on Your Word. Father God Have mercy on us and forgive the Body of Christ.

Father God, on behalf of our nation, the United States of America we repent for and renounce as sin for the Body of Christ who did not vote in elections, thereby allowing the ungodly and evil to gain foothold in our nation. We repent for those who voted on the basis of old wounds and race and who did not vote according to the precepts of Your Word.  Father have mercy and forgive the Body of Christ.

Father God, on behalf of our nation, the United States of America, we repent for and renounce as sin for the legislators, the Congress, who enacted laws that were evil and promoted abortion, corruption and abominations, who were/are engaged in bribery, treason and sedition, who were/are in allegiance with secret societies. Who openly seek and continue to seek division of this nation and are corrupt in body, soul and spirit.  Father God have mercy and forgive the legislators of this nation.

Father God, on behalf of our nation, the United States of America, we repent for and renounce as sin for the judiciary, from the Supreme Court down to the municipal and civil courts who engaged in unrighteous rulings through corruption, bribery and allegiance to secret societies, thereby incarcerating individuals who were not guilty of the crime for which they were charged or who were set free because they they could pay the price required.  Most of all for allowing with unrighteous rulings for the sin of abortion and same sex marriage.  Father forgive them and have mercy on the judiciary.

Father God, on behalf of our nation, the United States of America, we repent and renounce as sin for the Central Intelligence Agency, known as the CIA, for their part in destabilizing and undermining nations of the world. We repent for their part in dehumanizing human beings created by You, by calling them “assets” and programming through mind control persons working in their employ, thereby destroying their free will. Father God have mercy and forgive our nation’s leaders for creating the CIA.

We repent for and renounce as sin, on behalf of all law enforcement officers on the federal, state and municipal level, who have participated in treason and sedition against this nation. For those, who took an oath to protect and serve the people through truth and integrity and then falsified testimony in a court of law to justify arrests. Father God have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin, on behalf of any and all law enforcement officers on the federal, state and municipal levels who stole evidence or falsified written reports for personal gain or use, including to curry favor with higher authorities. We repent for the training officers who knowingly mentored false ideologies and principles when they were in a position to promote integrity, law and order.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of all government and private sector employees who falsified, stole or destroyed official documents as well as through dereliction of duty, thereby causing irreparable harm to the innocent.  Father have mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin for those who were recruited into the military with the express purpose to destroy our nation and belief to the one true God, YHWH.  They took an oath to defend God and country but instead are engaged in treason and sedition and have caused innocent lives to be destroyed.  Father have mercy and forgive them them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of the Body of Christ for leadership who have failed to preach the Word of God but have instead preached a gospel that is seeker friendly, shying away from the truth to avoid offense. Father have mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of the Body of Christ who have failed to set an example of humility and repentance for fear that they would be considered less than who they are supposed to be.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those women in the Body of Christ, who wore and continue to wear immodest, seductive and revealing clothing to gain attention. Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ involved in secret sin and yet preach/pretend a message the opposite of what they live.  Father have mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ who in fear and unbelief fail to tithe when they have opportunity, thus not trusting God. Father have, mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ who are relentless to judge others and refuse to forgive, who are intent to be mired in bitterness and unforgiveness.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of of those in the Body fo Christ with a critical spirit, spiritual pride and murmuring against family, friends and associates. Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the  Body of Christ who claim You but do not believe the word of God is infallible. Instead they choose to believe what’s comfortable.  Father have mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ who gossip and betray confidences by means of prayer requests. Father have mercy and forgive them.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ for releasing un-sanctified mercy even when the Holy Spirit said not to, thus disobedience against You. Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf those in the Body of Christ for family members who did not help or give assistance to another family member in need despite having an abundance.  This does not apply to family members who repeatedly squander their assets.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ for disobedience when, You Lord, have through the leading of the Holy Spirit, called us to the difficult things of life.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of those in the Body of Christ for deception when a righteous request has been made to us by someone and we did not want to participate, instead we lied and said “God told me not to.” We should have instead said we were not choosing to participate.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

We repent for and renounce as sin on behalf of the Body of Christ for allowing good to be called evil and evil to be called good and not instead renouncing the lies.  Father have mercy and forgive us.

Father we know that You alone are the righteous judge of heaven and earth and bring ourselves and our nation before You on the mercy seat.  We know there are so many more sins that we may have participated in, known and unknown, remembered and long forgotten.  In Your everlasting mercy and compassion we ask You to forgive us and heal our land.  Bring Your healing, bring Your Peace, bring Your righteousness. You rule this nation, man is only Your servant, let us all be righteous servants unto You until the time You bring us home. In Jesus name we pray.  Amen.
