Blessing to all of you!

This will be a very short publication, as Shabbat is to begin is just a few hours. I, as many of you, have been observing the reactions of the world to the COVID-19 challenges and the limitations that have been placed on our liberty. As time goes on, many more people are becoming very unhappy about the course, the source, and the handling of this pandemic. So many of us have taken our freedoms for granted, and have even squandered them for ourselves … and for our own pleasure at times. So often we would invest our freedom of movement and our economic freedom in things that would satisfy our comforts, or to obtain a “happy” life. It seems that our level of personal happiness has often been been a plumb line for measuring our joy, and as well as an indicator of the level of fulfillment/success we have in our lives; giving meaning to our lives. We have been happy with our freedom of speech, and often have used it to voice our opinions, rather than using that precious freedom to declare the love of YHVH and the truth of the Kingdom openly. If we speak too boldly about our joy, our faith, and our testimony, some people may become unhappy with us. God forbid that we should make anyone unhappy with the truth about sin and rebellion against the Divine Creator … particularly those close to us! We have allowed people to keep their liberty to sin unchallenged, because their happiness was more important to us than our love of the truth that could bring light into the darkness and life to the perishing.  Our desire (often proclaimed as a need) to avoid stirring things up and making people unhappy with us, has sometimes caused us to lay aside the mandates of the Lord, just so that people will accept and approve us.

How did this happen in the Body of Messiah? When did we establish the happiness of others, and our own happiness, as idols? For many years I have been shouting the alarm about Humanism, and how the standards, rules and teachings of that philosophy are completely incompatible with Biblical faith and practice.  Humanism has, as its core, the priority of self-serving happiness of the human family. Don’t we have LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS stated in a foundational human document as being rights given to us by our Creator? Life and liberty are gifts from YHVH. If we have Him as our center, and as our reason for being, happiness is the natural overflow of that life. We don’t have to pursue happiness as a goal, and certainly not as a right. We live in a fallen world. If we participate in, and demand, the manifestations of carnal happiness that the society enjoys, we will be living in opposition to the Kingdom of YHVH.   Because Humanism worships at the false altar of human happiness, women are free to kill their unborn children and to dispense with them, because continuing the pregnancy will deny the pregnant women the happiness in life that they “deserve”. Sex is deemed to a right where there are no boundaries or moral considerations, because in Humanism sexual freedom is one of the human rights providing personal happiness. Because Humanism has declared that everyone has a right to live any lifestyle that they choose that makes them happy, we have legislated, anti-biblical, homosexual and transsexual couplings that are in direct contradiction to the word and mandated order of YHVH. Because we want our children to be happy, we don’t apply Godly discipline and boundaries, because those things make them unhappy … and keep them from fitting in with the world of their peers around them.  I could give countless other examples, but suffice it to say, our happiness has often been more of a priority than the Lord’s holiness and truth. In all these things, our silence has grieved the Lord. Our appeasement has added to the level of sin in our society. Often that appeasement comes directly from the institutional church and its leaders.

Why do we do what we do? Do we eat to live, or live to eat, daily indulging ourselves to be happy?  Do we acquire material things to give them, or only acquire them to keep for ourselves, so that we can feel happy and to impress others? All the hoarding that went on initially … during the first announcements of the COVID-19 pandemic … was that so that we would have what would make us comfortable and to maintain our level of happiness in the midst of difficulty? Was it so that others, who might be without means might have enough, especially if the supplies were cut off? We, as humans in the flesh FEAR being without. We hate being unhappy. But how often do we, the redeemed of the Lord, set aside our happiness for the sake of the Lord’s glory? We all seem to be pretty self-possessed. Here is the great danger that I see in all this: Because we want to be happy … which is often connected with being comfortable and safe as a top priorities … we are making ourselves very vulnerable, as a society, for an easy takeover by the global elite and their new world order. Just look how the people are fearfully following orders to stay at home, even when the statistics of this virus show that it has a high contagion level, but a low death rate. Look how many spiritually uninformed people are clamoring for a vaccination to keep them safe.  Look how many people are already signing up to get a nano chip in the hand to make it possible for them to easily, happily, safely, obtain the things that they want without using cash or card. The enemy is playing on the humanistic value of being happy in life, to seduce the people into handing over the liberty, their minds, their children, their health, and their privacy, etc. … all for the promise of a better life for all, and a happier more just planet.  Where is the Lord in all that?

Because we, as the followers of YHVH, have not entered into the depths of relationship, of personal knowledge, of personal priority, and of personal joy in the Lord, we have a mixture of humanism in our hearts, minds, churches, synagogues, doctrines, etc. Not only is the Body of Messiah weak and divided, but it’s seriously compromised. It’s been deemed acceptable to cut out portions of the scriptures as being irrelevant for our day, simply because they are not compatible with popular culture and with what makes us happy, free, and fulfilled. For many, church attendance is a social experience;  based upon which congregation of people we are most comfortable with … about who preaches the most satisfying sermon, and who is socially similar to us and fun to be with. Now I’m not saying that being in the Body of Messiah shouldn’t be delightful, fulfilling, and comfortable, but what are those things based upon? I want to be in a fellowship that has the Lord as the #1 priority, and the pursuit of His Kingdom be the highest joy. To walk with the Lord means that there will be persecution and suffering at times. It helps to have people walking with us in that challenge, as we rejoice in the Lord together. However, it’s wrong to refuse to walk in the Messiah’s shoes, and in His mandates, in order to stay safe, comfortable, and popular. The Lord deserves more from our lives … lives that He bought at a very high price.

At this point, I would ask you to stop and take out 30 minutes to watch this video. It speaks about the reality of revival … what it is, as well as the need for it. The first time I viewed it, I went to the floor on my knees; weeping before the Lord to bring revival to us. It expresses with clear, strong confirmation what I have been feeling in my spirit for a long time.  After you view this presentation, I will offer a few words of conclusion.

REVIVAL HYMN

Hopefully, now, after viewing this video, you are feeling the deep longing of the Holy Spirit for us to come to Him for a reset of priorities. Everything in our lives must be centered in Him. The Lord deserves to have the deep embrace of the children that He suffered for, so that they could be restored and saved. He deserves the glory that was put into us at creation to arise from our lives to enrobe Him.  A few weeks ago, as I was crying out to the Lord in frustration about the level of gain that the Luciferian elite have been making in our world, the Holy Spirit rested upon me heavily. The level of deceit, destruction and wickedness growing on a daily basis, needed to be addressed, but our prayers have seemed so insufficient. In the midst of my supplications, the Lord indicated that if we would come to Him with a clean hands and with clean hearts, presenting our legal case against this evil in the Court of Heaven, that He would hear our case and make a ruling on it as the Supreme Judge.  As a result of His words, I have been composing, as He leads, that legal case. It’s like a class action suit to be presented this week, right before Shavuot.  I will provide you with that document, and with the details about that initiative, in just a day or two. The Global Day of Repentance will be offering this initiative as part of its set-apart time this week, from sundown Wednesday to sundown Thursday. For now, please set apart this time and be praying whether you might be part of this righteous remnant throughout the world, that will stand to present our case before the court of Heaven. At sundown Thursday, when the day of repentance is over, we will await the verdict from the Judge that will be handed down as early as Friday … Shavuot … the original Pentecost. Through prophetic voices worldwide, the Lord has been saying that this year, Shavuot will be a profound experience for those, who look to Him.  I’m excited to see what He will do to shake up the evil powers of this world, and to empower the righteous to serve Him as never before. Revival is the cry! It starts with repentance for how we have neglected and replaced the King of all Kings. He is ready to forgive and ready to act on our behalf.  Let’s watch, pray, and prepare.

Shabbat shalom!
