Tomorrow is the Jewish festival of Purim; celebrating the amazing turn-around to life for the Jewish people, and away from the certain death that had been decreed in Persia by wicked Haman. Faithful, brave, Queen Esther risked her life to appeal to her husband, King Ahasuerus, for a reversal of the death sentence. We all know that while the king couldn’t cancel the decree, he could add to it the condition that all the Jews could defend themselves, as well as seize the property of those, who attacked them.
I find it interesting that right now, at the season of Purim, we are facing a threat from the COVID-19 virus on a pandemic level. The vast majority of those, who may contract this highly contagious illness, will not be facing death as it runs its course. However, for a few, those who already have underlying medical issues, this virus could lead to death. Still, the suggestion that death is a possibility is enough to put the populations of the world into a panic. We’ve never seen this particular virus before. As a result, human beings have no natural immunity to it. Now, we are all faced with the necessity of dealing with it. Surely, our best response is to cry out to the Lord for rescue. At the same time, we need to discover what it is that YHVH wants us to do, to learn, and to share at this difficult time.
For a few minutes, let’s look at the latest information about COVID-19 from today’s report:
** Global infections=109,577 confirmed … 3993 new cases … 3809 deaths (225 added today)
** Cases outside of China=28,673 confirmed … 3948 new cases … 686 deaths (202 newly added)
** 104 nations now have infections … three countries added in the last 24 hours (Bangladesh, Albania, and Paraguay)
** Israel now has 50 people sick with the illness
** U.S. at a Glance …Total cases= 423. Total deaths= 19 … States reporting cases: 35 (includes District of Columbia)
The CDC (Center for Disease Control) is saying that we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg regarding this epidemic/pandemic. While we are far from seeing the total infection results of this pestilence, we are surely seeing, very quickly, the responses of the nations to this infection. Here are just a few adjustments being made.
**The stock markets have been sent crashing. Many business employees are being asked to work from home, rather than come to the office, where the disease could be spread.
**Israel has sent thousands of foreign tourists back to their home nations. Israelis returning from international trips are being sent into 14 days of quarantine. Community Purim events and celebrations have been cancelled. Those, who violate quarantine demands will face harsh fines. Bethlehem is cordoned off because of 9 cases of illness in that town. MANY foreign tours that had been scheduled to be in Israel this Spring have now been cancelled.
** The Italian PM has signed a mandate to lock down all movement in the whole country of Italy (except for emergencies, or for those, who travel for work to be with the stricken). All businesses, schools, and public transportation are shut down until the crisis passes.
** The Florida Health Dept. is asking all American travelers, who have traveled internationally in the past week, to self-isolate for 14 days after their return to the States.
** The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) is asking American universities to cancel all international travel for students. Businesses are now forbidding their employees from air travel.
** The CDC is strongly recommending that all those, who are infirm or elderly, avoid all travel and all crowds. Taking cruises has now become impossible for the time being.
** At least three American States have declared “states of emergency” because of their high infection rates.
** The American Department of Defense has deployed 160 Crisis Response Soldiers to the borders of California and Texas where they meet with the border of Mexico. This action is to ensure that there will be no entry into the USA from those points.
**In some nations, military forces are being sent into the streets to keep people in their homes, or to round up the stricken.
Honestly, there is so much confusion, reaction, and chaos surrounding this COVID-19 situation that we surely need to ask YHVH to reveal the truth about the origins and the course of this pandemic. He alone knows the truth. Things just don’t add up correctly. At the risk of being redundant, I want to revisit some of the concerns and discrepancies that have surfaced since the crisis was first revealed.
How is it possible that there are massive organic burning sites seen operating in China from satellite monitoring, if the death rate in Wuhan is so low? Why have photos of many people lying dead in the streets, fully clothed, been sent out of Wuhan by Christians in that city? We have seen photos and videos being leaked out of China that show mounds of bodies in bags and distraught medical workers saying that they are all dying with no relief in sight. Things just don’t add up. We know that the COVID-19 is a lab created virus that has an exceptionally long, contagious, incubation period without its victims demonstrating any symptoms for 14-28 days. We know that the virus stays alive on surfaces for between 5 to 15 days. Any yet, the reported death count … the lethality level of this virus … is inconsistent between reports. Some say it is under 1.5 %, while other numbers indicate 10% or above. Honestly, we don’t know what the death rate is. The CDC and WHO suggest that the lethality of this bug is far less than the usual annual flu rate. At the same time, Dr. Richard Hatchett, CEO of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, recently spoke on a BBC interview with Britain's Channel 4 News, saying the following message:
"I've been working on epidemic preparedness for about 20 years, and completely dispassionately, without elevating the temperature or speaking hyperbolically, this is the most frightening disease I've ever encountered in my career, and that includes ebola, it includes MERS, it includes SARS. And it is frightening because of the combination of infectiousness and a lethality that appears to be many-fold higher than flu".
So, what is the truth? We don’t want to pick up fear, and we surely don’t want to participate in spreading false information that would either create panic, or apathy from a false sense that the reports are merely being alarmist or a hoax. Right now, some countries have 25% of their populations on lock-down. Is this just a control measure for preventing the spread of the disease? What is really going on? Is it about bringing down the global economy? Only the Lord is able to lead us, and help us to know the truth of it all. We must be asking Him.
This illness called COVID-19 is appearing as one case here and one case there … as if it is being intentionally seeded into a global environment with the purpose of spreading it. At first it could be clearly seen as being transmitted by travelers to and from infected areas. Then it began to spread by community infection, where there were no travel connections made. Interesting!
Given that Wuhan houses a high-level bio-weapons research and development facility, I am now wondering if we are dealing with two pathogens … with a second one released to cover the evidence of the first, more horrific, agent. The more I pray, the more I sense in the Spirit that we are seeing the results of two pathogens. Consider this: What if, perhaps, a gaseous bio-weapon was leaked by accident or through an act of sabotage, from the Wuhan facility into the population of that city? Thousands of people would be dying in horrific fashion. Such a weapon would be illegal by international law standards. To hide such an event, the Chinese could release a weaponized virus into other parts of the county, or out into the world … something, which could be easily transmitted into a pandemic out-break, in order to give the first pathogen some kind of cover. That is possible.
At the same time, I suspect the global elite are in the midst of this. George Soros, while in Davos speaking to global leaders this past January, was raging against Donald Trump; declaring him as being the most dangerous man in the world … as a disruptor/obstacle of their one world order initiative that has made great strides over the past many years. Soros declared that they would not allow Trump to be re-elected. To that end, he declared that the US economy would be brought down before the November election. Well, the US economy is facing a serious downfall because of this virus scenario. Did the elite release COVID-19 to accomplish the purpose of creating chaos for their opportunity to control, and to seize power through buying up bankrupting business? How will this virus scenario impact the election in November?
Consider again that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted a global crisis drill at an economic forum this past October (entitled Event 201); involving the John Hopkins – Bloomberg School of Public Health, and the World Economic Forum. That drill was centered around a hypothetical scenario involving the outbreak of a corona virus that originated in China. That particular economic forum has the stated purposes of the following: “to engage in the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas and strives in all its efforts to demonstrate entrepreneurship in the global public interest.” From this statement, we know that this “economic” forum was looking at ways to impact the global economy. Having a viral crisis drill suggests that they could impact the world economy through a pandemic. Take a look … (https://www.weforum.org/about/world-economic-forum ccessed February 11, 2020 ). The specific details of the drill have now been erased from the site.
Just to make it more interesting (or more suspicious), we need to note that on June 19, 2015, the Pirbright Institute submitted an application for a patent on a live coronavirus. That acquisition was approved on Nov 20, 2018. Guess, who was given “primary funder status” for this virus patent? The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Hummmmmm!!!
There is so much darkness surrounding this virus, its outbreak, and its spread, as well as about its impact. We can be certain that the Lord is using this, and will be using all this, for His purposes. HE IS IN CONTROL, even if evil global powers are feeling confident that their agenda is unfolding with brilliant success toward their goals.
But what I am most focused on right now is: Why is the world is so vulnerable to this evil agenda? Specifically, I’m looking at why the institutional church is so vulnerable to be manipulated by the elite agendas, and so impotent in raising a response against it. Evil is freely able to walk through any readily available, open, doors. Our current culture seems to be one big open door. Human beings, and human institutions, are so porous in regard to satanic influence because of widespread idolatry and rebellion. These things give the dark, satanic, global agenda (operating against the planet) a great deal of access, as well as a great deal of power and success. The world has been set up for a “take-over”, because the church (and the synagogue) has laid down the truth, along with its role of identifying, rejecting, and standing against evil. The priorities of various institutes of religious life have become focused upon what is most pleasing to human flesh, and whatever is most intellectually satisfying, politically correct, or understandable to the human mind. In issues of gender, family, abortion, politics, social mores, etc. a vast number of “Christians” and Jews have sided with the rebellious standards and values of the pagan, Humanist word. The foundational teaching of children, in regard to morals, truth, human order, correct conduct, historical truth, attitudes etc. have been left to the authority of the media and to the secular schools. Disregard for those, who hold to biblical faith, and the rejection of the authority and wisdom of the aged, have created a vast level of arrogance and entitlement in the youth of society. Very possibly, the Lord is allowing this COVID-19 situation to serve His purposes at the heart of our social rebellion against HIM. Those, who take a stand with the Lord and with His word and authority, will be safe in this storm … no matter how it unfolds for them. A vast move of repentance in the midst of global desperation may be just what this world needs to bring the revival required to push back the agenda of global Satanists and the pawns they have in their employ.
While it’s important to connect with the truth of these matters as the Lord sees them, we need to begin our search for truth in our own lives, families, and faith communities. Judgement begins in the household of YHVH. What have we done with biblical truth and with our personal relationship with YHVH. How significant do we allow the Holy Spirit to be in our understanding and in our course of operation? In all this crisis, I believe the Lord is calling us all to COME TO HIM for corrections, for solutions, and for perspective regarding how far off plumb our modern world (particularly the faith communities) have become. Repentance will come with an “eyes-wide open” and with a humble, teachable heart examination in the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Right now, I want to share a dream that I had two nights ago. I have recorded it in the great detail that I experienced it. As you read it below, ask the Lord to show you the meaning of the dream. After you are finished reading, I will make a few comments about it before I close this message.
In this dream, I found myself with some friends walking into a large congregational building for a service. It wasn’t a traditional church, but rather a modern building much like a warehouse that had been repurposed into a meeting place. It was in the suburbs and had many young families on the rolls. I was attending with my husband and a few friends, with the intention of visiting the place where the children and grandchildren, of my closest friend, attended. Rather than rows of chairs, the gymnasium-sized meeting room had wooden tables and chairs scattered around … much like a dining room setting. There was a stage at the front, where worship leaders and musicians were warming up before the meeting. In the very front and center, there was a vacant table that could accommodate me, my husband, and the friends that had joined us. In total there were 7 in our group, and 7 chairs around the table, so we sat down.
I had the feeling that we might have arrived too early for the gathering (by the way the organization was operating), but by the clock, the meeting should have started quite a bit earlier. I also noticed that, while there were many children outside the building as we entered, there were none inside. I asked about that, and was told that during the meeting, the children are given the freedom to play in a field near the woods just down the hill from the building. It was supervised play that energized the children, rather than having their parents expect them to sit and to listen to what the adults needed to hear. That line of thinking really bothered me. I was disturbed that they have teaching for the children; understanding that the little ones need to be brought up in the truth of YHVH, or they will stand upon the rebellious positions, values, and beliefs that the world offers them.
Given that nothing was indicating that the service would start soon, I asked my friend if we could walk down to the area where the children were playing, and perhaps get to see her daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. She thought that was a great idea, so we set out together, while the rest of our group remained at the table listening to the music rehearsal. As she and I walked down the hill to where a large group of children (and some adults) had gathered near a grove of trees, I heard lots of happy laughter. Approaching the area, we saw my friend’s son-in-law supervising some kids in a kick ball game. All around there were other adults involving children in games and sports. Even very tiny children were being given outdoor activities to occupy them. I wondered out loud about the age that the children would be taken up to the building to participate in spiritual growth and development, but was given the message that the mental and physical development of the children, was deeply related to their present freedom of movement for fun. To be entitled to enjoy their play now, would build in them a future ability to attend to, and to apply, the important teachings they would be given later in life. That course sounded so very wrong to me. My friend felt the same way.
At that point, the two of us began to walk back up the hill toward the congregational meeting hall. The sky was partly cloudy, while the breeze was gentle and slightly warm. It was a really beautiful day to be outside, and yet I had the oddest, strongest, feeling that we should not be outdoors at this time. As we reentered the building, I saw a group of church members standing together talking. I overheard someone, who appeared to have some sort of leadership role in the congregation sharing something with the others. He said that at 3 AM the pastor phoned him to let him know that he would not be attending or teaching today. A gentleman in the group asked why, and the reply was that the pastor had suddenly become ill at that time during the night. As a result, the musicians were being asked to do the entire meeting … to “just keep the people occupied with singing, so that they would think that this “special musical service” had been arranged in advance”. No one was to say that the pastor was ill, lest it create concern and give the impression that things weren’t in order or in control. It was difficult for me to believe that the congregation would be kept in the dark, and that the sick pastor would not have the necessary community prayer offered up for him from the congregation.
Feeling very troubled by what I had just heard and seen, I walk over to a large picture window that faced the wooded area where the children were playing. As I was gazing out the window, the sky suddenly turned dark gray and the wind began to blow. A swirling tornado unexpectedly dropped out of the sky, right near the area where the children were playing. I lost sight of them in the swirling debris. The funnel cloud then began to move up the hill up toward the congregational building. I uttered the words, “Oh, Lord, help, protect, and deliver the children. They are unprotected and vulnerable!” As the tornado continued to move up the hill toward the building where I stood, it grew to become very wide. Normally, seeing an approaching threat, I would run for cover and shout an alarm. But in this case, I sensed that giving an effective warning, and successfully taking shelter in the natural, were no longer possible. I felt led to only stand in place, facing the storm, and to pray with all my heart. I felt the deep sense that those, who were under the cover of the Lord, by personally, steadfastly, intimately, seeking Him, and the shelter He alone could provide, would emerge untouched by this storm. While still standing at the window, I saw the swirling wind, dirt and debris come and totally obscure the view, as it violently sideswiped the building. It passed right in front of me as I prayed for forgiveness, for mercy, and for protection. I could hear it loudly etching the glass like fingernails running down a blackboard. I heard the sound of ripping and tearing, as the funnel cloud stripped the siding off of the building. This all happened very quickly, before I could move even one step away from the window. My last thought, before the dream ended, was this: “We’ve just lost many children, and now will lose many adults, because the people of this house were foolish, skeptical, arrogant, and thus unprepared. There is no more time to prepare. The storm has come.”
I awakened and began to pray earnestly about the COVID-19 threat encompassing the world. HAVE MERCY LORD! FORGIVE US, LORD! We have been distracted and full of our own foolish assumptions, pride, agendas, and priorities. We have neglected and rejected wisdom. We have suppressed and modified the truth that You intended us to know and to declare. We have constructed comfortable entertainment centers and warehouses, rather than establishing sanctuaries for Your presence. We have given our children over to vain distractions of self-gratifying freedom, to the expectations of entitlements, and to wasteful games; neglecting their spiritual upbringing, nurturance, discipline, and maturation in Your truth. YHVH HELP AND FORGIVE US! Show us how to go through this storm. Help us come through, so that others might live through our partnership with You.
I believe this dream is a message to the Body of Messiah. Even as I sense the sin of the nations, and of the communities of faith, have created the open doors for the enemy to advance, I discern that we will now go through a time of great sorting and testing. The Lord is with us and He is speaking words of comfort, correction, and guidance. Those, who attend to Him, will come through this storm. Those, who reject the idea that sin, along with individual and institutional rebellion, and the neglect of the Lord, has brought us here, will be captured and battered by the swirling powers of this storm. In a separate note, I must say that we should be very careful not to conclude that the upheavals being experienced in storms and pestilence, are to be credited solely to the Trump Peace Deal … i.e. as being YHVH’s rage for dividing the Land of Israel. We have a God of covenant. When we sign acontract … a peace accord, a deal, etc. that’s when the severe penalties for disobeying YHVH come to bear. We may be given warnings to back away from a course being taken, as we move in a particular direction, but the penalty falls once an agreement is signed. Hurricane Katrina hit the USA after the Gaza Disengagement was signed and put into effect. PM Rabin was killed after he signed the Oslo Accords, as the leader of Israel … not during its formation. PM Sharon was stricken with a stroke and later died, after he signed the Gaza Disengagement. If the Lord is using the Trump deal to publicly “smoke out” the real intentions of the Palestinians (who really don’t want to live in peace with Israel, but, who want Israel to be destroyed), then it would be an error to lay these disasters at the feet of Trump and Bibi “for dividing up the Land”. There is an overabundance of sin available internationally … overly sufficient for global judgement. We don’t have to spiritualize events to provide a reason for judgement. Israel is an easy target for blame. We need to discern and not assume, what is taking place. We need to seek the Lord in prayer and fasting to see if He will tell us what He is doing beyond our sight and understanding. The ways of the Lord are not our ways. None of us know the full content of His mind, nor can we see the full tracing of His hand. Right now, He is crying out for us to repent of our rebellious laws, actions, attitudes, and standards, which are found in our daily lives. He will USE EVERYTHING to bring us back to His way, will and word. How wonderful it would be, if the crisis in China would bring the government of China the revelation of sin (such things as persecuting Christians, selling weapons to Iran for use against Israel, killing babies at birth for population control, and harvesting/selling the organs of political prisoners on the black market) have brought forth YHVH’s judgment. Such a revelation could bring a change of course; bringing China to the Lord. Pray that we will have leaders in our nations, who will call their populations to prayer and to fasting. Pray for TRUE PROPHETS to arise speaking YHVH’s truth and wisdom with power, with accuracy, and with credibility. Sometimes storms are necessary for ripping out faulty and dangerous foundations, so that new, solid, constructions can be built. May the fruit of the COVID-19 plague find us all is a more secure place with the Lord, when the crisis ends. Meanwhile, take a listen to some very blessed, Kingdom, music to feed your heart in this very challenging time. Remember: DO NOT PICK UP FEAR! FILL YOUR HEART WITH FAITH. STAND! FACE THE STORM! PRAY WITH ALL OF YOUR HUMBLE HEART!
